Talk to Yourself Like This and Your Life Will Change | Carl Jung — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:01There is an ancient secret.
- 0:04One that the most successful people you
- 0:07have ever admired, the ones living the
- 0:10lives you quietly long for, have never
- 0:13openly shared with you.
- 0:16And it [music] has absolutely nothing to
- 0:18do with money, connections, or luck.
- 0:22The great [music] thinkers who descended
- 0:24into the deepest layers of the human
- 0:26mind, Carl Jung among them, discovered
- 0:30this secret long before the modern world
- 0:33had any language for it.
- 0:36The most accomplished individuals on
- 0:38this planet are those who have figured
- 0:40out how to direct and govern their own
- 0:44consciousness.
- 0:46>> [music]
- 0:46>> And more often than not, this knowledge
- 0:49has remained hidden as though your
- 0:51success [music] might somehow threaten
- 0:54the position of those who already
- 0:56possess it.
- 0:58But the real difference is not [music]
- 1:00found in talent, academic credentials,
- 1:03or the opportunities that happened to
- 1:06cross your path.
- 1:08The difference [music] is concealed in
- 1:10the conversation currently spinning
- 1:12inside your head.
- 1:14The one happening right now, in this
- 1:18very moment, as you move through your
- 1:21day day.
- 1:23While you walk down the street mentally
- 1:25scolding yourself and replaying past
- 1:28mistakes [music] on an endless loop,
- 1:30the people you admire are using that
- 1:33same inner space to develop themselves
- 1:36and build their next victory.
- 1:40While you use your inner voice to
- 1:42rehearse failure,
- 1:44they use that identical voice to
- 1:46rehearse success.
- 1:49While you speak to yourself as though
- 1:51you were your own worst adversary,
- 1:54they speak to themselves as though they
- 1:57were their most devoted and trusted
- 1:59[music] companion.
- 2:02This is not empty motivational rhetoric
- 2:04or some naive suggestion to simply
- 2:07[music]
- 2:07think positive thoughts.
- 2:10This, as Carl Jung himself pointed out,
- 2:14is the very mechanism through which
- 2:16[music] reality is constructed and
- 2:18shaped.
- 2:20Your internal dialogue is the
- 2:22programming language of your entire
- 2:24life.
- 2:26And unfortunately, most people are
- 2:29operating on faulty software.
- 2:32Software loaded with viruses that were
- 2:34installed in their minds years ago
- 2:37without their awareness or permission.
- 2:40The wealthy, the powerful, [music]
- 2:43the spiritually fulfilled, they have
- 2:45learned how to debug that corrupted code
- 2:48and install new programs that work in
- 2:51their favor.
- 2:53Drawing from the wisdom that flows
- 2:55through Jung's concept of the collective
- 2:58unconscious,
- 2:59they have come to understand that their
- 3:02thoughts do not merely reflect reality.
- 3:05They actively create it.
- 3:09While they have used this knowledge to
- 3:11build entire empires,
- 3:13you may have been using it unknowingly
- 3:17only to manufacture excuses.
- 3:21But today,
- 3:22I'm going to hand you the same code they
- 3:25have been using.
- 3:28Drawing from the depth psychology of
- 3:30Carl Jung,
- 3:31I am going to show you how to reprogram
- 3:34your mind in just 7 days.
- 3:38And how to stop settling for the limited
- 3:41life you assumed you deserved
- 3:44and begin constructing the life you
- 3:47genuinely desire.
- 3:50Until you make the unconscious
- 3:53conscious,
- 3:54it will direct your life, and you will
- 3:57call it fate."
- 4:00Carl Jung
- 4:02If this message speaks to something real
- 4:05inside you,
- 4:07subscribe to Carl Jung philosophy
- 4:10and hit the like button,
- 4:12because what comes next may genuinely
- 4:15change the way you see yourself and the
- 4:17people around you.
- 4:20Right now, in this precise second, there
- 4:23is a voice inside your mind.
- 4:26It has been speaking to you since the
- 4:28moment you opened your eyes this
- 4:30morning.
- 4:32This voice has been your most faithful
- 4:35and sometimes your most brutal traveling
- 4:38companion for years.
- 4:41What most people fail to notice or are
- 4:44perhaps too afraid to confront is this:
- 4:48that inner conversation is constructing
- 4:51your lived experience moment by moment,
- 4:54without pause, without rest.
- 4:58Approximately 60,000 thoughts [music]
- 5:01pass through your mind every single day.
- 5:05And the vast majority of people spend
- 5:07roughly 90% of those thoughts simply
- 5:11repeating the same mental patterns they
- 5:13had yesterday.
- 5:15They wake up and the mind immediately
- 5:18begins playing the same worn record,
- 5:21the same anxieties,
- 5:23the same complaints,
- 5:25the same self-imposed limitations.
