  1. 0:00Everybody over 50 is being told the
  2. 0:01exact same thing right now, which is
  3. 0:03learn AI or you're going to get left
  4. 0:05behind. And I'm telling you that that
  5. 0:06advice is backwards and it's costing you
  6. 0:09money. Because here's what's actually
  7. 0:10happening. The number one claim method
  8. 0:12to build a personal brand for people
  9. 0:14over 50 doesn't require you to learn AI
  10. 0:17at all. It requires AI to learn you.
  11. 0:20See, Claude has read everything ever
  12. 0:22written and it's lived exactly zero
  13. 0:23days. And the one ingredient that it's
  14. 0:25missing is the 30 years of experience
  15. 0:27that you already have. And it used to be
  16. 0:30that building a personal brand would
  17. 0:31take decades and it would take a massive
  18. 0:33amount of time, effort, money, and work.
  19. 0:35But now, with the help of Cloud AI,
  20. 0:37building a personal brand doesn't take
  21. 0:38that long, and it's actually easier if
  22. 0:40you're over the age of 50. For instance,
  23. 0:42my brother Zach is 50. He spent 30 years
  24. 0:44in the trades, and he's the kind of guy
  25. 0:46who's not very tech-savvy. He basically
  26. 0:48calls me to fix his email or his
  27. 0:49website. And one 15-minute conversation
  28. 0:51with Claude got him from zero to a
  29. 0:53full-time income in less than one month.
  30. 0:56And just last month, he had his best
  31. 0:57month, which was over $18,000 in a
  32. 1:00single month. Then there's a 60-year-old
  33. 1:01nurse with 33 years of experience and
  34. 1:04not a lot saved. And she went from zero
  35. 1:05to a full-time income building her
  36. 1:07personal brand in about 6 weeks. Then
  37. 1:09there's an engineer, an
  38. 1:10anesthesiologist, a semi-retired guy
  39. 1:12with a hearing problem. All of them and
  40. 1:13more I'm going to go over in this video.
  41. 1:15And I'm going to be showing receipts and
  42. 1:16proof on the screen. And I'd know
  43. 1:18because I built my personal brand after
  44. 1:20getting a doctorate, getting a really
  45. 1:22good job, going into pharmacy, and going
  46. 1:24$300,000 in student loan debt. And then
  47. 1:26I've helped thousands of other people
  48. 1:28build their personal brands. And I can
  49. 1:30tell you right now, it's actually easier
  50. 1:31if you're over 50 if you do it the right
  51. 1:33way, which is what we're going to talk
  52. 1:35about in this video. Now, the method is
  53. 1:36going to be three steps, and I'll show
  54. 1:38you every single one live, and the step
  55. 1:40that almost everybody skips, the one
  56. 1:41that decides whether this makes you
  57. 1:42money or just makes you busy, and that's
  58. 1:44going to be near the end. So, if you
  59. 1:45appreciate me making content like this
  60. 1:47and you want to see me make more of it
  61. 1:48in the future, then let me know by
  62. 1:49gently cheersing that like button and
  63. 1:51let's jump into it right now. All right,
  64. 1:53we're going to start this off by talking
  65. 1:54about the fact that you're already an
  66. 1:56expert six times over. So, let's kill
  67. 1:58the thing that's sitting in your chest
  68. 2:00right now because I already know what it
  69. 2:02is. Shane, I'm not an expert in
  70. 2:04anything. I've heard that sentence from
  71. 2:05almost every single person that you're
  72. 2:07about to see in this video and almost
  73. 2:08every single successful person that I've
  74. 2:10ever worked with, right? All the people
  75. 2:11that were able to successfully grow
  76. 2:12personal brands thought that they
  77. 2:14weren't an expert. the 60-year-old nurse
  78. 2:15that got to a full-time income in six
  79. 2:17weeks said it. My brother said it. The
  80. 2:18anesthesiologist that we're going to
  81. 2:19talk about here in a bit said it. A
  82. 2:21freaking anesthesiologist. And I'm going
  83. 2:23to prove to you with math that a fifth
  84. 2:24grader can check that it's okay. So, if
  85. 2:27you've worked 30 years, that is 50 weeks
  86. 2:29a year, 40 hours a week, and you've put
  87. 2:32in 60,000 hours working. Okay? That
  88. 2:34doesn't count your time off. There's a
  89. 2:36lot of things you probably could have
  90. 2:37done in your time off as well. Let's
  91. 2:38just count the amount of time that
  92. 2:40you've worked. So, you've probably heard
  93. 2:41of the 10,000 hour rule, right? So, this
  94. 2:43is basically the famous line where once
  95. 2:45you get to 10,000 hours, you become
  96. 2:46world class at something and you crossed
  97. 2:48it in year five and then you kept going
  98. 2:50for another 25. So, the 24 year old with
  99. 2:52a ring light who's making videos about
  100. 2:54your industry right now is probably
  101. 2:55about 2,000 hours in maximum, probably
  102. 2:58less than that. So, you're not just not
  103. 3:00an expert, you're an expert six times
  104. 3:02over. You've just never been paid for
  105. 3:04the part of it that matters. All right,
  106. 3:06YouTube just got 10 times easier and
  107. 3:09nobody is talking about it. You used to
  108. 3:11need an entire film crew. And it used to
  109. 3:14be a full-time job for you to just do
  110. 3:16any work at all on YouTube, but now you
  111. 3:18can get work done in as little as 15 to
  112. 3:2130 minutes a day. And you can actually
  113. 3:22grow a fulltime YouTube channel. That's
  114. 3:24exactly what I'm going to be talking
  115. 3:26about at the live training that we're
  116. 3:28doing this week. Exactly how to start
  117. 3:30YouTube stepby step for beginners. So
  118. 3:32click the link in the description, the
  119. 3:34pin comment below to check that out,
  120. 3:35guys. I will be answering questions
  121. 3:36before, during, and after the live
  122. 3:38training. It's completely free. Plus,
  123. 3:40I'll be giving away an AI that is
  124. 3:43designed to help you pick your niche if
  125. 3:44you don't have one in the first place or
  126. 3:45if you already have a niche. It's going
  127. 3:47to help you make it 10 times better. So,
  128. 3:50really looking forward to talking with
  129. 3:51you guys. This is stuff that we never
  130. 3:52talked about before. So, click that link
  131. 3:54in the description and comment below and
  132. 3:56I look forward to seeing you there.
  133. 3:57Think of it like a well, okay, you spent
  134. 3:5930 years digging one and the kid with
  135. 4:00the ring light is standing next to you
  136. 4:02holding a garden hose. The water is all
  137. 4:04yours. The problem was never the water.
  138. 4:06The problem is that nobody ever gave you
  139. 4:08a pump. And that's exactly what Claude
  140. 4:10is going to do right now. Now, I know
  141. 4:11what some of you are thinking. I'm not a
  142. 4:1310 out of 10 at anything. Good. You
  143. 4:15don't need to be a 10 out of 10. For
  144. 4:16instance, you could be a 5 out of 10 who
  145. 4:18helps someone who's 3 out of 10 get to
  146. 4:2010 out of 10. Or you could be a 3 out of
  147. 4:2210 help somebody who's a 1 out of 10 get
  148. 4:23to 3 out of 10. Or a 7 out of 10 who
  149. 4:25helps a 5 out of 10 get to 7 out of 10,
  150. 4:27etc., etc. The point is, you just need
  151. 4:29to be a few steps ahead of the people
  152. 4:30that you're helping. Right? So, if I
  153. 4:32asked Elon Musk how to make videos, he'd
  154. 4:34be useless to me, right? He's a 10 at
  155. 4:36business and I may be a seven at best,
  156. 4:38but I'm a 10 at teaching beginners. And
  157. 4:40that's the part that people pay for in
  158. 4:42my specific industry. And the person
  159. 4:44that's one step ahead is usually a
  160. 4:46better teacher than the genius as well
  161. 4:48because they still remember what it felt
  162. 4:50like not to know. And I totally get it.
  163. 4:52When you've been told your whole life
  164. 4:53that experts have letters after their
  165. 4:55name, I'm not an expert. Feels like
  166. 4:56bragging and it's not. It's math. So, a
  167. 4:58great example of this is nurse Jen. She
  168. 5:00spent 33 years as a nurse. She's 60
  169. 5:02years old and some days she had a
  170. 5:04hundred calls sitting in the queue and
  171. 5:05she was completely burned out. And
  172. 5:07she'll tell you herself that she did not
  173. 5:08have a lot save for retirement and
  174. 5:10whatever she did next she was going to
  175. 5:12have to keep doing for a while.
  176. 5:13>> Well, I've been a nurse for 33 years.
