TARGET or AVOID Every WR in Fantasy Football - Fantasy Football Draft Strategy — Transcript

- 0:00The NFL is now a passing league and
- 0:03every single week, there's not just one
- 0:05or two, but maybe three guys from every
- 0:08single team that are fantasy viable. So,
- 0:11instead of helping you win a fantasy
- 0:13championship by talking about a couple
- 0:15of wide receivers today, let's go ahead
- 0:17and talk about more than 100 wide
- 0:20receivers today. Headliner Nation, we
- 0:23did a video last week, very similar,
- 0:25where we discussed the depth charts and
- 0:28over 90 different running backs in the
- 0:30NFL and how it could work out for
- 0:33fantasy football in 2026. But today,
- 0:36we're going even deeper, which means
- 0:38we're going to have to be moving, ladies
- 0:40and gentlemen. We're going to go through
- 0:41the depth chart of every single NFL
- 0:43team, talking about anywhere from three
- 0:45to five wide receivers per team, and
- 0:47what you could expect for fantasy
- 0:49football this year. Yeah, I am highly
- 0:51caffeinated. I am ready to go. I am
- 0:53ready to talk about wide receivers,
- 0:55Kyle. We're going to be breaking these
- 0:56guys up into a few different categories
- 0:58as they're going to see them on the
- 1:00screen. Yes, we are going to break them
- 1:02up into wide receiver ones and wide
- 1:04receiver twos. That speaks for itself.
- 1:06Those are the guys that we think could
- 1:07finish in that area for fantasy
- 1:08football. But then what about some wide
- 1:10receiver threes? What about some flex
- 1:12plays? In those areas, we've got the
- 1:14high upside play. They could win you a
- 1:17week, they could lose you a week. They
- 1:18have high upside, but a really
- 1:20inconsistent floor. What about the floor
- 1:23play? They might not help win titles,
- 1:26but they could offer stable points for
- 1:28the by-weeks and injuries that you have
- 1:30to deal with. Then we've got the watch
- 1:32list. They could offer you fantasy
- 1:34potential at some point this season.
- 1:35Maybe we don't draft them right now, but
- 1:37we need to be keeping an eye on them.
- 1:39And of course, the waiverss. You don't
- 1:41need to worry about them. Put them to
- 1:42the side and forget about it. Jake,
- 1:44we're going to start in the AFC East,
- 1:46though. The Buffalo Bills, DJ Moore,
- 1:49Josh Palmer, Khil Shakir, Skyler Bell,
- 1:52Keon Coleman, Josh Palmer, and Keon
- 1:54Coleman. We've got listed as waiverss.
- 1:56DJ Moore, we've talked about him a lot.
- 1:58He could be a wide receiver, too. Khil
- 2:00Shakir could end up being that floor
- 2:02play every single week, giving you a
- 2:04stable amount of points, even if he
- 2:05doesn't have a ton of upside. And newly
- 2:07drafted Skyler Bell, I really liked him.
- 2:10I think he's a watch list candidate in
- 2:12case there's injuries.
- 2:13>> Yeah. Yeah. And the more I see, you
- 2:14know, DJ Moore practicing with Josh
- 2:16Allen, the more I'm getting excited, the
- 2:17more I feel like he may not be high
- 2:19enough in some people's rankings. And
- 2:22that maybe the year of DJ Moore that
- 2:24we've wanted the last few years, it's
- 2:26going to happen with Josh Allen this
- 2:27year. Moving on to the Miami Dolphins,
- 2:30Jaylen Tolbert, 22 Atwell, Malik
- 2:33Washington, and Chris Bell. For Jaylen
- 2:35Tolbert and Chris Bell, going to leave
- 2:37them on waiverss. I like Chris Bell. I
- 2:40think he can be a good NFL wide
- 2:41receiver, but he was injured last year.
- 2:43It might take him a little bit to kind
- 2:45of get going. So maybe just a waiver guy
- 2:47this season. 22 Atwell is going to be on
- 2:50the watch list for me. We've seen him
- 2:51have fantasy value while he was in LA.
- 2:54Yeah, he's not going to have Matthew
- 2:56Stafford, so maybe that changes a lot of
- 2:57things. But Malik Washington, we just
- 2:59talked about him in a deep sleeper
- 3:01video, and we have been a fan of his for
- 3:03a couple of years now. Yeah, this may be
- 3:05one of the ugliest groups of receivers
- 3:07on any NFL team right this second.
- 3:10There's not a lot of high upside when
- 3:11you're talking about fantasy value. If I
- 3:13had to pick one as of right now, it is
- 3:16still Malik Washington. For the New
- 3:18England Patriots, AJ Brown, we believe
- 3:21he is a top 12 wide receiver and we
- 3:23believe him and Drake May are going to
- 3:25have a fantastic season together. Romeo
- 3:28Dobs. We think he has an opportunity to
- 3:30score touchdowns and offer you kind of
- 3:32that floor play that we talked about at
- 3:34the beginning of the show. Dear Douglas,
- 3:37Kyle Williams, Kahan Booty. Kahan Booty
- 3:39right now still on the roster. There is
- 3:41talk that he could be traded. Dear
- 3:44Douglas is going to be on waiverss.
- 3:45Booty, we know he has touchdown
- 3:47potential. He would be the upside play.
- 3:49If Kahan Booty is traded, then Kyle
- 3:51Williams becomes a watchless candidate.
- 3:53>> Yeah, it all depend what what happens
- 3:55there. But honestly, for me right now,
- 3:57AJ Brown and Romeo Dobs or nothing in
- 4:00New England. Even when it comes to the
- 4:02running backs, it's hard to know who's
- 4:03going to touch the ball weekly. Yes,
- 4:05they're going to spread it around some,
- 4:06but Dobs is going to be the safest the
- 4:08safest guy weekly, like you said, a
- 4:10floor play, but man, we love AJ Brown
- 4:12this year and what he could be with
- 4:13Drake May.
- 4:14>> The New York Jets have put together a
- 4:16ton of weapons, but can Gino Smith be
- 4:20the guy to actually give them all
- 4:22fantasy validity? Adenai Mitchell is
- 4:24going to be kind of an upside play. He's
- 4:26a big play wide receiver. He is a guy
- 4:28that is absolutely going to disappear at
- 4:31times. However, I've got Omar Cooper Jr.
- 4:33listed as a floor play now because we
- 4:36just found out that Kenyan Sadique could
- 4:37end up missing time. Banged up coming
- 4:41back from an injury. Was banged up a
- 4:43little bit last year. Is not healing as
- 4:45well as they would have hoped he would
- 4:46have. And because of that, the wide
- 4:48receivers really truly have a decent
- 4:50amount of fantasy value right now.
- 4:52Garrett Wilson. We've seen him be a guy
- 4:53that can be a wide receiver one. I'm not
- 4:55willing to go there as of yet.