- 5:29But what if you could completely
- 5:31transform that inner dialogue in just 7
- 5:35days?
- 5:36What if you could begin speaking to
- 5:38yourself the way those high-achieving
- 5:41individuals you admire speak to
- 5:43themselves,
- 5:45with the clarity and conviction of a
- 5:48genuine sage.
- 5:50What if you could direct those [music]
- 5:5260,000 daily thoughts toward weaving,
- 5:56thread by thread, the life you actually
- 6:00want to inhabit?
- 6:02Your current reality is a flawless
- 6:05mirror of how you have spoken to [music]
- 6:07yourself up until now.
- 6:10If you are experiencing financial
- 6:12strain, listen carefully to what you
- 6:15have been whispering to yourself about
- 6:17money.
- 6:19If your relationships keep failing, pay
- 6:22close attention to the internal
- 6:24narrative you carry about love and your
- 6:28own worthiness of it.
- 6:30The outer world is always, and without
- 6:33exception, a direct reflection of the
- 6:37inner one.
- 6:38Most people's relationship with
- 6:40themselves is, tragically,
- 6:43>> [music]
- 6:43>> an abusive one.
- 6:45The crushing, demeaning words they would
- 6:48never dare say to a friend, they direct
- 6:51at themselves without a moment's
- 6:54hesitation.
- 6:56But when you transform this
- 6:58conversation, your entire existence
- 7:01begins to shift around it.
- 7:04The real awakening is recognizing that
- 7:07you have been programming yourself
- 7:10unconsciously through your internal
- 7:13dialogue all along.
- 7:16Now you are about to learn how to do it
- 7:19deliberately,
- 7:20guided by Carl Jung's principle of
- 7:23bringing the shadow into the light of
- 7:26conscious awareness.
- 7:29Most people exist on autopilot.
- 7:33They rise, and the mind immediately
- 7:35launches the same exhausted program.
- 7:39I am too tired.
- 7:41I am not good enough.
- 7:44I cannot handle this.
- 7:47Does any of that sound familiar?
- 7:51This mental noise operates like a broken
- 7:54radio station playing in the background
- 7:56of your life 24 hours a day, 7 days a
- 8:00week.
- 8:02And for most people, that station plays
- 8:05only the saddest, most defeated songs
- 8:09from the archive of past failures,
- 8:12crushed hopes, and unresolved fears.
- 8:17But the power to change that station has
- 8:20always resided in your hands.
- 8:24When you begin speaking to yourself the
- 8:26way genuinely successful people do,
- 8:30everything transforms.
- 8:33Think of the most confident, most
- 8:36accomplished person you know personally.
- 8:41Do you honestly believe they wake up
- 8:43each morning and immediately begin
- 8:46listing all the reasons they cannot
- 8:48succeed?
- 8:50Do they spend their days consumed in
- 8:53self-criticism,
- 8:55doubting their abilities, and fixating
- 8:58on every possible thing that could go
- 9:00wrong?
- 9:02Of course not.
- 9:04They have learned to use their internal
- 9:07dialogue not as a tool of destruction,
- 9:11but as an instrument of deliberate
- 9:14creation.
- 9:16We were all taught in school how to
- 9:18read, write, and calculate.
- 9:22But not one of us was ever taught how to
- 9:25speak to ourselves in ways that
- 9:27genuinely inspire [music]
- 9:29and elevate.
- 9:31So by default, we absorbed the patterns
- 9:35of the people around us.
- 9:37Perhaps from worried parents, perhaps
- 9:40from anxious teachers,
- 9:42perhaps from a culture that confuses
- 9:44self-criticism with humility.
- 9:48Your thoughts generate your emotions.
- 9:52Your emotions direct your actions.
- 9:56And your actions deliver your results.
- 10:01This cycle either keeps you imprisoned
- 10:03>> [music]
- 10:04>> or sets you entirely free.
- 10:07When you consciously direct your
- 10:09thinking, you feel different. When you
- 10:13feel different, you behave differently.
- 10:17And when you behave differently, you
- 10:20begin receiving completely different
- 10:23results from life.
- 10:25As Carl Jung himself emphasized, the
- 10:28mind cannot reliably distinguish between
- 10:32what is real and what is vividly
- 10:35imagined.
- 10:36When you tell yourself that you are
- 10:38confident and capable and worthy of
- 10:41success,
- 10:42>> [music]
- 10:42>> your mind accepts this as absolute truth
- 10:47and begins reorganizing your entire
- 10:49biology around it.
- 10:52When you consistently speak as though
- 10:55you are already becoming the person you
- 10:57want to be,
- 10:59you literally embody those qualities in
- 11:02the present moment. But most people do
- 11:05the precise opposite.
