  1. 0:00I currently have five clients paying me
  2. 0:02anywhere between 1,200 and 2,000 dollars
  3. 0:04a month for 90 minutes of my time each,
  4. 0:07which works out to be over a thousand
  5. 0:08dollars an hour. And the service that
  6. 0:10I'm offering is dead simple. But what's
  7. 0:12interesting is the whole thing starts
  8. 0:14with a 999 dollar AI tools assessment.
  9. 0:17So in this episode, I'm walking through
  10. 0:19the full masterclass, the four phases of
  11. 0:21the assessment, the expansion menu of
  12. 0:23upsells that you can sell after the
  13. 0:25assessment, seven ways to find clients
  14. 0:27that require zero money or zero
  15. 0:29audience, and the AI concierge offer
  16. 0:32that's currently generating the highest
  17. 0:33dollar per hour of anything I've ever
  18. 0:35done. This is the full playbook. By the
  19. 0:37end of this episode, you'll be able to
  20. 0:39implement this entire business model for
  21. 0:41yourself. So let's dive in.
  22. 0:43All right, this is the full AI
  23. 0:45assessment masterclass. We're going to
  24. 0:46be going through the four phases of the
  25. 0:48assessment, the expansion menu, seven
  26. 0:50ways to sell it, and then the my
  27. 0:52favorite upsell of them all, the AI
  28. 0:54concierge upsell. So first and foremost,
  29. 0:57let's start with the AI tools
  30. 0:59assessment. So what is it first and
  31. 1:00foremost? So the AI tools assessment is
  32. 1:03where we sit down with a business owner
  33. 1:05for 45 minutes. We interview them on a
  34. 1:07Zoom call to pull out their pain points,
  35. 1:09and then we take that transcript of that
  36. 1:11call, we feed it to Claude, Claude
  37. 1:14analyzes their pain points, and then
  38. 1:16finds anywhere from three to seven
  39. 1:18off-the-shelf AI tools that the business
  40. 1:20owner can implement immediately to
  41. 1:23reclaim five to 10 hours per week or
  42. 1:25more. And then we deliver that all in a
  43. 1:26report, and then we can upsell the
  44. 1:28business owner on additional services
  45. 1:30after that. We charge 999 dollars for
  46. 1:34the AI tools assessment. So that is the
  47. 1:36business model in a nutshell, right?
  48. 1:39Now let's talk about each phase in
  49. 1:41detail. So let's talk about phase one,
  50. 1:43the discovery call. What do we say on
  51. 1:45this discovery call? How does it work?
  52. 1:47So it's a 45-minute call. You can do it
  53. 1:48on Zoom or on Google Meet. You've got to
  54. 1:51make sure you have an AI note-taker
  55. 1:52present in the call. I like to use
  56. 1:54Fathom. I think it's fathom.video. It's
  57. 1:56completely free.
  58. 1:58Now the purpose of this call is to pull
  59. 2:00out problems. All we're doing on this
  60. 2:01call is we are asking questions. We are
  61. 2:04not pitching, we are not prescribing, we
  62. 2:06are simply uncovering pain. So, the key
  63. 2:08questions to ask on this call are things
  64. 2:11like walk me through yesterday. What did
  65. 2:12you do yesterday in your job? What tasks
  66. 2:15do you dread? Where does work tend to
  67. 2:16pile up? What have you tried to automate
  68. 2:18in the past and then failed?
  69. 2:20All right, so that is all we're doing on
  70. 2:22the discovery call. We're pulling out
  71. 2:23those are those pain points and letting
  72. 2:25the AI note-taker transcribe the whole
  73. 2:28thing so that we have that transcript.
  74. 2:31Now, phase two, the AI analysis.
