  17. 1:35that was homophobia
  18. 1:38a bit of laziness incompetence lack of
  19. 1:42training
  20. 1:43but
  21. 1:44i absolutely stand by that they were
  22. 1:46being homophobic towards these
  23. 1:48four victims they've proved that they're
  24. 1:50still unfit for duty still even now
  25. 1:54there's no idea that they've got a case
  26. 1:56to answer
  27. 1:57the fact remains that uh while they're
  28. 1:59still on duty the wider men
  29. 2:02has got a problem they they are
  30. 2:04tarnished and it's a big blob on their
  31. 2:06reputation yeah

  33. 2:18i don't think the met is an
  34. 2:19institutional homophobic organization
  35. 2:22i do think that there were errors that
  36. 2:24were made and i do think that we need to
  37. 2:26rebuild the trust of lgbt plus
  38. 2:29communities and people in london and
  39. 2:31those are both things that we've been
  40. 2:32working very hard to do