- 11:07They rehearse failure. They practice
- 11:10anxiety.
- 11:12They reinforce their own limitations
- 11:15with every passing thought.
- 11:18They wake up and mentally plan for
- 11:20things to go wrong.
- 11:22And then they genuinely wonder why life
- 11:25feels so relentlessly difficult.
- 11:29When you change the way you speak to
- 11:31yourself, you change the way you treat
- 11:34yourself.
- 11:36When you change the way you treat
- 11:38yourself, your entire posture in the
- 11:41world shifts.
- 11:43And when your posture shifts, the world
- 11:46begins responding to you differently.
- 11:49People treat you differently.
- 11:52Opportunities arrive at your door
- 11:54through entirely different channels.
- 11:57This is not self-deception or
- 12:00performance.
- 12:01This is aligning your internal dialogue
- 12:04with who you truly are and who you are
- 12:08in the process of becoming.
- 12:11This is the conscious and deliberate
- 12:14breaking of old conditioned habits and
- 12:17the intentional construction of a new
- 12:19self.
- 12:21One chosen conversation at a time.
- 12:25The extraordinary beauty of this
- 12:27practice is that it costs nothing.
- 12:31You need no special equipment, no
- 12:34certification, no one's permission or
- 12:37approval.
- 12:38All that is required is that you begin
- 12:41paying genuine attention to how you
- 12:44speak to yourself
- 12:45and that you choose a different path
- 12:48each time you notice the old one pulling
- 12:52you backward.
- 12:54Over the next 7 days, you are going to
- 12:57transform your relationship with
- 12:59yourself through conscious and
- 13:01deliberate internal dialogue.
- 13:057 days is the ideal period for beginning
- 13:08to fire new neural pathways and
- 13:11establish fresh mental templates.
- 13:14Why 7 days specifically?
- 13:18Because it is exactly the duration
- 13:20needed to start breaking automatic
- 13:22patterns.
- 13:24Within 7 days, you build enough momentum
- 13:28to genuinely feel a shift.
- 13:31You begin feeling different, behaving
- 13:34differently,
- 13:35and witnessing different outcomes
- 13:37materializing around you.
- 13:40Throughout these 7 days, you will move
- 13:43through three distinct levels of
- 13:45transformation.
- 13:47The first is becoming aware of how you
- 13:49currently speak to yourself.
- 13:52Because most people have no conscious
- 13:54awareness of their inner dialogue
- 13:57whatsoever.
- 13:59The second is learning to interrupt the
- 14:02old patterns and replace them with new
- 14:05ones.
- 14:06The third is elevating your internal
- 14:09dialogue to the level of the
- 14:12extraordinary person you are in the
- 14:14process of becoming.
- 14:18The key to lasting success in this
- 14:20practice is consistency,
- 14:23not perfection.
- 14:26You do not need to catch every single
- 14:28negative thought.
- 14:30You simply need to be more conscious
- 14:32than unconscious,
- 14:34more deliberate than automatic.
- 14:38Every time you catch yourself and choose
- 14:41a better inner conversation,
- 14:43you are rewiring your mind and creating
- 14:46[music]
- 14:47your new reality along the path Jung
- 14:50called individuation.
- 14:54Your environment matters enormously
- 14:56during these 7 days.
- 14:59Surround yourself with people, books,
- 15:02and content that support and reinforce
- 15:06the new inner conversation you are
- 15:08building.
- 15:10Limit your exposure to negativity, harsh
- 15:13criticism,
- 15:15and the constant messaging of
- 15:17limitation.
- 15:19Remember,
- 15:20you are attempting to install a new
- 15:23operating system in your mind, [music]
- 15:27and that process becomes dramatically
- 15:29easier when you're not being
- 15:31continuously bombarded by the old
- 15:34programming from every direction.
- 15:38Now, let us begin with the first 2 days.
- 15:42Days 1 and 2 are the days of awareness
- 15:46and intervention.
- 15:48Here, you become a neutral and impartial
- 15:51observer of your own thinking.
- 15:54Most people have become so deeply fused
- 15:57with their thoughts that they actually
- 16:00mistake themselves for their thoughts.
- 16:03But as Young observed, you are not your
- 16:06thoughts.
- 16:08You are the consciousness that has the
- 16:10power to choose its thoughts.
- 16:14Your task during the first 2 days is
- 16:16beautifully simple.
- 16:18Catch yourself.
- 16:21When you notice yourself speaking to
- 16:23yourself in critical, negative, or
- 16:26limiting ways,
- 16:27simply notice it.
- 16:30You do not need to change anything yet.
- 16:33Just observe.
- 16:35Cultivate a genuine sense of curiosity
- 16:39about your own patterns.
- 16:41How frequently do you criticize yourself
- 16:44throughout the day?
