The EXACT System to Blow Up on YouTube in 90 Days — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00I'm about to show you the 90-day YouTube
- 0:01challenge that led to the two biggest
- 0:03growth spurts of my entire YouTube
- 0:05career. The first time I followed it, it
- 0:07got me monetized. The second time, it
- 0:09broke me through major plateau and
- 0:11eventually led to me hitting 100,000
- 0:13subscribers. This is the most effective
- 0:15system I have ever used for growing on
- 0:17YouTube. And while it won't be easy, if
- 0:20you actually follow through on what
- 0:21we're about to cover, this could be one
- 0:23of the most impactful videos that you
- 0:25watched this year. So, grab a notebook
- 0:27and something to write with, and let's
- 0:29get into it. So, this challenge is split
- 0:31into 12 weeks, which are divided into
- 0:33three core phases, each with its own
- 0:35focus and its own upload schedule. We'll
- 0:37be using a default upload schedule of
- 0:39one video per week, but don't worry if
- 0:41you currently post more or less than
- 0:42that. I'll let you know which parts to
- 0:44modify to fit your own schedule. So,
- 0:46without further ado, let's jump straight
- 0:48into it with phase one, foundations,
- 0:51starting with week one, declaring your
- 0:53commitment. The first week isn't about
- 0:55planning or strategizing, although we
- 0:57will get to those soon. This week is on
- 0:59making it real. Because the truth is,
- 1:02most creators who fail this challenge
- 1:04won't fail because they're bad at making
- 1:06videos. They'll fail because they give
- 1:08up. Maybe they get busy. Maybe they'll
- 1:10lose motivation. But whatever the
- 1:12reason, this challenge will quietly slip
- 1:15away. Don't let that be you. That's why
- 1:17this week matters, because commitment
- 1:20changes everything. And there's real
- 1:22data to back this up. A study led by
- 1:24psychology professor Dr. Gail Matthews
- 1:26found that people who wrote down their
- 1:28goal were 42% more likely to achieve it
- 1:31compared to those who only thought about
- 1:32their goal. And that number climbed even
- 1:34higher for those who shared it with
- 1:36others. So, that's exactly what we're
- 1:38doing in week one. Let yourself and the
- 1:40world know just how serious you are
- 1:43about leveling up your channel, and use
- 1:44that public declaration to keep yourself
- 1:47accountable when your own motivation
- 1:48runs out. You can do this through a
- 1:50community post, or make a quick channel
- 1:52update, or even make an Instagram story,
- 1:53or a tweet, or post in a Discord server.
- 1:56And if your channel is still small, and
- 1:58you don't already have an audience to
- 1:59declare commitment to, that's okay.
- 2:02Still write it down, and then tell a
- 2:03friend or a family member. Tell us in
- 2:05the comments of this video. The point is
- 2:07to make it so that you're not just
- 2:09thinking about maybe taking YouTube more
- 2:11seriously someday. You're actually doing
- 2:13it, starting right now. And just between
- 2:16us, because I genuinely want you to do
- 2:18this, I may be offering a little
- 2:20something something to people who make
- 2:22their post. More on that later, but for
- 2:24now, once you've made your commitment,
- 2:26you're ready to start building the
- 2:27foundation that will support every video
- 2:29you make moving forward, which brings us
- 2:32to week two, expanding your taste.
- 2:34Because before you can start making
- 2:36great videos, you must first understand
- 2:38what it is that makes a video great. And
- 2:41to do that, you need to develop your
- 2:43taste. Taste is your creative filter.
