  1. 0:01What is up everybody? Welcome back to
  2. 0:04another video. In this lecture, I'll be
  3. 0:07covering the three types of GXT
  4. 0:09sequences, which is a vital, very, very
  5. 0:13important part of my GXT model, right?
  6. 0:16Specifically for intraday trading and
  7. 0:20confirmations. So, the logic here is
  8. 0:23pretty simple. we are going to be
  9. 0:25profiling a higher time frame candle
  10. 0:28with a lower time frame swing or the
  11. 0:31fractal model. Right? Simply now,
  12. 0:36I'll be showing you guys how to profile
  13. 0:38a 4hour candle like I said in this
  14. 0:41specific video, but you can do this with
  15. 0:44any any candle, right? You can do this
  16. 0:47with the daily candle, but we'll go into
  17. 0:49the alignments for that later. But
  18. 0:52honestly, I do think this is the best
  19. 0:544hour power of three strategy or
  20. 0:57intraday strategy
  21. 0:59really out there to be honest. This is
  22. 1:00why it's gained so much
  23. 1:04right traction and whatnot, right? Um
  24. 1:08and yeah, I think it is the one of the
  25. 1:11most repeatable and logical and
  26. 1:15mechanical processes you will come
  27. 1:18across. So, you're in for a treat with
  28. 1:21this one. It's also going to be a short
  29. 1:23one, which is good. So, let's get into
  30. 1:25it. What is the GXT continuation
  31. 1:28sequence, right? Very, very simple. It's
  32. 1:31simply a new higher time frame candle,
  33. 1:34in this case, a new 4hour candle is
  34. 1:37opening up within
  35. 1:39a
  36. 1:41lower time frame candle 3. So basically
  37. 1:44within this previous 4hour candle what
  38. 1:47did it do? It put in a reversal right?
  39. 1:51So if the previous candle
  40. 1:55put in a lower time for reversal then
  41. 1:57the next candle will simply open up and
  42. 1:59expand or continue. That's why it's
  43. 2:01called the continuation because the
  44. 2:03previous 4hour candle put in a lower
  45. 2:05time for reversal regardless of this
  46. 2:08higher temperament candle close. Now a
  47. 2:10lot of times you will see right that
  48. 2:12higher time frame candle close which is
  49. 2:14a byproduct of this lower time frame
  50. 2:16swing formation but it's not always the
  51. 2:18case. This candle here can be an
  52. 2:20expansion candle right where it actually
  53. 2:23doesn't even close you know back within
  54. 2:25the previous candle's range and this
  55. 2:27candle just expands because of that
  56. 2:29lowered time for reversal within it. Or
  57. 2:33it can just be a continuation candle
  58. 2:35where maybe this candle is an expansion
  59. 2:37candle within that previous candle. We
  60. 2:40also retraced, put an reversal and
  61. 2:41expanded. Again, I cover this all in my
  62. 2:43course in depth, but here we're just
  63. 2:45kind of getting a, you know, rough um
  64. 2:47depiction here. But it's pretty simple,
  65. 2:49right? It's literally that simple. A new
  66. 2:534hour candle is opening up within a
  67. 2:56lower time frame swing that the previous
  68. 2:58candle created. That simple.
  69. 3:01Now let's get into the GXT reversal
  70. 3:04sequence. This is even simpler. This is
  71. 3:07just a reversal candle
  72. 3:10formed from a lower time swing. Right?
  73. 3:12So if we want to trade that 4hour
  74. 3:15expansion candle, right? This is you
  75. 3:18know in my I believe my open high low
  76. 3:21close video or candle profiling video.
  77. 3:22That's what it was. You want to have
  78. 3:24that small wick, right? So if that small
  79. 3:26wick within that 4hour candle that
  80. 3:27you're trading, if it supports
  81. 3:29expansion, you can actually trade this
  82. 3:30reversal candle. If it does not, you
  83. 3:33know, support expansion, you will just
  84. 3:34trade the next 4hour candle because you
  85. 3:36are not in alignment with expansion. So
  86. 3:39as soon as a lower swing forms, that
  87. 3:42confirms the small wick that confirms
  88. 3:45reversal. Then you can catch that
  89. 3:46expansion within that 4-hour candle.
  90. 3:49Now this is a reversal candle, but can
  91. 3:51also be an expansion candle. As you see,
  92. 3:54the previous 4-hour candle reversed.
