  1. 0:00The days of paying Apollo and ZoomInfo
  2. 0:02thousands of dollars to access their
  3. 0:04lead data finally over. There's now a
  4. 0:06brand new generation of lead databases
  5. 0:08[music] and services and tools that have
  6. 0:10made these old expensive platforms into
  7. 0:12dinosaurs. In this video, I'm going to
  8. 0:14be taking you into [music] the future.
  9. 0:15I'm going to show you what the top 1% of
  10. 0:17cold emailers are using right now for
  11. 0:19building their lead lists. I'm going to
  12. 0:21show you where you can get unlimited
  13. 0:23verified emails for insanely low prices.
  14. 0:25That's right, actually unlimited. And
  15. 0:27where you can access specialty databases
  16. 0:29that nobody else is using. Then I'm
  17. 0:31going to show you how to use Claude
  18. 0:32[music] code to build your own in-house
  19. 0:34lead databases completely free. If
  20. 0:36you're new, welcome to the Lead Gen J
  21. 0:38channel. If you're not new, welcome
  22. 0:39[music] back and you know you're about
  23. 0:41to get some gold. I run agencies and
  24. 0:43software companies that do well over a
  25. 0:44million dollars per month. We've been
  26. 0:46listed on Inc. 5000 many times and I've
  27. 0:48been one of the top cold email educators
  28. 0:50on YouTube for over five years. And if
  29. 0:52you watched one of my videos about lead
  30. 0:54databases or building your own ICP or
  31. 0:57lead list before 2026, erase it from
  32. 1:00your memory. Everything I taught you is
  33. 1:02now wrong. [music] And that's cuz the
  34. 1:03game has changed. And because you follow
  35. 1:05this channel, you're going to learn how
  36. 1:06you can benefit from these changes more
  37. 1:08than anybody else. So if that all sounds
  38. 1:10good, I'm going to go and show you my
  39. 1:11screen and show you what me and the top
  40. 1:131% of cold emailers are using in
  41. 1:162026-2027.
  42. 1:17Now before I show you all of the new
  43. 1:18stuff, let's talk about the old stuff,
  44. 1:20what we used to teach. And that's using
  45. 1:22a database like Apollo. A great company.
  46. 1:24They maintain a really good database.
  47. 1:25They've got a ton of filter options.
  48. 1:27They're quick, they're reliable. The
  49. 1:28problem is they've got such high prices
  50. 1:31and low export limits. It's impossible
  51. 1:34for you to do cold email at scale the
  52. 1:36way that you need to in order to get
  53. 1:37great [music] results. And that's cuz
  54. 1:38these old platforms like Apollo and
  55. 1:40ZoomInfo, they started to go away from
  56. 1:42serving cold emailers like you and me.
  57. 1:44And they're trying to serve enterprise
  58. 1:46companies and real sales teams who are
  59. 1:47using these to prospect with
  60. 1:49hand-to-hand combat, one email at a
  61. 1:51time. But that's not really how we do
  62. 1:52things. We set up sequencers and we send
  63. 1:54massive amounts of emails. And to do
  64. 1:56that, we need massive amounts of data.
  65. 1:58And in the past, that was pretty hard to
  66. 2:00come by at scale and for a reasonable
  67. 2:02price. Well, not anymore. As competition
  68. 2:05has started to enter the market,
  69. 2:06technology became more accessible,
  70. 2:08software became more accessible. Amazing
  71. 2:11companies have started to spring up, and
  72. 2:13these companies are offering basically
  73. 2:14unlimited lead data for super low
  74. 2:17prices. So, I'm going to walk you
  75. 2:18through a couple of these companies that
  76. 2:20I use that I can vouch for. I'm going to
  77. 2:21show you how to get insanely low prices,
  78. 2:23even lower than advertised. And start to
  79. 2:25build your own lead database so that
  80. 2:26you're never going to be roped into
  81. 2:28these giant prices for low export limits
  82. 2:30ever again. So, let's start with Apollo.
  83. 2:33We're logged in right now. I'm going to
  84. 2:34show you what makes this a good lead
  85. 2:35database and why [music] switching now
  86. 2:37makes sense. So, why Apollo's great?