- 2:46It's what helps you choose the right
- 2:47topics, spot good ideas, and make better
- 2:49calls with editing, pacing, and titles,
- 2:52thumbnails, all of it. So, this week,
- 2:54your only job is to watch YouTube not as
- 2:56a consumer, but as a creator. Not just
- 2:59did I like this, but why did I like
- 3:02this? Why did I click? Why am I still
- 3:03watching 30 seconds in? How does the
- 3:05music and lighting make me feel? When
- 3:07did I get bored or click off, and what
- 3:09prompted it? Aim to study at least 30
- 3:12videos this week, and not just videos
- 3:14within your niche. Expose yourself to
- 3:16different formats, vlogs, challenges,
- 3:19tutorials, breakdowns, commentaries, and
- 3:21more. The more variety you take in now,
- 3:24the more creative options you'll have to
- 3:26apply to your own videos later. As you
- 3:28study, start building your swipe file, a
- 3:30collection of elements that spark
- 3:32something for you. Titles that made you
- 3:34click, thumbnails that caught your
- 3:35attention, hooks that pulled you in, and
- 3:37editing choices or effects that made you
- 3:40feel something. The format for your
- 3:42swipe file doesn't matter. You can use
- 3:43Google Docs, Apple Notes, Notion,
- 3:46whatever is just most frictionless for
- 3:48you. To make this even easier for you, I
- 3:51put together a free Notion workbook,
- 3:52complete with all of the exercises
- 3:54you'll need over the next 90 days. I'll
- 3:56put a link in the video description to
- 3:58grab it for free. Use it because it'll
- 4:00guide you through noticing things that
- 4:02you typically wouldn't, and it'll ensure
- 4:04that you're not just bingeing videos,
- 4:06you're studying them. Start building
- 4:08your swipe file here in week two because
- 4:10you'll be coming back to it again and
- 4:12again over the next 10 weeks. By the end
- 4:15of week two, your brain is going to be
- 4:17buzzing with inspiration, and you'll be
- 4:19watching YouTube differently with a
- 4:20sharper sense of what you like and why
- 4:23you like it, which sets you up in a
- 4:25great place to move on to week three,
- 4:27developing your signature video recipe.
- 4:30Now that you've studied what works for
- 4:32others, it's time to figure out what
- 4:34works for you. Because in order to stand
- 4:36out from everything else that already
- 4:38exists out there, your videos need to be
- 4:40remarkable, which is where your video
- 4:42recipe comes in, a unique blend of
- 4:44ingredients that makes your content feel
- 4:46intentional, fresh, and unmistakably
- 4:49yours. A distinct video recipe is the
- 4:51reason why many of your favorite
- 4:53creators feel so dang irreplaceable, and
- 4:55you can develop your own through unique
- 4:57combination of five core ingredients.
- 5:00First up is audience. Who are you making
- 5:03videos for? What are they curious about?
- 5:05What do they struggle with? What kind of
- 5:06content do they already love? When you
- 5:08know who you're talking to, everything
- 5:11else becomes easier. Next up we have
- 5:13value. What does your audience gain from
- 5:15watching your videos? Are you helping
- 5:16them take action, helping them
- 5:18understand something better, or even
- 5:19just making them feel less alone?
- 5:21Whether it's insight, entertainment,
- 5:23inspiration, or something else, just
- 5:25make sure that your videos serve your
- 5:26audience in some way because without
- 5:28that core value, there's no reason for
- 5:31anyone to watch. The third ingredient is
- 5:34format. How are you delivering that
- 5:36value? Here are the formats most
- 5:37commonly used on this platform. Pick the
- 5:40one or two that are most aligned with
- 5:41your strengths. The fourth ingredient is
- 5:44vibe. What feeling do your videos give
- 5:46off? Does your content feel cozy, high
- 5:48stakes, inspiring, efficient, something
- 5:51else? While we often forget what's
- 5:53exactly said in a video, we remember how
- 5:56the video makes us feel. We come back to
- 5:58get more of that feeling. And finally,
- 6:00the last recipe ingredient is your
- 6:02differentiator. What makes your version
- 6:05of video worth watching over someone
- 6:06else's? This is your special sauce, and
- 6:09it usually comes from unique skillset,
- 6:11access to something others don't have,
- 6:13value that's more insightful and depth
- 6:15or novel than what's already out there,
- 6:17or personality, which is inherently
- 6:19unique to you. As you develop a
- 6:21signature video recipe of your own,
- 6:23consider your strengths and your taste.
