  1. 0:00Today, I'm going to show you my exact
  2. 0:02system to find million-doll software as
  3. 0:04a service ideas using AI. This is
  4. 0:07something I've used over and over and
  5. 0:09over again, and it works like crazy. So,
  6. 0:12after this video, you'll be able to go
  7. 0:14out there and find hot software ideas
  8. 0:16that you can use to vibe code and make
  9. 0:18money. But first, if you were to take a
  10. 0:20look at some of the different videos
  11. 0:21around software as a service ideas,
  12. 0:23you're going to find all kinds of
  13. 0:25different things. From the guy yelling
  14. 0:27at his phone to give him money to the
  15. 0:29people over here talking about how they
  16. 0:31asked Claude to make him as much money
  17. 0:33as possible. But the question is, does
  18. 0:35this stuff actually work? Is it helpful?
  19. 0:38And more importantly, are they actually
  20. 0:40validating the ideas or just coming up
  21. 0:42with things that people think are cool
  22. 0:44and hoping they make money? Well, today
  23. 0:46that's what we're going to uncover. I'm
  24. 0:48going to show you exactly how I find
  25. 0:50hundreds of profitable software ideas
  26. 0:54that I can vibe code using Claude, how
  27. 0:56to see if the market actually wants
  28. 0:57them, plus how to validate them and find
  29. 1:00the money. So, if you're looking for
  30. 1:02vibe code software ideas that you can
  31. 1:04use with Claude or any other AI, smash a
  32. 1:07like button. Let's hop in the computer
  33. 1:09and go to work.
  34. 1:16All right, let's go ahead and dive in.
  35. 1:18Now, I've been doing software as a
  36. 1:20service and vibe coding for a long time.
  37. 1:22In fact, the first business I started
  38. 1:24with programming was back in the year
  39. 1:262000. And then I started with
  40. 1:28outsourcers in the 2009 2010 era. And
  41. 1:31now I do a lot of vibe coding. And yes,
  42. 1:33my vibecoded softwares make me money
  43. 1:36every single day. Every day I wake up,
  44. 1:39there is money from my vibecoded
  45. 1:41software as a service businesses. What
  46. 1:43we're going to do today is talk about
  47. 1:44why the ones work that work and why the
  48. 1:46ones fail that fail and where you can
  49. 1:48find very simple ideas. Most people are
  50. 1:51going to over complicate software as a
  51. 1:53service. They're going to build
  52. 1:54something crazy big and they're going to
  53. 1:56ignore the fact that there are simple
  54. 1:58little tools hiding in plain sight that
  55. 2:00we can learn from and build our own
  56. 2:02derivatives or different types of tools
  57. 2:05from the ideas. There are a lot of
  58. 2:07things people want to do, especially in
  59. 2:08the age of AI that we can make tools
  60. 2:11for. The goal is keeping it very, very
  61. 2:14simple. Now, while I've made millions
  62. 2:16and millions of dollars with vibecoded
  63. 2:18software, plugins, and different tools
  64. 2:20online, I want you to realize that the
  65. 2:22results are not typical, implied, or
  66. 2:24guaranteed. In fact, the vast majority
  67. 2:26of people trying to make money online
  68. 2:28make nothing. We need to understand
  69. 2:30that. And we also need to take a look at
  70. 2:32what the global sphere looks like in
  71. 2:34this world. We can see that year 1 like
  72. 2:3820% of software as a service businesses
  73. 2:40fail and by year 10 65% are gone. And of
  74. 2:44the ones that get venture capital 75%
  75. 2:47never return positive cash to the
  76. 2:49investors. What does that mean? That
  77. 2:51means you are fighting an uphill battle
  78. 2:53if you're not looking at the right data.
  79. 2:55Today I'm going to show you how to look
  80. 2:57at the right data. Again, remembering
  81. 2:59that the results are not typical. Most
  82. 3:00people make nothing. We need to
  83. 3:02understand the data and build something
  84. 3:04lean and mean before we get going and
  85. 3:07building something giant. The vast
  86. 3:09majority of people are going to find an
  87. 3:10idea, make it super huge, over
  88. 3:12complicate it, and never profit. I want
  89. 3:14to go out there, make something in a day
  90. 3:16or two days, test the market, find out
  91. 3:18what they're willing to pay for, and
  92. 3:20then go through and build that thing up
  93. 3:22as we go. This is what I've done with
  94. 3:24many, many different software ideas.
  95. 3:26Now, we are going to use the notes and
  96. 3:29this video as a simple research
  97. 3:32checklist. We're going to find an active
  98. 3:34buyer problem, one problem. Collect real
  99. 3:36words from real people who deal with it.
  100. 3:38Inspect adjacent software and only then
  101. 3:42test a small paid outcome. We can either
  102. 3:44do paid traffic or free traffic or
  103. 3:46launch these things on Facebook or
  104. 3:47something like that. More about that in
  105. 3:49just a minute. It's important to note
  106. 3:50that we can look at like funding news,
  107. 3:52public traffic estimates, reviews,
  108. 3:54pricing pages, and earning claims are
  109. 3:56only clues. They don't prove demand. We
  110. 3:59actually have to go test it. But in the
  111. 4:00age of AI, we can go through and test
  112. 4:02it. We always want to fact check
  113. 4:04everything that the AI gives us, whether
  114. 4:07it's demand, revenue, trademark
  115. 4:09clearance to see if there's a trademark
  116. 4:11or something else that's very similar.
  117. 4:12We don't want to copy anything. What
  118. 4:14we're going to do is we're going to look
  119. 4:15for the signals. So step number one,
  120. 4:17what we're going to do is we're going to
  121. 4:19look for public signals of what's out
  122. 4:21there. Now, I was watching some videos
  123. 4:23and they were talking about different
  124. 4:25types of software ideas and things. And
  125. 4:27I got to thinking, well, you know,
  126. 4:29Reddit's a pretty good place where you
  127. 4:31can find things that people are
  128. 4:32struggling with. So going through there,
  129. 4:34what we're going to do is we're going to
  130. 4:35create these little Google dorks that
  131. 4:38will go find them. So I can go through
  132. 4:39and do startup idea. Does this exist?