- 4:57>> Yeah, there's more weapons in in for the
- 5:00Jets there now than there has been in
- 5:01the past. So, it's not just the Garrett
- 5:03Wilson show. My biggest question is if
- 5:05you're a floor play and you play for the
- 5:08Jets, is your floor lower than most
- 5:10other people's floor? That's what
- 5:12worries me a little bit. I'm I'm leaning
- 5:14Garrett Wilson here and and kind of just
- 5:15want to see how everything else plays
- 5:17out.
- 5:18Let's move on to the AFC North and let's
- 5:21go ahead and make this another comment
- 5:23challenge video. If there is a wide
- 5:26receiver that we didn't go as indepth on
- 5:29today that you would like to know more
- 5:31about, we want you to give us your
- 5:33opinion down in the comments. So, pick a
- 5:35wide receiver that we didn't talk about
- 5:36a whole lot today. Leave a comment down
- 5:39below giving us your best reasoning and
- 5:42argument for why they could be fantasy
- 5:43viable this season. and we're gonna pick
- 5:45one of those comments to get a free
- 5:47draft guide. Make sure you like the
- 5:49video. Subscribe as well for the Ravens
- 5:52in the AFC North. Rashad Baitman hasn't
- 5:54ever really materialized into anything,
- 5:56but we know he's got some upside to him.
- 5:59Couple of injuries. Maybe he finds some
- 6:01of that this season again. Devontes
- 6:03Walker, he's going to be on the waiverss
- 6:05for me. Z Flowers, I think he's got wide
- 6:07receiver one potential. I'm going to
- 6:09play it safe. List him as a wide
- 6:10receiver, too. Jacobe Lane. Been hearing
- 6:12some decent things about him in training
- 6:14camp so far. He looks good. We're going
- 6:16to put him on the watch list.
- 6:18>> Yeah, 100% watching Jacobe Lane here. I
- 6:20don't want to get too over excited about
- 6:23some of the camp clips, but he does seem
- 6:24to be playing great football right now.
- 6:26Zay Flowers, I have been on that
- 6:28bandwagon talking about his
- 6:29underratedness probably for multiple
- 6:32years now. Sure, a lot of people want to
- 6:33look at the big explosive games and
- 6:35maybe the lack of consistency at some
- 6:37points, but that's why he's being
- 6:38drafted where he's being drafted and not
- 6:40within the first couple of rounds. So,
- 6:42yeah, a wide receiver to a base there
- 6:44for Z Flowers. I'm all on board.
- 6:47>> Really only three guys I think we need
- 6:48to talk about with the Cincinnati
- 6:50Bengals. Jamar Chase is going as a top
- 6:52three pick. Has an opportunity to be the
- 6:54wide receiver one. We've got him listed
- 6:56as a wide receiver one. T. Higgins was
- 6:58actually relatively healthy last season
- 7:00compared to what he has been in years
- 7:02past. Hopefully he can find himself on
- 7:04the field for 15, 16, 17 games. Once
- 7:07again, it gives him good wide receiver
- 7:09two value. Andre Yosh is a guy whose
- 7:11name pops up every once in a while
- 7:14mainly because if there's an injury or
- 7:16someone misses time, then he has a
- 7:17little bit of potential. For me, that's
- 7:19all about the waivers. Still,
- 7:21>> this may be the clearest room in the
- 7:23entire NFL. I mean, there's no question
- 7:24that Chase is a wide receiver. one,
- 7:26Tiggins. A Tiggins, remember, we're
- 7:28we're keeping the Tiggins nickname, by
- 7:30the way. I can't I can't I can't escape
- 7:32that. Uh wide receiver 2, top 24 guy,
- 7:35easy after that. Not much to worry
- 7:37about.
- 7:37>> For the I almost said Cincinnati Browns.
- 7:40For the Cleveland Browns, staying in the
- 7:43same state, different city. For the
- 7:45Cleveland Browns, Denzel Boston and
- 7:47Casey Conception are both going to be
- 7:50watch list players for me as of right
- 7:52now. We've talked about it. It should do
- 7:54Sanders as the quarterback. It feels
- 7:56like him and Casey Conpion could be the
- 7:58better tandem. If it were to be Deshun
- 8:00Watson for any reason, it feels like he
- 8:02might be more willing to push the ball
- 8:04down the field, which would give Denzel
- 8:06Boston more opportunity. And there's
- 8:08Jerry Judy, Cedric Tilman. There's
- 8:10several other guys that you could list
- 8:12here, but I was like, you know what, we
- 8:13don't really need to go through all of
- 8:14them. Anybody that's not Boston or Casey
- 8:17Conception, I'm leaving on waiverss
- 8:19right now.
- 8:19>> Yeah, absolutely. And until we know who
- 8:21the starting quarterback is going to be,
- 8:23I'm not committing myself to any of
- 8:25these guys. Remember, it's still the
- 8:27Cleveland Browns. For the Pittsburgh
- 8:30Steelers, DK Metaf is going to be an
- 8:33upside type of play. He's got touchdown
- 8:35potential. He's got big play potential,
- 8:37while Michael Pitman is going to be the
- 8:39floor play. I think he works really well
- 8:41with Aaron Rogers this season. I don't
- 8:43think he gives us some of the upside
- 8:45that we saw in Indianapolis during his
- 8:46time there, but I think he could be a
- 8:48guy that could find himself as a flex
- 8:50play every single week. I want to keep
- 8:52Roman Wilson on the watch list. So far
- 8:54through training camp, there is a lot of
- 8:56good things about him, and it sounds
- 8:58like he's going to be on the field in
- 8:59three wide receiver sets. I don't I'm
- 9:02not saying that he's going to be fantasy
- 9:03viable, but I want us to keep an eye on
- 9:05him just in case anybody is injured.
- 9:07Jeremy Bernard, we're going to go ahead
- 9:08and list him as waiverss right now for
- 9:10the rookie. Yeah, I mean Roman Wilson
- 9:12now that Calvin Austin is no longer in
- 9:14town should have somewhat of a chance. I
- 9:16tell me if you would disagree with this,
- 9:17Kyle. At the end of the season, Michael
- 9:19Pitman has more receptions. DK Metaf has
- 9:22more yards.
- 9:23>> I do not disagree with that whatsoever.
- 9:25>> That's kind of how I see this wide
- 9:26receiver group in Pittsburgh. Moving on
- 9:28to the AFC South for the Houston Texans,
- 9:31Nico Collins. You could argue wide
- 9:34receiver one or wide receiver two and I
- 9:35would make I would be like, "Yeah, I
- 9:38agree probably with both of those
- 9:40arguments." However, we know Nico
- 9:42Collins in the big play ability can put
- 9:44him in the wide receiver one
- 9:45stratosphere. So, I would like to go
- 9:47ahead and go with his ceiling here, and
- 9:48that's why I'm going to list him as a
- 9:49wide receiver one. Jaden Higgins and
- 9:51Tank Dell, I think both deserve to be on
- 9:53the watch list. If you want to take a
- 9:55shot at one of them, I'd rather take a
- 9:57shot at Tank Dell, who's basically free
- 9:59right now. And then Jaylen Noel, we're
- 10:01going to leave him on waiverss for the
- 10:03time being.
