- 0:01Before we begin,
- 0:03I want to ask you something.
- 0:06Not your mind, your heart.
- 0:10When was the last time you spoke to your
- 0:13body with kindness?
- 0:16Not because it looked the way you wanted
- 0:18it to look. Not because it finally
- 0:21stopped hurting,
- 0:23but simply because it has carried you
- 0:26through every single moment of your
- 0:28life.
- 0:30Think about that for a moment.
- 0:33Every breath you didn't have to think
- 0:36about. Every heartbeat [music] you never
- 0:39once had to remind yourself to keep
- 0:42going.
- 0:44Every night your body worked quietly in
- 0:47the dark, repairing, restoring,
- 0:51returning to balance while you slept.
- 0:55Maybe you spent years trying to fix
- 0:58[music] your body, trying to understand
- 1:01it, trying to change it, trying to force
- 1:05it into something it wasn't ready to
- 1:08become.
- 1:09And somewhere along the way, you started
- 1:13believing your body was the problem.
- 1:17But what if it never was?
- 1:20What if your body has been protecting
- 1:22you all this time? Even when you
- 1:26couldn't understand [music] why,
- 1:29even when the protection looked like
- 1:31pain,
- 1:32even when the message came in a language
- 1:35you hadn't yet learned to read,
- 1:39your body has heard every word you've
- 1:42ever spoken about yourself.
- 1:44It believed every one of them.
- 1:48Every criticism whispered in the mirror.
- 1:51Every moment of disappointment.
- 1:55Every night you lay awake telling
- 1:57yourself you weren't enough.
- 2:01Every time you said silently or out
- 2:05loud, "Why won't you just work?"
- 2:10And still it never stopped breathing for
- 2:13you. It never stopped carrying [music]
- 2:16you forward.
- 2:18It never abandoned you. Not [music] even
- 2:22once.
- 2:24Today we are not going to fight the
- 2:27body. We are going to [music] understand
- 2:30it.
- 2:31Carl Young believed that what we bury in
- 2:34the unconscious doesn't disappear.
- 2:37Sometimes it finds another way to speak.
- 2:42[clears throat] And sometimes that voice
- 2:44is the body itself
- 2:47pressing, aching,
- 2:50insisting on being heard.
- 2:53The truth is, one of the greatest forces
- 2:56for change [music] has always been the
- 2:59way you speak to yourself.
- 3:02Not with force, not with performance,
- 3:06but with the kind of quiet conviction
- 3:08that goes deeper than logic.
- 3:12Healing doesn't begin with a
- 3:13prescription. It doesn't begin in a
- 3:16waiting room.
- 3:18It begins the moment you accept that
- 3:21your body wants to restore itself and
- 3:24that it is listening to you completely,
- 3:28unconditionally, [music]
- 3:30always.
- 3:32Every single day your body is responding
- 3:35to the inner world you create within
- 3:38yourself.
- 3:40The only question [music] worth asking
- 3:42is this.
- 3:44What have you been saying to them?
- 3:48Now let's begin by slowing down.
- 3:52Breathe with me just [music] once
- 3:55and again.
- 3:58Not for effort but for arrival.
- 4:02You are here in this moment because some
- 4:05part of you already understands.
- 4:09There is far more to healing than
- 4:11correcting what appears broken.
- 4:14There is a language the body speaks that
- 4:17most people were never taught to
- 4:19recognize.
- 4:21And today we learn to speak it back.
- 4:25You are not broken.
- 4:28You are not malfunctioning.
- 4:31You are remembering.
- 4:34You are reccalibrating.
- 4:37And your words are the signal your body
- 4:40has been waiting for.
- 4:43Your thoughts become part of the inner
- 4:45world your body lives in every day with
- 4:49or without your [music] conscious
- 4:51awareness.
- 4:53Your body is always responding to the
- 4:55emotional world you create within
- 4:58yourself.
- 5:00It follows the directions that your
- 5:02deepest [music] feelings reinforce.
- 5:05And you you have the full right to
- 5:09rewrite those directions at [music] any
- 5:11time.
- 5:13That right belongs to you completely.
- 5:17Let me say something straightforward but
- 5:20profoundly important.
- 5:23I am not a physician.
- 5:26I am someone who reminds you that your
- 5:29body is intelligent,
- 5:31capable, and wise [music]
- 5:33beyond what most of us were ever taught
- 5:36to believe.