  87. 2:40They have over 250 million leads. That's
  88. 2:42a ton. And most of these filters are
  89. 2:43available in just about every lead
  90. 2:45database. Now, the thing that makes
  91. 2:47Apollo great is they pre-verify their
  92. 2:49emails so you can do email status
  93. 2:50verified. Awesome. But when? They've got
  94. 2:52these buying intent signals. They've got
  95. 2:55these revenue signals, these funding
  96. 2:57signals,
  97. 2:58and this makes it really easy to
  98. 3:00fine-tune a list that's going to be
  99. 3:01hyper-focused to your ICP. One of the
  100. 3:04things I always say when you're building
  101. 3:05a list using something like Apollo is
  102. 3:07make sure that nine out of the 10 people
  103. 3:08on that list are actually a good fit for
  104. 3:10you before exporting the entire thing.
  105. 3:12And that usually means adding a lot of
  106. 3:14inclusion and exclusion keywords. But
  107. 3:16the thing is, most of us don't even use
  108. 3:18the signals and they don't even work
  109. 3:19very well. Apollo's usually getting this
  110. 3:22data second-hand. So, by the time this
  111. 3:24funding information comes in and
  112. 3:25somebody's raising a seed round in
  113. 3:27Apollo, they're probably getting that
  114. 3:28from Crunchbase. It's already late. So,
  115. 3:30if you're interested in signal data, I'm
  116. 3:32going to show you how to do it way
  117. 3:33easier. Moral of the story here is most
  118. 3:35B2B databases, Apollo, ZoomInfo, all
  119. 3:37work the same way. They're going off of
  120. 3:39LinkedIn data. So, at their source,
  121. 3:41they're tracking people's LinkedIn
  122. 3:43profiles, seeing when they change jobs,
  123. 3:45what companies they work for, and that's
  124. 3:46how they're categorizing their companies
  125. 3:48and their leads. But one of the reasons
  126. 3:50this is so expensive, and this is what
  127. 3:52solved in the newest generation of
  128. 3:54technology is all of the tech involved
  129. 3:56in keeping the user interface here
  130. 3:58really clean and easy to to filter and
  131. 4:00easy to export. As somebody who's built
  132. 4:02a cold email tool myself, Consulti here,
  133. 4:04I'll tell you it is a technical
  134. 4:06nightmare. However, you're able to save
  135. 4:07a ton of money if you're not worried
  136. 4:09about the user interface, about the
  137. 4:11filter, about the dashboard. And hence,
  138. 4:13this is where the new generation of
  139. 4:15technologies has come alive. And those
  140. 4:17are companies like getleads.io and Blitz
  141. 4:20API. Now, if you're in the space, you
  142. 4:22may have heard of these so far. I
  143. 4:23actively use both of these platforms,
  144. 4:25getleads.io and Blitz API. And what this
  145. 4:28new generation of technologies is is a
  146. 4:30lead database that does not have a front
  147. 4:32end that you can go and in include
  148. 4:34filter items and export large CSV files.
  149. 4:37They actually built it AI forward. So,
  150. 4:39in order to access the database, you
  151. 4:41need to make API calls to request
  152. 4:43information from their back-end
  153. 4:45database. Now, there's pros and cons to
  154. 4:46that. Not everybody needs it. But one of
  155. 4:48the main pros is unlimited data. Both of
  156. 4:50these companies offer you unlimited data
  157. 4:53for a flat monthly fee. So, if you're
  158. 4:55running a cold email agency, you're
  159. 4:57managing clients, highly recommend
  160. 4:59setting one of these up. And the one
  161. 5:01that I would actually recommend you
  162. 5:02getting started with is called
  163. 5:03getleads.io. Main reason being, you're
  164. 5:05able to get access to their unlimited
  165. 5:07data for $250
  166. 5:09per month. They had this partner plan
  167. 5:11going and he says he's going to get rid
  168. 5:12of it soon. So, if you're interested in
  169. 5:14this, there's going to be a link down
  170. 5:15below where I can do a warm intro and
  171. 5:17get you this deal. But this is one of
  172. 5:19the best deals that I've ever seen. $250
  173. 5:21per month and you get unlimited data.
  174. 5:23All you have to do is post on LinkedIn
  175. 5:24twice a month. Super easy to fulfill.
  176. 5:26Or, 500 a month to not post on LinkedIn.
  177. 5:29Still really good. Blitz API is a little
  178. 5:31bit more expensive, but they also do a
  179. 5:33very good job. Now, some things to note
  180. 5:35about these technologies here, you're
  181. 5:36going to need to be pretty proficient
  182. 5:38with cloud code or code X. And you're
  183. 5:40going to be able to make API calls and
  184. 5:42you're going to need to store this data
  185. 5:44somewhere. [music] Remember, you're
  186. 5:46requesting the data from their database.
