  1. 0:01All right, everyone. So, in this video,
  2. 0:03we're going to get right to the point
  3. 0:05and we're going to talk about what is
  4. 0:07the actual cause of autoimmune illness.
  5. 0:11So, just recently I uh recorded a video
  6. 0:15telling, I guess, an overview of my
  7. 0:18story and how I discovered um what seems
  8. 0:22to be triggering most autoimmune illness
  9. 0:24and how I've helped so many people,
  10. 0:25hundreds of different people, resolve
  11. 0:27their autoimmune illness with the same
  12. 0:29ideas and concepts. Um and how I
  13. 0:33discovered communities of people
  14. 0:34completely resolving
  15. 0:36uh severe autoimmune illnesses like
  16. 0:39multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia,
  17. 0:42lupus,
  18. 0:44um
  19. 0:44Crohn's disease, um you know, psoriasis,
  20. 0:48eczema,
  21. 0:50and you know, many, many more. You know,
  22. 0:53a lot and a lot of people, you know,
  23. 0:56they think that all of these different
  24. 0:57autoimmune conditions require different
  25. 1:00uh programs. They think that they have
  26. 1:02different causes and they're very
  27. 1:03different and blah blah blah. When the
  28. 1:05fact is the symptoms
  29. 1:08are different, but the causes and
  30. 1:11solutions are actually the same.
  31. 1:13And so,
  32. 1:14after you watch this video, where I'm
  33. 1:17going to, you know, you're going to
  34. 1:18understand why the causes are all the
  35. 1:20same.
  36. 1:21Uh and we're going to discuss the
  37. 1:23mechanisms of how it happens, right? So,
  38. 1:26here's the thing, okay?
  39. 1:28Most autoimmune conditions, okay? And a
  40. 1:31lot of other problems, right? So, like
  41. 1:33things like arthritis and uh colitis,
  42. 1:37you know, inflammatory conditions, are
  43. 1:39actually triggered by food intolerances,
  44. 1:43okay? And when I say food intolerances,
  45. 1:45I'm not talking about an allergy that
  46. 1:47can be detected with, you know, a
  47. 1:49doctor's allergy test or doctor's food
  48. 1:53intolerance test.
  49. 1:54I'm talking about something you're going
  50. 1:56to have to figure out by using the
  51. 1:58strategic elimination diet protocol. I
  52. 2:02mean, basically just eating a very basic
  53. 2:05bland diet I'm going to be laying out
  54. 2:07later in this video, right? But
  55. 2:09Um basically finding your food
  56. 2:12intolerance and removing it, okay,
  57. 2:15completely for for a while, okay?
  58. 2:20You'll probably be able to add it back
  59. 2:21in later on if you do it properly, but
  60. 2:23maybe not. You'll notice all of your
  61. 2:25symptoms go away within a week if you do
  62. 2:26this, okay?
  63. 2:28And and that's the first number one most
  64. 2:30important cause, okay?
  65. 2:33Is food intolerances, okay?
  66. 2:36Now, the second possible cause actually,
  67. 2:39and I remembered this while I was doing
  68. 2:41that last video, right? Is
  69. 2:43probably some kind of
  70. 2:47uh pathogenic bacteria or fungus or
  71. 2:50possibly a parasite in your intestine.
  72. 2:53Now, I don't like to mention that one a
  73. 2:56lot because a lot of people have um like
  74. 3:00health anxiety and they tend to nocebo
  75. 3:02themselves into developing symptoms and
  76. 3:05becoming like super health obsessed.
  77. 3:08Um
  78. 3:10hypo hypochondria. They become very
  79. 3:12strong hypochondriacs, okay?
  80. 3:15Um if you start to worry about parasites
  81. 3:18and fungus and [ __ ] right? Cuz there's
  82. 3:19a lot of woo-woo [ __ ] advice, okay?
  83. 3:24Surrounding those things, you know, when
  84. 3:25it's actually pretty simple, okay?
  85. 3:28Um but I did all sorts of things, you
  86. 3:29know, I tried parasite cleanses, I tried
  87. 3:32all sorts of [ __ ] right? And I tried a
  88. 3:34milli like a hundred different diets,
  89. 3:36right? That I've made plenty of videos
  90. 3:37about over the last what, like
  91. 3:4016 years? And in my last video that I
  92. 3:42recorded when I told the whole story, I
  93. 3:45told you all all the main diets I tried
  94. 3:48and what really helped, right? And how I
  95. 3:49came to the solution, okay? So,
  96. 3:52anyway, yeah, so let's talk about this,
  97. 3:54right? So, there's bacterial infections
  98. 3:56and candida,
  99. 3:57you know, and and and fungal infections
  100. 3:59and stuff and possible parasites.
  101. 4:02And and and especially for things like
  102. 4:04Epstein-Barr virus and other things,
  103. 4:07right?
  104. 4:08Um but most people, you know,
  105. 4:11food intolerances are probably a big
  106. 4:12one, right? So, let's talk about food
  107. 4:13intolerances. Food intolerances, okay?
  108. 4:16You have two different type of food
  109. 4:18intolerances. The first food intolerance
  110. 4:20that you have that you can have, first
  111. 4:22type of food intolerance you might be
  112. 4:23able you might have
  113. 4:25is
  114. 4:26uh essentially
  115. 4:28cellulose and these harder to digest
  116. 4:30fibers in these plant foods, right? So,
  117. 4:33beans, nuts, and seeds, you know, whole
  118. 4:36grains and legumes, okay? They have a
  119. 4:39cellulose shell on the outside. The
  120. 4:42number one reason, you know, the main
  121. 4:43reason why a lot of health gurus in the
  122. 4:46mainstream tell you that these foods are
  123. 4:48healthier for you is cuz they're
  124. 4:50supposedly complex carbohydrates,
  125. 4:52they're higher in fiber than,
  126. 4:54you know, refined carbs and stuff,
  127. 4:55right? Well, what is fiber anyway? Well,
  128. 4:58fiber, the technical definition is just
  129. 5:01an indigestible food matter, okay?
  130. 5:05And so, indigestible food matter, right?
  131. 5:08Essentially, what happens when you eat
  132. 5:10these plant foods is, you know, except
  133. 5:13for, you know, s- like higher starch,
  134. 5:17you know, uh easier to digest foods
  135. 5:20like, you know, raw fruits and some kind
  136. 5:23of like tubers and maybe some grains,
  137. 5:26right? But whole grains, even if you
  138. 5:28digest the starch with amylase enzymes,
  139. 5:32starch digesting enzymes, you still have
  140. 5:33to break down the uh the skins and stuff
  141. 5:36that usually come with these things,
  142. 5:38right? And those are prob- like mostly
  143. 5:41like cellulose, they're mostly fibers
  144. 5:45and and carbohydrate types, so we don't
  145. 5:47have the enzymes that we can break that
  146. 5:49that to break down with, right? And so
  147. 5:51these harder digest
  148. 5:54parts of the plant foods,
  149. 5:55so literally you chew them up and stuff,
  150. 5:58and even like starchy foods like like
  151. 6:00quinoa and amaranth and beans and stuff,
  152. 6:02okay?
  153. 6:03It just because you have starch
  154. 6:04digesting enzymes in your tongue and
  155. 6:05[ __ ] doesn't mean that it pulverizes it.
  156. 6:07Meat is almost completely turned into
  157. 6:11mush. It's pulverized from large
  158. 6:13peptides to small peptides to amino
  159. 6:16acids literally in your stomach from
  160. 6:19hydrochloric acid and pepsin.
  161. 6:21And then it's absorbed long like long
  162. 6:25before it ever hits the colon, okay?
  163. 6:28Um so you digest at least 90% but closer
  164. 6:33100% of all the flesh that you eat.
