- 0:10will ask certain candidates to subit a
- 0:12writing sample as part of their final
- 0:15interview and usually there are two
- 0:17possible questions here either it's a
- 0:19judgment call you've made recently or
- 0:22what is the most inventive or Innovative
- 0:24thing you've done the upper limit for
- 0:27the writing assignment is around two
- 0:29pages or 8,000 characters and it is
- 0:31advised to use the use of bullet points
- 0:34also a starting point for you to
- 0:35consider will be the structure it in the
- 0:36Star Format even if that's not mandatory
- 0:39the best writing samples I've seen score
- 0:41high on Clarity of thought and flow okay
- 0:44so a good idea is to ask a friend to
- 0:46review it ideally not someone who's in
- 0:47similar role and to ask if they
- 0:49understood it from the first time they
- 0:51went over it usually the most timec
- 0:54consuming part is not writing but
- 0:56revising it and let me just emphasize
- 0:59that your English doesn't have to be
- 1:01perfect it just has to be you CH GPT can
- 1:03at best help you to rename a few
- 1:05keywords here and there and it is a good
- 1:07idea to spell check it any major editor
- 1:09will suffice content wise tries to be as
- 1:12specific as possible with all the
- 1:14relevant details however don't overthink
- 1:16it be sure to talk about results and
- 1:18quantify them numbers metrics and even
- 1:21Frameworks will help you to make the
- 1:22writing sample more credible and last
- 1:26but not least you don't have to wait
- 1:27until the day before your interview to
- 1:29submit it
