- 0:02Nobody warned you about this. Not your
- 0:04doctor, not your therapist, not anyone
- 0:07who ever sat across from you and told
- 0:10you to push through it or think
- 0:13positive.
- 0:14Nobody told you that the pain living in
- 0:16your chest, the tightness lodged in your
- 0:19shoulders,
- 0:21the exhaustion that sleeps with you
- 0:23every single night,
- 0:25none of it is random.
- 0:28None of it is bad luck.
- 0:30None of it is simply getting older.
- 0:34What if the body you have been fighting,
- 0:37criticizing, medicating, and ignoring
- 0:40for years
- 0:42has actually been trying to reach you
- 0:44this entire time?
- 0:47What if every symptom, every ache, every
- 0:50mysterious illness is not your body
- 0:53breaking down,
- 0:55but your body breaking through,
- 0:57desperately attempting to hand you a
- 0:59message you have refused to read?
- 1:04Carl Jung spent decades in the darkest
- 1:07corridors of the human psyche.
- 1:09He sat with people others had given up
- 1:12on.
- 1:13He listened to dreams, traced symbols,
- 1:17mapped the unconscious.
- 1:20And in the middle of all that darkness,
- 1:22he discovered something so luminous, so
- 1:25devastating in its simplicity,
- 1:28that it rewrote everything we thought we
- 1:31knew about illness, healing, and the
- 1:34human soul.
- 1:36He discovered that your body does not
- 1:38get sick by accident.
- 1:41He discovered that the body keeps a
- 1:43record, not of your victories, not of
- 1:46your achievements,
- 1:48but of every emotion you were too afraid
- 1:51to feel,
- 1:52every truth you were too exhausted to
- 1:55speak,
- 1:56every wound you buried so deep you
- 1:59forgot it was there.
- 2:02And he discovered something else.
- 2:05Something that will stay with you long
- 2:07after this video ends.
- 2:10He discovered that the same body that
- 2:12stored all that pain
- 2:14can release it.
- 2:16Not through surgery.
- 2:18Not through silence.
- 2:20But through something so ancient and so
- 2:23forgotten that when you first hear it
- 2:26some part of you will resist it
- 2:28completely.
- 2:30And that resistance
- 2:32that is exactly how you will know it is
- 2:36true.
- 2:37Stay with this.
- 2:39Because what comes next may be the most
- 2:42important thing you have ever heard
- 2:44about your own body.
- 2:47Carl Jung, while exploring the profound
- 2:50depths of human nature experienced a
- 2:53revelation that would permanently alter
- 2:56millions of lives.
- 2:59When he observed people struggling with
- 3:01physical ailments and chronic suffering
- 3:03over many years
- 3:05he noticed a pattern so consistent it
- 3:08was impossible to dismiss.
- 3:11Every physical discomfort that emerged
- 3:14in the body had a direct traceable
- 3:16connection to specific emotional
- 3:18patterns concealed in the shadowed
- 3:21corners of the mind.
- 3:23But the truly revolutionary discovery
- 3:26was not simply identifying this
- 3:29connection.
- 3:30The real miracle was what came after.
- 3:34While lost in contemplation about the
- 3:37human capacity for self-restoration
- 3:40Jung experienced an awakening that shook
- 3:43him to his foundation.
- 3:45If suppressed darkness and destructive
- 3:48emotions could generate illness within
- 3:51the body.
- 3:52Then compassionate and loving words
- 3:55directed precisely toward each organ
- 3:58could reverse that damage.
- 4:01It sounded almost too elementary to be
- 4:03true.
- 4:05Nearly impossible in its gentleness.
- 4:09Yet Carl Jung decided to put this
- 4:11extraordinary potential of the human
- 4:13soul to the test.
- 4:16He began speaking directly to his own
- 4:19body.
- 4:20When relentless anxiety consumed him, he
- 4:24spoke to his stomach.
- 4:26When fear compressed his heart, he had
- 4:29an honest conversation with it.
- 4:32He addressed every single cell within
- 4:34himself as though it were a conscious
- 4:37being that had been patiently waiting to
- 4:40feel seen and genuinely loved.
- 4:44And what unfolded next was nothing short
- 4:48of breathtaking.
- 4:50His body began responding to this voice.
- 4:53In that moment, Jung recognized
- 4:56humanity's most catastrophic mistake.
