  22. 0:42you guys watch this video up here hi
  23. 0:45sisters chapter 1 AKA my qualifications
  24. 0:49I wanted to add a little section to the
  25. 0:51beginning that basically went over why
  26. 0:53I'm qualified to give you guys the
  27. 0:54advice on this topic personally what I
  28. 0:56learned is that I'm just not very much
  29. 0:58of the do as I say not as I do person
  30. 1:00within the past 2 and 1/2 years since I
  31. 1:02had started my own personal development
  32. 1:03journey I have lost 120 lb a
  33. 1:07year I have written my own personal
  34. 1:09development book in 6 months I have
  35. 1:10learned how to code two different
  36. 1:12programming languages I journal and
  37. 1:13meditate daily all of which I did while
  38. 1:16having two jobs going to school and
  39. 1:18balancing my social life whether or not
  40. 1:20that was like healthy but I'm not trying
  41. 1:21to say any of this to gloat brag or even
  42. 1:23stroke my ego half the time but like
  43. 1:25even though no I'm kidding I saying this
  44. 1:27to show you guys and portray that it is
  45. 1:29genu genely possible to change the
  46. 1:31course of your life always grew up being
  47. 1:33the overweight one being the one where
  48. 1:34people literally would categorize me as
  49. 1:36the ugly fat kid being the person who
  50. 1:39wanted so much out of their life but
  51. 1:41literally felt like it was just like
  52. 1:42impossible to even make a change so why
  53. 1:45am I making this video today for me
  54. 1:47personally especially like I said
  55. 1:48growing up I was always labeled I in
  56. 1:50general was not confident in my
  57. 1:52character I did not like who I was I was
  58. 1:54not very happy with the current life
  59. 1:55that I chose to live and at the end of
  60. 1:58the day what kind of really got to me
  61. 2:00was the fact that no matter what I did
  62. 2:02no matter what weight loss journey I
  63. 2:04tried to go on no matter what changes in
  64. 2:06my habits and Lifestyles I tried to add
  65. 2:07on to myself I could never ever ever
  66. 2:10break this almost wall where it was like
  67. 2:12after 2 weeks I would just relapse and
  68. 2:14go back into my old life and habits that
  69. 2:16to me just genuinely made me depressed
  70. 2:18because I was just like why can't I have
  71. 2:21this why can't I be different why can't
  72. 2:22I change why is it that everyone around
  73. 2:25me is born this way and I'm just sitting
  74. 2:27here given an unfair Advantage like
  75. 2:29really for me being able to reinvent My
  76. 2:31Lifestyle reinvent my character and kind
  77. 2:33of craft this new life for myself was
  78. 2:35truly the most fulfilling fundamentally
  79. 2:38rewarding aspects of my life to be able
  80. 2:40to have the opportunity to share that
  81. 2:41and even if just one person takes away
  82. 2:43from this and they have the opportunity
  83. 2:45and go on exactly the same journey and
  84. 2:47path that I did literally just like I
  85. 2:49don't know just make it all worth it you
  86. 2:51know what I mean so without further Ado
  87. 2:53let's officially get into the next
  88. 2:56chapter chapter number two identity and
  89. 2:59mind set one of the biggest and most
  90. 3:01important things that I learned in this
  91. 3:03journey of creating a new lifestyle for
  92. 3:06myself was to form it into my identity
  93. 3:08and my character instead of creating a
  94. 3:10goal to you know lose weight view
  95. 3:13yourself as someone who consistently
  96. 3:14goes to the gym who is healthy who wants
  97. 3:16to do this and who is doing it you have
  98. 3:19to close the gap between your desired
  99. 3:21self and your current self and to do
  100. 3:23that it all starts in the mind easy ways
  101. 3:25to do this could be using affirmations
  102. 3:27such as I am healthy you know I love
  103. 3:29going to the gym I can consistently go
  104. 3:30to the gym because basically the entire
  105. 3:32reason behind this is because you want
  106. 3:33to ingrain into your subconscious that
  107. 3:35you are someone who does this so that it
  108. 3:37is therefore not something that is all
  109. 3:38the way up here and you view as you know
  110. 3:40practically impossible and instead it is
  111. 3:43something that you can view as very
  112. 3:44easily attainable and achievable you
  113. 3:46have to start viewing yourself as if you
  114. 3:48are the person who has what it is you
  115. 3:50desire or at least can very easily have
  116. 3:52it instead of making it this massive
  117. 3:55Mount Everest of a climb to be able to
  118. 3:57achieve you need to focus on being
  119. 3:59consistent rather than trying to always
  120. 4:01execute Perfection overall when you
  121. 4:03enter this new era of your life and you
  122. 4:05know you are trying something new you
  123. 4:06are trying to lose weight again you are
  124. 4:08trying to develop your skills and
  125. 4:10passions say you know you're an artist
  126. 4:11and you're going into it thinking you're