- 5:38In fact, it is more than capable.
- 5:42It is waiting patiently,
- 5:46persistently
- 5:48for you to step into your role.
- 5:51There is a chamber of healing within you
- 5:54and you hold the only key that opens it.
- 5:59But that key does not respond to [music]
- 6:01panic.
- 6:03It doesn't respond to force or
- 6:06frustration.
- 6:08It unlocks only when the voice of love
- 6:11speaks with [music] calm, grounded
- 6:14authority.
- 6:16So let me ask you something,
- 6:19not to challenge [music] you, but to
- 6:21awaken something that has been sleeping.
- 6:25If your body could repeat back to you
- 6:27every word you've ever spoken about it,
- 6:31what would you hear?
- 6:34Some people say they've been battling
- 6:36their illness.
- 6:38Others ask themselves [music]
- 6:40quietly,
- 6:41"Why won't my body cooperate with me?"
- 6:46But those words carry [music] weight.
- 6:49They carry tension and resistance into
- 6:51the [music] very cells that are trying
- 6:53to respond.
- 6:56Your body absorbs those signals just
- 6:59[music] as naturally as plants lean
- 7:01toward sunlight.
- 7:04Your body too leans toward loving
- 7:07direction.
- 7:09It has always been leaning toward you.
- 7:13What if instead of fighting your pain,
- 7:16began addressing it with firm but
- 7:19genuine gentleness?
- 7:22What if you stopped narrating everything
- 7:24that was wrong and started declaring out
- 7:28loud what was possible?
- 7:33Place your hand over your heart right
- 7:35now. Just gently rest it there. Feel
- 7:40that rhythm beneath your palm.
- 7:43That is your body loving you without
- 7:47interruption.
- 7:49Even in the moments when you were most
- 7:51critical of it, it kept loving you. Even
- 7:55when you said, "Why aren't you getting
- 7:58better?" [music]
- 7:59It kept pumping. It kept breathing. It
- 8:03kept repairing what it could. It [music]
- 8:07kept forgiving you for the words you
- 8:10didn't realize you were sending.
- 8:13You don't need to earn [music] this
- 8:16love. You only need to acknowledge it.
- 8:21And from that place of quiet, genuine
- 8:24gratitude,
- 8:25you can now speak as the one who leads
- 8:29this magnificent system.
- 8:32You don't have to beg.
- 8:34You don't have to plead.
- 8:37You don't even need to feel certain of
- 8:39the outcome.
- 8:41You simply speak.
- 8:44You [music] direct.
- 8:46You instruct with clarity.
- 8:49And your body with all its intelligence
- 8:53listens.
- 8:55If you feel that truth landing somewhere
- 8:58inside you right now, drop this in the
- 9:02comments.
- 9:03One one.
- 9:06I am the voice my body has been waiting
- 9:09to hear.
- 9:12Let that be the very first command you
- 9:15give today.
- 9:17Let it be witnessed.
- 9:20Now close your eyes and [music] picture
- 9:22a door somewhere deep inside you.
- 9:26Behind that door is a luminous chamber,
- 9:30warm, alive, quietly regenerating.
- 9:35It is the command center of your body.
- 9:38The place where every healing signal
- 9:41originates.
- 9:43You are the one in charge of this room.
- 9:47You open that door [music] not with
- 9:49panic, not with desperation,
- 9:53but with a single clear sentence.
- 9:57A sentence that initiates everything.
- 10:01It might be as simple as, "I am safe to
- 10:05heal now."
- 10:07Or I give every part of me full
- 10:11permission to do what it already knows
- 10:14how to do.
- 10:17Or perhaps [music]
- 10:19I now direct my body to return itself to
- 10:22its natural original wholeness.
- 10:27Your body is not confused about what to
- 10:30do. It is always listening.
- 10:34The confusion arises from fear, from the
- 10:38long habit of surrendering our authority
- 10:41outward to something or someone beyond
- 10:44ourselves.
- 10:46From the deepseated belief that someone
- 10:49out there must know more about our body
- 10:53than the one who has lived inside it
- 10:55every moment of every day.
- 10:59But when you come back home right here
- 11:02to your breath, to your touch, to the
- 11:06quiet sanctuary within,
- 11:10you will recognize something important.
