0:12this book as all things came into being
0:15because of a thought acted upon
0:17Neville left us October 1 1972 And since
0:22that time I have invested many hours
0:24transcribing the hundreds of tapes I
0:26have of his lectures
0:28Neville explained that the Ark of Life
0:30contained and could be understood on
0:32three levels the literal psychological
0:35and spiritual
0:37the lectures which are available deal
0:39mainly with the spiritual
0:41however because those who are now
0:44hearing his words on tapes and reading
0:46his lectures did not hear him speak on
0:48the second or psychological level I
0:51realize the need to provide that
0:53psychological plane as a foundation for
0:55the higher spiritual level
0:57and so the thought was planed in my mind
1:01what if there were some lectures that
1:03taught this principle on a practical
1:05level
1:06wouldn't it be wonderful if such a
1:08series could be found and made available
1:10for those who would desire it
1:12and then one day I received a letter
1:14from a lovely lady in San Francisco who
1:17said she was moving into a retirement
1:19home and wanted to send me some notes
1:20she had from Neville's lecture Series in
1:23San Francisco in 1952.
1:25these notes constitute this book
1:28I had a thought
1:30wouldn't it be wonderful if and acted
1:33upon it by feeling the thrill of the
1:34thoughts completion
1:36I have never met the lady or hear from
1:39her since receiving the notes but I have
1:41proved once again that imagination
1:43thought fulfills itself
1:46the living proof is in your hands
1:49now let me tell you a bit about me
1:52born and raised in a small town in
1:54Kansas I moved to California in 1942 as
1:58a good Protestant
2:00but I had a hunger that no organized
2:02religion could fill so I drifted from
2:04one belief to another seeking yet not
2:07finding what I was searching for
2:08possibly because I did not know what it
2:11was
2:12then one day I heard a man called
2:14Neville and I knew that although the
2:16outer me did not understand his words
2:18the inner me was singing the Hallelujah
2:20Chorus for I had found the cause of all
2:23life that my very thought mixed with
2:25feeling was an imaginal act which
2:28created the facts in my world
2:30I remember the first night I lay in my
2:33bed and dared to claim I am God
2:35afraid that the ceiling would crash down
2:37on me I quickly covered my head just in
2:40case
2:42and when nothing happened I gathered
2:44more courage and set out to prove for
2:46myself that imagination could create
2:48reality
2:49I did not believe it could and I wanted
2:52to prove Neville wrong
2:54that was back in 1964 and I haven't
2:57succeeded yet
2:59not all of my imaginal acts have come to
3:01fruition but I now know that the fault
3:03does not lie in the teaching but in my
3:06belief in myself
3:07and as I have grown in my belief and
3:10trust and faith in what I have imagined
3:12I have gained confidence I my own
3:14wonderful human imagination
3:17several years ago I put together a group
3:19of lectures of Neville's and called the
3:21book Immortal man
3:23at the time I was afraid to change his
3:26words even though I felt I could make
3:28the message clearer if I did
3:30shortly after its publication I turned
3:33to self one night and asked is it all
3:35right to change the words as long as I
3:37do not change the meaning
3:39I know that if truth were told so that
3:41it could be understood it would be
3:43believed
3:44I fell asleep questioning myself and in
3:47the night I had this dream I am on my
3:50way to work
3:51as I enter the building I see directly
3:54before me a beautiful restaurant whose
3:56tables are filled with diners enjoying
3:59their meals
4:00Neville is standing next to a fireplace
4:03speaking to a group nearby
4:06thrilled to find him there I am eager to
4:08show him the book of his lectures I had
4:10just published and questioned him
4:12regarding the change of words
4:14but as I turn to take the case I am
4:16carrying into my office get the book in
4:19return He glances up and catches my eye
4:22instantly changing my mind I turn and go
4:25directly into the restaurant to join him
4:28but when I arrive I discover that he has
4:31vanished leaving the ladies to tell me
4:33that he is gone and will never return
4:36hartsick I returned to the lobby with
4:38its hard tile floor when suddenly the
4:41case I have been carrying fell from its
4:43handle
4:44the moment it hit the floor the case
4:46opened my book fell out and lay open at
4:49its Center seam
4:51as I looked down in horror I saw that I
4:53had been carrying a briefcase which
4:55contained a tape recorder that had
4:57turned on due to the fall and Neville's
4:59voice was ringing out loud and clear
5:02embarrassed I stooped down to turn off
5:04the volume only to discover that all the
5:07knobs had fallen off the machine and
5:09there was no way for me to turn him off
5:11as I tried to push the case over to the
5:14far wall in order to pick it up I awoke
5:16with these words ringing in my ears I am
5:19I in you as you
5:21from that moment on my fears have
5:24vanished and since that time I have
5:26gained confidence in my writing
5:28these are Neville's words Neville's
5:31thoughts yet we are so closely woven in
5:34the tapestry of thought that the words
5:35are now mine
5:37the lectures you will read are Neville's
5:39words
5:40yet they may not have been the exact
5:42words he spoke back in 1952
5:46the material I had to work with were
5:48notes someone had taken in shorthand
5:49transcribed and duplicated
5:52I have taken the notes and elaborated on
5:54them
5:55the words are true and hopefully
5:58understandable enough so you can test
6:00them and discover for yourself that when
6:02the truth is applied it is made Alive by
6:04a spiritual experience
6:06always bear in mind that when Neville
6:08speaks of man he is speaking of generic
6:11man man slash woman
6:13man is the external world the natural
6:16man while imagination is the internal
6:19world the man of spirit
6:21God imagination became the natural man
6:25that the man of nature may become God
6:27who is Spirit
6:29always think of yourself as two beings
6:31one who sees through the organs of sense
6:33and the other through the mind of
6:35imagination
6:37and always remember God's name as he
6:39revealed it to Moses
6:41I am
6:42that is who I am
6:45and by this name I shall be known
6:47throughout all generations
6:49I am that I am
6:51I the trinity in Unthinkable origin I am
6:55God the Father
6:56an eye in Creative expression am the Sun
6:59for imagination is born of consciousness
7:03therefore I in Universal interpretation
7:05in infinite imminence in Eternal
7:08procession am God the Holy Spirit