- 16:46What specific situations or triggers
- 16:49activate this negative inner
- 16:51conversation?
- 16:53What are the most common limiting
- 16:55phrases your mind tends to generate?
- 16:59When you catch yourself, use the power
- 17:01of the deliberate pause. Draw a slow,
- 17:05conscious breath. Simply acknowledge
- 17:08that you are observing your thought
- 17:10rather than being controlled by it.
- 17:13This awareness, this act of stepping
- 17:16back and seeing, rather than being swept
- 17:19away, is the very first gateway to
- 17:22freedom.
- 17:24Most people move through entire days
- 17:27without once noticing what they are
- 17:29actually telling themselves.
- 17:31But you are different now. You are
- 17:34waking up to your own inner
- 17:36architecture.
- 17:38Rather than judging yourself for having
- 17:40negative thoughts, approach them with
- 17:42the curious detachment of a scientist.
- 17:46Ask yourself, "Where did this particular
- 17:49thought originate?
- 17:51Is this thought genuinely serving me, or
- 17:54is it quietly working against me?
- 17:57Is this thought rooted in something real
- 18:00and present, or is it simply an old and
- 18:03outdated program running on habit?"
- 18:07Look at your own mental patterns, not
- 18:10with frustration and disappointment,
- 18:13but with a quality of genuine
- 18:16fascination.
- 18:18The intervention technique itself is
- 18:21straightforward, but carries the kind of
- 18:23precision Jung would have recognized
- 18:26immediately.
- 18:27When you catch yourself inside a
- 18:29negative inner conversation, simply say,
- 18:34either aloud or internally,
- 18:37"Stop." or "Cancel." or "Delete."
- 18:43You are literally cutting the flow of
- 18:45the old program midstream.
- 18:49Then, take a deep breath, and
- 18:52consciously select a different thought.
- 18:56You do not need to leap immediately into
- 18:59some wildly optimistic declaration.
- 19:03Simply choose something more neutral,
- 19:06more kind, more genuinely supportive of
- 19:11where you want to go.
- 19:13For instance, if you catch yourself
- 19:15thinking,
- 19:17"I always ruin everything."
- 19:20Interrupt that pattern and replace it
- 19:22with,
- 19:23"I learn and grow from every experience
- 19:27I encounter."
- 19:30If your inner voice insists,
- 19:32"I cannot handle this."
- 19:35Shift to,
- 19:37"I am discovering creative and effective
- 19:40ways to get what I truly want."
- 19:44If the voice says,
- 19:45"I am not intelligent enough."
- 19:49You can replace it with,
- 19:51"I am continuously expanding my
- 19:53knowledge and developing my capabilities
- 19:57in new directions."
- 20:00The aim is never to eliminate negative
- 20:02thoughts entirely.
- 20:04That is neither possible nor necessary.
- 20:08The aim is to develop a conscious
- 20:10awareness of your internal dialogue
- 20:13and to begin deliberately selecting
- 20:16thoughts that support rather than
- 20:18sabotage your deepest intentions.
- 20:22Every time you do this, every single
- 20:25time,
- 20:26you strengthen your capacity to be the
- 20:28master of your mind rather than its
- 20:31helpless prisoner.
- 20:34Days three and four carry you to the
- 20:37next level entirely.
- 20:40These are the days of transformation and
- 20:42redirection.
- 20:45Now that you have been practicing the
- 20:46art of noticing patterns and
- 20:48interrupting them,
- 20:50the time has arrived to consciously
- 20:52install new ones.
- 20:55Here, you begin speaking to yourself the
- 20:58way you would speak to your closest and
- 21:00most beloved friend.
- 21:02The way you would speak to a young child
- 21:05you adore.
- 21:06Or to someone whose well-being you would
- 21:08protect with everything you have.
- 21:12Human beings are extraordinarily harsh
- 21:15with themselves.
- 21:17The words they direct inward, the
- 21:20accusations, the contempt, the
- 21:23dismissals,
- 21:25are things they would never dream of
- 21:27saying to another person they cared
- 21:30about.
- 21:32But what if you began extending to
- 21:34yourself the same warmth,
- 21:37the same encouragement,
- 21:39and the same patient support that you so
- 21:43naturally offer to the people you love
- 21:46most?
- 21:48What if instead of being your own
- 21:50harshest and most relentless critic,
- 21:54you chose to become your own most
- 21:57devoted advocate? During days 3 and 4,
- 22:01practice speaking to yourself with
- 22:03genuine compassion and deliberate care.
- 22:07When you make a mistake, instead of
- 22:09launching an internal assault, ask
- 22:12yourself,
- 22:13"What can I actually learn from this
- 22:15experience?"