- 11:13Healing was never far away.
- 11:17It was waiting [music] patiently and
- 11:20faithfully for you to speak first.
- 11:24You are the one your body has been
- 11:27waiting to hear from.
- 11:29Not because you need to say something
- 11:31complicated.
- 11:33Not because you need to understand every
- 11:36biological process happening [music]
- 11:38beneath the surface.
- 11:41But because you need to trust and then
- 11:45speak from that trust.
- 11:48Trust that when you speak from love,
- 11:51your body responds.
- 11:54Trust that when you stop resisting and
- 11:57begin leading,
- 11:59healing accelerates in ways that can
- 12:02surprise you.
- 12:04Trust that there is no war to be won
- 12:08here.
- 12:09Only a command to give and a body that
- 12:14is already prepared to receive it.
- 12:18And here is what Carl Young understood
- 12:21more deeply than most.
- 12:24The psyche and the body are not separate
- 12:27systems running parallel [music]
- 12:29courses.
- 12:31They are in constant intimate
- 12:34conversation.
- 12:36What lives unresolved in the mind will
- 12:39find expression in the body.
- 12:43The shadow, those buried emotions, those
- 12:47unagnowledged needs, those rejected
- 12:51parts of the self does not vanish when
- 12:54we ignore it. It descends.
- 12:59It waits.
- 13:01And often it speaks through our symptoms
- 13:04in the only way it knows [music] how to
- 13:07be heard.
- 13:09This is not a cause for shame or guilt.
- 13:14It is an invitation.
- 13:17An invitation to lead with awareness,
- 13:21with compassion, and with the kind of
- 13:24quiet authority that comes from finally
- 13:28understanding what is actually happening
- 13:31inside you.
- 13:33So today, speak something new.
- 13:38Say something that opens a door that has
- 13:40been closed for too long.
- 13:43Tell yourselves,
- 13:46"I am with you now. I am on your side.
- 13:51I am ready to listen, to lead, and to
- 13:56love you back to full expression."
- 14:00And tomorrow say it again not as hollow
- 14:05repetition but as conscious
- 14:07reinforcement.
- 14:10You are recoding a system that was never
- 14:13working against you.
- 14:15It was simply responding to the signals
- 14:18it was given. Mixed, unclear,
- 14:22conflicted.
- 14:24But now those signals are becoming
- 14:27something different. [music]
- 14:29steady,
- 14:31loving,
- 14:33certain,
- 14:34trustworthy.
- 14:37Breathe with me. There is no urgency
- 14:41here.
- 14:42You don't need to rush or brace against
- 14:45what's coming.
- 14:48Let's invite healing in together with
- 14:52both [music] structure and softness.
- 14:56Because your body has a language and
- 14:59like any language requires clarity in
- 15:03order to respond fully. I call this
- 15:07simple reflection the inner command
- 15:10practice. Not because it controls the
- 15:13body, but because it reminds the mind
- 15:17how to lead with love.
- 15:20Not a quick technique, but a structured
- 15:23conscious way of speaking to the deepest
- 15:26layers of yourself. A way of returning
- 15:30to the precise frequency your body
- 15:33already knows.
- 15:35Your body doesn't need more volume from
- 15:38you. It needs more direction.
- 15:42D stands for direct.
- 15:45Speak to the [music] place that has been
- 15:47asking for your attention.
- 15:50Not vaguely, not generally,
- 15:54by name. Your body has been waiting for
- 15:57you to look directly at it. Not past it,
- 16:02not around it, but at it with full
- 16:06presence.
- 16:08Is it your chest, your lower back, your
- 16:12nervous system, your digestion?
- 16:16Call it by name just as you wouldn't
- 16:19reach towards someone you love by saying
- 16:22hey person your body responds to being
- 16:26seen precisely
- 16:29begin with I now direct my full
- 16:33awareness to
- 16:35I [music] stands for instruct.
- 16:39Give your body the permission you've
- 16:41been waiting to receive from someone
- 16:43else. That permission was never theirs
- 16:47to give. It was always yours.
- 16:51Tell your shoulders they are allowed to
- 16:54release what they've been holding for
- 16:56years.
- 16:58Tell your nervous system it is safe to
- 17:01soften.
- 17:02Tell the part of you that has been
- 17:04braced against the next hard thing, you
- 17:08can rest now. I am here.
