  1. 0:00I went from a college student who had
  2. 0:01never built anything in his life before
  3. 0:03to creating my first project with over
  4. 0:05100,000 users and making $25,000 a
  5. 0:08month.
  6. 0:08>> This is Kian. He's 21, [music] still in
  7. 0:11college, and just 5 months ago, he
  8. 0:13shipped his very first [music] app idea
  9. 0:16to the world.
  10. 0:16>> I used Cursor to build the entire
  11. 0:18project. Took me about a week to build
  12. 0:20everything.
  13. 0:21>> What I love about his app idea is that
  14. 0:24it's dead simple. It's not some crazy
  15. 0:26trend or viral idea. It's just a useful
  16. 0:28tool for a very niche audience, which is
  17. 0:31why it's already making him $25,000
  18. 0:33[music]
  19. 0:34a month.
  20. 0:34>> If you have a tiny little problem, there
  21. 0:37are at least thousands, [music] if not
  22. 0:39tens of thousands of people out there
  23. 0:40with the exact same problem that you
  24. 0:42have.
  25. 0:42>> I asked Kian to come on to the channel
  26. 0:44to share everything, and in this
  27. 0:46episode, we'll dive into the incredibly
  28. 0:48simple app that he built, what everyone
  29. 0:50gets wrong about finding a good app
  30. 0:52idea, and his advice for how to go from
  31. 0:55idea to revenue in just a couple months.
  32. 0:58All [music] right, let's dive in. I'm
  33. 1:00Pat Walls, and this is Starter Story.
  34. 1:03All right, Kian, welcome to the channel.
  35. 1:05I'm stoked to have you on here. Tell me
  36. 1:06about who you are, what you built, and
  37. 1:08what's your story.
  38. 1:09>> Yeah, so my name is Kian, and I went
  39. 1:11from a college student who had never
  40. 1:12built anything in his life before to
  41. 1:15creating my first project with over
  42. 1:16100,000 users and making $25,000 a month
  43. 1:19in under 5 months by just vibe coding
  44. 1:21and posting on social media. Today, I'm
  45. 1:23excited to share more about how I was
  46. 1:24able to turn my hobby into a
  47. 1:26money-making machine and how I grew so
  48. 1:28fast.
  49. 1:28>> This is crazy. Usually, people don't get
  50. 1:31this lucky. They don't They don't hit it
  51. 1:33right on their first try, which is one
  52. 1:34of the reasons why I wanted to bring you
  53. 1:35on. Super cool app that you built, and
  54. 1:38it's absolutely crushing it in 5 months.
  55. 1:40Let's talk about that. Can you explain
  56. 1:41the app that you built in a few
  57. 1:42sentences, and then can you pull up your
  58. 1:44revenue screenshots to show that this is
  59. 1:46actually making $25,000 a month?
  60. 1:48>> Yeah, for sure. So, Tone Up is a website
  61. 1:51and a mobile app for guitarists that
  62. 1:53allows any user to sound like their
  63. 1:54favorite song in under 30 seconds. Every
  64. 1:56guitar, amp, and pedal board sounds
  65. 1:59slightly different or has slightly
  66. 2:00different settings. Tone adapts bridges
  67. 2:02the gap between guitarists and their
  68. 2:04gear, telling them exactly how to set up
  69. 2:06their rig to sound like any song they
  70. 2:08want. We have different tier
  71. 2:09subscriptions, so we have weekly prices
  72. 2:11for $10 a week, and we have annual plans
  73. 2:13for around $60 a year. Yeah, so we
  74. 2:15launched originally as a website, and
  75. 2:17then we also have a mobile app as well.
  76. 2:20So, combined revenue between the website
  77. 2:22and the mobile app, we've done over
  78. 2:23$25,000 in the past [music] 4 weeks.
  79. 2:26>> Yeah, so the last 4 weeks on the Stripe
  80. 2:27dashboard, you can see we've done around
  81. 2:2911 and 1/2 thousand dollars in revenue.