- 10:03>> Yeah, I mean, Tank Dell is looking good.
- 10:06There's little to no limitations. If
- 10:08he's 100% week one, it's really hard to
- 10:11get behind Jaden Higgins and Jaylen Null
- 10:13because Collins and Dell could probably
- 10:15dominate the target share in Houston.
- 10:18>> Never really thought I would say this,
- 10:20but thank God that Daniel Jones is
- 10:23healthy because right
- 10:25>> that's going to be unlocking the
- 10:27potential for the Indianapolis Colts
- 10:29players this season. And Daniel Jones I
- 10:32I mean he looks good. He looks good
- 10:34coming back from that Achilles injury. I
- 10:35didn't think he was going to be ready
- 10:36for the season. He looks to be right
- 10:38there. Alec Pierce is still going to be
- 10:39an upside play. They paid him a lot of
- 10:41money. They expect him to be a wide
- 10:43receiver one, but he's still kind of
- 10:44banged up right now, working his way
- 10:46back from offseason surgery. I expect
- 10:48him to be healthy at some point. I don't
- 10:50know when, and I don't know how he's
- 10:51going to be utilized. Ashton Dolan is a
- 10:53waiver play. Josh DS, I'm not even going
- 10:56to put him as a watch list. I'm going to
- 10:57put him as a floor play. We said this in
- 10:59a sleeper video that we just did, but I
- 11:01mentioned him as a Wandelleesque player.
- 11:05>> Yeah. And that's that's a great
- 11:07comparison. And then he has that
- 11:08opportunity to go out there and get 100
- 11:10plus targets this year. He's super cheap
- 11:11in drafts for sure. Alec Pierce with the
- 11:14somewhat, you know, limitations here
- 11:16early on in the offseason. Uh yeah,
- 11:18there was a time where we were kind of
- 11:20hoping that, you know, Daniel Jones
- 11:21would miss a game due to injury just so
- 11:23we could get a better quarterback play.
- 11:24And you're right. Now all of a sudden
- 11:25we're like, "Thank you. I'm so glad that
- 11:28Daniel Jones is healthy." That's where
- 11:30we're at in 2026
- 11:31>> for the Jacksonville Jags. Now, we might
- 11:34want to just put all of these guys on
- 11:36the watch list at this point, but there
- 11:39are a lot of positives coming out of
- 11:41training camp right now about Parker
- 11:43Washington. If you want to plant your
- 11:45flag in one guy,
- 11:48>> oops. Then I would go with Parker
- 11:50Washington as of right now. Brian Thomas
- 11:52Jr. and Parker Washington, I will list
- 11:54them both as upside plays. Jacobe
- 11:56Meyers, I will list as a floor play.
- 11:58Travis Hunter, I will put on the watch
- 12:00list because we still don't know how
- 12:01he's even going to be utilized. Parker
- 12:03Washington has turned into what we
- 12:05thought Jacobe Meyers would be when he
- 12:07joined the team. Kind of like that
- 12:09binky, right? He's just involved
- 12:10everywhere. That has turned into Parker
- 12:13Washington. And there hasn't been one
- 12:15piece of negative news about him this
- 12:17entire off season. Everything is
- 12:19pointing to him being a huge part of
- 12:22this offense. So, you're right. If I had
- 12:24to look at this list, which is stacked
- 12:26in this offense, if I had to pick one
- 12:27right now, it's Parker Washington for me
- 12:29as well. For the Tennessee Titans,
- 12:32Carnell Tate is going to be the upside
- 12:34play for us, the rookie. Lots of big
- 12:36play potential, but may not be super
- 12:38consistent. I do think he could win some
- 12:40solid weeks for you, though. Juan Del
- 12:42Robinson, I think he could be exactly
- 12:44what he was in New York, a safe play
- 12:46every single week. If you play in a PPR
- 12:48league or if you have injuries or if you
- 12:51have guys on by-weeks, he could be a guy
- 12:53that you put in that just gives you some
- 12:54consistent numbers. Calvin Ridley,
- 12:57Ellommenor, Shamir DK, all of these guys
- 13:00when you take a look at what they could
- 13:02do. Yeah, they made some plays last
- 13:04season, but probably not going to make
- 13:05too many more moving forward.
- 13:07>> Yeah, and exactly what you said with
- 13:09Well Robinson. I would not be surprised
- 13:10if he does not have a similar year this
- 13:13year. It's going to be big-time targets,
- 13:16not a ton of yards or touchdowns, but in
- 13:19PPR formats could be very serviceable
- 13:21once again where Carnell Tate's probably
- 13:23going to get those bigger plays. is the
- 13:25touchdown opportunities, a lot more of
- 13:27the spotlight. Juell Robinson will be
- 13:29that safe, reliable flex for a lot of
- 13:31people in PPR leagues. It is time to
- 13:33finish off the AFC with the West now
- 13:36going with the Denver Broncos to start.
- 13:39These two, the first two right here, you
- 13:41could probably argue about these a
- 13:43little bit back and forth. Cartland
- 13:45Sutton I'm going to list as a floor
- 13:46play. He's still going to be involved,
- 13:48but I I don't think he's going to be the
- 13:50wide receiver one outright. I think he's
- 13:52going to have some good weeks. I think
- 13:54he's going to have some bad weeks, but I
- 13:55think you're going to find a little bit
- 13:56more floor than ceiling with him moving
- 13:58forward. Whereas with Jaylen Wadd, I
- 14:01think he's more explosive. I think he's
- 14:02the guy that can be better utilized in a
- 14:05Shawn Payeyton offense and be a guy that
- 14:07can be moved around. Man, Brandon Cooks
- 14:09with Shawn Payeyton back in the day was
- 14:11an absolutely explosive wide receiver.
- 14:14Maybe we see some Jaylen Waddles upside
- 14:16there. Troy Franklin I will leave on the
- 14:18watch list just because of how deep he
- 14:21was into that wide receiver two position
- 14:23last year and if something were to
- 14:24happen he would probably be the next guy
- 14:26up while Marvin Mims Jr. Pat Bryant both
- 14:28on waiverss for me.
- 14:30>> Yeah the addition of Jaylen Waddle to
- 14:31this group already is huge. I mean more
- 14:34so from an NFL perspective for fantasy
- 14:36it makes things a lot more difficult.