  177. 5:16I'm 60 and I don't I made some bad
  178. 5:19choices with relationships and money in
  179. 5:22my past and I don't have a lot saved for
  180. 5:24retirement. So, whatever I'm doing now,
  181. 5:26I'm probably going to have to be doing
  182. 5:28for a while. and she had never made a
  183. 5:31video in her life. And in her exact
  184. 5:33words to me, she said, "I'd never really
  185. 5:35thought about it." You know, the thought
  186. 5:36of looking on camera kind of scares me,
  187. 5:38but she started anyways on a plain
  188. 5:40webcam from her laptop talking about the
  189. 5:42one thing that she'd lived inside of for
  190. 5:4433 years, which is staying healthy as
  191. 5:46you get older. And 6 weeks after she
  192. 5:48started implementing our systems and her
  193. 5:49first video took off, she was making a
  194. 5:51full-time income. So, her first month
  195. 5:52after she got monetized was about
  196. 5:54$6,000. Then the second month was right
  197. 5:56around $8,000. The month after that was
  198. 5:58over $10,000 just in AdSense alone. And
  199. 6:00that's just the ads before she sells
  200. 6:02anything.
  201. 6:03>> The first month was right around 6,000.
  202. 6:05The second month was right around 8,000.
  203. 6:08This month will be right around 10,000.
  204. 6:10>> And she got to quit her nursing job. And
  205. 6:11now she's traveling all around the
  206. 6:13country in the back of her camper van,
  207. 6:15which was literally her dream life. And
  208. 6:16this was all made possible because of
  209. 6:18our system. And the thing is, guys,
  210. 6:20nurse Jen told us when she first began
  211. 6:22that she thought she wasn't an expert on
  212. 6:24anything. But it turns out all that time
  213. 6:27that she spent at work answering the
  214. 6:29same questions over and over again with
  215. 6:30patients, she could just answer those
  216. 6:32same questions that she got over and
  217. 6:34over again on camera and blast it out to
  218. 6:36millions of people and make a full-time
  219. 6:38income and grow her personal brand from
  220. 6:39that very quickly. So, chances are
  221. 6:41questions that you already answer on a
  222. 6:43day-to-day basis from your patients or
  223. 6:45your customers or your clients or buyers
  224. 6:47or your co-workers or people that you
  225. 6:49just run into at your job on a
  226. 6:51day-to-day basis and you answer
  227. 6:52questions for them. That is expertise
  228. 6:54that you can blast out on YouTube or on
  229. 6:56other social media platforms, build your
  230. 6:58personal brand, and get paid for it. And
  231. 6:59guess what? That's expertise that the
  232. 7:0120-year-old with a ring light does not
  233. 7:03have. And by the way, it doesn't have to
  234. 7:04be answering questions for patients or
  235. 7:06customers. It could be helping other
  236. 7:08people get into the job that you already
  237. 7:10have. For instance, Josh started making
  238. 7:11very useful videos on helping people in
  239. 7:13the IT and cyber security industry
  240. 7:15basically get the right certifications,
  241. 7:17get into the right jobs, get raises,
  242. 7:19etc., etc. When he first started working
  243. 7:20with us, he was barely making any money
  244. 7:22at all doing this. Definitely less than
  245. 7:23$1,000 a month. Then we helped him get
  246. 7:25to 5,000, then 10,000, then $30,000 a
  247. 7:28month. And he also was able to get his
  248. 7:29dream job where they reached out to him
  249. 7:31because of his YouTube channel. So, it
  250. 7:33was really useful for establishing him
  251. 7:34as an authority as well as networking.
  252. 7:36But then his personal brand just kept
  253. 7:37going and eventually it got up to
  254. 7:39$185,000
  255. 7:40in a single month. And it was all by
  256. 7:42just sharing helpful information to
  257. 7:44other people in the IT and cyber
  258. 7:46security industry that would likely help
  259. 7:47them land a better job or get a raise or
  260. 7:50take the right certification so they can
  261. 7:51get into a job that they like more. And
  262. 7:52it doesn't have to be career related
  263. 7:54either. Our client Thomas helps busy men
  264. 7:56over the age of 40 get fit and lose
  265. 7:58belly fat so that they can have more
  266. 7:59energy so they can spend more time with
  267. 8:01their families. Our clients Damon and
  268. 8:03Kennedy help Christian singles find
  269. 8:05their kingdom partner which is basically
  270. 8:06the right Christian partner for them and
  271. 8:08they made it to a full-time income. Our
  272. 8:10community member Cheryl helps people
  273. 8:11have late life spiritual awakenings. And
  274. 8:13it can also just be a problem that you
  275. 8:15have that you solve, right? So basically
  276. 8:16when life gives you lemons, you could
  277. 8:17make it into lemonade. Our community
  278. 8:19member Guy, for instance, suffers from
  279. 8:20what's known as tenitus, which is
  280. 8:22constant ringing in the ears. And he got
  281. 8:23to his income goal before he even
  282. 8:25reached 500 subscribers just by helping
  283. 8:27other people that have tenitus manage it
  284. 8:29better. Our client Dr. Pah helps people
  285. 8:31use peptides to reach their health goals
  286. 8:32and lose weight more effectively. And it
  287. 8:34doesn't have to be anything serious
  288. 8:35either. It could be something that is
  289. 8:37one of your hobbies. So, our clients
  290. 8:38Emily and Dawn basically specialize in
  291. 8:40helping people become better at being
  292. 8:42outdoorsmen. And our client Nathan Rose
  293. 8:44helps people get to a 2,000 online
  294. 8:46rating in chess. Yes, chess the game.
  295. 8:48And both of them have made it to
  296. 8:49full-time incomes as well. And I could
  297. 8:51just go on and on here, but I think you
  298. 8:53get the point. Well, you might be
  299. 8:54thinking, "Well, Shane, I have a lot of
  300. 8:55trouble selecting my niche. Like, I have
  301. 8:57no idea what to talk about with my
  302. 8:58personal brand." Or, "I already have a
  303. 9:00niche, but it's not really working that
  304. 9:01well." Well, that's exactly what we're
  305. 9:03going to be going over in the live
  306. 9:04training that we're doing this week.
  307. 9:06It's a completely free live training
  308. 9:07where we're going to be specializing in
  309. 9:09helping you select your niche if you
  310. 9:11don't have one in the first place or if
  311. 9:12you already have one. We're going to be
  312. 9:13helping you make it 10 times better.
  313. 9:14We're even giving away an AI that
  314. 9:16hundreds of people have commented is
  315. 9:18like our favorite AI tool we've ever
  316. 9:19made, which is the niche validator. And
  317. 9:21additionally, we're going to be going
  318. 9:22over step by step exactly how to start
  319. 9:24your hybrid personal brand, which is our
  320. 9:26special way of doing personal branding
  321. 9:28that gets these results that you're
  322. 9:29seeing on the screen. And even if you're
  323. 9:31totally beginner, it still works, and
  324. 9:32how to properly monetize it. Plus, I'll
  325. 9:34be answering questions before, during,
  326. 9:35and after. So, do not miss out on this.
  327. 9:37Click that first link in the
  328. 9:38description, the pin comment below to
  329. 9:39attend. And even if you're watching this
  330. 9:40in the future, still click it because
  331. 9:42there's a good chance we're going to be
  332. 9:43doing a live training in the future, and
  333. 9:44it'll automatically add you to the wait
  334. 9:46list so that you'll be the first one
  335. 9:47that knows. Now, last time we did this,
  336. 9:49we did run out of spots for the live
  337. 9:51training. We can only accept a certain
  338. 9:52amount of people. Zoom literally doesn't
  339. 9:53even let us have that many. So, make
  340. 9:55sure you secure your seat by clicking
  341. 9:56that link in the description, the pin
  342. 9:57comment below right away, and I look
  343. 9:59forward to seeing you there. But going
  344. 10:00back to Jen really quickly, the reason
  345. 10:02that this all worked so well for her was
  346. 10:04because of her age. She spent 33 years
  347. 10:07digging the well. And the only thing she
  348. 10:08needed was a pump. So nothing about Jyn
  349. 10:11changed except the pump or the tool that
  350. 10:13she used to get that knowledge out. And
  351. 10:15the pump has a name, which is going to
  352. 10:16be in the next section. So let's talk
  353. 10:18about the ghostriter method. So let me
  354. 10:19tell you about a farm wife in Missouri
  355. 10:21who didn't publish her first book until
  356. 10:23she was 65 years old. And her name was
  357. 10:25Laura Ingles Wilder. and she'd lived the
  358. 10:27stories, the log cabin, the prairie, the
  359. 10:29winters that almost killed the family.
  360. 10:30But she wasn't a writer. She was a
  361. 10:32farmer's wife who'd done a few columns
  362. 10:34for a local paper. But her daughter Rose
  363. 10:36was the professional writer. So Laura
  364. 10:38wrote down what she remembered in her
  365. 10:39own hand. And Rose took those pages and
  366. 10:42shaped them. She cut, she structured,
  367. 10:43she polished all of them into books. And
  368. 10:45that first book came out in 1932 when
  369. 10:48Laura was 65 years old. Little House in
  370. 10:50the Big Woods, then Little House on the
  371. 10:52Prairie, and she published eight books
  372. 10:54overall. And these have been read by
  373. 10:55generations. And they were even turned
  374. 10:56into a TV show that ran for nine seasons
  375. 10:59that every single person watching this
  376. 11:01recognizes on site. So Laura brought the
  377. 11:0365 years of experience, but Rose did the
  378. 11:06actual writing and the typing. And guys,
  379. 11:08that is not a cute story. That is the
  380. 11:10entire method. Every famous person over
  381. 11:1350 with a book has a ghostriter.