- 6:25What are you naturally good at? And when
- 6:27you look through your swipe file from
- 6:28last week, what formats and vibes keep
- 6:31popping up? You don't have to make any
- 6:33final decisions here. A large part of
- 6:35this whole 90-day challenge is
- 6:37discovering your video recipe through
- 6:38intentional experimentation. But we
- 6:40can't do that if we don't have a video
- 6:42recipe to test out in the first place.
- 6:45So, draft between one and three video
- 6:48recipes to test. Unique combinations
- 6:50that feel specific enough to guide you
- 6:52and to experiment with it. And armed
- 6:54with your video recipes, you're ready to
- 6:56head into the last week of phase one,
- 6:58week four, idea generation. It's time to
- 7:01take everything you've done so far and
- 7:03turn it into actual video ideas. Because
- 7:06starting next week, you'll be shifting
- 7:08from planning to execution. From here on
- 7:11out, every video you make will be a shot
- 7:13on goal. And we want to do everything
- 7:15that we can to make sure that every shot
- 7:18counts. So, your goal this week is to
- 7:20come up with eight video ideas that each
- 7:22pass three critical criteria. The first
- 7:25criteria is testability. Does this idea
- 7:28help you refine your video recipe? Think
- 7:31of each idea as a tiny experiment. What
- 7:33happens if I try out this format? What
- 7:35happens if I lean into this vibe? What
- 7:37happens if I serve this audience with
- 7:39this value? If you drafted multiple
- 7:41recipes, generate at least one idea for
- 7:43each one. And if you only have one, use
- 7:45this as your opportunity to test and
- 7:47refine it. The second criteria is view
- 7:50potential. Can the idea create a
- 7:52breakout opportunity? Ultimately, the
- 7:54whole point of this entire 90-day
- 7:56challenge is to blow up your channel.
- 7:58And while not every video needs to go
- 8:00viral, every idea should at least have
- 8:03the potential to do so. The simplest way
- 8:05to do this is to leverage what's already
- 8:07worked before. Look for titles,
- 8:09thumbnails, or concepts that have
- 8:11already hit the view count you're aiming
- 8:12for, either from you or from someone
- 8:14else, both inside and outside of your
- 8:16niche. And then filter those concepts
- 8:18through your video recipe to make them
- 8:20uniquely yours. And finally, the last
- 8:23criteria each of your ideas must meet is
- 8:26feasibility. Is it possible for you to
- 8:28execute on this idea at two times your
- 8:30normal upload pace? In phase two, you'll
- 8:33be moving fast, and every idea you pick
- 8:35must be doable within a tighter
- 8:37production window. So, ask yourself,
- 8:40could I realistically script, film,
- 8:42edit, and publish this at double my
- 8:43normal pace? If not, is there any way I
- 8:46could simplify this to be within scope?
- 8:48Save your bigger, more complex ideas for
- 8:51later. Their time will come, but for
- 8:53now, aim for tight, clear, and
- 8:55achievable. With your eight ideas in
- 8:57hand, you've officially completed phase
- 8:59one. You've built your foundation,
- 9:01you've set your direction, and now
- 9:03you're ready to head into the most
- 9:05productive push of your YouTube career.
- 9:07Welcome to phase two, sprint mode. Weeks
- 9:11five through nine are when things get
- 9:12serious. They're the most intense,
- 9:14focused, and transformative part of this
- 9:16entire challenge. This is your creative
- 9:19boot camp. And if you commit to it,
- 9:21you'll see more clarity and growth in
- 9:22the next few weeks than most creators
- 9:24get in an entire year. Here's how it
- 9:27works. For the next eight videos, you're
- 9:29going to double your normal upload
- 9:31cadence. So, if you normally post once a
- 9:33week, during sprint mode, you'll post
- 9:35twice a week. And if you usually post
- 9:37every other week, aim to post weekly,
- 9:39and so on and so forth. At a default
- 9:42upload pace of once a week, sprint mode
- 9:44will take you 4 weeks to complete, but
- 9:46we're giving you 5 weeks for this phase
- 9:48because life happens. We're only human.
- 9:51So, the built-in buffer week will help
- 9:53you catch up just in case you fall
- 9:55behind. Now, I'll be honest with you,
- 9:57the next 5 weeks won't be easy cuz up
- 10:00until now, you've been in planning mode.