  82. 2:31Uh, this is the past 4 weeks on the
  83. 2:33mobile app, you can see we've done
  84. 2:34[music] another $14,000 and have over
  85. 2:37397 active subscribers all in the past
  86. 2:40month since we've launched the mobile
  87. 2:41app. So, this is my growth in the past 3
  88. 2:43months, we've done $45,000 on the
  89. 2:46website, and we have 1,400 new
  90. 2:48subscribers in the past 3 months.
  91. 2:50>> Okay, amazing growth. I mean, to do this
  92. 2:52all in 5 months is crazy. That's super
  93. 2:55fast. Last year around this time, you
  94. 2:57hadn't even started this app, which is
  95. 2:58super cool. So, let's talk about that.
  96. 3:00How do you even get to the place? I
  97. 3:02really I I You told me earlier that
  98. 3:04you're in college. How do we even get to
  99. 3:05the place where you've built an app
  100. 3:06that's making over $25,000 a month while
  101. 3:08you're in college?
  102. 3:09>> Yeah, so I was a completely normal
  103. 3:11college student majoring in CS at San
  104. 3:13Diego State University. I began learning
  105. 3:15the guitar about a year and a half ago,
  106. 3:17and I was immediately obsessed. I was
  107. 3:18playing the guitar almost every day. And
  108. 3:20in the fall, I began doing UGC content
  109. 3:23for brands to make some extra money on
  110. 3:24the side, which really opened up my eyes
  111. 3:26to the power of social media and taught
  112. 3:29me how to create viral content that gets
  113. 3:30attention.
  114. 3:31>> All right, cool. I like that. You
  115. 3:32usually don't hear You hear about people
  116. 3:33building apps, but typically you don't
  117. 3:35hear as much about people who are
  118. 3:36creating content and then they want to
  119. 3:38build an app. So, I think that's super
  120. 3:39cool. How did you then get the idea for
  121. 3:42this app? And then how did you know that
  122. 3:44it was something that could actually
  123. 3:45crush it?
  124. 3:46>> Yeah, so at the time, I was struggling
  125. 3:48to get internships. So, I went looking
  126. 3:50for a project to put on my resume. And
  127. 3:52loving the guitar at the time, I began
  128. 3:54brainstorming pain points that I faced
  129. 3:56while playing the guitar. And I realized
  130. 3:58I was using ChatGPT at the time to
  131. 4:00figure out how to get guitar tones, but
  132. 4:02it wasn't really all that accurate. And
  133. 4:03I talked to other guitarists on Reddit,
  134. 4:06on Instagram, mainly in comment
  135. 4:08sections, and many of them had the exact
  136. 4:10same problem, but there was no real
  137. 4:11solution out there. So, I knew if I had
  138. 4:13the problem and a few other guitarists I
  139. 4:15know also had the problem, there's
  140. 4:16probably millions of others out there
  141. 4:17that have the exact same problem.
  142. 4:19>> I love this app that Kion built. Why?
  143. 4:22Because it's simple and it solves a
  144. 4:24problem that he personally [music]
  145. 4:25experienced. But, here's the thing. Even
  146. 4:28if you build the best idea in the world,
  147. 4:30people still need to find it. And that's
  148. 4:33why I put together this free guide
  149. 4:35called $1 million attention. It's a
  150. 4:38massive resource packed with real
  151. 4:40examples and strategies [music] for
  152. 4:42getting eyeballs and attention on your
  153. 4:44product, which is the most important
  154. 4:46thing you can do in 2026. The goal of
  155. 4:48this resource is to help you stop
  156. 4:50building in silence and start getting
  157. 4:52your idea out there in front of real
  158. 4:54people. [music] So, if you're building
  159. 4:55something and you're ready to actually
  160. 4:57grow it, just head to the link in the
  161. 4:58description to get started for free. All
  162. 5:00right, let's get back to the episode.
  163. 5:02Nice. So, I I love that you built it
  164. 5:04from a place of like, "Hey, this is
  165. 5:06something cool that I could build that's
  166. 5:07useful for me." That I think that's
  167. 5:09always the best type of apps to build.
