- 0:00My dear friends, the worst has happened
- 0:02. Literally just a moment ago. I waited
- 0:04until the very last second. I didn't
- 0:06want to make this video earlier. I had
- 0:08to have 100%proof that they really did
- 0:10it. Literally just a moment ago, today
- 0:13at 5:28 PM.
- 0:15>> Which of the deputies is in favor of
- 0:17adopting the entire draft law from
- 0:20document number 3251 along with the
- 0:22accepted amendments? Please raise your
- 0:24hand and press the button. Who is
- 0:26against? Who abstained? Thank you.
- 0:30443 deputies voted. 240 in favor, 202
- 0:34against. One person abstained. The Sejm
- 0:36has passed the act on restrictive
- 0:38measures.
- 0:41>> This coalition that is currently ruling
- 0:43, the ruling coalition, pushed through
- 0:45the Sejm in the third reading the most,
- 0:47I repeat, the most terrifying law of
- 0:48recent years.
- 0:52Government bill document number 3003.
- 0:56240 deputies.
- 1:00voted in favor, raised their hands for
- 1:02regulations that many had been warning
- 1:04against just a few hours ago.
- 1:10And now you know what all this confusion
- 1:12about the Constitutional Tribunal is for
- 1:14, all those smoke screens, because while
- 1:16we are focused on the Constitutional
- 1:18Tribunal, they are pushing through
- 1:19things that affect every Pole.
- 1:24Attention, this affects every Pole.
- 1:28PiS voters, Confederation voters,
- 1:30Platform voters, the Left, PSL, everyone
- 1:33, literally everyone.
- 1:39Those who don't realize it yet,
- 1:40seriously imagine such a scenario, that
- 1:42there will be a real problem, just so
- 1:44you don't think I'm making things up.
- 1:47Document number 3003
- 1:51is today's vote.
- 1:53This is exactly vote number 89 at the
- 1:5568th sitting of the Sejm.
- 1:59Here we have the results.
- 2:02443 voted, 240 in favor, 202 against,
- 2:10one abstained, 17 did not vote.
- 2:13I always wonder what they do during the
- 2:15time they aren't voting. No, lazy people
- 2:18.
- 2:18Some call them lazy good-for-nothings.
- 2:21Look.
- 2:24Look and admire these people whom we
- 2:26voted for in the elections.
- 2:30I mean, I didn't vote for them and
- 2:31neither did you.
- 2:33Look what happened here.
- 2:35As for the coalition, I won't even
- 2:37mention it, everyone in favor except for
- 2:39those three lazy ones; as for PiS.
- 2:42Alright, they voted against.
- 2:44Rozwój Plus against.
- 2:47PSL obviously in favor, the Left in
- 2:49favor, Confederation against, one in the
- 2:51center broke ranks, it doesn't matter,
- 2:54Poland 2050 obviously in favor,
- 2:56Democracy against, Confederation of the
- 2:58Polish Crown against.
- 3:01My dear friends, have mercy, damn it,
- 3:03seriously.
- 3:05It is beyond human comprehension.
- 3:08I wonder how it is, because look, they
- 3:10really don't have their own opinion.
- 3:13Seriously, in the Civic Coalition, does
- 3:15no one see a problem with this? Really?
- 3:19Your families, your loved ones, friends
- 3:21, you don't care?
- 3:23Do you really have to vote the way Tusk
- 3:24tells you? This is just unbelievable.
- 3:26Following this line of thinking, why do
- 3:28we need deputies? Just put some nameless
- 3:30people there. What for? It doesn’t
- 3:32matter anyway, since the boss will tell
- 3:33us whether to vote for or against it.
- 3:35And the fact that PiS voted against it,
- 3:37well, you know how that goes. You know
- 3:39how it is. Here you have the entire bill
- 3:41.
- 3:43Over 200 pages. Unbelievable. I’m going
- 3:46to show you everything right here. The
- 3:48ins and outs. What is this about?
- 3:50Imagine you wake up in the morning.
- 3:54You’ve made your coffee, tea, breakfast
- 3:56, and you’ve left calmly for work,
- 3:58school, or maybe to the bakery.
