10. 0:33investigating the murder of Steven
11. 0:35Lawrence and that a record of this
12. 0:38interview may be given
13. 0:41inevidence I'm now going to ask you to
14. 0:43account for a number of
15. 0:45facts the reason I'm asking you to do
16. 0:48this is because I believe these facts
17. 0:50show you're responsible for the
18. 0:54murder I must warn you that should you
19. 0:56continue to fail to account for the
20. 0:58facts
21. 1:00then an adverse inference may be
22. 1:04drawn in other words a court may feel
23. 1:07that these are facts for which you
24. 1:09should have an
25. 1:11explanation and a failure to provide
26. 1:13that explanation may go against
27. 1:19you I'll ask you if that's clear to you