  187. 5:48But then what? You need to put it
  188. 5:50somewhere. So, in order to get the most
  189. 5:52out of these platforms, the other thing
  190. 5:53that you're going to need is some sort
  191. 5:55of back-end database that is AI
  192. 5:57friendly, that as you query this with
  193. 5:59your Cloud Code or your Codex, you're
  194. 6:00actually putting it and storing it
  195. 6:02inside of a back-end database. [music]
  196. 6:04And what I recommend for this is a
  197. 6:05platform you may have already heard of
  198. 6:07called Superbase. And as you can see, if
  199. 6:09I come in here, you'll see this data
  200. 6:11backup database. So, I'm actually doing
  201. 6:13this. I am using this. There's tens of
  202. 6:15millions of records inside of the
  203. 6:16Superbase table. It's about $20 per
  204. 6:18month for me just to maintain this. And
  205. 6:20my AI is able to create the databases,
  206. 6:23query the databases, edit the databases.
  207. 6:25And no matter what cold email campaign
  208. 6:26or Instantly or Smart Lead or Email
  209. 6:28Bison that I'm doing, I have all of the
  210. 6:30data very well tracked and maintained.
  211. 6:33Now, you might be thinking to yourself,
  212. 6:35"Jay, I'm not that AI forward. I I know
  213. 6:37I'm going to screw this up if I can't go
  214. 6:39into the front end like I do in Apollo
  215. 6:41and set the filters and export into CSV
  216. 6:44file and store it into Google Sheets,
  217. 6:46I'm not going to get it to work." Well,
  218. 6:47I'm about to solve that for you as well.
  219. 6:49I literally created skills for
  220. 6:50everything. It's the same skills that I
  221. 6:52use to query the database, build my ICP,
  222. 6:54and then use it inside of Get Leads, and
  223. 6:56build the database in Superbase, and
  224. 6:58maintain it. So, I'm going to give you
  225. 6:59the skills in the link down below,
  226. 7:01absolutely free. You don't need to pay
  227. 7:02me anything, so that you can start using
  228. 7:05Get Leads and Superbase right away and
  229. 7:07start building your own database. Now, I
  230. 7:09know your next question is going to be,
  231. 7:11"Cool. They give you [music] data.
  232. 7:12Data's cheap and free pretty much
  233. 7:15everywhere. I can go get pre-scraped
  234. 7:17list from anywhere. Are these just
  235. 7:18pre-scraped list? Is this old stale
  236. 7:20data?" And the answer to your question
  237. 7:22is mostly no. They do a very good job
  238. 7:23keeping this up-to-date. However, I
  239. 7:25always say to second-guess all of your
  240. 7:27email databases, including my own. And
  241. 7:29believe it or not, now you can launch
  242. 7:31your own open-source, completely free
  243. 7:33email verifier software. You go to
  244. 7:35reacher.email. This is actually a public
  245. 7:38open-source GitHub repo. And you can
  246. 7:39verify 10,000 emails every day [music]
  247. 7:41completely free. And if you want to go
  248. 7:43above and beyond that, uh like me, I
  249. 7:45think I think I pay them $1,000 a month
  250. 7:47now just so I can verify unlimited
  251. 7:49emails essentially. But for free, you
  252. 7:50can now verify 10,000 emails per day.
  253. 7:53So, don't trust that Blitz or GetLead is
  254. 7:55going to give you accurate data. Check
  255. 7:57it yourself and you can use Reacher
  256. 7:58instead of paid verification tools. Now,
  257. 8:01here's where it gets a little bit tricky
  258. 8:02and I'm going to give you some some tips
  259. 8:04and hints here. So, each of these
  260. 8:05platforms, because they don't have a
  261. 8:06front end, I'm going to go ahead and log
  262. 8:08in cuz I actually have an account here.
  263. 8:10use this stuff. You're going to need to
  264. 8:11integrate your cloud code or your code
  265. 8:13X. So, each of these is going to have
  266. 8:15very complex API documentations.