  75. 2:34So, during phase two, this is where and
  76. 2:36we've actually built a skill
  77. 2:39that in Claude, right, we can take the
  78. 2:41transcript, paste it into Claude, run
  79. 2:43the skill, and Claude does the full
  80. 2:46phase two for us in like 5 minutes,
  81. 2:48completely autonomously. Now, we
  82. 2:50actually give that skill to our AI
  83. 2:53Operator Academy community members. Um
  84. 2:55if you're interested in joining the
  85. 2:56community, the link's going to be in the
  86. 2:58description or in the show notes, but
  87. 3:01you could just prompt Claude yourself to
  88. 3:04uh to do this for you, right? It's going
  89. 3:05to take a little more time, and you're
  90. 3:07going to have to be a little more
  91. 3:08precise with your prompt. So, you could
  92. 3:10create a prompt, turn it into a skill,
  93. 3:12but at the end of the day, all we're
  94. 3:14doing is we're having Claude go out
  95. 3:15there and find, like I said, three to
  96. 3:17seven tools that fix the pain points
  97. 3:21that we identified from the discovery
  98. 3:23call. So, uh during this analysis step,
  99. 3:26Claude is going to pull out the actual
  100. 3:27pain points from the transcript, then go
  101. 3:29find the tools that fix those pain
  102. 3:31points, right? Claude is going to be
  103. 3:32able to catch patterns that you might
  104. 3:34have missed during the actual call
  105. 3:36itself.
  106. 3:38So,
  107. 3:39it's going to pull out those tool It's
  108. 3:40going to go and find those tools, and
  109. 3:42for the tools that it finds, sometimes
  110. 3:44you might find that it's not perfect,
  111. 3:46right? It might prescribe a tool that
  112. 3:48you don't agree with or you don't feel
  113. 3:50is a good fit. So, anytime that's the
  114. 3:52case, I like to go to a website called
  115. 3:55futurepedia.io
  116. 3:57or there's an AI for that.com.
  117. 4:00These are both big AI tools directories
  118. 4:04that have thousands of AI tools and
  119. 4:06they're geared they're uh
  120. 4:08grouped by industry.
  121. 4:10So, you can go and search for any tools
  122. 4:12that you might need to kind of fill in
  123. 4:14the gaps or anything that Claude
  124. 4:15couldn't find you. So, those are two
  125. 4:17really important websites for filling in
  126. 4:19the gaps of phase two. So, bottom line
  127. 4:21by the end of phase two, you're going to
  128. 4:23have three to seven tools that fix the
  129. 4:25pain points that you uncovered from
  130. 4:27phase one.
  131. 4:29All right. Now, phase three is the
  132. 4:31actual report. So, this is the
  133. 4:34deliverable that we show clients that uh
  134. 4:37includes all of our prescriptions, all
  135. 4:40of the tools that we found in phase two.
  136. 4:43And I'm going to show you guys in a
  137. 4:44second what the design template actually
  138. 4:46looks like, but at the end of the day,
  139. 4:47it just includes a few simple sections.
  140. 4:49We've got an executive summary, uh an
  141. 4:52effort versus impact matrix, the exact
  142. 4:55tool recommendations that we found in
  143. 4:57step two, a four-day quick win start
  144. 5:00plan, and the financial impact to their
  145. 5:02business. So, I'll show you guys exactly
  146. 5:04what that template looks like here in a
  147. 5:05second.
  148. 5:07All right. So, here's the actual report
  149. 5:10template that we fill in and give to
  150. 5:12clients. So, and you guys actually you
  151. 5:14can download this template completely
  152. 5:16free at audittemplate.ai.
  153. 5:19It's also going to be in the description
  154. 5:20and in the show notes. Uh I've
  155. 5:22open-sourced this template so you guys
  156. 5:23can go and plug and play and use it for
  157. 5:25your clients.
  158. 5:26But, at the end of the day, it's pretty
  159. 5:27simple, right? It's just nine slides. We
  160. 5:29got a a title slide, executive summary
  161. 5:32where we quantify the pain, the outcome,
  162. 5:34the primary focus, and the hours they
  163. 5:36can reclaim each week. Then, this is the
  164. 5:38effort versus impact matrix that we
  165. 5:40talked about. These are the quick wins
  166. 5:42where we just kind of very quickly
  167. 5:44summarize the quick wins.
  168. 5:46Recommended solution. So, this is where
  169. 5:48we lay out all the tools that we're
  170. 5:49prescribing.