  133. 4:42they're going to go through and find the
  134. 4:44the different things like how to
  135. 4:45validate or uh web check these validated
  136. 4:48startup ideas or whatever it is. Really
  137. 4:50going through and understanding what's
  138. 4:52going on there and knowing how to search
  139. 4:53the web is key. This is even more
  140. 4:56important than learning vibe coding and
  141. 4:58programming because it's all about that
  142. 4:59product, right? That's super super
  143. 5:01important. Like you could be the best
  144. 5:03painter in the world, but if people
  145. 5:05prefer Picasso abstracts or whatever it
  146. 5:08is, then you're going to struggle even
  147. 5:10if you like have everything right. This
  148. 5:12is where you have like a concert piano
  149. 5:14person who is trained in everything
  150. 5:18versus like someone who's just a rock
  151. 5:19and roll piano person who makes a bunch
  152. 5:21of money. This is what we have to
  153. 5:22understand. Now when we search for
  154. 5:24public signals, we can do like raised
  155. 5:26seed round software or press release.
  156. 5:28This will show us like oh this new
  157. 5:30software as a service raised this much
  158. 5:32money. So I could go to Google. I can do
  159. 5:34something like raised. And I can do SAS
  160. 5:38startup raised. And this will go through
  161. 5:41and find software as a service startup
  162. 5:43that actually got funded, right? And you
  163. 5:45could see all of these lists here. This
  164. 5:47is how you start to gather data and
  165. 5:49understand what's out there. You can
  166. 5:50also do like bootstrapped software as a
  167. 5:52service. We switched from software or
  168. 5:55maybe even things people don't like like
  169. 5:57I hate spreadsheet workflow. Now, we're
  170. 5:59going to go through into the detailed
  171. 6:00stuff in just a minute, but this is the
  172. 6:03giving you the idea of how I find these,
  173. 6:05right? Like, how do I do the detailed
  174. 6:07stuff to actually find and validate an
  175. 6:09idea? Or we could do like site Reddit
  176. 6:11looking for tool automation. This will
  177. 6:14go through and show you, okay, what's
  178. 6:15the best automation tool for this, that,
  179. 6:18or the other. And you can actually go
  180. 6:19through and look at these and see what
  181. 6:21they want. So, this is something for
  182. 6:22like Zapier for people who have used
  183. 6:24Zapier and Make and things like that.
  184. 6:27They want to automate certain things and
  185. 6:28you can read this and figure out what
  186. 6:30they want or even use AI to help like
  187. 6:32this here. This is for freelance
  188. 6:34automation. So this is freelancers who
  189. 6:36want automated software. This gets my
  190. 6:39mind going like, oh, could I make a
  191. 6:41freelance software for someone who does
  192. 6:43paintings on Etsy? Yeah, I could
  193. 6:44probably do that. When we get to
  194. 6:46validation, we're going to show you
  195. 6:47where that's at in just a minute. Then
  196. 6:49what we're going to do is we're going to
  197. 6:50look at the buyer, their job, their
  198. 6:51current workflow, and figure out what we
  199. 6:53can do. Keyword trigger number two or
  200. 6:56step number two is keyword triggers.
  201. 6:58This is words that surface idea signals.
  202. 7:01I have been using trigger words since
  203. 7:03the 1990s, 1999 to be exact. And what
  204. 7:06these do is they show you in your
  205. 7:08keyword tool what people want. So if I
  206. 7:11go to a keyword tool like ahrefs or
  207. 7:14whatever keyword tool you like, we can
  208. 7:16actually go through and put in a
  209. 7:19keyword. Let's go here and we will put
  210. 7:21in a keyword here. And this will show
  211. 7:23you alternatives, too. So, like if
  212. 7:25there's Camtasia alternatives or ahrefs
  213. 7:28alternatives or different alternatives
  214. 7:30people want, what we're going to see is
  215. 7:32all these different ideas. Now, some of
  216. 7:34them you don't want, like there's some
  217. 7:35health stuff in here and things like
  218. 7:37that. But if I go through and look at
  219. 7:39like Character AI or Spotify or maybe I
  220. 7:42have Canva alternatives or something
  221. 7:45like that, even Goodreads alternatives,
  222. 7:47there's a lot of things we can look at
  223. 7:48that'll actually go through and help us
  224. 7:51come up with ideas, right? So, if I go
  225. 7:53through and say Canva alternatives,
  226. 7:55okay, what are they looking for? Maybe I
  227. 7:56could just put a poll on that site and
  228. 7:58say, okay, do you want something more
  229. 8:00simple, cheaper, desktop-based, more
  230. 8:03AIdriven? What do you want? And then I
  231. 8:06can ask them, okay, for what are you
  232. 8:07making? Flyers, what kind of things are
  233. 8:09you making? Here's one for like
  234. 8:11alternatives to QuickBooks, Linkree, and
  235. 8:14on and on we go. Notion, and it just
  236. 8:16keeps going and going. This is going to
  237. 8:18give you good ideas. Obviously, we don't
  238. 8:19want to copy these ideas. We're just
  239. 8:21going to learn from them and say, well,
  240. 8:23where is the flaw? In the age of AI,
  241. 8:25there's a lot of flaws being exposed in
  242. 8:27software where what we want is something
  243. 8:29simple. Case in point, there's a
  244. 8:31software that I pay anywhere from $1,500
  245. 8:33a month up to like $4,500 a month for
  246. 8:36depending on how big my list is at the
  247. 8:39time that does CRM stuff. And I know for
  248. 8:41a fact that that software I'm using like
  249. 8:4410% of it. I would love to have a
  250. 8:46cheaper, easier, faster version that I
  251. 8:49could use and we're actually currently
  252. 8:50working on making that right now. Or we
  253. 8:53could use a word like versus
  254. 8:54replacement, integration. This is a
  255. 8:57really good one. If we have integration,
  256. 8:59you could see something like maybe
  257. 9:01startup integration or or LinkedIn or
  258. 9:04something like that. And you can see all
  259. 9:06the different integration. Now, you will
  260. 9:08have to do a little bit of digging, but
  261. 9:09it can find all kinds of really cool
  262. 9:11stuff like here's AI integration. You
  263. 9:14have um you can even go through with AI
  264. 9:17integration and go even deeper with
  265. 9:19okay, what types of AI integration?