  382. 11:15Politicians, CEOs, athletes, they talk,
  383. 11:17they share their wisdom, they share
  384. 11:18their experience. Somebody else types
  385. 11:20and their name goes on the cover. And
  386. 11:22nobody thinks that that's cheating
  387. 11:23because the wisdom was theirs. The
  388. 11:25typing wasn't the valuable part. It was
  389. 11:27the wisdom, the experience that they had
  390. 11:29that was the valuable part. So the
  391. 11:30number one cloud AI method to build a
  392. 11:32personal brand for people over 50 is
  393. 11:33what I call the ghostriter method. You
  394. 11:36are the source, but Claude is your
  395. 11:38ghostriter, right? Claude is your rose.
  396. 11:39And the place that you put it, the place
  397. 11:41that every person in this video built
  398. 11:42their brand is a YouTube channel. Now,
  399. 11:44one thing I'm going to say very quickly
  400. 11:46is you start with a YouTube channel.
  401. 11:47YouTube is going to be your mother
  402. 11:49platform and then you can automatically
  403. 11:51syndicate the content to the other
  404. 11:52platforms. That's exactly what we do and
  405. 11:54we squeeze twice the amount of juice out
  406. 11:56of it. But YouTube by far is the best
  407. 11:58for this particular method. And you want
  408. 12:00to start with YouTube when it comes to
  409. 12:01building your personal brand. Now, hold
  410. 12:02on. I know it just happened in your head
  411. 12:04because it happened in the comments of
  412. 12:05my last video. Shane, who's going to
  413. 12:07watch a 58-year-old talk about her
  414. 12:09career. Older people already know this
  415. 12:10stuff. Two answers, and they're both
  416. 12:12money. One, older people don't want a
  417. 12:1424year-old explaining their own life to
  418. 12:15them. They want a peer, someone who's
  419. 12:17actually lived it. And two, younger
  420. 12:19people are starving for it. Right? Half
  421. 12:21the comments under these channels are
  422. 12:2230-year-olds saying, "I wish somebody
  423. 12:24had told me this." So, when you make a
  424. 12:25channel like this for the younger
  425. 12:26people, it's kind of like having an
  426. 12:28aunt, an uncle, or a grandpa on the
  427. 12:30internet who will actually tell you the
  428. 12:31truth. And there are millions of them
  429. 12:32watching and almost nobody their age
  430. 12:34talking. So, you can actually appeal to
  431. 12:36a younger demographic as an older
  432. 12:38person. And you can also appeal to
  433. 12:39people that are around your same age as
  434. 12:41well. Additionally, it's simply a supply
  435. 12:43and demand issue. There's lots of
  436. 12:4520-year-olds with ring lights that are
  437. 12:47making content, but there are very few
  438. 12:49people that are 50 plus making content.
  439. 12:51So, there's a lot of demand for people
  440. 12:52who want older people making content,
  441. 12:54but there's not a lot of supply. And so,
  442. 12:56when there's a lot of demand and there's
  443. 12:58not a lot of supply, it becomes very
  444. 13:00easy for you to get results. And that's
  445. 13:01what we've noticed in our community over
  446. 13:03and over again is people that are on the
  447. 13:04older side, people that have the
  448. 13:06experience, have the wisdom, get results
  449. 13:08a lot more easily. Now, additionally,
  450. 13:09there might be some sort of structural
  451. 13:10advantage built in because advertisers
  452. 13:12want to reach people who are over 50.
  453. 13:14And the reason for that is because the
  454. 13:1550 and above demographic owns about 70
  455. 13:17to 80% of the wealth in the United
  456. 13:19States. And so, advertisers want to
  457. 13:21reach people over 50. And that means
  458. 13:23YouTube has a lot of pressure to get
  459. 13:24more creators that are over 50. And so,
  460. 13:26if you're over 50 making content, it's
  461. 13:28going to be significantly easier for
  462. 13:29your channel to get pushed. And again,
  463. 13:31this is something that we'll go into in
  464. 13:32great detail in the live training this
  465. 13:33week. So, click that first link in the
  466. 13:35description in the pin comment below to
  467. 13:36check that out. With that being said,
  468. 13:37the method that we're going to talk
  469. 13:38about here has three steps and you're
  470. 13:40looking at them. Step one is you
  471. 13:42extract, right? Claude interviews you
  472. 13:43and pulls the wisdom out of your head.
  473. 13:45Step two is you package. Claude turns it
  474. 13:47into a script in your voice, a title,
  475. 13:49and a thumbnail. And step three is you
  476. 13:51publish webcam, phone, face optional,
  477. 13:53one video a week, and that's it. Now,
  478. 13:55I'm going to show you every step live,
  479. 13:56starting with the one that makes the
  480. 13:58other two possible. All right, so step
  481. 14:00one is extract. And this is the part
  482. 14:01that used to keep people your age out of
  483. 14:03this entirely. And now it's the easiest
  484. 14:05step out of the three. So, you open
  485. 14:06Claude and you don't type an essay out.
  486. 14:08You have a conversation with it. I call
  487. 14:11it a YAP session. So, you click the
  488. 14:13voice mode feature on Claude. It should
  489. 14:14be at the bottom right. And then you
  490. 14:16just start talking like as if you're
  491. 14:18talking to a friend or the younger
  492. 14:20version of yourself or maybe a younger
  493. 14:22person in your family, right? So, you
  494. 14:23talk to it like a sharp friend who just
  495. 14:24asked about your career at a dinner
  496. 14:26party, right? You talk about the
  497. 14:27stories, the mistakes, the here's what
  498. 14:29nobody tells you about my industry rant
  499. 14:31that you've been giving at Thanksgiving
  500. 14:32for 20 years now. And if you don't know
  501. 14:34what to say, and most people don't at
  502. 14:36first, you flip it. You have Claude
  503. 14:37interview you, right? So again, Claude
  504. 14:40being like a ghostriter can interview
  505. 14:42you and it can pull the important
  506. 14:43information out so that it can actually
  507. 14:45write something that's totally original.
  508. 14:47So here is a Claude prompt to get you
  509. 14:48started. And by the way, you can
  510. 14:50screenshot this, copy, and then paste it
  511. 14:52into Claude. With that being said, there
  512. 14:53are more detailed prompts as well as
  513. 14:55more detailed Claude skills and
  514. 14:57resources which we'll put in the link in
  515. 14:58the description, the pin comment below.
  516. 15:00should be the third link down there. So,
  517. 15:02you can check that out if you want to
  518. 15:03follow along here as well. But this is a
  519. 15:04good place to get you started. So, watch
  520. 15:06what it does. It asks, you answer, it
  521. 15:08asks a better question. You answer, you
  522. 15:10just use voice mode if typing annoys you
  523. 15:12and it annoys me. I always use voice
  524. 15:14mode. So, you literally just talk to it.
  525. 15:15And notice what's happening here. This
  526. 15:17is the opposite of what people are
  527. 15:18scared of with AI. The information isn't
  528. 15:20coming from the machine. It's coming
  529. 15:22from you. Claude is just the daughter
  530. 15:24with the typewriter, right? It's just
  531. 15:26your ghostriter, which means what comes
  532. 15:27out the other end is an AI slop. It's
  533. 15:30your 30 years of experience, organized,
  534. 15:33and written in such a way where it's
  535. 15:34very consumable and easy for other
  536. 15:36people to understand, enjoy, and
  537. 15:38implement. Aka, it's something that
  538. 15:39helps other people solve the problems
  539. 15:41that they have, right? Because the truth
  540. 15:42is, general information now, you can
  541. 15:44easily just look it up on Google or you
  542. 15:46can ask Chat GPT and it'll answer you
  543. 15:48and give you like general information
  544. 15:49answers because it has read all the
  545. 15:51books in the world. But what AI can't do
  546. 15:52now, and this is the big gap, the big
  547. 15:54advantage that you have is experience,
  548. 15:56wisdom, and deep expertise on a
  549. 15:58particular subject. So, like I talked
  550. 16:00about before, a great example of this is
  551. 16:02my own brother, Zach. 50 years old, 30
  552. 16:04years in the trades. And he's the kind
  553. 16:05of guy who calls me to fix his email.
  554. 16:08Not techsavvy, never made a video in his
  555. 16:10life, and his body was wearing out. And
  556. 16:11the thing that he knew better than
  557. 16:13anybody, which trades jobs actually pay
  558. 16:15and which ones eat you alive, was
  559. 16:16sitting in his head doing nothing. Why?
  560. 16:18Because he had 30 years of experience.