  171. 5:50Four-day quick wins plan, the what comes
  172. 5:53after quick wins, which is where we kind
  173. 5:55of tee up any upsell opportunities for
  174. 5:57the client, and then the financial
  175. 5:59impact slide. Monthly net ROI, weekly
  176. 6:01time returned, total monthly tool cost,
  177. 6:04and then next steps, which is where we
  178. 6:06have a call to action button for them to
  179. 6:08schedule their review call, which is
  180. 6:10actually part four of the entire
  181. 6:14playbook. So, again, that's a report,
  182. 6:16pretty simple, and on phase four, that
  183. 6:19is where we schedule the review call,
  184. 6:21where we walk through the report with
  185. 6:23them in like a screen share format. So,
  186. 6:26we get on another call with the client,
  187. 6:28and we're screen sharing the report,
  188. 6:30right? We're walking through it and
  189. 6:31saying, "Hey, you had this pain point,
  190. 6:33well, this tool can solve it, and this
  191. 6:35is how much it costs, and this is how
  192. 6:37you set it up." We walk through each
  193. 6:39recommendation one by one, and then we
  194. 6:41ask some very important closing
  195. 6:43questions. Things like, "Well, which of
  196. 6:45these is the most urgent for you to
  197. 6:46implement right now? Do you want to do
  198. 6:48it yourself, or do you want help? And
  199. 6:50then what is your timeline for
  200. 6:51implementation?" Guys, 50 to 60% of the
  201. 6:54time they are going to want your help in
  202. 6:57implementing what you would prescribe to
  203. 7:00them, right? They're going to say, "This
  204. 7:01is great, but hey, I'm a business owner,
  205. 7:03I'm busy, I'm working 50-60 hours a
  206. 7:05week. I actually don't have time to
  207. 7:07implement this. Can I just pay you to
  208. 7:09help me do it?"
  209. 7:10And that is where we go next, right? So,
  210. 7:12that leads us in to the next part of the
  211. 7:16playbook, which is the expansion menu,
  212. 7:18right? That's where we say like $999 for
  213. 7:21the report, that's just the front door.
  214. 7:23Where we really make our money is in the
  215. 7:26expansion menu,
  216. 7:27and an AI concierge, which we will talk
  217. 7:30about towards the end of the episode.
  218. 7:32So, what's on the expansion menu? What
  219. 7:34can we sell them after we've uh sold
  220. 7:36them the assessment? So, for one, we can
  221. 7:39do a process redesign, right? This is
  222. 7:42where we look at a current process in
  223. 7:44their business and then we map it to
  224. 7:46what the ideal future state looks like.
  225. 7:49So, this is a real service. We've sold
  226. 7:50this anywhere from 3,000 3,500 dollars.
  227. 7:53For example, we had a client who was an
  228. 7:56e-commerce seller who had an advertising
  229. 7:59workflow that took them about 10 hours
  230. 8:00per week and we charged them 3,500
  231. 8:03dollars to look at the process as it is
  232. 8:05today and literally just optimize the
  233. 8:08process. Say, "Hey, right now the
  234. 8:10process is 18 steps. Here's what it
  235. 8:13would look like in a perfect world and
  236. 8:15it would be nine steps." So, we charge,
  237. 8:18like I said, 3,500 dollars for that and
  238. 8:20we didn't even automate anything. We
  239. 8:22didn't even implement AI. We just fixed
  240. 8:25the broken process first and then to
  241. 8:27automate that is a separate project,
  242. 8:30right? So, you can charge a lot of money
  243. 8:32to just simply fix people's broken
  244. 8:34processes. So, that's a great upsell
  245. 8:36that comes from the assessment.
  246. 8:39Next, we can sell this as a simple
  247. 8:40automation build. Something like, you
  248. 8:42know, a Zapier automation or a make.com
  249. 8:44workflow.
  250. 8:46This is usually best for just like a
  251. 8:48simple process that a business owner has
  252. 8:50that it's very clear, you know, that
  253. 8:52there's a simple input, there's a simple
  254. 8:54output, they're doing it manually and
  255. 8:56they need to automate it. So, those are
  256. 8:58you can charge, you know, 1 to 3K,
  257. 9:00sometimes 5, 6, 7K depending on the
  258. 9:03complexity, but a lot of times these are
  259. 9:05just a simple Zapier or make.com
  260. 9:08workflow automation build.
  261. 9:10Next, you've got things like knowledge
  262. 9:12systems. So, these are some of my
  263. 9:14favorite things to sell. This could be
  264. 9:16something like a second brain for a
  265. 9:18client. This could be something like a
  266. 9:21custom GPT. A great example of this is
  267. 9:24we've got a client who's a business
  268. 9:25broker and every time he lists a
  269. 9:29business for sale, he gets like 400
  270. 9:30emails from people who are interested in
  271. 9:33buying that business.
