  1. 0:00they spare no expense for you
  2. 0:04between the ferns all right you guys we
  3. 0:15are rolling in to another episode of the
  4. 0:17Candice Owens show you know the Internet
  5. 0:19is constantly trying to tell me what to
  6. 0:22do but liberals can't bully me and the
  7. 0:24Internet can not make me do anything
  8. 0:26except very recently everyone was
  9. 0:28flooding my mentions telling me you must
  10. 0:31have Larry elder on your show
  11. 0:33here we are larry elder welcome to the
  12. 0:35Candice Owens show the first time I
  13. 0:37should thank the mob I never thought I
  14. 0:40would I would bend to the will of the
  15. 0:41mob but they had a good idea and many
  16. 0:43people don't know this but and I talked
  17. 0:45about this a lot on the blocks at or but
  18. 0:47a lot of my thoughts were fathered by
  19. 0:49you and the Internet and when you come
  20. 0:51out as a conservative and you look at
  21. 0:53your skin color and you're black and
  22. 0:54you're not allowed to be you sort of
  23. 0:56turn to the internet and look for people
  24. 0:58to tell you it's okay and there was that
  25. 1:00striking video between you and Dave
  26. 1:03Rubin where you talked about Father
  27. 1:05absence and it just instantly red pill
  28. 1:07to me and I knew that I was onto
  29. 1:09something and that I was going to be
  30. 1:10right that was probably the interview
  31. 1:13that I did Candace where I got the most
  32. 1:14reaction and the exchange was when Dave
  33. 1:17Rubin was going on about institutional
  34. 1:19racism and I said like what and he hid
  35. 1:23it look as if he'd been hit in the head
  36. 1:25with a two-by-four because he was used
  37. 1:26to saying things like structural racism
  38. 1:28systemic racism institutional racism and
  39. 1:30nobody's saying what specifically are
  40. 1:32you talking about what is your data to
  41. 1:34suggest that there's something such as
  42. 1:36institutional racism and he had nothing
  43. 1:38and he realized he needed to recheck his
  44. 1:39assumption until I got him on this
  45. 1:41journey to to rethink his assumption -
  46. 1:43now he's uh I'm not sure he's a smaller
  47. 1:46libertarian like I am but he's getting
  48. 1:48close to it I think I think he's a
  49. 1:49libertarian or conservative and he just
  50. 1:51hasn't said it yet um and that was his
  51. 1:53moment though and he talks about it all
  52. 1:54the time and he's become a great friend
  53. 1:56to me and I've been on his show and we
  54. 1:58talked about that and and that's why you
  55. 1:59think if you look at it objectively
  56. 2:01their liberalism is almost like a mass
  57. 2:03brainwashing like I really do feel that
  58. 2:05when I listen to these people they are
  59. 2:06parroting talking points but when you
  60. 2:08get to the substance of it right there
  61. 2:10is no substance of it it's
  62. 2:12while black people were slaves you have
  63. 2:14to acknowledge that at a certain point
  64. 2:15there was systemic racism that's kind of
  65. 2:17like where it comes from and the media I
  66. 2:19think plays the biggest role in that and
  67. 2:21the education system and that's why I
  68. 2:23try and do one time I had Steve Miller
  69. 2:24on my programs the Miller was a guest on
  70. 2:27my show and he's like 14 years old first
  71. 2:29time he's ever been on radio and is you
  72. 2:30know now he's one of the top aides to
  73. 2:32Donald Trump one of his printable speech
  74. 2:33writers and after he been on my show a
  75. 2:36number of times he and I were talking
  76. 2:38and I said what is it about my show that
  77. 2:39you like he said you have the ability
  78. 2:41Larry to change people's minds you don't
  79. 2:43just talk
  80. 2:44you bring facts you bring information
  81. 2:45and you put in a way that people can
  82. 2:47understand it so I I'm very proud of
  83. 2:50that it's not just me yapping and
  84. 2:51bitching and moaning and whining about
  85. 2:52what I think is unfair and what I think
  86. 2:54it's not is not fair and all that I'm
  87. 2:56trying to get people to rethink there
  88. 2:57are some sheets and hopefully hopefully
  89. 2:58we're doing it well you dragged people
  90. 3:00to the cleaners I mean it's just like
  91. 3:02you don't settle areolar unless you have
  92. 3:04the facts I feel like don't go on Judge
  93. 3:11Judy conservative bring the fair play
  94. 3:14with Judge Judy that's right I would
  95. 3:16love to we got to get Judge Judy on the
  96. 3:18show you don't play with her and but she
  97. 3:19knows her stuff and she's not here to
  98. 3:21play any games and there needs to be
  99. 3:22more of that and that's when I realized
  100. 3:24because at that point I had had the
  101. 3:26feeling I didn't have the facts I had to
  102. 3:28actually research and realize Wow
  103. 3:29because you hit on the total myth of
  104. 3:32police brutality and at that point I was
  105. 3:34like we can't acknowledge we can't say
  106. 3:35it's not happening here's a video here's
  107. 3:38an entire video of a watching falando
  108. 3:39cos he'll be murdered and yet you just
  109. 3:42said what are the facts behind this what
  110. 3:44is going on behind this how many blacks
  111. 3:45are actually actually being murdered by
  112. 3:47police officers and of course and I did
  113. 3:48in my research higher chance of being
  114. 3:50struck by lightning right right the
  115. 3:53Washington Post did a analysis of how
  116. 3:55many people were killed by the police in
  117. 3:57a recent years a thousand of them 500
  118. 3:59them were white 250 were black there
  119. 4:01were more unarmed white men killed by
  120. 4:03the police an unarmed black man I was
  121. 4:06invited to Ohio State to give a speech
  122. 4:08before the football team by coach Urban
  123. 4:11Meyer then the coach he called me and he
  124. 4:13asked me if I'd come in to talk to his
  125. 4:15players and I said coach are you aware
  126. 4:16that I went to University of Michigan
  127. 4:17and he paused from those 10 seconds I
  128. 4:20thought I killed him so I came to this
  129. 4:22to the class
  130. 4:23and I addressed all these football
  131. 4:25players and they were like this Candace
  132. 4:26they were not having it they were not
  133. 4:27having it mostly were black and they
  134. 4:29were all like this and I'm sure they
  135. 4:31thought it's knuckle Tom and a sellout
  136. 4:32in all the words you've heard before and
  137. 4:35I said there were about 16 unarmed black
  138. 4:37men killed last year by the police and
  139. 4:40you can probably name the unarmed black
  140. 4:42man that been killed in recent years
  141. 4:43whether it's Eric Gardner or Freddie
  142. 4:45gray or Trayvon Martin I know he wasn't
  143. 4:48killed by the cop but he was killed by a
  144. 4:49guy that purported to be the
  145. 4:51neighborhood watchman
  146. 4:53Sandra bland we all know their names
  147. 4:56Michael Brown I said there were more
  148. 4:59unarmed white men killed by the police
  149. 5:00unarmed black man named one room was
  150. 5:05silent almost 20 seconds see that's that
  151. 5:07larry elder thing were you just like you
  152. 5:08realize you don't know anything and when
  153. 5:11you talk to cops Candace they will tell
  154. 5:13you they are more hesitant to pull the
  155. 5:15trigger on a black suspect than a white
  156. 5:16suspect and this has been documented
  157. 5:18there's a economist named Roland fryer
  158. 5:21he's at Harvard he is so brilliant he's
  159. 5:23one of the I think he's the youngest
  160. 5:25tenured professor at Harvard ever no
  161. 5:27matter the subject and he did a study on
  162. 5:30whether or not the police were using
  163. 5:31deadly force against black people
  164. 5:33disproportionately and he assumed he was
  165. 5:35gonna find out that they were he was
  166. 5:36shocked he said it was the most shocking
  167. 5:38and surprising finding of his career he
  168. 5:41found out the police were more hesitant
  169. 5:42to pull the trigger on a black person
  170. 5:44than in the white person it was another
  171. 5:45study done by some researchers at a
  172. 5:47university and not in Washington they
  173. 5:49felt the same they found the same thing
  174. 5:50it's just a lie and the police and the
  175. 5:55feds do a survey called the I think it's
  176. 5:57called the police public contact survey
  177. 5:59every two or three years they ask people
  178. 6:00if you had any interaction with the
  179. 6:02police and if you did tell us about your
  180. 6:03interaction by race by gender by
  181. 6:05whatever and it turns out they can't
  182. 6:07find any pattern of discrimination
  183. 6:09against black people I'm not saying that
  184. 6:10there aren't bad clumps obviously there
  185. 6:12are bad talk show host or bed doctors
  186. 6:15are bad lawyers are bad people but but
  187. 6:17it's systemic planned out institutional
  188. 6:20kind of thing the data are not there and
  189. 6:22you know it's not there because if it
  190. 6:23were they'd have been class-action
  191. 6:24lawsuits against the police by all these
  192. 6:26black lawyers who are around who are
  193. 6:29making this argument right one of things
  194. 6:30I was really interested in is just the
  195. 6:32detrimental effects of these sorts of
  196. 6:34lies where people don't realize that
  197. 6:36the people that negatively impacts the
  198. 6:37most is always the community that
  199. 6:38they're trying to help right so you
  200. 6:40create this entire narrative and and
  201. 6:42what happens why people start raising up
  202. 6:44we start burning down our own
  203. 6:45neighborhoods you have black police
  204. 6:47officers that are negatively impacted by
  205. 6:49it because they're even being called
  206. 6:50Uncle Tom's and just because
  207. 6:52they're pulling someone over and I had a
  208. 6:54police offer police officer here
  209. 6:55discussing that how it impacted the
  210. 6:57black police officers and I have this
