The BEST Claude AI "Second Income" For People Over 50 — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00In this video, I'm going to show you the
- 0:01best Claude AI second income for people
- 0:03over 50 and you'll start yours inside
- 0:05Claude before the video's over. And I
- 0:07know this works because I lived it. I
- 0:09was a full-time pharmacist with a
- 0:11doctorate and six figures in student
- 0:12loan debt and I felt completely stuck.
- 0:15And I knew that if I just quit, I'd be
- 0:17screwed. So, I built a second income on
- 0:19lunch breaks and weekends instead. And
- 0:21that second income paid me two to three
- 0:22times my pharmacy salary while I was
- 0:24still counting pills and today it's
- 0:26developed into a 10 million plus dollar
- 0:28business. And then I started helping
- 0:29other people do it and I noticed that
- 0:31people that were on the older side or
- 0:33people that had a lot of wisdom or
- 0:34experience were getting results way
- 0:36faster and way easier. And so, I helped
- 0:38my brother Zach do the same thing in his
- 0:4050s. And his very first video did over
- 0:42100,000 views and 29 days after
- 0:44uploading it, he had a $214 day, which
- 0:47is a $78,000 year run rate. So, he went
- 0:49from zero to a full-time income in less
- 0:51than 1 month. So, this is for you if
- 0:53you're in your 50s or 60s. You've got a
- 0:54job right now and what you're making
- 0:56just isn't covering what it needs to
- 0:57cover. It's also for you if you
- 0:59eventually want to leave that job and
- 1:00take back control of your time. I'll
- 1:02walk you through what the second income
- 1:03actually is, which platform to build on
- 1:05and how the money actually reaches you.
- 1:07I'll also show you why the only way to
- 1:08lose is to quit and the part that almost
- 1:11everybody gets wrong and along the way
- 1:12you'll get the exact words to type into
- 1:14Claude so you're never staring at a
- 1:16blank screen. So, if you appreciate me
- 1:17making this type of content and you want
- 1:18to see me make more of it in the future,
- 1:20then let me know by gently cheering that
- 1:22like button and let's jump into it right
- 1:25now.
- 1:26All right, real quick before we get into
- 1:28it, go ahead and download the second
- 1:30income picker. It's going to be the
- 1:32third link in the description and the
- 1:33pin comment below. It's completely free
- 1:35and you're going to be using it
- 1:36throughout the whole video. So, go grab
- 1:38it now and let's get into it. All right,
- 1:39so you're probably wondering what
- 1:40exactly is the number one Claude AI
- 1:42second income for people over 50 and
- 1:44that would be teaching other people the
- 1:46things that you already know. And I'm
- 1:48going to explain exactly why and you
- 1:50have to do it in a very particular way
- 1:51as well. So, you're going to be taking
- 1:53the 30, 40, 50 years of things that you
- 1:55had to figure out the hard way and
- 1:57handing them to the people who are
- 1:58exactly where you used to be. And Claude
- 2:01is what turns that from something I know
- 2:04into something that pays you. Now, I
- 2:06already know the first thing you're
- 2:07thinking. Shane, I don't have anything
- 2:08to share. I'm not an expert in anything.
- 2:10Wrong, and I can prove it in 9 seconds.
- 2:12Meet a man who goes by Mike. Mike is 80
- 2:14years old, has no background in any of
- 2:15this, nothing technical, and no business
- 2:17behind him. And 9 weeks after starting
- 2:19on YouTube, he was earning, by his own
- 2:21admission. And what is he sharing? No
- 2:22skills that he went out and acquired,
- 2:24not a certification. He's sharing what
- 2:26living 80 years already taught him. For
- 2:28instance, 60 years of marriage in 2
- 2:30minutes, or the four things that changed
- 2:32my life. But you might be thinking, but
- 2:33Shane, this guy is retired. He's got all
- 2:35day. I've got a job and maybe 4 hours a
- 2:37week. Okay, fair enough. Then meet
- 2:39Roscoe. 71 years old and he said the
- 2:41hard part out loud on camera, which I
- 2:43respect the hell out of. So he has no
- 2:45retirement savings, none at 71. And he'd
- 2:48never made anything in his life, he'd
- 2:49only ever been a watcher, and he put out
- 2:51his first video in his niche and
- 2:52qualified for monetization in 13 days.
- 2:55So think of it like this. In ancient
- 2:57Rome, most people could not write, and
- 2:59it never stopped them from running
- 3:00estates, doing business, or sending
- 3:02letters across the entire empire. They
- 3:04simply hired a scribe. You spoke and the
- 3:06scribe wrote. So nobody in Rome thought
- 3:09that being unable to write disqualified
- 3:11you from having something worth saying.
