  1. 0:00I was curious as to what makes them
  2. 0:01different. What makes um white supremacy
  3. 0:04different or like Islamophobia so
  4. 0:06different from anti-semitism?
  5. 0:07>> Freedom of speech, freedom of religion,
  6. 0:09freedom of association and so on. If I
  7. 0:12want to kill you and behead you unless
  8. 0:14you convert to the religion I dictate,
  9. 0:17what would be the place of compromise?
  10. 0:19>> One of the great speakers of our day is
  11. 0:21a great Ayan Herciel. Here she is at a
  12. 0:23fantastic debate with individuals that
  13. 0:26are supporting Islam's development in
  14. 0:28the West without understanding exactly
  15. 0:30what's going on today. Listen carefully
  16. 0:32what she has to say about that. And of
  17. 0:35course, I'd like to hear what you have
  18. 0:36to say about it. So don't forget to
  19. 0:38leave your comments below and of course
  20. 0:40subscribe to this channel and we'll talk
  21. 0:42to you on the other end of the video.
  22. 0:43>> I would like to reiterate the thanks for
  23. 0:46your time here at the University of
  24. 0:47Austin. Uh what I wanted to ask you was
  25. 0:51um you speak of uh Islamophobia and
  26. 0:55classes like black studies as phony um
  27. 0:58ideological things but uh I was curious
  28. 1:01as to what makes them different. what
  29. 1:03makes um white supremacy different or
  30. 1:06like Islamophobia so different from
  31. 1:07anti-semitism as there you know we did
  32. 1:10import many African slaves that died in
  33. 1:12the millions and so did
  34. 1:15South American countries even more so we
  35. 1:17did force Native Americans on forced
  36. 1:19marches that and genocide you know there
  37. 1:22are Muslims being massacred in China
  38. 1:24today so what makes anti-semitism so
  39. 1:26different
  40. 1:28>> um two [clears throat] things one is
  41. 1:32We have reckoned in America and in
  42. 1:35Western European countries. We've had a
  43. 1:38great reckoning with our past. We've
  44. 1:40addressed the fact that we engaged in
  45. 1:42slavery. We fought a war. We ended it.
  46. 1:45We had segregation. We had another major
  47. 1:47fight. We ended it. We had the civil
  48. 1:49rights movement. We brought women out
  49. 1:51of. And by the way, in fighting for all
  50. 1:54of those emancipations, the people who
  51. 1:56were heading these fights were
  52. 1:59constantly quoting from the Bible. they
  53. 2:01were believing Christians and they were
  54. 2:03inspired um by their Christianity. So
  55. 2:06number one, we had that reckoning.
  56. 2:08Number two, anti-semitism is the oldest
  57. 2:12hatred uh in humanity and you find it,
  58. 2:16believe it or not, across the entire
  59. 2:18world. What made the West different
  60. 2:20after they nearly exterminated their
  61. 2:23Jews was to have that honest look in the
  62. 2:26mirror and reckon with what they did and
  63. 2:30then that those campaigns to end it.
  64. 2:33Islamophobia is a madeup word. It's made
  65. 2:37up by a political movement that wants to
  66. 2:41exploit and capitalize on white guilt to
  67. 2:45achieve its end goal, which is the
  68. 2:47revival of the caliphate. And the
  69. 2:49revival of the caliphate is to convert
  70. 2:51all of us into Islam. Whether we like it
  71. 2:54or not, those of us who refuse to do
  72. 2:56that, we will surely be beheaded. I'm
  73. 2:58sure I'm on top.