  168. 5:11It's just like a almost like a personal
  169. 5:13curiosity like, "Could I make something
  170. 5:15better than ChatGPT?" So, for anyone
  171. 5:17watching, that's a always a great reason
  172. 5:19to build an app which is I need [music]
  173. 5:20this. I have this problem. Let's talk
  174. 5:22about how you went ahead and built it.
  175. 5:24So, you had this idea. How did you
  176. 5:26actually build it and how long did it
  177. 5:27take to build the app?
  178. 5:28>> Yeah, so I had the idea for a few months
  179. 5:30actually. Over Thanksgiving break, I had
  180. 5:32some free time and I decided to build
  181. 5:35V1. Since it was literally the first
  182. 5:37thing I'd ever built, it took me about a
  183. 5:39week to build everything and get
  184. 5:41everything working properly. Nowadays, I
  185. 5:43would say the same project would take me
  186. 5:45a couple hours to build. And yeah, every
  187. 5:47line of code was Vibecoded. Not a single
  188. 5:49line of code has been written myself.
  189. 5:51So, I use Superbase for my database and
  190. 5:53Vercel for hosting and analytics,
  191. 5:56Mailgun for emails, uh Stripe for
  192. 5:59payment processing, and then for APIs, I
  193. 6:02use the OpenAI API and the Tavily web
  194. 6:05search API. And then I use CloudCode to
  195. 6:07do all of my code writing. And yeah,
  196. 6:09this is the web app stack that allows
  197. 6:11you to ship a web app tonight and get
  198. 6:13someone to pay for it as soon as
  199. 6:14possible.
  200. 6:15>> For the app, I also use Vercel for all
  201. 6:17of the back-end API routes. I use
  202. 6:18Superbase for the database as well. And
  203. 6:20then I use RevenueCat to track all my
  204. 6:22payments and subscriptions. I use
  205. 6:24Superwall for paywalls and AB testing
  206. 6:26different experiments, and it is built
  207. 6:28in Swift natively. [music]
  208. 6:30>> I mean, it just goes to show you how
  209. 6:31fast you can build stuff now. You just
  210. 6:33said, "Screw it. I'm going to build the
  211. 6:35iPhone app now after I've built the web
  212. 6:36app." And you built it really fast. And
  213. 6:38the mobile app you built has done over
  214. 6:3915,000 in the last month, which is just
  215. 6:41super crazy to think about. But I'm sure
  216. 6:43just building it didn't make all the
  217. 6:45customers come, right? Anybody can build
  218. 6:47a guitar app right now and they may not
  219. 6:49make a single dollar. So, let's talk
  220. 6:50about growth. How did you actually get
  221. 6:52users for this app? How did you get your
  222. 6:54first users and how did you kind of
  223. 6:55scale it out?
  224. 6:56>> Yeah, for sure. So, my marketing
  225. 6:58approach was dead simple. The first
  226. 7:00video I actually ever posted about Tone
  227. 7:02Adapt went viral overnight. And I
  228. 7:04realized quickly it's not just about one
  229. 7:06viral video, but it's about repeating
  230. 7:08that process consistently and turning
  231. 7:10that attention into real paying
  232. 7:12subscribers. So, my marketing approach
  233. 7:14was very simple. I posted media three
  234. 7:16times a day, reposted across as many
  235. 7:19platforms as I can, Instagram, TikTok,
  236. 7:21YouTube, Facebook, and I put my face
  237. 7:23behind the brand immediately to build
  238. 7:25trust with users from day one. And have
  239. 7:27them almost feel like they are joining
  240. 7:29the journey with me as I continue
  241. 7:30[music] to make improvements to the app,
  242. 7:32add more gear, and make the entire thing
  243. 7:34better. Once formats converted, I scaled
  244. 7:36those formats aggressively.