- 22:17When you encounter a difficult problem,
- 22:20instead of fixating on all the reasons
- 22:22you cannot overcome it,
- 22:24remind yourself of every challenge you
- 22:27have already navigated and survived in
- 22:30your past.
- 22:32When fear arises, instead of telling
- 22:34yourself you are weak for feeling it,
- 22:37acknowledge how genuinely courageous you
- 22:40are for continuing to move forward in
- 22:43spite of it.
- 22:45The art of reframing carries
- 22:47extraordinary weight during this phase
- 22:49of the practice.
- 22:51This is Jung's alchemy in its most
- 22:54practical and accessible form.
- 22:57Taking the same raw situation and
- 23:00finding a different way to speak about
- 23:02it. A different angle from which to
- 23:05approach it.
- 23:06A different story to tell about what it
- 23:09means and where it is leading you.
- 23:13Instead of saying, "This is unbearably
- 23:16difficult." Try this, "It's
- 23:18strengthening me in ways I cannot yet
- 23:21fully see."
- 23:23Instead of, "I have no idea what I am
- 23:26doing."
- 23:27Try,
- 23:29"I am learning everything I need to know
- 23:32as I move forward."
- 23:34Instead of, "I am falling behind
- 23:37everyone around me."
- 23:39Try,
- 23:41"I am walking my own singular and
- 23:44unrepeatable path at exactly the right
- 23:48pace."
- 23:50Transform every I cannot into
- 23:54"I am learning how to."
- 23:57This seemingly small shift in language
- 24:00does something remarkable.
- 24:03It stops closing doors and starts
- 24:06holding them wide open.
- 24:09"I cannot speak confidently in front of
- 24:12others." becomes
- 24:14"I am learning to communicate with
- 24:17genuine confidence and presence."
- 24:21"I cannot build my own business."
- 24:24becomes
- 24:25"I am learning everything required to
- 24:28create something of my own."
- 24:31"I cannot find the right relationship."
- 24:34becomes
- 24:36"I am learning how to draw the right
- 24:38person naturally into my life."
- 24:43These are not mere semantic games.
- 24:46They are structural changes to the inner
- 24:49architecture of belief.
- 24:52And they compound with extraordinary
- 24:55power over time.
- 24:58Build momentum through small but genuine
- 25:02victories.
- 25:04Acknowledge every positive shift, no
- 25:07matter how modest it appears.
- 25:10Celebrate every moment of awareness,
- 25:13every instance where you caught yourself
- 25:16and consciously chose a better thought.
- 25:20Your internal dialogue should become a
- 25:22celebration of progress rather than a
- 25:25relentless audit of deficiency.
- 25:29Speak to yourself about what is working,
- 25:32what is developing, what is becoming
- 25:35possible.
- 25:37Remember, you are not attempting to
- 25:39convince yourself of something false.
- 25:42You are choosing to focus on the aspects
- 25:45of reality that genuinely serve your
- 25:48growth
- 25:49rather than the aspects that merely
- 25:51confirm your limitations.
- 25:55Both perspectives exist simultaneously
- 25:58and are available to you at every
- 26:01moment.
- 26:03You can direct your attention toward
- 26:05what is broken or what is whole,
- 26:08toward what is absent or what is
- 26:11present,
- 26:12toward what is impossible or what is
- 26:16entirely within reach.
- 26:19The choice belongs to you and no one
- 26:22else.
- 26:25Days 5, 6, and 7 represent the phase of
- 26:30elevation and embodiment. This is where
- 26:33you stop speaking as the person you
- 26:36currently are and begin speaking as the
- 26:39person you are actively in the process
- 26:42of becoming.
- 26:44You start conversing with your future
- 26:46self, that confident, accomplished,
- 26:49deeply fulfilled version of you that is
- 26:52already present as a potential within
- 26:55your psyche right now.
- 26:58This is not performance or pretense.
- 27:02As Jung described it, this is the
- 27:05awakening of the archetype that already
- 27:08lives within you as pure unrealized
- 27:11potential.
- 27:14Your future self is not a separate
- 27:17being.
- 27:18That person is you, but with different
- 27:21habits, different convictions, different
- 27:24conversations,
- 27:26>> [music]
- 27:26>> and different daily choices.
- 27:29When you begin speaking to yourself as
- 27:32that person would speak,
- 27:34you begin embodying those qualities in
- 27:37the present moment,
- 27:39rather than waiting indefinitely for
- 27:41them to arrive.
- 27:43Ask yourself these questions with
- 27:46genuine seriousness.
- 27:49How does your future self speak to
- 27:52itself?
- 27:54When that confident and grounded version
- 27:57of you encounters a significant
- 27:59obstacle,
- 28:01what does it say internally?
- 28:04How does your successful self relate to
- 28:07setbacks and temporary failures?