  165. 6:36Okay? And that's why meat is a safe
  166. 6:38food, okay? Because no most people don't
  167. 6:40react to this. And I mentioned all this
  168. 6:42[ __ ] in my last video, explained the
  169. 6:45thousands and thousands of people in
  170. 6:46these communities, you know, way back
  171. 6:49before influencers started doing fake
  172. 6:52videos and [ __ ] like that. We had
  173. 6:54mom-and-pop people on Facebook profiles
  174. 6:57that, you know, if you click on their
  175. 6:59profile, this is this legitimately just
  176. 7:01regular aunts and uncles and stuff who
  177. 7:04are just desperate to fix their health.
  178. 7:06And they post their
  179. 7:08lab results and their x-rays and their
  180. 7:10pictures of symptoms resolving and
  181. 7:13they're amazed that
  182. 7:16um removing plant foods helped their
  183. 7:18symptoms. Now, plant foods are not evil,
  184. 7:21they're not the devil. Certain plant
  185. 7:23foods might uh trigger symptoms for
  186. 7:26certain people, okay? That's the whole
  187. 7:28thing. However,
  188. 7:29that was a big thing that, you know, I
  189. 7:33recognize is when people do remove all
  190. 7:36plant foods their symptoms go away. But
  191. 7:37a lot of people are fine with most plant
  192. 7:39foods. It's just certain ones, you know,
  193. 7:42you have to figure out what plant food
  194. 7:43is triggering it, right? Essentially.
  195. 7:45But, let's get into that, right? So,
  196. 7:47again,
  197. 7:48um
  198. 7:50harder digest fibers, okay? Certain
  199. 7:53fibers, cellulose maybe. We don't have
  200. 7:55the enzymes necessary to break down. So,
  201. 7:57they pass through our stomach undigested
  202. 8:00and then they're inside the intestine
  203. 8:01where they ferment, especially the
  204. 8:03colon, and bacteria breaks those things
  205. 8:06down. Most people don't have the
  206. 8:08bacterial power and uh necessary to in
  207. 8:12order to break those things down.
  208. 8:14And so, you know, gas and bloating,
  209. 8:17that's literally bacteria digesting
  210. 8:19those plant foods for you. Meat does not
  211. 8:22cause gas and bloating. Anyone who tells
  212. 8:23you it does, they haven't done enough
  213. 8:25experimentation to figure out what's
  214. 8:28actually causing it or their digestion
  215. 8:30is terrible, right? But,
  216. 8:32uh meat
  217. 8:35is not the cause of most people's gas
  218. 8:38and bloating. People who think they fart
  219. 8:40and [ __ ] after eating meat, it is due
  220. 8:44to,
  221. 8:45you know, like if they're not eating a
  222. 8:46completely carnivore diet, then they
  223. 8:49don't actually know. Like,
  224. 8:51that's the whole thing. The people who
  225. 8:53have done it can testify, you hardly
  226. 8:55poop. And it's not cuz you're
  227. 8:56constipated, you know, it's because
  228. 8:59you're not eating undigestible fiber.
  229. 9:02Fiber is just undigestible plant matter.
  230. 9:05Right? But, anyway, um
  231. 9:08so, that's the first kind of line of
  232. 9:11mechanism of action that can cause
  233. 9:14autoimmune uh illness is that you don't
  234. 9:17die So, you don't have So, your the food
  235. 9:20goes through your stomach undigested,
  236. 9:22okay? The plant foods. Then they're in
  237. 9:24the intestine, and if you don't have the
  238. 9:26bacteria necessary to ferment it,
  239. 9:29uh to digest it for you, what can happen
  240. 9:31is the undigested plant matter can
  241. 9:34irritate the intestine, which triggers
  242. 9:36uh immune molecules to float freely
  243. 9:39through the blood and they can actually
  244. 9:41attack
  245. 9:42um parts of your body that is you know
  246. 9:45like your brain and your nervous system
  247. 9:47for people with multiple sclerosis it
  248. 9:49could literally eat your brain
  249. 9:51and cause multiple sclerosis
  250. 9:53um or your nerves and stuff like that
  251. 9:56which can cause can trigger fibromyalgia
  252. 9:57symptoms or your skin which can cause
  253. 10:00things like psoriasis and eczema like I
  254. 10:02had um or your your intestine can bleed
  255. 10:05and [ __ ] like that too and for like
  256. 10:07colitis right that's the most obvious
  257. 10:09symptom right
  258. 10:11um
  259. 10:12you know and no amount of probiotics can
  260. 10:14help that okay probiotics are [ __ ] I
  261. 10:17tried it from for you know years I was
  262. 10:20doing hundreds of of dollars in the most
  263. 10:23top-notch
  264. 10:24uh probiotics I could buy
  265. 10:27and it didn't help um
  266. 10:29it's not the same thing as prebiotics
  267. 10:31from eating the foods and getting your
  268. 10:33digestive system to just adapt to be
  269. 10:35able to digest beans essence seeds and
  270. 10:37[ __ ] like that right
  271. 10:39um the science on gut health and gut
  272. 10:42microbiome is quackery
  273. 10:44okay and I've made a whole video with
  274. 10:47timestamps breaking down the science on
  275. 10:49gut microbiome and and and and
  276. 10:52probiotics and prebiotics and everything
  277. 10:53so if you want that comment in in the
  278. 10:56description I'll send you that video I
  279. 10:57debunk the whole pseudo-science of gut
  280. 11:01microbiome [ __ ] it's a waste of
  281. 11:03[ __ ] time it's stupid to give a [ __ ]
  282. 11:06about all that [ __ ] when you
  283. 11:08actually have done enough studying to
  284. 11:10understand all that science you realize
  285. 11:12it's [ __ ] okay and I break it down
  286. 11:14in that damn video
  287. 11:16all right so you have that now there is
  288. 11:19a second form of food intolerance right
  289. 11:21so you may not have digestive
  290. 11:24problems with these foods right it may
  291. 11:27not be that your body is having trouble
  292. 11:30breaking these foods down but once you
  293. 11:32digest certain foods and absorb them, so
  294. 11:37certain plants have pharmacologically
  295. 11:40Well, all plants and foods are
  296. 11:42pharmacologically active. That's
  297. 11:43something a lot of people for some
  298. 11:45reason don't acknowledge or don't know,
  299. 11:47but most foods are pharmacologically
  300. 11:49active.
  301. 11:51Uh
  302. 11:52you know, most medical drugs are
  303. 11:55extracted
  304. 11:57or found or discovered from naturally
  305. 11:59occurring plants and stuff in nature,
  306. 12:02okay?
  307. 12:03Um anthocyanins and and
  308. 12:07you know, polyphenols and things in
  309. 12:09these plants you people take supplements
  310. 12:11for. I take ginseng and tonic herbs
  311. 12:14because of their medicinal effects. So,
  312. 12:16they have biologically active compounds
  313. 12:18in them that can do beneficial things
  314. 12:21and but and and and compounds that can
  315. 12:23do harmful things, okay?
  316. 12:26And let's keep in mind the idea now on
  317. 12:28why plant molecules like phenols are
  318. 12:30good for us is this idea of xenohormesis
  319. 12:34where we're eating plant molecules,
  320. 12:36right? Like polyphenols, and they
  321. 12:38basically can
  322. 12:41damage the immune system in a way. And
  323. 12:43this has been shown. I I posted videos
  324. 12:46breaking down the science and showing
  325. 12:47intervention trials where they can
  326. 12:50raise inflammatory markers very very
  327. 12:52high at first and it upregulates
  328. 12:54glutathione in our body's own immune
  329. 12:56defense to go and clear them out.