  245. 7:38>> You mentioned one thing that I thought
  246. 7:39was interesting is that you decided to
  247. 7:40put your face behind the brand
  248. 7:41immediately. Were you not like
  249. 7:43embarrassed to like put your face out
  250. 7:45there and like be super cringe or like
  251. 7:47had you already done that or what are
  252. 7:48your thoughts and advice for people who
  253. 7:50might be thinking of doing the same?
  254. 7:52>> Yeah, so the first video I posted was
  255. 7:53honestly super embarrassing. All of my
  256. 7:56friends saw it. Some of them were making
  257. 7:58fun of me a little bit, but once you get
  258. 7:59over that first video and it's on the
  259. 8:01internet for everyone to see, you
  260. 8:02realize it doesn't actually matter and
  261. 8:04every video after that first one,
  262. 8:05there's no embarrassment anymore.
  263. 8:06>> Okay, on that note, all your friends
  264. 8:08that saw your cringe video, I'm sure
  265. 8:10they were thinking, "I kind of want to
  266. 8:11do the same. I want to build an app. I
  267. 8:13want to make money online. I want to
  268. 8:14build something cool around a hobby that
  269. 8:17I picked up like guitar", which I think
  270. 8:18is super cool. If you were to start over
  271. 8:20based on everything that you've learned
  272. 8:21in the last 5 months, you have this
  273. 8:22really successful app and you had to
  274. 8:24start over right now based on everything
  275. 8:26you know about content, building,
  276. 8:28everything, what would be like your
  277. 8:30playbook to finding another app idea
  278. 8:32like this or just advice for anyone out
  279. 8:34there who's watching this who wants to
  280. 8:36do the same?
  281. 8:36>> Yeah, so I would tell them to pick a
  282. 8:38hobby or a niche that they already know.
  283. 8:40Pick something that you do every day or
  284. 8:43every week yourself. For me, that was
  285. 8:45learning the guitar. I've been playing
  286. 8:46the guitar almost every day for over a
  287. 8:48year before I thought about building
  288. 8:50Tone That Up. I think this matters
  289. 8:51because you understand and face the
  290. 8:53exact pain points that you're trying to
  291. 8:55solve without doing any market research.
  292. 8:57Technically, you are your own customer
  293. 8:59that you're targeting and you understand
  294. 9:00your niche better than anyone else.
  295. 9:02>> Yeah, I think a lot of people
  296. 9:04underestimate like how like cool of
  297. 9:06little hobbies or passions or interests
  298. 9:08that they have and they don't even think
  299. 9:09[music] that there could potentially be
  300. 9:10like a business idea there and they
  301. 9:12think, "Oh, I don't have any passions. I
  302. 9:14don't have any hobbies." But if you do
  303. 9:16have something that you enjoy, let's say
  304. 9:18it's not guitar, but it's um you know,
  305. 9:20running or something like that, [music]
  306. 9:21how would you go and find an actual app
  307. 9:24worth building around that [music]
  308. 9:26hobby?
  309. 9:27>> Yeah, so in whatever hobby that you have
  310. 9:29in your life, there could be a tiny
  311. 9:31little pain point where there's no
  312. 9:33solution or a slow process or inaccurate
  313. 9:36results, any convenience at all. You can
  314. 9:38make something out of that and that's a
  315. 9:39business opportunity. So, I came up for
  316. 9:41the idea for Tone Adapt simply because I
  317. 9:43was using ChatGPT to get tones and there
  318. 9:45was no real product that was doing the
  319. 9:47same thing yet. There's a lot of people
  320. 9:49out there, so chances are if you have a
  321. 9:51tiny little problem, there are at least
  322. 9:53thousands if not tens of thousands of
  323. 9:55people out there with the exact same
  324. 9:57problem that you have.
  325. 9:58>> I talked to a lot of people, they have
  326. 9:59maybe an idea, but they almost have this
  327. 10:02like obsession with perfection and they
  328. 10:04build all these features and it ends up
  329. 10:07being this like thing that doesn't even
  330. 10:09really work that well. What would be
  331. 10:10your advice around that?