  266. 9:22Make.com,
  267. 9:24you have this one, and perplexity. On
  268. 9:26and on we go.
  269. 9:29We can also look for templates,
  270. 9:30compliance, calculator, dashboard. All
  271. 9:33of these things will help you. Again, I
  272. 9:35will have all of these with the big list
  273. 9:37of Google dorks and other stuff over at
  274. 9:40downloadmyotes.com now. But only go
  275. 9:42there after watching this entire video
  276. 9:44because you want to pair the notes with
  277. 9:46the video. Some people think the notes
  278. 9:48are a shortcut, but going through the
  279. 9:50notes is different than going through
  280. 9:52this video. Like I put this together in
  281. 9:54a very strategic way to give you the aha
  282. 9:57moments in the method and and the the
  283. 10:00the listing that I have, right? Like
  284. 10:03going through I want you to go through
  285. 10:05this process, step one, step two, step
  286. 10:07three, because what's going to happen is
  287. 10:09you're going to invest your time and at
  288. 10:10the end you're going to get an aha
  289. 10:12moment that builds on everything you
  290. 10:13learned. Rather than just going through
  291. 10:15and saying, "Hey, go type alternatives
  292. 10:17in your keyword tool. Have a nice day."
  293. 10:19Which is what most people want. What you
  294. 10:22need is you need the journey. We need to
  295. 10:23get past this whole 80D. I don't have
  296. 10:26time to read anything. Give me the short
  297. 10:28version. We need to get to the things
  298. 10:30that actually work because it's a
  299. 10:31process. There's a process that I go
  300. 10:33through that is important. And if I skip
  301. 10:35any part, it's the money stuff that
  302. 10:37you're going to skip, right? Like going
  303. 10:39through and and trying to shortcut
  304. 10:40things is not really going to help. We
  305. 10:43need to do this the way that we need to
  306. 10:45do this so we get the output that is
  307. 10:47going to be based on data. This is
  308. 10:51everything. Going through and using
  309. 10:52something like calculator, dashboard,
  310. 10:54reporting or something like that. Very
  311. 10:56very important. Another one you can do
  312. 10:57is something like workflow. If I do
  313. 11:00workflow over here, we can see okay,
  314. 11:02what kind of workflows are people doing?
  315. 11:04Can I package that into a tool? Maybe we
  316. 11:07have a workflow diagram or N8N workflow.
  317. 11:12That would be a good one. Maybe Manis AI
  318. 11:14advanced usage tips workflow. That's
  319. 11:17pretty solid. like that's one I am
  320. 11:19literally going to use after this
  321. 11:21training because I actually have that
  322. 11:23and that's 2500 searches a month. So
  323. 11:26looking at that, that's a very specific
  324. 11:28group of people and and Manis is not
  325. 11:30cheap. I spend $500 to $1,500, sometimes
  326. 11:34$2,000 a month on Manis. Knowing that
  327. 11:37workflow would change the game. So these
  328. 11:39are going to go through and they're
  329. 11:40going to jog little ideas for you. An
  330. 11:41example could be like alternatives and
  331. 11:43property manager. We could even go
  332. 11:45through and do something like for
  333. 11:48property manager for property managers.
  334. 11:51There you can see software for property
  335. 11:53manager. All right, that's pretty dead
  336. 11:56simple. Like that is onp point
  337. 11:58accounting software for property
  338. 12:00manager, right? 200 people and that's
  339. 12:02200 people that know to look it up.
  340. 12:05That's showing us the demand. The amount
  341. 12:07of property managers that could actually
  342. 12:09benefit from this is way bigger. So,
  343. 12:11what we're doing is we're looking at a
  344. 12:13market that's super super
  345. 12:14straightforward. Now, step number three,
  346. 12:16this is one of my favorites. What we're
  347. 12:18going to do in step number three, you
  348. 12:19might have seen a little hint at it over
  349. 12:20here. We're going to go through and
  350. 12:22we're going to take the top 100 sites
  351. 12:24and directories where people post
  352. 12:26software ideas, startups, and things
  353. 12:28like that. Whenever a startup is
  354. 12:30created, everyone wants to get traffic
  355. 12:32to it. So, they post them on all of
  356. 12:34these different things, right? You might
  357. 12:35have like Canva apps or whatever. And
  358. 12:37when we go through and look at this, it
  359. 12:39is an absolute gamecher. Just to show
  360. 12:41you an example of how this works, we can
  361. 12:43look at this one here, which is software
  362. 12:46suggest. And I can see people are
  363. 12:48looking for like SER stat. So an SEO
  364. 12:51tool would be pretty good. I can make
  365. 12:52something like that. And these aren't
  366. 12:54super difficult to make if we make
  367. 12:57something simple that's for a specific
  368. 12:59person like SEO for bloggers, SEO for AI
  369. 13:02people, SEO for video creators. And
  370. 13:05you're going to see the competition
  371. 13:06isn't super huge, but if I was to go
  372. 13:08through and do something like
  373. 13:09chatgptt.com/g,
  374. 13:12which is where custom GPTs live. I
  375. 13:14taught people how to use custom GPTs.
