2. 0:13I work on Claude Code here at Anthropic.
3. 0:15Today we're launching Claude Tag, which lets Claude collaborate
4. 0:19right alongside your team.
5. 0:20At Anthropic, we've been tagging Claude in for most of this year,
6. 0:23so honestly, all of this is just how we work now.
7. 0:26And across Anthropic, Claude Tag opens 65% of our product pull requests.
8. 0:31So for example here, we have a team about a week out from shipping a product.
9. 0:37So, what's going on in engineering?
10. 0:39Drew heard from a sales rep that one feature—Scheduled Exports—
11. 0:43is the thing their biggest deals are waiting on.
12. 0:46He doesn't own it, so he asks the person who does.
13. 0:50Notice that this is all multi-player.
14. 0:52Nadia tags Claude, then Claude keeps up with the group thread,
15. 0:56reacting to product decisions made in real time.
16. 0:59It opens the PR and it lands the change.
17. 1:05And the cool part is that Claude knew what the feature was
18. 1:08and where in the codebase to go.
19. 1:09It scoped each channel and the context each team has,
20. 1:13and over time, it builds memory as the work happens.
21. 1:17Claude knows here that what it just pushed
22. 1:19affects launch marketing.
23. 1:21Claude keeps the team moving
24. 1:22without the typical cross-team communication lag.
25. 1:26Also, notice that Priya didn't open drive.
26. 1:29Claude made the edit itself;
27. 1:31it has its own accounts and its own permissions.
28. 1:34Claude has access to the systems it needs
29. 1:36on a per-team, per-channel basis.
30. 1:39So, Claude in the legal channel can see contract information.
31. 1:42In the engineering channel, it edits the codebase.
32. 1:45But if you tag Claude in the legal channel to edit the codebase, it won't.
33. 1:49Not because it's being polite, but because it literally cannot see it.
34. 1:52Memory respects the same boundaries.
35. 1:54So what it learned in a private channel or a DM stays there.
36. 1:58Just to repeat: Claude has its own account,
37. 2:01so every credential use is logged.
38. 2:03Tagging in Claude has changed how I work, and how our teams at Anthropic work.
39. 2:06Just add Claude to one channel, tag it in, and see what happens.