  330. 12:59And the idea is that the polyphenols
  331. 13:01give our immune defenses a workout, our
  332. 13:04endogenous antioxidant system a workout,
  333. 13:07and it makes it stronger over time.
  334. 13:09That's the idea. Well, what you got to
  335. 13:11understand is
  336. 13:13literally polyphenols giving us a
  337. 13:16workout,
  338. 13:18you know,
  339. 13:19it could just damage you and give you
  340. 13:21those symptoms without the immune
  341. 13:23response or even with the immune
  342. 13:24response, right? But those symptoms you
  343. 13:27experience could be caused
  344. 13:29by the
  345. 13:32molecule,
  346. 13:34you know, doing its thing. The
  347. 13:35polyphenols doing its thing. That's one
  348. 13:38level of how plant foods can trigger
  349. 13:40food intolerances, okay? And that's just
  350. 13:43kind of a conceptual thing, but it's
  351. 13:44real. It's not no quackery. That's
  352. 13:47been established, okay? Even though
  353. 13:49nowadays mainstream medical health
  354. 13:52people they're saying plant foods are
  355. 13:54good for us cuz it's the health complex
  356. 13:56and it's nuanced and all this [ __ ]
  357. 13:58right? Well, really it's just cuz people
  358. 14:00are eating more fibrous whole foods and
  359. 14:03less refined foods. And refined foods
  360. 14:05are what causes diseases. It's not about
  361. 14:09if you eat plant foods or not, if you
  362. 14:11eat a high fiber diet or not, if you eat
  363. 14:13meat or not. It's about are you eating
  364. 14:16refined carbs and and vegetable oils or
  365. 14:19whatever, or are you not? Do you have a
  366. 14:21healthy lifestyle or do you not? That's
  367. 14:23what explains the science. It's called
  368. 14:25healthy user bias. That's what the [ __ ]
  369. 14:28that is, okay? I've broken this [ __ ]
  370. 14:29down, too.
  371. 14:31Um but everyone wants to believe that
  372. 14:33you must eat plants and [ __ ] and you
  373. 14:35must eat a lot of fiber and all this
  374. 14:36crap. It's brainwashing. It's a social
  375. 14:39engineering. Again, I'm not telling
  376. 14:41y'all to avoid plant foods. What I'm
  377. 14:43telling y'all is I'm trying to bring
  378. 14:44awareness to how plant foods can do
  379. 14:47this, okay?
  380. 14:48And and the solution you don't
  381. 14:51necessarily have to go strict all meat
  382. 14:53or some [ __ ] You just have to find
  383. 14:56those mol- those molecules that trigger
  384. 14:58in you. And we'll talk about how you can
  385. 15:00achieve that. Doing an all meat diet at
  386. 15:02first and then adding foods back,
  387. 15:04basically. Or meat and white rice, you
  388. 15:07know, or meat and bananas or meat and
  389. 15:08honey. You probably do that and every
  390. 15:11time you add back a food, basically,
  391. 15:14one at a time, you just document your
  392. 15:16when you get symptoms and what food you
  393. 15:18added back. That's how you corre- you
  394. 15:20find patterns and boom, you found your
  395. 15:21food
  396. 15:23You know, or you just keep eat a normal
  397. 15:25diet and time stamp your symptoms and
  398. 15:27time stamp each food you eat and draw a
  399. 15:30correlation that way, but that's way
  400. 15:31harder and more complex and just a waste
  401. 15:33of time. So, anyway,
  402. 15:35>> [snorts]
  403. 15:36>> um yeah. So, so, not only do you have
  404. 15:39polyphenols that can trigger, you know,
  405. 15:42an inflammatory response just because of
  406. 15:44xenohormesis,
  407. 15:46and that's less common most likely,
  408. 15:48right? But, you also have things like um
  409. 15:51capsicum vegetables where they trigger
  410. 15:54they can trigger inflammation. Um
  411. 15:57nightshade vegetables, they have an I
  412. 16:00think like a like an alkaloid. I think
  413. 16:01it's solanine that can trigger um
  414. 16:05inflammation in some people, right? Pain
  415. 16:07conditions and stuff, arthritis and
  416. 16:09stuff, achy joints.
  417. 16:11You know, nightshade vegetables, that's
  418. 16:12a big one. Uh and fruits and nightshade
  419. 16:14fruits, whatever.
  420. 16:16Uh tubers, whatever. And then you also
  421. 16:18have things like histamines like, you
  422. 16:20know, chocolate and cacao is the most
  423. 16:23obvious one.
  424. 16:24Um you have like a histamine releasing
  425. 16:28uh agents, right? Basically, they, you
  426. 16:30know, certain alkaloids and polyphenols
  427. 16:32in some foods can agonize histamine
  428. 16:37receptors and literally trigger the
  429. 16:38release of histamine from the receptors.
  430. 16:41Um or increase the binding of histamine
  431. 16:44to the receptor sites. Uh or you can
  432. 16:48take There's precursors to histamine in
  433. 16:50a lot of foods. There's amino acids. I
  434. 16:52think histidine
  435. 16:53is a precursor to histamine. I might be
  436. 16:56wrong. It's been a long time since I've
  437. 16:58given a [ __ ] about health science, so.
  438. 17:00And uh when you consume these foods,
  439. 17:02they could literally just trigger
  440. 17:05histamine response, which is literally
  441. 17:07the alert which triggers allergic
  442. 17:08reactions, and lo and behold, you have
  443. 17:10signs of an allergic reaction like uh
  444. 17:13air air flow restriction, uh skin
  445. 17:16problems like hives and stuff,
  446. 17:17itchiness, all sorts of stuff, man.
  447. 17:20And you'll know that that's the case if
  448. 17:21you take Benadryl and you're better. But
  449. 17:23if you take Benadryl and it doesn't get
  450. 17:25better, then it's probably not a
  451. 17:26histamine intolerance. Things like What
  452. 17:28is it? Solicitate or solicisate
  453. 17:30intolerances.
  454. 17:32Um, there's a wide variety of different
  455. 17:34chemicals or or whatever, you know,
  456. 17:36molecules from plant foods that can
  457. 17:38trigger these things.
  458. 17:39Uh, trigger these symptoms. And it And
  459. 17:41it doesn't have to be contributed from
  460. 17:44irritating the intestine, right?
  461. 17:46And so that's a huge thing, right? And a
  462. 17:48lot of people they they can't They just
  463. 17:50can't remove these foods cuz they're so
  464. 17:53like they want to believe that they're
  465. 17:54like these magical molecules that just
  466. 17:58work wonders on your health.
  467. 18:00But they the reality is most people,
  468. 18:04uh, if you have if you're suffering from
  469. 18:05these damn autoimmune conditions, man,
  470. 18:08it's way easier and better just to say
  471. 18:10[ __ ] it. I'm doing all meat. I'm going
  472. 18:12to try to do jasmine rice if I want to
  473. 18:14eat, you know, white rice, white jasmine
  474. 18:16rice. Or, you know, if I if I want to
  475. 18:18eat carbs. And, uh, add some tonic
  476. 18:21herbs. I started feeling like the best
  477. 18:23I've ever felt in my life when I did,
  478. 18:26you know, jasmine white rice, meat, and
  479. 18:29tonic herbs, you know? And then I added
  480. 18:31dairy back in. And, uh, and I I've been
  481. 18:34doing honey for a while. And, uh,
  482. 18:37that's been my thing, you know? Lately,
  483. 18:39I've been in in And I And I And I can
  484. 18:41actually eat beans, nuts, seed I I don't
  485. 18:43do nuts and seeds. But I can do beans. I
  486. 18:45can do whole grains occasionally. You
  487. 18:48know, I don't do it every day, but when
  488. 18:50I have a beautiful Mexican woman, you
  489. 18:52know, wanting to take me out to eat, I
  490. 18:54hell yeah, baby girl. When she like
  491. 18:56makes beans and stuff for me, I eat
  492. 18:59that. I have no problem.
