- 0:14the fact that you uh
- 0:17peeking in miss kitty's apartment
- 0:20uh
- 0:21that was that was very important
- 0:24but the basis of plea was was that kind
- 0:27of evidence that came
- 0:29plus the graphic
- 0:33specific detailed confession
- 0:37that you made to frank hogan
- 0:40which we were shocked about in the jail
- 0:43and when she went into terrific detail
- 0:47about
- 0:48how you killed laura gettings
- 0:51how you went about
- 0:53decapitating her carving
- 0:56of her body
- 0:58how you even sat down
- 1:00and cut off every finger and foam and
- 1:03appendage on her hands
- 1:06and threw them all in the toilet and
- 1:07flushed it at one time
- 1:10and then combine that with
- 1:14the searches on the internet
- 1:17the fact that you had done searches
- 1:19about
- 1:20having sex with dead people things of
- 1:23that nature
- 1:25all that combined to a heavy heavy
- 1:29evidentiary problem in your case
- 1:33on top of that you possess the most
- 1:36horrific
- 1:39child pornographic photos
- 1:41i've ever seen and i've been practicing
- 1:44for 33 years