- 5:00Your body is a living, wise presence
- 5:03that listens with absolute attention to
- 5:06every thought you generate, every
- 5:09emotion you experience,
- 5:11and it has been waiting with infinite
- 5:14patience for you to speak to it with
- 5:17love.
- 5:19If what you just heard landed somewhere
- 5:21deep inside you,
- 5:23drop 777
- 5:25in the comments right now.
- 5:28Then tell us
- 5:29which part of your body have you been
- 5:31ignoring the longest?
- 5:34The approach Carl Jung developed carried
- 5:37a force as shattering as its simplicity.
- 5:41He called it conscious dialogue with the
- 5:44body.
- 5:45This method required a direct and honest
- 5:48confrontation with the precise part of
- 5:51the body that needed restoration.
- 5:54This was not meditation.
- 5:57This was not visualization.
- 6:00This was a real, voiced, authentic
- 6:03conversation with your own flesh
- 6:06saturated with unconditional love.
- 6:10According to Young's teaching, you
- 6:12needed to place your hand directly over
- 6:15the area that ached or suffered and
- 6:18approach it with the same tenderness you
- 6:20would offer terrified child lost in the
- 6:23dark.
- 6:25With boundless understanding and
- 6:27absolute forgiveness,
- 6:29you could say to it,
- 6:31"I see you.
- 6:33I completely love and accept you.
- 6:36I sincerely apologize for judging you so
- 6:40mercilessly all this time.
- 6:43I am fully here now to bring you
- 6:46healing."
- 6:47According to Young, every single organ
- 6:50in your body had been carrying the
- 6:53emotional weight of feelings you spent
- 6:55years running from,
- 6:57sweeping beneath the surface of your
- 6:59awareness.
- 7:01Your liver was bearing the rage you
- 7:03swallowed whole,
- 7:05the fury that never found a safe passage
- 7:07out.
- 7:09Your lungs were sheltering the profound
- 7:11grief you concealed from everyone,
- 7:14the heaviness you refused to let anyone
- 7:17witness.
- 7:19Your muscles were clenching around the
- 7:21fears you could not confess even to
- 7:24yourself.
- 7:25And your body was simply waiting,
- 7:29waiting for you to finally hear those
- 7:32buried feelings
- 7:33and to release the crushing weight it
- 7:36had been carrying on your behalf.
- 7:39The most vital truth Young uncovered was
- 7:42this:
- 7:43Your body forgives you instantly.
- 7:47The very moment you speak to it with
- 7:49love and tenderness,
- 7:51every cell initiates the process of
- 7:54renewal.
- 7:55Love heals immediately.
- 7:59Because love is the most natural
- 8:01frequency of life itself.
- 8:04Yet, Young always emphasized that this
- 8:07dialogue needed to be deeply personal
- 8:10and uniquely specific.
- 8:13Reciting memorized phrases like a
- 8:15mechanical ritual would accomplish
- 8:17nothing.
- 8:19You had to courageously name the precise
- 8:21emotion that had generated the symptom.
- 8:25For instance, if you suffered from
- 8:27chronic back pain,
- 8:29Young would guide you to ask your back
- 8:31this exact question.
- 8:34What emotional burden have you been
- 8:36carrying on my behalf all this time?
- 8:40Once you drew that emotion out of the
- 8:42darkness and gave it a name,
- 8:45you needed to deliver a direct message
- 8:47of liberation to that part of your body.
- 8:51You might whisper to your back,
- 8:54"My dear back, for years you carried my
- 8:57terror of being completely alone in this
- 9:00world
- 9:01and receiving no support.
- 9:03I now release you from this heavy
- 9:05responsibility.
- 9:07I am reclaiming the strength to stand on
- 9:10my own feet.
- 9:12I thank you from the depths of my soul
- 9:15for protecting me until today."
- 9:19Young was absolutely insistent that this
- 9:22conversation had to involve physical
- 9:24contact.
- 9:26Your hand resting on that precise
- 9:29location.
- 9:30That moment of compassionate touch sent
- 9:33a profound signal of safety directly
- 9:36into the nervous system.
- 9:38Your body needed to feel that you had
- 9:41finally arrived.
- 9:43That you had finally noticed it.
- 9:45That you were loving it without
- 9:47conditions or requirements.