7:15chapter 1 your infinite worth
7:18the purpose of these talks is to bring
7:20about a psychological change in you the
7:23individual
7:24Humanity understood psychologically is
7:28an infinite series of levels of
7:29awareness in you individually or what
7:32you are according to where you are in
7:33the series
7:35Consciousness is the only reality and
7:38where you are conscious of being
7:39psychologically determines the
7:41circumstances of your life
7:43the Ancients knew this great truth but
7:46our modern teachers have yet to discover
7:48it
7:49there is only one substance in the world
7:52our scientists call it energy while
7:54scripture defines it as consciousness
7:57we are told that the Universe was caused
7:59by water but if this is true then it
8:02could not evolve into anything but water
8:05but if the basic substance is energy or
8:07Consciousness it can be made to manifest
8:10itself as iron steel and wood to name
8:13but a few
8:15man seeing a variety of forms thinks of
8:18numberless substances but what is seen
8:21is only a change in the arrangement of
8:23the same basic substance consciousness
8:26Ephesians tells us that all things when
8:29admitted are made manifest by light
8:32the word light recorded here means
8:35awareness consciousness
8:37the state the individual admits into his
8:39Consciousness is the cause of one man
8:41being rich and another poor
8:44the poor man admits to being in the
8:46state of poverty by saying I am poor
8:49just as the rich man admits wealth by
8:51saying I am rich
8:53anything you an individual claim
8:56yourself to be good bad or indifferent
8:59right or wrong must be made manifest in
9:02your world for by claiming the state you
9:04have consented to its life
9:07there is only one cause and that is
9:09consciousness
9:11your Consciousness is the center from
9:13which your world mirrors and Echoes the
9:15state you presently occupy
9:17now a state can be defined as all that
9:20you believe and consent to as being true
9:23so if you want your World to Change you
9:26must determine what you want to accept
9:27and consent to as true before you can
9:30change it
9:31to arrive at a certain definition of
9:33self you must begin by uncritically
9:36observing your automatic reaction to an
9:38event for your reaction defines your
9:40state
9:41and you can without getting out of your
9:43chair rebuild your world by changing
9:46your level or state of being
9:49this is done by observing yourself
9:51uncritically as you react to life
9:54if you do not like the circumstances of
9:56your life acknowledge its cause
9:59be willing to admit that the
10:01circumstances are only objectifying what
10:03you are conscious of then change your
10:05Consciousness and your world will change
10:08if you react to that which is being
10:10objectified you bind yourself to a
10:13certain level of awareness but if you
10:15refuse to react the thread is broken
10:18stop being conscious of something
10:20unlovely for every unlovely thought
10:22causes you to walk in psychological mud
10:25rather identify yourself with Beauty
10:28with love the Christ in you and you will
10:31Ascend to the infinite level of your own
10:33being and change the circumstances of
10:35your life
10:36your state of awareness like a magnet
10:39attracts life
10:41Steel in its demagnetized state is a
10:44whirling mass of electrons but when the
10:46electrons are faced in One Direction the
10:49steel is magnetized
10:51you do not add to the steel to make it
10:53magnetic or take anything away to
10:55demagnetize it
10:57this same principle is true for you
11:00you can change your world by rearranging
11:02your thoughts and having them travel
11:04only in One Direction and that is toward
11:06the Fulfillment of your desire
11:09watch your reactions to life for any
11:11change in the arrangement of your mind
11:13which can be detected by
11:14self-observation will cause a change in
11:17your outer world
11:18it is important to learn to be passive
11:20to that which is unlovely and
11:22unacceptable to you
11:24in that way you are Awakening the
11:26dynamic one Within
11:28and when you find your inner being you
11:31will discover that the qualities you
11:32condemn in others are really in yourself
11:35then you will know the secret of
11:37forgiveness for as you forgive yourself
11:39the others are forgiven
11:41all things not just a few are made
11:44manifest by the light and everything
11:47manifested is light
11:49the moment you consent to a thought it
11:51is made manifest
11:53it could not come into being unless you
11:55consent it to its expression by being
11:57aware of it
11:58the Universe moves with motiveless
12:01necessity as it has not motive of its
12:03own
12:04rather it moves under the necessity of
12:06manifesting the arrangements of the
12:08minds of men
12:09this teaching is to awaken you to your
12:12light and The Awakening Begins by
12:14self-observation
12:16if you have a secret affection for
12:18living in the mud of self-pity and
12:19condemnation your world will mirror
12:21those feelings
12:23but if you will rearrange your mind and
12:25live in a Heavenly feeling of Harmony
12:27and love your manifested world will
12:29change
12:30if today you would spend five minutes in
12:33uncritical observation of yourself you
12:36would be surprised to discover how
12:37deceitful you are
12:39it is a terrible shock and now but every
12:42shock of this type will let in the light
12:44of awareness and life is an ever
12:46increasing illumination
12:48as the light comes in you become more
12:51and more conscious of who you really are
12:54there is only one cause for the
12:56phenomena of life
12:57only by observing your own Consciousness
13:00can you discover the cause of what is
13:02happening to you
13:03there is no greater Tyrant than the
13:05belief in a secondary cause
13:08let that Tyrant go by remembering the
13:10one and only substance the only cause
13:13which is awareness and immediately
13:15change what you are aware of
13:17only by observing your reactions to life
13:19can you find yourself
13:22and remember as long as you react as you
13:24do the same things must confront you for
13:27all that you admit to is made manifest
13:29by your Consciousness and everything you
13:31manifest is your consciousness
13:34stop walking through the world in the
13:36mud and living in its basement
13:39your soul is made up of all that you
13:41consent to
13:42lose your soul on one level and you will
13:44find it on a higher level defined
13:46differently
13:48always examine yourself uncritically for
13:50the moment you become critical you
13:52automatically justify your reactions and
13:55Associate yourself with the thing
13:56observed
13:57everything is individual
14:00collective security and Collective
14:02starvation are terms approached
14:04individually
14:05learn to stand on your own feet and not
14:08on the feet of a group
14:10you must free yourself and the only way
14:12to do that is to awaken a Christ in you
14:14who is sound asleep
14:16think Noble thoughts based on Noble
14:18Concepts and they will pay great
14:20dividends for you will rise in
14:22Consciousness and transform your world
14:25give yourself your daily bread by giving
14:27yourself the opportunity to remember who
14:29you are
14:30never Envy The Good Fortune of another
14:33simply appropriate your own
14:35be transformed by the renewing of your
14:38mind by changing the ideas planted there
14:40for you cannot change your thinking
14:42until you change the ideas from which
14:44your thoughts flow
14:47chapter 2 take not the name in vain
14:51your individual State of Consciousness
14:53is your level of being and attracts all
14:56of the events you encounter in life
14:58since your reactions determine what you
15:00are any change in your outer world must
15:03be produced by your inner level of being
15:05in the seventh chapter of The Book of
15:07Mark we are told hear and understand
15:10there is nothing outside which can
15:12defile man but what comes out of man's
15:15mind is what defile him
15:17he who has ears let him hear
15:20now thoughts are things
15:23when you identify yourself with a
15:25thought it outpictures itself as an act
15:28if the thought is unlovely it defiles
15:31you
15:32awaken and select only thoughts that
15:35contribute to the birth of your desire
15:37you must constantly observe your
15:39dwelling place for where you are
15:41psychologically is what you are
15:43your mood indicates your state and you
15:46are always externalizing the state upon
15:48which you stand
15:50the upanishads one of a class of Vedic
15:53treatises dealing with broad philosophic
15:55problems States the soul imagining
15:58itself into a state takes upon itself
16:01the results of that state
16:03not imagining itself into the state it
16:06is free from its results
16:08your soul is what you consent to
16:11as you feel yourself into the situation
16:13of your answered prayer you have entered
16:15a state and your soul has taken upon
16:17itself the results of that state
16:19if you do not enter the state you are
16:22free of its lovely results
16:24accept an idea as true
16:27identify yourself with it and it will
16:29out picture itself in your world
16:32but if you do not accept the thought and
16:34identify yourself with it through
16:35feeling you are free from its results
16:39you must become very selective and learn
16:41not to associate yourself with unlovely
16:43thoughts
16:44in the book of Kings we are told how
16:47those who enter the temple brought
16:48something alive with them such as an ox
16:50or Bullock
16:52these were used as burnt offerings
16:55these sacrifice offerings are your body
16:57of suffering
16:59they are the animals you must offer
17:01called grievances
17:03no matter what the grievance may be you
17:05have not right to carry it around with
17:07you and you cannot Ascend in
17:09Consciousness until all of your
17:10grievances are tossed on the Altar and
17:12sacrificed
17:14only as you give them up will you find
17:16the holy water
17:18now this holy water is not the church
17:20variety but the symbol of the 12 aspects
17:23of the Mind
17:24when your mind is cleared of all of its
17:26cobwebs grievances the bowl of holy
17:29water is placed on the backs of oxen and
17:32your disciplined mind serves you rather
17:34than you serving it
17:35the bull symbolizes the mind in its wild
17:38State and Must Be Tamed washed in holy
17:41water and clothed in soft Raymond
17:43when you enter the holy of holies alone
17:45in bathe in its Waters your mind is
17:48washed of all mean thoughts and cleansed
17:51begin now to associate your thoughts
17:53only with the good then that which
17:55proceeds out of your mouth mind will
17:57never defile you
17:59I am is the self-definition of the
18:01infinite
18:03go and tell them that I am has sent me
18:05unto you
18:06awareness I am Miss is the only Power of
18:09the universe
18:11its power makes you alive
18:14if you say I am sick you are
18:17if you say I am secure you are
18:21feeling yourself into a situation of a
18:23given State you must take upon yourself
18:25the results of that state of mind
18:28All Things Are Made Alive from a state
18:30of mind and without the state nothing
18:32can be made as you only resurrect the
18:34state from which you are identified
18:37where you are psychologically is what
18:39you are in reality
18:41therefore if you catch yourself feeling
18:43sorry for yourself stop it and start
18:46feeling happy
18:47if you don't you will identify yourself
18:50with the state of self-pity and out
18:52picture it
18:53let the weak man say I am strong Dot
18:57don't wait until you become strong
18:59before saying this
19:01if you feel weak in any sense affirm I
19:04am strong and if you persist in that
19:07assumption it will harden into fact
19:09no one should ever take the name of the
19:11Lord in vain for that name is I am
19:14the righteous man is already conscious
19:17of being the person he wants to be
19:19he never sins but runs into the name for
19:23sinning is missing his desired State and
19:25righteousness is hitting it
19:28I will set him on high because he knows
19:30my name
19:31assume the consciousness of being the
19:33one you want to be and you will be saved
19:35from your present state
19:37your individual hunger can and will be
19:39satisfied when you run righteously into
19:42the state desired
19:43this is done through the act of feeling
19:46feel happy and you are conscious of
19:49happiness
19:50feel married and you have consciously
19:52moved into the state of marriage
19:54the thing desired must be felt before
19:57you are conscious of possessing it
19:59learn to say no to unlovely thoughts
20:02rather than accepting them with passive
20:04indifference for a soul must imagine
20:06himself into the ACT to taste the fruit
20:08of the state acted upon
20:11remember Consciousness alone is the
20:13cause of the fruit you reap and the only
20:15explanation for its existence
20:18there is no one to blame but self for
20:20all of the things that have happened are
20:22happening and will happen to you as they
20:25could not come into your world unless
20:26you consent it to them
20:28start now to consent only to lovely
20:31thoughts of fulfilled desires prior to
20:33their confirmation by your senses and
20:35give up the animal Instinct of suffering
20:37and bathing yourself in the feelings of
20:39hurt and self-pity
20:41the psychological tongue is much like
20:43the physical one
20:45if someone annoys you turn aside and
20:48keep the tongue of your mind away from
20:49the sore spots of dislike for your
20:51little mental conversations are the
20:53producers of your future
20:55sacrifice your body of suffering by
20:58giving it up and tame your mind for we
21:00are told blessed are the meek tame for
21:03they shall inherit the earth
21:05clothe yourself with joy and good news
21:07and you will walk into your holy of
21:09holies clothed in your Immortal Garment
21:11of love
21:12there is a rhythm in your world which
21:14you cannot hear or see and your aura is
21:17like no one else's
21:19a bloodhound knows
21:21if two odors were alike no Bloodhound
21:24could find you
21:26but you are unique one of a kind with
21:28your own special Aura radiating your
21:30level of being
21:32don't judge auras for the simple reason
21:34that you have to see the aura of another
21:36through your own and what you are seeing
21:38is only your assumption of the man
21:41complacency is a curse
21:43blessed are they that hunger and thirst
21:45after righteousness
21:47control your imagination with steady
21:50attention and dare to stand and be heard
21:53Andrew is the disciple who symbolizes
21:55this aspect of mind
21:57pay attention to your thoughts and
21:59discipline them so that they flow from
22:01the feeling of your wish fulfilled for
22:03you are not awake until the outer you
22:05becomes Placid and the inner you dynamic
22:08don't try to argue someone out of their
22:10misery
22:11we are told to let the filthy be filthy
22:14still what is that to thee
22:16follow thou me
22:18man is given the power of the eye to
22:21think and everyone is allowed to think
22:23for himself
22:24all things when admitted to
22:26Consciousness are made manifest be they
22:29good bad or indifferent
22:31dare to stand on your own by this
22:33teaching and you will never again feel
22:35the need to justify failure
22:40chapter 3 desire
22:42as you are so shall God appear to be to
22:45you
22:46the priest will see God as the head of
22:48all Celestial and terrestrial records
22:51to a judge he is the great judge forever
22:54meeting out punishment
22:56to the hotentot God is the kind of chief
22:59he himself would like to be
23:02so you see men are forever creating God
23:05in their own image
23:07God is God from the creation
23:10truth alone is man's salvation
23:13but the god that now you worship soon
23:15shall be your God no more
23:18for the soul and its unfolding Evermore
23:20its thoughts remolding and it learns
23:22more truly in its progress whom to love
23:24and how to adore
23:26through this teaching you will learn to
23:28outgrow your concept of God for God
23:30changes not only your ideas of him
23:33change
23:34desire is your mainspring of actions for
23:37you cannot move without desire
23:39ask yourself what want is thou of me and
23:43then formulate your desire
23:45feel its presence and you have granted
23:47yourself the desires fulfillment
23:50human life is nothing more than the
23:52appeasement of hunger and the infinite
23:54series of levels of awareness is the
23:56means to satisfy that hunger
23:58health is a desire a hunger which can be
24:01appeased when the idea is formulated in
24:04the mind that I am healthy
24:06the same is true for wealth peace
24:08Harmony or fame for all of these are
24:11states of awareness
24:13identify yourself with the state desired
24:16persist in this identification and
24:19because you and God are one
24:21Consciousness what you are conscious of
24:23you out picture
24:25the cross is the symbol of suffering
24:28there is no physical cross upon which a
24:31man was nailed but a body of beliefs
24:33which a man wears
24:35except you deny yourself and lift up
24:37your cross and follow me you are
24:39Unworthy of me
24:41lift up your cross by raising your
24:43awareness for your iamness is the
24:45creator of Your World
24:47as an individual you move and live in
24:50time but your true being is in eternity
24:53think of the vertical line of the Cross
24:55as the line of being upon which there
24:57are unnumbered levels of awareness
25:00now time cannot make you better or wiser
25:04in fact time cannot do a thing towards
25:06changing your level of being for change
25:09is all on a vertical line where you move
25:11to higher or lower levels of your own
25:13being
25:14because change is imminent we speak of
25:17it as infinite imminence as nearer than
25:19near and sooner than now
25:21the man you would like to be is imminent
25:24he is nearer than near
25:27the ideal you dream of being is sooner
25:29than now and is brought into being by a
25:31change in your reactions to life
25:34in the Book of Revelations we are told I
25:37will give to every being according to
25:39his work
25:40the only work you are called upon to do
25:42is work on yourself
25:44start this work by observing your
25:46reactions to life
25:48remember your future is not being
25:50developed it already is
25:53the time track is complete as well as
25:56all of the events you can encounter
25:58As you move up or down the level of your
26:00being changes will occur in your life
26:04you are now resting at a certain level
26:07arise take up your couch and walk by
26:10breaking the threads of life that bind
26:12you to the stake you are now in
26:14break these threads by changing your
26:16thoughts for only as you rise within
26:18will you find a corresponding change
26:21without
26:22have you ever wondered what it would be
26:24like if you were of two pure eyes to
26:26behold iniquity
26:27if you are all tenderness
26:30all love
26:31all generosity
26:33aim for those feelings and then watch
26:36your relationship to them
26:38it is here in the midst of the storms of
26:40life that you work this law
26:43if you identify yourself with an
26:45unlovely State you will find yourself
26:47sinking into it
26:48but you can lift up your cross by
26:50breaking your automatic mechanical
26:52reactions to life and sacrificing your
26:55present level of being
26:57this message comes not to bring peace
27:00but a sword
27:01it comes to set a man at variance
27:03against his brother father mother and
27:06all the members of his household for I
27:08bring the sword of truth which is the
27:10word of God
27:11this word is sharper than any two edged
27:14sword for it is capable of piercing the
27:17Soul and Spirit
27:18I am not suggesting that you turn
27:20against your Earthly relatives but that
27:22you turn against the psychological ideas
27:24that govern your behavior and the
27:26dominant mood which governs your actions
27:28and reactions to life
27:31if at this moment your feelings are not
27:33Noble turn against them for they are
27:35your psychological mother
27:37this is done by putting new feelings in
27:40their place
27:41you cannot change your thinking until
27:43you change your feeling and all feelings
27:45come from ideas
27:47a Man's enemies are those of his own
27:49household which is everything he accepts
27:51as true
27:53this sword can Pierce even to the
27:55severing of Soul and Spirit
27:58your father your I am is spirit and when
28:01you worship Him you must do so in spirit
28:03and in truth
28:05be still and say to yourself with
28:08feeling I am he
28:10all that you consent to all that you
28:12believe and accept is true be it wise or
28:15foolish forms the clothing you wear
28:18but you can be re-clothed and Ascend to
28:20a higher level of being when you take up
28:22your cross and follow your imagination
28:25most of us are aimless
28:28we want more than we presently have
28:31we want the other fellow to change but
28:33we don't want to do the one thing that
28:35will bring the change about for we don't
28:37want to change self in Revelations John
28:39tells us I will give to everyone
28:41according to his work
28:43the gift is not given according to the
28:45work of another but according to the
28:47work you do on yourself and that work is
28:49to uncritically observe your reactions
28:51to life as they bind you to a certain
28:54level
28:55disassociate yourself from your
28:57unpleasant thoughts and Associate
28:58yourself with your aim thereby rising to
29:01its level for your ideal is on that
29:03vertical line you stand upon
29:05scripture tells us to seek and you shall
29:08find and when you find him you will be
29:10like him
29:11I tell you you will never find your