  561. 16:19and most of his friends were also in the
  562. 16:21trades as well. So, this stuff was
  563. 16:23common sense to him. But what's common
  564. 16:24sense to you isn't necessarily common
  565. 16:26sense to everyone else. So, he did
  566. 16:28exactly what you just watched. One
  567. 16:29conversation with Claude, less than 15
  568. 16:31minutes of talking, and that
  569. 16:32conversation became his first video,
  570. 16:34highest paying trades jobs that no one
  571. 16:36is talking about. And it did over
  572. 16:37800,000 views. And day 29, after posting
  573. 16:40that video, he had a $214 day, which is
  574. 16:42a $78,000 year run rate. So, his channel
  575. 16:45went from zero to a full-time income in
  576. 16:47less than one month. And last month he
  577. 16:49had a record month of $18,000.
  578. 16:52And it was all from 15 minutes of
  579. 16:54yapping, right? 15 minutes of talking to
  580. 16:56Claude, using our systems, and that's
  581. 16:57it, right? So that's step one. And by
  582. 16:59the way, this is not because he's
  583. 17:00special. He's not special. He just had
  584. 17:0230 years in the well, and finally
  585. 17:03someone handed him the pump. So here's
  586. 17:05how to start. Open Claude. Claude AI
  587. 17:07works on a phone, tablet, laptop,
  588. 17:08desktop, whatever you need. You don't
  589. 17:10have to install it. You can just use the
  590. 17:11internet version. Then paste the
  591. 17:12interview me prompt from this section.
  592. 17:14Tap the microphone and answer out loud
  593. 17:16and aim for 15 minutes. And don't edit
  594. 17:18anything, right? Rambling is the point
  595. 17:20here. It's totally fine if you ramble.
  596. 17:21And when Claude says it's had enough,
  597. 17:23ask it. Now write the script in my
  598. 17:24voice. One sentence per line. Keep my
  599. 17:26exact phrases. Save the script. And
  600. 17:28that's video one. Do this once a week.
  601. 17:29Anytime you have a little bit of free
  602. 17:30time, for instance, Sunday, 20 minutes,
  603. 17:32coffee in hand, and write yourself a
  604. 17:34video script. Time out. Time out, guys.
  605. 17:36If you ever thought, I should be on
  606. 17:37YouTube, but I never started because of
  607. 17:39the time or the editing or not knowing
  608. 17:42what to say or not knowing how to get
  609. 17:43started, AI just solved all of those
  610. 17:46problems for you. because you can now
  611. 17:48make money from YouTube working less
  612. 17:50than 4 hours a week. 15 to 30 minutes a
  613. 17:52day is all you need. And this works even
  614. 17:54if you have a full-time job, you run a
  615. 17:55business, you're already doing YouTube
  616. 17:58and you failed at it, or you're doing
  617. 17:59YouTube and you're doing pretty well,
  618. 18:00but you're struggling with monetization,
  619. 18:02or you're just a normal person who isn't
  620. 18:03techy at all. Which is exactly why this
  621. 18:06week I'm hosting a live training on
  622. 18:08exactly how to start YouTube step by
  623. 18:10step for beginners. It is 100% free, no
  624. 18:14cash at all. And on top of that, I'm
  625. 18:16going to be handing out even more
  626. 18:17bonuses at the training. Now, just to
  627. 18:19give you one example, you'll be getting
  628. 18:20my niche validator pro that's powered by
  629. 18:22Claude and we have a chat GBT version as
  630. 18:25well. And this is a super valuable piece
  631. 18:27of software where you can finally figure
  632. 18:29out what the best niche for you is. Or
  633. 18:31if you already have a niche, it's going
  634. 18:32to help you make it 10 times better. So,
  635. 18:34do not sleep on this one. Go and grab
  636. 18:36your spot down in the description and
  637. 18:37the pin comment below because the only
  638. 18:39way to get it is by joining the
  639. 18:41training. So, if you wait, you might
  640. 18:43miss out. Now, with that said, at the
  641. 18:44workshop, you will get to meet me
  642. 18:46personally. I will be answering
  643. 18:47questions before, during, and after the
  644. 18:50workshop directly. So, I'm looking
  645. 18:51forward to seeing you there. So, go
  646. 18:52click that link in the description and
  647. 18:54the pin comment below. It's happening
  648. 18:56this week. So, get it on your calendar.
  649. 18:57And if for some reason you can't make it
  650. 18:59or you weren't able to be there, still
  651. 19:02go click that link in the description
  652. 19:03because it will automatically put you on
  653. 19:04a wait list to notify you when we'll be
  654. 19:06running our next live training and you
  655. 19:08will be the first one to hear about it.
  656. 19:10So, yeah, looking forward to seeing you
  657. 19:11there. And now back to our regularly
  658. 19:12scheduled programming. All right, now
  659. 19:14let's move on to step two, which is
  660. 19:16package. So step two is where the money
  661. 19:18actually gets decided, and it's the step
  662. 19:19that almost everybody over 50 gets
  663. 19:21backwards. So you've got the script now
  664. 19:23in your voice from your YAP session. But
  665. 19:25a script alone is a book with no cover,
  666. 19:27and nobody buys a book with no cover. So
  667. 19:29Claude does the packaging, the title,
  668. 19:31the thumbnail text, the description, the
  669. 19:32first 30 seconds that basically make
  670. 19:34somebody stay on your video, cuz those
  671. 19:36are very important, right? And this is
  672. 19:37the part that I get paid the most to
  673. 19:38teach because it is very key. And here's
  674. 19:40the thing that surprises people. Your
  675. 19:41age isn't the thing that you hide in the
  676. 19:43package. It's the hook. Look at what's
  677. 19:45actually working right now. A mechanic
  678. 19:47who's turning wrenches for 57 years in
  679. 19:49his 70s, made more in one month than he
  680. 19:51saved in 40 years, right? His name's
  681. 19:52Scotty Kilmer, right? And he did this
  682. 19:54just by talking about stuff that's
  683. 19:55common sense to him. Or how about a
  684. 19:57retirement guy filming on a phone while
  685. 19:58he walks. He's got hundreds of thousands
  686. 20:00of subscribers and he's making tons of
  687. 20:01money. His name is Azul. or a channel
  688. 20:03called Simply Retired, who made a video
  689. 20:05called Why I Started YouTube at 73 and
  690. 20:07it got over 400,000 views on a channel
  691. 20:08that normally does a fraction of that.
  692. 20:10Or how about 45 years of guitar lessons
  693. 20:12in under 10 minutes, 140,000 views, 14
  694. 20:15times what that channel usually does. Or
  695. 20:17how about our community member R.J.
  696. 20:18who's a retired CEO talking about the
  697. 20:20unretired life and he's got videos past
  698. 20:22a million views within a few months and
  699. 20:24he made it to over $30,000 in a single
  700. 20:26month just yapping about what he already
  701. 20:28knew. Or how about one of the biggest
  702. 20:29realtors in Montana who's in his
  703. 20:31late60s, Craig? He'd been posting on
  704. 20:33YouTube for four years, barely got any
  705. 20:34traction at all, and then one of his
  706. 20:36first videos with us got over a
  707. 20:37hundred,000 views and drove tons of
  708. 20:39leads to his realy business. Or how
  709. 20:41about a doctor sharing what he learned
  710. 20:42about Claude? His video took off a month
  711. 20:44in. Or how about a former CEO, 64,
  712. 20:47coaching people in their 50s and 60s at
  713. 20:48$100 to $200 an hour on the side, right?
  714. 20:50Notice the titles. At 73, 45 years of
  715. 20:53lessons, retired in his 70s, etc., etc.
  716. 20:56The number is the package, right? Young
  717. 20:58creators would kill for a differentiator
  718. 21:00that strong. and you wake up every
  719. 21:01morning with it. And here's the best
  720. 21:03packaging story that I know of from
  721. 21:04history. In 1954, a 52-year-old salesman
  722. 21:07named Ray Croc was driving around the
  723. 21:09country selling milkshake mixers. And
  724. 21:11typically, restaurants would buy one or
  725. 21:13two of them. Then one hamburger stand in
  726. 21:15San Bernardino, California, ordered
  727. 21:17eight. And he drove out to see why. And
  728. 21:19he found two brothers named McDonald
  729. 21:20running the place like an assembly line.
  730. 21:22And the brothers had the vision, right?
  731. 21:23They'd figured it out. And they were
  732. 21:25perfectly happy with one stand. So Croc
  733. 21:27didn't invent the burger. He didn't
  734. 21:28invent the fries. He packaged the
  735. 21:30system. He put it in a box that anybody
  736. 21:32could open in any town. And the golden
  737. 21:34arches are on every highway on Earth
  738. 21:35because a 52-year-old milkshake salesman
  739. 21:38understood packaging. So, your yap
  740. 21:39session is the McDonald's brother's
  741. 21:41hamburger stand. But step two is what
  742. 21:43Croc did. So, a good example of
  743. 21:44packaging changing everything is Dr.