- 10:02Yes, it's been real work, but it's also
- 10:05been relatively safe. There's been no
- 10:07real pressure, no real resistance. But
- 10:10now, you have to take action. You have
- 10:13to actually show up and publish videos.
- 10:15That's why, instead of just relying on
- 10:17sheer willpower to help get you through
- 10:19sprint mode, we're going to add in an
- 10:21extra layer of external accountability
- 10:24to help keep you on track. It's time to
- 10:25make your second public declaration of
- 10:28this challenge. Let your audience know
- 10:30that you're taking on a 4-week sprint,
- 10:32and that you're pushing yourself to
- 10:33double your upload schedule. Doing so
- 10:36will make it harder for you to back out
- 10:37with the added benefit of giving your
- 10:39audience something to root for. And
- 10:41because I genuinely want you to do this,
- 10:44I'm going to offer you a little extra
- 10:46motivation. First, at the end of every
- 10:49video of mine from now until the end of
- 10:50the year, I'm going to shout out one
- 10:52channel that's actively participating in
- 10:54this challenge. Just tag me in your post
- 10:56or video and use #aprilatkinschallenge
- 10:59to be considered for a shout-out. But
- 11:01I'm not stopping there because while a
- 11:03shout-out from me might give you a nice
- 11:05short-term boost in viewers, I also want
- 11:07to set you up for long-term success. So,
- 11:10I've teamed up with my long-time partner
- 11:12Sprizzer Studio to offer every creator I
- 11:14shout out lifetime access to their
- 11:16platform. If you haven't heard of it,
- 11:18Sprizzer Studio is an all-in-one YouTube
- 11:20planning partner designed to help you
- 11:22come up with better video ideas,
- 11:24stronger titles, more clickable
- 11:26thumbnails, and tighter story
- 11:27structures, all based on real YouTube
- 11:30performance data. For example, if you're
- 11:32looking for titles, thumbnails, or
- 11:34concepts that have worked well in the
- 11:35past, Spader Studio's Outlier tool makes
- 11:38it easy to find videos that have over
- 11:40performed, not just on YouTube as a
- 11:41whole, but also for your specific
- 11:44audience. Once you have an idea, their
- 11:46Story Beats tool helps you level up that
- 11:48idea and turn it into a fleshed-out
- 11:49concept rich with curiosity potential.
- 11:52From there, you can use the Title
- 11:53Explorer to generate and refine
- 11:55high-performing title variations. And
- 11:57use one of my personal favorite
- 11:58features, the Thumbnail Concept
- 12:00Generator, to generate multiple distinct
- 12:02visual concepts with a variation of
- 12:04different compositions and styles that
- 12:06you can use to inspire your own
- 12:08thumbnail design. Every part of Spader
- 12:10Studio is designed to help you save time
- 12:12and make better creative decisions
- 12:14faster, which will be very useful during
- 12:17sprint mode. And even if you don't get
- 12:18chosen for a shout-out, Spader Studio
- 12:20also gave me a link to let you try them
- 12:22out for 14 days absolutely free. So,
- 12:24I'll put a link to that in the video
- 12:26description below. Thank you so, so much
- 12:28to Spader Studio for not only sponsoring
- 12:30this video, but also just for supporting
- 12:32creators and for partnering with me to
- 12:34make this challenge possible. Now, back
- 12:36to sprint mode. Now, it's time to
- 12:38actually start making videos. But, be
- 12:41careful here because more reps only
- 12:43matter if you're learning from each one.
- 12:45You see, the true power of repetition
- 12:48comes from small, consistent
- 12:49improvements that compound over time.