  127. 4:13going to paint the next Mona Lisa
  128. 4:15immediately you will literally sit there
  129. 4:17and set yourself up for failure
  130. 4:19typically when we fail we choose to give
  131. 4:21up because therefore we start to view
  132. 4:22the task as impossible or the task as
  133. 4:25you
  134. 4:26know incredibly hard choosing to adopt
  135. 4:29op to growth mindset and instead looking
  136. 4:31at this inevitable failure as a time to
  137. 4:34reflect and almost strategically grow
  138. 4:36will allow you to be consistent and make
  139. 4:38steady progress even if it's one step at
  140. 4:40a time one foot in front of the other
  141. 4:42that is more than doing nothing this one
  142. 4:44for me really came in clutch especially
  143. 4:47when I kind of lacked that motivation
  144. 4:49and sometimes even discipline to be able
  145. 4:51to do it but what you have to do is
  146. 4:53emphasiz on loving the process instead
  147. 4:56of focusing on the outcome when you
  148. 4:58choose to love the process and you
  149. 4:59almost genuinely start to look forward
  150. 5:01to it it becomes that much easier to
  151. 5:03consistently do say one of your goals is
  152. 5:05you lose weight and kind of enter this
  153. 5:07stage of your life or you are healthy
  154. 5:08and you have your desired body what you
  155. 5:10want to do is reprogram your mindset to
  156. 5:13basically take whatever it is that you
  157. 5:14do not like and reprogram it into
  158. 5:17something that you do like you want to
  159. 5:18increase your experience so that you
  160. 5:20enjoy it more whether it is honing your
  161. 5:22Technique blasting your favorite music
  162. 5:24experimenting going with a friend
  163. 5:26literally doing anything that allows you
  164. 5:29to enjoy the process more and will make
  165. 5:30you that much more excited to do it next
  166. 5:33time will be what keeps you consistent
  167. 5:35and makes you want to do it again lastly
  168. 5:38for the mindset shifts I would say get
  169. 5:40uncomfortable when you're not doing it
  170. 5:41this one is a little bit more harsh but
  171. 5:43what I would say for this is to truly
  172. 5:45zoom out and look at your life
  173. 5:47regardless of if you are 15 32 65 98 you
  174. 5:51still have time getting uncomfortable
  175. 5:53with not doing it means looking at your
  176. 5:56life and understanding what it truly
  177. 5:58means for you to live the rest of your
  178. 6:00life never achieving and having what it
  179. 6:03is you want you need to stop choosing to
  180. 6:06escape the life that you are currently
  181. 6:07living and instead work your freaking
  182. 6:10leap off to make your life a paradise
  183. 6:13chapter number three this is
  184. 6:15manifestation and routines for the first
  185. 6:18point we have understand and use the law
  186. 6:20of least effort strategically the law of
  187. 6:23least effort states that people will
  188. 6:24tend to gravitate towards whatever
  189. 6:26option is naturally the most easiest for
  190. 6:28them to pick basically whatever option
  191. 6:30requires the least amount work try to
  192. 6:33understand your character and learn what
  193. 6:34parts of the process that you genuinely
  194. 6:36dread and do not look forward to so that
  195. 6:38you can either eliminate them or at
  196. 6:40least make them as enjoyable as possible
  197. 6:42to use this technique you basically want
  198. 6:44to analyze whatever it is that you are
  199. 6:46doing and whatever it is that you want
  200. 6:48to have and do and basically
  201. 6:50strategically make it as easy as
  202. 6:53possible for you to do it with the least
  203. 6:55amount of resistance against it for
  204. 6:57example when you are deciding to go to
  205. 6:59the gym maybe if you wanted to go first
  206. 7:01thing in the morning you decide the
  207. 7:03night before that you're going to lay
  208. 7:04out your airbuds you're going to prepare
  209. 7:06your outfit and you're even going to
  210. 7:08make your water bottle and everything
  211. 7:09right then and there next to your bed so
  212. 7:11that the minute you wake up you can do
  213. 7:13whatever it is you need to do in the
  214. 7:14morning for your routine and then all of
  215. 7:15your stuff is right then and there for
  216. 7:17you to grab and walk out the door even
  217. 7:18if it's automating certain tasks or
  218. 7:20minimizing the available choices do
  219. 7:22whatever you can so that even on the
  220. 7:24days where you're not in the mood of
  221. 7:25working hard you can still show up and
  222. 7:27be consistent visualize and EXP
  223. 7:29experience your desired results what
  224. 7:31would it feel like to achieve your
  225. 7:32desire how would you genuinely feel if
  226. 7:34you woke up tomorrow and you already had
  227. 7:37your desired body how would you feel if
  228. 7:38you completed your dream book series how
  229. 7:40would you feel if you started that
  230. 7:41business you've always wanted to try how
