  1. 0:00The biggest wealth transfer in history
  2. 0:01is happening right now, and no, I'm not
  3. 0:03talking about what most YouTube videos
  4. 0:05cover, which is that boomers are getting
  5. 0:07old and selling their houses, and it's a
  6. 0:08big wealth transfer. I'm talking about
  7. 0:10people who are ready to pass their
  8. 0:11wealth to others who help them keep
  9. 0:13their businesses. And anyone can become
  10. 0:15that person. AI has helped people build
  11. 0:17businesses to the point that every part
  12. 0:19of this market seems to be saturated,
  13. 0:21but there's still a piece that people
  14. 0:22are ignoring because they assume the
  15. 0:24money's in the tech and digital
  16. 0:26businesses. So now, there's a new market
  17. 0:28within the AI market, and it's wide open
  18. 0:30with people who know they need AI to
  19. 0:32survive, but don't know how to use it or
  20. 0:34implement it. And that's the gap that
  21. 0:36you can fill without being a tech nerd.
  22. 0:38So in this video, I'm going to show you
  23. 0:40why this is happening and how to take
  24. 0:42advantage of it. Let's get into it.
  25. 0:43Okay, so first, let me tell you why most
  26. 0:45people do not realize that this is even
  27. 0:47happening right now. Almost everyone
  28. 0:49trying to make money with AI right now
  29. 0:51is building for the internet economy.
  30. 0:53They're building agents, workflows,
  31. 0:55softwares for businesses that already
  32. 0:57understand how to use AI, which is
  33. 0:59almost every business in the online
  34. 1:00market right now. I have an online
  35. 1:02business. I would never pay someone for
  36. 1:04this cuz I know exactly how to do this
  37. 1:05stuff. But the problem is that they
  38. 1:07don't realize this. They're too focused
  39. 1:09on the new and shiny stuff that they
  40. 1:11think that's the only thing worth
  41. 1:12pursuing. But there's an immense amount
  42. 1:14of wealth in the other part of the
  43. 1:16market that they're most all ignoring.
  44. 1:18If you just look at the businesses that
  45. 1:19you've known your entire life, almost
  46. 1:21all the brick-and-mortar businesses you
  47. 1:23can think of have been running for years
  48. 1:25and decades. And in those 20 to 30
  49. 1:27years, they've stacked up a ton of
  50. 1:29money. But now, there's something that
  51. 1:30can take that away from them that
  52. 1:32they're very scared of, and they know
  53. 1:33it. AI is going to decide who's still
  54. 1:35open in the next couple years, and they
  55. 1:36know that they need it, but they don't
  56. 1:38know how to use it and implement it into
  57. 1:40their business. They're not going to
  58. 1:41learn how to use it. Try and ask your
  59. 1:43mom or dad to start using AI and see
  60. 1:45what they do. Most don't, right? Because
  61. 1:47they're 55-year-olds, and they're
  62. 1:49already working 60 hours a week on the
  63. 1:51business. This is the part of the market
  64. 1:54that's very capital rich and very AI
  65. 1:56poor and very modernizing poor, but
  66. 1:59they're willing to transfer parts of
  67. 2:00their wealth to keep their business
  68. 2:02alive and they're desperate to do it.