- 12:51And while sprint mode is designed to
- 12:53compress those improvements into a
- 12:54hyper-concentrated period of time, if
- 12:56you're not intentional about improving
- 12:58with each and every upload, you risk
- 13:01finishing sprint mode at the exact same
- 13:03place you started, albeit a little more
- 13:05tired. So, ensure that you're getting
- 13:07the full value out of each and every
- 13:09upload, follow this four-step system
- 13:12with every video you make. First, set
- 13:14your learning goal. Before you start
- 13:16scripting or filming, ask yourself,
- 13:19"What is one thing I'm trying to learn
- 13:21from this?" Maybe you're testing new
- 13:23format, or experimenting with a new
- 13:24title structure, or thumbnail style from
- 13:26your swipe file, or trying to simplify
- 13:28your editing workflow. Whatever it is,
- 13:30as long as each video is set up to teach
- 13:32you something, even if it flops, it
- 13:35means that the time spent working on it
- 13:37won't be wasted. Step two is to make the
- 13:39video. I can't really give you any
- 13:41shortcuts here other than to say, just
- 13:43get it done. Don't overthink it. Don't
- 13:46try to make it perfect. Just get it out
- 13:48the door. Sprint mode only works through
- 13:50consistent execution. This means
- 13:52sticking to the upload cadence you
- 13:54committed to. Even if it feels like a
- 13:56video isn't ready, remember you can't
- 13:59learn or build momentum from a video
- 14:01that never gets published. After your
- 14:03video goes out, step three is to
- 14:05reflect. After each upload, take 20 to
- 14:0830 minutes to fill out a post-video
- 14:11reflection. Promise me you won't skip
- 14:14this. This step is by far the most
- 14:16important one of them all. It's what
- 14:18turns just making a bunch of videos into
- 14:21a well-oiled momentum machine. Use your
- 14:24Notion workbook to track what video
- 14:26recipe you used, what worked well, what
- 14:28you want to focus on improving for the
- 14:29next video, what new skills you
- 14:31acquired, how the audience responded,
- 14:33and what you would have done if you had
- 14:35more time. That last field is especially
- 14:38important to fill out as it'll help
- 14:39inform you when you get to phase three.
- 14:42And the more detailed you can get with
- 14:43your post-video reflections, the more
- 14:45valuable they become. Because that's how
- 14:47you'll be able to identify the patterns
- 14:49that start to emerge, the golden nuggets
- 14:51that typically take months or even years
- 14:54of trial and error in order to identify.
- 14:57And finally, after your post-video
- 14:58reflection is complete, the last step is
- 15:01to update your community. Okay, this
- 15:03one's optional, but I highly recommend
- 15:05it. After each upload, or even just once
- 15:08a week, share your challenge progress
- 15:10with your audience. This could be as
- 15:12simple as a quick video three of eight
- 15:14complete, or as involved as sharing some
- 15:17key takeaways from your last post-video
- 15:19reflection. But no matter how big or
- 15:21small, just sharing some sort of regular
- 15:23update helps keep you accountable and
- 15:25also invites your audience to join you
- 15:27on your journey, building more loyalty,
- 15:30hype, and just overall engagement.
- 15:32Follow these four steps for every video
- 15:34you make over the next few weeks, and I
- 15:36promise you they'll be some of the most
- 15:38transformative weeks of your entire
- 15:40YouTube career. And look, sprint mode
- 15:42won't be easy. Around the third upload
- 15:45or so is where the novelty of the
- 15:46challenge will start to wear off and the
- 15:48reality of double uploads will start to
- 15:50hit. Some videos will flop. Most weeks
- 15:53will be overwhelming, and chances are
- 15:55you're going to fall behind and question
- 15:58whether or not it's worth it to keep
- 15:59going. But, that's okay. That's normal,
- 16:02so anticipate it. Sprint mode isn't
- 16:05about perfection, anyway. It's about
- 16:07showing up again and again and putting
- 16:09in the reps, continuing even when it
- 16:11gets hard. The first time I did this
- 16:13challenge, I managed to upload nine
- 16:15videos during my sprint mode. The second
- 16:18time, I uploaded just four. But, if I
- 16:20let you in on a little secret, what
- 16:22really mattered, what really moved the
- 16:24needle for me, wasn't the exact number
- 16:26of uploads. It's what I learned from
- 16:28these uploads and from the sheer
- 16:29momentum that came from uploading more
- 16:31frequently than I had done before. So,
- 16:34don't stress if things don't go
- 16:35perfectly. Just keep going, stay the
- 16:38course, push through. You're going to be
- 16:41shocked at just how much your content
- 16:43improves over just four weeks. Once your
- 16:46last sprint mode video is uploaded, your
- 16:48last post video reflection completed,
- 16:50and your last community update posted,
- 16:52you're ready for the third and final
- 16:54phase of the 90-day system. This is the
- 16:57phase that changed my life. You've made
- 17:00it to phase three, the banger.