  267. 8:17Querying a lead database is [music]
  268. 8:19super complex. So, I'm going to come
  269. 8:21into integrations here and you'll see
  270. 8:23that they've got an MCP setup. You can
  271. 8:24generate API keys and you can hand this
  272. 8:26off [music] to your cloud code. Now, I'm
  273. 8:28going to give this one step further for
  274. 8:30you cuz using this is fine. It's able to
  275. 8:32kind of figure things out. However, I
  276. 8:33want you to get great results from this,
  277. 8:35not just be able to query it, but be
  278. 8:37able to query it efficiently and
  279. 8:39actually get results that are going to
  280. 8:41be right for you. Excluding the correct
  281. 8:43people, including the correct people,
  282. 8:44applying best practices to a lead
  283. 8:46database and filters. These are
  284. 8:48essentially the same best practices I
  285. 8:50would follow if I was going through this
  286. 8:52Apollo database and setting the filters
  287. 8:53myself. Except instead of doing it
  288. 8:55manually and waiting for it to load,
  289. 8:57waiting for it to export, now you set
  290. 8:58the filters using my cloud code skills
  291. 9:01that are going to you're going to get
  292. 9:01down below. Give it your API key for
  293. 9:03GetLead and now it's going to know
  294. 9:05exactly how to query this database and
  295. 9:07give you the results that you want. So,
  296. 9:08cool. Just to kind of reiterate what we
  297. 9:10just talked about. The first thing
  298. 9:11you're going to need to do is set up
  299. 9:13your own database, your own hosted
  300. 9:15database to put all of the data that
  301. 9:17you're querying from GetLead.io or from
  302. 9:19Blitz API. We use Superbase for this
  303. 9:21because it's easy, super AI friendly and
  304. 9:24it scales really cheaply. So, even as
  305. 9:26this gets bigger and bigger and bigger,
  306. 9:28it's only going to be a couple 10 more
  307. 9:29dollars per month. So, essentially
  308. 9:31nothing and you own this data. Unlike
  309. 9:33Apollo where you cancel and now you
  310. 9:34don't have access to all of the data
  311. 9:36that you paid for already. Here, you do.
  312. 9:38And the limits are unbelievably generous
  313. 9:40on both of these. You can essentially
  314. 9:42query this forever, and you're still not
  315. 9:44going to run out of credits. [music]
  316. 9:45Now, the other really amazing thing
  317. 9:46about these platforms, I still can't
  318. 9:48believe it sometimes, is the other data
  319. 9:49that they're able to provide. So, coming
  320. 9:51into what's included in full on Blitz, I
  321. 9:53have the $600 per month package. Let's
  322. 9:55see exactly what's included here. This
  323. 9:57includes unlimited mobile phone numbers.
  324. 9:59So, if you're somebody who does cold
  325. 10:01calling or cold texting or voicemail
  326. 10:02drops like we do a lot, these mobile
  327. 10:04numbers are worth their weight in gold.
  328. 10:07In fact, if you were to pay Apollo, cuz
  329. 10:09they typically don't give you mobile
  330. 10:10numbers. You have to pay extra for
  331. 10:12mobile numbers. Mobile numbers before
  332. 10:14now have been a very expensive
  333. 10:16commodity. Now, through both of these
  334. 10:17platforms, Blitz and GetLead, you're
  335. 10:19able to get those mobile numbers
  336. 10:20essentially for free. Now, you may also
  337. 10:22be asking yourself, let's see what else
  338. 10:24is included with some of these
  339. 10:25platforms. Well, Blitz now offers job
  340. 10:27postings and hiring signals. So, if
  341. 10:29you're somebody who relies on scraping
  342. 10:31LinkedIn for this information, now you
  343. 10:33can use Blitz or GetLead to get this
  344. 10:35information for you. And it's very
  345. 10:37accurate. I would say more accurate than
  346. 10:39Apollo's hiring and posting signals.
  347. 10:41[music] And as you can see here, both of
  348. 10:43these platforms are very friendly for
  349. 10:44using this for client work. These are
  350. 10:46built for cold email agencies. So, if
  351. 10:48you're running a lead gen agency or a
  352. 10:49cold email agency, it's almost required
  353. 10:51now that you have at least one of these
  354. 10:53platforms. Now, right now, I do
  355. 10:55recommend getleads.io cuz it's $249 per
  356. 10:58month, unbelievable. Please hit me up so
  357. 11:01that you can get access to this. It's
  358. 11:02going to be linked down below. And
  359. 11:03they've got unbelievable coverage. 53
  360. 11:05million cell phones, it's unbelievably
  361. 11:07fresh. I actually like the API usage
  362. 11:10more. It's [music] less steps for me to
  363. 11:12actually get somebody's valid email.
