Stoic Men Do Nothing… And Women Chase Them Relentlessly (Here’s Why) — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Hello everybody. In today's video, I'm
- 0:02going to be sharing three Stoic
- 0:04principles I think every single man
- 0:06today should start applying in your
- 0:09life. Not only to attract quality people
- 0:12to you, but doing it from such an
- 0:15effortless place that you're going to be
- 0:17asking yourself why you haven't done
- 0:19this sooner. And the one key thing to
- 0:21remember, Stoic men do less yet attract
- 0:25more. And it's because of an energy they
- 0:27carry that makes them completely
- 0:30magnetic and the perfect level of
- 0:32mysterious that will leave women just
- 0:34wanting more. So, stay till the end of
- 0:36today's video so you can learn the three
- 0:39Stoic principles that will change your
- 0:40attraction and have women chasing you.
- 0:43But before we get into it, you guys, I
- 0:45have created a school community where
- 0:47you can join and be a part of a group of
- 0:50men who are willing to do the work, take
- 0:53accountability, and start actually
- 0:55putting action towards what they are
- 0:57wanting in their lives. Whether that's
- 0:59dating, success, having a support group,
- 1:02this is the place for you if you are
- 1:04wanting to invest your energy back into
- 1:07yourself so you can start seeing new
- 1:09evidence of your life that is just a
- 1:11reflection of the new man you can
- 1:13become. So, the link to join my school
- 1:15will be in the description and let's get
- 1:17into today's video. Now, to master the
- 1:19Stoic effect in your life, you need to
- 1:22be crystal clear on who you are as a
- 1:25man. One thing that separates Stoic men
- 1:28from the other men that are out there is
- 1:31their self-perception is so strong that
- 1:34another person's opinion of them doesn't
- 1:38break them, doesn't make them question
- 1:40who they are. They are so grounded
- 1:42within themselves that when someone does
- 1:44have a judgment or a criticism, they can
- 1:47take it, they can hear it, but it
- 1:49doesn't alter their perception. And
- 1:52that's one thing I really think men
- 1:54today could use more practice with is
- 1:56not being so affected, is to not allow
- 1:59the outside world to affect who you are.
- 2:03If anything, allow the outside world to
- 2:06give you the tests necessary to become
- 2:09who you are meant to be. By maybe and
- 2:12maybe the test I'm speaking about is to
- 2:15handle rejection, handle any setback
- 2:18with enough authority over what you're
- 2:21capable of that you are so determined to
- 2:24accomplish it. And it's interesting
- 2:26because stoic men don't always come
- 2:28across as the most confident people in
- 2:31the room. They're not the loudest,
- 2:33they're not the most showy, and they're
- 2:36not trying to show off the things they
- 2:38have. And that's something they don't do
- 2:40because yes, you may feel good showing
- 2:43off the things you have or talking this
- 2:45loud talk. But what you may not be aware
- 2:48of is usually men who do that are
- 2:50compensating for something that maybe
- 2:52they don't feel adequate within
- 2:55themselves. And they're looking for that
- 2:57external validation. And validation
- 3:00isn't something they necessarily need in
- 3:02their life. And the word validation
- 3:05isn't something they really need in
- 3:07their life. Because when a man can
- 3:09validate his own existence, he is proud
- 3:12of the work he's putting in and he
- 3:14doesn't need to have people cheering him
- 3:16on, clapping for him. He keeps his cards
- 3:19close to his chest and people have to
- 3:22earn and that's because people don't
- 3:24earn his trust easily. It's something
- 3:26he's willing to be patient with and not
- 3:29overexpose himself to get something in
- 3:32return. And I like to label this
- 3:34actually self-admiration,
- 3:37but it's not something that is
- 3:39ego-driven. And that's one key thing
- 3:41that you need to understand. Just
- 3:43because someone isn't being a show-off,
- 3:45isn't the loudest in the room, doesn't
- 3:47mean that they're insecure, doesn't mean
- 3:49they don't like themselves. And more so,
- 3:52it could actually just be showing other
- 3:54people that you're not going to wait in
- 3:56line to get their acceptance. It's
- 3:58something that you have gave to
- 4:00yourself. And the admiration you give to
- 4:02yourself is coming from actually a
- 4:05self-sufficient
- 4:06place. And that's also you being a
- 4:08self-sufficient man. Your energy is
- 4:11getting poured back into yourself. So,
- 4:13every single interaction you show up
- 4:16for, you're actually giving something
- 4:18that isn't shallow and that doesn't have
- 4:20any substance to it. You swim in deep
- 4:23waters. So, when you interact with
- 4:25people, you make them feel seen, you
- 4:27make them feel acknowledged, and you're
- 4:29not competing for attention. And the
- 4:31effect that that has on other people, in
- 4:34particular women, is that you become a
- 4:37man she equates to being high-value.