  74. 3:00And that is their end goal. And so
  75. 3:02they're exploiting these western part of
  76. 3:04subversion. This is one, this is just a
  77. 3:06guest speech, but I I wish that at some
  78. 3:08point someone here could start a lecture
  79. 3:12series on subversion, on active
  80. 3:15measures, on asymmetric warfare. That
  81. 3:18would get you interested in what it is
  82. 3:20that the Islamists are doing and how
  83. 3:23they've become so successful against
  84. 3:25these great nations with these
  85. 3:27incredible military and economic
  86. 3:29structures. And yet, the Islamists are
  87. 3:31winning. Islam is spreading. They're
  88. 3:33doing better today than they were doing
  89. 3:35in 2001 after they hit us and we invaded
  90. 3:37Afghanistan. They've got Afghanistan
  91. 3:39back. They have Iraq back. They have
  92. 3:41Syria. Um, and these Muslim governments
  93. 3:44are shut I mean they're shaking in their
  94. 3:46boots. They're worried about what what
  95. 3:48could happen to them because of the
  96. 3:49Islamist movement. And that's why the
  97. 3:51Islamist movement came here and they're
  98. 3:53exploiting principles like freedom of
  99. 3:57speech, freedom of religion, freedom of
  100. 3:59association and so on. And of course
  101. 4:02these progressive movements that we have
  102. 4:04here, we've got to understand that and
  103. 4:06we've got to become really creative in
  104. 4:09finding a way of preserving our
  105. 4:11principles. I don't want to give up on
  106. 4:13the freedom of speech. But on the other
  107. 4:16hand, on beating the Islamists at their
  108. 4:19game,
  109. 4:21>> is there room for compromise between
  110. 4:23principles?
  111. 4:29If I want to kill you and behead you
  112. 4:33unless you convert to the religion I
  113. 4:35dictate what would be the place of
  114. 4:37compromise.
  115. 4:40>> Uh well I would not mind converting as I
  116. 4:43myself am am an agnostic so have no
  117. 4:46faith not have no established faith.
  118. 4:49>> However I understand that some people
  119. 4:50would not see have share that vision. So
  120. 4:55>> um let's play with this thought for a
  121. 4:58while. There's a time and a place for
  122. 5:00everything and for some of the people
  123. 5:03say in places like Africa, we don't talk
  124. 5:05about this but Islamists are active in
  125. 5:08Africa and violently. So um if you're a
  126. 5:12Christian in Egypt or [clears throat]
  127. 5:15a Hindu in in parts of Pakistan and you
  128. 5:18have someone looking at you and saying
  129. 5:20you'll either lose your head or you
  130. 5:21convert to Islam, it makes sense to
  131. 5:24consider converting to Islam. But here
  132. 5:28today for us to have the attitude of
  133. 5:32well we'll see what happens and if it if
  134. 5:35we get to that point I'll just convert.
  135. 5:38I will say, are you sure? Maybe you want
  136. 5:42to get educated on what would happen
  137. 5:44once you convert. What would your life
  138. 5:46be like and the life of your sisters and
  139. 5:50women? What would they do to the Jews?
  140. 5:51He has said this man, I repeat it, he
  141. 5:53said they're bacteria and they're
  142. 5:54microbes. And in the video that I showed
  143. 5:57you, they made it very clear. It has
  144. 5:59nothing to do with Palestine. It has
  145. 6:01everything to do with them being Jewish.
  146. 6:03So, they are going to annihilate the
  147. 6:05Jews. Will you stand by and watch that?
  148. 6:08Maybe I should give introduction to
  149. 6:10Islam and Islamism as a lecture series
  150. 6:12and once you understand what it's all
  151. 6:14about, you might you might develop a
  152. 6:17backbone.
  153. 6:18[applause]
  154. 6:19>> I will look forward to that greatly.
  155. 6:20Thank you very much.
  156. 6:21>> Thank you.
  157. 6:23>> Okay, Theo already started my question,
  158. 6:25but um my question is is inspired by
  159. 6:28what Jesus says in the sermon on the
  160. 6:29mount uh about blessed are the
  161. 6:31peacemakers. So, um, we see in human
  162. 6:35nature a a desire to scapegoat, right?