  376. 13:16Some of them went on and some of them
  377. 13:18are still profiting from the GPTs they
  378. 13:20made. When we look at this, what it does
  379. 13:22is it shows you what people want. Chat
  380. 13:25GPT for teachers. Interesting. Okay,
  381. 13:28that's one that we went through and
  382. 13:29validated in just a minute. ChatGpt
  383. 13:31resignation. Handwritten signature
  384. 13:33generator. Okay. Yeah, probably don't
  385. 13:35want to do that one. Picture decoder or
  386. 13:38um for coding free chat GPT. All kinds
  387. 13:41of different things like this that are
  388. 13:42going to work really well. There's a
  389. 13:44logo transparent, logo maker, hairstyle
  390. 13:46simulator. And what this will do is
  391. 13:48it'll give you little ideas on what
  392. 13:50people are doing. And half the time
  393. 13:52programmers don't speak average people
  394. 13:54language. My job is to make something
  395. 13:57for the masses. Right? What did ChatGBT
  396. 13:59do? They made AI for the masses. Up
  397. 14:01until chat Gvt, people had AI. It was
  398. 14:04just really wonky and big and difficult
  399. 14:07and only programmers could use it. So,
  400. 14:10what we're going to do is we're going to
  401. 14:12make something simple. Think like remove
  402. 14:14background tool. There's a remove
  403. 14:16background tool out there that's making
  404. 14:18more money than I've ever made in many
  405. 14:20of my lifetimes. And it's a very simple
  406. 14:23tool. It does something people can do
  407. 14:25free online anyway, but you're willing
  408. 14:29to pay for the premium because it does
  409. 14:30it in a faster, easier way and I don't
  410. 14:32have to think about it, right? I just
  411. 14:34drop it in there and I'm ready to go.
  412. 14:36Same kind of thing here. If we can make
  413. 14:37something simple, what we can do is
  414. 14:39validate with these ideas. And what
  415. 14:40you're going to find is all of these
  416. 14:42have lots and lots of keywords. You got
  417. 14:44Reddit, which is probably one of the
  418. 14:45bigger ones, um, which is going to give
  419. 14:48you lots of ideas. Like there's
  420. 14:49everything there. So what I would want
  421. 14:51to do is maybe go Crunchb, Zapier, maybe
  422. 14:54even something like software advice or Y
  423. 14:56Combinator. This is like a specific
  424. 14:58business software as a service startup
  425. 15:02kind of place, right? So you have like
  426. 15:03all these different things people are
  427. 15:05looking for like programming books. You
  428. 15:07have um let's see here
  429. 15:11best online white noise. Maybe I can
  430. 15:13make a white noise generator. That's
  431. 15:15kind of cool. You have um all kinds of
  432. 15:18different things that are there. And
  433. 15:19you'll find ideas here. You just have to
  434. 15:21search for them. Like you have a Wordle,
  435. 15:23a lot of people doing like word things
  436. 15:25and on and on we go. And what you'll
  437. 15:26find is there's lots and lots of ideas.
  438. 15:29What we're going to do is we're going to
  439. 15:30validate them. Getting ideas is not
  440. 15:33where the money's at. Right? Ideas are a
  441. 15:35dime a dozen. It's like that uncle you
  442. 15:37have that at Thanksgiving he's got a new
  443. 15:39t-shirt idea every every year, but he
  444. 15:42never does anything with it. We want
  445. 15:43things we're going to do stuff with.
  446. 15:45That's the key here. And that's why we
  447. 15:47want to validate. So, going through
  448. 15:49here, what we're going to do is look at
  449. 15:50like um music startup. Okay, cool. You
  450. 15:53could look at a Whimo. Obviously, I'm
  451. 15:55not going to make a Whimo. Or you could
  452. 15:57look at like different things that
  453. 15:59people are building live alternatives
  454. 16:01and and things like that. Okay, really
  455. 16:03cool stuff. So, what we're going to do
  456. 16:04is we're going to flesh these out. We're
  457. 16:06going to look at what's out there and
  458. 16:07then we're going to dive deep on one. If
  459. 16:09I have something like logo generator,
  460. 16:11then what I'll do is I'll dive deeper
  461. 16:12into it and start to validate it. Once I
  462. 16:15get something good, we're going to run
  463. 16:16it through the validator like this and
  464. 16:18I'm going to show you exactly how this
  465. 16:20works. So, using these hundred sites is
  466. 16:22a gamecher. Um, AppSumo is a good one.
  467. 16:25Product Hunt. Any of these that have
  468. 16:28this type of stuff is going to be really
  469. 16:29good. If I was to do Product Hunt,
  470. 16:32you'll see what this looks like here.
  471. 16:34Product
  472. 16:35product.com.
  473. 16:38And you can also look at like launch
  474. 16:40lists. There are lists of software
  475. 16:42that's being launched. You can kind of
  476. 16:43look at that and see okay well what can
  477. 16:45I do that would be good product hunt
  478. 16:47here you can see like job right AI okay
  479. 16:49what is that job right AI personal AI
  480. 16:53job search co-pilot okay I might not be
  481. 16:55able to make like this giant job search
  482. 16:57one but could I make something specific
  483. 17:00for like dental assistance how to get a
  484. 17:02job and how to find them these are the
  485. 17:03kind of things you want to look at and
  486. 17:05looking at like startup pill and things
  487. 17:07like that are going to give you the back
  488. 17:10door into what's going on now once We
  489. 17:13get an idea we want from these ideas.
  490. 17:15And again, this list is going to be at
  491. 17:16downloadmyotes.com. We're going to go
  492. 17:18step four and we're going to validate
  493. 17:20the idea. Good validation reduces
  494. 17:22uncertainty one piece at a time. You
  495. 17:25might think something's a good idea, but
  496. 17:27what we're doing is we're looking for
  497. 17:28evidence that a specific person has a
  498. 17:30painful reoccurring job that can be
  499. 17:32reached, can pay, and will choose a
  500. 17:34focused solution over the current
  501. 17:36workaround. This is where we came up
  502. 17:37with the video hacks software. This is a
  503. 17:40software designed to help people through
  504. 17:43making videos, right? This is something
  505. 17:44they do all the time. It's difficult.