  69. 2:03And it's where someone like you can use
  70. 2:05AI to help them. And you can be the
  71. 2:06person who brings this technology to the
  72. 2:08older generation, the people who don't
  73. 2:10have the time to understand it and don't
  74. 2:12want to understand it in the first
  75. 2:14place. So, this is the exact system that
  76. 2:16I sell in my business and the reason
  77. 2:17that I'm giving this away for you to
  78. 2:18copy is because I'm looking to
  79. 2:20eventually sell my agency. As you can
  80. 2:21see, this is my payment processor right
  81. 2:23here where you can see that we did 300
  82. 2:2570 something thousand dollars over the
  83. 2:26last month in September. You can see
  84. 2:28here over the last 14 days, we've done a
  85. 2:29decent amount of money. And then in
  86. 2:31addition to that, this is the evaluation
  87. 2:33I had done by a company called Value
  88. 2:35Buddy. It's a very long evaluation, but
  89. 2:37basically they said that my business was
  90. 2:39worth 5.448 million dollars. And when he
  91. 2:42told me that, he also told me I could
  92. 2:44end up selling my business here for a
  93. 2:464X, which is what they gave me, or I
  94. 2:48could help three to four other people
  95. 2:49build the exact same business as me and
  96. 2:51then roll it into a portfolio instead of
  97. 2:53getting a 4X multiple that I would get
  98. 2:54on my own. I could then end up getting
  99. 2:56about an eight to potentially a 15X
  100. 2:58multiple, which takes my business from
  101. 2:59being worth 5 million dollars to over 10
  102. 3:01to 15 million dollars for literally no
  103. 3:03additional work. Just helping other
  104. 3:04people do what I've already done in a
  105. 3:06different market. So, if you're serious
  106. 3:07about building a business like mine, you
  107. 3:09can apply to work directly with me
  108. 3:10through the link below. We'll have a
  109. 3:11one-on-one conversation where I'll be
  110. 3:12able to see if I think you're a good fit
  111. 3:14to work with me. If not, no big deal. If
  112. 3:16so, I'll be able to outline exactly what
  113. 3:18that looks like. And regardless, I'll
  114. 3:20keep giving you the free value either
  115. 3:21way. These people are ready to pay
  116. 3:23whatever it takes to secure a future for
  117. 3:25their business. So, now you have to know
  118. 3:27how to do it. Thankfully, this is a lot
  119. 3:29easier than you think. All you need to
  120. 3:31really do is think of a business like
  121. 3:33it's a bucket full of water. The only
  122. 3:35caveat to that is that the bucket has a
  123. 3:37bunch of holes in it and the water's
  124. 3:39coming out. The water is the money that
  125. 3:42the business makes. It's the revenue.
  126. 3:43But with their current holes that they
  127. 3:44have in the bucket, they're losing money
  128. 3:46every single day. Now, most people who
  129. 3:48are trying to start a business will
  130. 3:49think that they need to find a solution
  131. 3:51to a problem. But, if you're just
  132. 3:53running ads for a business or just
  133. 3:54offering one a automation, for example,
  134. 3:56like a reactivation or an automation
  135. 3:58that helps people generate reviews or
  136. 4:00follow up with leads like a chatbot,
  137. 4:01you're just plugging one hole in the
  138. 4:02bucket. The water is still leaking and
  139. 4:05the business is still losing money. And
  140. 4:06because you only save them a little bit
  141. 4:08of water, they can only afford to pay
  142. 4:09you a little bit of money or they'll
  143. 4:11just cancel altogether because you
  144. 4:13didn't fix the overarching problem. But,
  145. 4:14when you take all of those services and
  146. 4:16then connect them into one system,
  147. 4:18something that's completely different,
  148. 4:20you're plugging every hole instead of
  149. 4:21just one. So, the bucket actually holds
  150. 4:23water now and the business starts to
  151. 4:25make more money because of it. So, when
  152. 4:27you solve multiple problems, you get
  153. 4:29better results for your clients than
  154. 4:30just solving one problem would. So, you
  155. 4:32can think of each part of the system
  156. 4:33like an AI employee working 24/7 for the
  157. 4:36business owner and their staff and each
  158. 4:37employee has their own job that they
  159. 4:40specialize in, but they work together as
  160. 4:41a team to get the best result possible
  161. 4:44so that there's synergy. So, I'm about
  162. 4:45to break down exactly which employees
  163. 4:47you should have on your team to make
  164. 4:49your decision much easier. So, the first
  165. 4:51hire is the web developer and most of
  166. 4:53these local business owners have a very
  167. 4:55outdated website that takes more than 10
  168. 4:57seconds to load or it just looks
  169. 4:59terrible on their phone because it's not
  170. 5:01optimized for someone on their phone.