- 3:12So Claude is the scribe. You talk and it
- 3:16writes. The knowing was always the hard
- 3:18part, and you did that part already.
- 3:20Now, some of you are still sitting there
- 3:21going, "Those are retirement guys. I'm a
- 3:23professional. I spent my whole career
- 3:25inside an institution. That's not my
- 3:26world." Well, let me tell you about
- 3:28Jennifer, or who I like to call Nurse
- 3:30Jen. She's 60 years old and she spent 33
- 3:32years in nursing. And that's about as
- 3:33institutional as a career gets. Badge,
- 3:36shift, charting, a whole system telling
- 3:38her what her expertise was worth, what
- 3:40her time was worth per hour. And she'll
- 3:42tell you herself, the idea of being on
- 3:43camera was the part that she just
- 3:45couldn't get past. And in her words, she
- 3:46said, "The thought of looking at myself
- 3:47on camera, I couldn't even imagine it."
- 3:50But she didn't go learn anything new.
- 3:51She took 33 years of knowing how the
- 3:53medical system actually works, the thing
- 3:55that she'd been explaining to patients
- 3:56and their kids for three decades, and
- 3:58she started explaining it to everyone
- 3:59else. And she records on the webcam of a
- 4:02laptop, and her studio is in the back of
- 4:04a camper van. And when she first started
- 4:06with us, she had absolutely zero
- 4:08experience at all. She had never made a
- 4:10video in her life, she'd never dipped
- 4:12her toe into YouTube, as she said. And
- 4:14the first month she got monetized, she
- 4:15had a $6,000 month. Then the next month
- 4:17it was an $8,000 month. Then she had an
- 4:19over $10,500
- 4:21month. And she was able to leave
- 4:23nursing, and now she's traveling all
- 4:25around the United States in her camper
- 4:27van, which is literally her dream life.
- 4:29Right? So, her 33 years of expertise an
- 4:31institution was renting from her by the
- 4:34hour, and they were telling her how much
- 4:36she's worth. But she stopped renting it
- 4:37out, and she started owning it. And so,
- 4:39let's kill this once and for all. You
- 4:41don't need to learn a new software. You
- 4:43don't need to learn to code. You don't
- 4:45need to learn some new skill that's
- 4:47going to take you thousands of hours to
- 4:49master. You just need to be able to talk
- 4:51about something that you already know.
- 4:53That's the entire requirement, and you
- 4:55already cleared it decades ago. Now, if
- 4:58you're watching this and you're over 50,
- 4:59you almost certainly are an expert in
- 5:01something. However, there's also a lot
- 5:02of people out there that are under the
- 5:04age of 50, but they're overachievers,
- 5:05and oftentimes they're experts, too. But
- 5:07let's talk about how to get started
- 5:08doing this with Claude today in a very
- 5:10simple, easy-to-digest way. So, go to
- 5:12Claude, use the skill that I gave you,
- 5:13type {slash} and say, "I want to find my
- 5:15second income." Hit enter, and Claude is
- 5:17going to interview you. It's going to
- 5:19pull every piece of information out of
- 5:20your first, your career, your health,
- 5:22your hobbies, the hard things that you
- 5:24figured out. So, what it hands back is
- 5:25tailored to your actual situation.
- 5:28>> All right, YouTube just got 10 times
- 5:31easier, and nobody is talking about it.
- 5:33You used to need an entire film crew,
- 5:36and it used to be a full-time job for
- 5:37you to just do any work at all on
- 5:39YouTube. But now, you can get work done
- 5:41in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day,
- 5:44and you can actually grow a full-time
- 5:45YouTube channel. That's exactly what
- 5:47I'll be talking about at the live
- 5:49training that we're doing this week.
- 5:51Exactly how to start YouTube
- 5:53step-by-step for beginners. So, click
- 5:55the link in the description and pin
- 5:56comment below to check that out, guys. I
- 5:58will be answering questions before,
- 5:59during, and after the live training.
- 6:01It's completely free. Plus, I'll be
- 6:03giving away an AI that is designed to
- 6:05help you pick your niche if you don't
- 6:06have one in the first place, or if you
- 6:08already have a niche, it's going to help
- 6:09you make it 10 times better. So, really
- 6:12looking forward to talking with you
- 6:13guys. This is stuff that we never ever
- 6:15talked about before. So, click that link
- 6:16in the description and pin comment
- 6:17below. I look forward to seeing you
- 6:19there. All right. Next, let's talk about
- 6:20what platform to use. Now that we've
- 6:22established that the number one cloud AI
- 6:24second income for people over 50 is
- 6:25teaching other people what you already
- 6:27know, the next thing to figure out is
- 6:29what platform to do it on. And you've
- 6:31got a few different options. TikTok,
- 6:33Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn,
- 6:35a newsletter, a podcast, they all work.