  272. 9:35And he was like, "Man, I wish I had like
  273. 9:37AI that they could just talk to to get
  274. 9:39answers to their questions cuz every
  275. 9:41time it's the same five questions that
  276. 9:43he's getting asked. So what we did is we
  277. 9:45built him a custom GPT trained on the
  278. 9:48marketing package for that for that
  279. 9:50listing. And so instead of giving out
  280. 9:52his email to interested buyers, he gave
  281. 9:54them a link to the custom GPT. And they
  282. 9:57loved it, right? Both the seller of the
  283. 9:59business and the potential buyers both
  284. 10:02gave him feedback that it was the best
  285. 10:04experience they've had with a broker.
  286. 10:07Because now they don't have to wait on a
  287. 10:08response from him. They can get their
  288. 10:09response immediately from the custom
  289. 10:11GPT. So that's a really good example of
  290. 10:14a knowledge system and we charge three
  291. 10:15grand for that.
  292. 10:17Next is a custom workflow. So this is
  293. 10:19where you could kind of mix and match
  294. 10:21things from the rest of the menu. So
  295. 10:23this could be like a prompt pack, a
  296. 10:25skill pack, templates, a Zapier build
  297. 10:28all in one, right? These are custom
  298. 10:30workflows. Usually it's going to be like
  299. 10:32a set of Claude skills that you build
  300. 10:34for the business owner. And depending on
  301. 10:37how much time it saves them, you can
  302. 10:39charge at least three to five K,
  303. 10:40sometimes more.
  304. 10:43Lastly would be a full implementation.
  305. 10:45So that is where you're combining, you
  306. 10:46know, most of if not all of the previous
  307. 10:50pieces of the expansion menu into more
  308. 10:53of a full implementation that you can
  309. 10:55charge anywhere from five to 10 K or
  310. 10:57more for. And you might be building them
  311. 10:59a custom AI agent, like a Hermes agent.
  312. 11:01Or you might be automating an entire
  313. 11:04customer onboarding workflow for an
  314. 11:05agency, for example. You can easily
  315. 11:08charge five to 10 K or more for that
  316. 11:10full automation.
  317. 11:12All right, now let's talk about how to
  318. 11:13sell it because that's everybody's
  319. 11:15biggest bottleneck. It's like, okay, I
  320. 11:16know I know how to build, I know what to
  321. 11:18say, but I don't know how to sell it. So
  322. 11:20there's seven ways that we can sell
  323. 11:23these automations or these builds or
  324. 11:25whatever you want to call them that
  325. 11:26don't require any money, they don't
  326. 11:28require you having an audience, they
  327. 11:30just require a little bit of hustle and
  328. 11:32grit. So, first and foremost is hosting
  329. 11:34an AI meetup, right? This is something
  330. 11:36I'm doing every month in Q3 here locally
  331. 11:39in Charlotte.
  332. 11:41It's where you go to a local co-working
  333. 11:43space, you partner with them, or you pay
  334. 11:45them a little bit of money to be able to
  335. 11:46rent their space, and you host a local
  336. 11:49AI for business meetup. And at this
  337. 11:52meetup, you simply spend 20 minutes
  338. 11:54teaching about one specific topic.
  339. 11:57Usually, it's just how do I use Claude?
  340. 11:59How do I use Claude co-work, right? And
  341. 12:01then you get people's contact
  342. 12:03information at the door, and you follow
  343. 12:05up with them within 24 hours and offer a
  344. 12:08free mini AI assessment, and then upsell
  345. 12:11them on the full assessment from there.
  346. 12:13So, this is a method that takes a little
  347. 12:15bit of time to compound. Really, in
  348. 12:17month one are you going to get a client?
  349. 12:19Maybe, maybe not. But by month three,
  350. 12:22five, six, etc., you will have
  351. 12:25established a really good local network.
  352. 12:27You'll get a lot of leads from this, and
  353. 12:28you will be the go-to person that people
  354. 12:30think of when they think of AI because
  355. 12:32you're the host of the meetup.
  356. 12:34Next is to door knock local businesses.