  744. 21:46Danny Fischer. She's an
  745. 21:47anesthesiologist. She's over 50 and
  746. 21:49she's busier than 99.99% of people
  747. 21:52watching this. And she had been posting
  748. 21:53videos on her own for 6 years. So, same
  749. 21:56wisdom the whole time, same doctor, same
  750. 21:58camera. And a few videos in with this
  751. 22:00method, we changed nothing about her
  752. 22:02knowledge. We just changed the package,
  753. 22:03the niche she was aiming at, the titles,
  754. 22:05the thumbnails, and one video did over
  755. 22:07700,000 views right away. Another did
  756. 22:09250,000 in 3 days, and it was getting
  757. 22:1110,000 views an hour at some point. And
  758. 22:14then another one did a million views in
  759. 22:152 weeks after the pivot. And she just
  760. 22:17posted another video that got a million
  761. 22:19views in 3 days, which is actually
  762. 22:21better than my best ever video. So, this
  763. 22:24is great. When I see my community
  764. 22:25members even beat me, that is awesome.
  765. 22:27Now, a bunch of you asked why Claude and
  766. 22:29not Chachi BT or Grock or Gemini. And
  767. 22:32one guy in my previous video asked if
  768. 22:34Claude pays me. They don't, right? I
  769. 22:36wish they did, but they don't. So, quite
  770. 22:38simply, Claude is by far the best when
  771. 22:41it comes to writing and creative work.
  772. 22:43Now, all the AIs have their strengths
  773. 22:44and their weaknesses, but when it comes
  774. 22:46to actually helping you create content
  775. 22:47and build your personal brand, Claude is
  776. 22:49going to be the best. And I think in
  777. 22:50general it's the best at anything
  778. 22:52involving making money, right? Anything
  779. 22:54that involves making money, Claude is
  780. 22:55probably going to be the best at. Now,
  781. 22:57for this method, the ghostriter's entire
  782. 22:59job is to sound like you. And in my
  783. 23:01experience, Claude is the best of them
  784. 23:03at keeping your voice instead of making
  785. 23:05it sound kind of like generic AI mush
  786. 23:07that everybody can smell from a mile
  787. 23:08away. It holds a 40-minute conversation
  788. 23:10without losing the thread, and it
  789. 23:12interviews like a good journalist, and
  790. 23:13it asks follow-up questions. So, use
  791. 23:15whatever you want, but if you're handing
  792. 23:17your 30 years to a ghostriter, you
  793. 23:18probably want to hand it to the one that
  794. 23:20sounds most like you. So, here's how to
  795. 23:21start. Paste your finished script back
  796. 23:23into Claude with this. Give me 10 title
  797. 23:25options for this video. Put my age or my
  798. 23:27years of experience in at least five of
  799. 23:28them. Then, give me three thumbnail text
  800. 23:30options of four words or less, and a two
  801. 23:32sentence description. Pick the title
  802. 23:33where the number does the work. 33 years
  803. 23:35as a nurse, five things I'd tell my
  804. 23:36younger self. The thumbnail, make sure
  805. 23:38you put your real face, a plain colored
  806. 23:40background, and four words max. Make it
  807. 23:42in Canva for free in about 10 minutes.
  808. 23:44Or we can do is use chatbt to actually
  809. 23:46make the thumbnail itself. Chachbt is
  810. 23:48one of the very few things that we think
  811. 23:50you should use instead of cloud, but
  812. 23:51only when it comes to making thumbnails.
  813. 23:53That's it. Everything else, cloud is
  814. 23:54better. And never use an AI generated
  815. 23:56face. Your real face is the package.
  816. 23:58Next, step three is to publish. So, step
  817. 24:01three is the one that people are most
  818. 24:02scared of and it is the least
  819. 24:04complicated. So, you record it and you
  820. 24:06post it. Webcam, phone, whatever you
  821. 24:07have. And no, you don't need the $2,000
  822. 24:09camera. Almost all of our successful
  823. 24:11students started off with a simple
  824. 24:12camera like a webcam or a phone or just
  825. 24:14something that they already had lying
  826. 24:16around. And then you start off by just
  827. 24:17posting one video a week, right? Okay.
  828. 24:19So, a big thing that we get all the time
  829. 24:21is tech being the barrier. It's not.
  830. 24:24Right. Jen recorded on a laptop webcam.
  831. 24:26Craig's 100K video, he recorded on a
  832. 24:28webcam. Zach started off just by
  833. 24:30recording phone videos and then I think
  834. 24:31he bought a camera that's worth a few
  835. 24:33hundred bucks. So, do not overthink the
  836. 24:35tech. This is one of the most common
  837. 24:36things that I always see. Oh, I have to
  838. 24:38wait until I have a better camera or a
  839. 24:40better lens or I have to wait until my
  840. 24:42studio looks better. You don't. You
  841. 24:44really don't. The tech does not matter
  842. 24:45nearly as much as you think. It makes
  843. 24:47like a 1% difference. Now, you might be
  844. 24:49also wondering, "Hey Shane, what about
  845. 24:50the editing step, right?" Well, there's
  846. 24:52a couple things you can do here. The
  847. 24:53first one is just don't edit at all.
  848. 24:55This is something that a lot of our
  849. 24:56clients do. For instance, R.J., some of
  850. 24:58the videos that he posts, he doesn't
  851. 25:00edit at all. It's literally just him
  852. 25:01walking around with an iPhone and
  853. 25:03yapping. But if you are going to edit,
  854. 25:04what we recommend using is Descript. So,
  855. 25:07Descript is an AI editing tool. It has
  856. 25:09some AI features that are really good
  857. 25:11and it'll basically cut out the silences
  858. 25:12and it'll do some very basic edits in
  859. 25:14your video and it does this very quickly
  860. 25:16and easily. Additionally, if you want to
  861. 25:18make any changes, you edit literally
  862. 25:19like you are writing on a Google doc.
  863. 25:21So, if there's a certain sentence that
  864. 25:22you don't want in the video, you just
  865. 25:24highlight that sentence, you delete it,
  866. 25:26and that's it. It edits the video
  867. 25:27automatically for you. So, it's very
  868. 25:28easy to use, and it probably takes less
  869. 25:30than 20 minutes to edit a video. So, for
  870. 25:32instance, nurse Jen says that she
  871. 25:33basically never spends more than 30
  872. 25:35minutes editing her videos.
  873. 25:36>> I would say rarely spend over 30 minutes
  874. 25:39edit editing a video anymore.
  875. 25:41>> Now, there are some more advanced
  876. 25:42editing stuff that you can do inside of
  877. 25:44Claude, but it typically needs to be
  878. 25:45personalized to your specific type of
  879. 25:48video. So, that is something that we
  880. 25:49talk about with our clients, but for the
  881. 25:50purposes of this video, it is a bit too
  882. 25:52complicated. But, if you want to learn
  883. 25:53more, like I said, attend the live
  884. 25:55training. You can ask me any questions
  885. 25:56you have, and we'll go over exactly how
  886. 25:57to do that. So, click that first link in
  887. 25:58the description in the pin comment
  888. 25:59below, and we can dive deeper on that.
  889. 26:01With that being said, consistency beats
  890. 26:03intensity. Once a week for a year beats
  891. 26:05seven in a week, and then you do nothing
  892. 26:06for an entire year, which is what most
  893. 26:08people do. Now, I want to show you
  894. 26:09something because it's the best argument
  895. 26:11for step three that I've ever seen.
  896. 26:12There's a channel out there called the
  897. 26:14Silver Guide. And it's a 93-year-old
  898. 26:16grandma sharing her life wisdom. And I'm
  899. 26:18using air quotes for a reason here.
  900. 26:19Because she doesn't exist, right? Go
  901. 26:21read the about page. It literally says,
  902. 26:22"I'm not a real person. I'm an AI
  903. 26:24generated character." So, somebody built
  904. 26:26a fake old person to sell to other old
  905. 26:28people. And this is the definition of AI
  906. 26:30slop. And honestly, I kind of hate it.
  907. 26:32But that channel didn't really work out.
  908. 26:33Seven subscribers, 172 total views.