  93. 3:56Now, we are confirming the low of a
  94. 4:004hour expansion candle with a lower time
  95. 4:02frame swing. Right? The only difference
  96. 4:05between these two is this 4hour candle
  97. 4:08here. It's not opening up within a lower
  98. 4:10time frame swing. So, you know, the low
  99. 4:13has to be created from one. We always
  100. 4:15want to be trading away from swing
  101. 4:17points. The market cannot reverse from a
  102. 4:19swing point. So, why wouldn't you
  103. 4:21require one? That is the logic of the
  104. 4:24fract model. That's why it's so good.
  105. 4:27Now, let's get into GXT aligned
  106. 4:29sequence. This is simply when maybe you
  107. 4:32want to trade continuation, right? Or
  108. 4:34maybe the low of the candle is not
  109. 4:36formed from a swing and it just expands
  110. 4:37away. Well, when it expands away, it is
  111. 4:42confir it's, you know, it's confirming
  112. 4:43the expansion candle basically, right?
  113. 4:45It's eliminating the possibility for a
  114. 4:47bearish expansion candle because it's
  115. 4:50forming that large opposing run, right?
  116. 4:52So you're likely already in alignment
  117. 4:54bullish. So if you want to trade that
  118. 4:56continuation, right, it's even better
  119. 4:58obviously if the low of the candle is
  120. 4:59formed from that swing formation. So
  121. 5:01maybe you get in here, you catch this
  122. 5:02move, maybe you want to get a re-entry
  123. 5:04off this retracement. So within that
  124. 5:05same candle, we reverse, we expand, we
  125. 5:09retrace, right? This retracement here,
  126. 5:11this candle right here is not aligned
  127. 5:13bullish anymore because it's obviously
  128. 5:16not a bullish expansion candle. So we're
  129. 5:18waiting for that realignment which is a
  130. 5:20swing formation. Right? So now you know
  131. 5:23if we have open objectives right if we
  132. 5:25still have time left in this candle then
  133. 5:27we can actually expect a continuation.
  134. 5:29Right? So this would be that aligned
  135. 5:31version because the 4hour candle is
  136. 5:33already aligned as you see it's it's
  137. 5:35already an expansion candle. So when it
  138. 5:37retraces, we're just trying to get, you
  139. 5:39know, back in realignment with that
  140. 5:41expansion, which we just go from
  141. 5:44expansion, retracement,
  142. 5:47this reversal candle, expansion.
  143. 5:50So now let's get into a couple of
  144. 5:53examples here.
  145. 5:56All right, so this is I believe like
  146. 5:59last week or something or two weeks ago,
  147. 6:01right? And these are all trades that I
  148. 6:03did take. You can go on my Twitter, you
  149. 6:05can check them out. So, let's go over
  150. 6:08the logic because I like to show you
  151. 6:11guys logic, not just the the, you know,
  152. 6:14the concept I'm showing you guys. I want
  153. 6:16you guys to know how to put things
  154. 6:18together. So, why was I bullish this
  155. 6:20day?
  156. 6:22Well, for one, we had this slow grind
  157. 6:25up, right? But we had this reversal
  158. 6:26candle that the, you know, this day
  159. 6:28printed. But is it a reversal candle
  160. 6:31that I really care about? Not really,
  161. 6:33right? It would just be a retracement to
  162. 6:34me if anything. Why is that? Because
  163. 6:37we're leaving these equal highs here,
  164. 6:39right? So, if we're leaving equal highs
  165. 6:40here, any move away from this high, I
  166. 6:43automatically assume is a retracement or
  167. 6:46a consolidation likely, you know, a
  168. 6:49retracement or something, right? Um, so
  169. 6:51if he did leave this area, I'm
  170. 6:53immediately looking for this low to
  171. 6:54reverse. anything in close proximity to
  172. 6:57current price um most relevant key level
  173. 7:00to kind of cap off that retracement to
  174. 7:02actually continue higher. But if you
  175. 7:04actually play the next candle
  176. 7:07obviously this was just like some sort
  177. 7:08of lowered sign from retracement. So
  178. 7:10there's no sort of reversal here. So we
  179. 7:12just expect continuation especially with
  180. 7:14this daily close obviously right
  181. 7:16obviously we can't trade with this high
  182. 7:17anymore. So do we target the actual high
  183. 7:20itself which is this alltime highs
  184. 7:22basically right? So if we want to
  185. 7:23continue the next day from this previous
  186. 7:27day's range, we simply do what? We mark
  187. 7:30out EQ of that previous day's range. We
  188. 7:33want to see some some reversal.