  171. 5:02It's built for someone that's on a
  172. 5:03computer. 53% of people leave a site
  173. 5:06that takes longer than 3 seconds to
  174. 5:07load, but the average small business's
  175. 5:09website, the average local business's
  176. 5:10website, according to Google, takes over
  177. 5:125 seconds to load. So, some people will
  178. 5:14try to solve the problem by paying an
  179. 5:15agency thousands to build one website
  180. 5:17and then they just pay them once and
  181. 5:20then they'll also pay them if they want
  182. 5:21to make some changes. So, what the web
  183. 5:23developers do is build a website in
  184. 5:25minutes that loads fast and looks good
  185. 5:27on any phone. And because of that,
  186. 5:29they're able to get much more leads for
  187. 5:32no extra money being spent on ads
  188. 5:33because these are just people that are
  189. 5:34organically going to their website. So,
  190. 5:37let me just show you an example of this.
  191. 5:38This is a website that we built for a
  192. 5:40client of ours and if we go to the
  193. 5:41Google PageSpeed Test, what you can see
  194. 5:44is that it loads on a phone almost in a
  195. 5:46second, Extremely quick. Now, if I go to
  196. 5:48this website, which was one of the first
  197. 5:50websites I found, I put them through the
  198. 5:53same test and it took 11 seconds to
  199. 5:56load. And this is not uncommon. And like
  200. 5:58I said, if it takes longer than five,
  201. 6:0090% of people leave it. If it takes
  202. 6:01longer than three, 53% leave. And so,
  203. 6:04for this reason, this is the first AI
  204. 6:06employee that we start with because most
  205. 6:07local business owners have awful
  206. 6:09websites that people are just not even
  207. 6:12landing on. They click on it and then
  208. 6:13just leave before it loads. AI employee
  209. 6:15number two is the outreach specialist.
  210. 6:17So, there's a database on every owner's
  211. 6:19computer with thousands of names in it.
  212. 6:21And what a database is is just people
  213. 6:23that were once upon a time customers or
  214. 6:24people that went to their website and
  215. 6:25never became customers, but gave that
  216. 6:27business owner their information. And
  217. 6:28every one of those people once walked
  218. 6:30in, filled in a form, or asked about
  219. 6:32their pricing or what they could do.
  220. 6:34Then, they went quiet. And nobody ever
  221. 6:36ended up following back up with them.
  222. 6:37So, most owners forget about this list
  223. 6:39and don't realize that they're sitting
  224. 6:40on a list worth thousands of dollars
  225. 6:43that they just need to tap into. And
  226. 6:44even if they knew about it, they'd have
  227. 6:46to turn the data into a spreadsheet,
  228. 6:47give it to one of their employees, and
  229. 6:49then ask them to manually reach out to
  230. 6:50thousands of people. And that is just
  231. 6:52not something that employees will do at
  232. 6:54all. They are not going to cold call
  233. 6:56leads, especially somebody that's making
  234. 6:58minimum wage. And that's why this is
  235. 6:59such a valuable service to provide is
  236. 7:01because nothing is getting done with
  237. 7:03these databases of leads. So, what the
  238. 7:05outreach specialist does is simply text
  239. 7:08every single one of those names on the
  240. 7:09list to then drive them back through the
  241. 7:11door with a promotion that they would be
  242. 7:13interested in. So, as you can see here,
  243. 7:15this is a calendar full of appointments.
  244. 7:17Anything blue is people that showed up,
  245. 7:18anything white is people that did not
  246. 7:20show up. And all we did was took their
  247. 7:22database of leads and plugged it into
  248. 7:23our AI system. And then hit them up with
  249. 7:25an offer and drove them back in on
  250. 7:26behalf of the customer. And as you can
  251. 7:29see, they're getting a lot of
  252. 7:30appointments and they're not having to
  253. 7:31do anything to get these people through
  254. 7:32the door. And if I just show you an
  255. 7:34example of this, you can see we reached
  256. 7:36out to him and said, "Hey, we have a
  257. 7:37couple one-week free passes. Would you
  258. 7:39like one?" You can see this person was
  259. 7:41interested and then right away the AI
  260. 7:43reached back out to them. Now that it's
  261. 7:45trying to find a time that works for
  262. 7:46them and then from there it booked them
  263. 7:48in. You can see see you there. Then if
  264. 7:49we just scroll all the way down here,
  265. 7:50you can see that they showed up because
  266. 7:52we were asking, "Did you enjoy the first
  267. 7:53class?" Right? Super straightforward.