- 14:38Sutton going to remain touchdown
- 14:39dependent where I agree Waddle could be
- 14:41the guy that moves around gets a lot
- 14:42more of the explosive plays the yards
- 14:44after the catch. That's probably the guy
- 14:46I'm targeting in this offense if I want
- 14:48to take a stab at him.
- 14:49>> For the Kansas City Chiefs, we've got
- 14:50four wide receivers listed here.
- 14:52Taekquin Thoren is a watch list. Xavier
- 14:54Worthy is an upside play. Rasheed Rice,
- 14:57wide receiver one. Cyrus Allen also is a
- 14:59watch list for the upside play with
- 15:02Worthy. Obviously, big play potential
- 15:04with that speed, but it hasn't
- 15:05materialized into consistent playmaking
- 15:08ability as of yet, and there isn't
- 15:10really that opportunity for it to happen
- 15:12yet this year. Rasheed Rice. I'm still
- 15:14going to list him as a wide receiver
- 15:15one. Does not look great in training
- 15:17camp, but like I did with a wide
- 15:19receiver prior, I'm kind of looking at
- 15:21what is his upside. If he is healthy and
- 15:23ready to go, we've already seen that is
- 15:25wide receiver one ability. Taekwon
- 15:27Thornton, we've seen him make some big
- 15:28plays. So, if Worthy were to miss time,
- 15:30then Thornton could kind of step into
- 15:32that role. That's why he's on the watch
- 15:34list. Cyrus Allen is a guy that's
- 15:36turning a lot of heads in training camp.
- 15:37Even if he's not somebody that we can
- 15:39use to begin the season, maybe later in
- 15:41the year he pops up.
- 15:43>> Yeah, Rasheed Rice is the biggest
- 15:44question mark, right? How healthy is he
- 15:45going to be? He does not look fully
- 15:47healthy right now. So, if I could put a
- 15:49trending down arrow next to anyone, it
- 15:51would be Rasheed Rice just because
- 15:53there's a lot of unknown surrounding
- 15:54what is what's he going to look like?
- 15:56Because what we're seeing in camp, he
- 15:58looks stiff, he looks slow, he doesn't
- 16:00look fluid. There's just a lot that
- 16:02needs to improve when it comes to
- 16:03Rasheed Rice for right now.
- 16:05>> Yeah. rehabbing uh after a surgery while
- 16:08you're in jail. Probably not the best
- 16:10way to get 100% healthy.
- 16:12>> For the Las Vegas Raiders, Trey Tucker,
- 16:14we've seen him at times provide some
- 16:17fantasy ability for you. You can put him
- 16:19in the lineup, he gives you some solid
- 16:20numbers. That's why we're going to go
- 16:21with the floor play there. Probably the
- 16:23first shot at being the wide receiver
- 16:24one on this team. Newly signed Jaylen
- 16:27Naylor. I'm going to go with the upside
- 16:28play. We've seen him put together some
- 16:30decent games while in Minnesota. Now he
- 16:32gets an opportunity to potentially be
- 16:34the wide receiver too. Even though Brock
- 16:36Bowers is probably the number one target
- 16:38there, Jack Beck, leave him on waiverss.
- 16:41>> Yeah, remember when I said at the
- 16:42beginning of the show about how the
- 16:43Dolphins had one of the worst receiving
- 16:44rooms, the Raiders aren't far behind.
- 16:47Okay, we don't mind Jaylen Naylor
- 16:49potentially as a guy who has some an
- 16:51added target share after Brock Bowers.
- 16:53But yeah, after that, it's going to be
- 16:55hard to be overly reliant on anyone in
- 16:57this offense, not named Brock Bowers or
- 16:59maybe even Ashton Genty. Let's finish up
- 17:01the AFC with the Los Angeles Chargers.
- 17:05Quinton Johnston. He has upside
- 17:07potential. We know he's got big play
- 17:09potential. He just has to do a better
- 17:10job of catching the ball more
- 17:12consistently and he is a guy that
- 17:14absolutely could find his way into your
- 17:16lineup if you need upside on a weekly
- 17:18basis. Trey Harris, I'm going to leave
- 17:20him on waiverss even though he probably
- 17:21will be starting out there as the wide
- 17:23receiver three. Lad McConi, wide
- 17:26receiver two territory for me. I think
- 17:28he's got some top 12 potential, but he's
- 17:29a much more safer bet if you draft him.
- 17:32Looking at wide receiver two numbers,
- 17:33Brennan Thompson on the watch list.
- 17:35Quinton Johnson has had some issues with
- 17:37health. Trey Harris hasn't necessarily
- 17:39won a spot as of right now. Brennan
- 17:41Thompson was drafted for his speed. A
- 17:44former all-American track runner.
- 17:46Absolutely could be a guy that finds
- 17:48himself with some big plays this year.
- 17:49>> Yeah, we know they they they want the
- 17:51speed in LA here. That's a Mike McDaniel
- 17:53thing. He he wants to try to find that
- 17:55game-breaking speed. Lad Mananki, I
- 17:57think, bounces back in a huge way. No
- 17:59Keenan Allen in his way this year. Lad
- 18:01Mani is the guy who's probably going to
- 18:03be that weekly safety valve once again.
- 18:05Quinton Johnston, if he could just
- 18:06remove the oven mitts, dude. Please
- 18:09don't turn into Devin Funch, you know,
- 18:11like that's what I I'm so concerned that
- 18:12Quinton Johnson is on the verge of
- 18:14either going one direction and being a
- 18:16great wide receiver or to being Devin
- 18:18Funch. And that's what's got me
- 18:20terrified right now.
- 18:20>> And Jake, we're going through a ton of
- 18:22players today and we're talking about
- 18:24them pretty quickly. But if you're
- 18:25wanting to get a lot of this information
- 18:27in an easy to digest format that you can
- 18:30look through at any point in time that
- 18:32you can use on your phone or on your web
- 18:34browser, take it on the go, whatever you
- 18:36need to do. It's our 2026 fantasy
- 18:38football draft guide. tfhdraftguide.com
- 18:41or they can get one for free right now
- 18:43as well.
- 18:44>> Yeah. All you got to do is sign up on
- 18:45Underdog. Underdog is hooking you up
- 18:47here this year in 2026. Once again, sign
- 18:50up for a new account. Use the referral
- 18:52code headliners when you do so. make
- 18:53your minimum $10 deposit and then play
- 18:56in any contest. It can be a best ball
- 18:57draft. It can be a player pick them.
- 18:59Whatever you so choose. But once you
- 19:01complete that process, I will send you a
- 19:03draft guide for free within 24 hours of
- 19:06you completing that process. And a lot
- 19:07of people are taking advantage of that
- 19:09deal right now, so you don't want to
- 19:10miss out. There's links to everything
- 19:12down below. We're going to start out
- 19:14east with the NFC. And that's going to
- 19:16be with the Dallas Cowboys to begin
- 19:18with. George Pickkins and CD Lamb both
- 19:20can be drafted as wide receiver one
- 19:22candidates. Is CD Lamb a little safer?