- 4:41You let her speak, you let her be heard.
- 4:44And when a woman can see a man being
- 4:46comfortable in himself and comfortable
- 4:49in silence, it's most likely because he
- 4:52has a strong relationship to self. That
- 4:55doesn't make him feel uncomfortable or
- 4:57awkward in social settings or when there
- 5:00is tension in the room. He can pierce
- 5:02through that with self-awareness that
- 5:04will not deprecate the relationship he
- 5:06has built to himself, which is why stoic
- 5:09men sometimes have a very hard time
- 5:11letting people close. It's not because
- 5:14they're cold or avoidant, it's because
- 5:17they're not going to give their best
- 5:18self to just any single person. And at
- 5:21the end of the day, they don't have
- 5:22anything to prove, which can make them
- 5:24actually appear even more confident
- 5:26because you're not playing into a
- 5:28character. If you're genuinely okay with
- 5:31yourself, your energy is going to be far
- 5:34different than the man that maybe seems
- 5:36like he has his life figured out, but at
- 5:38the end of the day, he is insecure
- 5:40because he's using the things and other
- 5:42people to validate something within
- 5:44himself he has never yet gave to
- 5:47himself. So, that is where stoic men
- 5:50have power. They are self-sufficient,
- 5:52they don't need another person's
- 5:54validation, and their self-perception is
- 5:57strong, which makes the admiration they
- 6:00feel towards themselves draw women in
- 6:03closer because your energy is
- 6:05high-value, and that's something that
- 6:08can't be fake. The second part to the
- 6:10stoic effect actually resides within a
- 6:13man's brain. And that's his ability to
- 6:16put mind over matter. The power this man
- 6:20possesses is actually in his ability to
- 6:23master his mind. And when a man doesn't
- 6:26have control over his urges and his
- 6:28temptations, then that man is not going
- 6:31to be showing up to his greatest
- 6:33potential. If you're allowing your
- 6:35distractions, maybe it's distractions,
- 6:39lust, temptations, then you will never
- 6:42reach your greatness, you will never
- 6:43reach your potential. And that's
- 6:45something stoic men would much rather
- 6:48spend time on is mastering their mind,
- 6:51so their mind doesn't have power over
- 6:54them, which means these things right
- 6:56here don't allow him to make decisions
- 6:59that are not going to be providing that
- 7:01man with any good in return. And his
- 7:04power will show through his ability to
- 7:07sit in silence, choose peace over chaos,
- 7:11use his discernment over instant
- 7:14gratification. And when he can choose
- 7:17these things over the distractions and
- 7:20things that are actually lowering his
- 7:23value, he is increasing that brain
- 7:25power. For not only that to change his
- 7:29life because your thoughts change your
- 7:31life. The things you put your belief
- 7:34into have a huge effect on your reality,
- 7:37which is why stoic men are not easily
- 7:40persuaded by the shiny things in life.