- 17:13This is not imagination.
- 17:16This is what it sounds like when the one
- 17:18in charge finally comes home.
- 17:22Speak it aloud whenever you can.
- 17:26I now instruct this part of me to
- 17:30C stands for command.
- 17:34Not with force, with certainty.
- 17:39There is a difference and your body
- 17:42knows it instantly.
- 17:44Force is the voice of fear trying to
- 17:47control.
- 17:49Certainty is the voice of love that
- 17:53already trusts the outcome.
- 17:56You are not demanding anything from your
- 17:58body. You are stepping into the role it
- 18:02has been waiting for you to occupy.
- 18:05Not. I wish this [music] would stop
- 18:08hurting,
- 18:09but I now command full restoration to
- 18:13begin here.
- 18:16You [music] are not asking. You are
- 18:19stating quietly, clearly, without
- 18:23apology
- 18:25what is to be.
- 18:28C again stands for compel.
- 18:32Speak until your heart believes what
- 18:35your words are saying.
- 18:38This is where the practice becomes
- 18:40something deeper than technique.
- 18:43This is where you stop performing
- 18:45healing and start feeling it. You say,
- 18:50"I compel every cell in my body to
- 18:53return to harmony, to wholeness, to what
- 18:58it was always meant to be."
- 19:01And you say it again if you need to and
- 19:04again.
- 19:06Not because the words are magic, but
- 19:09because repetition is how the heart
- 19:12finally lets itself believe what the
- 19:14mind has been trying [music] to say.
- 19:18Now let's bring all four together.
- 19:22Say it with me with genuine emotion,
- 19:26with full presence.
- 19:29I now direct all of my awareness to my
- 19:32heart.
- 19:34I instruct my heart to beat in a perfect
- 19:38steady rhythm.
- 19:40I command every vessel and pathway to
- 19:44function in its natural order.
- 19:47I compel every part of this beautiful
- 19:50system to harmonize with ease, love, and
- 19:55lasting balance.
- 19:58or perhaps
- 20:00I now direct my full attention to my
- 20:04digestive system. I instruct every
- 20:07process within it [music] to activate
- 20:10smoothly and peacefully.
- 20:13I command my body to release all
- 20:16accumulated tension and imbalance.
- 20:20I compel this system to function in
- 20:23comfort, in light, in restoration.
- 20:28exactly as it was designed to.
- 20:33Now say this with me with emotion, with
- 20:37presence.
- 20:39I now direct, instruct, command, and
- 20:44compel full restoration of the area I
- 20:48have chosen.
- 20:50I do not beg. I do not doubt. I speak
- 20:55with the authority that is naturally and
- 20:58completely mine and my body listens.
- 21:04Do you feel even a subtle shift, a
- 21:08warmth, a quiet softening,
- 21:12a small release of something held tight?
- 21:16That is not imagination.
- 21:19That is alignment beginning.
- 21:23Your nervous system is exquisitly
- 21:25sensitive to the quality of safety in
- 21:28your internal environment.
- 21:31When you speak from calm, grounded
- 21:34authority,
- 21:36every [music] part of that system
- 21:37signals
- 21:39we are safe now. Restoration can begin.
- 21:45This is not forcing.
- 21:48This is conducting.
- 21:50The way a conductor raises the baton
- 21:53before an orchestra that already knows
- 21:56the music. Not with urgency, but with
- 22:00poise.
- 22:02Your body has always known the music. It
- 22:06has been waiting for you to return to
- 22:09the podium.
- 22:12Drop this in the comments right now.
- 22:15444.
- 22:18My body is intelligent and I am its
- 22:21loving guide.
- 22:24Say it here. Say it out loud.
- 22:28Let it be the moment something real
- 22:31begins to shift.
- 22:34Now, let's go somewhere deeper.
- 22:38Because sometimes the pain we carry in
- 22:40the body isn't about what we eat or how
- 22:44old we are or what our medical history
- 22:47holds.
- 22:49Sometimes the pain lives in memories
- 22:53that were never fully processed.
- 22:56It grows in places where forgiveness has
- 23:00never once been permitted to enter. It
- 23:03hides in the corners where grief was
- 23:06stored silently,
- 23:08where anger was swallowed over and over
- 23:12until the body finally said, "I cannot
- 23:16hold this alone any longer."