  211. 6:59theory I talk about it all the time
  212. 7:01there's something about progressive
  213. 7:03policies and progressive perspectives
  214. 7:05that always lead to progressive results
  215. 7:07right if we could take this any way we
  216. 7:09talk about police brutality we could
  217. 7:10talk about other things like there's you
  218. 7:12know the whole idea that black people
  219. 7:14and white people now they suddenly don't
  220. 7:16want black Michael to get married like
  221. 7:18one of the things and I announce my
  222. 7:19engagement that I got as comments right
  223. 7:21this was stunning to me right of course
  224. 7:23you're marrying a white person there
  225. 7:25should be black on black love I'm like
  226. 7:27so literally let's just do miscegenation
  227. 7:29laws again right blacks and whites
  228. 7:31shouldn't be allowed to get married yeah
  229. 7:32of course we need safe spaces for black
  230. 7:35people we have black only dorms in
  231. 7:37America right now that is literally so
  232. 7:40progressive it's regressive that is
  233. 7:42segregation by a different name it's
  234. 7:43segregation and it's astounding to me
  235. 7:46that people don't realize that we're
  236. 7:47going that means the supreme court was
  237. 7:50wrongly decided loving versus Virginia
  238. 7:51and struck down the anti-miscegenation
  239. 7:53laws in the in the south they were right
  240. 7:55they shouldn't have struck them down
  241. 7:56they should have put them back up and
  242. 7:58regarding but this the damage this false
  243. 8:01accusation does the police pull back
  244. 8:03once you call them racist and they're
  245. 8:05afraid if they pull somebody over with
  246. 8:07blacks they're gonna be accused of
  247. 8:08racism they may even be prosecuted they
  248. 8:10may even lose their pension they're
  249. 8:11gonna pull back and when they pull back
  250. 8:13crime goes up so outside of Ferguson and
  251. 8:16st. Louis where Michael Brown was shot
  252. 8:19and killed crime went up crime went up
  253. 8:21in Baltimore after Freddie gray was
  254. 8:23killed crime went up in Chicago the very
  255. 8:26people that these people
  256. 8:27blacklivesmatter claim that they're they
  257. 8:29that they care about those are the ones
  258. 8:30who were hurt the most why why isn't
  259. 8:33black lives matter out here in South
  260. 8:34Central Los Angeles dealing with the
  261. 8:35Crips and the Bloods they're killing me
  262. 8:37like I'm black and that goes against the
  263. 8:38narrative right 6,000 black people were
  264. 8:41killed last year almost all of them
  265. 8:42killed by other black people as opposed
  266. 8:44to a tiny tiny tiny fraction of unarmed
  267. 8:46black people killed by the police and
  268. 8:48unarmed by the way does not mean not
  269. 8:49Duras Michael Brown was unarmed but they
  270. 8:51found his DNA on the on the officers gun
  271. 8:53he was charging trying to get the gun so
  272. 8:55even if you're unarmed doesn't mean
  273. 8:56you're not dangerous but the point is
  274. 8:58those are the ones that we care about
  275. 9:00when an unarmed black person is killed
  276. 9:01let's deal with them on a case by case
  277. 9:03basis almost always the officers are
  278. 9:05either exonerated or they are they can't
  279. 9:07get a guilty plea and that's because
  280. 9:08most people recognize that what officers
  281. 9:11do is dangerous they have to make split
  282. 9:12decisions at crucial times and you have
  283. 9:16this big presumption of innocence and
  284. 9:18you have to find them guilty bye-bye
  285. 9:20beyond a shadow of a doubt it's hard to
  286. 9:22do that so your facts are racist right
  287. 9:24that's what they that's what they tell
  288. 9:25you your facts are racist and the one
  289. 9:27thing that the black community hates the
  290. 9:28most is black people acknowledging that
  291. 9:30our community as a whole has an issue
  292. 9:32right black on black crime should be
  293. 9:33discussed over 90% of all the killings
  294. 9:35are black on black right so why do you
  295. 9:37think it is that our community that
  296. 9:39never wants to hold the mirror up to
  297. 9:40ourselves because that would then mean
  298. 9:42blaming blaming the victim that's what
  299. 9:45that's how they see it it's easier to
  300. 9:47yell and scream about racism than it is
  301. 9:48to look at black people and say we have
  302. 9:50to change our behavior we have to do
  303. 9:51better we have to we have to raise our
  304. 9:53game I remember when the dream team
  305. 9:55destroyed the whole world in the
  306. 9:57Olympics and we won by 40 50 points the
  307. 10:00rest of the world didn't say let's lower
  308. 10:01the hoop let's widen the hoop for us
  309. 10:04they got better they raised their game
  310. 10:05and the rest of the world is no longer
  311. 10:07getting destroyed the way they used to
  312. 10:08we need to raise our game we need to
  313. 10:10graduate from high school we need to
  314. 10:12stop having children outside of wedlock
  315. 10:13we need to to do the right thing by the
  316. 10:16children that we bring into the world
  317. 10:17and we're not doing that that's exactly
  318. 10:19where I am we're not competing but I
  319. 10:20think we're suffering from also is this
  320. 10:22we have no self-confidence we don't
  321. 10:23think we can't like we've been sold and
  322. 10:25I think from it's the time that we step
  323. 10:26into school that we can't right here are
  324. 10:28the reasons you can't we are handed so
  325. 10:30many excuses before we even get out into
  326. 10:32the real world that it's become a plague
  327. 10:34on black America you don't have that
  328. 10:36you're not worried about that Ken it's
  329. 10:37not your fault it's because of slavery
  330. 10:38you not to worry about that Larry it's
  331. 10:40not your fault because of Jim Crow you
  332. 10:41don't worry about that what you do need
  333. 10:42to worry about is how angry you should
  334. 10:44be at the white man right the white man
  335. 10:46because of what they did I've never been
  336. 10:48a slave in this country me saying that
  337. 10:50I'm sick backstage went viral and and
  338. 10:53these black publications were so angry
  339. 10:55Oh Kansas has never been asleep I
  340. 10:56literally have never been a slave in
  341. 10:58this country I cannot relate there goes
  342. 11:00the argument for reparations right right
  343. 11:01there it is an
  344. 11:02look I think I could be Pro operations I
  345. 11:04think we should allow people the
  346. 11:06opportunity or the chance to go back to
  347. 11:08Africa I would I would sponsor that like
  348. 11:10you wouldn't believe
  349. 11:11I don't think you have a long line well
  350. 11:12I don't think we would either but you
  351. 11:14know that you hear that all the time in
  352. 11:15theatrical voices they took us from the
  353. 11:18motherland do you know what's going on
  354. 11:19the motherland say have you been to
  355. 11:21Africa I've been to Africa okay I'm
  356. 11:23perfectly content living in America most
  357. 11:25people don't realize like you the
  358. 11:26opportunity that you have here in
  359. 11:27America you'd have never had otherwise
  360. 11:28and this was actually one of the first
  361. 11:30countries that banned the slave trade
  362. 11:32right I mean Britain was ahead of us the
  363. 11:33UK was ahead of us but America was just
  364. 11:35right behind me by the way when you
  365. 11:36mentioned that the UK was ahead of us
  366. 11:38they were do you know that the slave
  367. 11:40owners were compensated after they lost
  368. 11:43their quote/unquote property the
  369. 11:44government compensated slave owners yeah
  370. 11:46and so when people talk about
  371. 11:47reparations they really want to have
  372. 11:50that conversation because like it or not
  373. 11:52slavery was legal and so their property
  374. 11:55their legal property was taken away from
  375. 11:57them after the after the Civil War so
  376. 11:59you can make an argument that the people
  377. 12:01that are owed reparations and not only
  378. 12:02just black people but also the people
  379. 12:03whose quote property close quote was
  380. 12:05taken away after after the end of the
  381. 12:06Civil War so what do you make of I by
  382. 12:08the way that's why there was no war in
  383. 12:09the UK right the the slave owners got
  384. 12:11substantial amounts of money it's
  385. 12:13fascinating you look at the amount of
  386. 12:14money adjusted for today's dollar seems
  387. 12:16a great deal of money that the former
  388. 12:17slave owners got which is one the reason
  389. 12:18they didn't fight a war I can't wait to
  390. 12:20look at this I I never knew that
  391. 12:22that's why the gray no turkeys here oh
  392. 12:24my god that's so amazing I'm sorry by
  393. 12:27the way the last time I was on CNN one
  394. 12:29of the last times I was on CNN I
  395. 12:30mentioned a poll that was done by CNN
  396. 12:32and Time magazine in 1997 and black
  397. 12:36teens and white teens were asked about
  398. 12:38racism and not to surprisingly most of
  399. 12:40them both black teens and white teens
  400. 12:42felt that racism was a major problem in
  401. 12:43America but then blacks were asked is
  402. 12:46racism a major problem a minor problem
  403. 12:48or no problem in your own daily life 89%
  404. 12:51Candice the blackstein said racism was a
  405. 12:53minor problem or no problem in my own
  406. 12:55daily life in fact more black teams and
  407. 12:57white teens said failure to take
  408. 12:59advantage of available opportunities is
  409. 13:01a bigger problem than racism
  410. 13:02so I mentioned that to Don Lemon last
  411. 13:04time I was on CNN that was last time I
  412. 13:06was on CNN a few times he picks his
  413. 13:12guests very carefully because he likes
  414. 13:14to believe he's a smartest person in the
  415. 13:15room
  416. 13:16and I think he's a total intellectual