  189. 7:37What am I doing here? Yeah, some form of
  190. 7:39reversal in the upper half of this range
  191. 7:42because that would support an expansion
  192. 7:45date, right? that supports that small
  193. 7:46wick that mechanically defines the small
  194. 7:48wick because if price disrespects EQ of
  195. 7:52this range now we're forming that large
  196. 7:54you know opposing run that large wick
  197. 7:57which doesn't really support expansion
  198. 7:59rate so now if we go to the 4hour time
  199. 8:01frame
  200. 8:02what do we see the previous day expanded
  201. 8:05we consolidated we have some form of
  202. 8:08manipulation which is at 2 a.m. So this
  203. 8:11goes back to my 4hour profile value
  204. 8:14which is also obviously a part of the
  205. 8:16GXT model. The GXT model is not just an
  206. 8:18entry model. It's a right it's how you
  207. 8:22get narrative. It's all the steps.
  208. 8:24Right? So here we get that 4hour
  209. 8:27closure. So now we're just looking for 6
  210. 8:29a.m. continuation and 10 a.m.
  211. 8:31continuation. Right? So why can I trade
  212. 8:3310 a.m. continuation here? Well, for
  213. 8:35one, we have an established low day with
  214. 8:37SMT.
  215. 8:39We have a nice close here, but most
  216. 8:41importantly is we have a draw liquidity
  217. 8:43still available at 10 a.m. That's the
  218. 8:45most important part here. So now
  219. 8:47dropping if I want to trade a
  220. 8:49continuation, what are some things that
  221. 8:51I want to what are some things I'm going
  222. 8:53to look for? I'm going to look for did
  223. 8:56the previous candle here,
  224. 8:58right? Did it have a lower time reversal
  225. 9:00that I can immediately trade away from
  226. 9:02at 10 a.m.? That's what you're going to
  227. 9:04ask yourself. If not, then the low of
  228. 9:06this 10m candle has to print that lower
  229. 9:08time frame reversal or that lower time
  230. 9:10frame swing. So now let's go into the
  231. 9:12lower time frame and see what we got.
  232. 9:15Okay. Boom. So as you see this 9:00 a.m.
  233. 9:18candle is a reversal candle. So as you
  234. 9:22see within the previous candle, we
  235. 9:24actually printed SMT. So we printed that
  236. 9:26reversal candle with SMT. And it's also
  237. 9:29the 9:00 candle. Why is the 9:00 1 hour
  238. 9:32candle important? Because within that
  239. 9:35time window, that 1 hour time window, we
  240. 9:37have a driver, right? We can pair
  241. 9:40drivers with reversals. If you see my
  242. 9:43driver video, one of the most consistent
  243. 9:45things you will ever see. Why would I?
  244. 9:48And I know a lot of people are going to
  245. 9:49be like, "What about this sweep?" You
  246. 9:51know why? Well, it goes back to using
  247. 9:53logic. We're not just pattern trading.
  248. 9:55Why would I assume this, you know, to be
  249. 9:58irrelevant for the downside? Well,
  250. 10:00because we're leaving this equal highs,
  251. 10:01the all-time highs, we're leaving this
  252. 10:03behind, right? So, in this case, this is
  253. 10:05just a retracement, right? This that,
  254. 10:08you know, move down, this wick,
  255. 10:10basically that move away from this high
  256. 10:12was just for manipulation. So, now that
  257. 10:15I know
  258. 10:17that the previous candle reversed, now
  259. 10:20that I know that 10 a.m. should not
  260. 10:22create a large wick, basically, right? I
  261. 10:24don't expect a large wick. I expect the
  262. 10:26the wick to hold or be created within
  263. 10:29the previous
  264. 10:311 hour range. Right? This is why it's so
  265. 10:33important, right? Because a lot of
  266. 10:35people will think that, you know, a
  267. 10:364-hour candle, any candle needs to have
  268. 10:38this large wick. It's not not the case,
  269. 10:40right? And now, you know, um and with
  270. 10:43later on videos, we will go over this,
  271. 10:45how to, you know, go from the top down,
  272. 10:47you know, and refine your levels like
  273. 10:50this. Um, but you can actually take out
  274. 10:52check out Trad's um YouTube channel for
  275. 10:55that as well as the fractal model
  276. 10:57because I do use the fractal model. It
  277. 10:59is to confirm the highs and lows of
  278. 11:024hour candles, but also for entry,
  279. 11:04right? To confirm key levels and get on
  280. 11:06side with with narrative and whatnot.
