1:42indicator that I released two weeks ago
1:44one of my subscribers texted me and he
1:47showed me the strategy with which he has
1:49been working for more than a year and a

1:58fractional indicator but since we have
2:01already analyzed alligator we are not

2:16Bill Williams and by the way interesting
2:19fact about him is that alligator
2:21indicator as well as many other popular
2:23indicators such as awesome escalator
2:26were actually created by Him which is
2:29amazing and really cool so let's talk
2:31about fractual some more and what is a
2:34fraction you may ask this is a simple
2:36indicator that allows you to determine
2:39price minimum and maximum for a certain
2:42period of time in standard variation
2:45this is five candlesticks now this is
2:48how fraction looks in the chart and if
2:51we're talking about a price minimum then
2:54a red fraction is going to be formed
2:56under the Candlestick that is lower than
2:58two candlesticks before and after it and
3:01of course in case of a price maximum a
3:04green fraction is going to be formed
3:06over the Candlestick that it's higher
3:09than two candlesticks before and of
3:11course after it sounds really easy right
3:13but at the same time please be careful
3:16when you are trading as the fracture
3:18appears on the chart at the time of the
3:21opening of fifth Candlestick right but
3:24if the price maximum is going to be
3:26updated in the end the fraction will
3:29simply disappear therefore it's really
3:32important for you to wait for the
3:34closing of the last fifth Candlestick

4:00candlesticks that's supposed to be
4:01higher or lower of the current
4:04Candlestick to form the fraction we are
4:06leaving them as two right here and the
4:09second indicator of course is going to
4:12be alligator and we are not changing
4:15anything here don't touch it don't look
4:17at it leave it as it is
4:20now getting back to our strategy and
4:22first thing that we're going to talk
4:23about is we need to find places where
4:26we're going to open our deals in this
4:28strategy we are trading only according
4:30to the trend and if you don't know how
4:32to find Trends using alligator indicator

4:37let's shortly talk about it so you would
4:39understand for example right here we
4:41have clearly an uptrend all the lines of
4:44alligator are going up they are not
4:46intertwining not connecting and the

5:11now let's talk about how to trade using
5:13this strategy so first of all we need to
5:16find a trend and right here we can see
5:18at the beginning of an uptrend the
5:20alligator lines are not connecting
5:22they're going to the same direction up
5:24now we are waiting for the Candlestick
5:26after which the red fractal is going to
5:29be left uh basically the red arrow under
5:32the chart you can see it right here but
5:35right now we are using the replay mode
5:37and that means that we're gonna see this
5:40red point right away but in real life
5:43it's going to appear only after the
5:46second candle so the first Candlestick
5:48is going to be closed and the second is
5:49going to be opened but you can only
5:51start trading when the second
5:53Candlestick is gonna close so basically
5:56based on the strategy of our subscriber
6:00this is the point where we are opening
6:02the deal after the second Candlestick is
6:05going to be closed and at this point
6:07right here we are opening our deal for
6:10an uptrend and we are going to use two
6:14minute interval two minute expiration
6:17time we'll open it and as you can see
6:20the deal will be closed in Black of
6:22course we can use this strategy with
6:24working with downtrend right here we can
6:26see the downtrend on the lines of
6:28alligator are not connected and they are
6:30going to the same direction down and our
6:33job is to wait for a fractal of green
6:35color with an arrow pointing up we can

7:06strategy so right here you can see the
7:08downtrend the alligator lines are going
7:10down and they're not connected we are
7:12waiting for our opportunity to open the

7:19but the green fractal and we are opening
7:22the deal after this Candlestick is
7:24closed right here we are wink opening
7:27the deal because this is the second
7:29Kindle stick after the fractal

8:06reversal of the trend or the flat period
8:09even and basically for you to filter
8:12those signals from the main strategy you
8:14need to use additional indicator for
8:15technical analysis and I'm going to use
8:17a stochastic indicator which as you know
8:20one of my favorite indicators and we
8:22talked about this indicator in great
8:24detail in my free course and if you want

9:09reversal of the price and the growth of
9:12the price basically is going to go up so
9:14in this case if you see different
9:17signals from the main strategy
9:20and the statistic you need to ignore
9:22this sign and just not use it
9:26there is also additional indicator that
9:29helps you to filter out your strategy
9:31and it is 150 EMA this time I said it
9:34right in this indicator I actually
9:37advise you to use with any other
9:38strategy because it automatically hires
9:41up your win rate for 20 that it was
9:43before and the principle is easy right
9:46if the price is lower than EMA that
9:49means we can open ideas only for a
9:51downtrend if the price slash chart is
9:54higher than the line of EMA that means
9:56we can open the deals only for a uptrend

10:09alligator lines are going up with the
10:11price and they are not connected with
10:14the fractal uh forming right here that
10:17means on the second Candlestick we can
10:19open our deal for an uptrend all right
10:22here but before you do that look at
10:25every other indicator here so first one
10:28stochastic everything is perfect right
10:30the second one EMA the price is higher
10:34than EMA that's great and the last one
10:36is again our fractal signal meaning it
10:40we have three signals it's a perfect
10:42place to open the do for an uptrend and
10:45we are opening our deal for two minutes
10:46and it's going to be close in Black
10:50okay finally we're getting to our
10:53trading session and first things first
10:54we're getting the platform ready and
10:57we're choosing two minute
10:59um expiration time amount of money is
11:01going to be 800 it's like two percent of
11:05my balance candlesticks are gonna be for
11:09one minute and let's add all the
11:12indicators so fragile alligator moving
11:15average and stochastic escalator every
11:19fittings are the same except for moving
11:21average we're changing it to 150 uh type
11:25is going to be EMA and stylus I'm
11:28changing it to Yellow just because I
11:29like it that way now everything is
11:32finally ready and we can get started and

13:36have completely different signals here

13:50where there was a signal from fractal
13:53static was A-Okay but you can see that
13:59right after the closing of the second
14:01Candlestick the third one is actually
14:03rapidly moving down and even though the
14:07alligator just started to show us the
14:10beginning of a new trend I think this
14:12deal is going to be too too risky and I
14:16just advise you to ignore stuff like
14:17that because again too risky here

14:34our next deal entering it this way it's
14:37the hestic it's actually really close to
14:40the level of oversold area but it's not
14:43there just yet and the last Candlestick
14:45actually showed us that everything is

14:54position right now we're opening this
14:56deal for a downtrend for two minutes as
14:59well and let's see what's gonna happen
