- 0:10and some of that gold is buried securely

- 0:15held in various banks but the bulk of it

- 0:25authorized signatory is a german banker
- 0:28lawyer by the name of wolfgang struck
- 0:31who also lives in the philippines how do
- 0:32we receive it

- 0:36and they're just sitting there illegally
- 0:39and refusing to relinquish it part of
- 0:41the problem is that it's this gold is
- 0:44cloaked in secrecy but in the last month

- 1:00required to do which is release the