  909. 26:35Nobody trusts it. Nobody watches it. And
  910. 26:37that's the point. AI can fake the words,
  911. 26:39but it cannot fake the face that live
  912. 26:41them. Right? It can't fake real
  913. 26:43experience, real wisdom. So your real
  914. 26:45face, your real years in your real
  915. 26:47kitchen or your real living room or your
  916. 26:49real backyard. That's the moat. The fake
  917. 26:51grandma is what you're competing with
  918. 26:53and she's losing to a webcam. And if you
  919. 26:55really don't want to be on camera,
  920. 26:56that's fine, too, because step three has
  921. 26:58a side door. So the organic chemistry
  922. 27:00tutor for instance, he never shows his
  923. 27:02face ever and he makes about $87,000 a
  924. 27:05month according to Vid IQ just from
  925. 27:07AdSense alone. So those are the ads that
  926. 27:08pop up on his channels and he hasn't
  927. 27:10uploaded a video guys in 5 months,
  928. 27:13right? So all of this money he's making
  929. 27:15is completely passive and he's actually
  930. 27:17making a lot more money than this if
  931. 27:19he's selling stuff, which he is, but
  932. 27:20it's hard to tell exactly how much that
  933. 27:22is. But for sure, he's making at least
  934. 27:24$87,000 a month passively without even
  935. 27:26having to upload a video, which is great
  936. 27:28because once you've got an entire
  937. 27:30portfolio or a library of videos, you
  938. 27:32can just make money passively. I mean,
  939. 27:33this is over a million dollar a year
  940. 27:35passively, guys. Tom Kent has about 707
  941. 27:38subscribers and he basically uses a dual
  942. 27:40strategy where he posts a lot on YouTube
  943. 27:42as well as LinkedIn. Again, the
  944. 27:43syndication method that I talked about
  945. 27:45before and he's making seven figures a
  946. 27:46year and I know him personally. and
  947. 27:48fabulous50s hot and flashy. This is a
  948. 27:50woman over 50 on camera in their
  949. 27:51bathrooms and they make 5 to six figures
  950. 27:53a month by the estimates. Right? So,
  951. 27:55another good example of a side door is
  952. 27:56our community member Steven. He's a
  953. 27:58decades deep engineer and his expertise
  954. 28:00is in one very specific piece of CAD
  955. 28:02software. The kind of thing that you
  956. 28:04could not look up if you tried, right? I
  957. 28:05work in tech and you can look up what I
  958. 28:07do in 10 seconds was a comment on my
  959. 28:09last video. No, you can't. You can look
  960. 28:11up the label on the software but not the
  961. 28:1330 years of using it. So, his videos are
  962. 28:15mostly his screen. He's teaching the
  963. 28:17software and his face is optional. And
  964. 28:19he sells a $1,000 course from those
  965. 28:20videos. And within a couple months after
  966. 28:22starting, he made $12,000 in course
  967. 28:24sales. And one person who bought his
  968. 28:26course on this very niche piece of CAD
  969. 28:28software that only certain types of
  970. 28:29engineers use, was a meta engineer,
  971. 28:32someone working at Facebook, which these
  972. 28:34are the most elite engineers on the
  973. 28:36planet. And they bought his thousand
  974. 28:38course. And then the inbound started.
  975. 28:40Companies started reaching out to him.
  976. 28:42Apple, for instance, asked about
  977. 28:43bringing him on site to train their
  978. 28:45people. Right? These are the
  979. 28:46opportunities that he got just from
  980. 28:48posting about a very niche, very
  981. 28:50specific piece of engineering software
  982. 28:52that only certain types of engineers
  983. 28:53use. So, here's how to get started.
  984. 28:55Record on whatever you own. It could be
  985. 28:56your phone propped on a stack of books
  986. 28:58at eye level. You could be facing a
  987. 28:59window for light or your laptop webcam.
  988. 29:01And then read your script off of the
  989. 29:02screen. Don't stop for mistakes. Keep
  990. 29:04going and cut them out later. And then
  991. 29:05edit and descript. Use the remove filler
  992. 29:08words AI option and shorten word gaps
  993. 29:10option turned on as well. Or if you want
  994. 29:12to, you could just get somebody else on
  995. 29:13Fiverr or Upwork to edit for like $40 to
  996. 29:15$60 and then upload and post at the same
  997. 29:17time every week. Face optional version.
  998. 29:19Record your screen with Loom for free
  999. 29:21and do this while you talk or film your
1000. 29:22hands doing the thing and post 10 videos
1001. 29:24before you judge anything. Now, let me
1002. 29:26talk to the person who's been sitting
1003. 29:27through all of this thinking, Shane,
1004. 29:29that's great for nurses and engineers,
  1005. 29:31but I never had a career, right? I
  1006. 29:33raised kids. I did customer service. I
1007. 29:35did data entry. Cuz someone left a
  1008. 29:36comment on my last video. I'm a
  1009. 29:3852-year-old widow. I was a stay-at-home
1010. 29:40mom for decades. Is there room for
1011. 29:41someone like me? Yes, there is. And I'm
1012. 29:44going to show you why with the least
  1013. 29:45credentialed expert that I've got, Guy.
1014. 29:47I mentioned him earlier on in the video,
  1015. 29:48but Guyy's retired, semi-retired in his
1016. 29:5050s. And when he first came to us, all
1017. 29:52he wanted to do was make an extra $1 to
1018. 29:54$2,000 a month to top things up, right?
  1019. 29:57Because that would make a massive
1020. 29:58difference in his quality of life during
1021. 29:59retirement. That would allow him to go
1022. 30:01out to dinner. That would allow him to
1023. 30:02travel, to see his family more often,
  1024. 30:04etc., etc. And he didn't have a
1025. 30:05specialty. In fact, he was disabled. He
1026. 30:07has what's known as tenitus, which is
1027. 30:09constant ringing in the ears that never
1028. 30:11stops. And he'd spent years figuring out
1029. 30:13how to live with it and manage it
1030. 30:14better. Which hearing aids help, for
1031. 30:16instance, and which ones were garbage,
  1032. 30:17right? And that's not a career. That's a
1033. 30:19problem that he lived through. So that's
1034. 30:21what he made videos about. Simple
1035. 30:22hearing aid reviews from a guy who
1036. 30:24actually wears them. And he made it to
  1037. 30:25$1,500 a month, which was his goal, $1
  1038. 30:27to $2,000 a month, at $446 subscribers.
  1039. 30:31Right? There's weddings out there that
1040. 30:33are bigger than 446 people. and he made
1041. 30:35it to his income goal with just that
1042. 30:36many. And then the hearing aid company
1043. 30:38started reaching out to him. Free
  1044. 30:40products, deals, sponsorships, because a
1045. 30:43real person with the actual condition is
1046. 30:45worth more to them than any ad that they
1047. 30:47could ever buy. So your niche isn't what
  1048. 30:48you did for a living. It's what you
1049. 30:50lived through. Raised three kids on one
  1050. 30:52income, that's a channel. Survived a
  1051. 30:54divorce at 50 and rebuilt, that's a
1052. 30:55channel. Took care of a patient with
1053. 30:57dementia? Well, there are people
1054. 30:58searching for exactly that every single
1055. 31:00day, and they'd rather hear it from you
1056. 31:02than from the pamphlet. And it doesn't
1057. 31:03even have to be something that you
1058. 31:04suffered through. It can be something
1059. 31:05that you love as well. For instance,
1060. 31:07Isaiah is a singing coach and he came
1061. 31:09out of a sales job which he really
  1062. 31:11didn't like and he didn't have a music
1063. 31:12career and he teaches singers who want
1064. 31:14to take their voice seriously and he
  1065. 31:16made it to nearly $30,000 in a single
1066. 31:18month right after he first started with
1067. 31:19us. So when you tell me I'm not an
  1068. 31:21expert on anything, Shane, I hear you. I
1069. 31:24really do. But nobody gives a about your
  1070. 31:26resume. They care about whether you've
1071. 31:28been where they are and you got out.
1072. 31:30They care about whether you can help
  1073. 31:31them solve the problem that they're
1074. 31:33currently having right now. And I'll say
  1075. 31:35this gently because I know it's tender.
1076. 31:36The reason that you can't see your
1077. 31:38expertise is the same reason that a fish
1078. 31:40can't see water. You've been swimming in
  1079. 31:42it for 30 years. So that's literally
1080. 31:44what the interview prompt is for. Cloud
1081. 31:46will find it in about 10 questions, and
  1082. 31:47I've watched this happen a 100 times.
1083. 31:48Plus, we're going to be going over
1084. 31:50exactly how to help you uncover the
1085. 31:51perfect niche for you. So, help you
1086. 31:53discover your niche in the first place
1087. 31:54if you don't have one already, or if you
1088. 31:55already have one, help you make your
1089. 31:56niche 10 times better at the live
  1090. 31:58training that we're doing this week.
1091. 31:59Click that first link in the description
1092. 32:00in the pin comment below to attend that.
1093. 32:02And we'll also be giving away that
1094. 32:03special AI tool that helps you dial your
1095. 32:05niche in. But now, let's talk about
1096. 32:06where the money actually arrives.
1097. 32:08Because you might be thinking, "All
1098. 32:09right, Shane, this is all great, but how
1099. 32:11do the videos actually make money?" You
1100. 32:12know, somebody asked exactly that in my
  1101. 32:14last video, and it's a fair question
1102. 32:15because most people over 50 have no idea
1103. 32:17how the money gets from a video into a
  1104. 32:19bank account. So, there's three lanes
1105. 32:21here, and you get paid in this order.
