THE ART OF SPEAKING: How to Master Your Voice? The Spy Technique To Speak With Confidence — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Fast speech is anxiety, desperation, and
- 0:04insecurity. Slow it down. Take some
- 0:07poses. When the person sends you the
- 0:11strong negativity verbally, you can take
- 0:14this power and send it back to him. If
- 0:17somebody doesn't like you, it's not your
- 0:19problem. Do not care about what other
- 0:22people say. This is the power inside of
- 0:26you. The tone of voice that makes any
- 0:29man fall in love with you.
- 0:33Speak to be remembered. You don't need
- 0:35to be the most beautiful or to dress
- 0:39according to the last collection of
- 0:41fashion brands. All you need to do is to
- 0:44learn how to speak in the right way with
- 0:48the right temper of your voice. When you
- 0:51speak fast and when you speak on a high
- 0:54note, it looks like a desperation or you
- 0:58have an anxiety.
- 1:00Spies never do this. They speak slow
- 1:05and on the
- 1:07lower temper of the voice
- 1:10so you can digest and analyze and
- 1:13understand every word they say. Fast
- 1:17speech is anxiety, desperation, and
- 1:21insecurity.
- 1:23Women sometimes sound apologetic.
- 1:27Where spies, they sound like authority.
- 1:31In the spy school, we were taught how to
- 1:34speak with our target with the right
- 1:36tone, with the right timber. The voice
- 1:40should come not from your lungs, but
- 1:42from your belly. And I will give you
- 1:44some techniques here which you can
- 1:47practice and you will see it yourself.
- 1:50So here is a quick exercise that you can
- 1:53do at home where try to be in the place
- 1:58where nobody will distract you.
- 2:01Put your hand into your belly and
- 2:05another hand into your lungs.
- 2:08Breathe in.
- 2:10And when you breathe out, say this
- 2:12voice.
- 2:15One more time.
- 2:18Hana.
- 2:20And one more time.
- 2:23Hana.
- 2:25And then you can talk with this voice to
- 2:28your target. And believe me, they would
- 2:31definitely like your voice. Do you like
- 2:33my voice? Now when you don't raise it on
- 2:36a high tone, you put it down. It's sort
- 2:39of voice that you just had an orgasm and
- 2:43you're still in this beautiful
- 2:47sexual energy where you're just enjoying
- 2:51yourself and you're just slow and
- 2:55magnetic and you're just feeling the
- 2:58great.
- 3:00Try it. Also, when you talk, don't talk
- 3:03too fast to your target. take some poses
- 3:07because when you take some poses first
- 3:10of all it gives you time to think about
- 3:12your next sentence
- 3:15and also it gives you power. So your
- 3:18target can also estimate
- 3:22your confident level and also digest
- 3:25what you're saying especially when you
- 3:28need to deliver important information of
- 3:32what he needs to do next. Let me tell
- 3:35you one great technique
- 3:39which you can use in a dialogue with
- 3:42anyone including your target for love,
- 3:48target for the business, for job, for
- 3:51anything.
- 3:54For example, you go to your first job
- 3:56interview.
- 3:59Before, of course, you do your research,
- 4:02you observe everything. But when you
- 4:05start a conversation with anyone, first
- 4:07thing you need to do is to listen and
- 4:11collect these key words which your
- 4:14target is saying. For example,
- 4:18your target is usually use words like
- 4:21amazing, that was awesome,
- 4:24you know, I love it. What you can do
- 4:28when you need to talk, you implement
- 4:30this words exactly this words into your
- 4:34answer. Yes, it was amazing. Well, but I
- 4:37don't know. Do you know this? Yeah, you
- 4:39know how does it work, right? What does
- 4:42it mean? You mirroring not just the body
- 4:45language of your target but you're
- 4:47mirroring also his keywords and we all
- 4:52have keywords.
- 4:53Somebody have like swear words and you
- 4:56can also implement them why not to be at
- 4:59the same level. So you make yourself on
- 5:03the same level with your target and you
- 5:06use exactly the same words in the
- 5:09conversation if you want to be heard.
- 5:12It's better to slow down your speech
- 5:18and the most important look into the
- 5:20eyes of the person you're speaking with.
- 5:24Slow it down. Take some poses.
- 5:28This will bring confidence and strength
- 5:30into your conversation.
- 5:33And I would tell you people around you
- 5:35would listen to even more precisely.
- 5:38Also, when you don't scream too much to
- 5:42like to be very loud and you speak a
- 5:46little bit slower, people will try to
- 5:49listen to you more and they will come to
- 5:52you closer, which means that they are
- 5:55interested. The brain would send the
- 5:59signal that okay, I would like to listen
- 6:02this person. I need to come closer. So
- 6:05it's a confirmation for your brain
- 6:08target that you are interesting
- 6:12person and you need to and he needs to
- 6:14know more.
- 6:16What to do if somebody tries to put you
- 6:19down in conversation or gives you
- 6:22negative comments or just try to put you
- 6:26into this negative mood? What do you do
- 6:30or try to provoke you? Would you go
- 6:34ahead and verbally fight and argue with
- 6:37this person trying to
- 6:40be the best or trying to prove yourself?
- 6:45No, you don't want to do it. Spies would
- 6:47never do it.
- 6:49If you hear a negative comment,
- 6:53behave like a spy.
- 6:55You can answer either with a joke,
- 6:58either you can just
- 7:01become silent
- 7:03and you can say okay next question
- 7:07or you can just play with this person.
- 7:11This uh technique calls iikido. When the
- 7:14person sends you the strong negativity
- 7:18verbally,
- 7:19you can take this power and send it back
- 7:22to him. For example, he says, "Well,
- 7:26yeah, you know, you claim that you're a
- 7:29former spy, but is there any other
- 7:32evidences? How would you prove it?" If I
- 7:35would say, "Well, you know, I can give
- 7:39you my certificates from the spy school
- 7:41and I can provide here my documentation
- 7:43about my like, you know, archive
- 7:45certificates that I was there as an
- 7:47agent for certain years." And I also can
- 7:51ask my former colleagues to call you and
- 7:54prove that I come on nobody like I mean
- 7:57spies don't do it. I would never do and
- 7:59try to like you know um try to confirm
- 8:04it. What I usually say, I usually say,
- 8:09well, it's your right, believe me or
- 8:10not. But maybe before you judge me or
- 8:14judge my story or judge my conversation,
- 8:17maybe you should go and listen to the
- 8:18podcast to die for, which is memoir
- 8:21podcast, and you can make your own
- 8:24decision. Am I real or not? So do your
- 8:29own research before you blame me or like
- 8:32accuse me with anything. Right? So, I
- 8:36replied very politely
- 8:38if somebody would tell me this kind of
- 8:41like negative
- 8:43questions in order me to fail and try to
- 8:48prove myself. This works for everything.
- 8:52Don't try to
- 8:55Don't try too hard to prove yourself. Be
- 8:58confident who you are. You're already
- 9:01this person. You just need to put a
- 9:05little bit more skills, improve a little
- 9:08bit yourself, but you're already the
- 9:09best. You're already enough. If somebody
- 9:12doesn't like you, it's not your problem.
- 9:14You know what Choko Chanel said? She
- 9:17said, "People speak about me or they say
- 9:20about me something, I don't care because
- 9:22I don't think about them at all."
- 9:24Concentrate on your goals. Concentrate
- 9:27on you. and do not care about what other
- 9:31people say. This is the power inside of
- 9:35you.
- 9:36So, good luck, dear guys. And uh if you
- 9:40have any questions, please drop the
- 9:43comment below. Or if you would like to