- 4:02At the same time, literally at the same
- 4:04time, you stop being the owner of your
- 4:06house, apartment, or, for example, your
- 4:08company, or anything that belonged to
- 4:10you.
- 4:12You worked hard your whole life, and you
- 4:14lose it.
- 4:15No one even knocked on your door.
- 4:17No one even informed you about it.
- 4:21No mailman brought a registered letter,
- 4:23there was no court hearing, absolutely
- 4:25nothing.
- 4:27You didn’t hear any verdict, yet you
- 4:29lost everything.
- 4:30Some conspiracy theory? Absolutely not,
- 4:33after all, you saw today’s voting
- 4:35results.
- 4:36People really don’t realize what this
- 4:38means.
- 4:44An entry appears in your home’s land
- 4:45registry because some dandy, some
- 4:47minister somewhere in Warsaw in the Sejm
- 4:49, signed an administrative decision
- 4:51under his desk or hid behind it so you
- 4:52wouldn’t see.
- 4:58And the worst thing about all this is
- 4:59that you don’t even know about it. I
- 5:01mean, we don't know about it.
- 5:03Not until you check it yourself
- 5:05somewhere in a government bulletin
- 5:06online.
- 5:09Do you understand, damn it, you lose
- 5:11something of yours, no one informs you,
- 5:13and you only find out if you look it up
- 5:15yourself.
- 5:19Specially for you, I dug through 20
- 5:21pages of the original draft today.
- 5:28A fresh report from today’s vote, just
- 5:30to show you point by point exactly what
- 5:32they just pushed through in the Sejm.
- 5:37And when you see articles number 4, 24,
- 5:4525, and 28, all the puzzle pieces of
- 5:48these last days, months, or even years
- 5:50will form a whole, a blood-curdling
- 5:52whole.
- 5:58And the skeptics will finally understand
- 6:00why this whole charade, this performance
- 6:02, was put on at the Constitutional
- 6:04Tribunal.
- 6:11Oh, the algorithm really doesn't like it
- 6:13when I or my colleagues bring these
- 6:15documents to light to show you, while
- 6:17the TV stations have, as they say,
- 6:19bitten their tongues.
- 6:24They sit quiet, don't know what's going
- 6:26on, blabber on about nothing, but they
- 6:28won't say a word about this. Why won't
- 6:30they say it? Well, because people would
- 6:32be scared.
- 6:33That is why, my friends, right at the
- 6:35start of this video, leave a thumbs up
- 6:37as your expression of opposition to the
- 6:39quiet pushing through of what they
- 6:41passed today, this bill print 300.
- 6:46If you agree, then react and write a
- 6:48comment.
- 6:49This will really help the skeptics learn
- 6:51, help them see; they’ll be scrolling
- 6:53through the internet, YouTube, and maybe
- 6:55they’ll stumble upon it, click, hear it
- 6:57, and maybe get a little wiser.
- 7:00For the whole week, seven days, we have
- 7:01been living—and still are living—with
- 7:03what’s been happening around the
- 7:05Constitutional Tribunal.
- 7:07I was stressed, everyone was stressed;
- 7:09we couldn’t sleep at night.
- 7:12Yesterday I spoke to you casually,
- 7:14openly, and bluntly.
- 7:19About how much it hurts that such a
- 7:21serious civil and social uprising was
- 7:23turned into a circus, a festival, songs
- 7:25, and revelry that Helmut simply mocked
- 7:27, mocked, and laughed at.
- 7:32Let’s ask ourselves a simple question
- 7:33today.
- 7:36Why were the government, why was Helmut
- 7:38in such a rush, why were they so anxious
- 7:40to act, to paralyze the Constitutional
- 7:42Tribunal right now?
- 7:46What for, why did they need all this
- 7:48commotion, this charade, this cabaret,
- 7:50these police cordons, this distraction
- 7:52for the whole of Poland? What do you
- 7:54think? The answer is right here.
- 7:57I want to stop for a moment and ask why
- 7:59the media is silent about document
- 8:01number 3003; not a single word on TV,
- 8:03literally not a single word.