  364. 11:13Versus Blitz, you have to do multiple
  365. 11:15queries before you actually get to the
  366. 11:17email. I don't want to go too in-depth
  367. 11:19on that in this video, cuz you're going
  368. 11:20to have a cloud code skill that helps
  369. 11:22you do it successfully. But, just know
  370. 11:24because of the nature of how complex
  371. 11:26lead databases are in querying them,
  372. 11:28it's not just here's the filters, give
  373. 11:30me the emails. It's usually multiple
  374. 11:32steps to get there. Other really cool
  375. 11:33things I want to mention here is some of
  376. 11:35the other things that they offer like
  377. 11:37live leads. So, in the past you'd have
  378. 11:39to subscribe to multiple tools to get
  379. 11:40like LinkedIn profile information,
  380. 11:42website visitor information, company
  381. 11:44follower information. So, I think this
  382. 11:45is extra. I don't use it, but I just
  383. 11:47want you to know that it's there. So, if
  384. 11:48your mind is already going, "Holy
  385. 11:50this is unbelievable. What could you
  386. 11:52possibly tell me after this that's going
  387. 11:54to blow my mind more than this? What
  388. 11:56else is there?" Well, let me show you.
  389. 11:58I'm going to show you a little hack
  390. 11:59that's going to cost you a few bucks,
  391. 12:00but if you're willing to pay the money
  392. 12:02and you're serious about this, you're
  393. 12:03managing cold email for clients or
  394. 12:05you're doing this for yourself at scale,
  395. 12:07where else to get essentially unlimited
  396. 12:09free data and then use these tools to
  397. 12:11make it truly unlimited. And that is
  398. 12:13with Clay. [music] So, Clay has gotten a
  399. 12:15little bit expensive. Let's go to
  400. 12:17clay.com and see what the current
  401. 12:18pricing is. When I signed up it wasn't
  402. 12:20quite what it is now. You are going to
  403. 12:22need at least their growth plan, which
  404. 12:23is $446 per month so that you can do any
  405. 12:26HTTP request, which you're going to need
  406. 12:29to do. You're going to need to do API
  407. 12:31calls within these Clay tables in order
  408. 12:33to make this work. But why this is so
  409. 12:35insane, let me blow your mind. Clay also
  410. 12:37gives you free data. However, they don't
  411. 12:39give you email addresses. So, let's come
  412. 12:41into Clay and I'm going to show you what
  413. 12:42I mean. So, if I come into Clay, I'm
  414. 12:44going to come into audiences, people.
  415. 12:47Now, audiences is where they give you
  416. 12:48pretty much unlimited free data. It's
  417. 12:50really insane. Now, Clay does have an
  418. 12:52API, CLI, MCP. And just side note there,
  419. 12:55if there's ever an option between MCP
  420. 12:57and CLI, choose [music] CLI. However,
  421. 12:59let's talk about audiences. I'm going to
  422. 13:01come into people here and let's just say
  423. 13:03that I want to find people. I'm going to
  424. 13:05click search filters and it gives me all
  425. 13:07of these options. So, under these
  426. 13:08filters, I'm in people now and it gives
  427. 13:10me all of these different options for
  428. 13:12things that I can select where it's just
  429. 13:14going to give me free data. All of the
  430. 13:16leads listed, I did not pay for those.
  431. 13:18Estimated followers. Look at this, this
  432. 13:20is insane. It just gives you all of this
  433. 13:22data for free. However, [music] there's
  434. 13:23a big however, they do not give you the
  435. 13:25email. They give you the LinkedIn, they
  436. 13:27give you the company, they give you the
  437. 13:28person's name, but they do not give you
  438. 13:30the email. The reason for that is Clay
  439. 13:33wants you to spend Clay credits so that
  440. 13:35you can enrich that data and get that
  441. 13:37person's [music] email. But, they'll
  442. 13:38give you the data. The data's free. It's
  443. 13:39pretty much unlimited free inside of
  444. 13:41Clay. And in the past, you had to bring
  445. 13:43in some sort of outside tool in order to
  446. 13:45enrich it in multiple steps, or you had
  447. 13:47to pay Clay to waterfall it and see if
  448. 13:49you can find that person's email. Well,
  449. 13:51those days are now over because we have
  450. 13:53getleads.io which has unlimited
  451. 13:56enrichment. So, now you can use all of
  452. 13:58the information from Clay, all of the
  453. 13:59signal data, all of this incredible data
  454. 14:02that they give you, including all of
  455. 14:03these different signals that are
  456. 14:05available to you as long as you have one
  457. 14:06of those paid Clay accounts, job
  458. 14:08postings, promotions, news and
  459. 14:09fundraising, job changes, topic intense,
  460. 14:11[music] and then they'll give you
  461. 14:12everything but the email, and then you
  462. 14:13can use one of these to actually enrich
  463. 14:15it and find the email. Now, you might be
  464. 14:17saying to me, "But, Jay, that's a whole
  465. 14:19other software that I need to learn.