  417. 13:17coward to be a Victor crack he's one of
  418. 13:19these well-groomed well-dressed
  419. 13:21well-paid young black people they sit
  420. 13:23around and talk about how difficult it
  421. 13:25is for you to do what I've done right
  422. 13:26and he's getting he said some stunning
  423. 13:28things about white males and and yet
  424. 13:30he's he's dating a white male he's a he
  425. 13:31I think he called them all
  426. 13:33maybe it wasn't predators another word
  427. 13:35that he used and I didn't result it was
  428. 13:36just stunning to me because he's
  429. 13:38literally dating a white male so is he
  430. 13:40scared when he goes home you know I
  431. 13:41don't I don't know if it's a certain
  432. 13:43region of where we should be afraid of
  433. 13:45white people but the entire debate has
  434. 13:47gotten insane and to me when you see
  435. 13:50people step to the stage like elizabeth
  436. 13:52warren and she's offering reparations
  437. 13:56she wants to have a full-throated
  438. 13:59national debate reparations right now
  439. 14:02let's have a full-throated national not
  440. 14:04a reason national debate about
  441. 14:06reparations which means what stop
  442. 14:08promising black people handouts every
  443. 14:10election cycle it actually drives me
  444. 14:12insane and more insane is the fact that
  445. 14:14I mean and I think it's less and less I
  446. 14:16have to say I think black America is
  447. 14:17finally trending in the right direction
  448. 14:19I walk down the street people come up to
  449. 14:20me and they say you changed my mind or I
  450. 14:23think I might be a conservative I'm like
  451. 14:24yeah I think we all are if when you get
  452. 14:26into it but it's just so sunny and it's
  453. 14:28so insulting that every four years it's
  454. 14:30just free stuff we're gonna promise you
  455. 14:32free stuff we're not gonna have a
  456. 14:34concussion with you about the issue the
  457. 14:35issues that your community are facing
  458. 14:36we're not gonna talk to you about what
  459. 14:38larry elder might tell you or this and
  460. 14:39that we're just gonna offer you free
  461. 14:40stuff so take your poison would you like
  462. 14:43a jay-z concert would you like a Beyonce
  463. 14:45concert or would you like reparations
  464. 14:46which maybe after we have a
  465. 14:48full-throated national conversation
  466. 14:51about it might amount to four hundred
  467. 14:52dollars on the weekend
  468. 14:54Mike for you to go to the club I've been
  469. 14:57on radio for 25 years in 25 years I've
  470. 14:59not been able to get Jesse Jackson on as
  471. 15:01a guest
  472. 15:01I have Mabel to get out scharping on as
  473. 15:03a guest even though I've tried I haven't
  474. 15:04been able to get on Louis Farrakhan as a
  475. 15:06gift against even though I've tried I
  476. 15:07was able to get one so-called black
  477. 15:09leader on my show his name is ko AC and
  478. 15:11foo me at the time he was head of the N
  479. 15:12double ACP and I said mister even fool
  480. 15:14me as between the presence of white
  481. 15:16racism or the absence of black fathers
  482. 15:18which poses the bigger threat to the
  483. 15:20black community to his credit he said
  484. 15:22without missing a beat the absence of
  485. 15:24black fathers and that is the number one
  486. 15:26number two number three number four
  487. 15:27number five problem in the black
  488. 15:28community
  489. 15:29and a kid today is less likely to be
  490. 15:32born under a roof of this mother
  491. 15:34biological mother and biological father
  492. 15:35than a kid during slavery in 1965 25
  493. 15:39percent of black kids were born outside
  494. 15:40of wedlock now that number is almost 70
  495. 15:42percent you cannot blame that on slavery
  496. 15:44clearly 2019 is less racist in 1965
  497. 15:48which is less racist in 1865 that is the
  498. 15:51number one problem facing the black
  499. 15:52community and forget about Larry elder
  500. 15:54Obama said a kid who does not have a
  501. 15:56father in the house is five times more
  502. 15:58likely to be poor nine times more likely
  503. 16:00to drop out of school 20 times more
  504. 16:02likely to end up in jail
  505. 16:03it is far and away the number-one
  506. 16:04problem now how do you deal with that
  507. 16:05how do you deal with that problem other
  508. 16:07than tell people to change their
  509. 16:08behavior change their attitude and
  510. 16:10behave more responsibly right well I
  511. 16:12also think that the source of all that
  512. 16:13all the statistics is really our
  513. 16:14marriage to the government that's what
  514. 16:16happened if you want to talk about
  515. 16:16systemic I always say you know is there
  516. 16:19some creationism
  517. 16:20yeah there's a new so you can hang
  518. 16:22yourself with it if you want to go and
  519. 16:23take from government yeah you'll find it
  520. 16:24it's it's been systemized to make sure
  521. 16:26that you will never ever get off of the
  522. 16:27government handouts I know that because
  523. 16:28I lived it I'm literally have family
  524. 16:31members there trying to figure out how
  525. 16:32to scam the government so they can keep
  526. 16:33this small check without realizing and
  527. 16:35the government's it's not that they
  528. 16:37don't want to get rid of it the
  529. 16:38government comes to and they say here is
  530. 16:39a thousand dollars a month that I will
  531. 16:41give you right if you make more in your
  532. 16:43real life you make a thousand in $1
  533. 16:45we're gonna take your $1,000 and now you
  534. 16:47only make one so I mean you understand
  535. 16:49why they develop this mentality I can't
  536. 16:51make a thousand and one dollars but then
  537. 16:53your whole life you're not making more
  538. 16:54than a thousand and $1 and you see that
  539. 16:56in our community it's so pervasive and
  540. 16:58no one wants to talk about it and this
  541. 16:59this system was created by an avowed
  542. 17:01racist Lyndon Baines Johnson right who
  543. 17:04is celebrated in our textbooks as a hero
  544. 17:06to black America okay Margaret Sanger is
  545. 17:08celebrated in our textbooks as a hero to
  546. 17:10black America she celebrated in museums
  547. 17:13just so you know museums in DC I can't
  548. 17:15remember which meet em I went to a few
  549. 17:17weeks ago and it was honoring Margaret
  550. 17:19Sanger as like this woman who just
  551. 17:21brought the word forward she is on
  552. 17:22record as an avowed racist she hated
  553. 17:24black people she wanted us exterminated
  554. 17:27as weeds and we are learning to
  555. 17:29celebrate her yes she believed in
  556. 17:31eugenics let me give her let me give a
  557. 17:33mild defense of LBJ LBJ gave a speech
  558. 17:35well we talked about welfare dependency
  559. 17:38and he said he feared it he did not want
  560. 17:41people to become dependent he naively
  561. 17:43that the wealth that this boron poverty
  562. 17:45would make people less likely to be
  563. 17:46dependent after yartsa the same thing
  564. 17:49when he announced his new deal program
  565. 17:51he did not want people to be called a
  566. 17:54eke our welfare a subtle narcotic that
  567. 17:56destroys initiative now they were wrong
  568. 17:58about the effects of their plant of
  569. 18:00their plant but their intent was I
  570. 18:02believe to motivate people no I don't
  571. 18:04think LBJ because LBJ has that quote and
  572. 18:06I've looked it up and it's not disputed
  573. 18:07on the left or the right about saying
  574. 18:08that basically we got our voting rights
  575. 18:10and he wanted to make sure you could
  576. 18:11give us something just a little bit you
  577. 18:13know to keep us under their spell and he
  578. 18:15said he would have us voting Democrat
  579. 18:17for the next 200 years I mean he was
  580. 18:20talking about the the social programs
  581. 18:23right
  582. 18:24and he thought that that would call us
  583. 18:26black people to be voting for Democrats
  584. 18:27the next 200 years right and he's not
  585. 18:29wrong about that
  586. 18:30but he did not in my opinion intend for
  587. 18:32black people to become dependent and
  588. 18:34unless less successful that was not his
  589. 18:36goal he could have been talking on both
  590. 18:38sides of his mouth you know but I mean
  591. 18:39and he just he just hated black people
  592. 18:41so much that I can't imagine that he
  593. 18:42intended for us to get off of our feet
  594. 18:43well he was certainly not the most
  595. 18:46progressive person when he was in the
  596. 18:47Senate but but for Lyndon Johnson the
  597. 18:49Civil Rights Act of 1964 wouldn't win
  598. 18:51the past yeah but there's even a little
  599. 18:53bit you could go back and you could say
  600. 18:55that he basically had to sign it like
  601. 18:56America was burning down all right he
  602. 18:58just stepped into office and it was like
  603. 18:59sign it or don't and then after he
  604. 19:01signed it it was like well now how do we
  605. 19:02get control of black people I think he
  606. 19:04was like an avowed racist and there's
  607. 19:08just this was a lot of evidence and the
  608. 19:09way that he was speaking about us using
  609. 19:10the n-word all the time now you could
  610. 19:12say that that was just that wasn't
  611. 19:13unique to the time that he was in
  612. 19:15unfortunately sure was yeah he wasn't
  613. 19:16the only president that was using that
  614. 19:18sort of language Jack Kennedy is
  615. 19:20celebrated by that by the left there's a
  616. 19:22book called the dark side of Camelot he
  617. 19:24said some pretty nasty things too he was
  618. 19:26angry at some one of his ambassadors and
  619. 19:29he said if that guy doesn't stop I'll
  620. 19:31send him to one of the Boogie Republic's
  621. 19:33referring to referring to Africa
  622. 19:35he also very badly treated Sammy Davis
  623. 19:37jr. Sammy Davis jr.