- 8:06Just squabbling and singing on every
- 8:08channel.
- 8:10Yet the foundation, I emphasize, the
- 8:12foundation of law and property.
- 8:15The most important thing for us, for
- 8:17every person, Pole, citizen, is total
- 8:19silence.
- 8:20Why?
- 8:24Because the Constitutional Tribunal, my
- 8:26dear friends, is the only safety valve
- 8:28in the country, in Poland.
- 8:35The only institution that could
- 8:36immediately block such a law and declare
- 8:38it contradictory to the Polish
- 8:40Constitution.
- 8:44That’s what it's about. Now you know
- 8:46what it’s about.
- 8:48See how this plan was perfectly executed
- 8:50.
- 8:57First, they had to neutralize the
- 8:59Constitutional Tribunal, lock it down,
- 9:01spark a huge crisis and protest at its
- 9:03gates, throw the crowd some games so
- 9:05they’d be satisfied, interested, and
- 9:07looking only in one direction.
- 9:16And at that very same time, today at
- 9:185:28 PM, quietly, very quietly, they
- 9:21sneaked through the vote on document
- 9:233003 in the Sejm.
- 9:25At the same time, when people under the
- 9:27Constitutional Tribunal were singing
- 9:29Krawczyk’s songs.
- 9:31Literally, in their rooms, in their
- 9:33stinking offices, it started to smell.
- 9:38They closed off the system, my friends,
- 9:40which gives them—those wretches, those
- 9:42politicians—direct tools to take over
- 9:44our assets.
- 9:47This law will hit citizens exceptionally
- 9:49hard.
- 9:51It will strike with tremendous force.
- 9:53Like a hurricane, it will literally tear
- 9:55off the roofs.
- 10:00Some of you might think: "Well, Andrzej
- 10:02, aren't these laws about restrictive
- 10:04measures made against terrorists,
- 10:06foreign agencies, big oligarchs, or some
- 10:08bad people?"
- 10:13And what does that have to do with me?
- 10:16with the average Joe who has a house, an
- 10:18apartment, or a business.
- 10:20In document number 3003, there is
- 10:22article four; I will read it to you now
- 10:25.
- 10:29National restrictive measures can be
- 10:31applied to a natural person, truly
- 10:33anyone, you know this, whose activities
- 10:35pose another serious threat to democracy
- 10:37and the rule of law.
- 10:43Seriously, such text is in this bill.
- 10:46Orwell 2.0. Read it for yourselves, my
- 10:49friends, once more.
- 10:51A natural person whose activities pose
- 10:53another serious threat to democracy and
- 10:55the rule of law.
- 10:59After all, this is a paragraph that they
- 11:01, the rulers, can apply to absolutely
- 11:04anything and anyone, every single
- 11:05citizen.
- 11:08literally anything.
- 11:11Tell me hand on heart, honestly, who,
- 11:13whom do the politicians currently in
- 11:15power call a threat to democracy and the
- 11:17rule of law today—me, you—attention, I
- 11:20will answer.
- 11:23Anyone who dares, who has the nerve and
- 11:25courage to disagree with them.
- 11:28When you go to a protest at the
- 11:30Constitutional Tribunal, according to
- 11:32them, you are then striking at the rule
- 11:33of law.
- 11:40When you support some opposition,
- 11:41politicians from another party, or write
- 11:43comments online exposing Donald Tusk's
- 11:45government, in their opinion, in their
- 11:48new buzzwords, in their new dictionary,
- 11:50you are a threat to democracy.
- 11:55I mean, it's written right there. Yes.
- 12:03Let's move on to the very heart of this
- 12:05mechanism of theirs, this draft 3003,
- 12:07because someone will ask me now: "Okay,
- 12:09Andrzej, they label some person a threat
- 12:12under article four, but how can they
- 12:14physically take someone's house,
- 12:15apartment, or property without a court
- 12:17verdict, without a bailiff?"
- 12:26Well, my friends, look at pages 19 and
- 12:2920 of document 3003.
- 12:33It is a noose. It has three stages.