  466. 14:21It's expensive. Now I need to learn
  467. 14:23Clay. What are you talking about?" So,
  468. 14:25who is Clay actually for? Why is it
  469. 14:27powerful? Do you need Well, it's not
  470. 14:28going to be for everybody. However, if
  471. 14:30you're running a cold email or lead gen
  472. 14:31agency or doing lead gen for yourself at
  473. 14:33scale, and you have any sort of a
  474. 14:35complex workflow for enrichment or
  475. 14:38personalization, [music] you want to dig
  476. 14:40into that person's website, you want to
  477. 14:41do research into their background, you
  478. 14:43want to find somebody else that works at
  479. 14:44that company, and you want to add them
  480. 14:46to a sequencer at the end. Clay will
  481. 14:48help you do that at scale. And they let
  482. 14:49you bring in other softwares to do it.
  483. 14:51So, if you want to use Consulti to do
  484. 14:53some sort of enrichment or catch-all
  485. 14:55verification, you can do all of that
  486. 14:57inside of these Clay tables, and Clay
  487. 14:59gives you unlimited data. So, combining
  488. 15:01the unlimited data from Clay, which is
  489. 15:02super accurate, there's this is a very
  490. 15:04well-funded company, they maintain a
  491. 15:05very good database, probably more
  492. 15:07accurate and more up-to-date than either
  493. 15:09GetLead or BlitzAPI. [music] However,
  494. 15:11now you can use GetLead API and BlitzAPI
  495. 15:14inside of Clay to get unlimited email
  496. 15:16addresses. It also kind of solves the
  497. 15:17lead database problem. So, instead of
  498. 15:19backing this all up in Superbase, which
  499. 15:21I still recommend doing, now it gives
  500. 15:23you something to actually visualize that
  501. 15:25you have a table the data's coming into.
  502. 15:27It's [music] nice. Now, if you don't
  503. 15:28feel like building the tables yourself
  504. 15:31in Clay or you don't know how to use
  505. 15:32Clay, but you want to use it. I actually
  506. 15:34built something that builds all of the
  507. 15:36tables for me. So, what you'll notice if
  508. 15:38you come into their API and CLI, I'm
  509. 15:40actually going to come into the
  510. 15:41developer documentation, it doesn't do
  511. 15:43that many things. You can search their
  512. 15:45database, you can set up routines,
  513. 15:47tables is not even available to you.
  514. 15:49It's enterprise only. I really hope Clay
  515. 15:51doesn't terminate my subscription for
  516. 15:53this cuz I'm about to tell you something
  517. 15:54that's a little bit black hat. Their API
  518. 15:56doesn't let you do very many things. My
  519. 15:58API that I built for Clay lets you do
  520. 16:00everything. Build entire tables, build
  521. 16:03specific cells, build rules, take my
  522. 16:06Clay playbook and install it all inside
  523. 16:08of Clay. And where this is, I'm going to
  524. 16:10come into Lead Engine Systems.
  525. 16:13Obviously, we've got my cold email
  526. 16:14system here, which is insane, but I'm
  527. 16:16going to click on CLI and then we've got
  528. 16:18our Clay table builder. Now, what we
  529. 16:20exactly did with this CLI and all of the
  530. 16:23similar ones is [music] deconstructed
  531. 16:25their internal API. When you click a
  532. 16:27row, what internal API call calls? When
  533. 16:30you click a table, what happens? And
  534. 16:32we've rebuilt it into our own CLI. So,
  535. 16:34if you come in here and you install
  536. 16:36this, and now you can tell your Claude
  537. 16:37code, "Yo, build me this sort of table.
  538. 16:40Install this playbook from Lead Engine.
