0:17compared to what happened in 1983 when
0:20Lieutenant Colonel Wayne McDonald
0:21submitted a very unusual and detailed
0:24report to US Army intelligence it was
0:26called analysis and assessment of
0:28Gateway process this is a step-by-step
0:31guide on how to achieve an out of body
0:33experience for the purpose of
0:35intelligence gathering but Colonel
0:37McDonald's report went much further than
0:38that an advanced Gateway participant
0:40could not just project their
0:42Consciousness to a different place they
0:44could pull their Consciousness
0:45completely out of this reality they
0:47could travel anywhere in the universe
0:49and at any point in time the report
0:51revealed that our universe doesn't
0:53actually exist it's a construct created
0:56by our mind by using the Gateway process
0:58you can exit the construct and see

1:05classified for one simple reason anyone

1:16McDonalds analysis and assessment of
1:18Gateway process gets right to the point
1:20there are alternate states of reality
1:22and other dimensions that exist outside
1:24our physical world and outside of time

1:31strangest military report I've ever read
1:33I'm surprised it's not still classified
1:35according to the report we can use the
1:38Gateway process to access other
1:40dimensions now if you think that sounds
1:42paranormal or like new age mumbo-jumbo
1:44you're not alone even Colonel McDonnell
1:47was aware that this was the impression
1:48his report would give so he starts off
1:50by grounding his research in science
1:52McDonald consults itzak bentoff a
1:55well-respected biomedical engineer to
1:57help him understand the physical aspect
1:59of the process he uses quantum mechanics
2:02to describe the nature of human
2:03consciousness and he employs both
2:06classical and theoretical physics to
2:08explain the out of body phenomenon but
2:10most importantly the report gives
2:12step-by-step instructions on how to have
2:15a Gateway experience follow these
2:17instructions and you can learn to
2:18actually project visit other dimensions
2:21and even slip in and out of time this is
2:24why the military was drawn to it and
2:26studied it for years if the United
2:28States would train a unit of psychic
2:30spies that could project their
2:31Consciousness anywhere unnoticed that
2:34would be very effective at Gathering
2:35intelligence still McDonald knew his
2:38report would be difficult to believe but
2:40he really thought it could be done there
2:42is a sound rational basis in terms of
2:45physical science parameters for
2:46considering gateway to be plausible in
2:48terms of its essential objectives
2:50intuitional insights of not only
2:52personal but of a practical and
2:54professional nature would seem to be
2:56within bounds of reasonable expectations

