1. 0:00the home I'm showing you today is just an
2. 0:02absolutely incredible creation it  is the property right behind me
3. 0:07gorgeous absolutely beautiful this was just  completed only a few days ago I was waiting
4. 0:13to show it and share it while as it was being  finished we need the finishing touches One
5. 0:18Construction it being staged and whatnot but now  it's all ready to go and finally I get to show it
6. 0:23to you this home is in McLean Virginia it's in  the Chesterbrook neighborhood it's a very quiet
7. 0:28area lots of greenery it's just a beautiful place  you'll see as we go throughout the um throughout
8. 0:34the home you'll look out the windows you'll always  be spotting green plush trees and it's just a
9. 0:39real comfortable area to be six bedrooms nine  bathrooms six of which are full bathrooms three
10. 0:48are half baths we're pushing 11 000 square feet  of space on this property the property price tag
11. 0:55is sitting just below 4.2 million it's 4.195 this  Builder is Cherry Hill and they do some fantastic
12. 1:06Creations here in the area you'll see multiple  of their properties on the market at a given
13. 1:10point in time but they do some great work and I  love the way this one turned out so you're going
14. 1:17to follow me as we go through the video it's a  little bit lengthier it's going to be a lengthier
15. 1:21video because it's a large property but I think  you're going to enjoy it so let's get into it
16. 1:38so the house obviously as you can see has a  side loading garage that's where the driveway is
17. 1:44coming into the driveway is quite sizable  you could fit multiple cars out here if you
18. 1:51wanted to this garage I'll show you once we get  inside it runs deep three-car garage and it's
19. 1:57not one of those shallow garages it runs deep  so whatever kind of car you have it should fit
20. 2:03in there as long as it's not you know some  Super Duty lifted truck that might hit the
21. 2:08top but you know SUVs luxury cars anything of  that nature they should be able to comfortably
22. 2:13park inside there you're going to have to bear  with me as we make the walk from the driveway
23. 2:19to the front door considering  that this home is not small
24. 2:28this beautiful bright white finish on the  outside of the house is just I love when a
25. 2:34house is finished properly in black and white it's  absolutely beautiful it's like a showcase home in
26. 2:41a neighborhood and you have this gorgeous corner  lot here that's looking out to this neighborhood
27. 2:46this neighborhood has a mixture of older homes  it has a mixture of brand new luxury homes and
28. 2:52there's so much Greenery here in in Chesterbrook  of McLean it's it's a beautiful quiet neighborhood
29. 2:59as you can see the most action you're going to  see is a car once in a while maybe a couple of
30. 3:04squirrels chasing each other but it's very quiet  so you can have your peace while while being here
31. 3:13beautiful arched entrance you  come into these this deep rich
32. 3:20wooden doors really impressive as you walk in
33. 3:38this home is stunning it really is this is going
34. 3:40to be a fun one to show off  let me get my shoes off here
35. 3:46so right here off to the side whether you  use this for a little showcase area or a
36. 3:52stand drop a key drop or something like that  you have two light caps here I don't know if
37. 3:57the Builder plans on putting anything there  it's probably somewhere where you could put
38. 4:00your own lighting fixtures of your choice but  that's what those are they're light caps they
39. 4:04have electricals uh there if you chose to put  something there on display so obviously we're
40. 4:10walking in here into the foyer we have the dining  room on our right we're going to be walking back
41. 4:16there to the kitchen we have the family room over  here so let's go ahead and get started by taking
42. 4:22let's take a look at this actually it's the first  thing to call my eye check out this chandelier I
43. 4:27went up to it and I thought that it was wood  and I was like wow what an interesting and
44. 4:31incredible piece it's actually like a a brushed  um bronzer gold but it's been shaped and carved
45. 4:42to look almost like chopped bamboo you know  stacked in different ways really neat looking
46. 4:49this whole home uses a combination of whites  um blacks Navy blues and this light White Oak
47. 4:59to bring together everything you'll see a  couple of variations in colors throughout
48. 5:04the house that are not used as often but I would  say those four are the staple colors that create
49. 5:10the theme of this property this is actually  all navy blue I don't know if this is coming
50. 5:15out as black or blue in the video but this is all  navy blue it's a very rich and deep looking color
51. 5:22I love it this is something I haven't seen lately  and the placement is beautiful I mean look when
52. 5:29you're standing here dining room this is a wine  showcase room it's not temperature controlled as
53. 5:36far as I know it's just a wine showcase room but  it's absolutely gorgeous built into the corner
54. 5:42of this of this wall here and then you have  your Butler's pantry right to the right as
55. 5:47we lead into the kitchen I'm going to show you  this I'm going to take you the proper way into
56. 5:52the kitchen rather than through the butler's  Pantry but let's look at this real quick