  624. 19:39postponed his wedding who was he was
  625. 19:41going to marry a white woman a white
  626. 19:42actress because he knew that it would
  627. 19:44hurt Kennedy and with the South in 1960
  628. 19:46and Sammy Davis jr. worked real hard to
  629. 19:50get him elected I Kennedy got elected
  630. 19:53Sammy Davis jr. got married and was
  631. 19:55disinvited
  632. 19:57performing at the inaugural he wasn't he
  633. 20:00wasn't invited he was invited and then
  634. 20:03they took it imitation away and it's
  635. 20:06because L JFK was afraid that having
  636. 20:08Sammy Davis with his white wife would
  637. 20:10alienate members of the South even
  638. 20:13though he'd already won the election he
  639. 20:14was hideous hideous and racist
  640. 20:17interesting so let me ask you a question
  641. 20:18and to move this to a time of today do
  642. 20:21you think that the Clintons are racist
  643. 20:24do I think they have an infant uns deep
  644. 20:28down their heart filled that black
  645. 20:29people are inferior yes I do I think so
  646. 20:31yes I do
  647. 20:32you look at the things that allegedly
  648. 20:34were said by Hillary all these state
  649. 20:38troopers they used to provide security
  650. 20:39for them there's one name Patterson who
  651. 20:41wrote a book about her mouth Bill
  652. 20:44Clinton had a longtime mistress named
  653. 20:45dolly Kyle browning she also wrote a
  654. 20:48book about how both Hillary and Bill
  655. 20:51routinely referred to black with the
  656. 20:52n-word Jews with the K word mentally
  657. 20:56handicapped people have retards that's
  658. 20:58how they spoke interesting and and we
  659. 21:00know that that Hillary said to her
  660. 21:03former campaign her husband former
  661. 21:05campaign manager his name is Paul Frey
  662. 21:07Bill Clinton ran for Congress and lost
  663. 21:09and his manager was a guy named Paul
  664. 21:11Frey Hillary was so angry at him she
  665. 21:14called him an effing Jew bastard and and
  666. 21:16Paul Frey said that she said it his wife
  667. 21:18said that she said it a staffer heard it
  668. 21:20through a closed door
  669. 21:21the New York Post offered Paul Frey a
  670. 21:24polygraph and offered Hillary a
  671. 21:26polygraph
  672. 21:27Paul Freud took it passed it Hillary
  673. 21:29never took it I asked Dick Morris about
  674. 21:33this and Dick Morris said to me on radio
  675. 21:36let me put it like this when I was
  676. 21:38working for the Clinton in in Arkansas I
  677. 21:40asked for more money and Hillary said
  678. 21:43that's all you people care about meaning
  679. 21:46Jews and Dick Morris said I paused and
  680. 21:49then I said bye you people do you mean
  681. 21:51political consultants really funny yeah
  682. 21:56I've always felt that way and I always
  683. 21:57try to be super hesitant to use the word
  684. 22:00a brand somebody as a racist but there
  685. 22:01was just something about when I watch
  686. 22:03her and I watched the way that her and
  687. 22:04Bill deal with our community and other
  688. 22:06communities as well that I think that
  689. 22:07they quite literally view us as inferior
  690. 22:10well
  691. 22:10as his emotional children you can just
  692. 22:13say something and get them to react
  693. 22:15Hillary does it all the time it's always
  694. 22:17always playing playing the race card she
  695. 22:19refers to the birther movement as a
  696. 22:22racist lie her campaign started it
  697. 22:24Sidney Blumenthal went to a guy named
  698. 22:27James Asher who works with me McClatchy
  699. 22:29Newspapers and said that Barack Obama is
  700. 22:32from Africa put some people on it and
  701. 22:34track it down he said too because of
  702. 22:36that we put people on it we couldn't
  703. 22:38find any evidence of it whatsoever but
  704. 22:39it was Hillary's campaign that started
  705. 22:41it and now she says with a straight face
  706. 22:42that is a that is a lie it's a it's a
  707. 22:45it's a racist lie her campaign started
  708. 22:48promise you they did there's a book
  709. 22:49called game change written co-written by
  710. 22:51a guy named John Heilemann
  711. 22:52he was on Morning Joe a few years ago
  712. 22:55and they were talking about this with
  713. 22:56Harold for Harold Ford is a black
  714. 22:58congressman from Tennessee he's now
  715. 23:00retired with cognitive from Tennessee
  716. 23:02and he said all right I've never heard
  717. 23:03that I don't know I've never heard
  718. 23:05anybody say that and John Heilemann who
  719. 23:07co-wrote the book didn't say a word and
  720. 23:09finally Morning Joe turns to mrs. well
  721. 23:11John you wrote a book about all this
  722. 23:12what's the truth and he said I am
  723. 23:14confirming your theory that Hillary
  724. 23:17Clinton's campaign started the birther
  725. 23:19movement
  726. 23:19goodness I wish I had known this because
  727. 23:21so many people bring it up to me and
  728. 23:23they say how can you defend Trump and of
  729. 23:24course I say first and foremost I don't
  730. 23:26think it's exactly racist a question
  731. 23:27where somebody comes from but I never
  732. 23:29knew that it was started by Hillary's
  733. 23:30campaign Sidney Sidney Blumenthal look
  734. 23:33it up I'm totally gonna look it up
  735. 23:34that's so fascinating I don't know I
  736. 23:36mean I feel like I've learned so much
  737. 23:38definitely in terms of I'll obviously I
  738. 23:40feel like I've grown up politically in
  739. 23:41front of the cameras and there are so
  740. 23:43many different things I'm learning and
  741. 23:44I'm trying to really understand if
  742. 23:45everyone every single person on the Left
  743. 23:48views the black community as stupid or
  744. 23:50if or if we've wrongly been proving them
  745. 23:53right we could say they think we're
  746. 23:55black community is stupid but how have
  747. 23:57we been acting right we're giving our
  748. 23:59votes to people and we're calling the
  749. 24:01other side racist we don't know our own
  750. 24:03history right we've been accent
  751. 24:04uneducated we've been acting emotional
  752. 24:06right if they can drum up black lives
  753. 24:07matters and get us screaming in the
  754. 24:09streets burning down our own
  755. 24:09neighborhoods do we have the right to be
  756. 24:11offended until we change the way we act
  757. 24:13Candace 90% of black people thought oj
  758. 24:16simpson was innocent what is that what
  759. 24:18is that and during and during that trial
  760. 24:20i said to myself what does that do to
  761. 24:22the people that look at black people
  762. 24:24what does that do to your level of
  763. 24:26respect for black people because this
  764. 24:27evidence is overwhelming the man did
  765. 24:29everything believe it's business cards
  766. 24:30at the crime scene and you're telling me
  767. 24:33he's innocent are you smoking something
  768. 24:38hair fiber blood motive and he didn't do
  769. 24:42it he didn't leave his business card
  770. 24:45though he did not leave his business
  771. 24:47card so maybe maybe he was innocent
  772. 24:49maybe no and it hurt it hurts me to say
  773. 24:53that but sometimes I'm just stunned at
  774. 24:54the debate and how easily we fall for
  775. 24:56the beat every time there was an
  776. 24:57extraordinary piece in the New Republic
  777. 24:59at the time of the trial called race Oh
  778. 25:01J and my kids by a high school teacher
  779. 25:04in New Jersey and he said during the
  780. 25:06trial he had a hundred and ten students
  781. 25:08almost all of them were black or brown
  782. 25:09nobody but nobody believed OJ Simpson
  783. 25:12Ackley did it and whenever anybody would
  784. 25:14suggest that maybe just maybe the
  785. 25:16evidence suggests this and the other
  786. 25:17they'd be shouted down he said none of
  787. 25:19the women had any sort of sympathy for
  788. 25:21Nicole in fact they were angry at her
  789. 25:22because she was white and married OJ
  790. 25:24Simpson who had a black wife at first
  791. 25:25they had zero sympathy didn't care about
  792. 25:27the facts didn't care about the
  793. 25:28information it was all about getting the
  794. 25:30cops and and allowing one of us to get
  795. 25:33away given all the bad stuff that the
  796. 25:35police have done to us well I think what
  797. 25:37we're getting we're really getting out
  798. 25:38here though is just that black people
  799. 25:39have been seized culturally and and we
  800. 25:41believe that when someone calls for coke
  801. 25:43comes for our cultural icons right like
  802. 25:45who do you think holds more weight in
  803. 25:46the black community LeBron James when he
  804. 25:48puts in a bado cap or you debating this
  805. 25:50intelligently and telling us the facts
  806. 25:51around it what do you the Bron James
  807. 25:53when he puts on a beta cap they go like
  808. 25:55I must I must support beta then because
  809. 25:57LeBron James said so I must support
  810. 25:58Beyonce because she's wearing an I'm
  811. 26:00with her t-shirt Oh J Simpson oh he's so
  812. 26:02good at football he couldn't have killed
  813. 26:03anybody he's really good at football and
  814. 26:05that's really it's it's sad to me that
  815. 26:07we actually need new idols in our
  816. 26:10community and and that was done by the
  817. 26:11media they Hollywood they created this
  818. 26:14balloon of Hollywood I really do believe
  819. 26:15this that they invested the DNC's in
  820. 26:17lockstep with Hollywood Democrats are in
  821. 26:19lockstep with Hollywood every single
  822. 26:21person in Hollywood that's a star is a
  823. 26:22conservative and if they're not there in
  824. 26:23the closet and they are hiding or they
  825. 26:25will lose their entire careers and in
  826. 26:27many ways they're able to use the media
  827. 26:28and our idols as a tool to make sure
  828. 26:31that they get black people to continue
  829. 26:32to do what they want like they're
  830. 26:34puppets people in Hollywood are actually
  831. 26:35puppets and and they're they're
  832. 26:37persuading our community against itself
  833. 26:39I asked him I'm like why would you care
  834. 26:41who Beyonce is voting for mm-hmm what
  835. 26:43did what intellectual gravity does does
  836. 26:45jay-z have for you what do you could
  837. 26:46because he raps the good news is that
  838. 26:48the information seems to be that most
  839. 26:50people get their influences from their
  840. 26:53mom their dad a relative member of the
  841. 26:56clergy a teacher so yeah you have all
  842. 27:00these stars who say this and the other
  843. 27:01but most people learn how to behave
  844. 27:04learn their values from people around
  845. 27:06them close to them and that's why it's
  846. 27:08so important for them to be a mother and
  847. 27:09a father in the house that's exactly
  848. 27:10right and that's what I said so that
  849. 27:11would I think what the left it really
  850. 27:13successfully is its first time you break
  851. 27:15down the black family right and so
  852. 27:17normal in a normal setting yes you get
  853. 27:19your ideas from mom and dad they tell
  854. 27:20you what's right and what's wrong
  855. 27:21when you remove followers from the home
  856. 27:22you're still going to pursue that
  857. 27:23fraternity elsewhere and where are you
  858. 27:25going for eternity the streets hip-hop
  859. 27:27jay-z is raising you now your music is
  860. 27:29raising you and telling you what's right
  861. 27:30and what's wrong
  862. 27:31and then the third vertical that that
  863. 27:32you turn to his education the education
  864. 27:34system so if you don't have mom dad at
  865. 27:36home
  866. 27:36what are your teachers tell you well
  867. 27:38teachers are telling you that
  868. 27:39Republicans and Democrats switched and
  869. 27:41it was called the Southern Strategy
  870. 27:42and suddenly they said ooh let's go on
  871. 27:44this side and I'll go on the other side
  872. 27:46we're learning that we're actively
  873. 27:48learning our history wrong in school
  874. 27:51that creates an uphill battle for people
  875. 27:52like you and me that's what I learned I
  876. 27:54never I never learned about how the
  877. 27:56Republicans as a percentage more than
  878. 27:58voted for the Civil Rights Act of 64
  879. 28:00then Democrats did I didn't know that
  880. 28:02Democrats opposed a thirteenth member
  881. 28:03the 14th member the 15th amendment I
  882. 28:05didn't know any of that I didn't know
  883. 28:06Democrats founded the Klan I didn't know
  884. 28:08that until I got a lot older it seemed
  885. 28:09for me I didn't learn it until these
  886. 28:10last three years I didn't learn until
  887. 28:12these last three years I went through an
  888. 28:13entire education system I did not learn
  889. 28:15that it is a revisionist history what is
  890. 28:17the solution for it gougers better
  891. 28:21schools yes school choice um I my school
  892. 28:23I went to four high schools um the one I
  893. 28:25graduated from was called Crenshaw high
  894. 28:26school he saw the movie boys in the hood
  895. 28:28that's my high school right now three
  896. 28:30percent of kids in my high school and do
  897. 28:32math at grade level three now 33 what
  898. 28:36responsible parents in their kid to a
  899. 28:37school like that if they have options
  900. 28:39the answer is nobody would but they
  901. 28:40don't have any options you're assigned
  902. 28:41to that particular school the money
  903. 28:43should follow the child rather than the
  904. 28:44other way around and there's a program
  905. 28:47called the DC hope scholarship program
  906. 28:49that got set up in DC several years ago
  907. 28:51mostly black parents there and every two
  908. 28:54years a funding runs out and the
  909. 28:55Democrats tried to pull the punt funding
  910. 28:57and what happens is the black parents
  911. 28:58take to the streets have press
  912. 28:59conferences and they back off
  913. 29:01but the graduation rates are higher the
  914. 29:03test scores are better reading and math
  915. 29:05and the dissatisfaction of parents is
  916. 29:08through the roof for these schools and
  917. 29:09they are oversubscribed about four times
  918. 29:12as many people want to get in as can get
  919. 29:13in and instead of expanding the program
  920. 29:15the dimeric are trying to shut it down
  921. 29:16well what world do you think the church
  922. 29:18plays in all this well the church played
  923. 29:22a a heroic role in the civil rights
  924. 29:23movement almost all of the the leaders
  925. 29:25were from the clergy the problem is now
  926. 29:28that the civil rights movement is over
  927. 29:29most of us for the most part have our
  928. 29:32rights
  929. 29:32I've got civil right that's right the
  930. 29:34question is what do we do now and saying
  931. 29:36we shall overcome we shall overcome
  932. 29:37doesn't do it anymore I belong to a club
  933. 29:40in Cleveland and it's a private club and
  934. 29:43most of the employees they were black as
  935. 29:46I'm walking out one day and this is in
  936. 29:4880 84 88 I can't remember which one but
  937. 29:50both both years Jesse Jackson ran for
  938. 29:52president and the black attendant who's
  939. 29:55in the pool room came up to me and he
  940. 29:57said mr. elder what do you think about
  941. 29:59the prospects of our and Jesse Jackson
  942. 30:01for president because the way he said it
  943. 30:04I knew he liked Jesse Jackson I'm not a
  944. 30:07fan the prospects of our Jesse Jackson
  945. 30:09so I didn't quite know what to say I
  946. 30:10wanted to say something diplomatic I
  947. 30:12didn't want to lie to myself in light of
  948. 30:13him so I said I said Bernal I just don't
  949. 30:18think he's qualified and he said mr.