- 6:38People make money on every single one of
- 6:39them. But, one of them is better than
- 6:41all of the rest of them combined,
- 6:43especially if you're making educational
- 6:45content where you're sharing your wisdom
- 6:47and you're over the age of 50. And I'm
- 6:49not just going to tell you that, I'm
- 6:50going to show you the data. So, let's
- 6:52start with what's true across the whole
- 6:54country. So, 84% of US adults use
- 6:57YouTube. That is the most used platform
- 6:58in America. Instagram's at 50, TikTok's
- 7:01at 37. Now, watch what happens when you
- 7:03look at your age group specifically,
- 7:05because here's what everyone gets wrong
- 7:06about the trendy platforms. What's the
- 7:08first thing that you see when you open
- 7:09TikTok or Instagram? Teenagers dancing,
- 7:1220-year-olds with ring lights, and that
- 7:14is not a joke, that's the data. Among
- 7:16Americans 50 to 64, only 30% are on
- 7:19TikTok, 40% are on Instagram, at 65 and
- 7:23up it collapses to 12 and 19%. So, your
- 7:26people aren't there and they're not
- 7:27coming. Meanwhile, on YouTube, it's 85%
- 7:30of Americans age 50 to 64, and 64% of
- 7:34those are 65 and older. So, it's the
- 7:36only major platform with no weak age
- 7:39bracket. Every generation is on it. And
- 7:41they're not just there to be
- 7:42entertained. People actually go to
- 7:44YouTube because they want to learn
- 7:46something. They right right, they want
- 7:48to be taught something. They want to
- 7:49solve their problems, which makes you
- 7:52somebody with 30 years of things to
- 7:53teach exactly what that platform is
- 7:56starving for. And before everybody says
- 7:57it, yes, your friends are on Facebook,
- 7:59but nobody opens Facebook to learn
- 8:02something. They open it to see the
- 8:03grandkids and read an argument that they
- 8:05shouldn't be reading and maybe catch up
- 8:07on politics. So, different platform,
- 8:09different job. And this is exactly why
- 8:11people over 50 are exploding on YouTube
- 8:14right now. So, look at this. A
- 8:1570-year-old realtor, a guy on his porch
- 8:17in a camo hat talking about turning 50,
- 8:191 million views, 126 views, 101K views.
- 8:23They're all absolutely crushing it. So,
- 8:24why does the platform keep handing him
- 8:26100,000 people? Well, it's because the
- 8:29demand is high and the supply is low.
- 8:31There are millions of people over 50
- 8:33typing these questions in every single
- 8:34day and almost nobody their age is
- 8:37answering them. So, think of it like
- 8:38this. In 1934,
- 8:40named Allen Lane was stuck at a train
- 8:42station in England with nothing to read.
- 8:44Not because he couldn't afford a book,
- 8:45because there was nothing worth buying.
- 8:47Overpriced hardbacks and junk magazines.
- 8:49And that was the whole industry.
- 8:50Publishers made expensive books for
- 8:52wealthy people. Everybody else, millions
- 8:54of people who could read perfectly well
- 8:55and wanted something good, got nothing.
- 8:57So, the business had decided that they
- 8:59weren't a market. And Lane didn't write
- 9:01a better book, he didn't invent
- 9:02anything, he just took books that
- 9:04already existed and sold them for
- 9:05sixpence, the price of a pack of
- 9:07cigarettes. And he sold 3 million copies
- 9:09in the first year in a country of 38
- 9:11million people. The readers had been
- 9:13there the entire time, but nobody had
- 9:15bothered to hand them anything. The
- 9:17exact same thing is happening on YouTube
- 9:19right now, and it's typically with an
- 9:21older audience. Generally speaking, as
- 9:23they say, birds of a feather flock
- 9:25together. So, older audiences like to
- 9:26watch other older audiences. And even
- 9:28younger people oftentimes, they're
- 9:29probably kind of tired of hearing from
- 9:31other younger people and they'd like to
- 9:32hear from like an internet uncle or an
- 9:34internet aunt or grandpa or grandma. So,
- 9:37let's talk about how to do this with
- 9:38Claude. So, go back to Claude and open
- 9:40the same chat that you used with the
- 9:41second income picker. Then say, "Based
- 9:43on my answers and everything I told you,
- 9:45give me five niche hypothesis statement
- 9:46options, the I help X do Y. And if you
- 9:49need more information, ask me more
- 9:50questions." And this is the sentence
- 9:52that tells your audience who you want to
- 9:53help and what you can help them with.