  268. 7:56That's the second thing that we do. The
  269. 7:57next AI employee is the reputation
  270. 7:58manager. 98% of people read reviews
  271. 8:01before they actually purchase from a
  272. 8:02local business, but only 11% of staff
  273. 8:04ever ask a customer for a review. So,
  274. 8:06the owner is always having to remind
  275. 8:08each of their employees to ask people
  276. 8:10for a Google review or the owner is the
  277. 8:11only one working in the business and
  278. 8:13they simply forget to do it cuz they're
  279. 8:14busy doing a ton of other stuff. And
  280. 8:15even the ones that do usually get a yes
  281. 8:18from the clients, but then the client is
  282. 8:20the one who forgets about leaving the
  283. 8:21review in the first place cuz to
  284. 8:22actually leave a review can kind of be
  285. 8:24difficult. You have to look the business
  286. 8:25up, you have to find it. And for a lot
  287. 8:26of older people, for example, like my
  288. 8:28mom, they wouldn't be able to figure out
  289. 8:29how to do it. So, after every visit this
  290. 8:32AI employee asks every customer for a
  291. 8:34rating on a scale of one to five without
  292. 8:36forgetting and never misses. And if they
  293. 8:38rate it with a four or a five, they then
  294. 8:40get sent to Google where they can easily
  295. 8:41leave a review. And then after they
  296. 8:43leave a review, they get asked if they
  297. 8:44want to bring any friends and family in
  298. 8:46with an offer. But if they rate it a
  299. 8:47three or less, the employee sends them
  300. 8:49to a private form where they can leave
  301. 8:51their feedback. That way we only get
  302. 8:52good reviews. So, this is what that
  303. 8:54looks like. You can see we reached out
  304. 8:55to them with an offer to incentivize
  305. 8:58them to give us a response. And you can
  306. 9:00see they didn't respond until the third
  307. 9:02message. They said a five. You can see
  308. 9:04from here we now directly ask them for
  309. 9:06the review where we leave the link
  310. 9:07making it easy for them to do it. And
  311. 9:09then finally, we also send them this
  312. 9:11link right here which they can send to
  313. 9:12friends and family where the friends and
  314. 9:14family can claim a free week. And so,
  315. 9:16they literally just text this link to
  316. 9:17friends and family. Once people submit
  317. 9:19this link, we then follow up with them
  318. 9:21with our AI to book their friends and
  319. 9:22family in. And the coolest part about
  320. 9:23this is that the business owner didn't
  321. 9:25have to pay any money to generate this
  322. 9:26lead. And as you can see right here,
  323. 9:28they've been getting new reviews
  324. 9:29regularly, right? All because of this
  325. 9:32system that's working in the background
  326. 9:33without them having to lift a single
  327. 9:35finger. So, number four is the website
  328. 9:37manager. The average business replies in
  329. 9:4042 [music] hours after lead up sent. And
  330. 9:4223% of business owners never reply at
  331. 9:44all. So, I don't know about you, but if
  332. 9:45I message a business and I hear nothing
  333. 9:47back, I'm just going to go somewhere
  334. 9:48else and [music] literally give them my
  335. 9:50information. The person who follows up
  336. 9:51first probably going to go there. The
  337. 9:53reason why they take so long is because
  338. 9:54their sales teams get distracted with
  339. 9:56other things. So, even if they want to,
  340. 9:58they aren't able to as fast as they
  341. 10:00should. And most of the time people just
  342. 10:02hate following up with leads, so they
  343. 10:03don't do it. The owner would have to
  344. 10:05hire someone just to answer every
  345. 10:06message they get and they cannot justify
  346. 10:08doing that cuz it would cost $3 to
  347. 10:09$4,000. And that's what this AI employee
  348. 10:11will do for them instead of that. For
  349. 10:13way less than the salary of an extra
  350. 10:15team member. And it doesn't matter if
  351. 10:16it's Sunday at 3:00 a.m. or if the
  352. 10:18entire team is on vacation, it's going
  353. 10:20to reply under 5 minutes and continue
  354. 10:22the conversation until the client books.