- 9:51He would say that practicing this
- 9:52conscious dialogue for even 3 minutes
- 9:55daily could begin reversing the
- 9:58trajectory of illnesses that had
- 10:00calcified over years.
- 10:03Because your body is rebuilding itself
- 10:05at every single moment.
- 10:08And when you transform the emotional
- 10:10message you send to it,
- 10:12you fundamentally alter the instructions
- 10:15your cells receive for restructuring
- 10:17themselves.
- 10:20There is something Carl Jung said that
- 10:22modern psychology has never quite known
- 10:25what to do with.
- 10:26He said that the greatest burden a child
- 10:29must bear is the unlived life of the
- 10:32parent.
- 10:34He meant that the emotional experiences
- 10:36your parents could not process, could
- 10:39not name, could not safely feel,
- 10:43those did not simply disappear.
- 10:46They were passed forward.
- 10:49They took up residence in the nervous
- 10:51system of the child.
- 10:53They became the anxiety that wakes you
- 10:55at 3:00 in the morning with no
- 10:57identifiable cause.
- 11:00They became the tightness in your jaw.
- 11:03They became the autoimmune condition
- 11:06that arrived seemingly from nowhere.
- 11:09The body becomes the archive.
- 11:13And unlike the conscious mind, it does
- 11:15not forget.
- 11:17It holds the record with absolute
- 11:20fidelity, waiting for you to finally be
- 11:23brave enough to open the file.
- 11:26Jung spent years developing what he
- 11:29described as active imagination.
- 11:32A practice in which you would enter into
- 11:34genuine, sustained dialogue, not just
- 11:38with your physical body,
- 11:40but with the deeper, symbolic figures
- 11:42your unconscious used to communicate.
- 11:46He discovered that the body would
- 11:48sometimes speak not through pain or
- 11:51illness alone,
- 11:52but through images,
- 11:54through dreams,
- 11:56through the sudden and inexplicable
- 11:58appearance of certain emotions that
- 12:01seemed to belong to no specific memory.
- 12:05He taught his patients to sit quietly,
- 12:08to close their eyes, and to ask the pain
- 12:11directly,
- 12:13"If you were a figure standing in front
- 12:15of me right now,
- 12:17what would you look like?
- 12:20What would you be wearing?
- 12:22What would the expression on your face
- 12:24tell me?"
- 12:26And then, and this was the part that
- 12:28required the most courage,
- 12:31to actually listen to them answer.
- 12:34Not to dismiss it as mere imagination,
- 12:37not to reduce it to metaphor,
- 12:40but to treat that inner figure with the
- 12:42same respectful attention you would
- 12:45offer any person who had traveled a very
- 12:48long distance to bring you an urgent and
- 12:51irreplaceable message.
- 12:53Because that is precisely what it was.
- 12:57The pain was not your enemy delivering
- 13:00punishment.
- 13:01It was your oldest friend delivering
- 13:03truth.
- 13:05Carl Jung developed another powerful,
- 13:07complementary method that dramatically
- 13:10amplified the impact of body dialogue,
- 13:13mirror work.
- 13:15He had noticed something that stunned
- 13:17him.
- 13:18Many people could whisper loving words
- 13:21to their internal organs,
- 13:23but the moment they stood before a
- 13:25mirror and looked into their own eyes
- 13:28attempting to offer that same love to
- 13:31their entire existence
- 13:33they froze completely.
- 13:36This resistance revealed precisely where
- 13:38the internal blockage was hiding.
- 13:41Jung's mirror work was direct and
- 13:44profoundly unsettling.
- 13:46You would stand before the mirror, look
- 13:49straight into the very center of your
- 13:51own eyes
- 13:52and speak a sentence of unconditional
- 13:54love using your own name.
- 13:58I completely love and accept you exactly
- 14:02as you are
- 14:03with every right and every wrong
- 14:07every wound and every gift.
- 14:11It appeared effortless to say
- 14:14but Jung understood precisely how
- 14:16devastating a confrontation this
- 14:18actually was.
- 14:20The majority of people who attempted
- 14:22this for the first time dissolved into
- 14:25tears before completing the sentence
- 14:28or their gaze would flee from their own
- 14:30reflection.