- 9:55It'll hand you five to pick from, things
- 9:56like, "I help people in their 50s who
- 9:58are still working to build a second
- 9:59income from what they already know." Or,
- 10:01"I help nurses leaving bedside care
- 10:02figure out what to do next." Or, "I help
- 10:04people with tinnitus get through the
- 10:06day." And this is just the simple
- 10:07version of the tool that I'm giving away
- 10:08at the live training this week. And with
- 10:10YouTube, you can start with nothing. You
- 10:12don't need to be charismatic, you don't
- 10:13need experience recording videos, you
- 10:15don't need any of that. I mean, just
- 10:16look at my brother, right? Zach was in
- 10:17his 50s, he's not tech-savvy, he's never
- 10:19recorded a single video in his life
- 10:21outside of vacation footage and videos
- 10:22of his dog, and of course, just
- 10:24recording with his phone. And he was a
- 10:25complete beginner all the way, but it
- 10:27didn't matter. His very first video blew
- 10:29up and got 823,000
- 10:32views. 29 days after uploading it, he
- 10:34was monetized and hit a $214 day. And
- 10:36you know why he even started? He's been
- 10:38in the trades for almost 30 years, and
- 10:40it was taking a toll on his body, and
- 10:42that is just what that work does to you
- 10:44eventually. So, we're on vacation, and
- 10:45he pulls me aside, and he goes, "Yo,
- 10:47bro, how can I make money without
- 10:48breaking my body?" And I told him, "Just
- 10:50start on YouTube." And he gave me every
- 10:52excuse in the book. "YouTube's for kids
- 10:54dancing with ring lights and doing
- 10:56pranks and blah blah blah." And I've
- 10:57never recorded a video in my life. I
- 10:58don't even know how to set up a camera.
- 11:00And I told him, "Bro, just trust me,
- 11:01just start." And he did. And at the end
- 11:03of his first year on YouTube, he had an
- 11:04$18,000 month. But you might be
- 11:06thinking, "But I'm really busy. I'm a
- 11:07professional." Well, just look at Dr.
- 11:09Dani Fisher. We have a lot of doctors in
- 11:11our program, and she's an
- 11:12anesthesiologist, she's over 50, and
- 11:14she's still practicing today, and she
- 11:16never left medicine. And of course, as a
- 11:18doctor, she's quite busy. And she wasn't
- 11:20new to this. She'd been uploading for
- 11:21years. She'd already put in more reps
- 11:23than almost anybody watching this right
- 11:24now. And what nobody had ever told her
- 11:26was where the leverage actually was. So,
- 11:28we dialed in her niche, we got her on
- 11:29video ideas that pulled the right views,
- 11:31and we package them properly. So, same
- 11:33doctor, same expertise, same schedule,
- 11:35and look at this video. 1 million views
- 11:37in 3 days. So, she didn't quit her job
- 11:39to do this, she's still in the OR. Okay,
- 11:41but I need a huge following. I'll never
- 11:42get there. No, you don't, and you don't
- 11:44need to get there. A lot of people in
- 11:45our community are absolutely crushing it
- 11:47with a small following. Because it's not
- 11:48about how many views you get, it's about
- 11:50how much impact you make, right? A
- 11:52general practitioner might see 100 or
- 11:54200 patients a day, and they help each
- 11:56one a tiny little bit. So, the brain
- 11:58surgeon is arguably making a bigger
- 12:00impact than the general practitioner,
- 12:02and that's why they make way more money.
- 12:03And it's the same exact thing with
- 12:04YouTube. So, let me give you an example.
- 12:06Let me tell you about Guy. Guy's
- 12:07disabled. He has tinnitus, which is
- 12:09constant ringing in the ears all day,
- 12:10every day. A lot of veterans have it. My
- 12:12dad has it as well, and it is genuinely
- 12:14debilitating. And he was close to
- 12:15retirement, and his goal was simple. He
- 12:17wanted an extra 1 to 2,000 dollars a
- 12:19month, and that was it. That was his
- 12:20version of rich. Not a private jet, just
- 12:22dinners out, seeing his family more,
- 12:24maybe taking a vacation here and there.