  332. 10:11>> Yeah, I'd say ship V1 on the web right
  333. 10:14now. You can ship a web app today and
  334. 10:16get someone to pay for your product by
  335. 10:18tonight if you ship on the internet.
  336. 10:19Don't spend hours picking a logo, don't
  337. 10:22polish anything, just build something,
  338. 10:24put it on the internet and charge money
  339. 10:25for it. You'll be getting revenue from
  340. 10:27day one and feedback for improvements
  341. 10:29when you eventually build out the mobile
  342. 10:30app. I'd say post about it every single
  343. 10:32day on social media. This is where I see
  344. 10:35so many people quit. They build an
  345. 10:36amazing product, it looks beautiful, it
  346. 10:39solves a great problem and they never
  347. 10:40get anyone's eyes on it. Commit to
  348. 10:42posting three times every single day for
  349. 10:44at least a month and I guarantee you
  350. 10:46will make money and get users. Show your
  351. 10:48product solving something in real time
  352. 10:50and you might not go viral on day one,
  353. 10:52but you'll figure out which formats
  354. 10:53convert and which don't. If you aren't
  355. 10:55posting your product for people to see,
  356. 10:57then nothing [music] else here matters.
  357. 10:58You honestly don't even think about what
  358. 11:00you're posting. Any content is better
  359. 11:02than no content at all. Every time you
  360. 11:03post content, someone is seeing it and
  361. 11:05someone will be willing to go and use
  362. 11:07your app. Once you find a piece of
  363. 11:08content that works, this is where it
  364. 11:10gets a little bit easier. Your first
  365. 11:12piece of content that converts is now
  366. 11:14your template for everything else that
  367. 11:15you're about to do. Remake it 50 times
  368. 11:17with tiny variations, hire UGC creators
  369. 11:20to copy that exact same format 60 times
  370. 11:22a month. Put money behind it on Meta ads
  371. 11:24and TikTok ads. Once you find this
  372. 11:26format that converts, you need to ride
  373. 11:28it until it dies. That's [music] the the
  374. 11:30formula. You need to post relentlessly,
  375. 11:32so you have one winner, take that one
  376. 11:34winner, and pour gasoline on it until it
  377. 11:36doesn't work anymore, and then repeat.
  378. 11:38>> All right. So, I mean, one thing that I
  379. 11:40love about this kind of playbook that
  380. 11:42you shared is just posting content every
  381. 11:44single day. There are a million tone
  382. 11:47guitar tone and tune apps. I'm looking
  383. 11:49on the App Store right now, but yours
  384. 11:51shows up after the sponsor results as
  385. 11:54number two for the keyword guitar tone,
  386. 11:57and there's a lot of reasons why, but I
  387. 11:59think one of them is that you just been
  388. 12:00sharing it so much on social media. Like
  389. 12:02you mentioned, two to three clips a day.
  390. 12:05That is going to make you stand out in
  391. 12:06this sea of guitar tone apps. And as AI
  392. 12:09coding gets even more easy, there's
  393. 12:11going to be even more of them. So, how
  394. 12:12do you stand out? Creating content. On
  395. 12:14that note, I would love to actually see
  396. 12:16this app. I was about to download it,
  397. 12:18but maybe you can give me a quick demo
  398. 12:19of how it works, and I'd just love to
  399. 12:21see cuz I used to play the guitar. I
  400. 12:23would have loved to have this back in
  401. 12:24the day, but yeah, give me a quick demo
  402. 12:26of what it does.
  403. 12:27>> Yeah, for sure. So, this is Tone Detect,
  404. 12:29and this is the main page that users
  405. 12:31will be using. Down here, the user will
  406. 12:33input whatever guitar that they play on,
  407. 12:35and whatever amp that they play on. We
  408. 12:36have over 1,500 guitars and 2,000 amps
  409. 12:39in the database, so most users are
  410. 12:41covered. Down here, you could add any
  411. 12:43built-in amp effects or any pedals that
  412. 12:45you might have as well. And then, you
  413. 12:47will look up whatever song that you want
  414. 12:49to sound like. For example, if I want to
  415. 12:50get the tone of Hotel California by The
  416. 12:53Eagles, I'll come down here and search
  417. 12:54it up, and then you click research. And
  418. 12:56you can see in under 30 seconds, you
  419. 12:59will get the entire original gear that
  420. 13:01the original artist used to record the
  421. 13:03song, his guitar, pickups, amp, and
  422. 13:06it'll estimate the amp settings that the
  423. 13:07original artist was using on the record.