  355. 10:24And even if the client doesn't show up,
  356. 10:26it's going to continue working them and
  357. 10:28nurturing them. Number five is the AI
  358. 10:30receptionist. Businesses will usually
  359. 10:33have a front desk employee to answer the
  360. 10:35phone, but that employee also has other
  361. 10:37tasks to do. It's not like they're just
  362. 10:38responsible for doing that. And they end
  363. 10:40up getting distracted and they can get
  364. 10:42sick where they don't even come to work.
  365. 10:44That means not every phone call into the
  366. 10:46business gets picked up. And what the
  367. 10:47data shows is that 62% of calls to local
  368. 10:50businesses don't get picked up. And
  369. 10:52that's a huge loss because people only
  370. 10:53call when they're ready typically to
  371. 10:55come in and buy. So, if a business
  372. 10:57doesn't answer fast enough, they lose a
  373. 10:59really good potential prospect. Or
  374. 11:01they're just wasting money on marketing
  375. 11:03cuz a lot of the times people will see
  376. 11:04marketing and then call because of that.
  377. 11:06So, when a call gets missed, the
  378. 11:07automation will text the lead back right
  379. 11:09away. And then it will answer any
  380. 11:10questions that they have, book them in
  381. 11:12for an appointment, qualify them, remind
  382. 11:14them of their appointment. And then if
  383. 11:15they don't show up, we'll handle
  384. 11:16rescheduling them for their appointment.
  385. 11:18Number six is the AI closer coach. You
  386. 11:21could do everything right and get tons
  387. 11:23of appointments and tons of people to
  388. 11:24show up for a business owner, but they
  389. 11:25still won't get the results that they
  390. 11:27want because their team is incapable of
  391. 11:29closing anyone. And And estimated that
  392. 11:3070% of the staff at local businesses
  393. 11:32never get any type of sales training at
  394. 11:34all. Because training a team means the
  395. 11:36owner has to hire someone to train them
  396. 11:38or he or she has to train them their
  397. 11:40self. And a lot of the times they just
  398. 11:41do not have the time or money to do
  399. 11:43that. So to make sure that the team can
  400. 11:45actually sell this AI coach will role
  401. 11:47play the conversations with [music]
  402. 11:48their staff and review their sales calls
  403. 11:50and give each one of them a personalized
  404. 11:52breakdown of what they could have done
  405. 11:53differently to help them get better when
  406. 11:55it does come to how to actually close
  407. 11:58deals. And so as you can see right here,
  408. 12:00this is an example of it right now where
  409. 12:02I'm asking it to role play with me.
  410. 12:03Right, it said, "Hey, how's it going?
  411. 12:05I'm supposed to meet with somebody about
  412. 12:06that free two-week pass I saw online."
  413. 12:08Right, what I'm going to say is just an
  414. 12:09example to see what it will do and I'm
  415. 12:11going to give it a bad example of what
  416. 12:12not to do. Yep. So the way that works is
  417. 12:14you give us $99 and then if you're not
  418. 12:16happy, we refund you that $99. If you
  419. 12:19are, you continue on for a membership.
  420. 12:21So you can see what it responded with.
  421. 12:22Now I'm going to say, "Was that the
  422. 12:24right response?" Right? So see, it
  423. 12:27breaks it all down for you and a lot of
  424. 12:28the times most of these people bad job
  425. 12:30with just common objections and they say
  426. 12:33the wrong stuff to very basic questions.