- 12:26So, he built a channel about the thing
- 12:27that was making his own life hard, which
- 12:29is tinnitus. And he hit his goal of
- 12:31making 1 to 2,000 extra dollars a month
- 12:32in his first 500 subscribers, 446 to be
- 12:35exact. And now he has far more
- 12:37subscribers, and he's making a lot more
- 12:38money than that. But the whole point is
- 12:40he got to his goal before even hit 500
- 12:42subscribers, never mind 1,000. So, he
- 12:44had a tiny audience. So, if you think
- 12:45you can't make money on YouTube with a
- 12:46small channel, you absolutely can. And
- 12:48here's the part that I actually love
- 12:50about Guy's story, because it happens
- 12:51constantly in our program. Life handed
- 12:53him something hard, right? Life handed
- 12:55him lemons, and he turned it into a
- 12:56thing that pays him, right? He turned it
- 12:58into lemonade. So, if you got problems
- 12:59in your life, you can help other people
- 13:00through what you've learned solving
- 13:02them, and that's not a consolation
- 13:03prize, that is the whole business.
- 13:05Again, what did you notice about all
- 13:07these people? They're teaching stuff
- 13:08that they already knew. They didn't
- 13:10really have to learn that many new
- 13:11skills or anything like that, they're
- 13:13just talking about stuff that they're
- 13:14already an expert on. So, tinnitus
- 13:16wasn't in the way of his second income,
- 13:18it was his second income. Now that we've
- 13:20established that the number one quality
- 13:21I second income for people over 50 is
- 13:23teaching what you already know, and that
- 13:25YouTube is where you do it, the next
- 13:26thing to figure out is how the money
- 13:28actually gets to you. And there are
- 13:30three main ways, especially for
- 13:32beginners. Let's start with the most
- 13:33basic one, and that is ads. So, this is
- 13:35where an ad pops up on your screen,
- 13:37YouTube gets paid by the advertiser to
- 13:38show their product, and you get a cut of
- 13:40that payment. Now, one example of
- 13:41someone doing well with that is Azul.
- 13:43He's in his 60s, and he talks about
- 13:45retirement. Not investing hacks, not
- 13:47anything complicated, just the questions
- 13:48that everybody his age is actually
- 13:50sitting up at night worrying about, like
- 13:52when should I take social security, do I
- 13:54have enough, can I afford to stop
- 13:55working, what happens to my health
- 13:57insurance before Medicare kicks in,
- 13:58etc., etc. And he's just a guy at a
- 14:00desk, or actually wherever he is,
- 14:01because he just records everything with
- 14:03his iPhone, and he walks around, and
- 14:04there's no edits in his videos, and he's
- 14:06just talking to his iPhone, answering
- 14:07the same thing that he's been answering
- 14:09his whole career. So, it's simple
- 14:10content about things that he already
- 14:12knows. Now, according to VidIQ, he's
- 14:14making about $13.5 thousand a month, but
- 14:17I can tell you he is making
- 14:18significantly more than that, right?
- 14:20He's making at least six figures a month
- 14:22from this channel. And that's one thing
- 14:24I want you to know is a lot tools will
- 14:25actually underestimate how much
- 14:27educational channels are making, because
- 14:29they assume that educational channels
- 14:31make the same amount of money as
- 14:32entertainment channels, when that is
- 14:34simply not the case. They make far more
- 14:35money, often times 10 times more. Now,
- 14:37the second way you can make money,
- 14:38especially as a beginner, is
- 14:40sponsorships and affiliate products. So,
- 14:43a company basically pays you to talk
- 14:44about their product, or they give you a
- 14:46link, and every time somebody buys
- 14:48through it, you get a cut. And you don't
- 14:49need a big channel for this, you just
- 14:50need a specific one, one that talks
- 14:53about those types of products and
- 14:54services. Now, Jud in my community does
- 14:56this better than almost anybody I know.
- 14:58He reviews products, that's the format,
- 14:59he puts out a video, people trust his
- 15:01take, and they buy through his link.
- 15:02Then, he layers emails on top of it, so
- 15:05that people who find him on YouTube keep
- 15:06hearing from him long after the video's
- 15:07over, and he's making over 20K per
- 15:09month. He even got featured on Business
- 15:10Insider for being able to do this. Now,
- 15:12the third thing is selling your own
- 15:14product or service. Now, there's a lot
- 15:16of different products or services that
- 15:17you could sell. You could sell a
- 15:18low-ticket digital offer, you could sell
- 15:20a group membership on something like
- 15:22school where people pay you maybe $50 a
- 15:24month to get access to content and live
- 15:26streams. You could sell kind of a
- 15:27mid-ticket course somewhere around $500
- 15:29to $1,000. You could sell a coaching
- 15:31program for anywhere from $3,000
- 15:34all the way up to 10 or even $20,000.