  493. 19:00But I used to. Used to trigger all sorts
  494. 19:02of problems, man. Psoriasis, uh, you
  495. 19:05know, bleeding out my ass, all sorts of
  496. 19:08weird [ __ ] But I don't have that
  497. 19:08problem now.
  498. 19:10And so that leads to my sec my my the
  499. 19:12third possible cause, okay?
  500. 19:15The third possible cause of autoimmune
  501. 19:17conditions is going to be
  502. 19:20um a potential
  503. 19:23pathogenic bacterial overgrowth in the
  504. 19:26intestine. So that could be that's what
  505. 19:28you call SIBO, small intestinal
  506. 19:30bacterial overgrowth,
  507. 19:32where in bacteria from the intestine can
  508. 19:34overgrow into the large intestine where
  509. 19:36it's not supposed to be.
  510. 19:38And that can cause oral thrush, yeast
  511. 19:40symptoms, and and and malabsorption
  512. 19:44or maldigestion of plant foods and all
  513. 19:46sorts of stuff.
  514. 19:48Um
  515. 19:49cuz the plant foods are supposed to go
  516. 19:51to the colon where they're, you know,
  517. 19:54broken down and and and you know,
  518. 19:57bacterial fermentation. It's supposed to
  519. 19:59ferment in the colon. But when you got
  520. 20:01the bacteria overgrowing into the large
  521. 20:03intestine, it tries to digest it there.
  522. 20:06And and and so that causes all sorts of
  523. 20:08problems.
  524. 20:10Uh
  525. 20:11and this can be caused by, you know,
  526. 20:14overcompensation after antibiotics where
  527. 20:16you
  528. 20:17take a round of antibiotics and then
  529. 20:19once you're done, the body tries to
  530. 20:21compensate for the lack of intestinal
  531. 20:23bacteria by growing too much, but also
  532. 20:27by killing off all of the like too much
  533. 20:30of the good bacteria
  534. 20:32in the intestine
  535. 20:34with antibiotics and crap.
  536. 20:36Um
  537. 20:37it can actually
  538. 20:39it it like
  539. 20:41uh it can kill off the good bacteria
  540. 20:43that's supposed to,
  541. 20:45you know, regulate and balance and keep
  542. 20:47the bad bacteria in check or just keep
  543. 20:49bacteria in check in general. And since
  544. 20:52it's not there, the regul- the
  545. 20:53regulating bacteria, it overgrows,
  546. 20:56you know? And And again, probiotics are
  547. 20:59not the solution. It has to be a dietary
  548. 21:01intervention. You got to starve the
  549. 21:03bacteria.
  550. 21:04And and also things like candida fungus
  551. 21:07can overgrow, you know, can a candida
  552. 21:09overgrowth infection. And potentially a
  553. 21:13parasitical infection. Things like H.
  554. 21:15pylori, that's been notorious. And
  555. 21:18there's a wide variety of other things
  556. 21:19like that. But typically if you have
  557. 21:22some kind of
  558. 21:23uh pre-parasite, you will know. You'll
  559. 21:27most likely know. That is something you
  560. 21:29can go to a doctor for. Mainstream
  561. 21:30medicine's pretty good at diagnosing. I
  562. 21:33I I think a lot of these people that
  563. 21:35assume they have parasites and [ __ ] it
  564. 21:37just leads them down
  565. 21:38the wrong path in the wrong direction.
  566. 21:40And they usually don't actually have a
  567. 21:42parasitical infection. And even if they
  568. 21:44did, they do a bunch of quackery things
  569. 21:46that don't actually solve it. And they
  570. 21:49just end up forever sick. Like that guy
  571. 21:52Vegetable Police or whatever. Even
  572. 21:53though I know his problem was caused by
  573. 21:55like a hernia a hernia and a mesh thing
  574. 21:58in his body or some [ __ ] But
  575. 22:01whatever. Then you just go down what I
  576. 22:02call the nirvana of health where you
  577. 22:04just try now all these different things
  578. 22:06to solve problems that don't actually
  579. 22:08exist.
  580. 22:10But uh parasitical infections, go to
  581. 22:12[ __ ] doctor, okay? And try to get
  582. 22:14diagnosed. Find one that will take it
  583. 22:16seriously. They have plenty of
  584. 22:18medications for these things, okay? And
  585. 22:21really I think pharmaceutical or it's
  586. 22:23pharmaceutical or intervention
  587. 22:25is the best thing you can do when it
  588. 22:28comes to parasites. Don't be stupid,
  589. 22:30okay? And there's been people I think
  590. 22:33that said certain antibiotics uh
  591. 22:36completely transformed their
  592. 22:38uh health when they had a
  593. 22:41like a bacterial overgrowth and
  594. 22:43digestive problems and stuff. They took
  595. 22:45some kind of antibiotic that actually
  596. 22:47killed it all off. And then they were
  597. 22:48good, right?
  598. 22:50But anyway, so fungal overgrowth and you
  599. 22:53know that you'll have one if you have
  600. 22:54like uh white or yellow tongue, if you
  601. 22:57have like itchiness in your groin area
  602. 22:59or any kind of thrush, oral thrush, uh
  603. 23:02genital thrush,
  604. 23:04um you know, stuff like that. But so
  605. 23:07here's the thing.
  606. 23:08I you know, used to
  607. 23:11you know, try all these candida because
  608. 23:13I thought I had candida, too. I had all
  609. 23:15these problems. I accused some chick of
  610. 23:17giving me crabs, you know, it I went and
  611. 23:20obviously got tested. I didn't have
  612. 23:21crabs or anything, but uh I didn't
  613. 23:24accuse her, but I kind of accused her. I
  614. 23:26asked her about it. Like, "Hey, I was
  615. 23:27just wondering, do you have like crabs
  616. 23:29or"
  617. 23:30You know, cuz uh I had these damn like
  618. 23:33itching, man. Like you know, and uh
  619. 23:36it was like But anyway, but this is a
  620. 23:38long time ago. This was like long, long
  621. 23:40time ago, like 2013 or something, right?
  622. 23:43Um
  623. 23:44But yeah,
  624. 23:46uh you know, doctors tried telling me I
  625. 23:48I you know, I went to the emergency
  626. 23:50room. They said I had scabies. I didn't
  627. 23:52have scabies, by the way. It was an
  628. 23:55It was uh psoriasis, right? When I first
  629. 23:58got it. Doctors didn't know what the
  630. 23:59[ __ ] was going on, man. They gave me
  631. 24:01creams and [ __ ] for
  632. 24:03uh you know, skin and uh for ra- uh
  633. 24:07scabies, not rabies. Sca- right? I had
  634. 24:09rabies, motherf- ah No, scabies, all
  635. 24:11sorts of [ __ ] man. Doctors threw me
  636. 24:13through a loop, man. That's why I just
  637. 24:14stopped going.
  638. 24:15Um it turns out it was just uh food
  639. 24:18intolerance, man. Crazy.
  640. 24:20But yeah, I remember I had my mom put uh
  641. 24:25Well, anyway, um that was a long time
  642. 24:26ago. But let's get back on topic. Um
  643. 24:30So,
  644. 24:32bacterial overgrowth, all of that [ __ ]
  645. 24:34right? So, look, what's the solution to
  646. 24:35all this, okay? Look, whether your damn
  647. 24:38autoimmune condition is caused by or
  648. 24:40triggered by your symptoms are triggered
  649. 24:43by uh food intolerances, you know,
  650. 24:46irritating the intestine,
  651. 24:48you know, foreign molecules being able
  652. 24:51to pass the intestine and getting in the
  653. 24:53bloodstream and triggering
  654. 24:55uh an immune response, you know, or just
  655. 24:58the irritation of the intestine causing
  656. 25:00immune response and then the immune
  657. 25:02system attacking different parts of your
  658. 25:05body based on your autoimmune symptoms,
  659. 25:08right? Nervous system for things like
  660. 25:10multiple sclerosis or, you know,
  661. 25:12fibromyalgia or Alzheimer's or ALS.