- 19:24Probably. Does George Pickkins have a
- 19:26little bit more upside but could be a
- 19:28little bit more inconsistent? Probably.
- 19:30But by the end of the year, they both
- 19:31could be wide receiver one while Ryan
- 19:33Florenoi and Cavonte Turpin are both on
- 19:36waiverss. Yeah, I mean when it comes to
- 19:37the Cowboys, Pickkins and Lamb is really
- 19:39all they really need. Everything else is
- 19:41going to be kind of be a weekly cluster
- 19:43to try to figure out. So yeah, the the
- 19:45ceilings that those two guys have wide
- 19:47receiver one worthy
- 19:49>> for the New York Giants. Malik Neighbors
- 19:51has been the talk of the off seasonason
- 19:52when it comes to wide receiver. Is going
- 19:54to list him as a wide receiver too.
- 19:56Expects to be ready for week one, but
- 19:58how healthy is he? Actually things look
- 20:00good and are trending up right now, but
- 20:02I think we still need to be a little bit
- 20:04cautious. Darius Sllayton, Calvin
- 20:06Austin, they can be both left on
- 20:08waiverss and I'm not going to fill this
- 20:10screen up with Juju Smith or Odell
- 20:12Beckham Jr. or Darnell Mooney. All of
- 20:15those guys for me still on waiverss
- 20:16right now. If somebody were to find
- 20:19their way to being fantasy viable at the
- 20:21beginning of the year, we'll just have
- 20:22to deal with that through the waiver
- 20:23wires. I'm not necessarily even watch
- 20:25listing any of them, but I will watch
- 20:28list Malachi Fields because the rookie
- 20:30does have some really good big play
- 20:32potential and if they start to cut some
- 20:34of these wide receivers that they
- 20:35brought in for depth, he quickly moves
- 20:37to a better position to find his way on
- 20:40the field quicker. Yeah, there's already
- 20:41talk that he could be overtaking Darius
- 20:43Sllayton as the wide receiver too in
- 20:46this offense is with Malik Neighbors
- 20:48straight up lying to people all
- 20:49offseason. Now I'm convinced that all
- 20:51the limping was fake. I am not convinced
- 20:54that he was not anywhere near 100% like
- 20:56a month or two ago because now all of a
- 20:58sudden he looks good. He looks quick.
- 20:59He's still got a little bit to go but we
- 21:00got a month out before the season. Malik
- 21:03Neighbors could be one of the biggest.
- 21:06Is it a surprise? I don't even know if I
- 21:07can call it a surprise because people
- 21:08expect production. I think they're just
- 21:09going to be surprised at how far along
- 21:11he was given the information we were
- 21:13given just a couple months ago.
- 21:14>> Yeah. For the Philadelphia Eagles,
- 21:17people have in the comment section all
- 21:19year been calling us Eagles haters. And
- 21:21today, we're going to take an
- 21:22opportunity to not really be Eagles
- 21:23haters because we think the offense
- 21:25could be really good. We just don't know
- 21:27who's going to be the guy consistently.
- 21:29Dantavian Wix, I think he is a watchless
- 21:32type of guy. If there is an injury
- 21:34there, Dantavian Wix becomes fantasy
- 21:37viable for me. When you take a look at
- 21:38Devonte Smith, I'm not going to list him
- 21:40as a wide receiver one because I think
- 21:41he can reach that. But by the end of the
- 21:43season, I don't know if he's a
- 21:45consistent enough wide receiver one to
- 21:46actually put him there, but I'll go
- 21:48ahead and list him as a wide receiver,
- 21:49too, which is where he finishes
- 21:51basically every single season. But one,
- 21:54Mai Lemon, loved him. He was my wide
- 21:56receiver one in the draft. I think it's
- 21:58a great draft pick. I think this makes
- 21:59this offense even more dangerous, but
- 22:02he's more of a floor play for me. I
- 22:04don't think he has a ton of upside right
- 22:05away. Hollywood Brown is just there to
- 22:07cause chaos. I don't think he's fantasy
- 22:09viable, but I think he's going to get
- 22:10just enough targets to make people
- 22:11upset.
- 22:12>> And that's exactly what people need to
- 22:14realize right here. There are so many
- 22:16weapons that they're all going to take
- 22:17just enough to really limit the ceiling
- 22:20of everyone. It's not that we hate
- 22:21Devonte Smith or Mai Lemon. They're
- 22:24great. And on an NFL field, from an NFL
- 22:26offense perspective, I would I honestly
- 22:29I will say I think that the Eagles may
- 22:31have the best overall offense in the
- 22:34NFL, but for fantasy, it is an absolute
- 22:36nightmare because they're all going to
- 22:38be involved at some point and you're
- 22:40just never going to know. You're going
- 22:41to go into the game thinking it's a
- 22:42Devonte Smith week and Hollywood Brown
- 22:45catches a 60-yard touchdown. It may be
- 22:47the first catch he's had in three weeks,
- 22:49but that didn't go to Smith, it went to
- 22:51Brown and it kills your fantasy week.
- 22:53That's the biggest headache with this
- 22:54offense from a fantasy perspective
- 22:57>> for the Washington Commanders. Things
- 22:59seemed kind of settled and then Stefon
- 23:01Diggs, he signs here at the beginning
- 23:03of, we'll say the preseason, not the
- 23:05beginning of training camp, but the
- 23:06beginning of preseason. Terry McLaren to
- 23:08me is more of an upside play. I don't
- 23:10want to list him as a wide receiver,
- 23:11too, because I think the addition of
- 23:12Stefon Diggs kind of pulls him out of
- 23:14that territory and gives you more of a
- 23:16high upside play every week. I would
- 23:18lump him in more with a Christian
- 23:20Watson, a Devonte Smith, guys like that.
- 23:22For Stefon Diggs, I think he's a floor
- 23:24play. I think he's a guy that gets
- 23:25enough targets that the big play
- 23:27potential isn't there, but I think he is
- 23:29good enough still and gets enough
- 23:31targets to give you some decent floor
- 23:32every single week. Luke McAffrey, we're
- 23:34going to toss him onto waiverss. Antonio
- 23:36Williams will remain on the watch list.
- 23:38We liked him prior to the Stefon Diggs
- 23:41signing. And while this probably does
- 23:43limit his path in 2026, injuries happen.