- 15:36You can also sell a done-for-you
- 15:37service. This can range anywhere from a
- 15:39thousand all the way up to hundreds of
- 15:41thousands of dollars. And you could sell
- 15:42a sort of agency offer which is kind of
- 15:44like a done-for-you service that is
- 15:46recurring, right? So it's a done-for-you
- 15:47service that you do every single month.
- 15:49So there's a lot of different ways to
- 15:50sell your own products and services, but
- 15:51I'm going to recommend selling a
- 15:53high-ticket offer. So this is a product
- 15:55or service that is priced at a thousand
- 15:56dollars or more, and it's something that
- 15:58gives deep personalized value and solves
- 16:00a major problem for somebody. So
- 16:02coaching, consulting, a done-for-you
- 16:04service, etc., etc. So instead of
- 16:06selling many cheap items to lots of
- 16:08people, a business selling high-ticket
- 16:10offers sells fewer items at a much
- 16:11higher price. And because of the fact
- 16:13that you're charging a much higher
- 16:14price, you're able to give a
- 16:15significantly better service. Now this
- 16:18is one of my favorite examples. This is
- 16:19Carmina Singson. She owns a recruiting
- 16:21company that helps online business
- 16:22owners hire top-tier talent in the
- 16:23Philippines and Latin America, and she
- 16:25makes YouTube content about it. And
- 16:27these are videos for CEOs who want to
- 16:28build their teams, a very affluent
- 16:30demographic, people with real money to
- 16:32spend. Now here's the thing. Her channel
- 16:34only has about 1,000 subscribers right
- 16:36now, barely getting any views. And most
- 16:38people would look at that and say that
- 16:39it's not working. But she just landed a
- 16:41hundred and six thousand dollar a year
- 16:43contract from YouTube from a video that
- 16:45only got a hundred to two hundred views.
- 16:47Someone watched her videos, reached out,
- 16:49paid her, and this was of course a CEO
- 16:51of a company that wanted to hire people
- 16:53for certain positions, and they spent a
- 16:55lot of money on that. And that's what
- 16:56happens when you're talking to the right
- 16:58audience, right? You don't need millions
- 16:59of views, you need the right people
- 17:01watching, people who have money and need
- 17:03what you offer. Because remember, it's
- 17:05not about how many views you get, it's
- 17:06about how much impact you make. So think
- 17:08of it like this. Picture three men
- 17:10fishing in the same river. The first one
- 17:12casts a wide net. He doesn't pick what
- 17:14swims in, he just takes whatever the
- 17:16current brings. Some days it's full,
- 17:18some days it's thin, but it fills every
- 17:20single day and he never has to talk to a
- 17:22soul. The second one baits a hook for
- 17:24one specific fish. He knows exactly what
- 17:26lives in that stretch of water and he
- 17:28brings the one thing that it can't
- 17:29resist. Fewer catches, but much bigger
- 17:31ones. And the third man doesn't fish at
- 17:33all. He stands on the bank and waits for
- 17:35the one boat that needs a guide through
- 17:36the rocks. He goes out once and that
- 17:38single trip pays him more than the other
- 17:40two made all season. So, same river,
- 17:42same water, three completely different
- 17:44ways to eat. Ads are the net, affiliates
- 17:46are the hook, and high ticket is the
- 17:48guide. And here's the part that most
- 17:49people get wrong. You don't just pick
- 17:50one. You can start with the net because
- 17:52it works while you sleep. You can add
- 17:53the hook once people trust you. And the
- 17:55day that someone asks, "Can you just do
- 17:56this for me?" Well, that's the boat. So,
- 17:58let's talk about how to do this with
- 17:59Claude. Go back to that same chat that
- 18:01you had earlier and ask Claude, "Based
- 18:03on my experience, what's the best way
- 18:05for me to make money on YouTube and
- 18:06which one fits my personality? If you
- 18:08need more information, ask me questions
- 18:10so you get the full context." And this
- 18:12time it won't give you a generic list,
- 18:13it'll give you options based on what
- 18:15you've actually done. Because ads,
- 18:16affiliate, and high ticket aren't just
- 18:18three income streams, they're three
- 18:20different personalities. Some people
- 18:22never want to talk to a buyer and some
- 18:24people would rather have one
- 18:24conversation than a thousand clicks. So,
- 18:26let it tell you which one you are. Now,
