1. 0:00Do I have to be unethical to be
2. 0:01successful in business? Well, the
3. 0:02implicit
4. 0:04question there, which is interesting
5. 0:05because if you were to ask that
6. 0:06question, if you deem me successful,
7. 0:07then you'd deem me unethical. And why
8. 0:08would you want an unethical person to
9. 0:09answer your question?
10. 0:11>> [clears throat]
11. 0:12>> So, I would say that's a silly question,
12. 0:15so I reject the premise.
13. 0:17Um
14. 0:18but why don't you tell me what is
15. 0:20unethical about this?
16. 0:23You have a problem.
17. 0:25I know how to solve that problem.
18. 0:27And in fact, the problem you have is a
19. 0:29problem that many people have.
20. 0:30And so, it's I'm unable to solve that
21. 0:33problem for everyone. And so, for the
22. 0:34people that care the most about solving
23. 0:36that problem, some of them are willing
24. 0:37to spend money to solve it. And for
25. 0:39those people who are willing to spend
26. 0:41money, I say, "I will solve that problem
27. 0:43for you in exchange for your money."
28. 0:44Where do you see an ethical dilemma?
29. 0:47The issue that people who don't have
30. 0:50money have with people who have money is
31. 0:52that they believe that you need to
32. 0:53deceive in order to earn.
33. 0:55And I 100% agree that deception is a
34. 0:58very poor practice in business,
35. 0:59especially in the long term.
36. 1:01And so, if you state the facts and tell
37. 1:03the truth, which is the number one rule
38. 1:04of marketing that I have that I I will
39. 1:06restate until I die, if you state the
40. 1:08facts and tell the truth, and then two
41. 1:09people voluntary exchange of money for
42. 1:11services, and both people say thank you,
43. 1:14what is unethical about that? You need
44. 1:16to get out of your head, dude.
45. 1:17Like, you will never, and I will say
46. 1:19this, if you believe that making money
47. 1:22is wrong, you will never make it.
48. 1:25If you're business owner and you are not
49. 1:28growing as fast as you like, I'd like to
50. 1:29give you a free gift. So, my team and I