- 23:46>> Yeah. And I mean, if you're looking at a
- 23:48slot receiver here right now, it's Stfan
- 23:50Diggs. That's where he's kind of
- 23:51penciled in. If they choose to move him
- 23:53outside at all and Antonio Williams gets
- 23:55a chance in the slot, the kid has great
- 23:58potential. I mean, from a a skill
- 24:01standpoint and a offensive standpoint,
- 24:03love Antonio Williams. Diggs, like you
- 24:06said, probably just limited it a little
- 24:07here in his first year. for the NFC
- 24:10North. Starting with the Chicago Bears
- 24:12this weekend, Luther Burden, it's
- 24:14announced that he is dealing with an
- 24:16injury and it sounds like he could miss
- 24:18quite a bit of time. That's that's not
- 24:21great for Luther Burden and overall not
- 24:23great for this offense either. However,
- 24:25if you've been trying to find somebody,
- 24:28Romo Dunay we have talked about at
- 24:31length on this channel. He is in the
- 24:32draft guide as well. I won't tell you
- 24:34where, but he is in there. Romo Dun is a
- 24:37guy that has a ton of potential. I'm
- 24:39going to list him as a upside play.
- 24:41Depending on how long Luther Burden
- 24:43misses, though, he could find himself as
- 24:46a wide receiver, too. I put these notes
- 24:48in here before the injury was announced.
- 24:50I'm going to leave it as is right now
- 24:52because even at this moment, I don't
- 24:53think we have a ton of information to
- 24:55kind of go off as of yet. Luther Burden,
- 24:57I'll leave him as an upside play.
- 24:59Whenever he returns this year, he will
- 25:01have some big playability. Khalif
- 25:03Raymond, I'm going to still just leave
- 25:04him on waiverss until we know more about
- 25:07Burden.
- 25:07>> Yeah. And it sounds like they want
- 25:09Burton to be ready for week one. There's
- 25:11a chance that he is not. Obviously,
- 25:12we've been on the Romo Dunes bandwagon
- 25:14like you mentioned, but also if Burton
- 25:16misses any time, holy Colston Loveland,
- 25:21and I'm just going to leave it at that.
- 25:23>> I have him at tight end three. He's
- 25:24staying there.
- 25:26>> The first few weeks of the season could
- 25:28be ridiculous for him. If Burton misses
- 25:30for the Detroit Lions, Isaac Tesla, he's
- 25:33going to catch 10 passes this season.
- 25:35All 10 of them will be for 40 yard
- 25:37touchdowns. Leave them on your watch
- 25:39list. Jameson Williams is an upside play
- 25:41for me. Obviously finished up in the top
- 25:4412 wide receivers last season. Those
- 25:46really, really, really big weeks will
- 25:48put him there. But again, he had three
- 25:50games last season where he basically
- 25:52disappeared and didn't give you
- 25:54anything. That's why it's more of an
- 25:55upside play than a wide receiver to play
- 25:57for me. I'm Ross A. Brown maybe one of
- 26:00the safest wide receivers in the league.
- 26:02>> Yeah, 100% one of the most safest for
- 26:03sure. And yeah, I'm kind of wondering if
- 26:05Isaac Tesla is even capable of making a
- 26:08normal catch. Like everything is like
- 26:10every time I see this guy at something
- 26:11ridiculous circus catch and he just
- 26:13doesn't see enough targets to be viable.
- 26:15I wish he would though. I will throw
- 26:17that out there that I would love to see
- 26:19him get six to eight targets a week. I
- 26:21think he could be something special.
- 26:22He's just hidden and buried on a death
- 26:24chart.
- 26:25>> If the Savannah Bananas start a football
- 26:28league, Isaac Tesla would be the number
- 26:29one overall pick for the Packers.
- 26:32Christian Watson upside play. We put him
- 26:34in our league winners videos. Obviously,
- 26:37the injuries are a major concern over
- 26:39the course of his career, but this guy
- 26:40just got paid huge money and they got
- 26:44rid of Dantavian Wixs and they ended up
- 26:47moving on from Romeo Dobs. When you do
- 26:49things like that and opportunity becomes
- 26:51more apparent and you got paid a ton of
- 26:53money, you have to look at it and say,
- 26:55"Yeah, this guy could have a really
- 26:56solid season." Matthew Golden and Jaden
- 26:58Reed will both be on the watch list for
- 27:00me, though.
- 27:01>> Yeah. And Matthew Golden is the one I'm
- 27:03probably watching more closer more
- 27:05closely close clo whatever
- 27:07>> closest close the closest uh than Jaden
- 27:10Reed because I feel like Matthew Golden
- 27:11is going to have the bigger opportunity
- 27:12with that first round draft capital to
- 27:14try to have a little bit bigger of a
- 27:16role here this year over Jaden Reed plus
- 27:18you can get him for cheaper on draft day
- 27:19for the Minnesota Vikings. Justin
- 27:21Jefferson we think it's bounceback
- 27:22season. I do believe Kyler Murray will
- 27:24end up being the starting quarterback.
- 27:26Jordan Addison upside play for me. I
- 27:29don't know if Kyler Murray is going to
- 27:30be good enough to support two top 24
- 27:33wide receivers, but I think he could
- 27:34support a wide receiver one and a flex
- 27:36option every single week. Jawan
- 27:38Jennings, keep him on the watch list
- 27:40because he could become really, really
- 27:42good for fantasy in the red zone if
- 27:45there were to be an injury.
- 27:46>> Yeah, 100%. He's one injury away from
- 27:48being very fantasy viable. Him and Kyler
- 27:51very familiar with each other after all
- 27:53their years together in the NFC West
- 27:54when Jennings was in San Francisco. But
- 27:57yeah, the move from JJ McCarthy to Kyler
- 28:01Murray should automatically jolt Justin
- 28:03Jefferson back up. Quit quit ignoring
- 28:06all the the camp stuff of like, oh, the
- 28:08dude is learning the offense. They're
- 28:09learning each other. Give him a little
- 28:10bit of time and and Jefferson's going to
- 28:12be a top 12 guy once again. Heading down
- 28:14to the NFC South, the Atlanta Falcons.
- 28:17First up, Drake London. I'm going to
- 28:18list him as a wide receiver. one. Yes, I
- 28:21know the injury last year kind of killed
- 28:23you, especially towards the end of the
- 28:24season as you were heading into the
- 28:25playoffs, but prior to that injury, he
- 28:28was locked in as a top 12 wide receiver.
- 28:30I'm sure we can find that again this
- 28:32season regardless of who the quarterback
- 28:33is. John Dodson, Olide Zakius are both
- 28:37on waiverss. However, Zachariah Branch
- 28:40is one of our highest listed watch list
- 28:42players. He is maybe not even watch list
- 28:45at this point. He's watchless slash use
- 28:47your very last pick on him anyway. Yeah,
- 28:49I mean I have so much excitement
- 28:51surrounding Zachariah Branch and what he
- 28:52could be in this offense. An offense
- 28:54that still needs to to identify some of
- 28:57these pass catching weapons after Drake
- 28:59London. I is it Kyle Pittz and then what
- 29:01after that? It's wide open and Zachariah
- 29:03Branch could be that guy to fill that
- 29:04spot
- 29:05>> for the Carolina Panthers. I was in love
- 29:07with Ted McMillan a couple of weeks ago.