- 23:20Yung understood this with unusual depth.
- 23:24He recognized that what we refuse to
- 23:26feel does not simply fade. It descends
- 23:31into the shadow. It waits there often
- 23:35for years. And from that place in the
- 23:38unconscious, it finds expression.
- 23:42Sometimes in our patterns and sometimes
- 23:45in the persistent language of the body.
- 23:48[music]
- 23:49The body is not punishing you for what
- 23:52you've repressed.
- 23:54It is asking to be heard.
- 23:58There is a profound relationship between
- 24:00what we carry emotionally and what we
- 24:03experience physically.
- 24:06When resentment lives in the body over
- 24:08long periods, tension becomes chronic.
- 24:13When grief remains unexpressed, the
- 24:16chest learns to hold itself tightly.
- 24:19When anxiety becomes the baseline
- 24:21[music]
- 24:22state, the body's systems designed for
- 24:25restoration begin to struggle.
- 24:29These are not random occurrences. They
- 24:32are not punishments.
- 24:34They are the body's deeply intelligent
- 24:37attempt to bring your attention to what
- 24:40has not yet been resolved.
- 24:43And here is the door that most people
- 24:46are afraid to open.
- 24:49What if some part of you has
- 24:51unconsciously learned to need this pain?
- 24:55Not because you want to suffer, but
- 24:58because at some earlier point the pain
- 25:01[music] served a purpose. It created
- 25:05rest when rest was otherwise not
- 25:08permitted.
- 25:09It brought care when asking directly
- 25:12felt impossible.
- 25:15It made the impossible weight of certain
- 25:17responsibilities
- 25:19temporarily bearable.
- 25:22Jung called these the hidden
- 25:24compensations of the psyche.
- 25:27The unconscious is extraordinarily
- 25:30creative in finding ways to give us what
- 25:33we need even when the method creates
- 25:36suffering elsewhere.
- 25:38This is not weakness.
- 25:41This is survival intelligence.
- 25:44And it deserves to be met with
- 25:46compassion,
- 25:48not accusation,
- 25:50not shame.
- 25:52So sit with this question gently.
- 25:54[music]
- 25:55Is there any part of me that has been
- 25:58holding on to this discomfort because it
- 26:01has been quietly serving a purpose?
- 26:04For many people, when they finally let
- 26:07themselves hear it honestly, the answer
- 26:10is yes.
- 26:12And that moment of recognition is
- 26:15precisely where real and lasting
- 26:17transformation begins to move.
- 26:22Say this with me now slowly and with
- 26:25full intention.
- 26:28I release every hidden agreement that
- 26:31has kept me connected [music] to pain.
- 26:35I release every hidden agreement that
- 26:38[music] has kept me connected to pain.
- 26:43I release every hidden agreement [music]
- 26:46that has kept me connected to pain.
- 26:50And now add this with your whole heart.
- 26:55I now choose freedom.
- 26:58I now choose restoration.
- 27:02I now choose life not as something I
- 27:06must earn through suffering, but as
- 27:09something I am allowed to simply
- 27:12receive.
- 27:15If something in you just released
- 27:17[music] even the smallest exhale of
- 27:20something longheld,

- 27:28I release every pattern that no longer
- 27:31serves my healing.
- 27:34Write it now. Let the act of writing it
- 27:38be its own small ceremony.
- 27:43Now let's speak to the part of you that
- 27:45has been waiting the longest.
- 27:48To the child within me, I'm so sorry you
- 27:52[music] had to become strong when all
- 27:55you really needed was to feel safe.
- 27:59None of this was [music] ever too much
- 28:01for you because you were weak. It was
- 28:05too much because you were only a child.
- 28:09You deserved comfort long before you
- 28:13learned how to survive.
- 28:15You never needed to carry all of this
- 28:18alone.
- 28:20You only needed someone to stay.
- 28:24I'm here now. I'm listening.
- 28:28I'm choosing you.
- 28:31And this time, I'm not leaving.
- 28:36Place your hand gently on your heart.
- 28:39Speak to the younger version of yourself
- 28:42who first learned to hide their needs,
- 28:45who first decided it was safer to be
- 28:48strong than to [music] be honest about
- 28:51what was hurting.