  231. 7:42would you feel if you developed your
  232. 7:44skills and could now apply for higher
  233. 7:46paying jobs visualize yourself with your
  234. 7:49results in the best imaginable way
  235. 7:51possible this again closes that gap
  236. 7:54between your current self and your
  237. 7:55desired self and therefore will begin to
  238. 7:57attract your desire manifestation and on
  239. 7:59top of that it will also keep your
  240. 8:01motivation and your discipline going
  241. 8:03strong which will Curb Your want to quit
  242. 8:05and give up and go back into your
  243. 8:07previous life and lifestyle and lastly
  244. 8:09guys create a new system most people
  245. 8:11when they decide that they want to start
  246. 8:13going to the gym or going after this new
  247. 8:16goal in their life like saying learning
  248. 8:17how to code and create a website usually
  249. 8:20do it when it is most convenient for
  250. 8:22them in their day while this will work
  251. 8:24for most people on the short term this
  252. 8:25is not sustainable long term and you
  253. 8:27will not be consistent because that's
  254. 8:29the end of the day we are not perfect
  255. 8:31and we are not always going to be
  256. 8:32motivated and we are not always going to
  257. 8:34have our schedule just be completely
  258. 8:36open due to the fact that this person
  259. 8:38has not set a consistent routine and
  260. 8:40system down the minute that the going
  261. 8:42gets tough and the minute that you know
  262. 8:43something pops up and the minute that
  263. 8:45you they aren't motivated or aren't
  264. 8:46disciplined they immediately will start
  265. 8:48to create excuses and be like oh well
  266. 8:50it's just not convenient for my day or
  267. 8:51you know there just wasn't enough time
  268. 8:53or you know I I just I was tired and
  269. 8:55this is usually the stage in the process
  270. 8:57that that person now begins to quit or
  271. 8:59give up or believe it to be you know too
  272. 9:01hard to even go after because of this
  273. 9:03you need to design a system you know
  274. 9:06that you as a character can be
  275. 9:07consistent with and will work for you
  276. 9:09long term you want your routine to be so
  277. 9:11consistent to the point where you don't
  278. 9:13even think oh am I going to do this
  279. 9:14today you know it's a part of your
  280. 9:16routine it is something that you just
  281. 9:18naturally do every single day and unless
  282. 9:20you are exhausted burnt out or whatever
  283. 9:24there is no reason for you just not to
  284. 9:25do it so for me for example every single
  285. 9:27morning I wake up and I immediately
  286. 9:29usually get my breakfast and my coffee
  287. 9:31and then watch a show or a little bit of
  288. 9:33a movie for kind of like 15 to 25
  289. 9:35minutes and then immediately right after
  290. 9:37that if I have any available schoolwork
  291. 9:39I will immediately start working on that
  292. 9:41and doing all my assignments and doing
  293. 9:42my quizzes and exams and getting that
  294. 9:43over with and then right after that I
  295. 9:46will take a shower and do my skincare
  296. 9:47routine just getting ready for the day
  297. 9:49since I kind of have curlier hair it
  298. 9:51kind of takes my hair usually an hour to
  299. 9:53an hour and a half to dry so during that
  300. 9:55time where it's drying and I can't
  301. 9:56really like leave to go to the gym or
  302. 9:58something I immediately start kind of
  303. 10:00working on more of my passion projects
  304. 10:02then the minute that my hair is dry and
  305. 10:03that kind of hour hour and a half is
  306. 10:05kind of up I have a little bit of free
  307. 10:06time to kind of decide what I want to do
  308. 10:08and usually during that time I will
  309. 10:10therefore choose to go to the gym and
  310. 10:12because of this I wake up every single
  311. 10:14day knowing that this is what I'm doing
  312. 10:16this is my structured routine and even
  313. 10:18if you know I go on vacation for a week
  314. 10:19and I come back and then I'm like oh my
  315. 10:21God I feel lost like I have this routine
  316. 10:23and system put in place that I can
  317. 10:25immediately come back to that allows me
  318. 10:28to get right back on track with my goals
  319. 10:30my aspirations my visions and then I
  320. 10:32even have times in the day where right
  321. 10:34before bed I have my reflection period
  322. 10:35so you know I meditate for a little
  323. 10:37while I do my nightly skincare routine
  324. 10:39and then I also Journal I have that set
  325. 10:41in stone so that I have the flexibility
  326. 10:45and the concrete routine that will
  327. 10:47basically bring me what I desire long
  328. 10:49term that's it for today's video guys I
  329. 10:51am so so happy to be able to share this
  330. 10:53with you I hope that you guys kind of
  331. 10:54took away at least one or two things

  333. 10:58hope that you guys at least found this
  334. 11:00post valuable or if not at least