- 29:09It was announced that he was going to
- 29:11play more in the slot and then
- 29:12unfortunately the Chris Brazelle injury
- 29:15is going to change things. Does that
- 29:17automatically mean that McMillan doesn't
- 29:19play as much in the slot? No. But now he
- 29:21goes from being like a wide receiver 10
- 29:24to 12 for me to more like a wide
- 29:26receiver 13 through 15. So I'm going to
- 29:28list him as a wide receiver too. I think
- 29:29he still gets into the slot which is
- 29:31good. But I do think the Brazil injury
- 29:33is not great for him. And while it's not
- 29:35great for him, it is big news for Jaylen
- 29:37Coker. Jaylen Coker is an upside play
- 29:39for me now. He can end up being a guy
- 29:41that is the number two target in this
- 29:44offense. Xavier Legette is going to be
- 29:46on waiverss.
- 29:47>> Yeah, he he needs to stay on waivers,
- 29:49too, because he ain't done nothing since
- 29:50he's been there. Uh Ted McMillan, we
- 29:53always get people down the comments as
- 29:54you say, "How could you pick T McMillan
- 29:56to go so high with Bryce Young as his
- 29:57quarterback?" Uh news flash, Ted
- 30:00McMillan was the wide receiver 15 last
- 30:02year with a quarterback of Bryce Young
- 30:04as a rookie. T McMillan was. So yeah, I
- 30:07I'm I'm fine keeping him right there in
- 30:09that same, you know, wide receiver 13 to
- 30:1115 range. I think that's easy finishing
- 30:14for him and he's still got the ability
- 30:15to go a little bit higher if he can play
- 30:17more out of the slot.
- 30:18>> For the New Orleans Saints, it didn't
- 30:19feel like we were hearing a ton about
- 30:21Jordan Tyson until this weekend. And
- 30:23then I started to hear a little bit
- 30:25more. He started to make some good
- 30:26plays. It feels like he's becoming more
- 30:28comfortable on the offense. He's
- 30:29healthy, which is great for me. He's
- 30:31going to be more of an upside play this
- 30:33season. Him and Chris Ave are both on
- 30:35the field together. I think there's
- 30:36going to be some weeks where Jordan
- 30:38Tyson may disappear. Chris Olive for me,
- 30:41wide receiver one last year. He was a
- 30:43guy that we had as a must-have wide
- 30:45receiver. He's being drafted still a
- 30:48little too high for my liking. I think
- 30:49he is a safer wide receiver too than he
- 30:52is a wide receiver one upside play.
- 30:54While Devon Vel and Bryce Lance will
- 30:56both remain on waiverss.
- 30:58>> Uh yeah, totally agree with Chris Olive.
- 31:00He's not the only show in town. Jordan
- 31:02Tyson will take away just enough of that
- 31:04ceiling. And Bryce Lance, I have no idea
- 31:06who the hell that even is. So, he's
- 31:08gonna be on my waiver wire or two.
- 31:10>> Bryce Lance was a sleeper for me in this
- 31:12year's draft. Don't love the landing
- 31:13spot, but that is uh another Lance who
- 31:17went very high in the draft. That's his
- 31:19>> Never heard of her. Never heard of her.
- 31:21>> For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a Mecca
- 31:23Ibuka, he we have him listed as a must
- 31:25have wide receiver this year. We really
- 31:27believe that the drop issues he'll take
- 31:30care of. the health issues that all of
- 31:31the Bucks had last year. Hopefully that
- 31:33doesn't become a concern. He's got wide
- 31:35receiver one potential for me. Not the
- 31:37wide receiver three that we saw through
- 31:39the first few weeks of last season, but
- 31:41top 12 wide receiver could easily be
- 31:43within his grasp. Jaylen McMillan's
- 31:45going to be on the waiverss for me.
- 31:46Chris Godwin, I think he goes back to
- 31:48being a solid floor play out of the slot
- 31:50this year. He could be a guy that Baker
- 31:51is really looking for in those tough
- 31:53situations. Maybe he doesn't have
- 31:55hundredyard games, but maybe he gets six
- 31:58receptions a game for 70 yards and is
- 32:00just enough to find his way into your
- 32:02lineup at times. Jaylen McMillan is
- 32:04going to be on waiverss. He does have
- 32:05touchdown potential, but I don't think
- 32:07enough in this offense with everyone
- 32:08being healthy. But Ted Hurst is on the
- 32:11watch list. A lot of really good things
- 32:12about his big play ability. Yeah, I mean
- 32:14I would not be surprised if at some
- 32:16point throughout this season if Jaylen
- 32:17McMillan were to go down, which he's
- 32:18been known to. Ted Hurst slots into that
- 32:21other outside receiver with Mecca Ibuka.
- 32:23Got to win the slot and they never go
- 32:24back from that in Tampa Bay.
- 32:26>> Heading out to the NFC West for the
- 32:28Arizona Cardinals. I mean, this has been
- 32:30a debate back and forth the entire off
- 32:32seasonason. Is it Marvin Harrison Jr.?
- 32:33Is it Michael Wilson? If it's Michael
- 32:36Wilson, people are arguing, well, look
- 32:38what he did with Marvin Harrison and
- 32:40without Marvin Harrison. for the people
- 32:42for Marvin Harrison, it's, oh, you know,
- 32:43he hasn't been healthy or he's had a
- 32:46terrible quarterback. He's got the draft
- 32:47capital. There's reasons for and against
- 32:49both of these guys, but until I see it
- 32:51consistently from Marvin Harrison Jr.,
- 32:53he's just going to be listed as an
- 32:54upside play for me. I think he might
- 32:56have some big games and some big
- 32:57touchdowns from time to time, I think
- 32:59Michael Wilson is much more positioned
- 33:01to be a more consistent wide receiver.
- 33:03Is he top 12 like he was at the end of
- 33:05last season? Probably not. Is it
- 33:08possible? Yes. But I think you could
- 33:09find some consistent production from
- 33:11him, especially at his ADP. Kendrick
- 33:14Bourne is the wide receiver three on
- 33:15waiverss.
- 33:16>> Yeah, and I think Kendrick Bourne has an
- 33:18opportunity this year, but just not
- 33:19enough, right? Because between Wilson,
- 33:21Harrison, and Trey McBride, that's going
- 33:23to soak up the majority of the pass
- 33:25catching work. Plus, there's like 15
- 33:26running backs back there that can catch
- 33:27passes. Uh, so yeah, Michael Wilson,
- 33:30like you said, just the more consistent
- 33:32option in this offense. I want Marv to
- 33:34be a thing. Trust me, I've wanted Marv
- 33:36to be a thing since he was drafted to
- 33:38the Cardinals. It's just not
- 33:39materialized. And it seems like every
- 33:42other day he's having a great camp. He's
- 33:44having a horrible camp. He's having a
- 33:45great camp. He's having a horrible camp.