29:13fulfilled desire until you are the
29:15desire
29:16those who go searching for love only
29:18make manifest their lovelessness for you
29:21never have to search for what you are
29:24I am Mary and you are married too for We
29:27Are Forever conceiving of ourselves
29:29the whole of human life is the
29:31appeasement of desire and desire
29:33conceived as fulfilled will externalize
29:36itself
29:37if you are not hungry enough to
29:39transcend your present level of
29:41Consciousness you will not conceive of
29:43anything greater
29:44as long as you are in love with the
29:46state you are in you cannot and will not
29:49rise from it
29:50without the vertical line of States life
29:52would have no meaning
29:54the Ancients called this infinite series
29:57Jacob's Ladder
29:59you do not build this ladder rather you
30:01climb it through self-discovery
30:04when you think of another you are seeing
30:06only your opinion of him
30:08if you think he is kind he is kind
30:11if you think he is stupid he is stupid
30:14as he is playing the part you have
30:15assigned him because of your opinion
30:18therefore if your desire is for him to
30:21change you must change your opinion of
30:23yourself for he is only your opinion
30:26pushed out
30:27where you are psychologically is what
30:29you are therefore only associate with
30:32the feeling that leads you to the
30:33Fulfillment of your dreams
30:35and may all of your dreams be Noble ones
30:41chapter 4 are you making wine
30:44the Bible's purpose is to lift the
30:46individual up to a higher level of being
30:49this begins in the state of Moses and
30:52the discovery of I am
30:54then in the book of Isaiah we are told
30:57to turn back your foot from the Sabbath
30:59and take Delight in the Lord
31:01let us examine this thought to find its
31:03deeper meaning
31:05now in order to keep the Sabbath you
31:07must cease from having any mental doubt
31:09as the mental foot you stand upon is
31:12your belief
31:13when your mental foot touches the Earth
31:15its action is automatic and mechanical
31:19using your powerful Consciousness begin
31:22now to break the mechanical hold it has
31:24on your life by turning your thoughts to
31:26your fulfilled desire and observe the
31:28Sabbath
31:29the twins spoken of in scripture
31:31symbolize your Duality able the inner
31:34you and Cain the outer you
31:37a reversal of order must now occur for
31:39in the New Testament your true identity
31:41is revealed as Christ the inner you your
31:44hope of glory
31:46as you walk the earth see people as they
31:49want to be seen and you are pouring oil
31:51on their wounds
31:52but if you do not you are as the scribes
31:55and the Pharisees described in the 23rd
31:58chapter of Matthew doing their deeds to
32:00be seen by men they preach but do not
32:02practice
32:04in the third chapter of the Book of John
32:06the story is told of Nicodemus an
32:09intellectual man who believed that if he
32:11kept the law of Moses he could enter the
32:13Kingdom of Heaven yet he was told you
32:16must be born again born of water and
32:18spirit
32:19here we see the difference between the
32:21intellect and wisdom
32:23keeping the law of Moses is not enough
32:26you must experience a change in the
32:29level of your being thereby giving you
32:31wisdom in order for you to know rebirth
32:34your inner talking is the breeding
32:36ground of your future be it lovely or
32:38unlovely
32:40this has told us so vividly in the book
32:42of Deuteronomy I set before you this day
32:45blessings and cursings
32:47every time you tell someone off even
32:49though it is done in your mind you curse
32:52him
32:52and every time you do unto others what
32:55you would like done unto you they are
32:57blessed in the doing
32:58water is the symbol of psychological
33:01truth
33:02to know the truth is not enough
33:05it must be acted upon at which time the
33:08psychological water turns into wine
33:11start now to observe all of your
33:13unpleasant negative thoughts and change
33:15them for until you separate yourself
33:17from the state form which these thoughts
33:19flow they will continue to cause you to
33:21have the same experiences in life
33:26chapter 5 seeing God
33:29Saint Augustine once said oh my God let
33:33me see thee and if to die is to see thee
33:35then let me die that I may behold by
33:38face
33:39yet when we fell God told us you cannot
33:42see my face and live
33:44but I will cause my glory to pass by and
33:47when I pass by you shall see my back but
33:50my face you will not see
33:52that God is your wonderful I am miss
33:55your awareness who is forever claiming I
33:58am that is who I am
34:00imagination's power is the only Power
34:03it is your power to kill to make alive
34:06to wound and to heal
34:08it is your imagination which forms the
34:11light makes the good and creates the
34:13evil and there is no other God
34:16man is inclined to believe in two Powers
34:18one for good and the other for evil but
34:21I tell you there is only one
34:23the i in man is he who kills and makes
34:26alive who curses and creates
34:29your consciousness of being is the only
34:32reality
34:33the self-definition of an absolute state
34:36is I am divine
34:38and this absolute state is God
34:41it is your I am which cannot be seen
34:44Matthew tells us blessed are the pure in
34:47heart for they shall see God
34:49the word pure in the above statement
34:51comes from the Greek word catharos which
34:54also means clean clear
34:57to be pure the Mind must be cleared of
35:00all obstructions created by traditional
35:02wrong thinking
35:04the heart must be cleared of the belief
35:06in a secondary power
35:08only when this is done will you be
35:10blessed for you will know the one and
35:12only God to be your true self
35:14there is no power outside of you
35:17the same power in you that makes the
35:19good creates the evil
35:22start now to free yourself from the
35:23belief in two powers for only then will
35:26you be pure in heart and see God
35:29the whole vast universe is nothing more
35:31than the response to the consciousness
35:33of men
35:34if you believe that the i in another is
35:37the cause of your displeasure and not
35:39your own eye then you have planted a
35:41tree in your mind which is obstructing
35:43your view and must be uprooted
35:45we are told no man shall imagine evil in
35:48his heart
35:50I am not speaking of a physical organ
35:52but of the Mind the center or heart of
35:55the matter
35:56when your heart is pure you become a
35:58member of the order of Melchizedek
36:01read the story carefully and you will
36:03see that when Abraham slaughtered the
36:05Kings all of his negative and unlovely
36:07ideas he returned to find Melchizedek
36:10the symbol of the I am the being you
36:12really are
36:14learn to discipline your mind for only
36:16the disciplined mind can maintain the
36:18feeling of the wish fulfilled
36:21if what you had imagined has not come
36:23into being it is because you have not
36:25severed the ties That Bind you to the
36:27level where you now stand
36:29you must break your mechanical reaction
36:31to life in order to change your life
36:33track
36:34the only reason for this teaching is to
36:37encourage you and push you up the
36:38vertical line of the cross
36:41it is very important for you to learn to
36:43be uncritical of yourself for if you are
36:45not you will justify your behavior which
36:48will cause you to remain in your present
36:50state
36:51but if you will stop being critical you
36:53will stop the negative thoughts that
36:55bind you to your present State and move
36:57out of it into another
36:59there are three ways to clear your mind
37:01of the Trees of traditional wrong
37:03thinking and allow you to see God
37:05they are uncritical observation
37:08non-identification and sacrifice of the
37:11state you formally believed yourself to
37:13be
37:14man tries to seek God by means of little
37:16pictures but God can only be seen
37:19through belief in one power
37:21through uncritical observation you will
37:24encounter your particular state
37:26if you don't like the role the state
37:28requires you to play as it unfolds stop
37:31reacting to it
37:32until you reach the point where you no
37:35longer react you are not pure enough to
37:37see God
37:38when you see him you will know him as
37:41you will be like him
37:42where I am is always what I am
37:47establish one I within yourself not a
37:50number of eyes
37:52the eye Roots out all secondary causes
37:54and clears the mind of the power to
37:57enslave
37:58your belief in Powers external to you is
38:00a tree which must be rooted out of your
38:02mind
38:04begin now to use this technique and you
38:06will realize your every dream
38:08But first you must have a dream a desire
38:11for something as desire is your
38:13springboard of action
38:15Define your objective
38:17if it were fulfilled now where would you
38:20be physically
38:21what would the world look like
38:23would your wife husband mother father or
38:27friend see you differently
38:29feel their presence see the joy
38:31expressed on their faces and hear their
38:33congratulations
38:35repeat this act until you have the
38:37feeling of accomplishment
38:39then having assumed the feeling of
38:41completion remain faithful to it for
38:44your assumption contains within itself
38:46all of the plans and power necessary for
38:48externalization
38:50you need do nothing on the outside for
38:53by your assumption your mind is being
38:55rearranged and what it confirms it
38:57externalizes
38:59your desire may be for an improvement in
39:02your financial position your Social
39:03Circle or a deeper understanding of the
39:06mystery
39:07the desire is up to you but when put
39:10into practice this technique will never
39:12fail you
39:14the kingdom of heaven with its many
39:16states some lovely and some not so
39:18lovely is within you
39:21the state capable of wounding or healing
39:23killing or making alive is within you
39:27they are all psychological States
39:29completely furnished and ready to
39:31externalize themselves in your world
39:34and if having entered a particular
39:36Mansion State you do not care to remain
39:39there you may leave it by the same
39:41technique it was entered through the act
39:43of assumption
39:44is it so easy to feel sorry for yourself
39:47and so very difficult to give up this
39:49feeling
39:50but you cannot enter another state until
39:53you do
39:54no one can uproot the weeds of self-pity
39:56or the Trees of so-called second causes
39:59for you
40:00you must uproot them yourself
40:03God put Adam in the garden to tend and
40:05keep it
40:06as Adam you fell asleep but when you
40:09awake you are Christ the power and the
40:12wisdom of God
40:14start now to observe your reactions to
40:16life and do not allow yourself to become
40:18identified with any unlovely state
40:21sacrifice your little hurts your
40:23Grievances and belief in secondary
40:26causes
40:27then you will be blessed for you will be
40:29pure in heart and see God
40:32awake
40:33test yourself and you will discover that
40:36the fault you see in the other exists in
40:38you
40:39turn to self and you will find the
40:41Christ in you who is your hope of glory
40:45chapter 6 all is consciousness
40:49blessed are you in your mental
40:51comprehension has been enlarged by the
40:52removal of the Trees of traditional
40:54wrong thinking for only then will you
40:56know that all is consciousness and
40:58Consciousness is all
41:00you will know that any secondary cause
41:02is a tyrant and if you believe in an
41:05outside power you are fighting a losing
41:07battle
41:08Emerson once said man surround himself
41:11with the true image of himself as every
41:13Spirit builds for itself a house Beyond
41:16its house a world Beyond its world
41:19what you are that only you can see
41:22therefore build yourself a world as you
41:25would like it to be a world beyond the
41:27world now visible to you
41:29the world you desire exists and you will
41:31unfold itself in great proportions when
41:34you all Spirit surround yourself with
41:36the true image of yourself as you would
41:38like to be
41:39think of your world as a canvas with the
41:42pictures pained there by the arrangement
41:43of your mind
41:45your IAM is consciousness has already
41:48arranged as many patterns for your
41:50canvas as there are people walking on
41:52Earth
41:53turn to yourself and claiming that your
41:56desire exists feel yourself move right
41:58into its Center
42:00then paint your canvas of consciousness
42:03everything is there at your disposal
42:06it's really up to you and the intensity
42:09of your desire
42:10always look to self for your
42:12Consciousness is the sole cause of the
42:15phenomena of your individual life
42:17perhaps you have imagined something
42:19which never came to pass and you feel
42:21that you failed but I tell you there is
42:23only one cause for failure and that is
42:26absence of the feeling of naturalness
42:28it takes time for an assumption to
42:31become a fact and a desire is fulfilled
42:33proportionate to the degree of
42:35naturalness of the feeling of possession
42:37if something does not feel natural to
42:40you it is not your nature
42:42to ask him my name is to ask in my
42:44nature or character therefore when you
42:47ask you must feel you already are that
42:49which you are seeking
42:51whatsoever you desire When you pray
42:54believe that you have received it and
42:56you will
42:57it is important to feel yourself right
42:59into your wish fulfilled for
43:01Consciousness is the only reality and
43:03everything you see is nothing more than
43:05an out picturing of a state of
43:07consciousness
43:08it is stupid to seek a thing before you
43:11establish its cause
43:13an effect depends upon a state of
43:15consciousness and you cannot find the
43:17effect without being its cause
43:19and if you do not feel the naturalness
43:21of the desired State you cannot
43:23externalize it for Consciousness is very
43:26observable
43:28ask yourself how long you have been
43:29conscious of being what you want to be
43:32to what extent do you feel it's reality
43:34now
43:35Matthew tells us oh you faithless and
43:38perverse generation
43:40how long shall I be with you
43:43do you have faith in what you are
43:45conscious of
43:46I hope so for without faith it is
43:49impossible to achieve anything
43:51it is the substances of the thing hoped
43:53for and the cause of all phenomena
43:56the word perverse means to turn the
43:59wrong way without aim fixity or one
44:02pointedness of purpose
44:04when the latest headline or News
44:06Bulletin can turn you from your desire
44:08you are perverse and fail
44:10but if success is your goal its mood
44:13must be worn until the feeling of being
44:15successful is so natural you cannot turn
44:17away from it
44:18on the other hand importunity means
44:21Brazen impudence
44:23if you will so persist in your
44:25assumption your Brazen impudence will
44:27not allow you to accept the evidence of
44:29your senses when they deny your
44:31assumption but will rearrange the
44:33substance called life into the pattern
44:35of your assumption
44:36this world moves with the necessity of
44:38molding and manifesting the arrangement
44:40of the individual's mind
44:43it is important to persist until
44:45fulfillment becomes your nature
44:47changes begin to occur at their moment
44:50of naturalness
44:51Jacob told the Lord I will not let you
44:54go until you bless me
44:56as Jacob you may wrestle through the
44:58night with an idea and all ideas come
45:01down from heaven to take flesh
45:03if you will not take no for an answer
45:05but persist in the feeling of your wish
45:07fulfilled you will be blessed with its
45:09externalization
45:11scripture tells of a man whose child is
45:14dead yet when he went to the man of God
45:16and asked that the child be made alive
45:18once more it was done unto him
45:21your ideal be it for Success Health
45:24romance money or fame is your child who
45:27is dead
45:28but if you will believe in its life and
45:30walk in the assumption that you are
45:32successful healthy or wealthy if that is
45:35your desire your child which sleepeth
45:37will rise from a dead State and be made
45:39alive in your world
45:41the parable is told of a judge who it is
45:44said feared not God nor regarded man
45:47within you there is such a judge who
45:49will give you anything you ask for if
45:51you will be just as persistent as the
45:53Widow in the story
45:54coming at the Midnight Hour she
45:57persisted in her request until the judge
45:59granted her wishes saying because this
46:01Widow bothers me I will vindicate her or
46:04she will wear me out by her continual
46:06coming
46:07when the light of Consciousness is not
46:09shining on your fulfilled desire it is
46:11the Midnight Hour
46:13but if you will feel your desire with
46:15your light of awareness and persist then
46:17that which you are aware of you will
46:19become
46:20you are forever surrounding yourself
46:22with the true image of yourself and what
46:25you are that only can you see whether it
46:27be good bad or indifferent
46:30observe your reactions to life and you
46:32are observing the being you want to
46:34separate yourself from
46:36and as you begin to identify yourself
46:38with your chosen State the separation
46:41takes place
46:42but your assumption must be a maintained
46:45attitude and if for a moment you lost
46:47the mood recapture it
46:49and if you lose it again feel yourself
46:52back into the feeling until the mood
46:54becomes so natural your thinking from
46:56that mood is normal
46:57the great failure of most truth students
47:00is that they are perpetually
47:01constructing but deferring their
47:03occupancy
47:04when entering your desired State feel
47:07its presence around you like an answered
47:09prayer
47:10then become so one with the state that
47:12your thoughts flow from it
47:14persist in viewing your world from that
47:16state and it will harden into fact
47:19you and you alone determine the time for
47:21the state to externalize itself
47:24if your mind is so disciplined that it
47:26cannot be turned or diverted your
47:28heart's desire will be out pictured on
47:30your screen of space
47:32but if you believe in any secondary
47:35power your belief will cause its delay
47:38your awareness is the power of the word
47:41it is divine not divisional
47:44there are not two Iams but one I am
47:47standing on many levels
47:49desire claiming fulfillment now wrestles
47:52as Jacob
47:54but when the fight is over desire as
47:56Israel is born
47:58you may think your name is John Brown or
48:01Mary Smith but our real name is I am in
48:04your dominant mood is your nature
48:06divorce a mood and assume a new nature
48:09persist in your new relationship and you
48:12will bear its children as new phenomena
48:14appear to Bear witness to your creative
48:16inner Iams
48:18only if you lack importunity and
48:20constantly return to the mood you are
48:22attempting to divorce yourself from will
48:24failure occur
48:26desire is hidden identity
48:29what you want you already have
48:32if you acknowledge as fact that you are
48:35already what you desire to be and will
48:37not be diverted but maintain your
48:39opportunity by walking in the mood of
48:41fulfillment which now dominates you no
48:43power on Earth can keep you from
48:45expressing it
48:46but you must feel yourself right into
48:48the situation of the answered prayer for
48:51only by believing that you already have
48:52it will it appear
48:54anyone who prays successfully is himself
48:57the springboard of action and the one
49:00who grants the prayer
49:01there is not other being to Grant it
49:04the one who receives the answered prayer
49:06is the one who grants it through the act
49:08of rearranging the mind
49:10learn to rearrange your mind and if you
49:13find yourself walking in the field of
49:15unanswered prayers turn around and walk
49:17in the field mood of fulfillment
49:20and remember faith is the substance of
49:23things hoped for the evidence of Things
49:26Not Seen
49:27the only reality and the only substance
49:30is consciousness from which all prayer
49:32has its beginning and its end
49:34the entire book of Hebrews is devoted to
49:37Faith
49:38faith is enduring as seeing him who is
49:40invisible
49:42and faith is the substance of things
49:44hoped for
49:46unto us was this good news preached as
49:48well as unto them but it did not profit
49:51them because it was not mixed with faith
49:54good news is desire fulfilled
49:57if desire is not mixed with faith it is
49:59of no avail for faith is the awareness
50:02of the reality of the desires
50:04fulfillment
50:05you see creation is finished and we only
50:08become aware of increasing portions of
50:10it
50:11the absence of Faith would be to deny
50:14the reality of the state assumed
50:16if you limit yourself to your physical
50:18senses which contradict everything you
50:21desire then faith will be unknown to you
50:24but faith will make real that which is
50:26invisible
50:27the being you would like to be though
50:30invisible will unveil itself and become
50:32visible for all to see when you walk in
50:34the faith of its reality
50:38chapter 7 righteousness
50:41if you have an objective and fail to
50:43achieve it you have sinned for you have
50:45fallen short of your desire
50:48but if you have no desire you are
50:50incapable of sinning
50:52the righteous man however being
50:54conscious of already having fulfilled
50:56his objective cannot sin
50:59in the Book of Daniel we are told to
51:01break off your sin by righteousness
51:04this has nothing to do with any church
51:06or ritual for righteousness is Right
51:09thinking
51:10in the Book of Genesis the story is told