  662. 25:15Skin for things like psoriasis and
  663. 25:17eczema, you know, intestine for things
  664. 25:20like, colitis and Crohn's disease and
  665. 25:23whatever else, right? Lots of different
  666. 25:25autoimmune conditions, whether it's
  667. 25:27you know, intestinal irritation,
  668. 25:30and you may not have pain down there, or
  669. 25:32foreign invaders, you know, foreign like
  670. 25:34food particles going through the
  671. 25:36intestine, or it is a sensitivity to
  672. 25:39things like
  673. 25:40you know,
  674. 25:42histamines or salicylates or nightshade
  675. 25:45vegetables and polyphenols or certain
  676. 25:49alkaloids and [ __ ] you know, tannin
  677. 25:52sensitivity,
  678. 25:54or it could or, you know, it may maybe
  679. 25:58it's caused by
  680. 26:00bacterial infection, fungal infection,
  681. 26:02whatever, right? Essentially, the
  682. 26:04[ __ ] solution is all the same, okay?
  683. 26:08So, look,
  684. 26:09okay, the so here's the solution and
  685. 26:11then we're going to go back to the
  686. 26:12causes and why how this works, okay? The
  687. 26:15solution is a strict elimination diet,
  688. 26:19okay? We're doing a bottom-up approach,
  689. 26:22okay?
  690. 26:23This is what works and I have helped
  691. 26:25hundreds of people freaking resolve
  692. 26:27these things. I can help you, too. I can
  693. 26:28help guide you through the process,
  694. 26:30okay? Um, it's Grandmaster Wolfgang on
  695. 26:32Instagram or just comment down below,
  696. 26:34I'll give you my damn contact info. I'll
  697. 26:36help you all, we'll schedule a video
  698. 26:37call or whatever and we'll get it taken
  699. 26:39care of.
  700. 26:40Um,
  701. 26:42the thing is so, basically,
  702. 26:44eat start off with just nothing but
  703. 26:46meat, okay? And if you really need
  704. 26:49carbs, try jasmine white rice, okay? Or
  705. 26:52try honey, okay?
  706. 26:55Um
  707. 26:56and that should be fine. You most likely
  708. 26:59won't react to meat and white rice, you
  709. 27:03know, jasmine rice you should be good
  710. 27:05cuz the damn starts, you know, the
  711. 27:06amylase and stuff should digest it. You
  712. 27:08should be fine.
  713. 27:09Um honey, you should be fine, okay? But
  714. 27:12if it bothers you, just do all meat.
  715. 27:15But that's that's harder because then
  716. 27:16you have to deal with the side effects
  717. 27:18of ketogenic diet, so you can't tell is
  718. 27:21it the ketogenic diet that's cause
  719. 27:23that's triggering my symptoms or, you
  720. 27:24know, being in ketosis or is it you
  721. 27:27know, the food or something, right? So
  722. 27:28that'd be harder.
  723. 27:30I don't recommend people go from eating
  724. 27:32carbs to doing all meat ketosis, okay?
  725. 27:35But
  726. 27:37Um yeah, all meat, maybe a little bit of
  727. 27:40jasmine rice or white rice. And then
  728. 27:43uh what you do is do just that for a
  729. 27:46good at least 2 weeks, right? But I
  730. 27:48would recommend like 3 to 4 weeks.
  731. 27:50And you know, just to experience what
  732. 27:52it's like to be without symptoms. You
  733. 27:53should notice your symptoms go away
  734. 27:55within
  735. 27:56really within 3 days for most people,
  736. 27:58but with more severe
  737. 28:01conditions, especially multiple
  738. 28:02sclerosis, your condition might not you
  739. 28:05know, you might not reverse the
  740. 28:08condition and the damage has been done,
  741. 28:10but you could probably put a stop to it
  742. 28:12getting worse.
  743. 28:13Um but I would but after about 2 to 3
  744. 28:16weeks, you should absolutely have seen a
  745. 28:18difference. Really within that first
  746. 28:20week for most conditions, okay?
  747. 28:22Um but after about 4 weeks of just
  748. 28:24keeping that [ __ ] strict, okay?
  749. 28:27Um a lot of people can't do that, man.
  750. 28:29I've I've consulted with uh popular
  751. 28:31YouTubers with hundreds of thousands of
  752. 28:33subscribers and uh they kept telling
  753. 28:35they're like like they told me they're
  754. 28:37consulting with me. They're like, "Yeah,
  755. 28:38I'm desperate. Can you please help me
  756. 28:39with my autoimmune condition, right?" I
  757. 28:42told him do the all meat thing. And then
  758. 28:44they're like after like 2 days like at
  759. 28:45the first 2 days they're like, "Man, I
  760. 28:46feel great, man. I've got no symptoms.
  761. 28:48This feels great." And then the third
  762. 28:50day, they message me and they're like,
  763. 28:51"Oh, I just I have to eat some
  764. 28:52blueberries, man. I I I relapsed. I
  765. 28:54relapsed." Like they're a drug addict,
  766. 28:56which is funny as hell. You know, or I
  767. 28:58had to add some chocolate back in, or I
  768. 28:59did this and that. And then they just
  769. 29:02half-ass it and don't actually try the
  770. 29:04actual protocol strictly for like a
  771. 29:06month, and they lie to their YouTuber
  772. 29:09audience, and they tell them, "Oh, I
  773. 29:10tried the diet and I went strict, and
  774. 29:13and it just didn't work for me, you
  775. 29:14know?" And
  776. 29:15so the carnivore diet wasn't the answer
  777. 29:17to my solution. So So that means, you
  778. 29:20know,
  779. 29:21I'm pretty freaking sure my symptoms are
  780. 29:24caused by radiation or EMF waves and
  781. 29:27telephones and whatever other [ __ ]
  782. 29:30Well, the reality is, man, you just
  783. 29:31didn't try the actual protocol, man. You
  784. 29:33got to be strict. And definitely don't
  785. 29:36[ __ ] lie to your audience. Never tell
  786. 29:37your audience you ate the carnivore diet
  787. 29:40or the ketogenic diet if you were
  788. 29:41sneaking in, you know, rice, or you're
  789. 29:44sneaking in,
  790. 29:46you know,
  791. 29:47broccoli or blueberries or whatever
  792. 29:49other [ __ ] okay? So And I'm not
  793. 29:51saying that those foods are bad. I'm
  794. 29:52just saying,
  795. 29:54right? If you're serious about resolving
  796. 29:55your symptoms, you need a clean-out
  797. 29:58period where you just do
  798. 30:00nothing. So you can see if it really is
  799. 30:02If your symptoms go away, that's the
  800. 30:04whole point.
  801. 30:05Um and if
  802. 30:06if meat and white rice keeps your
  803. 30:08symptoms,
  804. 30:10then remove the white rice. Same thing
  805. 30:12with honey. Try Try to go as close to
  806. 30:14all meat as you can.
  807. 30:15And try not to do extra fat. Don't do
  808. 30:18butter. Don't do all the [ __ ] these
  809. 30:19other people are telling you. Okay? I've
  810. 30:22done this with myself and enough people.