  163. 6:38And you're arguing that the Jews are
  164. 6:41being, um, there there's there's a
  165. 6:43movement or there's there's something
  166. 6:45that is trying to present Jews as the
  167. 6:46scapegoat, right? You talk about two
  168. 6:49important forces. um maybe the the Islam
  169. 6:52nation state which is like a political
  170. 6:53power which is a threat but then also
  171. 6:55this like you you talk about this
  172. 6:57network like uh mosques all over the
  173. 6:59place and these you know communities and
  174. 7:01all you know it's infiltrating America
  175. 7:04and and the and the west. So if our if
  176. 7:08we don't want to fall into our natural
  177. 7:11tendency to scapegoat and just become
  178. 7:15ant instead of moving from anti-semitism
  179. 7:17to anti-Islamicism
  180. 7:19and our goal is to be peacemakers
  181. 7:23then how do we do that you but at the
  182. 7:26end of your last question you framed it
  183. 7:29as a uh violent struggle right? If it's
  184. 7:33a violent struggle, then who is our
  185. 7:35enemies and what do we do?
  186. 7:38>> Right after 9/11, you were probably not
  187. 7:41born. Uh, how old were you on 911?
  188. 7:44>> I was born in 2004.
  189. 7:45>> 2004. So, yeah. So, before you right
  190. 7:48after 911, 2001 when we were having
  191. 7:51these discussions about how to treat
  192. 7:54this enemy that wasn't a state, but that
  193. 7:58was determined to destroy us. Um some of
  194. 8:02the discussions were but we can't do
  195. 8:03this because of the constitution. We
  196. 8:05can't do that because of the
  197. 8:06constitution. We can't do this because
  198. 8:08and a very frustrated judge or justice
  199. 8:12pausner said
  200. 8:14the constitution is not a suicide pact.
  201. 8:18So I don't think there is
  202. 8:22um there is a lot of space between
  203. 8:24committing suicide and doing what the
  204. 8:26young man here said is let let it just
  205. 8:28all happen. And I mean when the time
  206. 8:32comes I guess we will convert or we'll
  207. 8:34deal with it whatever and really looking
  208. 8:39at and studying openly which we haven't
  209. 8:43been able to do because we've been
  210. 8:44self-censoring and I I gave you that
  211. 8:47list of all the different ways in which
  212. 8:49we underestimated the Islamist movement.
  213. 8:53Um, but if we were to estimate it the
  214. 8:56right way, I will say in our history in
  215. 8:59America, it's not the first time that we
  216. 9:02are fighting an ideology that wants to
  217. 9:04destroy us. Communism just the other
  218. 9:07day, not so long ago, most of us lived
  219. 9:09through it. And you call it a cold war
  220. 9:12here, but in Africa and in other parts
  221. 9:14of the world, it wasn't cold. It was
  222. 9:16hot. And it and we starved in all of us.
  223. 9:19So there was there were very good
  224. 9:20reasons for the United States and
  225. 9:24Western countries to fight the ideology
  226. 9:26of communism and they developed a number
  227. 9:28of I'd say tools to recognize it when
  228. 9:33it's applying internal subversive
  229. 9:35methods and when it's coming uh from an
  230. 9:38external position and we can reapply
  231. 9:40those but we do have to we do have to
  232. 9:44identify Islamism and Islamists as the
  233. 9:48enemy that they uh and give them the
  234. 9:50full respect. You ask me to identify and
  235. 9:52you ask me to define what is an enemy.
  236. 9:55It's a force that wants to destroy you.
  237. 9:57How do I know that in these
  238. 9:59infrastructure of um mosques and
  239. 10:03madrasas and Islamic centers etc. they
  240. 10:08say it explicitly. So there is something
  241. 10:11about don't listen to me. Don't listen
  242. 10:13to the analysts with PhDs and the like.
  243. 10:15listen to them and what they say and
  244. 10:18take it at their word.
  245. 10:20>> So does this come down to a uh like
  246. 10:24propaganda war like we just inculcate
  247. 10:27our children before they do? Is is that
  248. 10:29where the battle lies?