  281. 11:08So, let's get into this entry here.
  282. 11:10So, 10 a.m. opens right here. So, boom,
  283. 11:13it gaps up. This is 10 a.m. news, by the
  284. 11:15way, I do believe. Yep. 10 a.m. news.
  285. 11:18So, as you see, the driver is doing
  286. 11:21what? It's failing to reverse lower,
  287. 11:24right? That is a good thing to see. Now,
  288. 11:26I'm not going to use personally this
  289. 11:28opposing candle. It's not bulky enough,
  290. 11:30right? We like bulky opposing candles
  291. 11:32around here. So, I did not get in this
  292. 11:36particular trade, right? I actually got
  293. 11:38in prior, right? I got in here before
  294. 11:41this even happened because of what we
  295. 11:43saw prior. I'm expecting, you know, this
  296. 11:46to be 9:30. Here's 930 to be
  297. 11:48manipulation,
  298. 11:51right? Since we expand, you see this
  299. 11:53V-shaped signature here, right? This CST
  300. 11:56is very far away. So, the next, you
  301. 11:58know, the next closest thing you have is
  302. 12:00any failure swing that prints, you know,
  303. 12:04above this low. So, basically the higher
  304. 12:07what is it? Higher low, I guess you
  305. 12:09could say. Um, that always confuses me.
  306. 12:11Higher highs, higher lows. I don't know
  307. 12:12why that still confuses me. I think I'm
  308. 12:14a I'm a noob or something.
  309. 12:16Um, this is basically what I entered on.
  310. 12:18And I got I did not get this, you know,
  311. 12:21crazy nice fill. No, no. I I mark
  312. 12:23executed up here.
  313. 12:26Oh my goodness, dude. I can't do this.
  314. 12:31Mark exited here, assuming that 10 a.m.
  315. 12:33again would form from this, you know,
  316. 12:35this little swing point. Because again,
  317. 12:38if we're going to assume that we're
  318. 12:40going to reverse from this level, what
  319. 12:42do we not really want to see? We don't
  320. 12:43want to see deep retracements. So, if
  321. 12:45this is going to be the the protected
  322. 12:47low, I mean, look how close this swing
  323. 12:49low is in close proximity to here. It's
  324. 12:52very unlikely that price is going to do
  325. 12:53this and just take you out. It's not
  326. 12:55going to happen, you know, in a actual
  327. 12:57true reversal. We just had this deep
  328. 12:59retration because, like I said, it was
  329. 13:00news. Um, so I'm putting my stop loss
  330. 13:03there, right? It's in close proximity
  331. 13:05there. I'm good. I'm thinking that we
  332. 13:07can just expand um away from this SMT
  333. 13:10because we have not really expanded away
  334. 13:11from the SMT. Now, it was a little
  335. 13:13lackluster, but this is essentially my
  336. 13:15trade. Simple as that. Right now, this
  337. 13:16is another opportunity you could have as
  338. 13:18well because we do form this SMT here,
  339. 13:22but let's play price and see that we did
  340. 13:25indeed hit our two RR. You can even take
  341. 13:28this trade as well, right? whatever you
  342. 13:30decide to take at least to have a
  343. 13:34two-hour opportunity at the bare
  344. 13:36minimum. But yeah, that was my trade.
  345. 13:38Um, yeah, now you see all the logic, all
  346. 13:41the compets, concepts being put together
  347. 13:44that I do teach for free on this
  348. 13:46channel, a lot of this stuff. So, um,
  349. 13:49yeah, let's go ahead and move on to the
  350. 13:50next example.
  351. 13:52So, here we are on gold. So, now see the
  352. 13:55same thing. Let's zoom out to the daily
  353. 13:57here, right?
  354. 14:01What do we have here? A Tuesday low of
  355. 14:04the week,
  356. 14:11right? We're just expanding, right? That
  357. 14:13weekly candle supports expansion, right?