- 14:32Jung explained this with devastating
- 14:34clarity
- 14:36because in that moment they were facing
- 14:38years of self-criticism
- 14:41years of rejecting their own appearance
- 14:45years of confronting the merciless
- 14:47internal voices they had been whispering
- 14:49to themselves in silence.
- 14:52The mirror concealed nothing about how
- 14:54you had been treating yourself on the
- 14:56inside.
- 14:58Jung would combine mirror work with body
- 15:00dialogue into a single unified practice.
- 15:04Standing before the mirror, placing your
- 15:07hand on each part of your body
- 15:10meeting your own gaze and speaking to it
- 15:13with love.
- 15:14Touching your stomach and saying
- 15:17I love you exactly as you are.
- 15:21I sincerely apologize for judging you
- 15:24harshly.
- 15:25You are absolutely perfect for me.
- 15:29Young would say that the body functions
- 15:31like a masterfully designed
- 15:33communication network.
- 15:35Every ache was a private letter
- 15:37indicating precisely which area of your
- 15:40life required your compassionate
- 15:42attention.
- 15:44According to Young, stiff knees and
- 15:47chronic knee pain reflected a fear of
- 15:50moving forward in life or the
- 15:52inflexibility one maintains in the face
- 15:55of necessary change.
- 15:58Problems with vision reflected the
- 16:00realities you refused to see,
- 16:03the truths you actively avoided
- 16:05confronting.
- 16:06He transformed this extraordinary
- 16:09connection between mind and body into a
- 16:12remarkably practical guide.
- 16:15He documented in meticulous detail the
- 16:17emotional roots of hundreds of distinct
- 16:20physical conditions
- 16:22and the unconscious intention sentences
- 16:25that would initiate their healing.
- 16:28For example, the emotional source of
- 16:31liver problems was long-standing rage
- 16:34and deep resentment.
- 16:36The healing sentence was
- 16:39"I now release everything that no longer
- 16:42serves me.
- 16:44My heart is clean and weightless.
- 16:48I am living in genuine peace."
- 16:51But Young always offered one essential
- 16:54warning.
- 16:55These were only a compass,
- 16:58not unchangeable laws.
- 17:01Every person had to confront the unique
- 17:03riddle of their own body personally.
- 17:07What mattered most was learning to hear
- 17:09which language your body was using to
- 17:12speak to you.
- 17:13Because no one could know the precise
- 17:16weight of the emotional burden you
- 17:18carried better than you could.
- 17:21This is also why Jung insisted that
- 17:24healing could never be reduced to
- 17:26technique alone.
- 17:28Technique without genuine feeling was an
- 17:31empty shell.
- 17:33You could repeat the most perfectly
- 17:35constructed sentence a thousand times
- 17:38and produce nothing.
- 17:40If the words did not arise from a place
- 17:43of authentic longing, authentic remorse,
- 17:47authentic love,
- 17:49the body was not fooled by performance.
- 17:52It had spent years absorbing the
- 17:54difference between the face you showed
- 17:56the world and the truth you carried in
- 17:59the dark.
- 18:01It knew
- 18:02and it would only begin to release its
- 18:05stored suffering when it felt
- 18:07unmistakably
- 18:09that the love being offered to it was
- 18:11real.
- 18:13Drop 528 in the comments if you just
- 18:17felt something shift inside you reading
- 18:19this.
- 18:20Then share with us,
- 18:22what emotion do you think your body has
- 18:24been storing in silence?
- 18:27One of the most transformative
- 18:29approaches Jung ever developed was what
- 18:32he called liberating forgiveness.
- 18:35And he believed it was absolutely
- 18:38essential for genuine, lasting healing.
- 18:43According to Jung, if you carried
- 18:45resentment toward anyone in your heart,
- 18:48complete physical restoration was simply
- 18:51impossible.
- 18:53Forgiveness was not a reward you granted
- 18:56to the person who had wronged you.
- 18:58It was a freedom pass you were giving to
- 19:00your own soul and your own body.
- 19:04The method he taught began with writing
- 19:07the name of the person who had wounded
- 19:09you on a piece of paper.
- 19:11Then you would place your hand over your
- 19:14heart and speak these words aloud.
- 19:18I completely forgive you
- 19:21and I set you free.
- 19:23You are free and I am free.
- 19:27The dark bond between us is now severed.
- 19:31Between us, there is only peace.