3:12McDonald along with other military
3:13personnel went through the week-long

3:20a final warning that nobody really
3:22expected because this method is
3:24accessible to anyone Colonel McDonnell
3:26warned that the military should be
3:28prepared for encounters with intelligent
3:30and non-friendly entities that could
3:32exist outside the boundaries of time and
3:34space in other words a psychic war
3:41even though anyone can learn the Gateway
3:42method you can't just snap your fingers
3:44and Escape reality there is some
3:46foundation work you have to do first
3:48well no matter what
3:49ring ain't no such thing as a free lunch
3:52right you have to learn relaxation
3:54techniques meditation and extreme Focus
3:57you also have to set all doubt aside and
3:59let your mind be open to a completely
4:01new way of thinking only once you master
4:03these techniques can you begin to
4:05comprehend the true nature of reality
4:07your life the Earth the universe and
4:10everything in it is an illusion created
4:12by your mind solid matter in the strict
4:15construction of the term simply does not
4:17exist rather atomic structure is
4:20composed of oscillating energy grids
4:22surrounded by other oscillating energy
4:24grids which orbit at extraordinarily
4:26high speeds
4:28there is no solid matter everything that
4:31exists is a form of energy vibrating at
4:34extremely fast frequencies from the
4:36largest objects in the universe down to
4:38atoms and subatomic particles and
4:40everything in between it's all energy
4:42the point to be made is that the entire
4:45human being brain Consciousness and all
4:48is like the universe which surrounds him
4:50nothing more or less than an
4:52extraordinarily complex system of energy
4:54Fields so-called states of matter are
4:57actually variances in energy and human
4:59consciousness is a function of the
5:01interaction of energy
5:04our Consciousness is tuned into the
5:06frequencies of energy that make up the
5:08world that we see but we only perceive a
5:10small percentage of the energy that
5:12actually exists all around us think of
5:15tuning a radio if you tune into a rock
5:17station you only hear music broadcast on
5:19that channel now of course there are
5:21lots of other channels with all
5:22different kinds of music but your radio
5:24doesn't play them all at once only the
5:26single station it's tuned into our
5:28brains are like that radio designed to
5:30filter out everything except for the
5:32energy that creates our reality and just
5:35like a radio converts energy into sound
5:37our brains convert this Universal energy
5:39into things we can see and hear and
5:42taste and touch but none of the solid
5:44matter around us is actually there our
5:47senses create the illusion of matter so
5:50that we can experience this reality in a
5:52way that we can understand now according
5:54to the Gateway report we're all living
5:56in a shared Universal hologram the
5:58universe is composed of interacting
6:00energy Fields it is in and of itself one
6:03gigantic hologram of unbelievable
6:06complexity according to the theories of
6:08Carl prebroom a neuroscientist at
6:11Stanford University and David boom a
6:13physicist at the University of London
6:15the human mind is also a hologram which
6:18attunes itself to the universal hologram
6:20and achieves the state which we call
6:23consciousness
6:25the Gateway process teaches you to turn
6:28off the filter in your brain and gives
6:30you access to alternate states of
6:32reality and lets you escape space-time
6:34altogether and anyone could learn to do
6:36this you don't need to decalcify your
6:38pineal gland or spend years at a
6:40Buddhist monetary you don't need a
6:42shaman or a guru or mind-altering drugs
6:44you just need headphones the Gateway
6:46process is done by listening to sound
6:49but tell me more about this mindful
6:51during drugs

6:56in the 1950s New York broadcasting
6:59executive Robert Monroe found evidence
7:01that different types of sound could
7:02affect the human mind in different ways
7:04some sound patterns would make you
7:06sleepy another would make you alert some
7:09sound can give you anxiety other sounds
7:11are very relaxing well people have said
7:13my voice is relaxing then you're not
7:16reading the comments
7:17using this discovery Monroe began
7:20experimenting with hypnopedia or sleep
7:22learning Monroe was convinced that there
7:24was a connection between sound waves and
7:27not just a person's mood but their
7:29ability to learn and retain information
7:30now one night while trying a sleep
7:32learning technique Monroe had an
7:34experience that was unexpected but would
7:36change his life while listening to a
7:38specific sound frequency his body slowly
7:41became paralyzed he then started to feel
7:43a vibration that became stronger and
7:45stronger suddenly he was Awash in bright
7:48white light then a sound or maybe just a
7:50sensation of a rush of air that became a
7:53roar so loud it was unbearable
7:56yeah
7:58then in an instant everything was quiet
8:00the vibration stopped the light
8:02dissipated and Robert Monroe found
8:05himself in his bedroom floating above
8:07his sleeping body there was no name for
8:09this at the time but later became known
8:11as an Obe an out-of-body experience a
8:14term that Monroe himself popularized
8:16though this Obe happened completely by
8:18accident he was able to use sound to
8:20replicate The Experience nine times over
8:22the next six weeks Monroe wrote about
8:25the experience in his 1971 book Journeys
8:27out of the body he went on to found the
8:29Monroe Institute and became a prominent
8:31researcher in the field of human
8:33consciousness Sue Monroe discovered that
8:35while out of his body he could identify
8:37access and sustain different states of
8:40Consciousness this is done by
8:42synchronizing the left and right
8:43hemispheres of the brain now even though
8:45the brain functions as a whole its
8:48different parts serve different
8:49functions as do its two hemispheres the
8:51left hemisphere is traditionally
8:53associated with logic and reason
8:55perception and focus the right
8:57hemisphere is possible for emotion
8:59creativity and intuition so it's like a
9:02sideways mullet sideways mullet what are
9:04you talking about
9:05business in the front but a party in the
9:07back two pieces of your brainer like
9:10that but a mullet is the front and back
9:12and the brain is left and right so so

