  1. 0:00Rock and roll.
  2. 0:00>> Hey,
  3. 0:01my name's Gabriel. I sell solar. I also
  4. 0:03have a personal brand that helps
  5. 0:05Christian men be better.
  6. 0:06I have no plan to monetize this at this
  7. 0:08point. Just simply help people find
  8. 0:10Jesus and their goal is to gain a
  9. 0:12following at this time.
  10. 0:13Um question is on organic content.
  11. 0:18That's our biggest constraint.
  12. 0:20We are putting out 350 to 400 pieces of
  13. 0:22content a month. For solar? For also for
  14. 0:25solar. This is about the personal brand.
  15. 0:27>> Okay.
  16. 0:27>> Um for solar with paid ads, it's easy.
  17. 0:30We just run the 10 hooks. We run
  18. 0:33>> this framework?
  19. 0:36>> Yeah. So, the question is how do you
  20. 0:38split test organic
  21. 0:39content for different platforms, Meta,
  22. 0:42TikTok,
  23. 0:43etc.
  24. 0:44>> How do you split test organic content?
  25. 0:47>> Yeah, like you would for the ads where
  26. 0:48you do the 10 hooks, three bodies,
  27. 0:50different CTAs, let the algorithm tell
  28. 0:52you what's up when you spend money
  29. 0:53behind it. How do you implement that
  30. 0:55into organic?
  31. 0:56>> Uh you you you don't.
  32. 0:59Uh you just make 10 pieces of content.
  33. 1:02And if you think something was really
  34. 1:03good and it bombed, you can re-edit it
  35. 1:05with a new hook. Um but it would be
  36. 1:08weird if Imagine Imagine if you had a
  37. 1:09page and you saw
  38. 1:1110 hooks for the same piece of content.
  39. 1:13It would be kind of odd. And so, um
  40. 1:16obviously you uh not YouTube, Instagram
  41. 1:18has the trial reels and whatnot, which
  42. 1:20is an interesting new function. But
  43. 1:22every person up to this point in human
  44. 1:24history of social media has not had that
  45. 1:26function. And so, um it's usually just a
  46. 1:30a gross and disgusting amount of volume
  47. 1:32for an unending period of time.
  48. 1:35I'm being super real.
  49. 1:36>> I assume that was the answer genuinely.
  50. 1:38>> Yeah, that is the answer. And um
  51. 1:41that disgusting amount of volume, the
  52. 1:43learning process is this. We make call
  53. 1:46it 100 pieces of content.
  54. 1:48And then we look back at which ones did
  55. 1:50well. And we try and point out what was
  56. 1:53different about those compared to the
  57. 1:54ones that did do well.
  58. 1:56Then the next 100, we say, "Let's add
  59. 1:58two points to our checklist and do these
  60. 2:00extra two points for the next 100
  61. 2:01videos."
  62. 2:03And fundamentally, that is how we've
  63. 2:04continued to make content. So, like our
  64. 2:06long-form YouTube videos have massive
  65. 2:08checklists of just like, "Okay, we have
  66. 2:10to do this like
  67. 2:11whenever Alex is about to enter a story,
  68. 2:13this is what we have to do visually. Uh
  69. 2:15you know, this like obviously the intro
  70. 2:16is super super important for long-form.
  71. 2:19Um but
  72. 2:20I just like we're saying better and and
  73. 2:23more, that accordion I would see say is
  74. 2:26a consistent theme across all content
  75. 2:29creators that I've met, which is like in
  76. 2:31the beginning you just do a ton and then
  77. 2:33you're like, "Okay, this if I just like
  78. 2:35this video got 100,000 and the other 10
  79. 2:37videos got like 500 video views." You're
  80. 2:41like,
  81. 2:42"Okay, if I just spent a little bit more
  82. 2:44time, instead of making 10 made three,
  83. 2:46I'll bet you I could get like 10,000
  84. 2:48views per." And then you start doing
  85. 2:49that and you get good at that and you're
  86. 2:51like, "I could probably go from three to
  87. 2:5210 of these." And then you do 10 of
  88. 2:54those. And then as you do 10, you're
  89. 2:56like, "You know what, man? These ones
  90. 2:57popped off. I'll bet you if I spent a
  91. 2:58little bit more time." Right? And so you
  92. 2:59just keep going back and forth between
  93. 3:01better and more and it's a very normal
  94. 3:03cadence. I will give you one um final
  95. 3:05thing because I know that you're not the
  96. 3:07only content creator here.
  97. 3:08Um
  98. 3:10There's a lot of mythology around
  99. 3:12content and volume, which is like
  100. 3:14Instagram can only take two posts a day
  101. 3:16or Tik Tok maxes out at four or at 2:00
  102. 3:18and 6:00 like
  103. 3:21don't worry about it.
  104. 3:23Don't worry about it.
  105. 3:24One of the biggest Instagram accounts
  106. 3:26right now is a Bollywood account. They
  107. 3:28post 100 times a day. They get 9 billion
  108. 3:30views a month.
  109. 3:32100 posts a day.
  110. 3:35You're just not doing enough.
  111. 3:37And so now I used to like be so or like,
  112. 3:38"Okay, let's make sure they're you know,
  113. 3:4012 hours spaced out." Like I'll post one
  114. 3:42and 30 minutes later I'll post something
  115. 3:43else and I'll post it again. I It
  116. 3:44doesn't matter. Thing is this, 1% of
  117. 3:46your audience is seeing it anyways. So,
  118. 3:47they'll just push it to somebody else.
  119. 3:49The content is incentivized to
  120. 3:50distribute your content. Sorry, the
  121. 3:51platform is incentivized to distribute
  122. 3:53the content to people who find it
  123. 3:54valuable. So, just give them more stuff
  124. 3:55to distribute.
  125. 3:57>> Just go crazy on the input.
  126. 3:59>> Yes.
  127. 3:59>> Cool.
  128. 4:04>> Just real. It's a lot of volume. If
  129. 4:06you're not getting as many leads as you
  130. 4:07want and your business is demand
  131. 4:08constrained, [music]
  132. 4:09meaning you could service more customers
  133. 4:11than you currently have, then this is
  134. 4:13for you. So, marketing is changing and I
  135. 4:15think ACQ tends [music] to be on the
  136. 4:16bleeding edge of the stuff. We certainly
  137. 4:18spend the money
  138. 4:19to do it. We also build custom software
  139. 4:21and we pay amazing vendors and very
  140. 4:22expensive people to figure out the
  141. 4:24system that we have right now and I want
  142. 4:25to share it with you kind of open kimono
  143. 4:26style. If you're not getting as many
  144. 4:27leads as you want,
  145. 4:29boy, do I have the thing for you. Click
  146. 4:30below, book call, and
  147. 4:32hopefully I'll see you in Vegas.