1106. 32:22Lane one is the platform itself pays you
  1107. 32:25from ads, right? So, you've probably
  1108. 32:26seen this before. You're watching
1109. 32:27YouTube, an ad pops up on a channel that
1110. 32:29you're watching, that channel gets paid
1111. 32:30the majority of the revenue generated
1112. 32:33from that ad. And this is called
1113. 32:34AdSense. So, Jen, for instance, made it
  1114. 32:36to $10,000 in a single month just from
1115. 32:38that one alone. AdSense. And here's the
1116. 32:40part specifically for you. The platform
  1117. 32:42pays a premium for your audience.
1118. 32:45Americans over 50 hold most of the
1119. 32:46wealth in this country. So, advertisers
1120. 32:48pay more to reach them. Which means a
1121. 32:50channel watched by people over 50 makes
1122. 32:51more per thousand views than channel
1123. 32:53watched by teenagers. Now, my main
1124. 32:55channel gets millions of views. And I
1125. 32:56know this because I've been able to
1126. 32:58compare my channel with some of my
  1127. 32:59clients. So, for instance, if I get a
  1128. 33:01million views, I might make $10,000 from
1129. 33:03AdSense. My client R.J., on the other
  1130. 33:05hand, might make anywhere from 20 to 30,
  1131. 33:08maybe even $40,000 from AdSense
1132. 33:10depending on the video. And that's for
1133. 33:11the same million views. So, same
1134. 33:13platform, same views, but three to four
1135. 33:15times the pay because of who is
1136. 33:17watching. Now, lane 2 is inbound. So,
1137. 33:19for Guy, it was the hearing aid
1138. 33:20companies. For Steven, it was the call
1139. 33:22from Apple. Once you're the trusted face
1140. 33:24in the niche, companies come to you
  1141. 33:26because you're cheaper and more
1142. 33:27believable than any ad that they could
1143. 33:29run. And then lane three is your own
  1144. 33:31offer, a course, a coaching program, a
1145. 33:33service, a book. This is where the ads
1146. 33:35look like pocket change. And this is the
1147. 33:37step that almost everybody skips, the
1148. 33:38ones that I told you about from the
1149. 33:40start. They make videos for 2 years and
1150. 33:42they never make the offer. They stay
1151. 33:43busy, but they never get paid. And the
  1152. 33:45offer is what turns a hobby into a
1153. 33:47business. And Claude will draft it for
1154. 33:49you in the same yap session. So, an
1155. 33:51example of lane two is my brother Zach,
1156. 33:53right? He makes the majority of the
1157. 33:55money on his channel from promoting
  1158. 33:56other people's products and services.
1159. 33:58This would be something like
1160. 33:59sponsorships, brand deals, or affiliate
1161. 34:01marketing. So, lane three is what allows
  1162. 34:03you to make a full-time income even if
  1163. 34:05you have a tiny channel. So, a great
1164. 34:07example of this would be our client
1165. 34:08Carla. She helps businesses with
1166. 34:09recruiting and outsourcing in the
1167. 34:11Philippines as well as Latin America.
  1168. 34:13And she has a tiny channel about 1500
1169. 34:15subscribers and she was getting about
1170. 34:16100 to 200 views per video. And one of
  1171. 34:18those 100 to200 views videos landed her
  1172. 34:20a six-figure contract about $106,000 a
1173. 34:23year. Right? So, a lot of people would
1174. 34:24have seen her channel and thought, "Why
1175. 34:26are you even bothering? Why are you even
1176. 34:27wasting your time?" But she ended up
  1177. 34:29getting a client worth $106,000 from
1178. 34:31that channel. And if anyone's looking to
1179. 34:33recruit in Latin America or the
  1180. 34:34Philippines, definitely check her
  1181. 34:36channel out. She's great. But a great
1182. 34:37example of all three lanes stacking is
  1183. 34:39Jud Albbring. He's in his 50s. He spent
1184. 34:41his career in corporate and he built a
1185. 34:43channel on the side teaching regular
1186. 34:45people how to make money online. and his
1187. 34:46audience is literally empty nesters,
  1188. 34:48semi-retirees, and people supplementing
  1189. 34:50social security. And we've helped him
1190. 34:51build up all three income streams. His
1191. 34:53AdSense doubled, the affiliate income
1192. 34:55stacked on top, and then he got his
1193. 34:56first 3K sale of his own. And a lot of
1194. 34:58our clients are quite modest about how
1195. 34:59much they make. They don't really want
1196. 35:00to brag, but let's just say Business
1197. 35:02Insider wrote him up at making over
  1198. 35:04$20,000 a month. And there's been months
  1199. 35:06where he's made a lot more than that.
1200. 35:07So, one channel, three different lanes
1201. 35:10for actually making money. That is not a
  1202. 35:11side hustle. That is a oneperson
1203. 35:14business. And you build it in the order
1204. 35:16that I gave you. Ads first because it
1205. 35:17pays you while you learn. Then you can
1206. 35:18do inbound. And then you can do your own
1207. 35:20thing once people trust you. Now, let me
1208. 35:22be straight with you because this
1209. 35:23channel runs on receipts, not promises.
1210. 35:25And somebody in my last video asked,
1211. 35:27"How many people fail at this and why?"
1212. 35:29Well, most people who start this quit in
  1213. 35:31the first 90 days because it's the
1214. 35:32slowest starter on any list. You might
1215. 35:34make nothing your first few months. And
  1216. 35:36that's not a secret. That's the filter,
1217. 35:37right? So, most people who try this on
1218. 35:39their own will not get results. And
1219. 35:40that's one of the reasons why I do the
  1220. 35:42live trainings, okay? So absolutely 100%
1221. 35:44if you're interested in doing this, you
1222. 35:46owe it to yourself to go to the live
1223. 35:47training. Click that first link in the
1224. 35:48description in the pin comment below
1225. 35:49because that will help you out
1226. 35:50tremendously. Isaiah, for instance, got
1227. 35:52to 20K per month just with the live
  1228. 35:54training alone, right? He didn't even
1229. 35:55join our community or anything like that
1230. 35:57and he was able to get to 20K per month.
1231. 35:58Now, if you actually have help from
1232. 36:00somebody, like you join our live
1233. 36:01training and you know the right system.
1234. 36:03For my brother Zach, his very first
1235. 36:05video took off, right? He went from zero
1236. 36:06to full-time income in less than one
1237. 36:08month. For Jyn, it took her over a dozen
1238. 36:10videos before one of them took off. And
1239. 36:11Dr. Danny was posting for about 6 years
1240. 36:13before she started with us. She didn't
1241. 36:15really get much traction, but then after
1242. 36:16starting with us, her videos took off
1243. 36:18right away. So, YouTube is a game where
1244. 36:20it's just a matter of time. Think of it
  1245. 36:22like rolling a die. Let's just say your
1246. 36:24goal is to roll a one. You roll a one
1247. 36:25and your video takes off. Normal people
  1248. 36:27who don't use our system and they don't
1249. 36:28know the correct system are going to be
  1250. 36:30rolling a 100sided dieice. So, it might
  1251. 36:32take them a 100 videos, even a few
1252. 36:33hundred videos before they have one take
1253. 36:35off. But, if you use the correct system,
  1254. 36:36it's like rolling a six-sided die.
1255. 36:38There's a pretty good chance that you
1256. 36:39roll one on the very first video, but it
  1257. 36:42also might take you 5, 10, 15, even 20
1258. 36:44plus rolls before you roll a one. But
1259. 36:46the whole point is building a personal
1260. 36:48brand on YouTube is a game where the
1261. 36:50only way you lose is by quitting, right?
1262. 36:53You only lose if you quit and you stop
1263. 36:55uploading. If you keep uploading, it is
1264. 36:57just a matter of time before one of your
1265. 36:58videos takes off. And once one of your
  1266. 37:00videos takes off, it's going to send a
1267. 37:01bunch of views to your other videos.
1268. 37:03Those videos are going to start to take
1269. 37:04off as well, and then the rest will be
  1270. 37:06history. With that being said, let's
1271. 37:08talk about the clock and why this month
  1272. 37:09matters. Now, here's something that a
1273. 37:10lot of you asked about, and I did check
  1274. 37:12it myself because I don't repeat comment
  1275. 37:14section rumors. On February 1st, 2027,
1276. 37:17YouTube is changing the requirements to
1277. 37:19get paid for a brand new channel. So,
  1278. 37:21right now, it's 1,000 subscribers and
1279. 37:224,000 watch hours, but starting February
  1280. 37:241st, it's going to be 1,000 subscribers
1281. 37:26and 8,000 watch hours. So, the bar
  1282. 37:29literally doubles. And if you're already
1283. 37:30in, you're in, right? In their words,
1284. 37:33channels already in the program are not
  1285. 37:34affected. So, this isn't a someday thing
1286. 37:36anymore. Getting your channel monetized
1287. 37:38before February is worth something real,
1288. 37:40and it takes a few months to get
1289. 37:42rolling. Which means the YAP session
1290. 37:43that I showed you needs to happen this
1291. 37:45month, not next spring. And you need to
1292. 37:47lock your niche in. Figure out how
1293. 37:49you're going to post videos. Figure out
1294. 37:50what ideas you're going to post videos
1295. 37:52about as soon as possible, which is what
1296. 37:54we're going to help you do in the live
  1297. 37:56training that we're doing this week.