  811. 30:24I've helped clients lose weight, [ __ ]
  812. 30:26tons of weight, and resolve autoimmunity
  813. 30:28on all meat diet, even lean meats. Make
  814. 30:31sure you're eating enough enough salt.
  815. 30:32Some people They're like, "Oh, I think
  816. 30:34I'm reacting to salt." I don't I don't
  817. 30:36think you are, fool.
  818. 30:37Okay, but whatever.
  819. 30:40Maybe you are. But,
  820. 30:431 month, all meat.
  821. 30:45Okay? Maybe some jasmine rice. Then,
  822. 30:48after that initial cleanup process, if
  823. 30:50you notice all your symptoms go away in
  824. 30:512 weeks, good. But, you need a long time
  825. 30:54so you know it's not a fluke.
  826. 30:56Then, add one food group at a time,
  827. 30:58okay? Usually, like, it's not
  828. 31:01necessarily specific foods, right? Like,
  829. 31:04broccoli
  830. 31:05different from cauliflower. No, not
  831. 31:07really. Broccoli and cauliflower are
  832. 31:08both brassica vegetables.
  833. 31:10They are both basically modernized,
  834. 31:12hybridized, shrunken foods created from
  835. 31:14a mustard poisonous mustard plant. Y'all
  836. 31:16probably didn't know that [ __ ]
  837. 31:18And, um, if you react to broccoli,
  838. 31:21you're probably going to react to
  839. 31:22cauliflower. So,
  840. 31:23you could add foods back in and you
  841. 31:25could classify them as, you know,
  842. 31:28brassica vegetables or, you know,
  843. 31:31uh,
  844. 31:32lentils or,
  845. 31:35uh, nightshade tubers, you know, or
  846. 31:37something like that, right? But, you
  847. 31:38should be as specific as possible,
  848. 31:40though. But, if you react to a regular
  849. 31:44like russet potato, you're probably
  850. 31:47going to react to a white potato or a
  851. 31:48yellow potato or a red potato. However,
  852. 31:51a sweet potato is a completely
  853. 31:52different, you know, type of plant. But,
  854. 31:56it might be the the the tubers in
  855. 31:58general that you might be reacting to,
  856. 32:00right? So, you add these back in one at
  857. 32:01a time. And and you have to remove all
  858. 32:04supplements, all freaking herbs you're
  859. 32:06taking, all of that. Now, if you're a
  860. 32:08caffeine fiend, god dammit, you could
  861. 32:10probably do caffeine pills and be fine.
  862. 32:13I would recommend getting purified
  863. 32:15caffeine anhydrous for this experiment.
  864. 32:17A lot of people will tell you to remove
  865. 32:19caffeine and [ __ ] but look, that's
  866. 32:20stupid because it now you have you just
  867. 32:24added a confounding variable to the
  868. 32:26experiment. You have
  869. 32:28You're If you stop drinking coffee and
  870. 32:29then you don't you don't replace it with
  871. 32:32caffeine, like pure ass caffeine,
  872. 32:35how do you know that the symptoms aren't
  873. 32:36being caused by caffeine withdrawals?
  874. 32:38That [ __ ] is not good. You don't want to
  875. 32:40be caffeine withdrawing when you do an
  876. 32:42elimination diet. That's [ __ ]
  877. 32:43[ __ ]
  878. 32:45It's too many people do that, man, and
  879. 32:47they insist on it, man. I I hate when
  880. 32:49I'm consulting with someone. I'm trying
  881. 32:50to help them and they they do
  882. 32:53unnecessary steps that just
  883. 32:55you know, ruin their experiment. It
  884. 32:58makes it harder for no reason and now we
  885. 33:00we have a confounding variable and it
  886. 33:01just wastes people's time, man.
  887. 33:05Crazy, man. But anyway, it's like bro
  888. 33:07like are you are your brain work
  889. 33:09computing, man? Like Does this damn food
  890. 33:12intolerance must be messing with your
  891. 33:14judgment, sir? Damn affecting your your
  892. 33:16brain performance. But uh
  893. 33:19Okay.
  894. 33:21Then you just add them back in one at a
  895. 33:23time. Now, during this time keep a
  896. 33:24strict food journal, timestamps of when
  897. 33:26you eat, all of that. Types of meat,
  898. 33:28everything. And when you add things back
  899. 33:30in after two or three weeks, as long as
  900. 33:33you can, just do the strict diet. Add
  901. 33:36back in one at a time and I would
  902. 33:37recommend
  903. 33:39you know, add back in a food for a week
  904. 33:41at a time is what I would really
  905. 33:43recommend. If you're really serious
  906. 33:44about this [ __ ] And then and document
  907. 33:47it. And if you get symptoms, keep eating
  908. 33:49that food a couple days so you know it's
  909. 33:50not a fluke unless the symptoms are
  910. 33:53excruciating, okay?
  911. 33:55And then after several weeks
  912. 33:57um
  913. 33:59And then after that that week of doing
  914. 34:00that, you know, if you have consistent
  915. 34:02symptoms, especially if it keeps getting
  916. 34:04worse, you you found a food intolerance.
  917. 34:06Remove that [ __ ] you know, and then let
  918. 34:09the symptoms reside for a couple days
  919. 34:11and once the symptoms go away after
  920. 34:12removing that food, add another food,
  921. 34:14okay? It is a tedious process, but it
  922. 34:17will you will figure out what's what's
  923. 34:20what's happening. There is no other
  924. 34:22alternative.
  925. 34:23>> [laughter]
  926. 34:23>> Okay? A lot of people, man, like myself
  927. 34:26for example, I just said [ __ ] that. I I
  928. 34:28I was tired of suffering and I felt like
  929. 34:31superhuman, like amazing. I've never
  930. 34:34felt that good when I started this uh
  931. 34:37you know, I basically when I did the
  932. 34:39damn carnivore diet back in 2018 and I
  933. 34:41found it resolved my symptoms. I lost
  934. 34:44like
  935. 34:4520
  936. 34:48uh 25
  937. 34:50over 25 lb in 4 [ __ ] weeks and uh 7%
  938. 34:53of that was supposedly fat mass and
  939. 34:55supposedly I gained like 5 lb of lean
  940. 34:58mass.
  941. 34:59And my clean and jerk for reps, man, my
  942. 35:02Olympic lifts for reps, my strength was
  943. 35:04going up and everything. I went from 185
  944. 35:07lb uh for five reps on my clean and jerk
  945. 35:11to 185 lb for 13 [ __ ] reps on my
  946. 35:13clean and jerk in 4 weeks doing a damn
  947. 35:15all meat carnivore diet.
  948. 35:17Uh you know, in addition to all my
  949. 35:19digestive symptoms and psoriasis going
  950. 35:21away. After that whole experiment, I was
  951. 35:23like, "Yeah, this is simple. This is
  952. 35:24easy." You know, and I felt amazing. All
  953. 35:27the food was delicious.
  954. 35:28My strength was going up. I was
  955. 35:30effortlessly lean. I got ripped as hell.
  956. 35:33You know, I went from 205 lb and bloated
  957. 35:35eating half the calories to somehow, and
  958. 35:37this actually happened, I'm not telling
  959. 35:39everyone this will happen, somehow
  960. 35:41defying the laws of thermogenesis and
  961. 35:44calorie is in versus calories out, I
  962. 35:46went from 2,500 fat bloated 205 lb
  963. 35:49eating all the carbs
  964. 35:50you know, and my lean body mass and
  965. 35:52protein to eating 5,000 calories of
  966. 35:55[ __ ] meat, cheese, butter
  967. 35:58and uh
  968. 36:00and uh I doubled the protein. That could
  969. 36:01have been why. 300 g of protein.