51:13of Jacob's desire to increase his wealth
51:16lifting his eyes in a dream he beheld
51:19the spotted Lambs the ring-striped goats
51:21and Cattle
51:22then he said I will hold on to my
51:25righteousness and not let it go
51:27so shall my righteousness answer for me
51:30in time to come
51:31follow Jacob's example
51:34lift up your eyes with a controlled
51:36imagination and see what you want to see
51:39Believe in Your Vision and your faith
51:41will make it solid and real in your
51:43manifested world
51:45while sitting in your chair you can
51:47assume a state of consciousness you
51:49desire to possess even though your
51:50reason and outer senses deny its reality
51:54then as Jacob you can say my
51:57righteousness shall answer for me in
51:59time to come
52:00Jacob knew that he could not become
52:02perverse and turn from the new state but
52:04that if he maintained a consciousness of
52:06having what reason denied including the
52:08law of genetics he would achieve his
52:10goal
52:12God the father is not a man but the
52:14dominant idea that you serve
52:16the enemies of your idea are those of
52:19your own household your own thinking
52:22hold a dominant idea in your
52:24Consciousness and in a way you do not
52:26know your righteousness right thinking
52:28will cause the desired state to
52:30externalize itself in your world
52:33a Pharisee is one who conforms to all
52:36man-made laws one who strictly observes
52:39the levitical law of outer purification
52:42now we are told unless your
52:44righteousness exceeds that of the
52:46scribes and Pharisees you will never
52:48enter the kingdom of heaven
52:50but see me first the kingdom of heaven
52:52and its righteousness and all these
52:55things shall be added unto you
52:57true righteousness is consciousness
53:00we confuse the word and seek
53:02righteousness as a thing but the
53:04consciousness of being is the magnet
53:06that draws a thing to it
53:08permeate your Consciousness with the
53:10feeling of being the man or woman do you
53:12want to be and your righteousness will
53:14bring it about
53:15you cannot inherit Christianity rather
53:18you adopt it
53:20as you come into its inner conviction
53:22you become clearer and more noble
53:25Christ taught righteousness in his law
53:27of identical Harvest saying as a man's
53:29house so shall he reap
53:32taken psychologically a state of
53:34consciousness sown within the mind will
53:36be harvested without as external events
53:40and in like manner as long as you remain
53:43sowing your present State of
53:44Consciousness you will continue to
53:46encounter similar events in your life
53:49walk conscious of the feeling that your
53:51wish is fulfilled and you will never sin
53:54by missing the experience of fulfillment
53:57but you cannot turn away and return to
53:59your former state
54:01we are all the prodigal son who went
54:03astray
54:04but we are told that when he came to his
54:06senses he turned around and entered his
54:08father's house at which time he was
54:10given a fatted calf the robe and the
54:13ring
54:14When You observe who you are in
54:16Consciousness and come to your senses by
54:18turning to your father the state desired
54:20it will be given unto you
54:22watch your reactions to life and you
54:25will discover where you stand
54:26psychologically
54:28if your reactions are unlovely you are
54:31walking in the mud and mire feeling the
54:33swine
54:34but when you turn within to the father
54:36of all life and enter the state you
54:38desire by assuming its fulfillment your
54:41actions will be lovely
54:43persist and you will move out of the mud
54:45and mire and enter the kingdom of the
54:47wish fulfilled
54:48there is no such thing as righteous
54:51indignation for the wrath of man cannot
54:53work righteousness
54:55nothing so unlovely as righteous
54:57indignation could be right consciousness
55:00my goal is to be one who expands in
55:03Consciousness for I am a teacher and I
55:05must ever grow as a teacher
55:07this is my aim and I must remember it
55:10morning noon and night
55:12I must persist in this state as it
55:14externalizes itself in my world
55:17there is a story told of a little blind
55:19girl who had five brothers
55:22the brothers trusting their senses went
55:24out into the world and lost their way
55:26while the little girl unable to trust
55:28her senses will the thread of gold
55:31attaching one end to her finger she tied
55:34the other to the Sun and never lost her
55:36way
55:37you too can learn to trust the light of
55:40Consciousness by holding on to the
55:41thread that is your aim and not allowing
55:43yourself to become enmeshed in the
55:45evidence of your senses
55:47remembering your desire you will not get
55:50lost like the five brothers as you will
55:52not be concerned with what others are
55:53doing but simply walk conscious of being
55:56the one you want to be
55:58no power can keep you from your goal
56:00when you are conscious of already having
56:02attained it
56:03you are told to seek first the kingdom
56:06and its righteousness and all these
56:07things will be added unto you
56:10the Kingdom of Heaven is within you
56:13turn within and you will find the power
56:15to produce what nature and your outer
56:17senses deny
56:18test yourself by controlling your
56:21thoughts by seeing only what you want to
56:23see and hearing only that which
56:24contributes to the realization that your
56:26world is as you want it to be
56:28if you will keep controlling your world
56:30in your imagination until the one
56:32sensation crowds out all other ideas
56:34your right Consciousness will answer for
56:37you and your dream will become your
56:39reality
56:40but if you don't feel fulfilled you can
56:43easily be diverted and miss your mark
56:46the Bible's teaching is one of rising
56:48higher and higher in Consciousness until
56:50rebirth occurs
56:52various but one purpose in life and that
56:55is to rise higher and higher on the
56:57vertical bar of the cross
56:59knowing the state you desire to express
57:02walk as though you are now expressing it
57:05no man having put his hand to the plow
57:08looks back
57:10in other words once you have moved into
57:12the new state do not look back at the
57:14Old State or you will become a
57:16wife
57:17she looked back and was turned into a
57:19pillar of salt which is a preservative
57:22the moment you look back at your former
57:24State you re-enter it as all states
57:27exist preserved in your imagination and
57:29ready for occupancy
57:31the Kingdom of Heaven is a higher state
57:34of awareness A step above where you now
57:36stand and each higher level is reached
57:38by a change of attitude for the better
57:41there is not a problem that cannot be
57:43resolved by a change of consciousness
57:46and that which requires a state of
57:48awareness to produce its effect can
57:50never be affected without that state
57:53it is the height of folly to expect
57:55security while being conscious of
57:57insecurity
57:58on the other hand you cannot be insecure
58:01if you walk conscious of being secure
58:04you don't have to pull strings to get
58:06what you want all you need do is walk in
58:09the consciousness of already having it
58:11for an assumption though false if
58:14persisted in will harden into fact
58:17don't try to be a better man but try to
58:19be better at something
58:21most metaphysical students have no aim
58:24claiming God Knows Best
58:26but I ask you how can this be when you
58:29and God your father are one
58:32human nature wants the thing to come
58:34first with belief to follow
58:36but I say you must assume the
58:39consciousness of already having or being
58:41your desire before the sign that you
58:44have it can appear
58:45signs follow they do not precede
58:49seek the conscious feeling of having
58:51already reached your goal and the sign
58:53that you have achieved it will follow
58:55you don't get things and then become
58:57righteous righteousness is Right seeing
59:01always claim the level above the one you
59:03are now on by dying to your present
59:05level for your father's house has many
59:07mansions
59:09let go of your present mansion and reach
59:11for the one you seek
59:15chapter 8 the perfect will of God
59:18understood psychologically humanity is
59:21an infinite series of levels of
59:23awareness and the individual is what he
59:25is according to where he is in the
59:27series
59:28in the Book of Romans Paul urges us to
59:31be not conformed to this world but be
59:33transformed by the renewing of your mind
59:35that you may prove what is good and
59:36acceptable the perfect will of God
59:39in other words do not look at the
59:42external world and call it reality but
59:44break its spell by transforming your
59:46thinking
59:47but you can't change your thinking until
59:49you change your ideas for it is from
59:51ideas that you think
59:53remember your level of awareness
59:55attracts life and is the sole cause of
59:58the phenomena You observe
1:00:00to be aware is to do the will of God
1:00:02whose name is I am
1:00:04always being aware what you are aware of
1:00:07is what you are
1:00:09I am aware of that which I am
1:00:13think of an infinite scale of values as
1:00:15I am with your desired State just above
1:00:18where you now stand God speaks to you
1:00:20through the language of Desire
1:00:22when you wish to ascend it is because
1:00:25God is speaking calling upon you to
1:00:27surrender yourself to the feeling of
1:00:29already being what you want to be
1:00:31let go of fear limitation and doubt and
1:00:34subject yourself to the will of God
1:00:37a mere assumption will lift you up to
1:00:39the level upon which your ideal is
1:00:41identified and you will begin to see
1:00:43your world differently
1:00:45this is where self-observation comes in
1:00:48you do not observe the outer world but
1:00:50your reactions to it
1:00:52when another displeases or offends you
1:00:55look within to the high who heard with
1:00:57displeasure and is expressing it
1:01:00it is difficult to believe I know but
1:01:03you alone are the cause of your
1:01:04displeasure
1:01:06a lady I know thought her employer was a
1:01:08monster and impossible to please
1:01:11she had formed an opinion of him and
1:01:13that invisible and inaudible opinion
1:01:15spoke to her all day long causing her
1:01:18boss to do what he did and say the words
1:01:20to cause her displeasure
1:01:22being a gracious lady and willing to
1:01:24change her feeling of I she heard her
1:01:26boss praise her and she thanked him for
1:01:28his praise
1:01:30the moment she found herself returning
1:01:32to the old role of criticizing him she
1:01:34stopped the thought and put on the new
1:01:36record of praise thanks and
1:01:38congratulations
1:01:40within 24 hours the new record
1:01:42externalized itself and when she
1:01:45resigned a year later her boss begged
1:01:47her to stay and told her that if she
1:01:49ever wanted to return the door was
1:01:51always open to her
1:01:53your inward conversations are the
1:01:55breeding ground of all your future
1:01:57action
1:01:58morning noon and night you are carrying
1:02:01on internal arguments
1:02:03when you catch yourself break the Habit
1:02:05by consciously creating new thoughts
1:02:07thereby making a new record to
1:02:09externalize itself in your future
1:02:12God's will is I am
1:02:14his will is always being done for it is
1:02:16the power which resurrects and makes
1:02:18alive
1:02:20there is no transforming power in time
1:02:22only transformation of the moment
1:02:25if you are having difficulty with
1:02:27another look into self for it is though
1:02:29I called you who is speaking to you as a
1:02:32thought
1:02:33listen carefully to what you are saying
1:02:35to yourself and you will discover where
1:02:37the difficulty lies
1:02:39let me now Define self or soul
1:02:42it is that which you believe feel think
1:02:45and consent to
1:02:47you may consent to the belief that you
1:02:49have been mistreated that you are dumb
1:02:51or they in their cruelty are causing
1:02:54your displeasure
1:02:55if you do your consent forms your level
1:02:58of being and attracts your life be it
1:03:00good bad or indifferent
1:03:03your soul cannot be changed by joining
1:03:06churches synagogues or groups
1:03:09you must turn to self the inner I you
1:03:12know so well as it is he who attracts
1:03:14those who mistreat you and determines
1:03:16every little detail of your outer
1:03:18experience
1:03:19if you have a secret affection for your
1:03:22conflicts you cannot be helped
1:03:24but when you consent to be otherwise
1:03:26then you can change
1:03:29subject yourself to the will of God by
1:03:31first knowing your ideal then yielding
1:03:34to it by doing in your imagination what
1:03:36you would do physically if your desire
1:03:38were realized
1:03:39once this is clearly defined repeat the
1:03:42ACT over and over again until you feel
1:03:44affected by it and its fulfillment
1:03:46possesses your mind
1:03:48when the idea is so firmly entrenched
1:03:51and your thoughts flow freely from it
1:03:53watch for you will have a change in your
1:03:55external world
1:03:56become pure in Heart by purging your
1:03:59mind from the belief in Powers outside
1:04:01of yourself
1:04:02then believing that Consciousness is the
1:04:05only reality leave yourself into a new
1:04:07state of awareness
1:04:09for your world is your house your state
1:04:12of consciousness externalized
1:04:14clean house by observing your thoughts
1:04:18when you first begin to do this you will
1:04:20discover most of your thoughts are
1:04:22unlovely
1:04:23but as you learn to passively think of
1:04:25people you dislike your thoughts will
1:04:28lose their unloveliness and with a mind
1:04:30filled with joy and Thanksgiving you
1:04:32will Ascend Jacob's Ladder of self into
1:04:34the kingdom of love
1:04:36when you have carefully defined your
1:04:38desire completely and utterly yield to
1:04:40it
1:04:41then try and remain faithful to the new
1:04:44idea you have entered
1:04:46in the beginning you may not succeed but
1:04:48don't condemn yourself
1:04:50simply return as many times as necessary
1:04:53until the feeling becomes so strong your
1:04:55thoughts habitually flow from the new
1:04:57state
1:04:58this teaching is not for the week
1:05:01it is not for those who seek escape from
1:05:03life or want to point their finger of
1:05:05blame at another
1:05:07to find the Christ in you who is your
1:05:09hope of glory you must be willing to
1:05:11test yourself
1:05:13I tell you he is your I who calls all
1:05:16men in manifestations to you
1:05:18life is easier when you can blame
1:05:21another but I urge you to pray not for
1:05:23an easy life but to become a stronger
1:05:25man
1:05:26the one who is bearing witness to your
1:05:28thoughts is the cause of your Misfortune
1:05:30not the other fellow
1:05:32be transformed by the renewing of your
1:05:34mind and you will prove the good and
1:05:36acceptable word of God
1:05:38would it be acceptable to you to be
1:05:40lifted on high
1:05:42that is the will of God which will not
1:05:44turn back until he has executed and
1:05:46accomplished the intents of your mind
1:05:49you are doing God's will when you
1:05:51identify yourself with your desire
1:05:53and if you believe your claim you are
1:05:56righteous and your world will out
1:05:58picture your righteousness
1:06:00but if you do not believe you will miss
1:06:02your mark and die in your sins
1:06:05the only escape from the life you now
1:06:07lead is by a radical psychological
1:06:09transformation of self
1:06:11this is done by defining your eye with
1:06:14your desire then changing your thoughts
1:06:16until their effect possesses your mind
1:06:18and your eye resides comfortably in the
1:06:20new state
1:06:22remember your level of being attracts
1:06:24life and unless the level changes your
1:06:27history Remains the Same
1:06:29let your present level die by subjecting
1:06:31your entire being to a level Beyond it
1:06:34try it
1:06:36it really is not difficult to do
1:06:39remove the hold that passed wrong
1:06:41emotional reactions have upon you by
1:06:43reviewing the experiences and changing
1:06:45them
1:06:46this is done by rewriting the experience
1:06:48in your mind and saying what you should
1:06:50have said and doing what you should have
1:06:52done at the time
1:06:53let this corrected picture slip back
1:06:55into the subconscious as you resolve not
1:06:58to make the same mistake again
1:07:00by repetition of this technique you will
1:07:03rid yourself of all feelings of hate
1:07:05resentment and other emotional
1:07:07disturbances which cling to your memory
1:07:10and to the degree that you release
1:07:12yourself from these destructive feelings
1:07:14you will free yourself on their power to
1:07:16attract ill health and wrong results for
1:07:18you
1:07:19relaxation of the body plus passivity of
1:07:22the mind and fixation of attention on
1:07:24the objective desire equals fulfillment
1:07:27of the objective
1:07:28anxiety has no creative power
1:07:31in this school of educative Darkness
1:07:34Consciousness whose origin is in
1:07:36eternity provides the power for your
1:07:38experiences in time
1:07:41so test yourself for in this teaching
1:07:43there is no room for failure
1:07:48chapter 9 be doers of the word
1:07:51in the book of Hebrews Paul tells us to
1:07:54rest in the Lord
1:07:55why
1:07:57because the man who rests in the Lord is
1:07:59transformed into the image in which he
1:08:01rests
1:08:03if my aim is to be a good teacher and I
1:08:05rest in that feeling I will be
1:08:07transformed into that image
1:08:09unfortunately most of the states in
1:08:12which men rest are negative
1:08:14feeling insecure you will rest in a
1:08:17conviction that the world owes you a
1:08:18living
1:08:19feeling hurt it is easy to rest in that
1:08:22grievance until your mood becomes
1:08:24natural
1:08:25you may condemn the state and believe
1:08:27others to be its cause but through your
1:08:30feelings of being hurt you will be
1:08:32transformed into the very image of the
1:08:34state you condemn
1:08:35and if someone seems to cause you
1:08:37displeasure remember there is no other
1:08:40the state in which you rest is causing
1:08:43you to listen to silent and invisible
1:08:45conversations
1:08:46although the words are heard by you and
1:08:49you alone they act as magnets and draw
1:08:51to you the circumstances of your life
1:08:54be doers of the word and not hearers
1:08:57only deceiving yourselves
1:08:59every meeting I share with you the
1:09:01knowledge I have gained through personal
1:09:03experience but I cannot make you put
1:09:05this knowledge into practice
1:09:07as a teacher I demand results
1:09:11as a student I urge you to test this
1:09:13Truth for if it is true it will prove
1:09:15itself in the testing
1:09:17in the 25th chapter of the Book of
1:09:20Matthew the parable is told of the
1:09:21servants who were given talents by their
1:09:23master
1:09:25one was given five talents which he
1:09:27increased to ten
1:09:29another two talents were given which
1:09:31were increased to four
1:09:33and when the third received his one
1:09:35Talent he buried it thereby never
1:09:37allowing it to increase
1:09:39when the master returned he rejoiced at
1:09:42the increase he was shown by the first
1:09:44two
1:09:45but he took from the one who had placed
1:09:47his talent in hiding and gave it to the
1:09:49one who had ten saying to everyone who
1:09:51has more will be given and he will have
1:09:54abundance but from him who has not even
1:09:56that which he has will be taken away
1:09:59this teaching is like the talents
1:10:02practice daily your power of awareness
1:10:05will grow
1:10:06if you are a hero only your knowledge
1:10:09not used will soon wither away in
1:10:11atrophy
1:10:12test yourself every day
1:10:15leave the other fellow alone and turn to
1:10:17self for the promises according to your
1:10:20work will it be done unto you
1:10:22the man who overcomes himself Rises to a
1:10:26higher level of being
1:10:27uncritically observe your reactions to
1:10:30life then work on yourself by practicing
1:10:32this psychologically
1:10:34only by working on self can you rise to
1:10:37a higher level
1:10:39but you cannot do it with a negative
1:10:40emotion it must be a positive one
1:10:44we are told to lift up your eyes unto
1:10:46the hills from whence cometh your help
1:10:49negative thoughts cause downward
1:10:51emotions while positive thoughts elevate
1:10:54if you listen to your thoughts stop
1:10:56their negative flow and change them so
1:10:58that you are hearing what you want to
1:11:00hear you will feel a positive emotion of
1:11:02relief which is followed by a Stillness
1:11:04that brings with it the knowledge that
1:11:06your prayer has been answered
1:11:08now as the title of this lesson implies
1:11:10we are urged to be doers of the word and
1:11:13not hearers only deceiving yourself
1:11:16in the Book of James A hearer is defined
1:11:19as like a man who observes his natural
1:11:21face in the mirror then turns and
1:11:23forgets what he looks like whereas the
1:11:25doer is one who looks into the perfect
1:11:27law of Liberty perseveres and is blessed
1:11:30in all that he does
1:11:31how do you go about looking into the
1:11:33mirror of the mind and being pleased
1:11:35with what you see
1:11:36by looking into the face of your wife
1:11:39husband parent or friend
1:11:42close your eyes relax and think of a
1:11:44friend who would rejoice in your good
1:11:46fortune
1:11:47tell him your good news and watch the
1:11:50expression of Joy appear on his imagined
1:11:52face
1:11:53his expression will liberate you as his
1:11:56knowing has set you free to express your
1:11:58desire
1:11:59having looked into the perfect law of