  950. 30:21elder me neither he's in the we shall
  951. 30:23overcome business and you know what we
  952. 30:25don't overcome in the 80s right I love
  953. 30:29that so let me let me ask you this do
  954. 30:32you think early on Jesse Jackson and Al
  955. 30:34Sharpton's their heart was in it for the
  956. 30:35right reason but perhaps since all of
  957. 30:37this funding came to them because there
  958. 30:39was actually a problem and actually an
  959. 30:40initiative and now it's like well what
  960. 30:42do you do once your problem and your
  961. 30:44Shrimant income has been fixed right
  962. 30:45like if your whole thing is this is the
  963. 30:47moment we need civil rights and then
  964. 30:48suddenly there is civil rights you gotta
  965. 30:50kind of have to create non civil rights
  966. 30:52oh you could quit the other way and say
  967. 30:53Jesse smell it are you available on
  968. 30:56Monday execute a hate crime on yourself
  969. 30:58economics of racism right when the
  970. 31:00demand for racism exceeds the supply you
  971. 31:02had to go it find new sort
  972. 31:03if I knew that perhaps what were they
  973. 31:06doing real things in the beginning and
  974. 31:08now they're I mean at one time Jesse
  975. 31:10Jackson was an aide to him L K and M LK
  976. 31:12and he had friction M LK thought he was
  977. 31:15a hothead and told Jesse Jackson at one
  978. 31:17time at some time you're gonna get your
  979. 31:19own in the individual niche but in the
  980. 31:20meantime leave me alone
  981. 31:22that was an exchange they once had
  982. 31:23according to a book called Thunder in
  983. 31:24America so I think that initially his
  984. 31:27heart was in the right place but then
  985. 31:29things changed rather than accept the
  986. 31:31victory the civil rights movement you
  987. 31:34got the good guys won let's now convert
  988. 31:35the troops to to civilian duty to
  989. 31:37peaceful Duty they act as if it never
  990. 31:39never happened I recall reading an
  991. 31:41article about one of the Black Panthers
  992. 31:43I think it was Huey Newton and he said
  993. 31:46this in the 70s or 80s and he said
  994. 31:48things are so boring now and I and I
  995. 31:51said to myself this guy preferred it the
  996. 31:53way it was in the 60s he preferred us to
  997. 31:56be out on the streets and rioting you'd
  998. 31:57prefer that to right now III think that
  999. 32:00yes and many people are guilty to the
1000. 32:02drama the drama in the war because
1001. 32:05because elevating black people now
1002. 32:07requires hard work telling them to be
1003. 32:09responsible telling them not to blame
  1004. 32:11other people and that's hard work it's
1005. 32:13much easier to point to somebody else to
  1006. 32:15say here's here's your Clyde here's why
1007. 32:16your your the way you are and that's why
  1008. 32:18they don't want to do this and that's
1009. 32:19why people like you and me are
1010. 32:21considered to be evil goods consider to
1011. 32:22be enemies right are you optimistic or
  1012. 32:24pessimistic I'm guardedly optimistic
  1013. 32:28I usually guardedly pessimistic and I'm
  1014. 32:30guardedly optimistic I think that I
1015. 32:33believe in the in the iceberg theory I
1016. 32:35believe that the captain and the Titanic
1017. 32:38had he known the iceberg was there would
1018. 32:39have taken evasive action we just have
  1019. 32:41to convince people there's an iceberg
  1020. 32:42and then they'll take a face of action
1021. 32:44and evasive action means not having kids
1022. 32:46outside of wedlock getting married
1023. 32:48before you have a kid making sure you at
  1024. 32:50least finish high school
1025. 32:51and ideally finishing high school with a
1026. 32:53degree where you can read writing
  1027. 32:54compute a great level which means
1028. 32:56vouchers right beyond that though the
  1029. 32:58education system I think the entire
1030. 32:59thing needs to be revamp that's the one
1031. 33:01thing that I struggle with the hardest
1032. 33:02of what what are we actually gonna do
  1033. 33:04about the education system because I
  1034. 33:05know I'm a smart girl I was brainwashed
  1035. 33:06too it's money we know it's not the
  1036. 33:08matters we spend more money K through 12
1037. 33:10than any other country on the face of
1038. 33:11the earth Luxembourg and Switzerland
1039. 33:13just not the money right so it's
1040. 33:14happened that the money in
1041. 33:15in it but it's even just the topics for
  1042. 33:17shifting now now they're teaching kids
1043. 33:18that they can pick their genders in
1044. 33:20kindergarten think about that they think
1045. 33:22about that where we're at right now you
1046. 33:24can pick your gender in kindergarten and
1047. 33:26this is what they're fighting for in my
1048. 33:27classroom I was forced to take feminism
1049. 33:29101 you know me I hate feminism I am NOT
1050. 33:31a feminist I am the proudest non
1051. 33:33feminist you will ever see in the face
1052. 33:34of the plain I'm leading the non
1053. 33:35feminist movement in the world okay it's
  1054. 33:38it's a mess it's nonsense it's similar
  1055. 33:40to it's a black lives matter there's
  1056. 33:41nothing they're obsessed in substance
1057. 33:43men and women have equal rights actually
1058. 33:45I would say I would almost make the
1059. 33:46argument that we've got plus right much
1060. 33:48rather be a woman in society than to be
1061. 33:50a man for eight years Michelle Obama
1062. 33:52would come out and talk about how women
1063. 33:54work and make less money for doing the
1064. 33:56same work that men do on the dollar and
  1065. 33:58it is a lot it's a complete line even
1066. 34:00the Department of Labor said this is not
  1067. 34:01true it's a line you compare you get
1068. 34:03paid more right but we're going into
1069. 34:05different career person and then women
1070. 34:06are shackled as a wage gap yes if you
1071. 34:08decide that you want to knit for a
1072. 34:10living or if you are if you want to be a
  1073. 34:11feminist dance teacher
1074. 34:13we're not gonna make as much as dr. ben
  1075. 34:15Carson who's a literal brain surgeon if
  1076. 34:17that shocks you right you're totally
1077. 34:20shocks you and you're gonna be in first
  1078. 34:22and right he's got a problem you got a
  1079. 34:23problem right way bigger problems it's
1080. 34:25like when I had the black lives matter
1081. 34:26guy here and he was he was doing his
1082. 34:28whole BS I said tell me what the public
1083. 34:30is on their braces I was Larry eldering
1084. 34:31him I was like name one thing the
1085. 34:33Republicans have done that is racist
1086. 34:35today and he says of course voter
1087. 34:37suppression voter suppression you me
  1088. 34:48voter ID right I'm like we've got way
1089. 34:52bigger fish to fry it if we can't figure
1090. 34:53out how to get an ID we shouldn't be
1091. 34:55voting yes if you know anybody who
1092. 34:56didn't have ID do you know anybody cuz
  1093. 35:00you can't do anything you can't go to
1094. 35:01the club on the weekends you literally
1095. 35:03cannot do anything in this country we
1096. 35:04don't have ID and it undermines black
  1097. 35:06people when you say that you're a smart
1098. 35:08to get an ID and then to suggest that
1099. 35:10any person in the world should be voting
1100. 35:12if you can't figure out how to get an ID
1101. 35:13you probably are not exactly understand
  1102. 35:16the political landscape today right he's
  1103. 35:18like seriously and
  1104. 35:20and and and it's it's just such a
1105. 35:22frustrating conversation to have with
  1106. 35:23people because they don't they don't say
  1107. 35:27look I like I think Hawks a nice
  1108. 35:29guy I just you know I I told him I'm
  1109. 35:31look I think you're great guy you're
  1110. 35:32just you're wrong you know I don't think
1111. 35:35you moved him you think he change
1112. 35:36anything yeah I mean like we still text
1113. 35:38we still ping him and and he says you
1114. 35:40know I will say one thing about you is
1115. 35:41that when I read about you in the media
  1116. 35:43I'd it's almost like you're just being a
1117. 35:46puppet when you sit across from me of
  1118. 35:47course I believe what I believe I don't
  1119. 35:48I generally don't know what you're
1120. 35:49talking about right you actually have
1121. 35:51bought into the fact and I'm gonna say
1122. 35:53you I mean hawk and and people that are
1123. 35:54like him that black people can't do
1124. 35:56anything that's sad to me someone sold
1125. 35:58you that someone sold you the idea that
  1126. 35:59you can't do anything and you're wearing
  1127. 36:01like a badge of honor I think I can do
1128. 36:04anything right this feels better what
1129. 36:05I'm telling people you can join if you
1130. 36:07can get over anything my grandpa did it
1131. 36:09in a sari from a center gated south to
1132. 36:11where he is today I have nothing to
1133. 36:13complain about look at the latitude that
1134. 36:16this country gives black people I was
  1135. 36:19watching a commercial yesterday with
  1136. 36:21Samuel Jackson Samuel Jackson has a
1137. 36:23bunch of commercials so does James Earl
  1138. 36:24Jones
1139. 36:25so does Morgan Freeman all three of them
1140. 36:27have made vicious comments about white
1141. 36:29people vicious comments about Republican
1142. 36:31Party vicious comments about the Tea
1143. 36:33Party recently Sam Jackson went off on a
1144. 36:35on a low fan profane rant against Donald
  1145. 36:39Trump calling him an M F or M F remember
1146. 36:41a bunch of times who can do that and
1147. 36:44still have a Capital One commercial name
  1148. 36:47named a a conservative commentator who
1149. 36:49would have gone off on Obama calling
  1150. 36:50Obama in mf'er and retained any
1151. 36:52endorsements none zero no no we have