- 28:53Say softly,
- 28:55"Little one within me, I see you now. I
- 29:00know you've been afraid,
- 29:03and I understand finally why the body
- 29:07has been speaking the way it has.
- 29:10You were asking for something I didn't
- 29:12yet know how to give.
- 29:15But I know now and I'm here. I'm
- 29:20staying.
- 29:22You don't need to resolve everything in
- 29:25this single moment.
- 29:27This connection heals in layers slowly,
- 29:31genuinely from the inside.
- 29:35It softens the places where shame has
- 29:38calcified.
- 29:39It builds new trust between the parts of
- 29:43you that have been in conflict.
- 29:46And one day, perhaps not so far from
- 29:49now, you will feel it. We made it
- 29:53through this together.
- 29:57Forgiveness is not pretending the pain
- 29:59never happened. It is choosing with full
- 30:03awareness that the pain will no longer
- 30:07have the final word in who you become.
- 30:11You are not carrying their story forward
- 30:14anymore. [music]
- 30:16From this moment, you begin authoring
- 30:19something entirely [music]
- 30:21new.
- 30:22Let's do something together now. A
- 30:25guided moment for your body, a practice
- 30:29for your peace.
- 30:31Find a comfortable position wherever you
- 30:34are.
- 30:35Allow your eyes to close gently.
- 30:39Imagine a warm golden light just above
- 30:43the crown of your head, soft [music]
- 30:46and steady, like the first light of
- 30:49morning.
- 30:51This light is [music] not something
- 30:53foreign. It is the intelligence of life
- 30:56itself, returning to where it has always
- 31:00belonged.
- 31:02Picture it slowly descending
- 31:05through your forehead, bringing a quiet
- 31:08stillness to the mind
- 31:11through your face, softening the jaw,
- 31:14the throat that has held so many
- 31:17unspoken words
- 31:19into your shoulders. Let every
- 31:22accumulated burden begin to melt.
- 31:26This golden light moves like warm,
- 31:29unhurried honey, thorough, nourishing,
- 31:34reaching every corner.
- 31:37If it passes over a place that feels
- 31:40contracted [music]
- 31:40or depleted, pause there. Say quietly,
- 31:46"This light dissolves what does not
- 31:49belong here. I am being restored in this
- 31:53place.
- 31:55Let it continue through your chest, your
- 31:58heart. Feel that warmth spread slowly
- 32:02through your ribs, your belly, your
- 32:06hips, through your legs, all the way to
- 32:10the soles of your feet. Every cell
- 32:13receives the message. Every system hears
- 32:17it. We are safe. Restoration
- 32:22is happening now. [music]
- 32:25Say to your body with real feeling, I
- 32:29see you. I thank you for everything you
- 32:32have carried.
- 32:34I am with you now fully finally here.
- 32:41Rest here for a moment. This light is
- 32:44always available to you. It does not
- 32:47come from outside.
- 32:50It rises from within.
- 32:53You can return to it whenever you need
- 32:55to remember what is true about you.
- 32:58[music]
- 33:00Now, I want to leave you with something
- 33:02to carry forward into every ordinary day
- 33:05ahead.
- 33:07Before the world begins to speak [music]
- 33:09into you each morning, speak into
- 33:13yourself [music] first.
- 33:15Three short clear sentences said aloud
- 33:20said with presence
- 33:22something like I am safe to be fully
- 33:26present today.
- 33:28I release what no longer belongs to me.
- 33:32I receive what is already on its way.
- 33:37Or I command peace in my nervous system
- 33:41today.
- 33:42I command restoration in every cell.
- 33:47I command love to lead every choice I
- 33:51make.
- 33:52These small, consistent acts of
- 33:55self-directed speech gradually rewire
- 33:59the patterns that years of unconscious
- 34:01narration have built. They soften the
- 34:05nervous system. They realign you day by
- 34:09day, word by word, with the wholeness
- 34:14that has been there all along, waiting
- 34:17beneath everything to be reclaimed.
- 34:21Let's talk about one more essential
- 34:24dimension of this practice, the
- 34:26emotional echo.
- 34:29Your body doesn't just hear what you say
- 34:32once. It builds internal expectations
- 34:36based on the patterns you repeat over
- 34:39weeks, over months.
- 34:42This means that what matters most is not
- 34:45perfection. It is consistency [music]
- 34:48of presence.