1:12:01Liberty persevere and you will be
1:12:03blessed in the doing
1:12:05in the Book of Matthew the law is stated
1:12:07thus whatever you wish that men would do
1:12:10to you do so to them for this is the law
1:12:13of the prophets
1:12:14here we discover that the Bible is
1:12:17speaking of a man's psychology and not
1:12:19his physical form
1:12:20the Bible records what you do within
1:12:23yourself telling you that the
1:12:24conversations carried on internally are
1:12:26the breeding grounds of your future
1:12:28actions
1:12:29forever carrying on mental conversations
1:12:32with imaginary beings become aware of
1:12:35your thoughts
1:12:36be selective and make your inner
1:12:38conversations positive for the
1:12:40mechanical imagination is asleep and
1:12:42negative while the awakened imagination
1:12:44is positive and Noble
1:12:47tonight single out someone you love and
1:12:49rearrange your opinion of him
1:12:52carry on mental conversations with him
1:12:54based upon this new premise and you are
1:12:56a doer of the word
1:12:58if you don't you are a hero only
1:13:00deceiving yourself
1:13:02this teaching is to awaken you to the
1:13:04active Dynamic being that you really are
1:13:08asleep your thoughts are negative and
1:13:10passive and cannot change Until You
1:13:12uncritically observe your reactions to
1:13:14life
1:13:15if you are honest with yourself you will
1:13:18find an internal being you are not proud
1:13:20of a monster that needs taming
1:13:23tame that monster by filling your mind
1:13:25with positive thoughts of joy and
1:13:27fulfillment and you will turn that
1:13:29monster into a being of love
1:13:31get into the habit of observing your
1:13:33reactions to life
1:13:35give yourself your daily bread by giving
1:13:37yourself the ability to no longer react
1:13:39negatively
1:13:41become a doer by recognizing a negative
1:13:43thought then breaking it and going
1:13:45immediately to a positive one
1:13:48all of your grievances your hurts
1:13:51self-pity and belief that others are the
1:13:53cause of your sorrow are animals which
1:13:55need to be sacrificed on the altar of
1:13:57consciousness
1:13:59letting all negative feelings go select
1:14:02the Mansion State you desire to enter
1:14:04and go in
1:14:06the law which brings poverty into being
1:14:08also brings wealth
1:14:10let the weak man say I am strong and the
1:14:13poor man say I am rich for only that
1:14:16which you affirm within yourself can be
1:14:18out pictured
1:14:20feel yourself into the state of poverty
1:14:22and poverty is outpictured
1:14:25feeling yourself into the state of
1:14:27security by saying I am secure and
1:14:30Security will result
1:14:32but if you do not feel yourself into the
1:14:34state desired you will be forever free
1:14:36of its results as that which requires a
1:14:39state of consciousness to produce its
1:14:41effect will never be affected without
1:14:43such change in consciousness
1:14:45you must feel yourself right into the
1:14:47situation of your answered prayer then
1:14:49live and act in that conviction
1:14:52if you don't you will never know the
1:14:54results of that state
1:14:56your fortune or Misfortune was brought
1:14:58into being by your state of
1:15:00consciousness
1:15:01there is no other cause
1:15:04have the courage to accept this and then
1:15:06become a doer and in so doing be blessed
1:15:09in your every deed
1:15:11start now to become conscious of what
1:15:13you hear yourself say to yourself and
1:15:15stop receiving those Impressions
1:15:16mechanically and unconsciously
1:15:19what you hear must be filtered through
1:15:21what you are
1:15:22and what you are is what you hear
1:15:25kind thoughts stem from kind ideas
1:15:27created by a kind person therefore be
1:15:30kind to one another tenderhearted
1:15:32forgiving each other
1:15:34now an assumption is called the crown of
1:15:37the Mysteries and every assumption is
1:15:39made by you alone
1:15:41the world you see depends not so much on
1:15:44what is there as on the Assumption you
1:15:46make when you look at it
1:15:48the talent entrusted to you is your
1:15:50power of conscious assumption
1:15:52don't bury it
1:15:54asleep to this knowledge your reactions
1:15:56to the day are mechanical negating
1:15:59everything you see in here
1:16:01awake
1:16:02become conscious of what you are doing
1:16:04and saying to yourself and rise in
1:16:06Consciousness by controlling your
1:16:08thoughts and making them positive kind
1:16:10loving and fulfilling ones
1:16:15chapter 10 the pearl of great price
1:16:18when you possess the mind of Christ you
1:16:21are in possession of the pearl of great
1:16:23price
1:16:24that Pearl is imminent
1:16:26it is nearer than near and sooner than
1:16:28now for the pearl of great price is your
1:16:31own wonderful human imagination
1:16:34you have always possessed this mind but
1:16:36like every possession unless you know it
1:16:38is yours and are willing to use it it is
1:16:41non-existent to you
1:16:43believe me everything in your world was
1:16:45first conceived in your imagination
1:16:48the house you live in the car you drive
1:16:51the clothes you wore as well as your
1:16:53friends your loved ones your enemies and
1:16:56the strangers on the street were
1:16:57imagined before externalized
1:17:00now it is time to control your human
1:17:02imagination and govern it by love
1:17:05I urge you to awaken to the discovery
1:17:07that everything you seek in time is
1:17:09contained within you
1:17:11there is only one mind with unnumbered
1:17:13levels of awareness
1:17:15your level determines where you are and
1:17:18what you are for what you think you are
1:17:21this mind is not something detached from
1:17:23you but your own lovely imagination the
1:17:26body of the father and the only
1:17:28Redemptive power in the universe
1:17:30it can save you from your present state
1:17:32or bind you to it
1:17:34Christ is defined in scripture as the
1:17:37power of God and the wisdom in you as
1:17:39your hope and Glory
1:17:41all things are made by this power
1:17:43without it is not anything made that is
1:17:45made for Christ who is your own
1:17:47wonderful human imagination is yourself
1:17:51looking with the human eye you see a
1:17:53world outside and seemingly independent
1:17:55of your perception
1:17:57but when you view the world through the
1:17:59eye of imagination you understand its
1:18:02meaning
1:18:03turn within and test yourself and you
1:18:05will discover that you are your own
1:18:07savior
1:18:08then you will begin to assert the
1:18:10supremacy of your human imagination
1:18:13you will cease to Bow before the
1:18:15dictates of the world without and start
1:18:16to put your dreams into effect
1:18:19attained man is one who is
1:18:21self-disciplined
1:18:23tame Yourself by observing yourself
1:18:26are you wasting your strength in
1:18:28negative emotions
1:18:29if so then discipline yourself out of
1:18:32the muck and mire you have been living
1:18:34in and rise with your disciples into a
1:18:37state of joy and the body of love
1:18:40do this and you will have found the
1:18:42pearl of great price
1:18:44in this world you appear to be a man or
1:18:46woman of flesh and blood
1:18:49your father mother sisters and brothers
1:18:52are known
1:18:53but I tell you you are far greater than
1:18:56the greatest man on Earth for you are
1:18:58Jesus Christ
1:19:00imaginative love is sleeping in your
1:19:02body of Flesh
1:19:04awaken the love that you are by claiming
1:19:07that your mind is Christ
1:19:09claim your pearl of great price for it
1:19:11is the key that will unlock the Treasure
1:19:13House Of Heaven
1:19:15with your mind is Christ you will
1:19:17discover that you are no longer capable
1:19:19of thinking unlovely negative thoughts
1:19:21and will have not desire to retaliate
1:19:24the Bible is your biography for you are
1:19:27Jesus the great Jehovah of the Old
1:19:29Testament who finds fulfillment in the
1:19:31new
1:19:32using the mind of man you are asleep
1:19:36it is time to awaken to cast off the
1:19:38mind of man who says I can I was or I
1:19:42will be and assert your Divine
1:19:44inheritance which is the mind of God who
1:19:46says I am
1:19:48nothing is impossible to God and nothing
1:19:51is impossible to you when you claim to
1:19:53be the mind of God
1:19:55this world is like a machine near its
1:19:57actions and reactions are automatic
1:20:00separate yourself from this machine-like
1:20:02mind and use your wonderful human
1:20:04imagination to rise to higher and higher
1:20:07levels of your own being
1:20:09if you do not like the events of your
1:20:11life change them by controlling your
1:20:13imagination
1:20:14when you know what you want ask yourself
1:20:16where you would sleep if you had it
1:20:19what would your world look like
1:20:21would a friend be happy for you
1:20:24with the answers to your questions
1:20:25filling your mind fall asleep in your
1:20:28desired place
1:20:30view the world from that vantage point
1:20:32and hear your friend Rejoice now that
1:20:34your desire is a physical fact
1:20:37then Believe In Christ the power to put
1:20:39all things under your subjection and it
1:20:42will be done unto you
1:20:44remember there is no such thing as a
1:20:46powerful fate to which you must bow nor
1:20:49do you have to accept life on the basis
1:20:51of the world without
1:20:53turn to self
1:20:54claim your pearl of great price and
1:20:57remember
1:20:58what seems to be is to those to whom it
1:21:01seems to be and is productive of the
1:21:03most Dreadful consequences to those to
1:21:05whom it seems to be even if torments
1:21:07Despair and eternal death
1:21:10for William Blake in his poem Jerusalem
1:21:12makes this promise but Divine Mercy
1:21:15steps Beyond and redeems man in the body
1:21:17of Jesus
1:21:21chapter 11 self-remembering
1:21:24do you have a goal in life
1:21:26an aim for yourself
1:21:29if you do start now to lift yourself to
1:21:31its level by the act of self remembering
1:21:34do not try to be a better man or woman
1:21:37but transcend your present level of
1:21:39being by being better at something
1:21:41your goal should be so important that
1:21:43you cannot forget it and your hunger for
1:21:45its externalization so intense that you
1:21:47cannot and will not let the thought go
1:21:49until it is embodied in flesh
1:21:52scripture tells us many are called but
1:21:55few are chosen
1:21:57the word chosen means to separate to
1:22:00choose to decide
1:22:02every day you are offered the
1:22:04opportunity to choose a new idea to
1:22:06enter a new state from which to think
1:22:08and feel
1:22:10unnumbered emotions and thoughts are
1:22:12yours to call forth but because of the
1:22:14aim with which you desire to be
1:22:16identified only a few emotions and
1:22:18thoughts are chosen
1:22:20being to rise within yourself by letting
1:22:23go of your former beliefs and
1:22:24restrictions
1:22:26choose the thoughts and emotions you
1:22:28desire to express and enter your desire
1:22:30through the act of feeling
1:22:32in the 11th chapter of Mark two
1:22:35disciples were told to go into the
1:22:37village where you will find a cult tied
1:22:39at the Crossroad upon which no one has
1:22:41sat
1:22:42lose him and bring him to me
1:22:44if anyone says why are you doing this
1:22:47say the Lord has need of him
1:22:50then he mounted the unbridled ass and
1:22:53rode into the city of Jerusalem
1:22:55now the animal found at every Crossroad
1:22:58is not a cult or ass but the
1:23:00individual's permanent predominant
1:23:02emotion
1:23:03Desiring to express a new emotion you
1:23:06may find it difficult to ride
1:23:08but you will always find your emotions
1:23:10tied at the crossroads of life
1:23:13if you have never felt secure before you
1:23:16may not be able to ride the animal
1:23:17emotion of security for more than a few
1:23:19seconds at a time
1:23:21but the important thing is to try for
1:23:24controlled imagination can ride any
1:23:26emotion into the city of Peace the
1:23:28embodiment of the ideal state
1:23:31an emotion is right or wrong relative to
1:23:34a desire
1:23:35if you feel uneasy as you commit
1:23:37yourself to your desire you are walking
1:23:39in the wrong direction and will never
1:23:41reach it
1:23:42but if the feeling is natural right and
1:23:45you persist in your assumption it will
1:23:47become a fact
1:23:49at times even when your aim feels
1:23:51natural you may allow doubts to creep in
1:23:54and move away from your goal
1:23:56when this happens don't condemn yourself
1:23:58simply get back on that emotion and
1:24:01write it again for the Beast is
1:24:03unbridled and must be written until you
1:24:05and it become one
1:24:06acknowledge the feeling of importance of
1:24:09security or of being dignified within
1:24:12yourself for your Consciousness is
1:24:14reality
1:24:15what you are conscious of being right
1:24:18now you are
1:24:19if you desire to be other than what you
1:24:21are remember the state desired is just
1:24:24as real as the one you are conscious of
1:24:26now
1:24:27enter the new state by becoming
1:24:29conscious of being it
1:24:31persist
1:24:33find the feeling of a new state and ride
1:24:35it into Jerusalem
1:24:37scripture calls upon man to remember
1:24:39himself by associating himself with his
1:24:42aim and walking in its direction
1:24:44only as you discipline yourself can you
1:24:47embody your aim
1:24:48in his 11th chapter Mark makes this
1:24:51statement whatever you desire believe
1:24:53that you have received it and you will
1:24:56and whenever you stand praying forgive
1:24:59how do you fulfill a desire and forgive
1:25:02another
1:25:03by finding the quality you thought to be
1:25:05in another and removing it from yourself
1:25:08then place the feeling you desire to
1:25:10express in its place
1:25:12when this has been done you have risen
1:25:14right into the state of your answered
1:25:16prayer
1:25:17now prayer is conditioned Upon A belief
1:25:20that it is already answered
1:25:22desire is your springboard
1:25:25standing upon your desired State you may
1:25:27discover that the board wobbles or the
1:25:29ground sways beneath your feet
1:25:32but if you persist in being conscious of
1:25:34having attained your desire even though
1:25:36your reason and outer senses deny it
1:25:38what you are conscious of will become
1:25:40your reality
1:25:42tonight form a lovely aim for yourself
1:25:44and feel its fulfillment
1:25:47associate yourself with that feeling by
1:25:49becoming conscious of it
1:25:51do that and you will bless and be
1:25:53blessed by God who is your very self
1:25:56say to yourself I and my father are one
1:26:00your inner being is he who men call God
1:26:03he is never so far off as even to be
1:26:06near for he is your own wonderful human
1:26:08consciousness
1:26:10all things when admitted into your
1:26:12Consciousness are made manifest by its
1:26:15light but something must be admitted
1:26:17first
1:26:18if you are conscious of being beaten the
1:26:20thought will manifest itself and you
1:26:22will be
1:26:23do you feel insecure
1:26:25if you do and persist in that mood you
1:26:28will sink into its slums for everything
1:26:30manifested is consciousness externalized
1:26:34what thought dominates your mind right
1:26:36now
1:26:37regardless of what it is you have
1:26:39consented to it but you need not
1:26:41perpetuate it
1:26:43the thought which enters the Mind does
1:26:45not defile you
1:26:47you may consent to any thought be it one
1:26:49that defile or blesses you when it goes
1:26:52forth
1:26:53but every thought will be made manifest
1:26:56the state where you presently reside was
1:26:58only a thought before you entered it
1:27:00just as is the state you now desire and
1:27:03it can just as easily be realized
1:27:06take the challenge
1:27:08formulate your aim and rise in
1:27:10Consciousness to its fulfillment
1:27:13think it is real and it is for
1:27:15everything is possible to a thought
1:27:18self remembering is remembering your aim
1:27:20so in the course of a day you should ask
1:27:22yourself where you are psychologically
1:27:25your reality lives in a psychological
1:27:27country where you can walk in the mire
1:27:29the valley or the mountaintops
1:27:32choose this day the state you desire to
1:27:35enter
1:27:36feel its mood and acknowledge its
1:27:38fulfillment
1:27:39walk faithful to that assumption and
1:27:42although your reason and your sense is
1:27:44denied your persistence will cause it to
1:27:46become a fact
1:27:48you all imagination are the sun total of
1:27:51your reactions to life
1:27:53this is the only cause and explanation
1:27:55of the events you encounter
1:27:58if you do not like your world change
1:28:00your reaction to it
1:28:02life will become easier when you are
1:28:04brutally Frank with yourself and
1:28:05acknowledge your reactions to that which
1:28:07was created by you and is being
1:28:09reflected to you
1:28:11resolve to react only in a positive
1:28:13manner
1:28:14positive thought produces positive
1:28:16effects
1:28:18as you see your world differently your
1:28:20Consciousness changes thereby changing
1:28:23future events
1:28:24your desire is always ready for
1:28:27incarnation
1:28:28but as a desire alone it is incapable of
1:28:31birth
1:28:32it must have human parentage
1:28:35you are the human imagination scripture
1:28:37calls Mary as you are capable of
1:28:39conceiving an idea and giving it birth
1:28:41without the aid of any man
1:28:44man is called the mold of God
1:28:47your I am this is God the father and you
1:28:50as Mary conceive a desire of God
1:28:54locking your secret within yourself walk
1:28:57faithful to your concept and you will
1:28:58bring forth its fruit
1:29:00everyone is the Mary of the Bible
1:29:03her name means water the psychological
1:29:06truths of the Mysteries
1:29:08washing all literal concepts of the
1:29:10Bible from your mind you are baptized
1:29:13and are born of water
1:29:15then as you live faithful to your desire
1:29:18you are the Blessed Virgin bearing that
1:29:20which is conceived by the Holy Ghost the
1:29:22holy desire
1:29:26chapter 12 your destiny
1:29:29love is the only true power and your
1:29:31power is in proportion to your love
1:29:34when scripture speaks of the violent
1:29:36taking the kingdom by storm it is not
1:29:39referring to Violent characters but the
1:29:41Power of Love which gives the force
1:29:43necessary to rise to a higher level of
1:29:45awareness
1:29:47there is no ultimate Destiny for
1:29:49understood psychologically life is
1:29:51Everlasting
1:29:53it is the appeasement of a hunger whose
1:29:55main force is desire
1:29:57Man rises on the Springs of his Desire
1:30:00with every level of the vertical line of
1:30:02the Cross within him so organized that
1:30:04it will life him through desire to
1:30:07higher and higher levels of himself
1:30:09I like all true teachers teach the art
1:30:12of overcoming the violence that
1:30:14characterizes Mankind's present level of
1:30:16being
1:30:17in many ways we have advanced beyond our
1:30:20forefathers but we have remained just as
1:30:23violent as they
1:30:24it is my wish for you that you break
1:30:26your violent negative nature
1:30:29for if you will you will rise in
1:30:31Consciousness and find your destiny
1:30:33waiting for you
1:30:34every moment in time you are offered the
1:30:37chance to prove your ability to overcome
1:30:39violence
1:30:40how
1:30:42by assuming that Consciousness is the
1:30:44only reality and that nothing has
1:30:46reality saved the Consciousness you have
1:30:48of it
1:30:49in that assumption you will find the
1:30:51sole cause of the phenomena of life
1:30:54your reactions to life Define you and as
1:30:57long as they remain as they are your
1:30:59life will stay the same
1:31:01your world is but a projection of your
1:31:03state of awareness
1:31:05Consciousness is the only substance and
1:31:07the only cause of the phenomena of life
1:31:09therefore it is impossible for a change
1:31:12to occur until there is a change in
1:31:14consciousness
1:31:16all that you consent to be it good bad
1:31:19or indifferent is projected into your
1:31:22world through your eye of awareness
1:31:24if security is your aim you must
1:31:27establish an awareness of security so
1:31:29strong that you feel it and say within
1:31:31yourself I am secure
1:31:34you are free to consent to violence and
1:31:36grievances or security and peace of mind
1:31:39whatever you consent to buy becoming
1:31:42aware of it will be yours
1:31:44your aim is always just above the state
1:31:46where you now stand throughout the day
1:31:48ask yourself if you are conscious of
1:31:50your aim and you will discover how near
1:31:52or how far you are from it
1:31:54if you are not conscious of being secure
1:31:57at the moment claim that you are
1:32:00persist and maybe tomorrow as You
1:32:02observe your day you will find the
1:32:04awareness growing stronger and stronger
1:32:07learn to Stand Alone by claiming I am
1:32:10what I am because I am conscious of
1:32:12being it
1:32:13stop looking at others and start
1:32:15observing your reactions to their
1:32:17behavior
1:32:18turn within and change your violent
1:32:20nature to one of love
1:32:22do that and you will Ascend the ladder
1:32:24of life and reach your destiny
1:32:26it is impossible to embody a new level
1:32:29of thought through the efforts of
1:32:30another
1:32:31The Rock upon which you must stand is
1:32:34consciousness
1:32:35all other ground is sinking sand
1:32:39it is the height of folly to expect the
1:32:41Incarnation of A New Concept to come out
1:32:43of the evolutionary process
1:32:46the thing you are seeking must be
1:32:48incarnated before it can be made visible
1:32:50there is a wide difference between
1:32:52knowing something mentally and knowing
1:32:54it spiritually