  506. 17:47They don't know the structure. We're
  507. 17:49making it very, very straightforward and
  508. 17:51easy for them to use. So, what we're
  509. 17:53going to do is we're going to look for
  510. 17:55what people are going to pay for. Number
  511. 17:57one, we're going to name the buyer and
  512. 17:58the trigger moment. Write a sentence
  513. 18:00like when this person So, when someone
  514. 18:03looking for a job,
  515. 18:05they currently use this workaround.
  516. 18:08Maybe they're going through and
  517. 18:09searching on LinkedIn and whatever,
  518. 18:11which creates a lot of time, effort, and
  519. 18:14you never get call backs. So, if we can
  520. 18:17go through and think about how to solve
  521. 18:18that problem and write it clearly, we
  522. 18:21can make it work. If you can't write it
  523. 18:23clearly, the idea is still too broad,
  524. 18:25right? I don't want job search AI or
  525. 18:28dating AI. I want this dating AI is for
  526. 18:32people that just got out of divorces or
  527. 18:36whatever, right? I want something
  528. 18:37specific. Very important. Then what
  529. 18:39we're going to do is look for frequency
  530. 18:41and urgency. Is this something they'd
  531. 18:42pay for right now or is it something
  532. 18:44they just want to solve later? Like last
  533. 18:46week I was doing taxes in my business. I
  534. 18:48paid for a software that converted the
  535. 18:50PDF files into Quicken. I needed that. I
  536. 18:54paid for it right then and there. I'd
  537. 18:55pay for it again. Very important. It was
  538. 18:58something that helped. So, can I look at
  539. 19:00like a weekly, monthly, deadline driven,
  540. 19:03something they want right now? Ask
  541. 19:05whether the problem happens often enough
  542. 19:07to justify a subscription or whe whether
  543. 19:09it's a highv value one time, right? Like
  544. 19:11that software that converted the PDFs
  545. 19:13into Quicken. That's something I buy one
  546. 19:16time. I could make it a software
  547. 19:18subscription, but it's probably not
  548. 19:20going to fit that. Then we're going to
  549. 19:21collect evidence from real people. This
  550. 19:23is where you look at Reddit and see,
  551. 19:25okay, are people actually struggling
  552. 19:26with this? Are people looking for
  553. 19:28alternatives to something like Canva or
  554. 19:32whatever? And what can I make? Canva is
  555. 19:34very very difficult to use. There's a
  556. 19:36lot of stuff on there. If I want just a
  557. 19:39flyer creator or a business card creator
  558. 19:41or a logo generator, I'm going to make
  559. 19:43it much much more straightforward. We're
  560. 19:46going to talk to people who actually do
  561. 19:47the work. Go in there. Like the best
  562. 19:48thing you could do once you get an idea
  563. 19:51and you you hammer it out, go and talk
  564. 19:54to real people. Like go on the forum,
  565. 19:55say, "What do you struggle with? What do
  566. 19:56you need?" Listen. Talk to people on on
  567. 20:00webinars. Learn from them. Don't lead
  568. 20:03with your solution. Ask what happened
  569. 20:04the last time the task went wrong or
  570. 20:06what they need help with. Then what
  571. 20:08we're going to do is inspect the current
  572. 20:09workaround. What are they currently
  573. 20:11using? Like, okay, for me, I come out
  574. 20:13with a video. We need to take that
  575. 20:16thumbnail, upload it to my blog, convert
  576. 20:18the video into a blog post, make a nice
  577. 20:20blog post, send an email. If I have a a
  578. 20:23system that works for this, that's
  579. 20:25something I can sell to podcasters or
  580. 20:26video creators. We're going to inspect
  581. 20:28that workaround and see what they're
  582. 20:30currently doing. Very important. Then we
  583. 20:32check public demand cues. Are people
  584. 20:35looking for where to buy this? Repeated
  585. 20:37buyer words. Test the pricing conversion
  586. 20:40or conversation where we go through and
  587. 20:41say, "Okay, are people actually
  588. 20:43interested in this? Will they pay for
  589. 20:45it?" Map the wedge. Do preliminary NISK
  590. 20:48and risk and name checks. Run a simple
  591. 20:51small test before building software. And
  592. 20:53then define the continue stop rule.
  593. 20:55Before testing, decide what would count
  594. 20:57as evidence. Like, will I get a sale?
  595. 20:59Will I get an opt-in? When we go through
  596. 21:01and look at this, what we're going to do
  597. 21:03is come up with ideas. All right, we can
  598. 21:06go through and say something like a
  599. 21:07100red software as a service ideas.
  600. 21:09Trade quote follow-up home services.
  601. 21:12Searching for something like this in
  602. 21:13Google is going to give you ideas.
  603. 21:16Searching for something like this in
  604. 21:17Manis, it can go through and validate
  605. 21:19and do all the work for you. Figure out
  606. 21:21all of this stuff here. There you go.
  607. 21:23The most uh best AI lead conversion
  608. 21:26system, best home CRM. This is giving
  609. 21:29you ideas that are very very strategic
  610. 21:31and very specific. You can do this with
  611. 21:34all 100 of these and you can actually go
  612. 21:36to Manis and you could start a Manis
  613. 21:38where you say, "Okay, find all these."