1152. 36:55there is black privilege in this country
1153. 36:57but I think one was talk about it and
1154. 36:58that's exactly what it is I just say to
  1155. 36:59myself I read articles and what I like
1156. 37:01to do my favorite challenge is to
1157. 37:02replace the word black with white right
1158. 37:04like I mean or replace the word white
  1159. 37:05with black so they're saying man for a
1160. 37:07job Yeah right like white men need to
1161. 37:10just stop what they're saying imagine if
1162. 37:12this article said black money to just
1163. 37:13shut up heads would roll people would be
  1164. 37:16fired but for some reason they've
1165. 37:17condoned and dr. Thomas still talks a
1166. 37:19lot about this where like there's this
1167. 37:21like this fallacious constituent because
1168. 37:23you've lived through something you can
1169. 37:25now do whatever it is you've lived
1170. 37:26through like like okay black people have
1171. 37:27survived racism in this country so now
1172. 37:29we can just go ahead and be the racist
1173. 37:31and actually there is a lot of racism
  1174. 37:33against white people
1175. 37:33this country right now that I see was
  1176. 37:35clear eyes right I'm just I read
1177. 37:37articles I go how is this allowed how
1178. 37:39did this make it to print it's so
  1179. 37:40obviously racist
1180. 37:42how does al Sharpton show his face let
1181. 37:45alone have a TV show on the weekend on
1182. 37:47MSNBC this is a guy who made his bone by
  1183. 37:49lying about a rape I'm choosing a white
1184. 37:52man of raping a black teenager he was in
1185. 37:54the middle of the Crown Heights riots in
1186. 37:56New York that one Jewish leader
1187. 37:57continued to be the most serious program
1188. 37:59in the history of this country where he
1189. 38:00basically egged on black people to
1190. 38:01attack Jews he was involved in the
1191. 38:03Freddie fashion martes a similar kind of
1192. 38:05thing in the streets of Ferguson before
1193. 38:07one word of testimony was taken yelling
1194. 38:09no justice no peace heals five million
1195. 38:12dollars in taxes and here he is every
  1196. 38:14every weekend on MSNBC it's it's amazing
  1197. 38:17to me it's such a joke because he's
1198. 38:18saying what they want what they want him
1199. 38:20to say and that's all they really care
1200. 38:21about give it six minutes and Jesse
1201. 38:22smelt we'll have a show on MSNBC to give
1202. 38:24it six minutes and they will say just
1203. 38:26you smell it it'll be called the smell
1204. 38:27at our right and his last time I was in
1205. 38:30its indc I did a bunch of New York read
1206. 38:32I did a bunch of shows on Fox and I met
1207. 38:34one of their contributors who happen to
1208. 38:37be a Democrat and I liked him and he
  1209. 38:39always seems reasonable we're having an
  1210. 38:41off-the-record conversation and I said
1211. 38:42to him please explain al Sharpton to me
1212. 38:45how can you guys support this man and he
  1213. 38:49said I can't explain it I considered to
1214. 38:53be reverse racism that's what he said
  1215. 38:54Wow it's just racism it's it's it's what
1216. 38:58you said about this black privilege
1217. 38:59right there there definitely is a witch
1218. 39:01in this country and they say oh your
1219. 39:02uncle Tamir we are we are as a
1220. 39:04whole on the community not very nice to
1221. 39:07white people right now but I will say
1222. 39:08this it's not black just black people
1223. 39:09the white on white crime is even worse
1224. 39:11on the Internet I mean the way that
1225. 39:12white liberals go after white
  1226. 39:14conservatives as if it's a token it's
1227. 39:16virtue signaling of the of the highest
1228. 39:17plight right and and they say well I
1229. 39:19feel good about myself we don't even
1230. 39:21have to be offended because we have
1231. 39:22white liberals that are offended for us
1232. 39:23policing the internet and telling us
1233. 39:25what to be offended by because they
1234. 39:27undermine us so much that don't even say
  1235. 39:29anything black person I'm offended for
1236. 39:31you that stuff drives me absolutely
1237. 39:33bonkers the white guilt thing I mean
1238. 39:36like I got like I wanted like lead the
  1239. 39:38black conservative movement then I want
1240. 39:40to destroy feminism and then I need to
1241. 39:42like saw come up with a solution to the
  1242. 39:44white guilt thing that's like that's
  1243. 39:45like my 2019 schedule
  1244. 39:47white-guilt phenomenon I genuinely don't
1245. 39:50understand it they hate being white or
1246. 39:51do they just feel so good when they yell
1247. 39:53at other white people for blacks and
1248. 39:55Hispanics well and it shows you the the
1249. 39:57zero tolerance for for anti black racism
  1250. 40:00against white people there's a writer
  1251. 40:03named John O'Sullivan who's a longtime
1252. 40:05editor for the National Review and he
1253. 40:07said white racism exists but it's social
1254. 40:09power is weak the social power against
  1255. 40:11it overwhelming and that's what I see
1256. 40:15white people feel guilty about slavery
1257. 40:18they feel guilty about Jim Crow they
1258. 40:20really want black people to do well but
1259. 40:22a lot of black people don't perceive
1260. 40:23that they think that they're out to get
  1261. 40:25him
1262. 40:26LeBron James once said before he went to
  1263. 40:28st. Vincent's st. Mary's is the high
  1264. 40:30school where he um
1265. 40:32where he went for a while Catholic
1266. 40:34school the first time you ever been
1267. 40:35around white people he said I thought
1268. 40:37white people hated us I thought they
1269. 40:38were all against us and so I had the
1270. 40:40same attitude against them he said yeah
1271. 40:43until until he went up went to Catholic
1272. 40:46school and realized they were good white
1273. 40:47people but he assumed because he had
1274. 40:48never been around white people
  1275. 40:49everything he'd read about white people
1276. 40:51was that they were out to oppress black
1277. 40:52people suppress all rights and he said I
  1278. 40:54was shocked when I found it wasn't true
1279. 40:55he still kind of bears that a little bit
1280. 40:57he the residual effects are a lot of
1281. 40:59Victor credence he does a lot right and
  1282. 41:01it's sad because and I look I've been
1283. 41:03actually very nice to him because I
1284. 41:04think that he in other in other ways
1285. 41:06he's really good for block 20 right
  1286. 41:08married his high school sweetheart he's
1287. 41:09an amazing father and that stuff to me
1288. 41:11is the most important he's in terms of
1289. 41:13leading by example I think he really is
1290. 41:14but this is a man that is so politically
  1291. 41:16ignorant I mean he knows absolutely
1292. 41:18nothing about politics and yeah he tries
1293. 41:20to tell us how we should vote or how we
1294. 41:21should feel and remember when they can
1295. 41:23have the Trump for saying that LeBron
1296. 41:24James was stupid anybody else watching
1297. 41:26an interview yeah of those two it's hard
1298. 41:29to make Don Lemon look look smart right
1299. 41:31it is hard to make that lever look smart
  1300. 41:33LeBron James is here's the thing I watch
1301. 41:38this thing and I'm sitting here going
1302. 41:39LeBron James poor guys opening a school
  1303. 41:41not a good idea I've read dr. Thomas
1304. 41:43soul the idea of just giving people and
1305. 41:44insane girl gonna go to college it's not
1306. 41:45gonna help us be competitive we got a
1307. 41:47step into the real world at some point
1308. 41:48so he's so proud of the school Don Lemon
1309. 41:51doesn't care two cents about this school
1310. 41:53LeBron James like Don Lemon has got one
1311. 41:55job from CNN and it is to get one sound
1312. 41:57bite about Donald Trump so here
1313. 41:59comes on loving the puppet looking up
1314. 42:00checking up the school talking about all
1315. 42:02the things that are gonna be great and
1316. 42:03then he's just he goes in for the kill
1317. 42:04you know and he asks a trunk question
1318. 42:06nobody even though this is amazing how
1319. 42:08Trump is disliked so much by people like
1320. 42:11Don Lemon here's the guy Donald Trump
1321. 42:13who wants to do something about illegal
  1322. 42:14immigration there's an economist from
1323. 42:16Harvard named George bore hawks he
1324. 42:18probably done more work on the impact of
1325. 42:19legal and illegal immigration than any
1326. 42:21other economist in the country and he
  1327. 42:23says there's no question that unskilled
1328. 42:25illegal aliens compete for jobs held by
1329. 42:29unskilled blacks and browns living in
  1330. 42:31the Undercity
1331. 42:32and puts downward pressure on their
  1332. 42:33wages and he's also hired Trump has a
1333. 42:36Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos who
1334. 42:38wants vouchers so here you have a
  1335. 42:40president who wants to give inner-city
  1336. 42:43parents the choice - so they don't send
1337. 42:45their kid to a school where we 3% of
1338. 42:47kids can do math at grade level
  1339. 42:49he ever-present wants to do something
1340. 42:51about the competition the illegal and
1341. 42:53unfair competition polls by illegal
1342. 42:55aliens - jobs for black and brown people
  1343. 42:57and he's a racist if that's racism he
1344. 43:00need to go back to racism school right I
  1345. 43:01said I said if he--if Trump's a racist
1346. 43:02he's failing that and he's the worst
1347. 43:04racist at the rest there's ever been an
  1348. 43:06unemployment for blacks all-time high
1349. 43:10time low has never been this good
1350. 43:13because he got rid of some of the stupid
1351. 43:15regulations that Obama put into effect
1352. 43:16and lower taxes which Obama did the
1353. 43:18opposite of Obama gave us the worst
  1354. 43:20economic recovery since 1949 even Tavis