1298. 37:57Click that first link in the
1299. 37:58description, the pin comment below to
1300. 37:59check it out. And I want to show you
1301. 38:00what this month can actually look like
  1302. 38:02because I've got a fresh one. Nurse
1303. 38:03Magda is a certified kidney nurse and
1304. 38:05her specialty is in nefrology, which is
  1305. 38:07basically kidneys. And she's got a real
  1306. 38:09business already, an in-person training
1307. 38:11program for dialysis technicians. And
1308. 38:13she's been putting out videos for it.
  1309. 38:14And here's where I'm telling you her
1310. 38:16story right here. She found us the exact
1311. 38:18same way that you found me just a few
1312. 38:20months ago. She watched a video, she
1313. 38:21registered for the free training, the
1314. 38:23exact one that I'm running this week,
1315. 38:24and then she decided to actually do it.
1316. 38:26And when she started with us in late
1317. 38:27May, her channel was aimed at other
  1318. 38:28dialysis professionals, a room with
1319. 38:30maybe a few thousand people in it. So,
1320. 38:31she basically tried to start without us,
1321. 38:33but it wasn't really working out for
1322. 38:34her, right? And in early August, one of
1323. 38:36her videos reached the general public
1324. 38:38and we saw it and we realized that her
1325. 38:39wisdom belonged in a much bigger room.
1326. 38:42So, we rewrote the niche. We went from
  1327. 38:43dialysis professionals to everyday
1328. 38:45kidney health for regular people. And we
1329. 38:47rebuilt the titles and hooks for that
  1330. 38:49room. And 3 weeks later, she posted a
  1331. 38:50video that got 277,000 views in 28 days.
1332. 38:54She got 2.5,000 new subscribers. She had
1333. 38:56single days over $160 just from AdSense
1334. 38:58alone, which by itself over a year is a
1335. 39:00full-time income. Another video did
1336. 39:0263,000 views. She also had 100 times
1337. 39:04outlier for her channel. And she's now
  1338. 39:06winding down new in-person enrollments
1339. 39:08to go allin on the channel in her online
1340. 39:10business because she likes the lifestyle
1341. 39:12of an online business a lot more than
  1342. 39:14her in-person business. So, same nurse,
  1343. 39:16same knowledge, but a bigger room and a
1344. 39:18package built for it. And she got in the
1345. 39:20door before the bar doubles. So, look,
1346. 39:22the training this week is where Magda
1347. 39:23started. So, same link, first link in
1348. 39:25the description. in the pin comment.
1349. 39:26Check down there. Seats are limited.
1350. 39:28Last time we literally ran out. And the
1351. 39:29niche validator that I'm giving away is
1352. 39:31the exact tool that finds your bigger
1353. 39:33room the way that we found Magda. So,
1354. 39:35register, click add to calendar. And if
1355. 39:36you can't make the time, still click.
1356. 39:38You'll be the first to know about the
1357. 39:39next one. Now, one more because part of
1358. 39:41you might still be whispering, "You
  1359. 39:42know, Shane, I think it's too late. I'm
1360. 39:44not polished enough for a camera." In
  1361. 39:451963, a public television station in
  1362. 39:47Boston put a 50-year-old woman in a
1363. 39:50kitchen with a camera. It was black and
1364. 39:51white, basically live, and if she
1365. 39:52dropped something, it stayed in. And she
1366. 39:54dropped things. And she published her
1367. 39:56first cookbook two years earlier at 49
1368. 39:58after learning to cook in France in her
1369. 40:0030s because she was bored out of her
  1370. 40:02mind as a diplomat's wife. And her name
1371. 40:04was Julia Child. And nobody tuned in for
1372. 40:06the camera work. They tuned in for the
1373. 40:0740 years behind that voice. And she was
1374. 40:10on television for the next 30 years. So
1375. 40:12your webcam is a better camera than she
1376. 40:14ever had. So it's not too late, guys.
1377. 40:15And here's the best method one more time
1378. 40:17so you can't forget. You are already an
1379. 40:19expert. You spent 60,000 hours at least
1380. 40:21doing stuff. So, step one, you extract.
1381. 40:24You talk. Claude interviews you and your
1382. 40:2630 years come out organized. Step two is
1383. 40:28you package. Claude writes the script in
1384. 40:30your voice, the title, the thumbnail,
1385. 40:31and your age is the hook. Step three is
1386. 40:34you publish webcam once a week, face
1387. 40:36optional, and you don't quit. Then the
1388. 40:38money arrives in three lanes, and you're
1389. 40:39in the door before February. Now, 99% of
1390. 40:42you should come to the free training
1391. 40:43this week. We're going to be going over
1392. 40:44all these steps completely live, step by
1393. 40:46step for a complete beginner. So whether
  1394. 40:48you're an experienced YouTuber or a
1395. 40:50complete beginner, you should attend
1396. 40:51that live training. Click that first
1397. 40:52link in the description, the pin comment
1398. 40:53below. But I know that 99% of you are
1399. 40:55just going to watch my free content, get
1400. 40:57a ton of value out of it. You're going
1401. 40:58to download my free resources, which we
1402. 41:00work very hard on, get a lot of value
1403. 41:01out of that. And you're going to come to
1404. 41:02my free live training, which my team and
1405. 41:04I also work very hard on, and get a ton
1406. 41:06of value out of that, and it's all
  1407. 41:07completely free. And you're never going
1408. 41:08to end up working with my team or me.
1409. 41:10And that is completely fine. But there's
1410. 41:12going to be 1% of you out there, maybe
  1411. 41:14even 0.1% of you, that want a one-on-one
1412. 41:16mentorship experience because you want
1413. 41:18to save yourself a bunch of time,
1414. 41:19effort, money, uncertainty as well, or
1415. 41:22you want us to literally just do the
1416. 41:23work for you. So, if that sounds like
1417. 41:24you, click that second link in the
1418. 41:25description in the pin comment below to
1419. 41:27book a call. But only do this if you're
1420. 41:28very serious about growing and making
1421. 41:30money on YouTube, growing your personal
  1422. 41:32brand, and treating this like a
  1423. 41:33business, right? It's only for very
1424. 41:35serious people, and we also have very
1425. 41:36limited seats that we can take in. We
1426. 41:38can only work with a small handful of
1427. 41:39people at a time. And as you can
1428. 41:40imagine, we have the best coaches and
1429. 41:42operators in the world. So the program
1430. 41:43is very expensive. But the types of
1431. 41:45people we typically work with are
1432. 41:46professionals with at least 10 years of
1433. 41:47experience who have some problems that
1434. 41:49they've solved in their past that they
1435. 41:50can help other people solve. And they
1436. 41:52want to monetize their wisdom, their
1437. 41:53experience, and their knowledge. But we
1438. 41:55also work with business owners. For
1439. 41:56instance, Craig, great example. He owns
1440. 41:58one of the biggest realy businesses in
1441. 42:00Montana. Magda is another example. She
  1442. 42:02had a kidney nurse training center,
1443. 42:03right? And these business owners want to
1444. 42:05get more views, grow their brand, get
1445. 42:07more leads, get more sales, make more
1446. 42:08revenue from their YouTube channel. And
1447. 42:10obviously, you can make money directly
1448. 42:11from YouTube, but oftentimes it works
1449. 42:13really well as a nurturing mechanism, so
1450. 42:15it helps all of your other marketing
1451. 42:17efforts as well. We also work with
1452. 42:18YouTubers who either have a dead channel
1453. 42:20and they want to revive it, or they're
  1454. 42:21getting a lot of views, but they're
1455. 42:22struggling with monetization. We also
1456. 42:24work with YouTubers who are crushing it,
1457. 42:25but they want to crush it even harder.
1458. 42:26And we work with people who have large
1459. 42:28followings on other social media
1460. 42:29platforms or maybe they wrote a book and
1461. 42:31they want to bring that audience over to
1462. 42:32YouTube because they know that YouTube
1463. 42:34is the best. So if that sounds like you,
1464. 42:35go ahead and book that second link in
1465. 42:36the description in the pen comment
1466. 42:37below. But again, only do it if you're
1467. 42:39very serious about growing and making
1468. 42:40money on YouTube. We only accept about
1469. 42:4118% of people who apply to even book a
  1470. 42:43call because we do have a 100% money
1471. 42:45back guarantee and we can only give that
1472. 42:47to people who are highly likely to get
1473. 42:49results. So we only accept people into
1474. 42:50the program that have a very high
1475. 42:52probability of success. With that being
1476. 42:54said, check out this video right here to
1477. 42:55see exactly how we helped nurse Jyn go
  1478. 42:58from zero to full-time income in a very
1479. 43:00short period of time. Quit her nursing
1480. 43:01job and she's now traveling all over the
1481. 43:03country recording videos in the back of
1482. 43:04her camper van. And click this video
1483. 43:06right here to see exactly how we helped
  1484. 43:07her do that.