  970. 36:04I started doing less cardio cuz of an
  971. 36:05injury I was overcoming. My strength
  972. 36:08went up, lost all that freaking weight,
  973. 36:09felt amazing. I I just said, "Fuck this.
  974. 36:12I'm going to just keep going." And I did
  975. 36:13strict carnivore, man, for you know,
  976. 36:16with a couple of kind of additions and
  977. 36:18changes for you know, like over 4 years
  978. 36:21No, it was like almost 5 years or
  979. 36:23something. Almost 5 years. And I did
  980. 36:25some experiments during that time, but
  981. 36:27mostly was strict carnivore.
  982. 36:30And the first like 2 years of that, and
  983. 36:32the first 3 years of that was strictly
  984. 36:34ketogenic with some experiments and [ __ ]
  985. 36:37like that, too, right?
  986. 36:39Um anyway,
  987. 36:41so I'm not telling y'all to go
  988. 36:43carnivore. I'm just saying that a lot of
  989. 36:44people do just say [ __ ] it, I don't want
  990. 36:46to suffer, this is simple enough. I
  991. 36:48don't care about adding back in foods,
  992. 36:50and people just kind of do a
  993. 36:51carnivore-ish diet, you know, especially
  994. 36:54if jasmine rice white rice works for
  995. 36:55you. A lot of people just say [ __ ] it,
  996. 36:57I'm going to go meat and white rice, and
  997. 36:59then they'll just add in whatever plant
  998. 37:00foods work for them, you know? After a
  999. 37:02while, you kind of just say [ __ ] it, you
1000. 37:04know, you go eat tacos with a beautiful
1001. 37:05Latina, or whatever, and then if you
1002. 37:08have symptoms, oh well, and if you
1003. 37:09don't, well now you have data. Now you
1004. 37:11know, oh, I ate some tacos, I was fine.
1005. 37:13Maybe I could do this more often and be
1006. 37:14fine. And and that was kind of my
  1007. 37:16process. I started to discover foods
1008. 37:18that I could eat. And these days, like I
  1009. 37:20think I probably had
1010. 37:23uh candida and some other things,
  1011. 37:25probably,
1012. 37:26um cuz removing all those carbs and
1013. 37:29going, you know, mostly the starches,
1014. 37:31and going like strict carnivore and
1015. 37:33ketogenic with all the coconut oil and
1016. 37:35MCT oil, I probably killed all that
1017. 37:37candida or whatever else might have been
1018. 37:39there, as well as removing food
  1019. 37:41intolerances. And then
  1020. 37:44I I when I went uh
1021. 37:46you know, honey and meat for a while,
1022. 37:48still strict carnivore, but not
1023. 37:50ketogenic, the honey has doc-
  1024. 37:53well-documented uh antibacterial
1025. 37:55properties as well. So that probably
  1026. 37:58neutralized a lot of
1027. 38:00harmful bacteria and stuff in my in my
1028. 38:02digestive system. Not only did I go on
  1029. 38:05an elimination diet, but I also
  1030. 38:07basically went on a
1031. 38:08back- uh intestinal bacteria and
  1032. 38:11candida, you know, uh
  1033. 38:14killing diet.
1034. 38:16Like an antibacterial, like a uh type
  1035. 38:18thing, right? I didn't do I didn't solve
  1036. 38:21my problems like I buy I didn't solve my
1037. 38:24problems by doing probiotics and
  1038. 38:26[ __ ] prebiotics, and eating fiber.
  1039. 38:28That's [ __ ] [ __ ] That just made
1040. 38:30it worse. I solved my problem by
1041. 38:32removing all the fiber and the things
1042. 38:36that feed those bacteria and things and
1043. 38:39that triggered my symptoms. And then and
  1044. 38:41and then
1045. 38:43coconut oil killing off back all the
1046. 38:46intestinal bacteria and you know,
1047. 38:48pathogenic fungus and whatever else. And
  1048. 38:50then the honey probably also I I'm
  1049. 38:53convinced that I wasn't I have not been
1050. 38:56sick at all since doing the honey.
  1051. 38:58Um probably killed all that damn [ __ ]
  1052. 39:01off. And then
1053. 39:03when I you know, my damn beautiful
1054. 39:04Mexican woman, you know, cooking all
1055. 39:06these damn beans and giving making me uh
  1056. 39:09quesadillas and
  1057. 39:11you know, uh
1058. 39:13homemade hot sauce and all this stuff,
1059. 39:15man. Adding back in a lot of these beans
1060. 39:17and stuff and making me homemade Spanish
  1061. 39:19rice and all this.
1062. 39:21I have no problems digesting that, man.
1063. 39:24I have no problems. Uh I've been able to
1064. 39:26add those things back in and be fine.
1065. 39:29And I have been taking the damn ginseng
1066. 39:30elixirs and stuff for years now, too. I
  1067. 39:33don't I mean, that might have played a
  1068. 39:34role, but
1069. 39:36yeah, so um yeah, so hopefully I've
1070. 39:39covered most of the bases. Is that
1071. 39:44Uh let's wrap it all up, okay? So,
1072. 39:46um most autoimmune conditions, right?
1073. 39:49Autoimmune, the body the immune system
1074. 39:52is attacking itself, its own tissues,
1075. 39:54right? Seem to be caused by or triggered
  1076. 39:57by
1077. 39:59some kind of food intolerance or
  1078. 40:02intestinal
1079. 40:04uh like pathogenic bacteria, fungus, or
1080. 40:06parasites inside the intestine, okay?
1081. 40:09Um this has been shown with multiple
1082. 40:13different types of of uh health
1083. 40:14communities, hundreds of thousands of
1084. 40:17people just documenting all their
  1085. 40:19experience. Non-health influencers, not
  1086. 40:21paid to do that. No [ __ ] people get
1087. 40:24paid to promote just eating meat or
1088. 40:27going on elimination diets or whatever
  1089. 40:29else, right? I discovered this by
1090. 40:31accident. A lot of people other people
1091. 40:33did, too. A lot of people go on like
1092. 40:36ketogenic or paleo diets or whatever
1093. 40:38just to lose weight and as a side
  1094. 40:40effect, they're like, "Whoa, my damn
1095. 40:41autoimmune condition went away. What the
1096. 40:43fuck?" That has been a recurring theme.
  1097. 40:45But, people want to want to [ __ ] eat
1098. 40:47all their BS and Cheerios and stupid ass
  1099. 40:50[ __ ] you know, and they don't want to
  1100. 40:53believe, "Oh, maybe it's the something
1101. 40:55I'm eating." No, they won't be like,
1102. 40:56"No, you're stupid." And And like Lane
  1103. 40:58Norton, "It's a placebo effect." You
1104. 41:00know, somehow your fibromyalgia and your
  1105. 41:03MS multiple sclerosis symptoms
  1106. 41:05completely went away, your Crohn's
1107. 41:06disease vanished. Now you don't got to
1108. 41:08go and get your damn intestine removed
  1109. 41:10and all this BS. It's a placebo effect
1110. 41:13or it's cuz you lost weight. Shut the
  1111. 41:14[ __ ] up.
  1112. 41:16That is such a freaking
1113. 41:18low IQ way of interpreting that. Like,
  1114. 41:21you don't have to You don't have to
  1115. 41:23believe it's definitely the meat or it's
1116. 41:25definitely this or that, but entertain
1117. 41:27the possibilities of different things,
  1118. 41:29right?
  1119. 41:30But, anyway,
1120. 41:32um so, yeah, food intolerance or
  1121. 41:36freaking
  1122. 41:37um
1123. 41:38you know, immune reaction to the
1124. 41:40intestine being irritated by these uh
  1125. 41:42hard-to-digest fibers or
1126. 41:44you know, molecules, you know, like
1127. 41:47polyphenols and things in these plant
1128. 41:49foods that uh have pharmaco-
  1129. 41:51pharmacologically active, biologically
1130. 41:53active compounds that trigger things
  1131. 41:56like histamine
1132. 41:58releasing compounds and stuff like that.