  424. 13:09It'll also show you the entire effects
  425. 13:12and pedals section as well. And then,
  426. 13:14this is the main selling point for
  427. 13:16users. We adapt the guitar tone to the
  428. 13:18user's gear. So, you could see we'll
  429. 13:20recommend presets that the user should
  430. 13:22use because that's what they have on
  431. 13:23their amp. We'll show them the pickup
  432. 13:25choice, and we'll show them how to set
  433. 13:26up their amp sound just like the song.
  434. 13:28You can see the adjustments between the
  435. 13:30original song and the user's gear. We
  436. 13:32also show them how to set up their
  437. 13:34signal chain and other amp effects as
  438. 13:36well.
  439. 13:36>> This is awesome. I mean, I think it's
  440. 13:37super cool. We talked to a few founders
  441. 13:40who do just tools that help in the music
  442. 13:43industry or music production process.
  443. 13:45Like we interviewed this one guy, it's
  444. 13:47more event production, but he has like a
  445. 13:48timer for being on stage. We interviewed
  446. 13:51another guy who does AI-generated music
  447. 13:53videos for artists so they can save on
  448. 13:55music video costs. There's all sorts of
  449. 13:57cool ideas. So, if you're watching this
  450. 13:59and you are passionate about music or
  451. 14:02instruments or or something in that
  452. 14:04space, or it can even be out of that
  453. 14:05space. There's just so many cool ideas
  454. 14:07like this that clearly can do well. This
  455. 14:09app you're making over $25,000 a month,
  456. 14:11which is awesome. The last question that
  457. 14:12we ask everyone who comes onto the
  458. 14:14channel is, if you go back in time
  459. 14:16before you decided to build this app,
  460. 14:18and obviously worked out great for you,
  461. 14:20what advice would you give to your
  462. 14:22younger self or to anyone watching this
  463. 14:24who wants to do the same?
  464. 14:26>> Yeah, I would tell you to start posting
  465. 14:28on social media today. It doesn't have
  466. 14:29to be for a specific product, or you
  467. 14:31don't have to be selling anything. Just
  468. 14:32start posting on social media. It will
  469. 14:34open up so many doors for you. I think
  470. 14:36it's the most valuable skill that anyone
  471. 14:38can have in today's world.
  472. 14:40>> Yeah, I agree. I mean, we talked to so
  473. 14:41many founders on here. Feels like eight
  474. 14:43or nine out of 10 founders I ask, "How
  475. 14:46do you grow?" TikTok, Instagram, social
  476. 14:49media. It's the number one skill to
  477. 14:50grow. So, you might as well, even if you
  478. 14:52hate it, you might as well figure it out
  479. 14:53and learn it, cuz that's how businesses
  480. 14:55grow these days. Thank you, Kian, for
  481. 14:56coming on and sharing everything, even
  482. 14:58though you didn't have to. Appreciate
  483. 14:59you coming on and inspiring the world
  484. 15:01with this awesome business idea.
  485. 15:03>> Thank you, guys.
  486. 15:04>> Gus, producer of Starter Story, what did
  487. 15:06you think of Kian and this guitar tone
  488. 15:09tuner app that he built?
  489. 15:10>> I know, so simple, right? I mean, that's
  490. 15:12kind of the like That's my takeaway.
