54. 2:07you make a list of everything you desire

56. 2:12person you make a list of all their

60. 2:19you make a list of everything you want
61. 2:21and then you basically affirm that you
62. 2:25have it all
63. 2:26that you have everything that you desire
64. 2:28or everything you want or whatever
65. 2:30that is literally umbrella affirmations
66. 2:34literally just umbrella aberrations so
67. 2:37if you'd like me to tell you how to do
68. 2:39it I'm gonna do that now
69. 2:41first of all that way is a lot more work
70. 2:45your subconscious your higher self your
71. 2:47God self whatever you want to call it
72. 2:49you you already know what you desire
73. 2:52like you don't have to write yourself

75. 2:54you already know every single thing that
76. 2:58you want right otherwise how would you
77. 2:59know you wanted how would you know how
78. 3:00to write it down you already know what
79. 3:02you want

114. 4:20had everything she needed and within
115. 4:21quite a short amount of time she
116. 4:23acquired every single thing that she
117. 4:26wanted needed whatever Plus more
118. 4:29by simply affirming isn't it wonderful
119. 4:31that is an umbrella affirmation the list
120. 4:34method is nothing more than an umbrella
121. 4:37affirmation
122. 4:38technique
123. 4:40only it's more work you don't need to
124. 4:42write it down unless you just want to
125. 4:44but you know what you want your
126. 4:46subconscious knows what you want so it
127. 4:48knows if you're affirming something like
128. 4:50I have everything I want or isn't it
129. 4:51wonderful or I get everything I want or
130. 4:54I have all my desires or all my desires
131. 4:57manifested so easily
132. 4:58it knows exactly what the fuck you're
133. 5:00talking about because it already knows
134. 5:02what you want you already know what you
135. 5:04want
136. 5:05hence why isn't it wonderful works the
137. 5:07umbrella affirmation will work we've
138. 5:09been talking about umbrella affirmations
139. 5:11for
140. 5:12three years now and other teachers even
141. 5:15longer and never even longer so yeah
142. 5:19it's not new it's it's not a new method
143. 5:21it's not a magic method it's glorified

152. 5:38you already know exactly what you want

154. 5:43perfect person looks like for you even
155. 5:45if it's someone you already know and
156. 5:47you're trying to re-program them
157. 5:49basically that sounds kind of bad but I
158. 5:52mean it is what it is if you're trying
159. 5:53to rewrite your assumption about them to
160. 5:55make them show up differently to you you
161. 5:57know exactly what you want from them so
162. 5:59you could literally just affirm they're
163. 6:01everything I want there everything I
164. 6:03want there everything I want they're
165. 6:05everything I want they are who I want
166. 6:06them to be they are who I want them to
167. 6:08be they're my dream person my dream man
168. 6:10my dream woman my dream whatever my
169. 6:13dream partner you already know what
170. 6:15you're implying
171. 6:16it's what you're implying that matters
172. 6:18affirmations all imply something to you
173. 6:22that's why seven different people or 700
174. 6:24different people can all do isn't it
175. 6:26wonderful they can all say the same
176. 6:28affirmation and they are going to get
177. 6:31whatever they specifically consider to
178. 6:34be wonderful that whole group of people
179. 6:36is not going to manifest the same thing
180. 6:38they're not going to matter the same
181. 6:40things they all have different desires
182. 6:43and they all each know what those
183. 6:45desires are so even though they're
184. 6:48affirming the same thing they're still
185. 6:50going to get whatever would individually
186. 6:53be wonderful to them specifically
187. 6:58it is simply
188. 7:01umbrella affirmations it is not a new
189. 7:03method okay so that is something that
190. 7:06you need if you are overwhelmed and you
191. 7:10don't know where to start with all the
192. 7:11things that you need or want then try
193. 7:13isn't it wonderful try any umbrella
194. 7:16affirmation you can use any affirmation
195. 7:18that implies that you have everything
196. 7:19that you want or that someone is
197. 7:21everything that you want or whatever it
198. 7:23is that you're manifesting
199. 7:24okay
200. 7:26let's stop over complicating things

202. 7:32teenagers let's stop pretending like
203. 7:36these things haven't been around for
204. 7:38hundreds of years thousands of years