9:47the Gateway process synchronizes both
9:50hemispheres using a technique called
9:52Hennessy fundamentally the Gateway
9:54experience is a training system designed
9:57to bring enhanced strength focus and
10:00coherence to the amplitude and frequency
10:01of brainwave output between the left and
10:04right hemispheres so as to alter
10:07Consciousness moving it outside the
10:09physical sphere so as to ultimately
10:11Escape even the restrictions of time and
10:13space the participant then gains access
10:16to the various levels of intuitive
10:18knowledge which the universe offers
10:21the Gateway report describes hemisink as
10:23a lamp versus a laser the natural state
10:26of the human mind is like a lamp that
10:28emits light but it's chaotic and messy
10:30and uneven over large area hemisink lets
10:33the Mind operate like a laser producing
10:35a focused stream of energy according to
10:38Gateway when the frequency and amplitude
10:40of the human brain are brought into sync
10:42it's possible to accelerate and raise
10:45the vibrational levels of the Mind as
10:47the Mind resonates higher and higher it
10:49can synchronize with the more complex
10:51energy levels in the universe at these
10:54levels the mind is capable of processing
10:56information in the same way it processes
10:58the energy of our current reality in
11:00other words you can see and feel and
11:03understand these other states of reality
11:05as easily as you understand this one but
11:07you do more than understand reality you
11:11can learn to change it control it and
11:13bend it to your will like Neo in The
11:16Matrix or like God
11:22according to Colonel McDonald's Gateway
11:23report understanding how human
11:25consciousness could exist outside the
11:27physical body requires an understanding
11:30of holographic Theory or the holographic
11:32principle uh-oh let me get my bucket
11:34ready energy creates stores and
11:37retrieves meaning in the universe by
11:39projecting or expanding at certain
11:41frequencies in a three-dimensional mode
11:43that creates a living pattern called a
11:46hologram
11:48the report says that Holograms are
11:50capable of encoding so much detail that
11:52if you made a holographic projection of
11:54a glass of swamp water you could put the
11:57Hologram not the water the Hologram
11:59under a microscope and see microscopic
12:01organisms actually Holograms of
12:04microscopic organisms now this sounds
12:06nuts but the CIA was on to something
12:09onto something big if you watched our
12:11episode on simulation Theory you'll
12:13remember John Wheeler and his delayed
12:15Choice double slit experiment the video
12:17has more details but in short wheeler
12:20showed that particles seem to be able to
12:22change their state by going back in time
12:24now wheeler felt that the Universe
12:26wasn't necessarily made up of matter and
12:28energy but instead the universe is made
12:30up of information our hologram uses this
12:34information to create our
12:35three-dimensional Universe a holographic
12:37theory is a well-established idea in
12:39theoretical physics and widely accepted
12:42by many physicists I know it's a lot to
12:44wrap your head around and I'd like to do
12:45a whole episode on this so if you'd like

12:51our hologram from information that
12:53information has to be exchanged
12:55particles can bounce off each other can
12:57affect each other's speed carry energy
12:59to each other and that's how they
13:01exchange information but here's where
13:03the Gateway report goes a step further
13:05it says that this information can be
13:07exchanged not just in our universe but
13:10between Dimensions implying that there
13:13are dimensions of reality yet to be
13:15discovered his theory raises questions
13:17about the interaction between human
13:19consciousness and the holographic
13:21Universe like can our Consciousness
13:23which is energy also exchange
13:26information with other dimensions the
13:28Gateway process says that yes it can but
13:31there's more McDonald argues that human
13:34beings are not passive receivers of the
13:36information floating around the universe
13:37we participate in this information and
13:40by training the way we perceive and
13:42process the information that creates our
13:44reality we can actually change reality
13:47itself and this technique is called
13:49patterning the technique of patterning
13:52recognizes the fact that since
13:54Consciousness is the source of all
13:56reality our thoughts have the power to
14:00influence reality if those thoughts can
14:03be projected with adequate intensity
14:06think about the concept of the secret
14:08and the Law of Attraction which says
14:10that we can make things happen by
14:11focusing our imagination on a desirable
14:14outcome but how how do we allow our
14:17Consciousness to access this other
14:18information the Planck distance is about
14:211.6 times 10 to the negative 35 meters
14:24so really small it's the smallest
14:26possible unit of length that has any
14:28physical meaning in the universe at this
14:30scale the laws of physics break down but
14:33what if it's not the smallest in his
14:35report Colonel MacDonald speculates that
14:38by using the Gateway process to
14:40accelerate brainwave frequencies humans
14:43may be able to break the physical
14:44limitation of the plight distance
14:45McDonald suggests that Consciousness
14:48could for an instant enter the space
14:50beyond human perception it calls this
14:53clicking out of reality it is true that
14:56when for an infinitesimally brief
14:58instant that energy reaches one of its
15:00two points of rest it clicks out of time
15:03space and joins Infinity
15:05that critical step out of time space
15:07occurs when the speed of the oscillation
15:10drops below Planck's distance
15:12to use the words of bent off quantum
15:15mechanics tell us that when distances go
15:17below Planck's distance we enter in
15:19effect a new world