  358. 14:15What are we targeting towards this high
  359. 14:17essentially, right? Um, and yeah, that's
  360. 14:20the daily logic. The weekly is a line.
  361. 14:23The daily is a line. Why is the daily a
  362. 14:24line? Because it supports expansion. How
  363. 14:26do we know that it supports expansion?
  364. 14:28that small wick. See that small wick?
  365. 14:30Where would we form the low of day?
  366. 14:33Around the EQ of this range, right? So,
  367. 14:35when I go to the 4 hour time frame, I'm
  368. 14:37simply looking for a cracking
  369. 14:38correlation to form the low of the day.
  370. 14:41As simple as that. I'm looking for the
  371. 14:42candle profile to support expansion. You
  372. 14:45see how it's opening low first. So,
  373. 14:48going back to my candle profile video,
  374. 14:50right? What is that support? A bullish
  375. 14:53type of day, right? So you're seeing the
  376. 14:55log the true logic and repeatable logic
  377. 14:57that occurs here. And why am I trading
  378. 15:00this 6 a.m. candle? Why can I trade it?
  379. 15:02Well, it supports expansion, right?
  380. 15:05It also formed an SMT. So the low of
  381. 15:07this candle is formed by SMT. It's a
  382. 15:09two-stage PSP that I went over last
  383. 15:11video. Let's go ahead and look at this
  384. 15:132M candle. As you see, it is bearish.
  385. 15:17What about over here? Bearish. What
  386. 15:19about GBP? Bullish. See that? So, we
  387. 15:23have an SMT here
  388. 15:27that runs that low out. So, that is your
  389. 15:29two-stage PSP. Here's your first cracken
  390. 15:32correlation, which is the PSP candle
  391. 15:34itself. When you run that low, when you
  392. 15:37run that low, that is a swing point SMT.
  393. 15:40There's your second stage Kraken
  394. 15:42correlation. So now we go to the 1 hour
  395. 15:44time frame using driver pairing. We also
  396. 15:47have
  397. 15:49right let's mark out the opening price
  398. 15:51of that 6 a.m. candle
  399. 15:54that 4hour candle we know it's a
  400. 15:56reversal candle as you see right if the
  401. 15:59previous London session didn't reverse
  402. 16:01now we need New York session to reverse
  403. 16:02which is the 6 a.m. candle we're more so
  404. 16:06you know concerned around the hours of
  405. 16:08usually 8 to 10 is going to form the low
  406. 16:10of the day. Here we have 7 a.m. forming
  407. 16:12a low day which is also fine especially
  408. 16:14for gold that's fine. Um but most
  409. 16:16importantly is as you see the low of
  410. 16:18this 4hour candle is formed from a
  411. 16:21candle to closure and this is formed
  412. 16:24prior to the driver. So if you form a
  413. 16:27reversal prior to driver what do we want
  414. 16:30that driver to do is expand away. So
  415. 16:34here is the opening price of that
  416. 16:36driver. As you see, prior to the driver,
  417. 16:38we retraced back within that previous
  418. 16:41hourly candle's range and we immediately
  419. 16:44expand away. So on the lower time frame,
  420. 16:45we have a reversal. There's your CST, an
  421. 16:49expansion, a retracement. Boom. Driver
  422. 16:51opens up, expands away from our true
  423. 16:54reversal or low of day. So that
  424. 16:57expansion away is confirming narrative,
  425. 17:00right? This is driver pairing. This is
  426. 17:02very high probability. I also took this
  427. 17:04trade as well. Um, again, you can go
  428. 17:07look at my Twitter. This is the day.
  429. 17:09It's uh 29th of August on gold. You also
  430. 17:13had some continuation opportunities as
  431. 17:16well up here. Um, yeah, hold this trade.
  432. 17:19I held this trade uh quite a long time.
  433. 17:21It's a very, very good trade. One of my
  434. 17:23better trades on gold in in a minute.
  435. 17:26So, that was a great trade. Let's get
  436. 17:28into the next one. Like I said, this was
  437. 17:31the reversal sequence. The previous one
  438. 17:34was the continuation sequence
  439. 17:38as you can see. Now let's get into a
  440. 17:41aligned sequence. So let's get into the
  441. 17:44narrative of this day. This is a hard
  442. 17:46day, a hard week to navigate. Um it's
  443. 17:49quite ugly PA, right? So let's kind of
  444. 17:51get into it. So if you look here again,
  445. 17:55we're leaving these these highs behind.