  539. 16:42Here's the playbook." And it'll actually
  540. 16:43build it and install it right there in
  541. 16:45Clay for you. So, you don't need to
  542. 16:46worry about clicking around or building
  543. 16:48tables. The days of clicking around user
  544. 16:50interfaces are gone. Everything now
  545. 16:52happens inside of Claude code. All
  546. 16:54right, so if your mind is blown so far
  547. 16:56and you've gotten any value out of this
  548. 16:57video whatsoever, I would really
  549. 16:58appreciate dropping a like, letting me
  550. 17:00know in the comments if this is helpful,
  551. 17:03and make sure that you check the links
  552. 17:04in the description
  553. 17:05>> [music]
  554. 17:05>> because I've got some insane resources
  555. 17:07for you including free skills, free
  556. 17:09discounts for these platforms. Now,
  557. 17:11let's continue. The first part of this
  558. 17:12video is pretty much dedicated to people
  559. 17:15who are willing to spend a few bucks.
  560. 17:16Typically, ones that are running cold
  561. 17:18email or lead generation agencies and
  562. 17:19managing clients. Those tools make sense
  563. 17:22for those people. But, what about if
  564. 17:23you're operating on a budget? What if
  565. 17:24you want actually free leads? What if
  566. 17:26you don't want a multi-hundred-dollar
  567. 17:28per month subscription? Well, there's a
  568. 17:29lot of really amazing options for you as
  569. 17:31well. The first one is do-it-yourself
  570. 17:33scraping. So, Claude [music] code codex
  571. 17:35has never been better at scraping
  572. 17:38websites. It's unbelievably easy for it.
  573. 17:40There's a GitHub repo here called
  574. 17:42scrapeling. This will let your Claude
  575. 17:43code get around most bot blockers. So,
  576. 17:45if you point it at a site like Apollo,
  577. 17:47you point it at a site like ListKit, and
  578. 17:50it'll just go ahead and start scraping
  579. 17:51that site for you. And if you want to
  580. 17:52save yourself some time and stress, you
  581. 17:54can use something like Apify. So, most
  582. 17:56of you are already familiar with it if
  583. 17:57you've seen the channel [music] before.
  584. 17:59Apify will let you scrape pretty much
  585. 18:01anything, and people have likely already
  586. 18:02built scrapers for whatever it is that
  587. 18:04you want to scrape. Say I want to scrape
  588. 18:06Crunchbase, and I want to scrape it cuz
  589. 18:08I want to know what the latest company
  590. 18:10funding information was. Well, look at
  591. 18:11all these Crunchbase scrapers that other
  592. 18:13people have already built and
  593. 18:15maintained. You can come into Apify and
  594. 18:17use any of these scrapers. And what I
  595. 18:19would encourage you to do is actually to
  596. 18:21come to their store and try and find a
  597. 18:23scraper that a lot of people aren't
  598. 18:24using. So, I'm going to come into the
  599. 18:26generate leads. These are all going to
  600. 18:27be the lead gen scrapers, and see what's
  601. 18:29possible. Let's say I'm looking for
  602. 18:31contact details, and let's see where I
  603. 18:33can scrape from. We've got Instagram, so
  604. 18:35I can get emails from Instagram. I can
  605. 18:37get emails from LinkedIn. WhatsApp
  606. 18:39scrape. I don't know how the heck that
  607. 18:40works. TikTok, LinkedIn, LinkedIn.
  608. 18:42Basically, any popular platform online,
  609. 18:44review sites, Crunchbase, G2, [music]
  610. 18:46that you can think about scraping,
  611. 18:48scrape it. If you can send somebody an
  612. 18:50email because you saw their G2 review or
  613. 18:52their Google reviews, you can actually
  614. 18:53say something unique to that person. And
  615. 18:55all of those scrapers are available
  616. 18:57here, and you'll be able to do it for a
  617. 18:58couple of bucks a month. Most of these
  618. 18:59scrapers aren't free, but they're
  619. 19:01unbelievably affordable, and I still
  620. 19:03find myself reaching for them all the
  621. 19:04time when I'm trying to scrape something
  622. 19:06unique. Now, in addition to
  623. 19:07do-it-yourself scraping or using Apify
  624. 19:09to scrape, there is one additional site
  625. 19:11that I would like to point you to for
  626. 19:13specialty databases and to make life
  627. 19:15really easy for getting started and it's
  628. 19:17under 100 bucks a month, which brings me
  629. 19:19into my next point, the sponsor of this
  630. 19:21video, me. I set out to solve one of the
  631. 19:23biggest problems that I was facing for
  632. 19:25getting results for my clients, which is
  633. 19:27they would come to me and say, "Yo, I
  634. 19:28need to target plumbers. I need to
  635. 19:30target veterans. Where do I go? What
  636. 19:32filters do I put in in Apollo so I can
  637. 19:34find only veteran company owners?" And
  638. 19:36the answer is there there are none. And
  639. 19:38there's no scraper on Appify that can
  640. 19:40help you find that either. So, I set out
  641. 19:41to build a lead database that brought
  642. 19:44everything together. [music] So, it
  643. 19:45wasn't just reselling the same data as
  644. 19:47List Kit or Get Leads or Apollo or
  645. 19:49ZoomInfo, but actually had data that
  646. 19:51nobody else was using. So, what I
  647. 19:52realized was if you work hard to get the
  648. 19:54data that you're emailing and not a lot
  649. 19:56of other people are using that data, go
  650. 19:58figure, those people get emailed less
  651. 20:00and it works better. They respond more.