- 17:03Everything you've done in this challenge
- 17:04so far has led to this final video, the
- 17:06absolute banger that not only showcases
- 17:09just how far you've come, but that also
- 17:11has a highest potential of blowing up
- 17:13your entire channel. And I don't say
- 17:15that lightly. When I first did this
- 17:17challenge myself, my own banger video
- 17:19isn't just what got me monetized, but
- 17:21also what got my channel discovered in
- 17:24the first place. It took me from under
- 17:251,000 subscribers to over 10,000
- 17:28subscribers in less than a month. It
- 17:30prompted an invitation to speak at the
- 17:32biggest creator conference in the world.
- 17:34And most importantly, it's what proved
- 17:36to myself that I really did have what it
- 17:38takes to succeed on YouTube. And that
- 17:40pursuing this dream of mine really was
- 17:42worth it. So, trust me when I say a
- 17:45single video really can change
- 17:47everything. And now it's your turn. So,
- 17:50here is how this is going to work. We're
- 17:52going to slow way down. While sprint
- 17:55mode was all about maximizing quantity
- 17:57in order to accelerate your learning,
- 17:58this phase is about going all in on
- 18:01quality. So, to make this video, you're
- 18:03going to have your original pre-sprint
- 18:06mode upload pace. So, if you were
- 18:07originally uploading once a week, you
- 18:09now get two full weeks to work on this
- 18:11single video. And after four straight
- 18:14weeks of double uploads, it's going to
- 18:16feel like you have so much time, which
- 18:18is completely by design. Because between
- 18:21the new skills you've picked up, the
- 18:22creative instincts you've developed, and
- 18:24this newfound abundance of time, you're
- 18:26all set up to make the best video you
- 18:28have ever made. Start by revisiting your
- 18:31idea list from week four. Were there any
- 18:33ideas that made you genuinely excited?
- 18:36That made your heart perk up when you
- 18:37looked at it? But that maybe felt a
- 18:38little too ambitious to be able to pull
- 18:41off during the sprint mode? Now is your
- 18:43chance to bring it to life. Just make
- 18:45sure your chosen idea is backed up with
- 18:47some form of proof of prior success,
- 18:50like an outlier video or past videos
- 18:52that have hit your view goal. As long as
- 18:54there's some indication that it's a
- 18:55concept with breakout potential, you can
- 18:57pour everything that you have into it
- 18:59knowing that it has a real shot at
- 19:01taking off. Next, go back through your
- 19:03post-video reflections to piece together
- 19:06your fully developed signature video
- 19:08recipe. What audience do you want to
- 19:10serve? What value do you want to provide
- 19:12them? What format can you use to best
- 19:14deliver that value? What vibe or feeling
- 19:16do you want your videos to give off? And
- 19:18what differentiators can you lean into?
- 19:20Take that finalized video recipe and
- 19:22apply it to your chosen idea to make it
- 19:25uniquely yours. And finally, compile
- 19:28your answers to the last question of
- 19:30each post-video reflection, the things
- 19:32you told yourself you would have
- 19:33improved if you had more time. Well, now
- 19:36you got that time, baby. Put together,
- 19:38these answers will tell you exactly what
- 19:40you need to do to take the quality of
- 19:41your video from good to great. Maybe
- 19:44it's deeper research or more cinematic
- 19:46shots or more intentional music choices
- 19:48and sound design. Whatever it is for
- 19:50you, the combination of that extra
- 19:52effort is what will separate this video
- 19:54from every video that came before it.