  614. 21:40That's exactly what I'm doing here. And
  615. 21:42I can go through and do a new task like
  616. 21:44this and say using this, find me
  617. 21:48software ideas that fill the gaps. Look
  618. 21:54what people struggle with
  619. 21:57and what I can build
  620. 22:00and sell
  621. 22:03it for. Right? And then what we're going
  622. 22:05to do is get that whole report, be able
  623. 22:07to get something we can use. And what
  624. 22:09you're going to find is is this is going
  625. 22:11to change the way that you think about
  626. 22:14coming up with startup ideas. We're
  627. 22:16going to go through and look at data
  628. 22:17only. Like that's literally all I care
  629. 22:19about is the data. And you can see here
  630. 22:22looking at something like Crunchbase,
  631. 22:24you can see all the different ideas here
  632. 22:26that work. And I'll put some of these in
  633. 22:28the notes so that you can use it or
  634. 22:31going through something like get lotka.
  635. 22:33This is actually a really good one. I
  636. 22:35have a subscription to this. Um it shows
  637. 22:37all the different funded and revenue of
  638. 22:40these businesses, right? So I can go
  639. 22:42through and be like, okay, which ones
  640. 22:43have the most revenue? And boom, this
  641. 22:46will go through and give us those ideas
  642. 22:47and you can validate them, right?
  643. 22:49Looking at this is super important. It's
  644. 22:52better than just going through and being
  645. 22:53like, "Oh, what's a good idea?" or "Chat
  646. 22:55JVT, make me money." That kind of stuff.
  647. 22:57It's cute and all. It gets views, but if
  648. 23:00you want something that works, look at
  649. 23:01this. Like landlord studio. Okay. What
  650. 23:04does that do? Is there something? Is
  651. 23:06there a problem I can solve for
  652. 23:08landlords that would actually help them?
  653. 23:11Right? This is where the rubber meets
  654. 23:12the road. And you can validate. You can
  655. 23:15look at all these different trigger
  656. 23:16words. Again, these will be in the
  657. 23:17notes. we can go through and use the
  658. 23:20validator to go even deeper. Now, when
  659. 23:22we go through and we find something we
  660. 23:24like, it's very important to run it
  661. 23:26through this validator like I did this
  662. 23:28one for uh pair deck which is a learning
  663. 23:31teaching AI. If I was to go through and
  664. 23:34look at this with another one, let's say
  665. 23:36we wanted to go through and do let's
  666. 23:39pick one here maybe job right or um
  667. 23:43something specific. Let's see here.
  668. 23:46Maybe maybe that um one for landlords or
  669. 23:49something, right? So, let's do landlord
  670. 23:52something like that. So if I go through
  671. 23:54and I do landlord landlord tool to run
  672. 23:59your own properties
  673. 24:02without a property manager
  674. 24:06have let's do lists
  675. 24:10current
  676. 24:13service providers
  677. 24:16income how much from rent ect. What this
  678. 24:22will do is it'll validate it and give us
  679. 24:24the idea. Then if you come up with your
  680. 24:26product name, I can do like landlord
  681. 24:29landlord
  682. 24:31suite or something like that. And then
  683. 24:33it'll actually validate whether there's
  684. 24:35someone doing that and then boom, we're
  685. 24:37ready to go. So let's go ahead and
  686. 24:38refresh this one.
  687. 24:41Let's see.
  688. 24:43And it'll actually give us that rundown.
  689. 24:45So let's do this landlord tool. Let's
  690. 24:48call it landlord
  691. 24:51suite. And then boom. When it validates,
  692. 24:54takes a minute, but it'll actually go
  693. 24:55through and validate the whole thing.
  694. 24:57Much like I did with this one, it's
  695. 24:59going to give you a score of whether you
  696. 25:00should build it or not. Tells you where
  697. 25:02it can be sold and what happens. So, the
  698. 25:05name is a landmine. So, it tells me
  699. 25:06right away, yeah, there's there's a
  700. 25:08trademark with that name. Don't do it.
  701. 25:10Um, it does show you the wedge, the
  702. 25:12entry offer, what other companies are
  703. 25:15getting as far as searches, right? So
  704. 25:18like all these lesson plans, it gives
  705. 25:19you the keywords, shows you why and what
  706. 25:21they want, shows you the criteria, the
  707. 25:24biggest risk, the revenue and earnings
  708. 25:27of similar softwares. I mean, this tool
  709. 25:29is pretty amazing. Um, going through and
  710. 25:32using that, it'll show you the exits,
  711. 25:34like was there companies that got
  712. 25:36acquired at the end? Then it shows you
  713. 25:37the keyword and demand cost per click,
  714. 25:40shows you exactly which ones to target,
  715. 25:42and bada boom, bada bang, you're off to
  716. 25:44the races. It even shows you what the
  717. 25:46pricing looks like and how big those
  718. 25:48other sites are. This is super super
  719. 25:51important because a lot of people are
  720. 25:52just coming up with an idea and thinking
  721. 25:54that the idea is everything. It's not.
  722. 25:56It's the research behind it. Going
  723. 25:58through and looking at all these ideas,
  724. 26:00you will find stuff, but if you go in
  725. 26:02the wrong direction for something that's
  726. 26:04not going to work just based on
  727. 26:06non-data, you're going to struggle. Now,
  728. 26:09when we get into the practical traffic
  729. 26:10methods to test, when I go through what
  730. 26:13I would want to do is if I'm starting a
  731. 26:15software as a service, I would want to
  732. 26:17promote a similar one in my market first
  733. 26:20to see if I could get sales. Because if
  734. 26:23I can't get sales for something that's
  735. 26:25in my market already, then what makes me
  736. 26:27think I'm going to get sales if I have
  737. 26:28my own software? I mean, it does help to
  738. 26:30have your own software, but if you can't
  739. 26:32get a sale, you need to learn to get a
  740. 26:35sale, right? That's why we start with
  741. 26:36affiliate stuff. And using this will
  742. 26:38give you a guideline. Maybe uh we can go
  743. 26:40through and say which ones actually have
  744. 26:42affiliate programs, right? Maybe this
  745. 26:44mentor whatever has an affiliate
  746. 26:46program. Okay, let's see here. They
  747. 26:49probably do. A lot of these companies
  748. 26:51do. And we can see, okay, yeah, can I
  749. 26:53actually promote this? How does it work?