  427. 12:35And so what this does is corrects them,
  428. 12:37but more importantly it reviews their
  429. 12:39calls as well, their live calls, which
  430. 12:41is where they get a lot of the value.
  431. 12:43And the last employee is the marketing
  432. 12:45director. So what most business owners
  433. 12:46do is they end up paying thousands of
  434. 12:48dollars to media buyers or to their
  435. 12:50managers to run their ads even though
  436. 12:52it's not their job. And then what ends
  437. 12:54up happening in those situations with
  438. 12:56the managers is they waste thousands of
  439. 12:57dollars or the business owner will try
  440. 12:59and do it on their own and they'll look
  441. 13:00at the ads once a month or maybe a
  442. 13:02couple times a month and get really bad
  443. 13:04results. And those ads aren't getting as
  444. 13:06many clients as they should because
  445. 13:07they're not contacting the leads fast
  446. 13:09enough. So what the marketing director
  447. 13:10does is it creates the ads, runs the
  448. 13:12campaigns, and when someone submits
  449. 13:13their details, they then get followed up
  450. 13:15with right away. Then it continues the
  451. 13:16conversation until the potential client
  452. 13:18books a call or books an in-person
  453. 13:20appointment. And then when this system
  454. 13:21is in place, the business won't lose a
  455. 13:23single lead. So no dollar they spend on
  456. 13:26getting clients is wasted. And that's
  457. 13:28what ends up allowing them to get a lot
  458. 13:29more clients and make a lot more money
  459. 13:31for the money they're investing into the
  460. 13:32marketing that they're actually doing.
  461. 13:34And so as you can see right here, this
  462. 13:36is an example of an ad that we're
  463. 13:38running for a customer right now. When I
  464. 13:40click this, it takes me directly to the
  465. 13:41landing page we built for them. Once
  466. 13:43they submit their information here, they
  467. 13:44then get reached out to. And as you can
  468. 13:46see, this is an example of a lead that
  469. 13:49submitted their information but did not
  470. 13:51book an appointment right away. And so
  471. 13:53you can see the AI is following up with
  472. 13:54them. You can see they just responded
  473. 13:56and apologized. And then from here, it's
  474. 13:58trying to find a time that works. They
  475. 14:00lock it down right there. You can see it
  476. 14:01reminding them and nurturing them. And
  477. 14:03then from here, we know they showed up
  478. 14:04because then the review automation fired
  479. 14:07to try and generate a review from the
  480. 14:09customer. And as you can see right here,
  481. 14:11when you do provide a system like this,
  482. 14:13you get incredible reviews from
  483. 14:15customers because it's not something
  484. 14:17that anyone else does. And you can see
  485. 14:18her breaking it all down right here.
  486. 14:20This was somebody that worked with
  487. 14:21another company before us that just ran
  488. 14:23ads for them. They were convinced that
  489. 14:24marketing didn't even work after working
  490. 14:26with this other company because they
  491. 14:28were completely stagnant even though
  492. 14:29they were spending over three grand a
  493. 14:30month. Where now, they're considering
  494. 14:32buying another location and they're
  495. 14:33making money. Before they were losing
  496. 14:35money. So we've helped them to get to a
  497. 14:37place where they're profiting and
  498. 14:38they're now confident about buying
  499. 14:39another location because they have a
  500. 14:41system that actually brings people
  501. 14:42through, which is our AI system. So you
  502. 14:43can copy my system and start selling it
  503. 14:45to every local business, but the amount
  504. 14:47of money you make will completely depend
  505. 14:50on the type of business that you work
  506. 14:51with. Most people will scrape thousands
  507. 14:53and thousands of leads of potential
  508. 14:54clients and then send them the exact
  509. 14:56same AI generated message, which does
  510. 14:59not work. I had a partner that used to
  511. 15:00do this and he sent 1,500 of those
  512. 15:03messages over the course of three months
  513. 15:04and he was able to get three calls. And
  514. 15:06three months of work for three
  515. 15:08conversations is insane. And even if
  516. 15:10they are people that end up signing up,
  517. 15:11even if you did close them, they'd have
  518. 15:13to do it again and again month over
  519. 15:15month. It's not a scalable model. The
  520. 15:16cycle of getting clients ends up never
  521. 15:18ending. But that's because they're
  522. 15:20targeting the wrong type of business. So
  523. 15:22instead of trying to get every random
  524. 15:23business owner as a client that AI spits
  525. 15:25out to you, only go for clients that own
  526. 15:27franchises. And here's why you want to
  527. 15:29do that. Because most big franchises
  528. 15:31have things called advisory boards where
  529. 15:33a handful of big owners talk about
  530. 15:34what's working and what's not, and then
  531. 15:36they share it with everyone else in the
  532. 15:38franchise. Because unlike independent
  533. 15:40business owners, franchise owners don't
  534. 15:42compete with each other. A gym owner in
  535. 15:43California is not competing with a gym
  536. 15:45owner in Texas, even another gym owner
  537. 15:47in California in a different town.