- 33:46And that right there just tells you the
- 33:48inconsistencies are still there. And
- 33:50until we see that change, I'm I'm team
- 33:52Michael Wilson at this point.
- 33:54>> For the LA Rams, Devonte Adams scored a
- 33:57bleep ton of touchdowns last season. I
- 34:00don't know why I did that when I
- 34:01actually have a bleep button that I
- 34:02could use, but I digress. Devonte Adams
- 34:06could score a ton of touchdowns again
- 34:08this coming season. I don't think he has
- 34:10some of the upside we saw last year and
- 34:12I don't know if he has as many
- 34:14touchdowns, but I still think he finds
- 34:15his way into the end zone enough to be a
- 34:17solid wide receiver, too. Pukanakua is
- 34:19being drafted as a top three wide
- 34:21receiver. Absolutely deserves to be up
- 34:23there. He's got great upside again.
- 34:25Jordan Whittington is going to be on
- 34:27waiverss for now.
- 34:29>> Yeah, Puga locked in that wide receiver
- 34:31one spot. I still think Adams has 10
- 34:32plus touchdown potential this year. And
- 34:34if he gets to 10, he's inside the top 24
- 34:36easily
- 34:38>> for the 49ers at electrical substation
- 34:41is already trying to take some people
- 34:43away from us,
- 34:44>> but we're going to keep fighting back.
- 34:46Mike Evans is still Jake's got him as a
- 34:48wide receiver one. He's got him at wide
- 34:50receiver two. Absolutely loves Mike
- 34:52Evans. I believe that he absolutely has
- 34:55the upside to be up there just because
- 34:57he is taking a little bit of rest right
- 34:59now. They have said he's just a little
- 35:00bit sore. I don't believe it's anything
- 35:02terrible. I'm going to list him just as
- 35:04a wide receiver too for right now. I
- 35:06think his upside is going to be in that
- 35:08area. Debo Samuel to me coming back to
- 35:11San Francisco. Does it mess with Mike
- 35:13Evans a whole lot? I don't think so. We
- 35:15talked about it. We think it messes with
- 35:16Christian McCaffrey more than anybody at
- 35:18that point. Got him listed as a floor
- 35:20play, especially to begin the season if
- 35:22there's no George KD. Christian Kirk is
- 35:24on waiverss. Is on dribbling though on
- 35:27the watch list. We like his potential.
- 35:29>> Yeah, 100%. If anybody's missing time
- 35:31due to injury, Stribb is going to be the
- 35:32guy that to get those additional
- 35:33targets. Just to clarify slightly, I
- 35:36don't have Evans at wide receiver 2. I
- 35:38have him at wide receiver 12. I don't
- 35:40want people
- 35:40>> Did I say wide receiver two?
- 35:41>> You said two and I'm like, people are
- 35:43coming after me with pitchforks if
- 35:44that's
- 35:44>> No, wide receiver 12 is what I meant.
- 35:46That's my bad.
- 35:47>> That's okay. It's all good. I just want
- 35:48to make sure I clarify that because the
- 35:50comment section would have been like
- 35:51that guy's an idiot. Um,
- 35:52>> good thing we're doing this show
- 35:53together because if I had said that and
- 35:54you would have seen it later, you'd have
- 35:55been like, "What the heck is he doing to
- 35:57me? what's what's going on here? But
- 35:58yeah, I do think he's got that Verge
- 35:59wide receiver one upside. Everybody's
- 36:01like, "Oh, he's already hurt." Listen,
- 36:03the the San Francisco 49ers know what's
- 36:05going on. They know that they can't keep
- 36:06people healthy. And the one person they
- 36:08can't really afford to get hurt is Mike
- 36:10Evans. So, this whole rest that he's
- 36:12getting, I would almost guarantee that
- 36:14this is more so just to avoid an injury
- 36:17than him actually having an injury right
- 36:19now in San Francisco. Jake, we've talked
- 36:21about 29 teams, one left, the defending
- 36:25Super Bowl champions and the reigning
- 36:28offensive player of the year, Jackson
- 36:30Smith and Jigbuzz, the wide receiver one
- 36:33listed on here. He's got wide receiver
- 36:34one potential. He's being drafted as a
- 36:37top three wide receiver. One of the
- 36:39safest plays from last season, but also
- 36:41a guy that brought some solid upside.
- 36:43Rasheed Shahed hearing that him and Sam
- 36:45Darnold are looking really good right
- 36:47now with their connection after they
- 36:48traded for Shahed last season. He didn't
- 36:51really have an opportunity to get going.
- 36:53Now he's had part of a season and all
- 36:55off season. He could end up being an
- 36:56upside play at some point. The waiverss
- 36:58are going to have Cooper Cup. Tory
- 37:00Horton is going to be on the watch list.
- 37:02He is a guy that he looked like he could
- 37:05have some potential. I think Rashichi,
- 37:07he kind of shuts that down as of right
- 37:08now. And I don't know if they pass
- 37:10enough to give him the type of upside
- 37:12that we would need.
- 37:13>> Just another little minor detail. This
- 37:15is team 32, not team 30, just so you
- 37:17know. That's what I'm here for. Got your
- 37:19back.
- 37:21>> Anyway, moving on to the Seattle
- 37:23Seahawks. Don't worry about it. Jackson
- 37:25Smith and Jigba. Obviously, I don't know
- 37:27if I can expect the same year this year
- 37:30as last year. I still think he's heavily
- 37:32targeted and what really saved him a lot
- 37:34at times last year was his ability to go
- 37:36out there and get chunk plays. It was
- 37:37seems like I want to say it was like 15
- 37:39or 17 games I believe where he had a
- 37:41catch of at least 20 yards or more.
- 37:43Rasheed Shahed
- 37:45I I want to believe in him. I really do.
- 37:48I just don't know if he sees enough
- 37:50consistent targets with the way they're
- 37:52going to utilize guys like Cooper Cup
- 37:54and Tory Horton and AJ Barner and you
- 37:56know do they really spread the ball
- 37:57around so much after that that he
- 37:59doesn't see enough consistently. So
- 38:01yeah, as far as an upside play in deeper
- 38:03leagues for sure, but JSM this is still
- 38:05this is still his team to lead.
- 38:07>> As the summer winds down, I'm still in
- 38:09baseball mode. That's why I said 30
- 38:11teams because Major League Baseball has
- 38:1330 teams, not the NFL that has 32. Hello
- 38:17nation. We talked about a ton of players
- 38:20today. We talked about 32 teams and
- 38:23their depth chart at the wide receiver
- 38:24position. So make sure you like the