15:38combines two techniques the first is
15:40frequency following response or ffr ffr
15:44involves introducing a frequency through

15:48mimic by adjusting its brain waves the
15:50second technique is beat frequency you
15:52might have heard this called binaural
15:54beats this involves playing different
15:55frequencies in each ear the brain then
15:58chooses to hear the difference between
16:00them for example The Sounds at four
16:02Hertz are too low for you to hear but if
16:04you listen to 100 Hertz through the
16:06right ear and 104 Hertz in the left ear
16:09your brain can detect and hear the
16:11difference in this case or Hertz and
16:14here's how it sounds
16:16this is the left ear listen how the tone

16:22focus on the sound now a steady tone in
16:25the right ear we play them together and
16:28you can hear the oscillation between the

17:03technique that relaxes or distracts the
17:06left brain so that outside stimuli have
17:08direct access to the intuitive creative
17:10right brain that's why people under
17:12hypnosis are so impressionable they're
17:15left logical brain is disengaged letting
17:17everything through so if one of those
17:19wacky hypnotists gets you to cluck like
17:21a chicken it's because your left brain
17:23isn't keeping tabs on the information
17:24coming through and your right brain says
17:26cluck like a chicken you got it your
17:28right brain is always down to potty it
17:31is the Gateway process relaxes the left
17:33brain through sound waves when the brain
17:35is relaxed enough the amplitude and
17:38frequency of brain waves can be pushed
17:40Higher and Higher and the space between
17:42your brain waves gets smaller and
17:43smaller and when the distance between
17:45your brain waves drops below Planck's
17:47distance it clicks out of space-time up
17:50to this point our discussion of the
17:52Gateway process has been relatively
17:54simple and easy to follow easy for you
17:56to say now the fun begins as the almost
17:59continuous click out pattern establishes
18:02itself in continuous phase at speeds
18:05below Planck's distance but before
18:07reaching the state of total rest human
18:09consciousness passes through the looking
18:12glass of time space after the fashion of
18:14Alice beginning her journey into
18:16Wonderland
18:18but where is Wonderland well everything
18:21is energy right look at McDonald's
18:23drawing this represents our brain wave
18:26or energy wave or Consciousness whatever
18:28you want to call it it's all the same
18:30thing the middle of the wave where it
18:32spends most of its time is our reality
18:34but at the bottom and the top of the
18:36wave in that brief moment just before
18:38the wave changes directions it isn't
18:41moving at all it finishes going up it
18:43stops then goes down stops very briefly
18:46and then back up again it's at that
18:48point where the wave changes direction
18:50that it clicks out of our reality and
18:53according to the Gateway report joins
18:55infinity and the Absolute Energy in this
18:59state of inactive Infinity is termed by
19:01physicists as energy in its absolute
19:04state or simply the absolute between the
19:07absolute and the material Universe in
19:09which we experience our physical
19:11existence are various intervening
19:13Dimensions to which human consciousness
19:15in Altered States of being May gain