- 18:28the next thing I want you to understand,
- 18:29and this is chapter four, is with
- 18:31YouTube you will always win, even if you
- 18:33do everything wrong. It's inevitable,
- 18:35it's just going to take some time. But
- 18:37the only time you actually lose is if
- 18:39you quit. That's it. If you stop
- 18:41posting, that's when you lose. But if
- 18:43you keep posting, it is just a matter of
- 18:45time before you win. So, take this guy
- 18:47for instance, M&J Metal. He's one of my
- 18:48heroes, by the way. And what I love
- 18:49about his story is that he never gave up
- 18:51on YouTube, even though he was making
- 18:53every mistake in the book. He just kept
- 18:55posting. So, for instance, he had these
- 18:57random videos where he's playing video
- 18:58games, and videos where he's hiking,
- 19:01videos where he's metal detecting,
- 19:03videos where he's making random drinks,
- 19:04etc., etc. Look look up his videos. And
- 19:06right, so his channel was all over the
- 19:08place. His videos were also very, very
- 19:10badly made with extremely low quality
- 19:13camera equipment. His thumbnails were
- 19:15bad, his titles were bad, his intros
- 19:17were bad. Everything about his videos
- 19:18were bad. But he just kept going, video
- 19:21after video. Metal detecting random
- 19:22stuff, drinks, just kept going. And
- 19:25after his 400th video, which was a video
- 19:27about him making pickle Pepsi at home
- 19:29for free, his channel absolutely blew
- 19:32up. From 2,000 subscribers to 529,000
- 19:36subscribers. He made over $55,000
- 19:39according to View Stats from this one
- 19:40video. And there were many months where
- 19:42he was doing 30,000 plus dollars a month
- 19:45from this channel. So think of it like
- 19:47this. You go to the gym for the first
- 19:48time, you lift, you sweat, you go home,
- 19:51next morning you look in the mirror,
- 19:52nothing. You go back again, again, 2
- 19:54weeks in, still nothing. A month in,
- 19:56still nothing. And that's exactly when
- 19:58most people quit because the mirror is
- 20:00lying to them. Because the whole time
- 20:01something was happening. The muscle was
- 20:04rebuilding, the tendons were thickening,
- 20:06and your body was reorganizing itself
- 20:09around the work. You just couldn't see
- 20:10any of it yet. Then one day somebody
- 20:12says, "Have you been working out?" And
- 20:14it feels like it happened overnight, but
- 20:16it didn't. It happened every single day
- 20:18that you showed up and you got nothing
- 20:19back. Or at least you thought that you'd
- 20:21got nothing back. And YouTube is exactly
- 20:23the same. Those 399 videos weren't
- 20:25failure, that was the reps. And nobody
- 20:28quits the gym at month three and says
- 20:29the gym doesn't work. They say that they
- 20:31quit. But it doesn't have to take that
- 20:32long for you. It doesn't have to take
- 20:34over 400 videos. See, he was doing
- 20:36everything wrong. If you do everything
- 20:38right, you should be able to have a
- 20:39video that takes off about 10 or 20
- 20:41times faster than that. And that's why
- 20:43people in my community are getting
- 20:44results so fast because I built a system
- 20:46for exactly three kinds of people. The
- 20:48complete beginner who's never made a
- 20:49video, the person who's tried YouTube
- 20:51already and quit, and the one who has
- 20:53subscribers but still isn't making a
- 20:54dime. And this is just a peek inside of
- 20:56our private community. Lots of wins
- 20:58coming in all the time. All right, now
- 21:00let's talk about the part that everybody
- 21:01gets wrong. So, you know what to teach,
- 21:03you know where, you know how to get
- 21:04paid, and And know that you just have to
- 21:05keep going. And there's one more thing,
- 21:07and it's the thing that almost nobody
- 21:08tells you. Most people put all their
- 21:10effort into the wrong part of the video.
- 21:12They spend hours on the content, the
- 21:14research, the editing, getting every
- 21:16fact right. Then, they slap on a title
- 21:18in 30 seconds, and they grab whatever
- 21:19frame looks okay for the thumbnail. And
- 21:21the most important thing is finding the
- 21:23right idea, and then packaging that idea
- 21:25so that people know what the video is
- 21:27about from the thumbnail alone. And
- 21:29nobody ever gets to your content if they
- 21:31don't click. So, let me show you two
- 21:32people in my community who figured that
- 21:34out. The first one is Marisa Garzone.