1355. 43:23Smiley said under Obama by every major
1356. 43:25economic metric blacks lost ground and
  1357. 43:27and Donald Trump's races right no
  1358. 43:31evidence no proof I'm just I say never a
1359. 43:33long time I'm willing to have my mind
  1360. 43:35convinced just put where's the proof
1361. 43:36what has Trump said or done when I've
1362. 43:40asked that question someone called up
  1363. 43:41and said well he's signed a consent
1364. 43:43decree in 1975 in which he agreed not to
1365. 43:45continue the practices how it gives
1366. 43:49would be would be black and and brown
  1367. 43:51tenants 1975 Google Donald Trump and
1368. 43:56Jesse Jackson Google Donald Trump in and
1369. 43:58in out Sharpton it was all these people
1370. 44:00hung out with him after 1975 so whatever
1371. 44:03happened they apparently were not
1372. 44:04dissuaded from dealing with Donald Trump
1373. 44:06right what about 1974 the year before
1374. 44:08that Chuck Schumer according to a guy
  1375. 44:10named Jay Homme neige
1376. 44:11him a number of years you should get him
1377. 44:13on your show sometime okay Jake I'm Nick
  1378. 44:15hom in like Nancy I seek a 1974 Homme
  1379. 44:20Nick attends a political meeting with
1380. 44:22his father this was in the neighborhood
1381. 44:24of New York called Flatbush and there
1382. 44:26were two buildings they had black people
1383. 44:27in them and the neighborhood wanted them
1384. 44:29out not because they were disrupting
1385. 44:30these wanted them out because they were
1386. 44:31racist so here comes Chuck Schumer 1974
  1387. 44:35newly admitted a lawyer from Harvard
1388. 44:37running for office and Schumer said this
1389. 44:39if you vote for me I'll propose a plan
1390. 44:42to refurbish these buildings the blacks
1391. 44:45will have the right of first refusal of
1392. 44:46course but they won't be able to afford
  1393. 44:48them become a come so nice they'll be
1394. 44:50priced out of their price range so they
1395. 44:53elected him he did it he proposed this
1396. 44:55game turns out the black people were
1397. 44:57able to raise enough money to move back
1398. 44:58in so the whole thing failed but it
1399. 45:00wasn't for lack of trying
  1400. 45:01right and this is 1974 I have never
1401. 45:04heard Chuck Schumer ask about it by
1402. 45:06anybody interesting hmm if I ever see
1403. 45:08him you know be the first question I ask
1404. 45:09him at this I have this thing of the
1405. 45:11people that are shouting racism the
  1406. 45:13loudest the racists I mean that's just
1407. 45:14it's the truth and and they ignore
1408. 45:16everything that they do they're all got
1409. 45:18a bunch of pretenders on their side bado
1410. 45:20pretending to be Hispanic by calling
1411. 45:21South bado Elizabeth Warren who
1412. 45:23literally cheated her way through life
1413. 45:25by pretending to be a Native American
  1414. 45:26they're both running for president it's
1415. 45:28stunning to me and nobody cares they
1416. 45:30don't care about their history because
1417. 45:31the media has convinced us that if
  1418. 45:34you're on the right you're a racist
1419. 45:35and this is what we have this is the
1420. 45:36uphill battle and it's not just the news
  1421. 45:38organizations here's the thing I asked
1422. 45:40all the time what the heck happened to
1423. 45:43black TV I grew up and I was watching
1424. 45:46the HUD stables The Jeffersons Nick at
1425. 45:49Nite the Winslows right these people had
1426. 45:52goals it was about family togetherness
1427. 45:54it was about problem solving
1428. 45:55what wars blacks evie today we have Love
1429. 45:58& Hip Hop Larry Love & Hip Hop I
1430. 45:59couldn't tell you ever watch it okay to
  1431. 46:02watch it's it's literally love and hip
1432. 46:03hop there are people they have baby
1433. 46:05daddies and they're trying to see if
1434. 46:07they can make it and maybe can become
1435. 46:08rappers any car DB was bird out of Love
  1436. 46:10& Hip Hop right she's a stripper gone
1437. 46:11rapper and this is what we have on TV so
1438. 46:14even just think about what my people are
1439. 46:16watching that is setting our goals on TV
1440. 46:19I was not watching that I wanted to be
1441. 46:22just like little Rudy Huxtable
  1442. 46:23right I just wanted to have a
1443. 46:25nice life and it was okay to want to be
1444. 46:27a doctor now it's hoop dreams hoop
1445. 46:29dreams you want to be a rapper do you
1446. 46:31want to be do you want to be a
1447. 46:31basketball player do you want to be
  1448. 46:33football player good that's your place
1449. 46:35in life it is a problem the average
1450. 46:37black parent is far more likely than the
1451. 46:39average white parent to think his or her
1452. 46:40kid is gonna play professional sports
1453. 46:41you see it I mean I've lived it they
1454. 46:44they they all that's what they they live
1455. 46:45for they want their kids you don't even
1456. 46:47talk about it I was talking about this
1457. 46:48with my fiancee there today
  1458. 46:49the impacts the long-term impacts of
1459. 46:51like football the science behind CTE
1460. 46:53stuff and there are so many parent you
1461. 46:56say my child's not even gonna play
  1462. 46:57football right my child's gonna better
1463. 46:59play soccer or deal with something
  1464. 47:00that's non-contact because of the
  1465. 47:01long-term effects but they're so
  1466. 47:03convinced it's worth it because their
1467. 47:04kid is going to be the next wide
1468. 47:05receiver for the Giants when they are
  1469. 47:07overwhelmingly against it overwhelming
1470. 47:09and and you look at the average amount
1471. 47:11of time spent on homework and then in
  1472. 47:13Asian household versus a white household
1473. 47:15versus the black household ver to the
1474. 47:17Hispanic household again night and night
1475. 47:19and day and you wonder why the Asian to
  1476. 47:21making better grades they're spending a
1477. 47:22lot more time on homework than blacks
1478. 47:24are and in Browns are no let's be clear
1479. 47:27the agents are doing the best in America
1480. 47:28right now and nobody wants to talk about
1481. 47:29them because they destroy the concept
  1482. 47:32that there's racism right they
  1483. 47:33completely destroy it japanese-americans
1484. 47:34where we had them in internment camps
1485. 47:36now they're doing the best in America
1486. 47:38had that happened because they work hard
1487. 47:39there's no such thing as Japanese lives
1488. 47:41matter that's why there were there were
1489. 47:42even laws that forbid Japanese from
  1490. 47:45owning farmland in California for a
  1491. 47:46number of years I don't know here they
1492. 47:48are right yeah and I I see it you know
1493. 47:50I've had Japanese and Asian friends and
1494. 47:52their parents you get home after school
1495. 47:53they make them do hours and hours and
1496. 47:55hours of homework and studying home
1497. 47:56organ I think this is even homework they
1498. 47:57just want them to study
  1499. 47:58they want their they're studying numbers
  1500. 47:59all the time and every year there's a
1501. 48:01human cry often if not enough black
1502. 48:02people are nominated for Oscars right
1503. 48:04and I'd have black friends who are
1504. 48:06actors and I said why is this important
1505. 48:07and they said what's important for black
1506. 48:09people have positive images black people
  1507. 48:11have higher self-esteem than white
1508. 48:12people do almost every test has shown
1509. 48:14that for four decades black people have
  1510. 48:16higher self-esteem than white people do
1511. 48:17black women black women are far more
1512. 48:19confident about their bodies and then
1513. 48:21white women are white women are obsessed
1514. 48:22with this Barbie doll kind of waist and
1515. 48:24black women are not obsessed with that
1516. 48:26it'll tell me that black people have low
1517. 48:27self-esteem we have very high
1518. 48:28self-esteem right and as you pointed out
  1519. 48:32Asian Americans Japanese Americans
1520. 48:34Chinese Americans Korean Americans are
1521. 48:35making more money per capita than almost
1522. 48:37anybody else where are their images on
  1523. 48:38TV where there
1524. 48:39images on the screen I love years ago
1525. 48:42years ago there was a woman named Debbie
1526. 48:44Debbie Thomas she was the first black
1527. 48:47woman to get a Olympic medal in
1528. 48:50ice-skating and she was always asked who
1529. 48:56was your role model who was your role
  1530. 48:57model and finally she said look I don't
1531. 48:59have to see somebody black do something
1532. 49:00before I think I can do it fast for
1533. 49:03she's now a doctor Wow in the Bay Area
1534. 49:04right and that was her goal all along
  1535. 49:06right I love I love that dr. Condoleezza
1536. 49:08Rice always says you don't have to tell
1537. 49:09me how to be black I've been doing it my
  1538. 49:10whole life
1539. 49:11right like suddenly like I'm not black
  1540. 49:12anymore because I'm a concern even Obama
1541. 49:14said that he said there's more than one
1542. 49:15way to be black right even he was called
1543. 49:17all sorts of names when Obama ran for
1544. 49:19Congress and was defeated by Bobby Rush
1545. 49:21the former Black Panther Bobby Rush
  1546. 49:23basically characterized him as a feat
1547. 49:26snob who taught it at University of cago
1548. 49:29who went to Harvard and essentially
1549. 49:31called him somebody who wasn't down with
  1550. 49:33the black people didn't understand right
1551. 49:34the thing is if he had held on to that
1552. 49:36and and it was just successful and
1553. 49:39didn't turn towards the end of his
1554. 49:40administration and started making it
1555. 49:41about black versus white and and he
1556. 49:44could have been that that is why I did
1557. 49:46cry when Obama won is it did mean
  1558. 49:47something Charlie