  750. 26:55Very, very straightforward. Then what we
  751. 26:57can do is we can test with a press
  752. 26:59release. Maybe start drumming up some
  753. 27:00some news about it. See if people want
  754. 27:02this. You can put it on software
  755. 27:04directories, short videos, useful demos,
  756. 27:06affiliate and referral, build an email
  757. 27:09list, create search content, direct
  758. 27:11outreach, communities, and on and on we
  759. 27:14go. And we talk about this in the videos
  760. 27:16in the description, but going through
  761. 27:18and really understanding like where's
  762. 27:20the idea? How do I how do I validate
  763. 27:23that? If I was going to have a job one,
  764. 27:25what would that look like? So this one
  765. 27:27here for the landlord tool landlord
  766. 27:29suite 85 out of 100 build it right it's
  767. 27:33saying build it we can look at it and
  768. 27:35say the build it score of 85 is driven
  769. 27:37by clear demand and strong revenue proof
  770. 27:40keywords like property management
  771. 27:41software have a combined value uh volume
  772. 27:44of 18,000 with brutal cost per click so
  773. 27:46it's a big market build sold for 580
  774. 27:50million proving a massive market value
  775. 27:52dedicated tool for professional
  776. 27:54landlords managing
  777. 27:56um is a bigger software, so it's going
  778. 27:58to take a bit, but we could do an entry
  779. 28:00offer. So, it's telling you exactly what
  780. 28:02to do. First traffic moves, launch ads,
  781. 28:05run targeted ads, and then we could see
  782. 28:07the first five pages to build. I mean,
  783. 28:10this literally walks you through it. You
  784. 28:11can validate this all on data. Best
  785. 28:13property management software for 10 to
  786. 28:1550 units. Cool. Property management
  787. 28:18software for growing landlords.
  788. 28:19Appfolio. This shows all the different
  789. 28:22things that are out there. what not to
  790. 28:25use. Okay, so conversion rate from paid
  791. 28:27traffic to paid subscriber is below 1%
  792. 28:31after three months of optimization. So
  793. 28:33that's showing you, hey, if I do this
  794. 28:35and I have a $19 product, I'm probably
  795. 28:36going to lose money. We can also look at
  796. 28:39not doing trademark stuff. This is
  797. 28:42something that a lot of videos don't
  798. 28:43tell you, but you can get in hot water.
  799. 28:45Revenue and earnings evidence. Yes,
  800. 28:48there are lots of companies doing it.
  801. 28:49What could I do? That would be super
  802. 28:52simple, right? This is the kind of thing
  803. 28:54where you can go through and take the
  804. 28:56report. We're actually going to make
  805. 28:58this to where it downloads a report for
  806. 29:00you. You can take this report and put
  807. 29:04this into something like Claude and say
  808. 29:09based on this, what would be a good
  809. 29:14unique
  810. 29:15MVP I can build and ship
  811. 29:20fast? This is a prompt that's going to
  812. 29:24help you build a business. And I'll have
  813. 29:26some examples of this prompt. Um, this
  814. 29:28tool is a paid tool that we have inside
  815. 29:31our AI profit scoop elite membership. I
  816. 29:35will put a link to that over at
  817. 29:36downloadmyotes.com as well. Um, that's
  818. 29:39where we go through and we work with you
  819. 29:40every single week. Like every Tuesday we
  820. 29:42have a call, every Thursday we have a
  821. 29:44call. We have special trainings
  822. 29:46throughout the day. uh we give you guys
  823. 29:48domains and ideas and business ideas and
  824. 29:51literally help you every step of the
  825. 29:53way. This is super big, super
  826. 29:56straightforward. But again, what we're
  827. 29:57doing is we're showing you how to look
  828. 29:59at data and really take things that are
  829. 30:02going to help validate your idea. Fix it
  830. 30:05up, make it work, take it to market,
  831. 30:07like maybe promote affiliate stuff in
  832. 30:09your area, build a build a audience,
  833. 30:11figure out what they're struggling with
  834. 30:13and how you can help them. So right here
  835. 30:15we're going looking at the report before
  836. 30:17the MVP. Here's what's going on.
  837. 30:19Property management software. That's one
  838. 30:22keyword cluster data for echo. Uh SEO is
  839. 30:25echoing. Okay. So it's saying the buyer
  840. 30:27intent volume is a little bit different.
  841. 30:29The gaps already filled. Here's the MVP.
  842. 30:32It actually do state law notice and
  843. 30:34paperwork engine for self-managing
  844. 30:35landlords. That's pretty cool. Not a
  845. 30:38sweet one narrow job that the $12 a
  846. 30:41month players do badly on purpose
  847. 30:43because it carries a risk they don't
  848. 30:44want. Every self-managing landlord hits
  849. 30:47the same six moments where they're
  850. 30:48getting paperwork wrong. Late rent
  851. 30:50notice. That's pretty solid. That's
  852. 30:53cool. I like that. Single PHP with a
  853. 30:56JSON. State rules are curated by hand,
  854. 30:59not generated by Gemini.
  855. 31:01It take a little bit to get that, but
  856. 31:03it's actually pretty good. It's boring.