  357. 12:37I had a guy DM me on Instagram recently
  358. 12:40talking about how he went up inside to
  359. 12:4330 different local businesses in his
  360. 12:45town and did exactly what I said
  361. 12:48earlier. He pitched them on a free mini
  362. 12:50AI assessment, and of those 30, he set
  363. 12:54up five meetings, and of those five
  364. 12:56meetings, two of those people became
  365. 12:57clients. So, this is like old school.
  366. 13:00Nobody wants to do it. Most people are
  367. 13:02too afraid to do it. But if you need a
  368. 13:04client today or this week, this is the
  369. 13:07way to do it. Go knock on the door by
  370. 13:09going into a local business, asking to
  371. 13:10talk to the owner, ask to talk to the
  372. 13:12manager, and offer them a free 15-minute
  373. 13:16AI assessment, and then upsell them into
  374. 13:17the full one.
  375. 13:20Third, LinkedIn DMs, right? Another one
  376. 13:22that's pretty simple that anyone can do.
  377. 13:25You're just going to target CEOs or
  378. 13:27entrepreneurs who have anywhere from 10
  379. 13:29to 50 employees. You're going to look
  380. 13:31for people in your local area on
  381. 13:33LinkedIn, and you're going to simply ask
  382. 13:35about their pain points and ask about
  383. 13:37how they're using AI. We're not going to
  384. 13:38pitch in the first message. We're just
  385. 13:41probing to get a feel for how are they
  386. 13:43using AI today. If we send 20 DMs a day
  387. 13:47for 30 days, we are 100%
  388. 13:50going to schedule meetings. That is a
  389. 13:51guarantee. And again, the key is asking
  390. 13:54about pain. We're not pitching. And
  391. 13:55again, we can offer the free mini
  392. 13:57assessment as a lead magnet to get them
  393. 14:00on the hook and get them on a call to
  394. 14:01then upsell them the full assessment.
  395. 14:05Next is free audits, right? Free
  396. 14:08assessments. Exactly what I was saying
  397. 14:09for all the other methods, really this
  398. 14:11is the method you should start with
  399. 14:13because we're reaching out to our
  400. 14:15existing network. So, this is where we
  401. 14:17are sending text messages to 10, 15, 20
  402. 14:20people that we already know, that
  403. 14:22already know us, that we know are
  404. 14:24business owners either from church, or
  405. 14:26from the gym, or from the kids' school,
  406. 14:28or wherever. We're sending them text
  407. 14:30messages saying, "Hey, I'm offering free
  408. 14:33AI assessments. It's a 15-minute
  409. 14:35assessment where we uncover one
  410. 14:38bottleneck in your business. If it
  411. 14:40works, if you like it, I'd love to get a
  412. 14:42testimonial and I'd love to talk to you
  413. 14:43about the full paid assessment. Are you
  414. 14:45interested?" That's all we're doing
  415. 14:47here. Super simple. You're going to get
  416. 14:49a couple of deals from that.
  417. 14:51Five is agency partners. So, going out
  418. 14:54there and finding, you know, the
  419. 14:55coaches, or the agencies, the
  420. 14:56accountants, the CPAs, the attorneys,
  421. 14:59the people out there who already have
  422. 15:01clients that are your ideal client, and
  423. 15:04offering to be a AI referral for them.
  424. 15:07So, think about your CPA, right? Chances
  425. 15:09are your CPA has 50 or 100 clients. All
  426. 15:14of those clients want to know more about
  427. 15:15AI. And they're You bet they're asking
  428. 15:17your CPA about AI, and he doesn't know
  429. 15:20how to answer. So, if you go to him and
  430. 15:22say, "Hey, whenever your clients have
  431. 15:23questions about AI, send them to me. I'm
  432. 15:25happy to help." You can become the AI
  433. 15:28guy for your other professionals in your
  434. 15:30life, and then you can create a really
  435. 15:33good mutually beneficial referral
  436. 15:35relationship there. If you end up doing
  437. 15:37business with any of their clients, you
  438. 15:39kick them back 10%. It's that simple.
  439. 15:43Next is office hours. So, this is where
  440. 15:45you approach a local co-working space,
  441. 15:49and you offer to host a free weekly AI
  442. 15:52office hours at the co-working space.