  538. 15:48They're not competing. They own the
  539. 15:50exact same business but in a different
  540. 15:51market. So, there's no downside to them
  541. 15:53if they tell the other one what actually
  542. 15:55is helping them make money. So, when one
  543. 15:57of them finds something that's actually
  544. 15:59working better than what they're
  545. 16:00currently doing or better than what
  546. 16:01they're doing on their own or better
  547. 16:02than what they've been doing with
  548. 16:03another company, the whole network ends
  549. 16:05up hearing about it. And if you're the
  550. 16:07thing that is making the business grow,
  551. 16:09if you're the thing that's new and
  552. 16:10different, the other owners are going to
  553. 16:12want to work with you. And they're going
  554. 16:13to have heard about it. And all the
  555. 16:15owners in one franchise run the exact
  556. 16:17same business model. So, if they know
  557. 16:19that something worked for one of them,
  558. 16:21they know that it's going to work for
  559. 16:22them. There's no confusion around that.
  560. 16:24And so, that's why I call them master
  561. 16:26key clients because one client unlocks
  562. 16:28every other client that you could
  563. 16:30potentially work with. So, you don't
  564. 16:31need 200 clients, you just need one
  565. 16:33client that has 200 friends. And I
  566. 16:35discovered how great franchise owners
  567. 16:37are as clients by accident. In 2019, I
  568. 16:40signed a guy up by the name of Jeff.
  569. 16:41Jeff owned a dozen Anytime Fitness
  570. 16:43locations. And at the time, I did not
  571. 16:45know that franchise owners speak to each
  572. 16:48other in the way that they do. But I
  573. 16:50still did the best work I could to try
  574. 16:52and really help him. And then what ended
  575. 16:54up happening is something changed my
  576. 16:56entire business. Jeff ended up telling
  577. 16:57other owners about his experience while
  578. 16:59working with me. And then I literally
  579. 17:01acquired over 200 customers without
  580. 17:03spending a dollar on ads, without
  581. 17:05sending a single text, DM, email. And I
  582. 17:08also didn't do a single cold call
  583. 17:09because these were people that Jeff
  584. 17:11spoke to about his experience working
  585. 17:13with me. And they just wanted to work
  586. 17:14with me because they they it'd would
  587. 17:15because they knew they had the same
  588. 17:17business as them. So, let me show you
  589. 17:18how to get franchise owners coming to
  590. 17:20you rather than you having to chase them
  591. 17:21down by doing cold calls, running email
  592. 17:23blasts, or doing any of the [music]
  593. 17:24stuff that most people try to do at the
  594. 17:26start that if you don't really have the
  595. 17:28time to do it, you probably won't end up
  596. 17:30being able to do it successfully. So,
  597. 17:32what you want to do is run ads because
  598. 17:33when you're running ads, people are
  599. 17:35coming to you. They've already
  600. 17:36determined they have a problem that they
  601. 17:38want solved and if your ad speaks
  602. 17:40directly to what you do, they've already
  603. 17:41determined that so they just come to
  604. 17:43you. Versus when you're cold calling or
  605. 17:44doing cold outreach, you're trying to
  606. 17:45convince someone of a problem so you
  607. 17:47have another hurdle. With this, you only
  608. 17:48have the hurdle of convincing them that
  609. 17:50you're the right person to fix their
  610. 17:51problem. And so, here's an example of an
  611. 17:53ad account of one of my partners. As you