- 19:35Jung would say that even if that person
- 19:38was no longer living,
- 19:40even if you would never encounter them
- 19:42again in this lifetime,
- 19:44this confrontation absolutely had to be
- 19:47performed.
- 19:49Forgiveness was the untangling of an
- 19:52energetic knot.
- 19:54Physical presence was never required.
- 19:58What mattered was that you finally set
- 20:00down the emotional weight your body had
- 20:03been hauling on your behalf,
- 20:05sometimes for decades.
- 20:08Jung always said that healing was never
- 20:11a single-day miracle.
- 20:14It was a process that unfolded layer by
- 20:17layer.
- 20:19He compared this process to peeling an
- 20:21onion.
- 20:23Beneath every layer you forgave, an
- 20:25older, deeper wound would surface.
- 20:29One that had been quietly waiting for
- 20:31its own moment of attention.
- 20:34But every layer you cleared gave your
- 20:37body more room to breathe and restored
- 20:40more of your vital life energy.
- 20:43Jung himself admitted that he
- 20:45continuously practiced these forgiveness
- 20:48rituals throughout his own life.
- 20:51Not because he was fragile or unhealed,
- 20:55but because life placed fresh
- 20:57opportunities before us every single
- 21:00day.
- 21:01New moments requiring us to consciously
- 21:04choose between love and resentment.
- 21:08Even a small disagreement was an
- 21:10opportunity right there in that instant
- 21:14to choose forgiveness.
- 21:16He called this preventive forgiveness.
- 21:20Every evening before he laid his head on
- 21:23the pillow,
- 21:24he would review all the small
- 21:26irritations and disappointments he had
- 21:28accumulated throughout the day.
- 21:31And before sleeping, he would forgive
- 21:34every single one of them
- 21:36and clear his mind entirely.
- 21:40According to Jung, this nightly clearing
- 21:43prevented those small frustrations from
- 21:45accumulating and transforming into
- 21:48physical illness years later.
- 21:51Emotionally sweeping your house every
- 21:54evening was like waking up each morning
- 21:57with an immaculate soul.
- 22:00Your body, already laboring beneath old
- 22:03burdens,
- 22:04would feel profound gratitude when no
- 22:07new weight was added each day.
- 22:11If this idea of nightly forgiveness
- 22:13feels like something you need,
- 22:16leave 11 in the comments.
- 22:19Then tell us, who is the first person
- 22:22that came to your mind just now?
- 22:26Jung dedicated the deepest and most
- 22:28powerful portion of his work to inner
- 22:31child healing.
- 22:33The inner child was the part of you
- 22:35still carrying, still bleeding from
- 22:39every emotional wound that was torn open
- 22:42during your childhood.
- 22:44Jung's approach to this confrontation
- 22:47was one that made the heart ache with
- 22:49recognition.
- 22:51He would ask you to find a photograph of
- 22:53yourself as a child, ideally between the
- 22:57ages of 3 and 7.
- 23:00You would hold that photograph between
- 23:02your hands,
- 23:04look into the uncertain, searching eyes
- 23:07of that small child,
- 23:09and become the loving, protective adult
- 23:12that child had desperately needed,
- 23:14but never fully received.
- 23:17You would speak to them directly.
- 23:20Jung would tell you to say to that small
- 23:22child,
- 23:24"I am so deeply sorry that no one was
- 23:27able to protect you the way you
- 23:28deserved.
- 23:30I am sorry they did not shield you from
- 23:32those experiences.
- 23:35I am sorry you were forced to carry
- 23:37burdens far too large for such small
- 23:40shoulders,
- 23:42and that you had to be strong when you
- 23:44were still so impossibly young.
- 23:48I am sorry they made you feel
- 23:50insufficient and unworthy.
- 23:54But look,
- 23:55I am here now.
- 23:57I have grown up,
- 23:59and I am standing right beside you.
- 24:02I will never leave you alone again.
- 24:06I love you without conditions,
- 24:09and no matter what happens,
- 24:11I will stand behind you like a mountain
- 24:14that cannot be moved."
- 24:17According to Jung, this conversation was
- 24:20especially necessary in moments when you
- 24:23found yourself responding to present-day
- 24:25situations with reactions that seemed
- 24:29disproportionate.
- 24:31Rage that flared too large,
- 24:34fear that consumed too much.