1:33:38of spiritually knowing a state
1:33:40in the Book of Joel We are told let the
1:33:43weak man say I am strong
1:33:46this applies not only to the physical
1:33:48body but to every facet of your being
1:33:51seek to know your desire spiritually for
1:33:54only when the spirit feels the
1:33:56naturalness of the desire will it
1:33:58project itself in your outer world
1:34:00always remember you will never
1:34:02experience what you refuse to affirm as
1:34:04true of yourself
1:34:06awake
1:34:08become ever more aware of what is taking
1:34:10place within you
1:34:12lift up your cross and without turning
1:34:14to the left or the right to ask another
1:34:16turn within and consciously claim your
1:34:19aim then watch it Harden into fact
1:34:22if you do not apply my words you remain
1:34:25Right Where You Are For You must be a
1:34:27doer in order to be blessed with your
1:34:28Deeds
1:34:30desire is hidden identity as you already
1:34:32are what you want to be
1:34:34never would you have sought me had you
1:34:36not already found me
1:34:38the level of being you seek can be found
1:34:40by changing your reactions to life to
1:34:43conform to the level you wish to express
1:34:46it is not necessary to use pressure pull
1:34:49strings or ask anyone to Aid you
1:34:51all you need do is change your attitude
1:34:55after clearly defining your aim
1:34:57sincerely observe your inner
1:34:59conversations and your reactions with
1:35:00regard to it
1:35:02when your thoughts and reactions are
1:35:04disciplined your eye will lift you to
1:35:06your higher level and fulfill your aim
1:35:09your fellow man is not to be condemned
1:35:11but awakened
1:35:13this is done by Awakening yourself
1:35:16as you rise in Consciousness you take
1:35:19all men with you
1:35:20think of your wonderful human
1:35:22imagination as the vertical line of the
1:35:24Cross Limitless with time as the
1:35:27cross-section
1:35:28you are free to ascend or lift up the
1:35:31cross but you cannot rise until you deny
1:35:34your limitations
1:35:36Christianity is a way of life
1:35:39with your mental Eyes Wide Open adopt
1:35:42Christianity by becoming aware of what
1:35:44it is
1:35:45if you do not like what you are
1:35:47encountering in life rearrange your
1:35:49thoughts by changing your consciousness
1:35:52form the stake you desire and occupy it
1:35:54in your mind
1:35:56this is how you transform self
1:35:59as you yield to the state desired watch
1:36:01your world
1:36:03it will transform itself into the ideal
1:36:05held in consciousness
1:36:07where you stand the ground is Holy for
1:36:10you are the Temple of the Living God
1:36:13clear your mind of the Trees of
1:36:14traditional thinking
1:36:16become pure in heart and you will see
1:36:18that Consciousness is all in all is
1:36:21consciousness
1:36:22you will discover that the state you are
1:36:24conscious of being is the state made
1:36:26manifest
1:36:27no matter how reasoning justifies acts
1:36:30of violence don't accept them
1:36:33if you do you contribute to the state
1:36:35and it is a state you do not want to
1:36:37experience
1:36:38the story is told of Jesus entering the
1:36:41temple and reading it of the money
1:36:42lender saying my house shall be called a
1:36:45House of Prayer but you have made it a
1:36:46den of Thieves
1:36:48this is not a material Temple
1:36:51you are the Temple of the Living God and
1:36:53the Bible is your biography
1:36:56thieves have taken over your House of
1:36:58Prayer by placing false values there
1:37:00read your mind of all beliefs of outside
1:37:03causes and reinstate the only true value
1:37:05of Consciousness the only true Power of
1:37:08Love
1:37:11chapter 13 your personal autobiography
1:37:15the Bible the most wonderful book in the
1:37:18world and the most misunderstood is your
1:37:20personal autobiography
1:37:22it is not the recording of historical
1:37:24events as your teachers teach and its
1:37:27writings were never intended to be
1:37:28interpreted as such
1:37:30the persons recorded there never existed
1:37:33and the events never happened on Earth
1:37:36the Bible is speaking of the heaven
1:37:38within and the Earth without
1:37:40its Story begins in the beginning God
1:37:43created the Heaven and the Earth
1:37:46and the Earth was without form and void
1:37:48and darkness was upon the face of the
1:37:50deep
1:37:51then the spirit of God said let there be
1:37:54light and there was light
1:37:56the light spoken of here comes from
1:37:58Heaven which is within you
1:38:00the light which shines upon your Earth
1:38:02is the light of your Consciousness and
1:38:04shines from within you
1:38:06the outer man called the Earth is dark
1:38:09while the inner man called Heaven is the
1:38:12being who was in the beginning with God
1:38:14and was God but is sound asleep
1:38:16as your autobiography the Bible tells
1:38:19how you are lifted up from your present
1:38:21level of being into a Higher One
1:38:24in the Old Testament we find the
1:38:26pentateuch the first five books as the
1:38:29law of Moses
1:38:30these books were written in 500 BC while
1:38:34the earliest date known for the New
1:38:35Testament is 170 A.D
1:38:38the first known New Testament did not
1:38:40include the Epistles to the Hebrews or
1:38:43the books of Peter and James
1:38:45it is James who speaks of the
1:38:47double-minded man declaring that he can
1:38:49receive nothing from the Lord
1:38:51then we had the Apocrypha which
1:38:53consisted of early Christian writings
1:38:55that were excluded from the Jewish and
1:38:57Protestant Old Testament
1:38:59these writings give four biographical
1:39:02sketches of a principle rather than a
1:39:04man
1:39:05it took 900 years for the Bible to come
1:39:08into its present form
1:39:10so when you read it always bear in mind
1:39:12that it is speaking of the Kingdom of
1:39:14Heaven within you
1:39:16it is telling of a revelation of an
1:39:18eternal principle called Christ who is
1:39:20your hope of glory
1:39:22all of the characters recorded in
1:39:24scripture are aspects of your mind which
1:39:26you will discover as you fulfill your
1:39:28destiny which is to fulfill scripture
1:39:30within yourself
1:39:32no man named Moses ever wrote any
1:39:34Commandments on Stones rather the word
1:39:37Stone means literal truth
1:39:40the literal-minded man comes first and
1:39:42is given certain laws to live by thus
1:39:45blocking psychological truth
1:39:47as long as you see things on the outside
1:39:49as facts your mind is blocked and you
1:39:52are unable to grasp their psychological
1:39:54meanings
1:39:56but when you become thirsty for the
1:39:57truth and begin to apply the law the
1:40:00spirit of God will move upon this
1:40:02psychological sea of understanding in
1:40:04your life will take that truth water and
1:40:07turn it into wine
1:40:08in the state of Moses God's true name is
1:40:11revealed to you
1:40:13take his name your I am as your Rod of
1:40:16understanding hit the stone of literal
1:40:18truth with it and psychological water
1:40:20will come forth
1:40:22drink it by putting my words into
1:40:24practice and you will convert the
1:40:26psychological water of truth I have
1:40:28given you into the wine of the spirit
1:40:30now the clothing spoken of in scripture
1:40:33is that of the mind and not of the body
1:40:36John the Baptist is described in the
1:40:38third chapter of Matthew as one called
1:40:40Elijah in Second Kings
1:40:43it is said he wore a garment of camel's
1:40:45hair and a leather girdle around his
1:40:47waist
1:40:48hair and skin are the most external
1:40:50things a man possesses therefore John
1:40:53the Baptist represents the outer man who
1:40:55has not yet clothed himself internally
1:40:58Jesus is the Inner Man
1:41:01he wears the seamless garments woven
1:41:03from above and those who wear His
1:41:05Garment are always found in the King's
1:41:07house
1:41:08the New Testament teaches a complete and
1:41:10radical transformation of self and calls
1:41:13it rebirth but John the Baptist calls it
1:41:15repentance and urges us to change our
1:41:17thinking of the Kingdom of Heaven
1:41:20it is said that he lived in the
1:41:21wilderness with the wild animals
1:41:24well you are John living in the
1:41:26wilderness when you have no direction of
1:41:28your own and allow your animal emotions
1:41:30to run wild
1:41:32but when you begin to tame your animal
1:41:34instincts and call them into
1:41:35discipleship strength will come to you
1:41:38from within and you will be baptized in
1:41:40the water of Truth
1:41:42speaking in a parable Matthew Likens the
1:41:45Kingdom of Heaven to A sower who sows
1:41:47his seeds on different types of soil
1:41:50the sower spoken of here is not a being
1:41:52external to yourself for you are the
1:41:54sower and the seed
1:41:56your own wonderful human imagination is
1:41:59God the sower who said let us make man
1:42:01in our image then fell asleep and
1:42:04annexed the brain of the outer man as
1:42:06the seed for his Redemption
1:42:08as Adam or the red Earth man is the
1:42:11psychological Earth upon which the
1:42:13Kingdom of Heaven is planted
1:42:15in the parable we are told that when one
1:42:18hears the word but does not understand
1:42:20it the evil one comes and snatches away
1:42:22that which is sown in his heart
1:42:25but he who hears with understanding
1:42:27bears fruit and yields a hundredfold
1:42:30another Parable is told comparing the
1:42:32Kingdom of Heaven to a man who having
1:42:35sowed good seeds in his field fell
1:42:37asleep and his enemy came and sowed
1:42:39weeds there
1:42:40these weeds are false teachings planted
1:42:43in the mind false beliefs and Concepts
1:42:46that can be bound and burned when you
1:42:48turn within to discover the truth and
1:42:50the kingdom of heaven to be yourself
1:42:52in the 11th chapter of Genesis the story
1:42:55is told of how the Tower of Babel is
1:42:58built with stone literal truth and
1:43:00Bricks man-made Concepts
1:43:03before the building was erected there
1:43:05was only one language in few words but
1:43:08during the building confusion reigned
1:43:10and soon no one understood the language
1:43:12of the other
1:43:13this Tower exists today as the little
1:43:16mystical occult groups of the World
1:43:19you have no enemies save those of your
1:43:21own household
1:43:23making truth of false teachings you
1:43:25believe that your security depends upon
1:43:27the money you have in the bank or your
1:43:29health depends upon the pills you take
1:43:31or your happiness depends upon another
1:43:34in so doing you build your own Tower of
1:43:37Babel
1:43:38but I say to you your consciousness of
1:43:41being is the only reality of the state
1:43:43you are in and all of the enemies of
1:43:45that state are within you
1:43:47in his Beatitudes Matthew tells you that
1:43:50your attitude of being is blessed when
1:43:52it is clothed in soft Raymond for when
1:43:54you wear the seamless Garment of
1:43:56imagination you are free to rise higher
1:43:58and higher into the Garden of Eden
1:44:00within you
1:44:01you are The Gardener of your mind where
1:44:03you plant the seeds of your own
1:44:05selection
1:44:06as the man of imagination become
1:44:09conscious of being that which you have
1:44:10planted and your Harvest will be a
1:44:12hundredfold for you always become what
1:44:15you behold
1:44:16in his 16th chapter Matthew tells the
1:44:19story of the Pharisees and Sadducees who
1:44:21unbelieving ask for a sign from the
1:44:24heaven
1:44:25then we are told to take heed and Beware
1:44:27of the leaven of the Pharisees and
1:44:29Sadducees
1:44:31now these are not men but attitudes of
1:44:34mind
1:44:35if you believe that you must live in the
1:44:37right neighborhood that you must know
1:44:39the right people that your skin must be
1:44:42the right color or that you must be in
1:44:44the right place at the right time your
1:44:47attitude is one scripture calls a
1:44:49Pharisee
1:44:50beware of that kind of thinking for the
1:44:53road to a higher level of self is always
1:44:55internal and never external
1:44:57Mark tells us that the Kingdom of Heaven
1:45:00is like a merchant of fine pearls who
1:45:02finds a pearl of great price sells all
1:45:04that he has and buys it
1:45:07as long as you hold on to one thought of
1:45:09something external to your own mind you
1:45:11do not have enough money to buy the
1:45:13pearl of great price
1:45:15you must be willing to sell all belief
1:45:17in anything outside of self
1:45:20the road to the kingdom leads upwards
1:45:22and is always in an internal Direction
1:45:25you cannot travel this road wearing
1:45:27clothes made of skin and hair
1:45:30you must be clothed in your wedding
1:45:31garment which is always woven from
1:45:33within
1:45:34again we are told that the Kingdom of
1:45:37Heaven is like a net which is cast into
1:45:39the sea and gathers fish of every kind
1:45:41be they good or bad
1:45:44when it is brought ashore the good are
1:45:46placed into vessels and the bad thrown
1:45:48away
1:45:49become discriminating
1:45:51select your thoughts carefully and throw
1:45:54away any unlovely and negative ones
1:45:57allow only that which is of good report
1:45:59to fill your mind and you will be the
1:46:01good fisherman
1:46:02in this same 13th chapter of Matthew the
1:46:06question is asked have you understood
1:46:07this
1:46:08it is my prayer that every one of you
1:46:10will answer as they did to him and say
1:46:13yes
1:46:14now it is said do not put new wine into
1:46:17old wine skins for the Skins will burst
1:46:20and the wine be spilled and the Skins
1:46:22destroyed but put new wine into fresh
1:46:25wine skins so both are preserved
1:46:27old thoughts the traditions of men the
1:46:30belief in power outside of self are the
1:46:33old wine skins which must be burst and
1:46:35allow the beliefs to be spilled and
1:46:37destroyed
1:46:38new wine gained by the Fulfillment of
1:46:40God's promise within must be put into
1:46:43your Consciousness fresh wine skins so
1:46:46that both are preserved
1:46:48man does not evolve on the outside
1:46:51there is only one presence only one
1:46:53Essence in man called Christ and defined
1:46:56as God's power and your hope of glory
1:46:59this power can be awakened if you God's
1:47:02word are not tarnished by the belief in
1:47:05a power outside of self
1:47:07awake
1:47:08give up all false beliefs and clothe
1:47:10yourself in the soft Raymond of an
1:47:12internal attitude which implies the
1:47:14Fulfillment of your dream
1:47:16the Bible from beginning to end is the
1:47:19psychological story of your soul and
1:47:21tells you that the first thing you must
1:47:23do is change your thinking
1:47:25I bring to you a new idea relative to
1:47:27the cause of the phenomena of Life
1:47:29telling you that you are not what you
1:47:31believe yourself to be but possess
1:47:33possibilities of infinite inner growth
1:47:36your destination is always reached by an
1:47:38internal Direction which is the
1:47:40Beatitudes
1:47:42be your attitude good bad or indifferent
1:47:45when you quote yourself in an attitude
1:47:47its fulfillment is not dependent upon
1:47:49anything external to you
1:47:51but when you depend upon external laws
1:47:54to determine your attitude you are on
1:47:56the level of Elijah and John the Baptist
1:47:59their teaching was wonderful but it was
1:48:01Stone and the state was a violent one
1:48:05John the Baptist cannot enter the
1:48:07kingdom of heaven
1:48:08you must overcome his state by
1:48:10consciously turning within and
1:48:12disciplining your internal attitudes
1:48:15this is your destiny
1:48:17you are destined to awaken within
1:48:19yourself as you climb Jacob's Ladder of
1:48:21states to higher and higher levels of
1:48:23your own being
1:48:25the state of awareness you desire to
1:48:27express must be bought by selling all of
1:48:29your beliefs in any external power to
1:48:31help you
1:48:32once free from their encumbrance you
1:48:35will move in faith into your desired
1:48:37state
1:48:38in the Book of John Jesus as a teacher
1:48:41makes this statement let not your heart
1:48:43be troubled you believe in God believe
1:48:46also in me
1:48:47then he adds this thought it is
1:48:50expedient that I go lest the comforter
1:48:52will not come
1:48:53here we see a teaching that is seemingly
1:48:56taught from without but it is necessary
1:48:58for your belief in any external teacher
1:49:00to disappear for only then can the
1:49:02comforter within you be found
1:49:04as your belief in yourself grows your
1:49:07heart will find peace
1:49:09there is only one cause only one I am
1:49:12I the trinity in Unthinkable origin am
1:49:16God the father and in Creative
1:49:18expression am the son for imagination is
1:49:21born of consciousness
1:49:23I in Universal interpretation in
1:49:26infinite imminence in Eternal procession
1:49:28am God the Holy Spirit
1:49:31the real definition of imminence is
1:49:34sooner than now and nearer than here
1:49:36I am therefore the comforter
1:49:40what could comfort you more than the
1:49:41knowledge that you don't have to wait
1:49:43for your dreams to come true
1:49:45they are mirror than here and sooner
1:49:47than now
1:49:48let this knowledge be your comforter
1:49:51if there was a limit to that which is
1:49:53contained in an infinite state it would
1:49:55not be infinite
1:49:57in the 23rd chapter of Exodus this
1:50:00statement is made you shall not steep a
1:50:02kid in its mother's milk
1:50:04I tell you you are doing this very thing
1:50:07when you keep your mind on a negative
1:50:09state
1:50:10turn your attention from wanton lack all
1:50:12negative States and place it on
1:50:14fulfillment and abundance positive
1:50:17States and you will no longer simmer
1:50:19your desire in its mother's milk
1:50:23chapter 14 the human spirit
1:50:27the Bible tells of the human spirit's
1:50:29never-ending struggle to assert its
1:50:31Supremacy over the natural mind
1:50:34believing in the reality of the world
1:50:36outside the natural mind rules sleeping
1:50:38man while the human spirit is God in man
1:50:41struggling to awaken and assert its
1:50:44Supremacy overall
1:50:46the poet Faust knew this when he said
1:50:48toe souls are housed within my breast
1:50:52Aspire and the other to Earth doth claim
1:50:55in the 25th chapter of Genesis this
1:50:58struggle is told as the story of Isaac's
1:51:00two sons Esau and Jacob
1:51:03coming first as outer skin and hair Esau
1:51:06is recognized as your personality while
1:51:09the smooth skin Jacob is your human
1:51:11spirit
1:51:12we are told that when their mother
1:51:13Rebecca became aware of the struggle
1:51:15within her she questioned the Lord who
1:51:18told her two nations are in your womb
1:51:20and two people born of you shall be
1:51:22divided
1:51:23one shall be stronger than the other and
1:51:25the Elder Shall Serve the younger
1:51:28your external world is known by reason
1:51:30of your critical faculties therefore you
1:51:33can always discover the psychological
1:51:35state in which you reside by observing
1:51:37your thoughts of the day
1:51:39now every state has its limitations and
1:51:42restrictions from which there appears to
1:51:43be no Escape
1:51:45if you believe you are the state in
1:51:47which you now reside you will never be
1:51:49able to leave it
1:51:51but the story of Esau and Jacob tells
1:51:54you there is a way of escape and how to
1:51:56accomplish it
1:51:57Esau exists in your mind as the outer
1:52:00world of fact and Jacob as the inner
1:52:02world of imagination
1:52:04as their father you have the power to
1:52:06give either son the right of birth
1:52:09always seeing from where you have placed
1:52:11your attention you are called upon to
1:52:13blind yourself to the outside world by
1:52:15drawing your attention from it the
1:52:17deceiving Yourself by imagining the
1:52:19world as you want it to be
1:52:21this is done by closing your eyes to the
1:52:23soul called Facts of Life and turning
1:52:26your thoughts inward
1:52:28now clothe your thoughts in the feeling
1:52:30of reality until they are just as solid
1:52:32and factual as those known to you by
1:52:34reason of your outer senses
1:52:37when this is done you Isaac have given
1:52:39your son Jacob the right of birth
1:52:42your objective world is always
1:52:44reflecting your inner subjective state
1:52:47therefore it is impossible to change
1:52:49your outer World until you have changed
1:52:51your inner subjective state
1:52:54knowing the state you want to occupy
1:52:56completely absorb yourself in it as
1:52:58though it were a sponge in you the water
1:53:00capable of entering in being absorbed by
1:53:02it
1:53:03so lose yourself in the feeling of
1:53:05satisfaction and fulfillment that when
1:53:07you open your eyes in Esau the world
1:53:10without returns you know you have given
1:53:12his birth right away
1:53:14although you have been self-deceived by