- 7:43And when a man is so focused on getting
- 7:45the next shiny thing and the next shiny
- 7:47thing, you're not actually appreciating
- 7:49what you have in front of you. And I
- 7:52think that's a really, really great
- 7:54trait within men. Especially nowadays,
- 7:56we live in a world with so much lust, so
- 7:59much temptation, so much distractions,
- 8:02all of these things, that it can
- 8:04actually put a huge divide into the
- 8:08center of your brain that actually wants
- 8:10to do hard things. If you're too
- 8:13comfortable, then you're just going to
- 8:14get comfortable results. That maybe is
- 8:17not something you're even wanting right
- 8:19now in your life, but it's just easy.
- 8:21Stoic men will never choose the easy
- 8:24path. They're in it for the long haul,
- 8:26and they understand that their pain is
- 8:29actually their greatest motivator.
- 8:31Without discomfort, pain, challenge, you
- 8:34won't get the signals that you need to
- 8:37move things in your life accordingly. To
- 8:40a place where you actually want to step
- 8:43up and be the creator of your life. And
- 8:45stoic men don't do it for the results of
- 8:48getting, like I said before, validation
- 8:50from other people. They do it because
- 8:52when they put their mind to something,
- 8:54their powerful mind, they are able to
- 8:57accomplish anything they want. And with
- 9:00that amount of confidence, that amount
- 9:03of energy being poured back into them,
- 9:05they're just a magnet to the outside
- 9:07world. And when it applies to women
- 9:10noticing that, she will see it just in
- 9:12your efforts, in your action, and how
- 9:15you move in silence, I think shows to a
- 9:18woman who you truly are as a man. The
- 9:20things you do that don't give you the
- 9:22payoffs right away, or don't give you
- 9:24the quick admiration men are looking
- 9:26for. You're okay not having that, and
- 9:29more so making yourself proud. And like
- 9:32I said, that being the motivator you
- 9:35need to actually get things done in your
- 9:37life that is not dependent on other
- 9:40people seeing you do that. And by a man
- 9:42mastering his mind, he can master his
- 9:45attention, he masters his focus, and
- 9:48that's the type of man women want to be
- 9:51around. Because when you're a man with
- 9:52self-control, you're a man that shows
- 9:55safety. And that is one of the primary
- 9:58things we as women need for there to
- 9:59even be long-term attraction. So, if
- 10:02you're already doing this in your life,
- 10:04kudos to you, even though you probably
- 10:06don't need it. But if you're a man doing
- 10:08things just to get attention from other
- 10:10people, just to get recognition, just
- 10:13question why you're doing that. Why do
- 10:15you need that? And could it just be
- 10:17putting a wedge in you receiving your
- 10:19very own self-admiration? That is
- 10:22self-sufficient, that comes from within,
- 10:24so you never have to beg for another
- 10:26person's attention. Now, the third and
- 10:28final step to the Stoic effect is
- 10:30understanding less is always more. And
- 10:35this is important because it showcases
- 10:38to a man that he can find appreciation,
- 10:42he can find substance in things he
- 10:45already has in his life, and he's not on
- 10:48the rat wheel of always needing more and
- 10:52more and more. He needs to do more to be
- 10:55a higher-value man. He needs to buy the
- 10:58car to get female attention. He needs to
- 11:00put everyone else before himself to get
- 11:03that approval. And I'm sure if you've
- 11:06been there, it is exhausting. And that's
- 11:09why Stoic men usually keep a small
- 11:12circle, or they're just to themselves.
- 11:15They don't need more company, more
- 11:18friends, more dating partners to feel
- 11:21complete in life. And having less of
- 11:23something usually means lacking of
- 11:26something in your life. But I think if
- 11:28you use your mind to serve you, then the
- 11:32less things you need, the more you're
- 11:34always going to have. And that applies
- 11:36to you no longer chasing things in your
- 11:39life. Instead, you use your energy, your
- 11:42life force energy to create things in
- 11:45your life no one can take away from you.
- 11:47And that's character development. Having
- 11:50less time to focus on yourself will most
- 11:53likely create more disadvantages that
- 11:55will keep you in this losing game of
- 11:58always needing more from other people.