  491. 15:13It's like, man, what a cool like little
  492. 15:16idea, you know? I used to play guitar in
  493. 15:18college. I actually taught myself how to
  494. 15:19play guitar. I used to use this website
  495. 15:21called like it was like free guitar
  496. 15:23lessons.com and that's how I learned
  497. 15:25taught myself. So I know it's different
  498. 15:27but it just reminds me like man there's
  499. 15:29like riches and niches, right? Like his
  500. 15:31is his isn't even like a learn guitar
  501. 15:33app, it's just like a match the sound.
  502. 15:36>> [laughter]
  503. 15:37>> So anyways, I'm super impressed. He just
  504. 15:38seems like a chill dude. Yeah, I don't
  505. 15:40know. Those are I'm rambling but those
  506. 15:41are some thoughts.
  507. 15:42>> Yeah, no you mentioned something smart I
  508. 15:44thought which was it doesn't teach you
  509. 15:46how to use the guitar which is like a
  510. 15:47crazy app like you know that that would
  511. 15:49be like a really ambitious project. It's
  512. 15:51just something that helps you match the
  513. 15:52tone. It's simple. You could build that
  514. 15:54pretty easily. I bet you could go build
  515. 15:55it right now. I think that sometimes
  516. 15:57people doubt that such a small idea can
  517. 15:59make a lot of money and that's one of
  518. 16:00the reasons why I really wanted to do
  519. 16:02this interview is he pulled up his
  520. 16:04revenue dashboard and showed it, right?
  521. 16:05There are enough guitar players out
  522. 16:07there that want to match their tone and
  523. 16:09need to solve that problem enough to pay
  524. 16:10for it that that is enough. And this is
  525. 16:12the change that's happening right now in
  526. 16:14this world which is you can build that
  527. 16:16so easily now with AI five coding tools
  528. 16:19someone like him who didn't have a whole
  529. 16:20lot of experience as long as you have an
  530. 16:22idea because you could just build it.
  531. 16:24>> Yeah yeah just it's a good reminder that
  532. 16:25like any you know I don't want to say
  533. 16:27like any ideas a good idea as long as it
  534. 16:30solves like a painful problem even if
  535. 16:32it's just for you like he said there's a
  536. 16:34good chance someone else out there has
  537. 16:35probably had the same feeling or like
  538. 16:38man I wish this existed that's probably
  539. 16:40that's all that's what he said, right?
  540. 16:41And um it's just a good reminder. I
  541. 16:44don't know like the the AI coding has
  542. 16:46made it so like you can kind of create
  543. 16:47any idea really fast and that's It's a
  544. 16:50really it's really cool, you know, I
  545. 16:51think that's really cool.
  546. 16:52>> Yeah and right now we're on this like AI
  547. 16:55can create anything that's really cool
  548. 16:57but what's going to happen is a lot of
  549. 16:58everyone's going to be able to build
  550. 16:59anything and there'll just be this flood
  551. 17:02this sea of apps. I'm sure it's already
  552. 17:04happening right now but it's going to be
  553. 17:06way way crazier in one, two, five years.
  554. 17:09So why does his app win? Well, it was
  555. 17:11this content he created, right? One to
  556. 17:13three Tik Toks or Instagrams that he was
  557. 17:15posting every single day and he actually
  558. 17:17had a background in UGC. So, I would go
  559. 17:19and look at his channels and see what
  560. 17:21the type of content that he created. Go
  561. 17:23all the way to the end and look at the
  562. 17:24first one that he created. And on that
  563. 17:26note, we have our million-dollar
  564. 17:28attention guide that I wanted to share
  565. 17:30with you. This has a bunch of examples
  566. 17:32and strategies for how to get eyeballs
  567. 17:34and attention on your product. If you
  568. 17:36want to get it, this is the stuff that
  569. 17:38matters. Ideas are important, but
  570. 17:40getting attention in the sea of
  571. 17:42AI-generated tools is the most important
  572. 17:45thing that you can do. So, click that
  573. 17:46link [music] in the description if you
  574. 17:47want to get that guide right now. It's
  575. 17:48100% free. Let us know what you thought
  576. 17:50about this episode. Otherwise, we will
  577. 17:53see you in the next one. Peace.