19:17access since the absolute is conscious
19:20energy and infinity that is without
19:22boundaries it occupies every Dimension
19:24to include the time space dimension in
19:27which we have our physical existence but
19:29we cannot perceive it
19:31look I know it's not easy to follow but
19:34think of it like this the top layer is
19:36our reality everything that we can see
19:38and touch that lays on top of these
19:40other dimensions whatever they are and
19:43all those dimensions and everything lays
19:44on top of this thing McDonald calls the
19:46absolute the absolute is everywhere but
19:49we can't see it but everything happens
19:50inside it so the absolute created our
19:53world
19:54but who created the absolute
19:56well isn't it obvious you did
20:03so how's your brain it's goo I'm on my
20:06third bucket I know I told you this was
20:08a Brain Buster so the absolute let me
20:11try to keep it as simple as I can I'm
20:13gonna need a glass absolute after this
20:15episode pour me one too would you the
20:17absolute is a conscious energy field at
20:19rest
20:20no it really is as simple as that the
20:23absolute is an energy field that sits
20:25there doing nothing but layered on top
20:27of that energy field is the energy field
20:29that makes up our reality and in between
20:31those other dimensions but the absolute
20:34is us we are the ones who created it and
20:37everything else not one of us all of us
20:40we're born into this reality where their
20:42own individual Consciousness we live out
20:45our time here on Earth and then our
20:46Consciousness returns to the absolute
20:48where it came from According to the
20:50Gateway report we return to this
20:52Collective Consciousness but we also
20:54retain our individual identity so
20:56immortality in a way Colonel McDonald
20:59sees the absolute as what many people
21:01might consider God the concept of
21:03visible reality that is the created
21:05world world as being an emanation of an
21:08omnipotent and omniscient Divinity who
21:11is completely unknowable in his primary
21:13state of being the absolute at rest in
21:15Infinity is a concept straight out of
21:17Hebrew mystical philosophy even the
21:20Christian concept of the Trinity shines
21:22through the description of the absolute
21:24as presented in this paper
21:26McDonald also includes evidence of the
21:28absolute and the universal hologram in
21:31Eastern religions he quotes Tibetan
21:33teachings and ancient Hindu texts the
21:35colonel then goes on to describe the
21:37nature of absolute itself and how it's
21:39come to self-awareness how it relates to
21:42all belief systems and all religions and
21:44how no matter what you believe we're all
21:46the same in order to attain
21:48self-consciousness the consciousness of
21:51the absolute must project a hologram of
21:54itself and then perceive it the absolute
21:57is the actual agent of all creation all
22:01reality and the Eternal thought or
22:03concept of self which results from this
22:05self-consciousness serves the
22:08what what happened serves the what well
22:11that sentence is at the bottom of page
22:1324 the document resumes on page 26 with
22:16a whole different topic and then Colonel
22:18McDonald wraps things up
22:20CIA says they don't have it they don't
22:23have the page that we Unite world eh
22:25nope and they say they never did that's
22:27that's