1559. 49:48right it meant something and then he
1560. 49:50completely destroyed it in the end he
  1561. 49:52did a 180 the first time I saw him give
1562. 49:54an interview he gave an interview to
1563. 49:55Steve Croft 60 minutes and he was still
1564. 49:59not the front-runner but he was gaining
1565. 50:01on Hillary and Croft said senator Obama
  1566. 50:04if you don't get the nomination
1567. 50:06will it be because of racism and I went
1568. 50:08like this let's see what this guy says
1569. 50:12and he said no if I don't get the
1570. 50:16nomination evil because it will be
  1571. 50:18because I've not articulated a vision
1572. 50:19that the American people can embrace Wow
  1573. 50:21and I went wow the different Democrat I
1574. 50:24don't vote for tax spend regulate
  1575. 50:25Democrats and I won't vote for this one
  1576. 50:27but at least you'll be a different one
1577. 50:28fast forward what happens the Cambridge
1578. 50:31police acted stupidly if I had a son he
1579. 50:33looked like Trayvon oh and by the way we
1580. 50:35have problems here in America called
  1581. 50:36Ferguson
1582. 50:37he hired Eric Holder his AG who once
1583. 50:40said when it comes to matters of race
1584. 50:42America than a nation of cowards and
1585. 50:44Eric Holder has called voter ID an
  1586. 50:48example to precious racism he's called
1587. 50:50the fact that blacks get longer sentence
1588. 50:53and they do so for legitimate reasons
  1589. 50:55that judges taken a consideration your
1590. 50:57entire criminal history he called that
1591. 50:59an example of pernicious racism he
1592. 51:01called the fact that black boys get
1593. 51:02kicked out more often than white boys do
1594. 51:04in schools an example of pernicious
1595. 51:05racism never mind their behavior this
1596. 51:07guy has been a more dangerous race car
1597. 51:09hustler in my opinion than even Jesse
  1598. 51:11Jackson and Al Sharpton suit-and-tie
1599. 51:13speaks in speak calmly and people have
1600. 51:16much more respect for him that's exactly
  1601. 51:19right there's a great orator you have to
1602. 51:21give him credit he is dangerous and you
1603. 51:22know I'm sitting here at some so many
  1604. 51:24people say that Trump destroyed Obama's
  1605. 51:25legacy Obama destroyed Obama's legacy it
1606. 51:28was him what legacy I mean worse
  1607. 51:29economic recovery since 1941 when he
  1608. 51:31wanted didn't though he meant something
1609. 51:32he could have actually brought America
1610. 51:34together right and he turn into a puppet
1611. 51:36it was actually actually never felt that
1612. 51:39Obama was actually in control if I'm
1613. 51:40being honest with you I felt like there
1614. 51:41was money behind him he had took out a
1615. 51:44lot of money or to run in the first
1616. 51:45place and that he was never actually
  1617. 51:46fully in control and that's why I fully
1618. 51:48embraced Trump because he sort of came
  1619. 51:50in there as a billionaire a business guy
1620. 51:52calling shots his own way and I think in
  1621. 51:54the end I don't know I don't really know
1622. 51:56I I'm not too critical of Obama because
1623. 51:59I do think he served a purpose and it
1624. 52:01makes it easier for me to have these
  1625. 52:03discussions with black America when I
1626. 52:04talk about the differences between Obama
1627. 52:06and Trump well we had the skin color we
1628. 52:07got what we wanted right you got the
1629. 52:09skin color you got the black man in
1630. 52:10office and nothing changed and now
1631. 52:12things are changing and we have this
1632. 52:14person that is a white straight male
1633. 52:15that is in office right and it forces
1634. 52:17you to kind of look in the mirror and
1635. 52:19really see what it is that you believe
1636. 52:21in and why you both the way that you do
  1637. 52:22so in many ways I wouldn't undo Obama
1638. 52:25right I think Obama Kandace was kind of
1639. 52:27schizophrenic when when Obama ran it was
1640. 52:31a big article in either time or Newsweek
1641. 52:32I forget which one about him bringing in
1642. 52:34all of his advisors to make the decision
1643. 52:37to run and the article said race never
  1644. 52:39came up
1645. 52:40I don't think Obama think thought of
  1646. 52:43himself as a black person I think Obama
1647. 52:44thought of himself as a badass but then
1648. 52:47he got into office and he realized
1649. 52:49unless you get that 95% black vote
1650. 52:51you're not gonna get me elected how do
1651. 52:52you get that you keep him angry keep
1652. 52:54talking about racism and so he was stuck
1653. 52:56he wanted to get reelected but he also
1654. 52:58realized that if he told the truth that
1655. 53:00racism is not a major problem in America
1656. 53:01and black people start thinking about
1657. 53:03schools and education in crime and the
  1658. 53:06other
  1659. 53:06other people think about they wouldn't
1660. 53:07have this Allegiant to the Democratic
1661. 53:08Party was stuck right right what do you
1662. 53:11think what are you thinking for 2020
1663. 53:13what do I think what are your
  1664. 53:15predictions
  1665. 53:15I think Trauma get reelected I don't
1666. 53:18care who he runs against if he runs
1667. 53:19against bado or work you're gonna crush
1668. 53:21him you runs against Aliyev Warren he's
1669. 53:22gonna crush them the only person that
1670. 53:24could give him a real challenge is Joe
1671. 53:25Biden and joe biden can't survive the
  1672. 53:27nominating process because he's too
1673. 53:28centrist what do you mean by that the
1674. 53:32the democrats right now their base is
1675. 53:34$15 minimum wage green New Deal abolish
  1676. 53:37ice world ending in 12 years right we're
  1677. 53:39leaning in 12 years abolish ice as I
1678. 53:41mentioned the green New Deal overturning
1679. 53:45the that's not where where where where
1680. 53:49Joe Biden is Miyata care for Medicare
1681. 53:52for all Joe Biden is not there he is
1682. 53:54considered to be too old too white and
1683. 53:57too moderate for the Democratic Party if
1684. 53:59he could leapfrog the caucus in the
1685. 54:00nominating process and get and get
  1686. 54:02nominated he would be a formidable
1687. 54:04challenge to Trump because Trump took
1688. 54:07states that Joe Biden is strong in Joe
1689. 54:09Biden is considered a blue collar guy he
1690. 54:11eats from from Scranton Pennsylvania
1691. 54:13Trump carry Pennsylvania Trump carried
1692. 54:16Michigan these are the kinds of states
1693. 54:17where Joe Biden could do well right I
1694. 54:19actually had this theory that the
  1695. 54:20Democrats actually accidentally
  1696. 54:22splintered their own party and I
1697. 54:24actually think Nancy Pelosi the Chuck
  1698. 54:26Schumer's the Joe Biden's they're
1699. 54:28actually more moderate they pretended to
1700. 54:30be far left because they just wanted to
1701. 54:31oppose Trump right so they just for like
1702. 54:33anything anti Trump we agree with green
1703. 54:35New Deal fine but then it actually
1704. 54:37brought forth these real leftists these
1705. 54:39real social socialists right and it gave
1706. 54:42birth to the aoc s and now their party
1707. 54:43is sort of imploding in their their
  1708. 54:45reckoning with with anti-semitism and
1709. 54:47the things that are coming out of their
  1710. 54:48mouths and it's a free-for-all and I
1711. 54:50think that we're in the mists of a codel
1712. 54:52political realignment right now because
1713. 54:53of it and it's their own fault right it
1714. 54:56could have just been sensible when
  1715. 54:57responding a Trump but they just
1716. 54:58couldn't do it they had to pretend that
1717. 54:59he was a second coming of Hitler and now
1718. 55:01they kind of have to contend with it and
1719. 55:03I'm kind of having fun watching it is
1720. 55:05fine fun to watch you you always do the
1721. 55:08great memes on Instagram and I'm like
1722. 55:10that's exactly what's going on right now
  1723. 55:13it's gonna be a free-for-all it's gonna
1724. 55:15be really entertaining yeah and and
1725. 55:16somehow anything that goes wrong I'll be
1726. 55:18to blame you know me
1727. 55:19I'm begging for everything these days
1728. 55:20I'll take that alright well Larry we do
1729. 55:24this thing at the end of every podcast
1730. 55:25well where we want our guests to leave a
1731. 55:28to launch a vibration into the world so
1732. 55:30you got two minutes a vibration launched
1733. 55:32a vibration so whenever you say for two
1734. 55:33minutes it let's say it falls on
1735. 55:35everybody's ears in the entire world and
1736. 55:38in their own language of course whatever
1737. 55:40language is living wait wait

1744. 55:53color irrespective of gender this is the
1745. 55:55greatest country God ever created you
1746. 55:58hit the lottery when you were born in
1747. 55:59America and if you were lucky enough to
1748. 56:01have two loving parents who helped to
1749. 56:03raise you you hit the lottery again work
1750. 56:05hard invest in yourself my father always
1751. 56:07told my brothers me the following hard
1752. 56:09work wins you get out of life what you
1753. 56:12put into it you cannot control the
1754. 56:13outcome but you are 100% in control of
1755. 56:15the effort and before you moan and
1756. 56:18whine about what somebody did to you or
1757. 56:19said to you go to the nearest mirror
1758. 56:21look at it and say what could I have
1759. 56:22done to change the outcome and finally
1760. 56:24no matter how good you are how hard you
1761. 56:26work how ethical you are sooner or later
1762. 56:28bad things are gonna happen how you deal
1763. 56:30with those bad things will tell whether
  1764. 56:31or not we've raised a man or a woman Wow
1765. 56:35that might have been my favorite one
1766. 56:37we've never done that we've had yeah
1767. 56:44most people are like or am I gonna say
1768. 56:46that was America needs to hear that this