  857. 31:05It's unglamorous. legally adjacent,
  858. 31:07whatever. Let's see what the validation
  859. 31:10looks like. 3-day notice to pay or quit,
  860. 31:13security deposit, return deadline. Okay,
  861. 31:16interesting. So, that is literally
  862. 31:18landlord. So, this running this through
  863. 31:20Claude actually made it better. And I
  864. 31:22think I might add Claude to that tool
  865. 31:24there. That would be pretty cool. Maybe
  866. 31:26a uh read this report and give me the
  867. 31:28MVP. That's a good thing to add to this
  868. 31:30tool. Um, and by the way, that's a
  869. 31:32software as a service tool where I found
  870. 31:33the demand where people are looking for
  871. 31:35software as a service ideas. Right? If
  872. 31:37you do SAS ideas, boom, look at all
  873. 31:41these people searching, very little
  874. 31:43competition. That tool I made is is
  875. 31:45going to work fantastically and it's
  876. 31:47going to get a lot of people to sign up
  877. 31:48for AI profit scoop elite. Here we have
  878. 31:51security deposit return. Let's just do
  879. 31:53return. So there you have,400 people a
  880. 31:56month and that's just one of the forms
  881. 31:58it proposed. Obviously, I would want to
  882. 32:00go through and see um the stuff like,
  883. 32:03okay, is this valid? Can they actually
  884. 32:04use these? Obviously, disclaimer it. But
  885. 32:08having it as like a land work landlord
  886. 32:10paperwork, that's a pretty solid idea.
  887. 32:13So, going through and validating using
  888. 32:15this this process works like crazy.
  889. 32:17Obviously, we need to test the software
  890. 32:19and everything like that, but what
  891. 32:20happens is you're starting on the right
  892. 32:22foot rather than spinning your wheels
  893. 32:25thinking something's going to work,
  894. 32:26thinking something's a good idea, hoping
  895. 32:28the idea is good, and then only finding
  896. 32:30out later it doesn't work. I mean, I was
  897. 32:32talking to someone who who put like $2
  898. 32:34million into an app and they're not
  899. 32:37profitable yet, and it's been years.
  900. 32:39That's where I don't want to be. I don't
  901. 32:40I don't I mean, I make a decent living,
  902. 32:43but I don't have $2 million to throw at
  903. 32:45an idea just to hope it works. I need to
  904. 32:47know it's going to work and that's where
  905. 32:50I'm going to go through and get the
  906. 32:51better odds. And even after you do this,
  907. 32:53there's no guarantee anything's going to
  908. 32:55work. We're just doing the research.
  909. 32:57That's why I would say if you're going
  910. 32:58to do this, start as an affiliate,
  911. 33:00right? Find an affiliate offer. Maybe
  912. 33:02there's maybe I can go through and do
  913. 33:04something like let's say what are some
  914. 33:08similar products? Maybe I can sell like
  915. 33:10Legal Zoom or something products I can
  916. 33:13test
  917. 33:15with as an affiliate. And then I would
  918. 33:17go through and build that up, get that
  919. 33:19audience, and and really think about how
  920. 33:21I can structure that before dumping a
  921. 33:25bunch of time and money into an idea.
  922. 33:26Now, some of these you can build fast,
  923. 33:29very inexpensively. I've done this. But
  924. 33:32again, it's your time. If you build
  925. 33:34something fast and cheap, it doesn't
  926. 33:36mean it's going to be good or wanted. We
  927. 33:39need something that's going to be
  928. 33:40wanted. That's the key to making this
  929. 33:42work is looking at the data and saying,
  930. 33:44"Okay, are there companies that do this?
  931. 33:46How could I build this up and grow it?
  932. 33:48Where am I going to be? What am I going
  933. 33:50to do? And how do I take this to
  934. 33:51market?" So, here we have easy landlord
  935. 33:54forms. They have an affiliate program,
  936. 33:56Law Depot. And on and on we go. Turbo
  937. 33:58Tenant. They have an affiliate program
  938. 34:00on uh Impact Rent Ready. So, what I
  939. 34:03would do is I would start by building
  940. 34:06this out, right? Here's another one.
  941. 34:08Landlord Insurance. That's solid. I
  942. 34:10could do that with my tool, right? I
  943. 34:12could even give them a free trial of my
  944. 34:14tool and maybe sell insurance or
  945. 34:15something like that if they don't have
  946. 34:16it. This is where the rubber meets the
  947. 34:19road. And we need to look at data before
  948. 34:22we build and ship anything. research.
  949. 34:25You should probably be spending more
  950. 34:27time on research than you do actually
  951. 34:28building the tool because research is
  952. 34:31everything. Then make something very
  953. 34:33simple based on the data that's out
  954. 34:35there. Here we could see it's doing like
  955. 34:36HVAC and all that. Here we could see we
  956. 34:39have the idea for the tenant one. This
  957. 34:41is where we go through and find things
  958. 34:42that matter. And what you're going to
  959. 34:44find from a lot of the other videos,
  960. 34:46this one was good because it talked
  961. 34:47about how the winning ideas originate
  962. 34:50from professional environments, which
  963. 34:52which is important to know. Why do 72%
  964. 34:56of winning ideas originate from
  965. 34:57professional environments? Because they
  966. 34:59serve a need that you find in that
  967. 35:02environment. If you're at a bank and
  968. 35:04you're like, "Oh, every day we're
  969. 35:05shredding paper. Okay, well, let's
  970. 35:08invent a paper shredder so you don't
  971. 35:09have to tear it." That's the kind of
  972. 35:11idea where we're like, "Oh, that makes
  973. 35:12sense. You see a demand, you fill it."
  974. 35:15This is all about finding demand to get
  975. 35:17the notes and the keyword list and some
  976. 35:19ideas that I've gone through and kind of
  977. 35:21validated. Obviously, they're only
  978. 35:24proven when you build them, but these
  979. 35:26are based on proven ideas and things
  980. 35:28that have worked. Check out

  982. 35:32Check out the other videos in the
  983. 35:33description. They are more about how to
  984. 35:35do vibe coding and stuff like that. I
  985. 35:37think this is a place you definitely
  986. 35:38want to be. It's a really cool business.
  987. 35:41I've built many different uh AI tools
  988. 35:43and and softwares and things that have
  989. 35:45actually sold really really well. So,
  990. 35:47smash the like button, download
  991. 35:49myotes.com for the notes, check out the
  992. 35:51description for more videos, and I'll