  443. 15:54Now, this is hugely beneficial to both
  444. 15:56you and the co-working space, because
  445. 15:58the co-working space gets a free AI
  446. 16:01workshop for their tenants, so it's a
  447. 16:03huge value add for people that are
  448. 16:05already there and people that are
  449. 16:06considering paying to be a part of that
  450. 16:08co-working space, and it's a huge
  451. 16:10benefit to you because you get a captive
  452. 16:13audience of people who are interested in
  453. 16:15AI, who are already business owners, in
  454. 16:18person, that trust you because they're
  455. 16:19in person with you, and you can turn
  456. 16:21those people into paying clients. In
  457. 16:23fact, we had a guy we have a guy in our
  458. 16:26AI Operator Academy community named
  459. 16:28Dennis, who did his very first free AI
  460. 16:31office hours at a co-working space this
  461. 16:34week. He posted a picture in the
  462. 16:36community. He had about nine people show
  463. 16:38up, and two of those people turned into
  464. 16:40warm leads that he has follow-up calls
  465. 16:43with, and he very will very likely will
  466. 16:45turn them into paying clients. All
  467. 16:47because he contacted a
  468. 16:49a co-working space, pitched them on
  469. 16:51doing a free AI office hours. Him and
  470. 16:54his brother showed up and educated the
  471. 16:55room for an hour, and he got two really
  472. 16:58qualified leads out of it, and they're
  473. 16:59going to turn into deals.
  474. 17:01Now, the last one is post your wins,
  475. 17:04right? This is one that a lot of people
  476. 17:06are afraid to post their wins. They
  477. 17:08think that they're bragging, or they
  478. 17:09think that nobody cares, or they think
  479. 17:11that, you know, it's arrogant, but it's
  480. 17:13really not. If you get a win for for
  481. 17:15client, or even if you just answer
  482. 17:17somebody's question about AI. Like it
  483. 17:19could be that simple. Screenshot the
  484. 17:21text message with permission, of course,
  485. 17:23post it on LinkedIn and say, "Hey, my
  486. 17:25friend Dave had this question about how
  487. 17:27to use Claude CoWork. This is the answer
  488. 17:29that I gave him. I'm sure a lot of other
  489. 17:31people have that same question. Hope
  490. 17:32this helps." It can be that simple,
  491. 17:35right? Simply documenting your results,
  492. 17:37posting your wins as much as you can. I
  493. 17:39understand if you're early on, three to
  494. 17:41five times a week might be a stretch
  495. 17:43because you don't have that many wins.
  496. 17:45The bottom line is whenever you get a
  497. 17:47win, post about it. And do that for 90
  498. 17:50days, and you're going to be top of mind
  499. 17:52in the minds of your ideal prospect. And
  500. 17:55when it's time for them to hire somebody
  501. 17:57for AI, or it's time for them to want to
  502. 17:59learn about AI, you're going to be the
  503. 18:01first person that comes to mind.
  504. 18:03All right. So, all of that is great, but
  505. 18:05what I think is the very, very best part
  506. 18:07of this entire video and of this entire
  507. 18:09process is the AI concierge offer. This
  508. 18:12is my very favorite thing to upsell
  509. 18:15after a paid assessment, even more so
  510. 18:17than everything on the expansion menu.
  511. 18:20So, what is AI concierge? This is a
  512. 18:22done-with-you consulting offer, right?
  513. 18:25So, this is a a monthly retainer. This
  514. 18:27is monthly recurring revenue, where we
  515. 18:30sit down with the business owner for two
  516. 18:3345-minute calls per month.
  517. 18:35And they share their screen, and we are
  518. 18:37literally helping them implement AI,
  519. 18:40build Claude skills to automate some of
  520. 18:43the tasks that are in their business.
  521. 18:45And again, this is done-with-you. We're
  522. 18:47not having to build some fancy
  523. 18:48automation. We're not having to go off
  524. 18:50and spend 6 hours on a weekend building
  525. 18:52like a Zapier flow. We're doing two
  526. 18:5445-minute calls a month. That's it.
  527. 18:56That's the whole deliverable.
  528. 18:58In between calls, we are giving them
  529. 19:00unlimited access to us via Voxer, which
  530. 19:03is a walkie-talkie app.