  249. 10:30>> I think because the war they wage is
  250. 10:32totalitarian and total
  251. 10:34>> but ours where we well well we have to
  252. 10:36meet ours has to be total too. It has to
  253. 10:39be where they fight us with ideas, we
  254. 10:42fight them with ideas. Where they fight
  255. 10:44us with subversive means, we recognize
  256. 10:46that and we dismantle this
  257. 10:47infrastructure and kick them out of the
  258. 10:49country. We have those we have those
  259. 10:52tools. We have these possibilities. We
  260. 10:55can't just let them spread. And this
  261. 10:58again, we did the same to communists. We
  262. 11:01we watched as communists grew and as
  263. 11:04they were subverting our societies and
  264. 11:06we took the appropriate measures against
  265. 11:09individuals against groups and so on but
  266. 11:11always with due process and always
  267. 11:14within the limits of the constitution
  268. 11:17but we can't again I repeat the
  269. 11:19constitution is not a suicidal pact.
  270. 11:22>> I mean Ayan she just makes so many good
  271. 11:25points there. First of all, she talks
  272. 11:27about this concept of subversion that
  273. 11:30all these great western democracies like
  274. 11:33United Kingdom, Canada, France,
  275. 11:36Australia, Italy are unable to deal with
  276. 11:40some Islamic fundamentalist expansion in
  277. 11:42their countries because they're dealing
  278. 11:43with an extreme amount of subversion.
  279. 11:46And she recommends that there should be
  280. 11:48courses taught which is quite unlikely
  281. 11:49in these universities about the
  282. 11:51subversive techniques of Islam in the
  283. 11:54west especially organizations like the M
  284. 11:57Muslim Brotherhood and their sister
  285. 11:59organization Career they support which
  286. 12:02intend to take down the United States
  287. 12:03for things like Sharia law which is
  288. 12:05against the United States Constitution
  289. 12:07or uh terror attacks against Americans
  290. 12:10like we saw against the National
  291. 12:12Guardsmen uh a few weeks ago in
  292. 12:14Washington DC or the Bondi attacks by
  293. 12:16two members of ISIS and so on. These are
  294. 12:19techniques meant to subvert the west,
  295. 12:20take over democracy and destroy it from
  296. 12:23within. She also mentioned, is there
  297. 12:25going to be peace with these
  298. 12:26civilizations? And as she said, I just
  299. 12:28quote her, "How do you have peace with
  300. 12:30people who want to cut off your head?
  301. 12:33What type of negotiating will you do
  302. 12:35with them?" So, I I think she's bringing
  303. 12:37out some very cogent and important
  304. 12:39points. She came from Somalia, lived in
  305. 12:42Holland, became a politician. Now she
  306. 12:44speaks and talks around the world about
  307. 12:47the dangers of the subversive techniques
  308. 12:48of Islam, warning what's going to happen
  309. 12:51to the West if people just don't wake up
  310. 12:54right now and realize how much the
  311. 12:56danger is. We've seen this in Bondi a
  312. 12:58few weeks ago at the Kaneka massacre of
  313. 13:01over 15 Jews celebrating Hanukkah,
  314. 13:03innocent people by two Australian
  315. 13:05members of ISIS. We saw this again all
  316. 13:08around this country. There was an attack
  317. 13:09that was just aborted. four pro
  318. 13:12Palestinian Muslims and leftists were
  319. 13:14going to blow up four locations in Los
  320. 13:16Angeles. I mean, this country is really
  321. 13:18in danger and it seems to be the attacks
  322. 13:19are happening almost on a daily basis.
  323. 13:22So, thank God we have people like the
  324. 13:23great Ayan Hers Ali speaking out for us
  325. 13:26with clarity, with intelligence, and a
  326. 13:28lot of personal experience in this very
  327. 13:30matter. But I like to hear what you have
  328. 13:31to say about this. So, don't forget to
  329. 13:33leave your comments below and of course,

  331. 13:37videos.