- 12:01And that's the backwards way of going
- 12:03about it. Because when a man has
- 12:05everything, he usually cares less about
- 12:08what other people are going to give him.
- 12:11And that's really the theme of today's
- 12:12video if you haven't noticed. It's you
- 12:15can give yourself everything you're
- 12:17desiring. And when you get to that
- 12:20point, that's when things attract to you
- 12:23with this positive energy because you're
- 12:26no longer in this place of need. You're
- 12:28in this place of allowing. And when you
- 12:31care less about people or the things you
- 12:35want, you make more time for yourself
- 12:38and using action to get you to where you
- 12:42want to be. You're no longer waiting
- 12:44around for you to be this perfect man to
- 12:48then find a partner. You can see your
- 12:50qualities right now laid out in front of
- 12:53you. You can see what needs to change,
- 12:56what you're working towards, and what
- 12:58you can say you're proud of. And when a
- 12:59man has energy like that, he emits a
- 13:02very strong frequency to the outside
- 13:05world that women notice and honestly
- 13:08want a part of because you're not a man
- 13:11that is relying on her to give you
- 13:14something that you have not yet found
- 13:16within yourself. And stoic men have
- 13:18already found the gold, so they're not
- 13:20needing to waste their time looking for
- 13:23gold in other places. And that's the sad
- 13:25part of it. A lot of men are sitting
- 13:29with a sign begging for people's
- 13:31attention when the box they're sitting
- 13:33on has the gold inside and they just
- 13:36haven't opened the box yet. So, when
- 13:38this applies to your life, where are you
- 13:41not seeing clearly the gold already in
- 13:43your life? And why do you think you need
- 13:46more of something to make you feel
- 13:48better or more of a man? Focus on the
- 13:51simple things. Focus on your health.
- 13:53Focus on your wealth. Focus on the
- 13:55relationship you have with yourself and
- 13:58you will see different results take
- 13:59place because you're tending to your own
- 14:02garden and not watering another
- 14:05person's. When you can validate
- 14:07yourself, when you can admire yourself,
- 14:09when you can like yourself, you're not
- 14:11constantly in an energy of lack.
- 14:14Instead, you have this positive energy
- 14:17that is honestly magnetic, that shines,
- 14:20that radiates off of you, and people
- 14:24want to figure that out. People want to
- 14:26be a part of that because you're a man
- 14:29that quietly inspires others. You don't
- 14:32need to put another person down to feel
- 14:34better about yourself. You don't have to
- 14:36date so many people to make you feel
- 14:39worthy as a man. You can sit with
- 14:41yourself, make time for yourself, and
- 14:44you will gain so much more power in the
- 14:47world when it applies to your
- 14:48attraction, when it applies to your
- 14:50energy, your finances, your purpose
- 14:53because you're no longer discounting
- 14:55you. And that's something I think way
- 14:57more men really need to get a grasp on
- 15:00is giving yourself the energy that you
- 15:02so freely give to other people, other
- 15:05things, and and start getting real with
- 15:07yourself. Is it giving you the payoff
- 15:10you're looking for? Because most likely
- 15:12it's not giving you the payoff that
- 15:14could come from you prioritizing you and
- 15:17using what you have right now in your
- 15:19life to really affirm that less is more
- 15:23is not a bad thing. Always needing more
- 15:26is actually giving you less access to
- 15:29your own desirability. It could be
- 15:30giving you less energy, less time, less
- 15:34less resources because you're so focused
- 15:36on something that maybe if you looked
- 15:39closer, you already have. So, I really
- 15:42hope that today's video I could help you
- 15:44understand the effortless way to start
- 15:47attracting things into your life that
- 15:49yes, women for sure notice. It's an
- 15:52energy you give off that can't be faked.
- 15:54And the more you start applying these in
- 15:56your life, you will start feeling better
- 15:58about yourself as a man and the results
- 16:01you receive will just showcase the work
- 16:03you're willing to put back into you. So,
- 16:05if you guys like today's video, give it

- 16:10will see you in my next one. Bye.