  446. 17:58So any move lower again, what am I
  447. 18:01expecting? a consolidation or
  448. 18:03retracement. So clearly a consolidation
  449. 18:05because we're just inside barring. See
  450. 18:07this candle here? It did not take out
  451. 18:09the previous day's low or high. So that
  452. 18:13is mechanically how you define a
  453. 18:14consolidation or a small range day. Um
  454. 18:17so in a consolidation you don't actually
  455. 18:20need you don't need to manipulate this
  456. 18:23low or the consolidation though
  457. 18:25necessarily to go higher. That's that's
  458. 18:27not uh true at all. Um it's ideal,
  459. 18:30right? It's ideal that you do that
  460. 18:32because you're trading away from a
  461. 18:32higher resistance at that point, but
  462. 18:34that's not how this this day works um
  463. 18:37specifically here. And here's a way you
  464. 18:40can mechanically trade away from a
  465. 18:42consolidation. So,
  466. 18:44let's mark out our let's delete that.
  467. 18:48This is our range high. This is our
  468. 18:50range low. Now, internal to that range,
  469. 18:54we have a relevant swing in the market
  470. 18:58as you see. So, if we're going to get to
  471. 19:00this low, where would we want to reverse
  472. 19:02from to get to that low? What do you
  473. 19:05guys think? Probably this high. Probably
  474. 19:07the relevant swing, right? We want to
  475. 19:08manipulate this to go and expand over
  476. 19:11here. So, basically, you have this
  477. 19:13reversal, expansion, consolidation. We
  478. 19:16want to manipulate to get to that low.
  479. 19:18But when price fails to do that, then we
  480. 19:21can potentially know which side we're
  481. 19:24going to take out first, right?
  482. 19:26Potentially. Um because if we you know
  483. 19:28fail to displace this high, we could
  484. 19:31potentially go to this high first,
  485. 19:33right? Does that make sense? So here it
  486. 19:37becomes very obvious because of the the
  487. 19:39weekly candle profile
  488. 19:41um and as well as the current low of
  489. 19:44week. So here is the current low of the
  490. 19:47week. So now you got to think of it like
  491. 19:49this. If you're going to go higher
  492. 19:50first, what low should hold? It's not
  493. 19:54this low obviously, right? because that
  494. 19:56would be the range, you know, low going
  495. 19:58first. It's actually this failure swing,
  496. 20:00which is the current week's low. So, now
  497. 20:02you have to have this range actually
  498. 20:03hold for price to obviously go higher to
  499. 20:06that range high. So, what do we need to
  500. 20:09see? Is some sort of profile support
  501. 20:12this idea? So, if you look here, do we
  502. 20:15manipulate this high? Clearly not,
  503. 20:16right? We're consolidating above the
  504. 20:18high. That is a continuation signature.
  505. 20:20But most importantly,
  506. 20:23drop down to the hourly here. we get SMT
  507. 20:27with that range low. That is pretty, you
  508. 20:31know, convincing, right? That's very
  509. 20:33convincing that we will just continue,
  510. 20:35right? Notice how this asset is more in,
  511. 20:37you know, EQ of the range while the
  512. 20:39other assets are below this current
  513. 20:41week's low. It's also the current week's
  514. 20:43low, which is also important as well.
  515. 20:45And the low of this week or not low of
  516. 20:47this week, but the low of this
  517. 20:48retracement is also formed within the
  518. 20:50new week opening gap. as you see how
  519. 20:53price reacts around this level. It's
  520. 20:54very sensitive. So that's another
  521. 20:56disconlance for me. Um
  522. 20:59so yeah, let's get into this trade here.
  523. 21:03So as you see, this is a 10 a.m. New
  524. 21:06York reversal. As you see, the 10 a.m.
  525. 21:08candle is a reversal into expansion
  526. 21:10candle. The low of that candle is formed
  527. 21:14from an hourly swing point, but it's
  528. 21:16also formed from a 30 minute swing
  529. 21:18point. So if you wanted to get outside
  530. 21:20with this, you could trade this candle.
  531. 21:22What can you trade it to? These failure
  532. 21:24swings,
  533. 21:25right? So, if you wanted to trade that,
  534. 21:27this would be a GXT reversal
  535. 21:31um sequence. So, there's your reversal
  536. 21:34confirmation. Now, we're just looking
  537. 21:35for opposing candle support price
  538. 21:37higher. So, there you go. Here you go.
