- 1:03you so let's go and get started and
- 1:05let's go and get start by just finding
- 1:07where it's most comfortable for us just
- 1:09kind of experiment does this feel good
- 1:11here does this feel good here or on your
- 1:13knees so take a moment to find that when
- 1:16you find that place let's go and get
- 1:18started with just a deep breath in so
- 1:21taking a deep breath in when you reach
- 1:23the top hold for just a moment and then
- 1:26exhaling just let it come out just
- 1:29Naturals can be and then just slowly
- 1:32start tapping just alternating sides
- 1:35alternating the taps knowing that
- 1:38whatever you choose is a-okay if you'd
- 1:42like you're also welcome to add a
- 1:44positive affirmation to this it may be I
- 1:47am loved it could be I can do this and
- 1:52maybe I am in a secure and safe place
- 1:54whatever seems to fit for what your need
- 1:57is right now feel free to just add that
- 2:00in and just repeat it to yourself in
- 2:03your head and just remembering to keep
- 2:06tapping for as long as it's comfortable
- 2:08if you need to go a little harder you're
- 2:11welcome to if it needs to be gentle I
- 2:13can just experiment and see what fits
- 2:16for you right now and you're welcome to
- 2:18do that and go as short or as long still
- 2:23you feel just a little bit calmer or do
- 2:26you feel that that's good enough for
- 2:27today
- 2:29so again just breathing in and out I'm
- 2:34just happy it's happened for long as you
- 2:38like
- 2:46and then whenever you're ready when
- 2:48you've hit that spot that feels say okay
- 2:50or good enough I'm going to just pause
- 2:53there for a moment just letting your
- 2:56hands rest I'd in your body rest and if
- 2:59you'd like feel free to take one more
- 3:01deep breath in holding for just a moment
- 3:04and then when you're ready exhaling just
- 3:08letting the air flow out all natural and