  652. 20:01And that's why we built Consulti. I
  653. 20:03built this for the top 1% of cold
  654. 20:05emailers and it brings all of the data
  655. 20:07into one place and helps you run all
  656. 20:09your entire cold email campaign
  657. 20:11autonomously. But, what's really unique
  658. 20:13about Consulti, especially as it relates
  659. 20:14to this video, is this. We have our
  660. 20:17typical B2B database within Consulti
  661. 20:19here. However, what you have not seen is
  662. 20:21a local business database. So, if you're
  663. 20:23looking for Google Maps data, you're
  664. 20:25looking for local businesses, [music]
  665. 20:27there's not a lot of databases or places
  666. 20:29to go to find your local plumber, your
  667. 20:31local restaurant, your local roofing
  668. 20:32company. Those guys aren't really
  669. 20:34readily on Apollo or any of these B2B
  670. 20:36databases. They're on Google Maps. So,
  671. 20:38[music] you have to try and scrape
  672. 20:39Google Maps yourself, which is a long,
  673. 20:41tedious process and most of those
  674. 20:43companies don't have email addresses
  675. 20:45when you scrape them. Well, we solved
  676. 20:46all of that inside of Consulti because
  677. 20:48we pre-scraped all of those companies
  678. 20:50for you, found all of their email
  679. 20:51addresses, and that includes the owner
  680. 20:54of that local business. So, I think
  681. 20:56Consulti, I'm going to go ahead and
  682. 20:57click on check and it's going to give me
  683. 21:00a verified emails only. And if I want to
  684. 21:02find all of the martial arts companies,
  685. 21:06maybe I want to sell to martial arts
  686. 21:07students. You're not going to find that
  687. 21:09inside of Apollo. No, the only way to do
  688. 21:11it is here inside of this database where
  689. 21:12you can find these local businesses.
  690. 21:14But, what if you want to find like
  691. 21:15veteran-owned companies? What if you
  692. 21:17want to target moms? Well, a lot of my
  693. 21:19clients were coming to me with those
  694. 21:20exact requests. So, we built this
  695. 21:22Instagram database. So, we've scraped
  696. 21:25all of Instagram. It's over 100 million
  697. 21:26people. And we know exactly what they
  698. 21:28have in their bio, and we have their
  699. 21:29emails and phone numbers. [music] So, if
  700. 21:30you want to target mothers, fathers,
  701. 21:33veterans, content creators, whatever is
  702. 21:35not easy to find inside of Apollo, you
  703. 21:37can come into this Instagram database
  704. 21:39and find it here just by using bio
  705. 21:40keywords, including and excluding. And
  706. 21:42of course, if you're using any of my
  707. 21:44products or services, you better damn
  708. 21:46believe that it is as API friendly as
  709. 21:48humanly possible. You can query any of
  710. 21:50our databases using API. We've got an
  711. 21:52MCP server, a CLI, and all of the skills
  712. 21:55to go along with it. So, if you're
  713. 21:56looking for specialty databases like
  714. 21:58this cuz you have a unique use case,
  715. 22:00there literally is nowhere else to go.
  716. 22:02If there was somewhere else to go, I
  717. 22:03probably wouldn't be suggesting all of
  718. 22:05my competitors. If you're looking for
  719. 22:07unlimited B2B data, I'm probably not
  720. 22:09your best option. Although, we have it.
  721. 22:11Got it. We do a very good job with it.
  722. 22:12Where we really exceed is creators,
  723. 22:14Instagram, local businesses, and of
  724. 22:16course, B2B data, and we're unbelievably