1:53:16imagining the state to be real you have
1:53:19given it the power to be born
1:53:21how it is going to come about I do not
1:53:23know
1:53:24only your father in Heaven Knows for he
1:53:27has ways to make your desired State
1:53:28alive and his ways are past finding out
1:53:31now there is an Essence in you that is
1:53:34sound asleep and must be awakened
1:53:37when you give Jacob the power you have
1:53:39given Esau watch
1:53:41you will discover that Esau will no
1:53:43longer react violently but will become
1:53:45passive
1:53:46then you will know that you have brought
1:53:48about a reversal of order
1:53:50as you are aware of being Jacob you will
1:53:53persist in seeing what you want to see
1:53:55and experiencing what you want to
1:53:56express thereby Awakening your true
1:53:58Essence to the truth that the world is
1:54:00yours and all within it
1:54:02you are the Rebecca the Bible talks
1:54:05about and you are constantly bringing
1:54:07forth your Esau and your Jacob who are
1:54:09forever at war with one another
1:54:11the Elder is the world you know by
1:54:13reason of your critical faculties while
1:54:16the younger is the one you know
1:54:17subjectively
1:54:19the person you want to be is struggling
1:54:21for birth
1:54:22as long as you look at and accept the
1:54:24outer world as the only reality you will
1:54:27never give birth to your fulfilled
1:54:29desire
1:54:30you must turn your attention Inward and
1:54:32subjectively appropriate your objective
1:54:34reality
1:54:35when you read the 25th and 27th chapters
1:54:39of Genesis remember all the characters
1:54:41recorded there are in your mind
1:54:44although unmarried you are always giving
1:54:46birth to twins
1:54:48the world in which you live is the out
1:54:50picturing of your state of awareness
1:54:53that state is your first son which must
1:54:56be supplanted by your second son or
1:54:58desired state
1:55:00throughout the Bible you will find there
1:55:02is always a second sun which replaces
1:55:04the first Jacob's a plants Esau Jesus
1:55:07supplants John the Baptist and the human
1:55:10Spirit supplants human matter
1:55:12when you know what you want Define it as
1:55:15vividly as you can
1:55:16then blind yourself to your externalized
1:55:19state by sending it hunting
1:55:21you cannot touch your second son your
1:55:24cherished idea until you do
1:55:27this is accomplished by turning your
1:55:29attention away from all thoughts of
1:55:30denial and clothing your desire with the
1:55:33skins of reality
1:55:34in his Ode to a Nightingale Keat said
1:55:38my heart aches and a drowsy numbness
1:55:41pains my senses though of Hemlock I have
1:55:43drunk
1:55:44having felt the reality of his
1:55:46experience so vividly when he opened his
1:55:49eyes Keats asked was it a vision or a
1:55:52waking dream
1:55:53fled is that music do I wake or sleep
1:55:57it is with this kind of intensity that I
1:55:59would ask you to clothe yourself as you
1:56:01feel yourself already the person you
1:56:03want to be
1:56:04now stretch out your imaginary hands and
1:56:07touch the objects there
1:56:09listen with your imaginary years
1:56:12see with your imaginary eyes
1:56:15walk in your imaginary world as you
1:56:17taste and smell the objects there
1:56:20your creative power can be used for
1:56:22anything be it a fur coat or a new hat
1:56:26it is my hope that you will use it for
1:56:28some Noble states such as greatness in
1:56:30your chosen profession whatever that may
1:56:32be
1:56:33now let us look at the 38th chapter of
1:56:36Genesis where the story of Judah and
1:56:38Tamar is told
1:56:40Judah means praise and Tamar means a
1:56:44desired State a palm tree Oasis
1:56:48as Tamar you thirst for your desire
1:56:51give it to yourself by going into your
1:56:53desired State and making it real by
1:56:55becoming one with it
1:56:57feel the sense of satisfaction that your
1:56:59prayer has been answered and you are the
1:57:01woman called Tamar and the man named
1:57:03Judah
1:57:04you will find another account of twins
1:57:07in the 48th chapter of Genesis
1:57:10this is the story of Manasseh which
1:57:12means to forgive and his brother Ephraim
1:57:14which means to affirm
1:57:17one is negation and the other
1:57:19affirmation
1:57:20when you take your attention away from
1:57:22your problem by affirming its solution
1:57:24the problem is momentarily forgotten
1:57:27persist in your affirmation not in
1:57:30repetitious form but in feeling
1:57:33as you feel the solution the problem
1:57:35dies from lack of attention
1:57:37this teaching is not for the complacent
1:57:40but for though the human Spirit who
1:57:42hungers and thirsts after right thinking
1:57:45as we are told in the fifth chapter of
1:57:47Matthew blessed are those who hunger and
1:57:49thirst after righteousness for they
1:57:51shall be satisfied
1:57:53awaken the Jacob In You by observing
1:57:56your thoughts uncritically
1:57:58think of yourself as two beings one who
1:58:00sees with the organs of sense and the
1:58:02other who sees through the mind of
1:58:04imagination
1:58:05the sense man is a creature of habit
1:58:09he is dynamic and active yet through the
1:58:12daily practice of self-observation he
1:58:14can be brought into a passive state in
1:58:16his power transfer to the man of
1:58:18imagination
1:58:19there are always two decided outlooks on
1:58:22the same world I.E the one you see with
1:58:25your outer organs and the one you know
1:58:26only mentally
1:58:28your desire is mental without shape or
1:58:31form
1:58:32it is your second son who will supplant
1:58:34your present World in your power of
1:58:36awareness is turned Within
1:58:38do you have a longing
1:58:40a consuming desire that you want
1:58:42fulfilled now
1:58:44allow that desire to clothe mine
1:58:47knowing that its fulfillment is based
1:58:49upon feeling ask yourself what the
1:58:51feeling would be like if your desire
1:58:53were now realized
1:58:55whatever your problem is its solution is
1:58:58within you
1:58:59turn your attention to your desires
1:59:01fulfillment and clothe it in the skins
1:59:03of objective reality
1:59:05this is the technique of reversal and
1:59:07should never be taken lightly because
1:59:09the moment you feel yourself into a
1:59:11state you instantly take upon yourself
1:59:13the fruit of that state
1:59:15I hope you now know how to clothe your
1:59:17subjective longing
1:59:19think of your desire as Jacob then
1:59:21clothe it in the skins and hair of Esau
1:59:24the time it takes for your longing to
1:59:26materialize is proportionate to your
1:59:29feeling of its naturalness
1:59:31the Kingdom of Heaven is within you
1:59:34Humanity cannot enter this Kingdom but
1:59:36your imagination can when you detach
1:59:38yourself from that to which you are now
1:59:40attached
1:59:41there must be a separation for only the
1:59:44human spirit is called and only the
1:59:47human Spirit can pass singly through
1:59:49this eye
1:59:51now that which requires a state of
1:59:53consciousness to produce its effect
1:59:55cannot be affected without such a state
1:59:58once you have entered a state don't be
2:00:01concerned as to how it will be
2:00:02externalized for everything comes into
2:00:04being through consciousness
2:00:06you never create a state
2:00:09all states were created before the world
2:00:11was
2:00:12rather you enter a state and it simply
2:00:15displays itself
2:00:17enter the state of poverty by saying I
2:00:20am poor and you will see its evidence
2:00:21displayed on your screen of space
2:00:24you do not generate health wealth or
2:00:27happiness
2:00:28the states are already there completely
2:00:31furnished and ready for your immediate
2:00:33occupancy
2:00:34my words are true but Truth by itself
2:00:37can do nothing
2:00:39it must be applied
2:00:41unapplied truth is like a lamp without
2:00:44oil but applied truth is a lamp whose
2:00:46oil never runs low
2:00:48remember there are no accidents no cause
2:00:51other than an imaginal one
2:00:53if an accident is fatal it is an
2:00:56involuntary suicide
2:00:58are we not told no one takes my life I
2:01:01lay it down myself
2:01:03I have the power to lay it down and the
2:01:06power to take it up again
2:01:08an accident is not a force external to
2:01:10the individual's consciousness
2:01:13no one knows a man but the spirit of the
2:01:15man who dwells in him and man is simply
2:01:18the sum total of his reactions to life
2:01:21no one comes into your world save you
2:01:23call him
2:01:24you have the power to call anything into
2:01:26being for you are the author of the
2:01:28drama called life
2:01:30the Bible refers to God as the father as
2:01:33I am miss or light but the word means
2:01:36Consciousness which like an atom has not
2:01:39aged
2:01:40Consciousness is living substance which
2:01:42has no beginning and no end but simply
2:01:45displays Arrangements of itself
2:01:47external man consents to age but the
2:01:50substance of Consciousness does not
2:01:52it never changes
2:01:55before the world was I am and when it
2:01:58ceases to be there will still be I am
2:02:01external man can say I was or I will be
2:02:05but the internal human spirit says only
2:02:07I am
2:02:09knowing your desire persist in the
2:02:11thought that you already have it until
2:02:13your thoughts become habitual
2:02:15if you do not you will find yourself
2:02:17returning to your old way of thinking
2:02:19and perpetuate it thereby never seeing
2:02:22your desire externalize itself
2:02:24I will leave you with this thought
2:02:27while man is violent animals must exist
2:02:31the animal is only externalized evidence
2:02:33of man's violence
2:02:35the dinosaurs were lumbering beasts with
2:02:38small brains and bore witness to the
2:02:40lumbering state of man at that time
2:02:43the dinosaurs were not killed off but
2:02:45became extinct naturally
2:02:47let man become tame and all the animals
2:02:50will become sterile
2:02:54chapter 15 the feeling of I
2:02:57your journey into this world of Decay
2:02:59and death began with your feeling of hi
2:03:02and where you place that feeling there
2:03:04you live
2:03:05you can place your feeling of I in the
2:03:08mud of negation or on the lovely ground
2:03:10of positive assumption
2:03:12your feeling of I is always with you
2:03:15it is your slave and your savior for
2:03:18wherever you go there I am also
2:03:21the ninth chapter of numbers begins with
2:03:24Moses being given instructions by the
2:03:26Lord as to how to erect a tabernacle or
2:03:29tent of testimony and move it across the
2:03:31desert
2:03:32he was told during the day a cloud will
2:03:35cover the Tabernacle and at night it
2:03:37will have the appearance of a pillar of
2:03:39Fire
2:03:40whenever the cloud Rises the children of
2:03:42Israel must Journey to the place where
2:03:44the cloud settles down there the people
2:03:46must remain
2:03:48it may rise once a week once a month or
2:03:51longer but when it ascends the children
2:03:54of Israel must Journey
2:03:56now a tabernacle is an elongated place
2:03:59of worship which is movable and covered
2:04:01with skin
2:04:02you are that Temple Tabernacle and the
2:04:05spirit of God dwells within you as your
2:04:08eye
2:04:09a cloud is a garment of water or
2:04:11psychological truth which covers the eye
2:04:14and that to which it testifies
2:04:17the cloud does not move in time but is
2:04:19lifted up by the eye it covers
2:04:22according to my senses I am now in the
2:04:25Palace Hotel
2:04:27let me lift the cloud from my Testament
2:04:29by withdrawing the feeling of I from the
2:04:32evidence of my senses and move by
2:04:34placing my eye in a predetermined State
2:04:36and my whole world moves with me
2:04:39clothing myself in feeling the cloud
2:04:42covers me as I testify to the state I
2:04:44have just entered
2:04:46at this moment you may have placed your
2:04:48feeling of I in an unlovely State and
2:04:51unless you lift that cloud which covers
2:04:53you you are anchored there and are
2:04:55incapable of changing the circumstances
2:04:57of your life
2:04:59now this lifting of the cloud and
2:05:01placing your feeling of I in a more
2:05:03desirable State involves a death for
2:05:06when the cloud Rises it breaks or kills
2:05:09the cycle of recurrence you have been on
2:05:12motion can be detected only as a change
2:05:14of position with respect to another body
2:05:17and all motion spoken of in scripture is
2:05:19psychological
2:05:21every state exists in this psychological
2:05:24land from which your eye Journeys
2:05:27all you need do is extract your eye from
2:05:29where it is now and place it in your
2:05:31predetermined state
2:05:33but how will you know you have moved
2:05:35by using a frame of reference
2:05:38while sitting quietly in your chair you
2:05:41can lift your Cloud by placing the
2:05:43feeling of if in an entirely different
2:05:45psychological state
2:05:47no one can see this motion for yours is
2:05:50a spiritual journey
2:05:52while in the state look for confirmation
2:05:54of your move on the faces of people
2:05:56there
2:05:57are they surprised to see you
2:06:00are they happy for you
2:06:02a little jealous
2:06:04look until you see the Expressions on
2:06:06their faces
2:06:08if there is a change in your feeling of
2:06:10I you will find an automatic alteration
2:06:13in your usual expression of life
2:06:16during the day you wear your Garment of
2:06:18Truth the cloud but the moment you begin
2:06:21to meditate the brain grows luminous
2:06:24this is the pillar of Fire by night
2:06:27remember I am the truth and wherever you
2:06:30place your feeling of I there you must
2:06:32abide
2:06:34in the 34th chapter of Deuteronomy we
2:06:36are told that Moses went up from The
2:06:38Plains of Moab to Nebo and their tapisca
2:06:41which is opposite Jericho where he was
2:06:43shown all the land that was his
2:06:46the word Moses means to draw out
2:06:50he is not a man but your creative power
2:06:52which can draw out of you any state you
2:06:54have placed your struck the Rock and
2:06:57produced the water
2:06:58the word Moab means mother slash Father
2:07:01which is your iam-ness
2:07:04in your present State your Moab may be
2:07:07saying I am beaten I am sick I am
2:07:10impoverished
2:07:11but Nebo means to prophesy your longing
2:07:15by the feeling of I
2:07:17piska means to contemplate
2:07:20when you enter your desired State
2:07:22observe your Jericho for it will have a
2:07:24fragrant odor as that is what the word
2:07:26Jericho means
2:07:28having risen in Consciousness remain in
2:07:31your chosen State until you have a
2:07:33reaction that satisfies you
2:07:35a violent reaction produces a horrible
2:07:38odor while a lovely reaction indicates
2:07:40Jericho and a lovely odor
2:07:43you see Jericho is not a place in the
2:07:46near East but a state which produces the
2:07:48thrill of accomplishment within you
2:07:51in the 14th chapter of the Book of John
2:07:53Jesus speaks to Peter saying let not
2:07:56your heart be troubled you believe in
2:07:58God believe also in me
2:08:01in my father's house are many rooms if
2:08:04it were not so would I have told you
2:08:05that I go to prepare a place for you
2:08:07and when I go and prepare a place for
2:08:10you I will come again and take you to
2:08:11myself that where I am you may be also
2:08:15this is not a man speaking to another
2:08:17but self-speaking to self
2:08:19you are Jesus imagination telling
2:08:23yourself that there are unnumbered
2:08:24states of awareness for you to enter and
2:08:26you are inviting self to choose the
2:08:28state you wish to inhabit
2:08:30after selecting the state imagination
2:08:33will go and prepare it for you so that
2:08:35you may come again as you must for
2:08:37wherever you abide in imagination there
2:08:39you shall reside also in the flesh
2:08:42if you believe what I have told you
2:08:44determined to change your feeling of I
2:08:47there is no power that can keep you from
2:08:49realizing your dream but you
2:08:52and no man can compel you to enter any
2:08:55state
2:08:56you have the power to select your state
2:08:58and enter it thereby making it alive or
2:09:00leave a state thereby killing it
2:09:04the decision and its consequences is
2:09:06yours and yours alone
2:09:08the day you can become an observing
2:09:10watching your reactions and seeing the
2:09:13Observer and the thing observed as two
2:09:15distinct beings you will know you can
2:09:17enter any state and it will out picture
2:09:19itself
2:09:20you will know that all the Mansions of
2:09:22your father's house are yours
2:09:25I am Consciousness contains the whole of
2:09:28creation and out of I am this comes
2:09:30imagination
2:09:31where there is no consciousness there is
2:09:34no imagination
2:09:36when you enter a state your IM is having
2:09:38a psychological experience
2:09:41when you think about a state you have a
2:09:43subject and its object but when you
2:09:45experience a state you have unification
2:09:49tonight mentally look at your day
2:09:51can you remember those you saw this
2:09:53morning
2:09:54if your reaction to them is the same as
2:09:57it was earlier then you have not changed
2:09:59your feeling of I
2:10:01your friends and relations are your
2:10:03frame of reference
2:10:05use them in your journey
2:10:07the command in the first chapter of
2:10:09Joshua is when you start turn not from
2:10:12it to the right hand or to the left that
2:10:14you may Prosper wherever you go for I
2:10:16the Lord your God am with you
2:10:19therefore abide in the state you desire
2:10:22until your whole being is permeated with
2:10:24its reaction that you may reap its
2:10:26reward
2:10:27I your Consciousness am with you and I
2:10:30am the Lord your God
2:10:32the teaching of Truth deals with the
2:10:35feeling of I for only through feeling
2:10:37can change come about
2:10:39if you continue to have the same
2:10:41reactions you have not changed your
2:10:43feelings
2:10:44your world forever conforms to your
2:10:46inner assumption
2:10:48remember your aim a thousand times in
2:10:51the course of a day
2:10:52notice your thoughts in regard to it and
2:10:55break all unlovely ones
2:10:57if you are not successful it is because
2:10:59you are not practicing this truth and
2:11:01applying this law
2:11:03you are the Temple of the Living God and
2:11:05the spirit of God dwells in you
2:11:08what has a believer in common with a
2:11:10non-believer
2:11:11come out form them and separate yourself
2:11:13from them and I will welcome you
2:11:16come let us live on the Mountaintop
2:11:21chapter 16 the wine of Eternity
2:11:25the human imagination and divine
2:11:27imagination are one and the same
2:11:30they are not two
2:11:32your human imagination has the power to
2:11:34turn your water of life into the wine of
2:11:36Eternity
2:11:38this you will do when you release your
2:11:40imagination from its bonds of limitation
2:11:42for when imagination is truly free it
2:11:45can accomplish miracles
2:11:47the Bible calls imagination man's Savior
2:11:50and identifies this wonderful benefactor
2:11:52as Christ
2:11:54when Christ is awakened and born in you
2:11:56your human imagination becomes Divine
2:11:58vision
2:12:00called Christ your individual
2:12:02imagination is the mediator between the
2:12:04father of all life and the external
2:12:06world called man
2:12:08having imagined wealth it is the human
2:12:10imagination who walks on the Water of
2:12:12Life and denies the evidence of his
2:12:14senses by claiming I am wealthy
2:12:17his persistence mediates God to man
2:12:20every character in scripture lives in
2:12:23the mind
2:12:24when you read the Bible turn to self and
2:12:27ask what state would I be in if I were
2:12:29doing this
2:12:30when reading the story of Moses claim
2:12:33you are he
2:12:34assume the state of faith when you read
2:12:37of Abraham
2:12:38you are Joseph the dreamer and Thomas
2:12:41the doubter and you are destined to be
2:12:43Jesus Christ the awakened risen
2:12:46imagination
2:12:48skin is the most external thing a man
2:12:50can wear
2:12:51when you read of one who wears camel's
2:12:54hair or leather you are reading of one
2:12:56whose mind is tied to the outside
2:12:59his philosophy of life is external and
2:13:02dependent entirely on others
2:13:04in the fifth chapter of Mark the story
2:13:07is told of an innocent man who being
2:13:09unclothed lived among the dead and cut
2:13:11himself on the stones
2:13:13when awakened imagination passed by the
2:13:16innocent one cried out do not cast me
2:13:19out and when asked his name he answered
2:13:22my name is Legion for we are many
2:13:25a being not yet individualized in a
2:13:27spiritual sense is innocent for he knows
2:13:30not what he is doing
2:13:31he is Legion because he has innumerable
2:13:34eyes in him I.E I am ill I am poor I am
2:13:38tired I am weak and I am mistreated to
2:13:42name but a few
2:13:44living among the dead and sleeping the

