- 0:03Guess what? People know who I am.
- 0:06Surprise, surprise. I asked Paul to go
- 0:09into the hospital today to find out
- 0:11about Christiey's surgery since they had
- 0:14the whole weekend and all of today to do
- 0:16it.
- 0:18And we were walking in the front lobby
- 0:20and I don't want to cause trouble for
- 0:22those creeps. I really don't. So, I sent
- 0:24Paul down to the nurses station to find
- 0:26out. Of course, George didn't recognize
- 0:30Paul,
- 0:31but some nurse saw me walk in the front
- 0:33door and standing in the lobby, and she
- 0:35went trottting her little ass down to
- 0:38George about the time Paul got there.
- 0:41She grabbed George and she says, "Dian
- 0:44just came in the hospital."
- 0:47Well, be George jumped up. I swear to
- 0:51you, I thought for sure he was going to
- 0:54come unglued. He started looking around
- 0:56in every direction to see where I was.
- 0:59Looked like a dork.
- 1:01Paul walked up to the nurse's station
- 1:03and asked
- 1:05said who he was and asked how Christy's
- 1:07surgery was or if she'd had it. And they
- 1:10said, "Uh,
- 1:13oh, well, somebody will be able to talk
- 1:15to you. Would you rather go into the sun
- 1:17room?" And he says, "No, this is fine
- 1:20right here." Or there's a chair right
- 1:21there, the one by Christiey's door.
- 1:26I could sit there. And she goes, "No."
- 1:28He says, "Of course, unless you'd rather
- 1:30I sat in the sun room." And she said,
- 1:32"Yes, I would. We get all this special
- 1:34treatment. Isn't that nifty, assholes?"
- 1:39So, uh, found out Christy didn't have
- 1:41her surgery still.
- 1:44I went to see Danny this afternoon.
- 1:47Susan decided that she would grant me
- 1:49another visit. Broad.
- 1:52I have a lot of hate. Could you tell?
- 1:55Whole lot of hate.
- 1:57But she told me that I could only see
- 1:58Danny on conditions. I had to do exactly
- 2:01as she said, act the way she said, say
- 2:04what she said, or I wouldn't get to see
- 2:07my kids anymore. It's all fine. I was a
- 2:10good little girl. Got to see my baby.
- 2:15Got to see my Danny. He isn't a real
- 2:18angel today. Real sweetie.
- 2:22Danny's a regular little kid, three
- 2:26years old, likes to play his guns
- 2:30and uh he used to do that with his
- 2:33sisters, but now when he does it,
- 2:35everybody thinks it's some kind of some
- 2:37subconscious
- 2:38something coming out.
- 2:41So, uh, when Susan and Dick Tracy were
- 2:44sitting there
- 2:46discussing things, Susan was saying,
- 2:51"I sure wish you knew when this
- 2:54investigation was going to be over."
- 2:57And Dick says, "It'll be over tomorrow."
- 3:00She says, "Thank goodness." I guess
- 3:02she'll be glad to get me out of her
- 3:04hair. I'll be glad to get her out of my
- 3:06hair, too. I'm glad this stupid
- 3:07investigation's going to be over. Now
- 3:10they have to know I didn't do it. You
- 3:12leave me the hell alone.
- 3:15Anyway, they were sitting there all
- 3:17engrossed in this conversation and Danny
- 3:19grabs his nostr and goes, "Mommy, bang
- 3:22bang."
- 3:24Now, I have to tell you, the first time
- 3:26Danny did this to me in the hospital, it
- 3:29scared me real good because
- 3:32guns, little kids playing bang bang
- 3:35guns,
- 3:37never seemed serious until this
- 3:39happened. And it's just guns are bad. I
- 3:43know how
- 3:44serious a bang bang is, but how do you
- 3:48tell a three-year-old that doesn't know
- 3:50that he's been shot? How do you impress
- 3:53that fear on him?
- 3:56So, you don't you don't give him
- 3:58unwarranted
- 4:00fears. He'll learn soon enough about
- 4:02what really happened, and he'll learn
- 4:03that guns are bad.
- 4:06But right now, he's just a
- 4:07three-year-old playing with his milk
- 4:08straw.
- 4:10And I can't sit around being paranoid
- 4:13for fear that Susan or Dick Tracy is
- 4:15going to think that I'm
- 4:17flipping out. I have to be normal for my
- 4:20kids and [ย __ย ] the rest of the world.
- 4:23So, I grabbed Danny's juice straw and
- 4:25went, "Danny, bang bang."
- 4:28I swear to you, you should have been
- 4:29there. Susan and Dick just about snapped
- 4:32their necks looking over to see what was
- 4:34going on.
- 4:36I have to admit it was funny.
- 4:39Creeps.
- 4:41They don't know a three-year-old playing
- 4:43bang bang with mommy. They're a bunch of
- 4:45fools. I have no respect for any of
- 4:47them.
- 4:49They couldn't see the truth of it. Slap
- 4:51them upside the head. And that's what
- 4:53it's doing right now.
- 4:58Yeah. I think I'm I'm going to talk to
- 5:01Jim. I'm going to tell Jim what I
- 5:03remember. We'll see what happens then.
- 5:08I gotta get going for now.