  531. 19:06And what you'll find is that nobody even
  532. 19:08hits you up on Voxer, right? It is a
  533. 19:10high-perceived value. The client sees
  534. 19:13unlimited access and they're like, "Oh,
  535. 19:14this is great. I can call Corey whenever
  536. 19:16I need to help me with any AI problems."
  537. 19:19Realistically, nobody ever calls. I've
  538. 19:21been doing this for 3 months. I have
  539. 19:23five AI concierge clients. I have gotten
  540. 19:25a grand total of four Voxer messages and
  541. 19:30only from two clients. Three of the
  542. 19:32clients have literally never even hit me
  543. 19:33up on Voxer. So, it's a very high
  544. 19:35perceived value, but uh nobody ever
  545. 19:38really uses it even though they can and
  546. 19:39they should.
  547. 19:41Right? And we promise a 12-business-hour
  548. 19:43response time. So, it's like, "Hey, if
  549. 19:45you hit me up on Voxer, I will respond
  550. 19:47in 12 business hours or less."
  551. 19:50Now, when you're charging $1,200 a month
  552. 19:53for two 45-minute calls, really your
  553. 19:56hourly rate is about $750 per hour. When
  554. 19:59you're charging $1,500 a month, your
  555. 20:02hourly rate is $1,000 an hour. And when
  556. 20:05you're charging $2,000 a month, your
  557. 20:07hourly rate is about $1,250 an hour.
  558. 20:10Now, I have five clients on this offer
  559. 20:13right now. One at 1,200 a month, two at
  560. 20:161,500 a month, one at 1,800 a month, and
  561. 20:18one at 2,000 a month. So, all in all, my
  562. 20:21my blended hourly rate is like 16 or 17
  563. 20:25or sorry,
  564. 20:26$1,100 or $1,200 an hour, something like
  565. 20:28that. Uh so, this is a really high
  566. 20:31dollar per hour service that is 99.9%
  567. 20:35net margin.
  568. 20:36All right, so that is the offer. What do
  569. 20:38we cover in the actual sessions, right?
  570. 20:40What do we actually do with the client?
  571. 20:42So, on the very first call, what we do
  572. 20:45is we set them up with Claude Co-work.
  573. 20:47We onboard them to Claude Co-work. We do
  574. 20:50things like set up their context files,
  575. 20:53set up their global instructions,
  576. 20:55connect their tools, all the things that
  577. 20:57we need to do inside Claude Co-work to
  578. 20:59make the rest of our engagement together
  579. 21:0110 times more successful. We do all of
  580. 21:03that on call one. And we actually built
  581. 21:06a Claude plugin that we give to our AI
  582. 21:09operator academy community members that
  583. 21:12they can literally download, give to
  584. 21:14their clients, and it's a guided
  585. 21:15onboarding that they can walk through
  586. 21:17with their clients. So, the client runs
  587. 21:19this plugin
  588. 21:21and it literally walks them through,
  589. 21:22"Okay, here's how we build your contacts
  590. 21:24files. Here's how we generate your your
  591. 21:26your global instructions. Here's how we
  592. 21:28connect your tools." And then we are
  593. 21:30just on the call to babysit the client
  594. 21:32through that. So, our community members,
  595. 21:34we give that plugin to them. And that's
  596. 21:36what I do for my clients. I literally
  597. 21:38email them the plugin and walk through
  598. 21:40it with them on the first call.
  599. 21:43Now, for every call after that, we are
  600. 21:45literally just building skills for their
  601. 21:47existing workflows. All right? So, we
  602. 21:50are running what we call AOA, audit,
  603. 21:52optimize, automate, on all of their
  604. 21:54workflows one at a time.
  605. 21:56So, we are auditing the workflow by by
  606. 21:59saying, "Okay, hey, show me how you're
  607. 22:01doing this task today. Walk me through
  608. 22:03it." They walk me through it on screen.
  609. 22:05And then we O, we optimize, right? We
  610. 22:08cut out the fat. Usually, it's a 15-step
  611. 22:11process that only needs to be eight. So,
  612. 22:13we fix the process first, and then we A,
  613. 22:16automate, which means we just turn that
  614. 22:18into a Claude skill. So, I'm sitting
  615. 22:20there with them. They're sharing their
  616. 22:21screen inside their Claude, and I'm
  617. 22:23telling them, "You know, type this.