- 34:50Choose a time and honor it. Early
- 34:54mornings before the first notification
- 34:57of the day reaches you or evenings in
- 35:01the quiet before sleep claims you.
- 35:05Even 2 minutes, two genuine, focused,
- 35:09loving minutes of clear internal
- 35:12direction
- 35:13carries more transformative weight than
- 35:16hours [music]
- 35:17of passive wishing.
- 35:20Because presence is exponentially more
- 35:23powerful [music] than duration when it
- 35:25comes to working with the body's
- 35:28intelligence. [music]
- 35:30And here is something remarkable that
- 35:32many people begin to notice after just a
- 35:35few weeks of consistent practice.
- 35:38The body starts to anticipate.
- 35:42Symptoms begin to settle more quickly.
- 35:46Recovery feels more natural.
- 35:49The inner dialogue shifts from
- 35:51adversarial to collaborative without
- 35:55forcing the change.
- 35:58You may even begin to notice the body
- 36:00offering feedback,
- 36:02a quiet pull toward stillness when
- 36:06you've been pushing too hard,
- 36:08a craving for rest, for air, for
- 36:12movement.
- 36:14These are the early signs that a genuine
- 36:17two-way dialogue has been established.
- 36:21This is what Carl Young pointed toward.
- 36:24The union of the conscious and [music]
- 36:27the unconscious,
- 36:29the mind and the body, the one who
- 36:32speaks and the one who has been waiting
- 36:36to be heard.
- 36:38You are not dominating your body. You
- 36:42are completing a conversation that has
- 36:44been [music] unfinished for far too
- 36:47long.
- 36:48So let's close this practice with one
- 36:51[music] final declaration.
- 36:54Say it with me now slowly, deliberately
- 36:59from the place in you that has grown
- 37:01stronger through every moment of this.
- 37:05I direct, I instruct,
- 37:09I command, I compel.
- 37:13My body is intelligent, faithful, and
- 37:17capable of restoration.
- 37:21I am its loving guide.
- 37:24I am the voice it has been waiting to
- 37:26hear.
- 37:28And from this moment forward, I choose
- 37:32to speak.
- 37:34Say it once more and mean it more deeply
- 37:38this time. [music]
- 37:40I direct. I instruct.
- 37:44I command.
- 37:46I [music] compel.
- 37:48My body is intelligent, faithful, and
- 37:52capable of restoration.
- 37:54I am its loving guide. And from this
- 37:58moment forward, I choose to speak.
- 38:04If you've stayed with this all the way
- 38:06to this moment, drop this in the
- 38:08comments. [music]
- 38:1011. I am the architect of my own
- 38:14awakening and I choose healing now.
- 38:18Write it. Mean every word. Let your body
- 38:23hear you claim what is already yours.
- 38:28Before you leave, remember this. Your
- 38:31body was never your enemy. It stayed
- 38:34with you through every painful chapter
- 38:37of your life. When everyone else
- 38:40misunderstood your pain, your [music]
- 38:42body stayed.
- 38:44When the world felt impossible and you
- 38:47stopped believing in yourself, your body
- 38:51stayed.
- 38:52It kept going for you without
- 38:56conditions, [music]
- 38:58without resentment.
- 39:01Today isn't about becoming someone
- 39:03entirely different. It's about finally
- 39:06becoming gentle. Truly, consistently
- 39:10gentle with the one you have always
- 39:14been.
- 39:15So tonight, place your hand over your
- 39:19heart.
- 39:21Take one slow, deliberate breath and
- 39:25quietly say,
- 39:27"I'm here.
- 39:30I'm listening.
- 39:32I'm on your side now completely."
- 39:37Because the journey you have been
- 39:39waiting for doesn't begin when the pain
- 39:42is completely gone. It doesn't begin
- 39:45when everything finally makes perfect
- 39:48sense. It doesn't begin when you feel
- 39:52ready enough.
- 39:54It begins now.
- 39:57Right here in this breath, in this
- 40:01choice,
- 40:03in this gentle, courageous decision to
- 40:07stop waiting and begin.
- 40:11Not because everything has changed, but
- 40:14because you have. And from this moment
- 40:18forward, may every word you speak to
- 40:21yourself become a place your heart
- 40:24finally feels safe to return to.
- 40:28[music] You are not alone in this. You
- 40:31never were and you never will be.