57. 6:01I mean how neat if you have this all set up of  course you could build additional shelves have
58. 6:06something like this display your favorites from  your favorite Vineyards or a whiskey room or
59. 6:12something like that you know if you want to do  that and then have it displayed to your guests
60. 6:17while dining I think it's a  fantastic idea the Builder you know
61. 6:22Whoever thought of that and said  let's put that in there wonderful
62. 6:28heading back over here okay
63. 6:41beautiful completely open nothing obstructing  your view nothing that's not purposefully and
64. 6:49delicately placed a double-sided fireplace would  be the only thing obstructing your view but it's
65. 6:54not like it's unwelcomed to see this is a  wonderful thing to have here and they took
66. 7:00the whole fireplace and paneled it you'll see a  lot of paneling in the the woodwork here on the
67. 7:07walls and you know it makes everything less  boring it makes everything interesting every
68. 7:12area every corner you turn that wall is  interesting okay let's head over this way to the
69. 7:20kitchen first you almost have wings to this home  because the base of the floor plan is so large
70. 7:27that when you choose to go right well you're  going to take a right and you're going to go back
71. 7:31there towards the house for a bit if you go left  you'll be on that side of the house for a while
72. 7:36multiple exits to outdoor  spaces a huge deck out here
73. 7:43that runs along the way of course I took my  shoes off I only have socks on I don't want
74. 7:47to get the inside of the home dirty but you  can see how large this first outdoor spaces
75. 7:57so two exits to get out there
76. 8:01your kitchen is a combination of this bright white  and navy blue again the accents and touches of
77. 8:08it have been done in that brushed bronze brushed  gold I love these pieces that they've Incorporated
78. 8:13because it gives us a sort of antique feel but  it's very clear that they're modern and new
79. 8:20but it's something about the style of them and  whoever picked them out the design team I think
80. 8:25that was an excellent choice that they did 40  in 48 inch or 42 inch I believe it's 48 inch
81. 8:33ranges and hoods very impressive very bold looking  you have this eat-in kitchen here once again with
82. 8:41the lighting fixture that gives you this antique  industrial feel and as you can see when you catch
83. 8:50glimpses of the outside while I'm showing you  the house and you're looking out the windows
84. 8:53The Greenery in this neighborhood is beautiful  so it's it's the Ambiance of of having a home
85. 9:00in this neighborhood it truly is wonderful when  you look out your your window it's very calming
86. 9:13pop filler the above look at your  Chef's Hood eight top burner range
87. 9:22double oven microwave your Sub-Zero French  door um refrigerator is plenty large enough
88. 9:32okay
89. 9:35plenty of extra drawer space And Cabinet space  of course you have your display cases as well
90. 9:42for anything you might want to display  this is going to be the other side of
91. 9:45the dining room that I was talking about the  butler's Pantry our wine fridge is going to
92. 9:50be located here more display cases for China  or any other items you may want to show off
93. 9:58uh I will quickly take you these lead to the  same area so I'll take you through this way
94. 10:04you have a secondary kitchen a catering  kitchen okay so if the first kitchen is
95. 10:11being completely used up or your guests  are primarily standing in that area
96. 10:17um and you're having an event catered or you and  your family are are working in this kitchen this
97. 10:23keeps the commotion of cooking away from the main  area of congregation and people talking right so
98. 10:32it's either it's a one or two thing pocket doors  can can block this off if need be but a wonderful
99. 10:41idea to have a separate kitchen right on the other  side walking through here you have your pantry
100. 10:51nice large Pantry plenty of space for your  stored Goods that you want to keep in here
101. 10:56this is a fun little room as we go back here so  this is your mud room at an accentuated version
102. 11:03of a mud room you also have your staircase  which goes upstairs of course you have your
103. 11:08primary staircase back at the entrance but  there are two staircases which lead to the
104. 11:14Upper Floor in this house this is going to be the  secondary one so here is all part of your mud room
105. 11:23um some some Linens and whatnot could be could  be put and stored in here maybe additional items
106. 11:29from the kitchen you put in here but here's  your little doggy washing station that's fun
107. 11:36furry friend can get a bath in the comfort of  your own home and all this flooring of course is
108. 11:42not carpeted or anything with it being a wet area  so water resistant easy to clean up no problems
109. 11:49this sits underneath the staircase  and it's a good amount of storage
110. 11:52if you have extra things you want to put back here
111. 11:55okay so a nice little Inlet Under the  Staircase to put extra items that you have
112. 12:06fantastic choices of lighting fixtures again  that's what I'm trying to show you here
113. 12:13moving back here you would see these in  many homes okay the true sign that this