22:32people have been pressuring the CIA for
22:35the missing page Voya requests have been
22:37made petitions have been created all
22:39trying to get the CIA to release page
22:4125. the CIA insisted they don't have it
22:44but in 2021 Vice published an article
22:48about the Gateway document and mentioned
22:50the controversy around the missing page
22:52a few days later the Monroe Institute
22:54released the complete report including
22:56the mysterious page 25. what's on it
22:59well I've linked to the complete
23:00document below but the gist is this
23:02McDonald's says that no matter what
23:04religion or culture you're born into the
23:06gateway process could be a valuable tool
23:08if not the most valuable tool ever
23:11designed to help a person truly
23:13understand themselves and the nature of
23:15the universe itself he says ancient
23:17Mystics seem to understand the truth
23:19about the universe intuitively and the
23:21Gateway process confirms this everyone
23:24on Earth is part of a collective
23:25Consciousness all placed here for the
23:27same purpose to accumulate experiences
23:30to learn from one other and ultimately
23:32take that knowledge back to the energy
23:34for which we all came he says that if we
23:37could become aware of this Universal
23:39hologram we could free ourselves from
23:41the prison of our individual lives and
23:43finally realize that at our most basic
23:45level we're all the same in a military
23:48report right Colonel McDonald does
23:50eventually get back to the Practical use
23:52of an out-of-body experience with
23:54respect to military strategy and
23:56intelligence gathering but when I read
23:57his report I feel like he gets back to
23:59business because he has to otherwise
24:02this document reads like he believes in
24:04this process and believes it could
24:06really help people interesting how this
24:08page was dropped by the CIA huh yeah the
24:11message of peace and unity was
24:12conveniently absent from the cia's file
24:14now I don't know if that was an accident
24:16but I'm going to give them the benefit
24:18of the doubt and say it was
24:20but accident or not I agree it looks bad
24:23McDonald ends his report by recommending
24:26the army takes specific steps in
24:28pursuing the Gateway process but they
24:30should move in phases he recommends that
24:32they use the Gateway tapes to learn how
24:34to synchronize their brains using
24:35hemisync then learn to induce the state
24:37at will and once trainees can do this
24:40they should learn to achieve an out of
24:42body experience for remote viewing he
24:44even gives some practical steps on how
24:45to verify the information being viewed
24:47is accurate he encourages anyone
24:49learning the process to pursue
24:51self-knowledge and remove any personal
24:53prejudices that could be blocking their
24:55progress the ultimate goal is patterning
24:57that the military should learn to adjust
24:59reality for what he calls practical
25:02applications well that doesn't sound
25:04good it doesn't when you read the
25:05Gateway report you get the sense that
25:07Colonel McDonald could be trusted with
25:09this knowledge but the United States
25:11military I don't know about that now you
25:13could say the us only uses its military
25:16power for National Defense
25:21military or any government could be
25:23trusted with the Gateway process my hope
25:25is that as soldiers learn to access
25:27these different states of Consciousness
25:29they learn as McDonald did that the true
25:31nature of the universe is Unity not
25:34conflict you're quite The Optimist well
25:36I try to be well here in the real world
25:39optimists are always disappointed that's
25:42true we are so thank goodness this isn't
25:45the real world

25:51process is it just new age nonsense or
25:54is there something to it are we just
25:56living in one aspect of reality but with
25:58training and patience we could explore
26:00all of reality and if you do believe
26:02there's something more out there that
26:03the Gateway process could make available
26:05to you would you try it now before you
26:08answer you should know there are risks
26:10now many students of the system have
26:12said they've accessed these higher
26:13planes of reality and their lives were
26:15drastically improved they report more
26:17self-awareness more creativity and
26:20greater Clarity in their everyday lives
26:22but some students have reported intense
26:25anxiety depression and rare cases
26:28psychosis whether you believe in the
26:30Gateway process or not creating Altered
26:33States Of Consciousness is absolutely
26:34possible but when you do that there is
26:37the potential to become detached from
26:39this reality you could become untethered
26:41and lost unable to find your way back
26:43these negative outcomes are rare but
26:45they do happen still McDonald
26:47recommended that the military pursue the
26:49Gateway process now I don't want to
26:51reveal too much information but Colonel
26:53McDonald is still around he's in his 80s
26:56now and long retired and as far as I can
26:58tell he never wrote about the Gateway
27:00process again
27:01but I'd really love to pick his brain to
27:04see if he really believes in the Gateway
27:06process to see if he's actually tried it
27:08and if he did what did he see I like to
27:10ask him if he fears death as many of us
27:12do or if he's eager to rejoin the
27:15absolute and contribute his experience
27:16to our Collective Consciousness and as
27:19he nears the end of his time in this
27:21world does knowledge of the next World
27:23give him peace I'd like him to tell me
27:25that he's been to the other side and
27:27there's nothing to be afraid of but the
27:29Gateway process is true our
27:31Consciousness is infinite and when we
27:33die our energy returns to the absolute
27:35now I'm not religious but this sounds a
27:37lot like heaven and God now maybe not a
27:40man in the sky with a boomy voice and a
27:42white beard but God in the sense that we
27:44all come from the same source so in a
27:47way the Gateway process could prove the
27:48existence of God or the afterlife but
27:51people of Faith don't need proof but
27:53scientists have no use for God they want
27:56evidence they want scientifically
27:57provable truth so as you're watching
28:00this right now you might lean more
28:01towards science or more toward God but
28:04wouldn't it be amazing if they're
28:06actually the same thing