  618. 22:25Prompt this.
  619. 22:26Connect this tool. Make this fix."
  620. 22:28Right? We're literally just coaching
  621. 22:30them on how to use Claude Co-work. That
  622. 22:32is the entire model. That's all we do on
  623. 22:34every call.
  624. 22:36Right? And then lastly, what makes it
  625. 22:39feel premium are all the bells and
  626. 22:41whistles that we include with the offer
  627. 22:44itself. So, before we start the the the
  628. 22:47first call, we send them an onboarding
  629. 22:50form, right? This onboarding form gives
  630. 22:53us a big inventory of everything that
  631. 22:55we're going to cover during the
  632. 22:56engagement. So, it says things like,
  633. 22:59"You know, what is your biggest What
  634. 23:00would be your biggest win over 90 days
  635. 23:02for this engagement? And they might say
  636. 23:04something like, "Oh, well, if we
  637. 23:05automated XYZ task, that would be the
  638. 23:0890-day win." And they just kind of give
  639. 23:09us all their goals for this engagement,
  640. 23:12which literally turns into the road map
  641. 23:14of everything that we complete over the
  642. 23:16course of 90 days. So, that's a a
  643. 23:18questionnaire that we send them before
  644. 23:20call one.
  645. 23:21It takes them maybe 10 minutes to
  646. 23:23complete, but we can jump right into
  647. 23:25call one and hit the ground running
  648. 23:27instead of having to figure out where to
  649. 23:29start on the call. So, it just makes the
  650. 23:31engagement feel a lot more professional.
  651. 23:34Next, we give them uh actually a a
  652. 23:36one-pager in Notion that is kind of
  653. 23:39their client hub, right? So, this is
  654. 23:41where all of their client information
  655. 23:43lives. This is where their call
  656. 23:44recordings live. This is where we list
  657. 23:46out the top three takeaways from each
  658. 23:48call. This is where we list out um the
  659. 23:51action items from each call. And most
  660. 23:53importantly, where we list out an
  661. 23:55inventory of everything that we built on
  662. 23:58the call. So, inside that Notion hub, we
  663. 24:01say things like, "Okay, today we built
  664. 24:03these three context files, and we built
  665. 24:05these two skills, and we generated these
  666. 24:07global instructions." So, they can look
  667. 24:09at that Notion and be like, "Oh, wow,
  668. 24:11this is everything we built together.
  669. 24:13We're really moving the needle. This is
  670. 24:15a lot of deliverables. I'm going to keep
  671. 24:17renewing every month." Right? So, it's
  672. 24:19these little bells and whistles that we
  673. 24:20include with the engagement that make it
  674. 24:22feel premium, that make it feel worth
  675. 24:25them paying anywhere from $1,200 to
  676. 24:27$2,000 a month.
  677. 24:30So, that is the full um AI concierge and
  678. 24:34AI assessment modules in a nutshell.
  679. 24:36Again, this is in my opinion, AI
  680. 24:38assessment's best startup idea of 2026.
  681. 24:41Anybody can sell them. You don't need
  682. 24:43experience. All you're doing is asking
  683. 24:45questions and prescribing tools. It's so
  684. 24:47simple. AI concierge is a bit more
  685. 24:49advanced, but if you have that um you
  686. 24:52know, that consulting mindset and you
  687. 24:54have the ability to no-code co-work and
  688. 24:57teach it at a high level, you can easily
  689. 24:59make a thousand dollars per hour being
  690. 25:01an AI concierge.
  691. 25:03Again, if you guys want the the report
  692. 25:07template for the assessment, that's in
  693. 25:09the description in the show notes. If
  694. 25:11you guys want this full diagram here,
  695. 25:13also going to be in the description in
  696. 25:15the show notes, completely free for you
  697. 25:17guys. And if you want to learn how to do
  698. 25:19this at an even deeper level and have my
  699. 25:22support and accountability in answering
  700. 25:23all your questions and facilitating this
  701. 25:25for you, then I encourage you to join
  702. 25:27our AI operator academy community.
  703. 25:30Again, link in the description and in
  704. 25:32the show notes. Thank you so much for
  705. 25:33watching / listening, and I will be back
  706. 25:35soon.