114. 12:19is the mud room you're coming in through the  side door and that's what this is so you're
115. 12:23seeing the play of uniformity here of the  the shelving and it being a mud room Style
116. 12:38do you have an additional half  bath back here on the main level
117. 12:45another great thing half bath being far away  from the kitchen someone needs to come use the
118. 12:50bathroom they can come back here use the bathroom  they don't have to worry about being right across
119. 12:56from the kitchen or in sight of the kitchen  when they go to use the bathroom always kind
120. 13:00of awkward this is going to be the area where you  put your washer and dryer they just don't have the
121. 13:05appliances in here but as you can see the hookups  are there with the vent out and the water lines
122. 13:16that is of course the driveway coming in so  the next thing I'm going to be showing you
123. 13:20is the garage the you can see actually let me  not misspeak let me just take you to the garage
124. 13:28all right now you get to see the size of  this garage so the three car of course the
125. 13:36side door to get in the garage but this three-car  garage is not shallow look how deep it goes back
126. 13:43you could stack I mean I would think that you  could stack multiple cars in here and line them
127. 13:50one behind the other if you are a car collector  if you have a couple of maybe garage queens or
128. 13:56weekend cars uh this would definitely be the place  to put them and maybe they're not garage Queens
129. 14:02maybe you're like me and you love to drive your  vehicles this still keeps them safe out of harm
130. 14:09from the weather and plenty plenty plenty of  space if you want to use that back area as a
131. 14:15workshop or something of that nature  plenty of room this garage is huge
132. 14:28okay let's head to the other side
133. 14:42okay so of course that's the front  door where we came in we've seen the
134. 14:45right side now we're taking a left and  looking at the left side of the home
135. 14:54the Crawford ceilings running across the whole  family room past the double-sided fireplace and
136. 14:59dragging into the kitchen connects these two  rooms in a subtle way that you're not even
137. 15:05paying attention to but that's what your mind is  picking up on and of course Crawford's ceilings
138. 15:10when done correctly look fantastic they really  bring an Elegance into a room so I'm glad that
139. 15:16they did that you have that recurring theme  of that deep dark navy blue in the office
140. 15:24nice private office with the built-in bookshelves
141. 15:36come around the corner here and you have your let  me show you a couple of things actually Co closet
142. 15:49another half bathroom on the main  floor closer access to the office
143. 15:57but what I was going to mention is now  you have your first main floor Suite
144. 16:02um of of the house the first and only I should say  this could be the in-law suite plenty large enough
145. 16:14if you're wondering about these  beautiful black gorgeous Windows
146. 16:18here these are Pella Windows black pellet  Windows have been put on the main floor and
147. 16:23Upper Floor you're going to have white  pillow windows uh down in the basement
148. 16:29and of course the in-law suite  has a full bath of Their Own
149. 16:40their closet is not small plenty
150. 16:45for somebody staying for a couple  of weeks okay or less maybe you
151. 16:55don't want your in-laws staying that that  long you know that's plenty for a weekend
152. 17:07I want to show you something I'm gonna have to  throw this out of I have the camera on a wide
153. 17:11angle view so we can see more of the house  I need to show you this this painting is
154. 17:17absolutely incredible and I'm going to have to  ask the Stager when I walked in the house first
155. 17:23when I didn't have this video on I said is that a  real horse back there the detail of this painting
156. 17:31is absolutely incredible and you would think that  when you get closer you would say oh that's not
157. 17:40obviously that's a photograph for a painting  it starts to look more real I feel like this
158. 17:49horse is actually here in front of me it is  absurd how incredible this piece of artwork is
159. 18:03it's amazing I have to find out from  the Stager who did this incredible
160. 18:15and then outside you have your other outdoor  space this is completely netted in I'm not
161. 18:21going to walk out there no no shoes but  fan uh and heat lamps okay so all season
162. 18:30netted no bugs fireplace all  year round enjoy it as you please

165. 18:47curvature curvature small details that really  make a house the artistic details of balance
166. 18:59love it more paneling running up the walls
167. 19:11when you deal with homes that have large  Footprints and large floor plans you'll often find
168. 19:17landing pads okay like Recreation rooms  that are placed in the upper levels
169. 19:25which in homes smaller or your more traditional  homes you would not find so you have a huge
170. 19:30sitting Recreation room up here it could be used  for various different things playroom rec room
171. 19:37game room I mean massive coffee bar whatever you  want to use but it's here and at your disposal
172. 19:46first room we have here on the left side is  going to be the master bedroom or owner's Suite
173. 20:03you can comfortably fit a seating area your bed  your furniture large furniture could go in here