- 28:11What kind of inner conversation does
- 28:13your fulfilled self maintain throughout
- 28:16an ordinary day?
- 28:19Begin having those conversations now,
- 28:22not someday, not when circumstances
- 28:25improve,
- 28:27but today.
- 28:28Elevate your emotional state through the
- 28:31deliberate and intentional use of
- 28:34language.
- 28:35Rather than simply thinking positive
- 28:38thoughts in a passive and disconnected
- 28:40way,
- 28:41choose thoughts that actively generate
- 28:44high-frequency emotional states.
- 28:47Genuine gratitude, authentic excitement,
- 28:51deep inspiration,
- 28:54expansive love,
- 28:56and the kind of quiet joy that does not
- 28:59depend on external [music] conditions.
- 29:03Emotion is the fuel that ignites genuine
- 29:06transformation.
- 29:08When you combine new and elevated
- 29:10thoughts with the corresponding
- 29:12emotional states they naturally
- 29:15generate,
- 29:16you create a powerful condition of being
- 29:20that draws new experiences, new people,
- 29:23and new opportunities toward you with a
- 29:26force that often feels almost
- 29:29inexplicable.
- 29:32The power of a gratitude-based internal
- 29:34dialogue cannot be overstated or
- 29:37dismissed as sentiment.
- 29:40Instead of dwelling on what is absent
- 29:42from your life,
- 29:44begin speaking to yourself about what
- 29:46you are genuinely grateful to have right
- 29:49now.
- 29:51Instead of complaining about your
- 29:53current circumstances,
- 29:55acknowledge and appreciate [music] how
- 29:57far you have already traveled.
- 30:00Instead of worrying about an uncertain
- 30:02future,
- 30:03cultivate deep appreciation for the
- 30:06opportunities that are already finding
- 30:09their way to you.
- 30:11Speak about your future as though it is
- 30:14already unfolding in the present moment.
- 30:18I am deeply grateful for the success
- 30:21that is flowing into my life.
- 30:24I love and appreciate the confident and
- 30:28capable person I am becoming.
- 30:31I appreciate how naturally and
- 30:34effortlessly I attract the right
- 30:36circumstances and the right people.
- 30:40This is not self-deception.
- 30:43This is aligning your inner dialogue
- 30:46with your deepest intentions and the
- 30:49true direction of your life's
- 30:51trajectory.
- 30:53When you begin shifting your internal
- 30:55conversation in these ways, your body
- 30:59responds almost immediately and without
- 31:02delay.
- 31:03Stress hormones begin to decrease
- 31:07because you are no longer triggering the
- 31:09fight or flight response through
- 31:11relentless negative self-talk.
- 31:14Your immune system gradually strengthens
- 31:18because you are no longer depleting it
- 31:20through chronic self-criticism and
- 31:22sustained anxiety.
- 31:25Your energy levels rise
- 31:28because you are no longer exhausting
- 31:30yourself through constant internal
- 31:32conflict and the grinding effort of
- 31:35resisting your own thoughts.
- 31:39You will begin sleeping more deeply and
- 31:41restoring more completely
- 31:44because your mind is no longer locked in
- 31:46combat with negative scenarios and
- 31:49cycles of self-blame through the night.
- 31:53You will wake feeling genuinely rested.
- 31:56Your digestion improves, your blood
- 31:59pressure stabilizes,
- 32:01your heart rhythm becomes more coherent
- 32:03and regulated.
- 32:05Your body literally begins healing from
- 32:08the accumulated damage of chronic stress
- 32:12and the years of toxic internal
- 32:14conversation you have been directing at
- 32:17yourself.
- 32:19When you stop poisoning yourself with
- 32:21destructive thinking, your entire
- 32:24physical system, freed from the
- 32:26exhausting work of defending against a
- 32:29constant internal assault, can redirect
- 32:33all of that energy toward genuine
- 32:36repair, regeneration,
- 32:38and renewal.
- 32:40You begin looking healthier.
- 32:42You begin feeling younger.
- 32:45Because you are no longer at war with
- 32:48yourself on the inside.
- 32:51Your dreams may even begin to shift in
- 32:54quality and tone because your
- 32:57subconscious mind is now processing
- 32:59healthier and more constructive symbolic
- 33:03material. In the language that Jung
- 33:06spent his lifetime decoding.
- 33:09You may begin waking with solutions
- 33:11already forming. With creative insights
- 33:14arriving before you have even fully
- 33:17opened your eyes.
- 33:19The transformation in your relationships
- 33:21will surprise and perhaps astonish you.
- 33:25When you alter the way you speak to
- 33:27yourself, your interactions with every
- 33:30other person in your life automatically
- 33:33begin to transform as well.