1133. 42:00Or, you know, inflam- like uh
  1134. 42:04solanine from nightshade vegetables
1135. 42:07triggering an immune response or a an
  1136. 42:10inflammatory response.
1137. 42:11Some people have those things, right?
  1138. 42:14But also
1139. 42:15could be candida or some of these things
1140. 42:17that can be releasing molecules or
1141. 42:21changing the way you digest certain
1142. 42:22foods and stuff that can be triggering
1143. 42:25these symptoms and things as well.
1144. 42:27Those could be the causes, the three
  1145. 42:28different causes, and
  1146. 42:30the solution is
1147. 42:33removing the the the like like going on
1148. 42:36elimination diet to identify the trigger
1149. 42:39foods, okay? Now this elimination diet
1150. 42:42not only is eliminating foods that
  1151. 42:45irritate the intestine,
1152. 42:48you know, could potentially come could
1153. 42:50potentially irritate the intestine, but
  1154. 42:52also could potentially release
1155. 42:54inflammatory molecules or molecules that
1156. 42:57you have an immune response to.
1157. 42:59Uh but also this elimination diet, okay?
  1158. 43:03If it's candida or bacterial overgrowth,
  1159. 43:06right?
1160. 43:08The the white rice, the jasmine rice
1161. 43:10will probably feed the bacteria, just so
1162. 43:11you all know. It might feed the candida,
1163. 43:14okay? The jasmine rice probably will.
1164. 43:16Honey though should neutralize it, but
  1165. 43:19white sugar not a good idea.
  1166. 43:22Um
1167. 43:23so with that being said, if you follow
1168. 43:25like an all meat diet and don't do any
1169. 43:28carbs, like especially starches, or meat
1170. 43:31and honey, you should probably be able
1171. 43:34to also have the side benefit of killing
  1172. 43:37off
1173. 43:38pathogenic bacteria in the intestine or
  1174. 43:41or or
  1175. 43:42fungus
1176. 43:43and maybe parasites, right? But
  1177. 43:45parasites again, I recommend going to
  1178. 43:47the [ __ ] doctor, like someone that
  1179. 43:49has at least an 80 [ __ ] IQ.
  1180. 43:51[ __ ] damn it, being hypnotized. All
  1181. 43:53pharmaceuticals are bad then.
  1182. 43:56Well, Wolfgang, you're you're you're
  1183. 43:58selling out. No, [ __ ] it's
1184. 44:00called having a brain and using critical
  1185. 44:01thinking and accepting that
1186. 44:03pharmaceutical solutions could be, you
1187. 44:07know, might not be good for a lot of the
  1188. 44:08time, but sometimes they're necessary,
  1189. 44:11you know? These [ __ ] people who have
  1190. 44:13a diagnosed
  1191. 44:16vitamin deficiency at the doctor's, and
1192. 44:18then they refuse to take pharmaceutical
1193. 44:20grade vitamins or whatever, and instead
1194. 44:23they want to go and try to get the foods
1195. 44:26that naturally have the vitamins. But
1196. 44:28then they they have trouble digesting
  1197. 44:30and absorbing them or something. It's
  1198. 44:32like, [ __ ] just get the [ __ ]
  1199. 44:34the isolated vitamin, [ __ ] Stop
1200. 44:36being stupid. Okay, if you have a
  1201. 44:39[ __ ] viral infection, [ __ ] or if
  1202. 44:42you have a [ __ ]
  1203. 44:44parasitical infection, that's a big
1204. 44:46deal. Go to a doctor who actually takes
  1205. 44:49that [ __ ] seriously and get a
  1206. 44:50pharmaceutical grade antiparasite,
  1207. 44:52dammit.
1208. 44:54Man, and of course there are side
  1209. 44:56effects that could happen. I can
  1210. 44:57understand being concerned. But
1211. 45:00conversely, yes, there are pretty
1212. 45:02effective herb solutions, right? Like
1213. 45:05wormwood, gold What was it? Wormwood,
  1214. 45:08black walnut hull,
  1215. 45:10and uh
  1216. 45:12whatever else, right? And then there's
1217. 45:13like golden seal tinctures and other
  1218. 45:15things, right? Yeah, there's solutions
  1219. 45:17and [ __ ] okay? Sure, herb solutions,
  1220. 45:19okay?
1221. 45:20Um I think St. John's wort can be used
  1222. 45:22as an antiparasitical. There's a lot of
1223. 45:24them that I used to be into. But I think
1224. 45:26coconut oil could probably help. And
1225. 45:29maybe just doing this damn elimination
1226. 45:30diet, right? So, elimination diet that
1227. 45:32I'm suggesting, especially if you do the
1228. 45:34all meat one, and then maybe a little
1229. 45:36bit of honey, but if honey you still
1230. 45:38react, remove the honey and see,
1231. 45:40could probably resolve all, you know,
  1232. 45:42all the different causes. It's a It's a
  1233. 45:45one-hit wonder solution.
1234. 45:48And then slowly add things back, you
1235. 45:50know? And then you you can identify the
  1236. 45:52actual trigger.
  1237. 45:54You know, it's just tedious. A lot of
  1238. 45:56people don't want to do it, but they'll
1239. 45:57they're fine suffering and all this
  1240. 45:59[ __ ] They don't want to use their brain
1241. 46:00and like go through what it takes, you
  1242. 46:03know, and
1243. 46:04years go by and they've just kind of
1244. 46:05half-assed kind of tried things, kind of
1245. 46:07not, maybe done a bunch of other BS like
  1246. 46:10easier solutions that don't actually
  1247. 46:12work,
1248. 46:13you know, like vitamins and supplements
  1249. 46:15and crap. Um
1250. 46:17you know, and going to the doctor and
  1251. 46:19getting
  1252. 46:20unnecessary pharmaceuticals and tests
  1253. 46:22and it's like, [ __ ] actually try the
  1254. 46:25actual [ __ ] that is hard that actually
  1255. 46:27works. A basic freaking elimination
  1256. 46:30diet.
1257. 46:31I No one gets paid for that, you know.
  1258. 46:34Um
1259. 46:36Anyway, no one makes money from
  1260. 46:37suggesting that. So, that's what I've
1261. 46:40done. It It worked wonders. That's what
  1262. 46:42my ex-girlfriend of like 5 years who had
  1263. 46:44fibromyalgia and I helped her resolve
  1264. 46:46it. That's basically what she did. A lot
1265. 46:48of my clients over the years have
1266. 46:49freaking done that. Hundreds and
1267. 46:51hundreds of people that I've helped have
1268. 46:52have freaking done that. And if you want
1269. 46:54me to help y'all, you know, coach you
  1270. 46:56through the process, uh
1271. 46:59you know, send me a message on
  1272. 47:00Instagram, Grand Master Wolfgang. I
1273. 47:03don't talk much about health on my
  1274. 47:04Instagram. It's mostly me flashing my
  1275. 47:06cars and freaking
1276. 47:08my lifts and all my stuff and I'm just
1277. 47:10having fun on my Instagram, right? But
  1278. 47:12message me there and I'll help y'all
  1279. 47:13through it.
1280. 47:14Or comment down below and I'll give you
  1281. 47:16my contact info and we'll schedule a you
  1282. 47:19know, a video consultation or something,
1283. 47:21right? And we'll get things taken care
  1284. 47:23of.
  1285. 47:23Um
1286. 47:24easy work. Let me know in the comments
  1287. 47:26what y'all think and I'll talk to y'all
  1288. 47:27next time.