- 21:35This is a former professional tennis
- 21:37player, a certified coach, decades of
- 21:39it, and she'd been posting on YouTube on
- 21:40and off for almost 10 years. And she
- 21:42never really got any real traction. And
- 21:45in her own words, she said that it was
- 21:46going slow and painful. And that's when
- 21:48she decided that she wanted to stop
- 21:49spinning her wheels, join our community,
- 21:52and make this happen, right? Cuz she
- 21:53wasn't missing the expertise. She had
- 21:55more than almost anyone in her niche.
- 21:56What she was missing was the process.
- 21:58She was reinventing the wheel every
- 22:00single video, and so we worked on the
- 22:01ideas, the titles, the thumbnails, and
- 22:03publishing consistently instead of
- 22:05whenever. And look at what that looks
- 22:07like now. You know exactly what this
- 22:08video is about before you even read the
- 22:10title. And it got 94,000 views, which
- 22:12was way more than she was ever getting
- 22:14before, and she nearly 10x her
- 22:16subscriber count and monetized her
- 22:17channel within the first 3 months. And
- 22:19then the part that actually matters, she
- 22:20got paid brand deals, high-ticket buyers
- 22:22reaching out through her content, and
- 22:24buyers flying out to work with her
- 22:25one-on-one, all through her YouTube
- 22:27channel. So, as long as you have the
- 22:29right idea, and that idea is expressed
- 22:30in your thumbnail, as well as your title
- 22:32and your intro, then it can work. So,
- 22:34think of it like this. For 200 years,
- 22:35newspapers were sold folded in half,
- 22:37stacked in a rack, which meant you could
- 22:39only see the top half, aka above the
- 22:42fold. So, that's where they put
- 22:44everything, the biggest story, the
- 22:45biggest headline, the one photo, because
- 22:47that half page was the entire sales
- 22:50pitch. Everything below the fold could
- 22:51be the best reporting in the country,
- 22:53but it did not matter. Nobody saw it
- 22:55until they'd already paid. And editors
- 22:57knew exactly what they were doing. So,
- 22:59the story that ran above the fold wasn't
- 23:01always the most important one. It was
- 23:03the one that made you stop walking. So,
- 23:05your thumbnail and title are above the
- 23:07fold. Your video is everything below it.
- 23:09And you can have the best information
- 23:11anybody's ever put out on the internet,
- 23:12but if it's below the fold, nobody's
- 23:14buying the paper. So, how do you do this
- 23:16with Claude? Well, you go back to that
- 23:18same chat and you type this. Based on my
- 23:20niche hypothesis statement, find me
- 23:22videos with 100k views or more from
- 23:23channels with 100k subscribers or less
- 23:25at a 5:1 views to subscriber ratio and
- 23:27make sure the thumbnail or the video is
- 23:29preferably bad or mediocre. Now, here's
- 23:31the logic. If a bad video blew up on a
- 23:33small channel, the idea carried it. Not
- 23:35the subscribers, not the production, not
- 23:37the editing, the idea did all the work,
- 23:39which means that you can make that same
- 23:40video better and it'll work for you,
- 23:42too. Okay, so I just showed you what the
- 23:44number one Claude AI second income for
- 23:46people over 50 actually is, what to
- 23:48teach, where to do it, how the money
- 23:49reaches you, why you only lose if you
- 23:51quit, and the part that everybody gets
- 23:53wrong. Get those down and your chances
- 23:54of building that second income go way,
- 23:56way up. Now, I know 99% of you are going
- 23:59to take this information and run with
- 24:01it. We'll never work together one-on-one
- 24:03and that is completely fine. I always
- 24:04like to give way more value than I
- 24:06receive, and that's why I'm giving away
- 24:07the niche validator tool for free this
- 24:09week. Link's in the description and the

- 24:25the 1% or maybe 0.1% of you out there
- 24:27who are watching this video who want
- 24:29your hand held all the way from
- 24:31beginning to end. Right? Maybe you're a
- 24:32complete beginner or you're a failed
- 24:34YouTuber or you tried this before and
- 24:35you got nothing, just like the people
- 24:37that I showed you earlier. Or maybe
- 24:38you're a professional who wants a second
- 24:40income and you're not sure YouTube is
- 24:41the thing that gets you there, just like
- 24:43Nurse Jen who started with zero
- 24:44experience and she said she hadn't even
- 24:45dipped her toe into YouTube yet and
- 24:47you're looking for a second income so
- 24:47you don't have to rely on your job, then

- 24:58together or not. And if we are, we'll
- 24:59build a plan to get you there fast. With