2:13:52but the spiritual man has a personal
2:13:55self-determined history a predetermined

2:13:58in the realm of the spirit he becomes

2:14:02when Consciousness turns within the
2:14:05spirit awakens to his true identity
2:14:08then casting out all belief in any
2:14:10external cause he is clothed in his
2:14:12right mind and sits at the foot of the
2:14:14one who cast them out

2:14:19those who have no faith in the works of
2:14:21faith
2:14:22the story is told of a man named Jarius
2:14:24whose daughter was believed to be dead
2:14:27but awakened imagination ignored the

2:14:37the child is not dead but sleeping
2:14:40then he touched the child and said I say

2:15:27pool of Bethesda and its five porches
2:15:30the story is told of a sick man who
2:15:32waits for the moving of the Water by an
2:15:34Angel believing that whoever steps into
2:15:37the pool first after the movement will
2:15:39be healed
2:15:40after asking him if he wanted to be
2:15:43healed awaken imagination said rise take
2:15:46up your palate and walk and that once
2:15:48the man was healed and taking up his
2:15:50palate he walked away
2:15:53the word Bethesda means House of Mercy
2:15:57and the pool spoken of here is
2:15:59consciousness which must be stirred by
2:16:01an Angel a messenger of God
2:16:03any idea you entertain is that angel
2:16:06disturbing your consciousness
2:16:08the pool is entered by a mere assumption
2:16:11and stirred as you bathe in it
2:16:13I am is always first person present
2:16:16tense
2:16:17no one can put you in the pool by
2:16:19affirmation
2:16:21although seemingly impotent you rest on
2:16:23the five porches or senses when you
2:16:26accept their evidence and refuse to
2:16:27change your consciousness
2:16:29no one need help you
2:16:32who could be first in the pool other
2:16:34than self which is your eye
2:16:36knowing what you want rise in the
2:16:38assumption that your desire is already
2:16:40satisfied healed and it will be
2:16:43in his 17th chapter John rejoices saying
2:16:47I have finished the work thou gavest me
2:16:49to do
2:16:50father glorify thou me in thine own self
2:16:53with the glory which I had with thee
2:16:55before that the world was
2:16:57I have kept them in thy name which thou
2:16:59Hast given me and one is lost but the
2:17:01son of perdition
2:17:03for their sake I consecrate myself that
2:17:06they also may be consecrated in Truth
2:17:08for I dwell in them and they dwell in Me
2:17:10And We Are One
2:17:12the work you gave yourself to do is to
2:17:14awaken from this dream of life
2:17:17having assumed the limitations of the
2:17:19flesh you will awaken to your true
2:17:21identity and become your own Glory when
2:17:23the outer you is made passive and the
2:17:25inner you dynamic
2:17:27now the Son of Perdition is the belief
2:17:30in loss
2:17:31knowing that all things exist in a human
2:17:34imagination nothing can be lost
2:17:37when you realize this truth you will no
2:17:40longer believe in loss thereby
2:17:42fulfilling scripture
2:17:43the most difficult thing to grasp is
2:17:46that there is no one outside of self
2:17:48believing others needed to change I
2:17:51worked on them thinking that the world
2:17:53would be so much better if they would be
2:17:55different
2:17:56then I awoke and Sanctified myself and
2:17:59in so doing they were Sanctified for I
2:18:02dwell in them and they dwell in Me And
2:18:04We Are One
2:18:05there is no one to change but self
2:18:08as you control your thoughts and allow
2:18:10only those which conform to your ideal
2:18:13to flow from you your world will reshape
2:18:15itself in harmony with them
2:18:17remember you cannot be aware of a fault
2:18:20or greatness in another where that fault
2:18:22or greatness not present in you
2:18:25remove the fault from your own eye
2:18:28place the greatness there and watch your
2:18:30world change as it reflects your change
2:18:32in consciousness
2:18:34in the 16th chapter of Matthew the
2:18:36disciples were questioned who do men say
2:18:39the son of man is
2:18:41they said some say John the Baptist
2:18:43others Elijah and other Jeremiah or one
2:18:46of the prophets
2:18:48then he asked but who do you say that I
2:18:51am
2:18:52Simon Peter replied you are the Christ
2:18:54the son of the Living God
2:18:57at the present time you may be concerned
2:19:00as to what others think of you but when
2:19:02you have awakened to your true Divinity
2:19:03it will not matter to you what others
2:19:05think
2:19:07you will know from experience that you
2:19:09are the Christ the son of the Living God
2:19:12flesh and blood will not reveal this to
2:19:14you but your father who is in heaven
2:19:16reveals it
2:19:18through this knowledge you will have
2:19:20been given the keys to the kingdom and
2:19:22whatever you bind on Earth will be bound
2:19:24in heaven and whatever you lose on Earth
2:19:26will be lost in heaven
2:19:28having found the answer to the
2:19:30Everlasting question who am I no man can
2:19:33ever take this knowledge from you
2:19:35this wisdom comes from within
2:19:38completely abandon yourself to a
2:19:40psychological experience
2:19:43if you become one with a state in your
2:19:45imagination you will rise to Encompass
2:19:47it in the flesh
2:19:49this being true yours is a journey from
2:19:51innocence to imagination to experience
2:19:55you are already the person you want to
2:19:57be
2:19:58claim it and tomorrow you will display

2:20:01by your fruits you shall be known
2:20:04if today your life is not what you want
2:20:07it to be stop blaming anyone just keep
2:20:10working on changing your feeling of I
2:20:12and abide in your desired state

2:20:18moment of non-reaction circumstances

2:20:22We rise by an energy others call effort

2:21:55of the Bible but continues to hold on to
2:21:57his little beliefs even though he does
2:21:59not know what to do with them
2:22:01people do not seek truth they seek only
2:22:04supports for their opinions of it
2:22:06but I say to you do not think that I
2:22:09have come to bring peace on Earth I have
2:22:11not come to bring peace but a sword
2:22:14I have come to set a man against his
2:22:16father and a daughter against her mother
2:22:18and a daughter-in-law against her
2:22:20mother-in-law for a man's foes are those
2:22:22of his own household

2:23:29as you read the Bible get your mental

2:23:36will go deeper and deeper as you travel

2:23:40the Bible teaches self-help
2:23:42do not look to any leader on the outside
2:23:44only look to self by turning Within
2:23:48if anyone offers to do for you what you
2:23:50can do for yourself reject their offer
2:23:52and turn to Christ God's creative power
2:23:55in you who is your life your light of
2:23:57the world
2:23:58by changing your thinking Christ will

2:24:03but birth spoken of in scripture is the

2:24:10the idea of the Kingdom of Heaven Was

2:24:13while in the state of sleep false
2:24:15doctrines have crept in
2:24:17cold tears they grow with the wheat and
2:24:20will be harvested therefore you must
2:24:22become selective and clear the weeds by
2:24:24killing every belief in a power outside

2:24:28the man who is Rich and complacent
2:24:30satisfied with his social and financial
2:24:32positions is not hungry to grow
2:24:36if you are complacent your life will not
2:24:38change for you will not be hungry or
2:24:40thirsty for a higher level of awareness
2:24:43you and you alone know whether the
2:24:46hunger has come upon you or not but you
2:24:48have not begun the work you gave
2:24:49yourself to do until you begin to
2:24:51uncritically observe your thoughts
2:24:53and when you do you will discover that
2:24:56you are not as truthful honest or
2:24:58courageous as you thought you were
2:25:00tonight select a future upon which you
2:25:03want to work in tomorrow Be watchful
2:25:06question yourself by saying am I keeping
2:25:08the tents
2:25:10do I want this
2:25:12is that the way my friend wants me to
2:25:14see him
2:25:15am I limiting myself
2:25:17then act in your imagination for
2:25:20imagination is passive while asleep and
2:25:22allows that which is false to take the
2:25:24throne
2:25:25watch your thoughts
2:25:27reclaim your throne and consciously
2:25:29allow your human imagination to rule
2:25:31your world
2:25:33your human imagination once activated
2:25:35will awaken as a little babe

2:25:43and power as the outer you will become
2:25:45passive and Powerless
2:25:47But You Must Be watchful and Vigilant of
2:25:50your thoughts in order to bring the
2:25:51outer you into passivity
2:25:53only then will you know what it is like
2:25:55to be in the world but not of it
2:25:58the purpose of this teaching is to
2:26:00awaken the Christ who is asleep in man
2:26:02dreaming different states into being and
2:26:05bring him to the conscious circle of
2:26:06humanity where man is self-aware
2:26:09once you are aware of your true self you
2:26:12will no longer condemn sleeping man
2:26:14you will know they are machines
2:26:16automatons who do not know what they are
2:26:18doing
2:26:20your desires are not subjective
2:26:22intangible things but solidly real
2:26:25begin to awaken the Christ in you by
2:26:28clothing your subjective Desires in
2:26:30objective reality
2:26:32I promise you the day you do this they
2:26:35will become facts in your world
2:26:37have a name that you will not lie to
2:26:39yourself anymore
2:26:41work on this feature within yourself
2:26:44become extremely observant and honest
2:26:46with yourself and watch the energy that
2:26:48formally moved into negative States flow
2:26:51into your greater aim
2:26:53perhaps your aim is to become a great
2:26:55teacher not because you want to impose
2:26:57your will upon others but because you
2:26:59want to awaken in others what you have
2:27:00awakened in yourself
2:27:02The Awakening begins when you feel a
2:27:05separation a division of the natural and
2:27:07the spiritual imaginative you to which
2:27:09all things are possible
2:27:11it is this spiritual you that close your
2:27:14subjective state in reality
2:27:16by changing the feeling of I you can
2:27:19direct your life internally and Escape
2:27:21the Prison of your present State
2:27:22regardless of what it may be

2:27:56and I if I be lifted up I draw all men

2:28:01once you have lifted yourself up into
2:28:03the new States abide there
2:28:05do not come back to the testimonies of
2:28:07your senses but remain in your desire
2:28:09until a different world is established
2:28:12every change in the feeling of I
2:28:15automatically produces changes in the
2:28:17external World therefore you must learn
2:28:20to Die daily to your old beliefs
2:28:23the statement those who lose their life
2:28:25for my sake will find it means letting

2:28:30if you lose I you will find your I
2:28:32re-clothing itself on a higher level of

2:28:51psychologically are at that moment

2:28:59personified as a being called Jesus
2:29:01Christ
2:29:03as long as you are violent you are
2:29:05asleep
2:29:06awaken the spiritual You by watching
2:29:09your actions and reactions to life and
2:29:11you will lose your impulse to retaliate

2:35:01joy of feasting on higher States
2:35:04when a man dies it is an expansion into
2:35:06a dimensionally larger life
2:35:09if you have not awakened here you must
2:35:11start Awakening in the fourth dimension
2:35:14climbing a multitudinous dimensional
2:35:16time block you ascend by reason of your
2:35:18ability to function in a dimensionally
2:35:20larger world
2:35:22and each dimensional world is contained
2:35:24in a dimensionally larger World in turn
2:35:27that world is contained in a still
2:35:28dimensionally larger World Without End
2:35:31but remembering the love the father has
2:35:34given you test him knowing that everyone
2:35:36who hopes in him purifies himself as he
2:35:39is pure