- 24:37Because those outsized emotional storms
- 24:40were not coming from your adult self,
- 24:44they were the screams of your inner
- 24:46child,
- 24:47the part of you that remembered an old
- 24:49wound and recognized its echo in the
- 24:53present moment.
- 24:55Wrapping that child in genuine
- 24:57compassion would immediately calm the
- 25:00alarm-sounding nervous system your body
- 25:02had been locked in for years.
- 25:06Drop 33 in the comments
- 25:09if speaking to your inner child just
- 25:12cracked something open inside you.
- 25:15And then tell us,
- 25:18what would you most want to say to the
- 25:20child you once were?
- 25:24Jung had developed specific unconscious
- 25:26intentions and affirmations designed to
- 25:30penetrate the darkest chambers of the
- 25:32mind and radiate extraordinary health
- 25:36throughout the body.
- 25:38But he was absolutely precise about one
- 25:42thing.
- 25:43It was never enough for these words to
- 25:46merely pass through your thinking mind.
- 25:49Those words needed to vibrate in every
- 25:52single cell of your body.
- 25:56They needed to be genuinely, fully felt.
- 26:00The most fundamental and most powerful
- 26:03intention sentence he ever taught
- 26:06was also the most unadorned.
- 26:09I love and approve of myself exactly as
- 26:13I am right now.
- 26:17But everything depended entirely on how
- 26:20you said it.
- 26:21You would stand before the mirror, place
- 26:24your hand over your heart,
- 26:26and speak this sentence while actually
- 26:29feeling that love flowing from the
- 26:32deepest part of your existence,
- 26:34flowing toward your own being.
- 26:38Jung would explain that the human mind
- 26:40had spent decades being programmed by
- 26:43poisonous whispers.
- 26:45You are not enough.
- 26:47Something is wrong with you.
- 26:49You must change before you deserve to be
- 26:52loved.
- 26:54These toxic beliefs had now been
- 26:57inscribed into the very cells.
- 27:00Uprooting them required that powerful,
- 27:03authentic new messages, charged with
- 27:06genuine emotion,
- 27:08be planted persistently into the mind.
- 27:12Another potent intention he used for
- 27:15physical restoration was this.
- 27:18My body knows exactly how to heal
- 27:21itself.
- 27:23I trust the profound wisdom of my body
- 27:26completely.
- 27:28Every single cell is working in perfect
- 27:32harmony to offer me extraordinary
- 27:35health.
- 27:36While speaking these words, you would
- 27:39place your hands directly on the area
- 27:41that needed healing and consciously send
- 27:44a wave of love to those cells.
- 27:48Young emphasized that these sentences
- 27:51needed to be tailored precisely to your
- 27:53specific condition.
- 27:56If you were experiencing stomach or
- 27:58digestive difficulties,
- 28:00your sentence should be
- 28:03I easily digest and accept all the
- 28:06events and challenges of my life.
- 28:10Life flows through me with effortless
- 28:13harmony.
- 28:14If you were experiencing shortness of
- 28:17breath or lung difficulties, your
- 28:19sentence was
- 28:21I draw life into myself fully and
- 28:25fearlessly.
- 28:26I completely deserve to live life freely
- 28:30and with absolute wholeness.
- 28:34These sentences always needed to be
- 28:36constructed in the present tense
- 28:39as though they were occurring in this
- 28:41precise moment.
- 28:43You do not say, "I will heal." You say,
- 28:48I am healing right now, in this very
- 28:52second.
- 28:54Because the unconscious obeys words of
- 28:56certainty,
- 28:58not future tense uncertainty.
- 29:02All the power lives in claiming your
- 29:04healing fully right now.
- 29:08Jung had also taught something else,
- 29:11adding advanced gratitude to these
- 29:13intentions.
- 29:15After stating your intention, you would
- 29:17immediately follow it with,
- 29:20"And I am grateful with my whole heart
- 29:23for this extraordinary healing that is
- 29:26taking place in my body right now."
- 29:30Feeling gratitude instantly elevates
- 29:33your emotional frequency to its peak,
- 29:36and sends your body the signal that this
- 29:38healing is already a lived reality.
- 29:43Carl Jung had designed a daily practice
- 29:45he called the wholeness healing circle,
- 29:49one that distilled every one of these
- 29:51profound methods into a single unified
- 29:55process.
