9. 0:16murder weapon actually may be tied to
10. 0:18bullets as you mentioned they say grant
11. 0:21Amato actually placed at the scene to
12. 0:23try to stage a murder-suicide scene

15. 0:29FDLE experts testified they say three
16. 0:32nine millimeter caliber guns were found
17. 0:35at the Amato home back in January gun
18. 0:37expert richard roof said the shell
19. 0:40casings left on scene were not the same
20. 0:42bullets from the guns found on scene
21. 0:44prosecutors say grant placed the gun
22. 0:46near his brother Cody's hands and
23. 0:48bullets near his family's bodies to make
24. 0:50it appear like Cody's shot his parents
25. 0:52then shot himself a models friend Blake
26. 0:55Turpin testified to this morning he told
27. 0:58jurors that grant may have stolen his
28. 1:00gun and used it in this case since grant
29. 1:03knew where his guns were at his house
30. 1:06but did not see him physically take it
31. 1:09but I suspected it was involved in this
32. 1:11case
33. 1:13and the defense today spent the day
34. 1:15trying to poke holes and the prosecutors
35. 1:17claimed grant Amato has pled not guilty
36. 1:19and coming up here on news 6 beginning