- 33:37You become more genuinely confident,
- 33:40more naturally positive, and far more
- 33:44enjoyable to be around.
- 33:46People begin noticing the change in you
- 33:49even when they cannot articulate
- 33:51precisely what has shifted.
- 33:54You become less defensive in difficult
- 33:57conversations
- 33:58because you are no longer constantly
- 34:01attacking yourself on the inside
- 34:03and therefore do not need to protect
- 34:06yourself so vigilantly on the outside.
- 34:10You become more open to honest feedback
- 34:13and genuine criticism
- 34:16because you are no longer filtering
- 34:18every piece of information through a
- 34:20lens of relentless self-judgment.
- 34:24You become more generous and patient
- 34:26with others
- 34:28because you have learned to be genuinely
- 34:30generous and patient with yourself
- 34:33first.
- 34:35You begin attracting an entirely
- 34:37different quality of people and
- 34:39circumstances into your life
- 34:42because you are now operating from an
- 34:44entirely different energetic frequency.
- 34:48This is a genuine leap in confidence and
- 34:53self-assurance.
- 34:54And the people around you feel it
- 34:56immediately and instinctively.
- 35:00When you stop tearing yourself down in
- 35:03the privacy of your own inner world,
- 35:06you naturally stand taller,
- 35:09speak with greater clarity,
- 35:12and connect with others from a place of
- 35:15authentic presence rather than anxious
- 35:18performance.
- 35:20People are drawn to this quality of
- 35:22energy.
- 35:24In a world populated by individuals who
- 35:27are constantly at war with themselves,
- 35:30your hard-won inner peace becomes
- 35:33something genuinely rare,
- 35:36something that others feel [music]
- 35:38without being able to name it.
- 35:41When you address yourself with deep and
- 35:44consistent respect, you naturally extend
- 35:48that same respectful foundation to every
- 35:52relationship you enter.
- 35:55When you genuinely believe in yourself
- 35:57from the inside, others feel that
- 36:00conviction and begin believing in you as
- 36:03well.
- 36:05Let us be completely honest with each
- 36:07other about what lies ahead.
- 36:10Your old habits will resist this change
- 36:14with considerable force.
- 36:17These patterns have been governing your
- 36:19life for years, perhaps for decades,
- 36:23and they have absolutely no intention of
- 36:26releasing their grip without a struggle.
- 36:29You may find yourself forgetting to
- 36:31practice,
- 36:32drifting back into familiar thought
- 36:35patterns,
- 36:36or even feeling temporarily worse as you
- 36:39become increasingly aware of just how
- 36:42negative your internal conversation has
- 36:44actually been.
- 36:46This resistance is entirely normal,
- 36:50and it is, in truth, a deeply
- 36:52encouraging sign.
- 36:55As Jung himself noted, it is evidence
- 36:58that you are changing something that
- 37:00genuinely matters.
- 37:02>> [music]
- 37:03>> The old personality, the one constructed
- 37:06layer by layer upon years of negative
- 37:09self-talk,
- 37:10does not wish to dissolve.
- 37:13It wants to keep you contained within
- 37:16the familiar territory it knows,
- 37:19even when that territory is causing you
- 37:21genuine harm and suffering.
- 37:25Anticipate this resistance and make the
- 37:27firm decision in advance that you will
- 37:30not allow it to pull you off course.
- 37:34You may also encounter skepticism from
- 37:38within yourself and from the people
- 37:40around you.
- 37:42Your rational mind may insist that
- 37:45something this straightforward cannot
- 37:47possibly produce real results.
- 37:51The people in your environment may
- 37:52question what you are doing,
- 37:55or subtly attempt to draw you back into
- 37:57the old and limited conversations you
- 38:01used to share with them.
- 38:03All of this is simply part of the
- 38:06process.
- 38:08Remain loyal to your practice,
- 38:10regardless of what others think or say
- 38:13about it.
- 38:15And if you forget to practice,
- 38:17simply begin again.
- 38:20Do not use a moment of forgetfulness as
- 38:23evidence that this approach does not
- 38:25work or that you are somehow incapable
- 38:29of genuine change.
- 38:31Treat it as a natural and expected part
- 38:34of the learning curve.
- 38:37Every single moment you remember and
- 38:40consciously return to the practice of
- 38:42deliberate inner dialogue,
- 38:45you are strengthening the muscle of
- 38:47awareness itself.
- 38:49Showing yourself genuine compassion
- 38:52throughout this process is not optional.
- 38:56It is absolutely essential.
- 39:00If you catch yourself criticizing
- 39:03yourself for being self-critical,
- 39:06you have simply added another layer onto
- 39:09the very pattern [music] you are working
- 39:12to dissolve.
- 39:13Instead, appreciate the moment of
- 39:16awareness itself.