- 29:56Practiced every day with genuine
- 29:59devotion for 20 minutes,
- 30:01it was a formula that had generated what
- 30:03people could only describe as miracles.
- 30:08It was beautifully simple,
- 30:10but practiced with loving discipline, it
- 30:13carried a precision against which no
- 30:15illness could stand.
- 30:18The circle began with 3 minutes of
- 30:20gratitude toward the body.
- 30:23You would sit in stillness, close your
- 30:26eyes, and enter a posture of
- 30:28thankfulness for this body that had
- 30:30served you so faithfully.
- 30:33Your heart beating without ever being
- 30:35asked.
- 30:37Your breath moving in and out.
- 30:41The warm current of blood traveling
- 30:43steadily through your veins.
- 30:46These first 3 minutes created the
- 30:48precise emotional atmosphere needed to
- 30:51convince your body that healing was safe
- 30:54and welcome.
- 30:56Then came 5 minutes of direct body
- 30:59dialogue.
- 31:01Placing your hands with genuine
- 31:03tenderness over the area that hurt.
- 31:06Entering into honest conversation with
- 31:08it.
- 31:09Asking what emotional burden it had been
- 31:12carrying.
- 31:13Listening with courage to the answer
- 31:15that rose from within.
- 31:18And making your body a promise that you
- 31:20would personally face that emotion now.
- 31:25The next 5 minutes were devoted to
- 31:27standing before the mirror and speaking
- 31:30your intention sentences.
- 31:33Looking into the very depths of your own
- 31:36eyes.
- 31:38Never allowing your gaze to escape.
- 31:41Speaking those intentions to your own
- 31:44face.
- 31:45With absolute conviction.
- 31:49The fourth phase was 5 minutes of active
- 31:52forgiveness practice.
- 31:54You would bring to mind everyone who
- 31:56weighed upon you and first and foremost
- 32:00yourself.
- 32:02For each one you would place your hand
- 32:05over your heart and [clears throat]
- 32:07speak aloud.
- 32:08I completely forgive you and set you
- 32:12free.
- 32:13I am now removing this weight from my
- 32:17body.
- 32:18Even if the genuine feeling of
- 32:21forgiveness had not yet arrived.
- 32:24Speaking the words with persistence
- 32:26would begin opening that blocked
- 32:28passage.
- 32:30Each day of repetition the words
- 32:33transformed into genuine feeling.
- 32:37And then you would experience the
- 32:39sensation light as a bird that authentic
- 32:43forgiveness delivers.
- 32:47The final 2 minutes were devoted to
- 32:49mental creation.
- 32:51You would visualize yourself completely
- 32:54healed, standing tall, luminous,
- 32:58overflowing with vital energy,
- 33:01feeling yourself doing the things you
- 33:03love most, engaging all your senses
- 33:07completely.
- 33:09Jung would always seal this wholeness
- 33:12healing circle with these words, spoken
- 33:16with quiet and absolute certainty.
- 33:20And so it is.
- 33:22My healing is complete right now.
- 33:26I surrender to the wisdom of my body.
- 33:30In my world, everything is exactly as it
- 33:34should be,
- 33:36and everything is safe.
- 33:40Then, you would open your eyes and move
- 33:42through your day knowing with a deep and
- 33:46settled peace
- 33:47that the healing seeds you had planted
- 33:50were already taking root.
- 33:53Carl Jung left us an inheritance beyond
- 33:57all measure.
- 33:59That inheritance was this.
- 34:02Your body is not your enemy.
- 34:05It is not a machine to be forced into
- 34:08compliance.
- 34:10It is not a battlefield to be conquered
- 34:13and controlled.
- 34:15It is your most faithful companion,
- 34:19one that has been straining every single
- 34:22second to keep you alive,
- 34:25quietly absorbing your pain without
- 34:28complaint.
- 34:30And it has been waiting with
- 34:32extraordinary patience
- 34:35simply for you to stop criticizing it
- 34:38and begin wrapping it in the compassion
- 34:41it has always deserved.
- 34:45Every ache in your body, every illness,
- 34:49every mysterious symptom that medicine
- 34:52cannot fully explain,
- 34:55none of it is punishment.
- 34:58None of it is failure.