  612. 17:54can see, they're getting leads for right
  613. 17:55around $3.60 and this particular
  614. 17:59customer actually goes after
  615. 18:00accountants. This one goes after HVAC
  616. 18:03and as you can see, they're getting
  617. 18:04leads for under $4 as well. This one
  618. 18:06goes after roofers and as you can see,
  619. 18:07they're getting leads for very little
  620. 18:09money as well. And this one goes after
  621. 18:11contractors that do concrete driveways,
  622. 18:14that basically lay driveways. And as you
  623. 18:15can see, he's getting leads for very
  624. 18:17little money. And so, the reason why
  625. 18:19they're getting so many leads is because
  626. 18:20I give them the exact ads that they need
  627. 18:23to run and I built a project in ChatGPT
  628. 18:27that breaks down top to bottom how to
  629. 18:29actually go about doing this based off
  630. 18:31the ads that I've spent over a million
  631. 18:32dollars to figure out what works to get
  632. 18:35local business owners to book a call
  633. 18:36with you in the first place
  634. 18:38when it comes to growing their business
  635. 18:39with AI and it just works every single
  636. 18:40time. So, as you can see right here, it
  637. 18:42outlines the copy, it outlines the
  638. 18:44headline, the description, and the
  639. 18:46button. And then from there, you can see
  640. 18:48it's breaking it down here as well. And
  641. 18:50then you can see it literally creates
  642. 18:51the images that are proven to work. And
  643. 18:53then in addition to that, it will even
  644. 18:55explain to you how to set up the ad
  645. 18:57campaign from a tactical standpoint as
  646. 18:59well, which is where a lot of people get
  647. 19:01messed up. But just to give you, to save
  648. 19:03you from the confusion, all you need to
  649. 19:04do is lead generation as the objective
  650. 19:07at the campaign level and then just do
  651. 19:09open targeting. Don't do any custom
  652. 19:11audiences, don't do any interest-based
  653. 19:12targeting. Literally just do America and
  654. 19:14Canada and then exclude Quebec because
  655. 19:16they speak French. Just exclude Quebec.
  656. 19:18And then from there, that's literally
  657. 19:20it. The targeting happens on the
  658. 19:22creative, as you can see right here, cuz
  659. 19:24Facebook knows who is a roofer and who's
  660. 19:27not. And if you just do it to America
  661. 19:28and Canada, it will distribute the ads
  662. 19:30only to roofers. It's literally that
  663. 19:32good and it's that simple. So now you
  664. 19:34know to start a business that will
  665. 19:35thrive on this wealth transfer, but
  666. 19:38there's something else you need to know
  667. 19:39before you try to get business owners on
  668. 19:41a sales call with you. You need to
  669. 19:42understand how to actually sell the
  670. 19:44system that I just broke down. Now, if
  671. 19:46you've never sold something, this can
  672. 19:48feel very challenging and might even
  673. 19:50scare you a little bit. And I used to
  674. 19:52freeze up on sales calls as well when I
  675. 19:53first got started because it's something
  676. 19:55I'd never done before. But after taking
  677. 19:56over 4,000 of them, I've developed a
  678. 19:59very simple framework that anyone can
  679. 20:01use that's taken complete beginners from
  680. 20:03zero to closing at over 50% and I show
  681. 20:05exactly how to use this in this video
  682. 20:07right here. So go check it out before
  683. 20:10you take a single call because it will
  684. 20:11save you a lot of pain and headache and
  685. 20:14will actually show you how to close
  686. 20:15deals. Check it out.