- 39:18Celebrate each instance where you
- 39:21recognized the old pattern and chose
- 39:24something better.
- 39:26Be patient and genuinely kind with
- 39:29yourself as you develop this new skill.
- 39:33Stay committed even when results do not
- 39:36appear to be arriving on the schedule
- 39:38your ego has decided upon.
- 39:42Some people notice significant shifts
- 39:44within hours or days.
- 39:47Others require more time for the new
- 39:50roots to establish themselves deeply
- 39:53enough to become visible.
- 39:55Trust the process completely.
- 39:59Every single moment of conscious and
- 40:02positive inner dialogue is restructuring
- 40:05your mind at a level deeper than what
- 40:08the eye can see
- 40:10even when no outward evidence of change
- 40:13is yet apparent.
- 40:15When your motivation wavers, and it will
- 40:19waver,
- 40:20return to the most fundamental reasons
- 40:23you began.
- 40:24Remember what it has felt like to be
- 40:27under constant assault from your own
- 40:29mind.
- 40:31Remember the life you are committed to
- 40:33creating and the person you have chosen
- 40:36to become.
- 40:38What Jung called the individuated and
- 40:41fully integrated human being.
- 40:44Use these reminders as the fuel that
- 40:48keeps you moving when the road feels
- 40:50long.
- 40:52Once the foundation is firmly
- 40:54established, more advanced dimensions of
- 40:57this practice become available to you.
- 41:00Combining your internal dialogue with
- 41:03deliberate visualization makes the
- 41:06entire practice dramatically more
- 41:08powerful.
- 41:10While speaking to yourself in positive
- 41:12and affirming ways, simultaneously run
- 41:16vivid mental imagery of yourself
- 41:19succeeding, expanding, and living the
- 41:23life you are building.
- 41:25Use specific language patterns tailored
- 41:28[music] to different areas of your life.
- 41:31If you are working to transform your
- 41:33financial situation, speak to yourself
- 41:36about abundance, genuine value creation,
- 41:40and the energy of true generosity.
- 41:44If health is your focus, speak in the
- 41:47language of vitality, strength, and
- 41:51cellular renewal. Timing matters
- 41:54enormously in this practice.
- 41:57The first several minutes immediately
- 41:59upon waking and the final minutes before
- 42:02sleep are the most potent windows
- 42:05available for installing new patterns.
- 42:09During these transitional states, your
- 42:11mind is operating in the alpha and theta
- 42:15brainwave frequencies.
- 42:18It is vastly more receptive and
- 42:20impressionable than during ordinary
- 42:22waking hours.
- 42:24Use these windows with full deliberate
- 42:28intention.
- 42:29Create personal mantras and inner
- 42:32affirmations that resonate specifically
- 42:35and deeply with you as an individual.
- 42:39Rather than borrowing generic phrases
- 42:42that feel hollow or disconnected,
- 42:45develop an internal dialogue that speaks
- 42:48directly to your unique situation,
- 42:52your specific goals, and the particular
- 42:55challenges you are navigating.
- 42:58Adjust your approach according to your
- 43:00own natural temperament.
- 43:03If you are analytically oriented,
- 43:06incorporate logic and concrete evidence
- 43:09into your inner conversation.
- 43:12If you are emotionally driven, focus on
- 43:15how these new thoughts genuinely feel in
- 43:18your body.
- 43:20If you are naturally creative, work
- 43:23extensively with metaphor, symbol, and
- 43:26vivid imagery.
- 43:28The ultimate aim is never to complete 7
- 43:31days and then return to unconscious
- 43:34living.
- 43:35The aim is to make conscious and
- 43:38deliberate inner dialogue as natural and
- 43:41automatic as breathing itself.
- 43:44Your new default way of moving through
- 43:47the world.
- 43:49Right now, [music]
- 43:50in this precise moment,
- 43:52you are standing at a genuine
- 43:54crossroads.
- 43:56You can continue living inside the old
- 43:59internal conversation that has generated
- 44:01the life you currently have.
- 44:04Or, you can make the decision
- 44:07starting with the very next thought that
- 44:09crosses your mind,
- 44:11to speak to yourself differently.
- 44:15The transformation does not begin next
- 44:17week or next month.
- 44:20It begins with the next word you say to
- 44:23yourself.
- 44:25Your future self is not a distant
- 44:27fantasy.
- 44:29As Carl Jung understood with
- 44:31extraordinary depth and clarity,
- 44:34that person already exists within you
- 44:37right now,
- 44:38fully formed as pure potential,
- 44:42waiting for the inner conversations that
- 44:45will finally call them forward into the
- 44:47light.
- 44:49Every single moment you speak to
- 44:52yourself
- 44:52>> [music]
- 44:52>> as that person, you become them a little
- 44:56more completely.