- 35:01All of it is an invitation,
- 35:03a deeply personal invitation to know
- 35:07yourself more profoundly,
- 35:09to love yourself more completely,
- 35:12to finally become the wholeness you were
- 35:15born to carry.
- 35:17You have been at war with your body for
- 35:20long enough.
- 35:22You have criticized it, neglected it,
- 35:25pushed it past its limits,
- 35:28and asked it to perform without ever
- 35:31once pausing to ask how it was doing.
- 35:35Today, right now, in this very moment,
- 35:39that ends. [clears throat]
- 35:42Today is the day you sign a new
- 35:45agreement with your body.
- 35:48Not a conditional promise,
- 35:51not I will love you when you are fixed,
- 35:55but an unconditional,
- 35:57unshakable covenant.
- 36:00I am here.
- 36:02I see you.
- 36:04I am grateful for you.
- 36:07And I am not going anywhere.
- 36:12Place your right hand gently over your
- 36:15heart right now.
- 36:17Feel that steady, tireless rhythm
- 36:20pressing against your palm.
- 36:23That heartbeat that has never once
- 36:25abandoned you,
- 36:27Not in your darkest moments, not in your
- 36:31most broken seasons,
- 36:33not even when you had completely
- 36:36forgotten to be grateful for it.
- 36:39And whisper to it, out loud if you can
- 36:43bear it,
- 36:44"Thank you for never giving up on me.
- 36:48I love you.
- 36:50And together,
- 36:52we are going to heal."
- 36:55Because as Carl Jung understood with a
- 36:58depth that still reverberates across
- 37:00time,
- 37:02the moment true and lasting healing
- 37:05begins is not in a hospital room.
- 37:09It is not in a prescription.
- 37:12It is not somewhere out in the future
- 37:15waiting for conditions to be perfect.
- 37:19It is here.
- 37:21It is now.
- 37:23It is the moment you stop running from
- 37:26your own body and finally, gently,
- 37:30come home to it.
- 37:32That moment is this one.
- 37:36And [clears throat] it has been waiting
- 37:37for you with infinite patience
- 37:41all along.
- 37:43This is why Carl Jung philosophy exists.
- 37:47Not to hand you information you can file
- 37:50away and forget,
- 37:53but to walk beside you, one teaching at
- 37:56a time, as you learn to hear the voice
- 37:59your own body has never stopped raising.
- 38:04If this journey moved something inside
- 38:07you today,
- 38:08if Carl Jung's vision opened a window in
- 38:11your world, subscribe to Carl Jung
- 38:14philosophy and walk this path with us.
- 38:19And in the comments below, tell us
- 38:22which sentence from today landed deepest
- 38:26in your heart.
- 38:27Your body is listening right now to
- 38:31every word you are about to write.
- 38:34What will you say to it? Thought of the
- 38:37day.
- 38:39Your body has never lied to you.
- 38:42Every ache, every tightness, every
- 38:45sleepless night was never a malfunction.
- 38:49It was a message.
- 38:51The only question was whether you were
- 38:53ready to listen.
- 38:55Carl Jung believed that the moment you
- 38:58stop treating your body as something to
- 39:01be fixed and start treating it as
- 39:03someone to be heard,
- 39:06everything changes.
- 39:08Not gradually, not eventually,
- 39:12immediately.
- 39:14Because the body does not operate on
- 39:16your schedule.
- 39:18It operates on truth.
- 39:20And truth, the moment it is finally
- 39:23acknowledged, begins to move.
- 39:27So today, before you reach for anything
- 39:30outside yourself,
- 39:33before the next appointment, the next
- 39:36diagnosis,
- 39:37the next attempt to silence what your
- 39:40body is saying,
- 39:42try something radical.
- 39:44Place your hand over the part of you
- 39:47that hurts
- 39:48and simply ask,
- 39:50"What have you been trying to tell me?"
- 39:54Then, be still enough to hear the
- 39:56answer.
- 39:58Healing does not begin in a clinic.
- 40:01It begins in that silence.
- 40:04It begins the moment you decide that
- 40:08your body deserves the same compassion
- 40:11you have spent a lifetime offering to
- 40:13everyone else.
- 40:16You are not broken.
- 40:18You are unheard.
- 40:21And that is something only you can
- 40:24change.
- 40:26Carl Jung
