23. 0:48keywords. These are invisible keywords
24. 0:51that describe your entire channel, not
25. 0:53just individual videos. Here's how.

27. 0:58Studio, then click settings, then
28. 1:02channel. You'll see a keyword section
29. 1:04that 99% of creators leave empty. Add
30. 1:08broad keywords like fitness or finance
31. 1:10or whatever your channel is about, but
32. 1:13also add longtail phrases your audience
33. 1:16actually searches for. Instead of just
34. 1:18fitness, add how to lose weight fast or
35. 1:21home workout routines. As a regular
36. 1:24viewer browsing YouTube, you can't
37. 1:26actually see these keywords that
38. 1:28channels are using to help the algorithm
39. 1:31push their content to the right viewers.

68. 2:39default tags. This one is massive for
69. 2:42new channels because tags are one of the
70. 2:45main things that YouTube relies on when
71. 2:47your channel is brand new and the

74. 2:54the same upload default section. What
75. 2:56you want to do is add about two to five
76. 2:58tags that describe your channel as a
77. 3:01whole. These tags will automatically be
78. 3:03added to every single video you upload.