174. 20:11it's comfortably sized it's not so large that it's  absurd and you don't know what to put in there and
175. 20:18it doesn't in any way make you feel constrained  as to what you're going to be able to put in
176. 20:24it's a nice large room that's not over the top  heading down to the hallway you have your first
177. 20:33small closet this is not for someone's clothes  this is of course for towels and washcloths and
178. 20:41things of that nature because the closet the  closet in this house is incredible we're not
179. 20:48going to see it yet I'm going to block it away  from you we're gonna go straight to the bathroom
180. 20:56isn't that nice just I mean of course this  is all nice but is it nice to see that out
181. 21:02there when you walk into your bathroom  I love it I love seeing some nature
182. 21:08peace and serenity in different parts of the home
183. 21:18dual temperature control do dual  shower heads dual shower in one shower
184. 21:31and of course your Standalone now something  to um mention which I didn't mention before
185. 21:39if you're wondering about the ceiling height or  how you know how how large are things actually
186. 21:43the top floor in the basement floor have  nine foot ceilings the main floor has 10
187. 21:48foot ceilings so everything feels fairly  Grand when walking through the property
188. 21:54your walk-in closet is enormous if you walked  in right here and you looked at it you said
189. 22:03yeah this will do this is plenty but that's not  all like an infomercial but that's not all look
190. 22:11at this the first time I walked in here I said oh  that must be a mirror I'm looking back at myself
191. 22:17but then I realized I'm not there this closet  just runs down this hallway which is parallel
192. 22:26to the hallway leading to the bathroom as well as  the bathroom this whole Space is just two walls

194. 22:41it must run 30 feet or so
195. 22:48now on the other side of this I will show  you what this leads to it leads to a laundry
196. 22:52room but I don't want to take you that way  because it's going to lead us to more so
197. 22:55there's a laundry room back here perfect  because you're placing all your clothes
198. 22:59here why wouldn't you have a laundry room  back there so let's head back out this way
199. 23:10these Doors by the way solid wood nice  to have that two-paneled solid wood doors
200. 23:19again with the lighting fixtures beautiful  and there's something about the shadow that
201. 23:25it creates the specific type of shadow it  creates in this hallway someone's really
202. 23:30thinking it out I mean I like what's happening  here if it was a mistake fantastic mistake
203. 23:39more linen closets okay these here you're  going to see these on each level I forgot
204. 23:45to show you downstairs but it'll be here  downstairs and in the basement this right
205. 23:49now has shelving in it however it is  designed to um to hold an elevator so
206. 23:56this is an Elevator Shaft that's been built  in if you chose to do an elevator you could
207. 24:04this is the first secondary bedroom
208. 24:17that this is 11 000 square foot  house I know the video is getting
209. 24:22slightly longer but this is what  it takes to see a house like this
210. 24:28we have now stepped away from navy blue this  is what I was mentioning in the beginning
211. 24:31there are a few colors that add some variation  this is almost like a like a very light sea
212. 24:37green possibly a pastel Forest like color it's a  gorgeous color in person I don't know what it is
213. 24:45um but I love that they used it they're going to  use a variation of this in the other bathroom that
214. 24:51you'll see changes it up a little bit keeps it  interesting and different which is nice especially
215. 24:58if you have children or something like that and  they each have a bedroom you know it's it's nice
216. 25:03that they have their own little unique things that  their bathrooms aren't absolute mirror images of
217. 25:07each other you know they can feel a little um  well I don't know unique in that way you know
218. 25:19another secondary bedroom
219. 25:24this one's closet is just  slightly larger and I don't
220. 25:28have the lights on in here but just  slightly larger plenty large enough
221. 25:36and then
222. 25:43so see in these bathrooms sometimes  you come into homes and every single
223. 25:47secondary bathroom half bathroom everything  they all look the same same materials reuse
224. 25:52no new creativity just the same thing over and  over and over again it gets redundant it gets
225. 25:57stale but when you take the tiling and the  um the shower you know back tiling the way
226. 26:04it's laid out the mirrors light fixtures and  you switch it up and switch it up somehow it
227. 26:09keeps everything very interesting in  a home and I like that they did that
228. 26:15remember the walk-in closet that we were in this
229. 26:20is what that walk-in closet led to there's that  closet this is the laundry room which it led to
230. 26:32okay place for your washer and dryer plenty  of shelving and storage here for whatever
231. 26:39whatever you knew hangers whatever you need  wash and sink all right okay more linen space
232. 26:51let's head down this way
233. 26:55that uh is the stair stairwell which leads  down to the mud room and the puppy washing