  539. 21:40Right? Any of these to get to this high
  540. 21:42and two R, whatever. But we're not going
  541. 21:44over that example. That's just like
  542. 21:45proof of concept, right? And I did not
  543. 21:47trade that. I actually took a loss uh
  544. 21:50trying to trade the 6 a.m. candlestick
  545. 21:52on INQ right um so just to be
  546. 21:55transparent but then I reentered here
  547. 21:57right um around here now I I don't
  548. 22:00believe I took this trade I took
  549. 22:02something in here or something like that
  550. 22:04I can't remember but you can go on this
  551. 22:06day uh 9th of September you can go check
  552. 22:08out what I took actually think I took
  553. 22:10like the 15 minute but it was around the
  554. 22:12same logic right um so yeah so let's go
  555. 22:16over this day so as you see at the time
  556. 22:20of this reversal What can we notice
  557. 22:22about this 4hour candle? It's already
  558. 22:24supporting expansion. It has already put
  559. 22:26in a reversal as you see and expanded
  560. 22:28away. So, at this point, we still have
  561. 22:31two hours left in the candle, right? And
  562. 22:34we can potentially trade through this
  563. 22:35high now, right? That is an engineered
  564. 22:37high, an engineered um intraday high,
  565. 22:40right? So, within this 4hour candle,
  566. 22:42what did we do? We manipulated, we
  567. 22:45expanded into a relevant high. We
  568. 22:49retraced back in the range back into EQ
  569. 22:52of that range of the current 4hour
  570. 22:54range. We put in a reversal to continue
  571. 22:57within the same candle. So we reverse
  572. 22:59expanded retrace and now we're expanding
  573. 23:00again within the same candle. But why is
  574. 23:03this actually obvious right here? That's
  575. 23:06where this cracking correlation strength
  576. 23:09switching comes in. So let's let's
  577. 23:11actually look at this. So look at this
  578. 23:12current high day here that gets taken
  579. 23:14out. And I want you to look at this
  580. 23:1611:30 candle. Let me go over to INQ
  581. 23:19here.
  582. 23:21So check out the current hive day. What
  583. 23:23do we have? We have that SMT like we
  584. 23:26mentioned, right? So obviously YM is
  585. 23:28stronger because it took out these highs
  586. 23:31obviously, right? It took out these
  587. 23:32highs. Clearly stronger asset. But now
  588. 23:36what are we getting? Look at this 11:30
  589. 23:38candle. It's bearish while INQ is
  590. 23:41bullish. That is your strength switch.
  591. 23:47This is also an SMT with the 1130 candle
  592. 23:51low going on YM. We have an SMT there.
  593. 23:54Right? So there is your strength switch.
  594. 23:56So now at this point the 1130 candle is
  595. 24:00not aligned bullish. It's not aligned
  596. 24:02with that 4hour candle that is
  597. 24:04supporting expansion or that has that
  598. 24:05small wick. So what are you waiting for?
  599. 24:07You're waiting for the lower time frame
  600. 24:09swing to realign itself with that 4hour
  601. 24:12candle. And that is with this candle
  602. 24:13close here. So as soon as this candle
  603. 24:15closes now we can you know around 12:30
  604. 24:19we can actually just trade this simple
  605. 24:21model right from internal to this range
  606. 24:24right to external to that high right the
  607. 24:26strength switch being the trigger to end
  608. 24:29and cap off this retracement that you're
  609. 24:31seeing here you're seeing a SMT form and
  610. 24:35create the low uh and create that
  611. 24:37reversal but you're also seeing it form
  612. 24:40the retracement and now you're seeing it
  613. 24:43form from the
  614. 24:45um you're seeing it start their
  615. 24:47retracement in their tracement basically
  616. 24:49and start that expansion. So price just
  617. 24:50goes from SMT to SMT. Now let's go to
  618. 24:54the 5m minute.
  619. 24:56What could you have taken? Right? You
  620. 24:58have this opposing candle. You have this
  621. 25:00opposing candle, right? They all offer
  622. 25:02two opportunity.
  623. 25:04And yeah, guys, really clean example
  624. 25:06there. Um and I'm gonna gonna go ahead