- 19:56So, take your shot. Make something
- 19:58you're proud of. Make something that
- 19:59feels bigger and better than anything
- 20:02you've ever done before. Because you
- 20:03just spent the last two months showing
- 20:06up, learning fast, and proving just how
- 20:08badly you want this. And now is your
- 20:10time to show the world just how far
- 20:12you've come. With your banger video
- 20:14uploaded, all that's left to do is take
- 20:16the final week of this 90-day journey to
- 20:18reflect on what you've accomplished,
- 20:20consolidate everything you've learned.
- 20:22This is your time to take it all in. And
- 20:24also to decide what comes next. Because
- 20:27now that you have all this momentum, we
- 20:30don't want to lose it. So, take this
- 20:32final week to revisit your post-video
- 20:34reflections one last time. Rewatch your
- 20:37uploads with fresh eyes. Consider how it
- 20:39felt to focus more on quantity or on
- 20:42quality. After all, this challenge
- 20:44pushed you to explore both ends of the
- 20:46spectrum. In sprint mode, you pushed
- 20:48quantity to the extreme and saw what you
- 20:50were capable of when you removed
- 20:52perfectionism and overthinking. And for
- 20:54your banger video, you pushed quality to
- 20:56the extreme and saw what you could
- 20:58create when you slow down and give a
- 21:00video your full attention. So, now that
- 21:02you've experienced it all, what balance
- 21:04do you want to strike moving forward? Do
- 21:06you want to revert back to the original
- 21:08upload schedule you maintained before
- 21:10this whole challenge started, or do you
- 21:12want to make some changes? There's no
- 21:13one right or wrong answer here, and you
- 21:15can always change your mind later. But,
- 21:17for now, armed with a data-backed upload
- 21:20schedule, a clearer creative voice, a
- 21:22stronger connection to your audience,
- 21:24and a signature video recipe that's
- 21:26entirely your own, congratulations.
- 21:28You've done it. You've completed the
- 21:3190-day challenge to blow up your
- 21:32channel, and I can't wait to see what
- 21:35the next chapter will bring. So, now you
- 21:37know the road map. 12 weeks, three
- 21:39phases, and one challenge that could
- 21:42genuinely change your life, the same way
- 21:44that it did for me, not just once, but
- 21:46twice before. And yes, I know it sounds
- 21:49intense, because it is. If it were easy,
- 21:52everyone would be doing it. And the
- 21:54truth is, most people who watch this
- 21:56video won't. They'll nod along, think,
- 21:59"Oh, hey, that's a good idea. I should
- 22:01try that." And then they'll close the
- 22:03tab and talk themselves out of it. And
- 22:05look, I get it. The timing's never
- 22:07perfect. But, the ones who win are the
- 22:09ones who take action anyway. They start
- 22:12before they feel ready. They commit
- 22:14before they feel confident. And they
- 22:16figure it out while they're moving. So,
- 22:19if any part of you feels like you're
- 22:21meant for more as a creator, that your
- 22:23channel has more potential that it just
- 22:25hasn't tapped into, then this is your
- 22:27moment. The end of the year is coming
- 22:29fast, and if you start now, this
- 22:31challenge will carry you there. You'll
- 22:33finish the year stronger than you
- 22:35started, with real momentum, a clearer
- 22:37direction, an audience that's actually
- 22:40growing. But, most importantly, you'll
- 22:42prove to yourself that you can do hard
- 22:44things. You can commit. You can take
- 22:47YouTube seriously. And when you do that,
- 22:50you're no longer hoping that your
- 22:51channel will grow someday. You're
- 22:53actually building the version of you who
- 22:55makes that growth inevitable. So, let
- 22:58this be your moment. Download the Notion
- 23:00workbook. Start the challenge. level up
- 23:03your channel, and go all in on the
- 23:05creator you're about to become. If you
- 23:07need a primer on how to come up with
- 23:08great ideas that will help you
- 23:10absolutely crush this challenge, check

- 23:14here. Otherwise, thank you so much for
- 23:16watching. If you need it, this is your
- 23:18sign to keep creating. Like and
- 23:20subscribe if you can, and I will see you
- 23:22in the next video.