234. 27:03station that I mentioned so these are the  the stairs on the back end of the home
235. 27:07that you can use if you know if it's just  you by yourself you need a faster way to
236. 27:11get home I mean get downstairs you know  go for it obviously it's it's great to
237. 27:15utilize that just probably not not the  stairs you're going to bring guests up

240. 27:37and this is the other color very  similar but more blue pastel like
241. 27:45um C influences but more blue on this one did  a pure almost pearl white with the backsplash
242. 27:55changed up the tile keeps it interesting different  light fixture all right now that we've seen that
243. 28:06let's go you know what let's use them why not  we've got to go to the basement let's use them
244. 28:12we're gonna have to walk across  the whole span of the house anyways
245. 28:18so as you can see this leads into the mud  room which we were in in the very beginning
246. 28:31here
247. 28:43now see you're going into a basement  it doesn't feel closed off at all
248. 28:48it's wide open this stairwell  looks all the way to the top
249. 28:54beautifully done okay they run the windows down  these pellet Windows all the way down so you get
250. 28:59plenty of light and the way that they graded  the land when they built this property is on
251. 29:05a like a an incline right so that the basement  does not feel underground at all it is it is
252. 29:13the lowest level and you are technically  underground like half of the house but
253. 29:19you'll see what I mean this side of the  house feels like you are on a main level
254. 29:33so as we walk right over here and we  look we have this walkout basement
255. 29:40and you're looking at the main level  floors and height of your neighbors
256. 29:52double-sided fireplace once again
257. 29:56we'll start in the back here and look at one  of the secondary bedrooms of the basement
258. 30:04I shouldn't even call it a basement I should just  call it lower level because look at this bedroom
259. 30:09it has three Windows which are above ground  you're looking the the street is below you
260. 30:15your neighbors are below you
261. 30:19so it's it's wonderful to have a lower level  that's like this two closets here closet linen

263. 30:45as we head this way up on our right we're  going to have the exercise Room yoga room
264. 30:52whatever you want to use it for but it is padded  to be an exercise room meaning the flooring
265. 31:03okay we'll head back over here first in this wing
266. 31:11an additional half bath
267. 31:20this is going to be the Elevator Shaft  again okay if you choose for it to be
268. 31:26but as I stated it is set up as a  closet as is all all of the entries
269. 31:33to what would be the elevator on each  level they look like closets right now
270. 31:42and around the corner over  here and you have your main
271. 31:48Rec area of the basement
272. 31:56it's backsplash I really really  like it I think it might be textured

274. 32:08another wine fridge display Cabinetry with  undermountain lighting and interior lighting

276. 32:24you have a huge massive room it would be up  to you whether you used it for a game room
277. 32:29big screen TV pool table it is recessed down from  the rest of the of the uh the basement so up to
278. 32:38you what you would like to use it for but it is  a huge room and given that the ceiling height so
279. 32:46from floor to ceiling here is nine feet we are  stepping down what are we stepping down here
280. 32:56maybe another two feet or so two and a half feet
281. 33:00so you're probably looking at 11 to 11 and a  half foot ceiling in this part of the house
282. 33:07really large all of these additional rooms  here you have plenty of storage and space
283. 33:12I mean look at this if you want to turn this  into a movie room you certainly could finish
284. 33:18it out make it more of a basement it's absolutely  massive you're dealing with those really really
285. 33:23high ceilings again okay electric panels  of course are back there as you can see
286. 33:29walk over this way you're going to have  more storage along with your Mechanicals
287. 33:41so you have your carrier systems
288. 33:45as well as your 75 gallon hot water heater you've  already got the sump pump placed in the property
289. 33:56but of course plenty of space back here  for additional storage if you chose to
290. 34:02put anything in there and I think that about wraps  it up so again this property was just wrapped up
291. 34:12a few days ago meaning it was just completed  and construction just came on the market they
292. 34:17got the Landscaping done the interior finishes  at stage now and you're some of the first to
293. 34:22see it six bedroom nine bathroom six of those  bathrooms being full bath three of which being
294. 34:28half bands and we're pushing 11 000 square feet  of space inside of this home we're just south of
295. 34:364.2 million on the price tag of course we're  in McLean you're looking at the Chesterbrook
296. 34:41neighborhood lots of greenery peaceful just a nice  place to be I know of course this video was longer
297. 34:50when you have a house like this if you're going to  share any type of detail and actually you know go
298. 34:55through the property it's going to take some time  so who's going to watch this full video either
299. 34:59somebody who very much enjoys houses or someone  who's truly interested in purchasing the property