- 12:36Step by step, it cuts us, the citizens,
- 12:39off from our property.
- 12:42Let's start with the first stage, that
- 12:44is article 24, which you won't hear
- 12:45about on TV, which will never be
- 12:47mentioned.
- 12:49paragraph one and paragraph two.
- 12:53Paragraph one states that in the event
- 12:55of applying specific national sanctions
- 12:57, the state may—meaning the rulers can—
- 12:59establish administration over our assets
- 13:02.
- 13:07for the purpose, attention, of seizing
- 13:09property if they deem it necessary to
- 13:11protect an important public interest,
- 13:13the economic interest of the state, or
- 13:15the security of the state.
- 13:21So, in summary, before they formally
- 13:23take our property, they will introduce
- 13:25government administration into our
- 13:27businesses, our houses, and apartments.
- 13:31Sounds mysterious, funny. stupid, but
- 13:34that's how it will be. And who will
- 13:35issue such a decision? This is important
- 13:37. No, not some independent court.
- 13:40Absolutely not. Total nonsense, as they
- 13:42say. Read paragraph two of article 24
- 13:45for yourselves.
- 13:48I quote: "The decision is issued by the
- 13:50minister responsible for economy."
- 13:54against this decision.
- 13:56Attention, there is no right to a motion
- 13:59for reconsideration, and the decision
- 14:01itself is subject to immediate—I
- 14:03emphasize—immediate execution.
- 14:07They will execute it immediately.
- 14:11Hold on to your seats now, because the
- 14:13real shock comes in Article 24,
- 14:15paragraph 6.
- 14:21How do you think we will find out, or
- 14:23how will you find out, that some
- 14:25minister has established some kind of
- 14:26management over our property?
- 14:31Do you think a mailman will bring it by
- 14:33registered letter directly into your
- 14:35hands?
- 14:37Well no, because paragraph 6 provides
- 14:39for notifying parties by, get this,
- 14:41publishing the decision in the Public
- 14:43Information Bulletin, yes, on the
- 14:45internet.
- 14:46Alright, moving on.
- 14:50Someone might say: "Well Andrzej, once
- 14:52they discover it and I file a complaint
- 14:54with the administrative court, the court
- 14:56will surely stay the minister's decision
- 14:58."
- 15:00Well, absolutely not, nothing could be
- 15:02further from the truth. Look at page 20
- 15:05of the document, Article 24 and Article
- 15:0724, paragraph 10, look, it states
- 15:10clearly.
- 15:12The contested decision remains in force
- 15:14until the final judgment is rendered.
- 15:21And what happens to our rights during
- 15:22all those years before the court issues
- 15:24a final verdict?
- 15:29The answer, my friends, is in Article 25
- 15:32, paragraph 2, which you see now.
- 15:37It provides for the total loss of the
- 15:39right to manage, use, and dispose of
- 15:41property under management.
- 15:45Get the picture? Do you understand this
- 15:47?
- 15:50No court has even touched it yet, hasn't
- 15:51even considered if a minister is right,
- 15:53and you have already lost the right to
- 15:55use and manage your own property.
- 16:01And only as the third, final cherry on
- 16:04top, the stage is Article 28, Article 28
- 16:06, paragraph 1.
- 16:10Taking over ownership happens by way of
- 16:12a decision by the minister responsible
- 16:14for, excuse me, the economy.
- 16:17See how all this works. See how they
- 16:19have arranged all these stages for
- 16:20themselves. Article 4.
- 16:24They make us a threat to the rule of law
- 16:26.
- 16:27Article 24 and 25.
- 16:31Some minister with one signature takes
- 16:33away the right to use property.
- 16:37Article 28.
- 16:40A minister's administrative decision is
- 16:42used to strike us from land registers.
- 16:45Pure, I don't even know what to call it
- 16:47.
- 16:49Bolshevism is still a mild version, who
- 16:51knows. Write in the comments what to
- 16:53call it.
- 16:54How to call this?
- 16:56Name this thing.
- 16:59See how all these elements, all these
- 17:01building blocks from this past week,
- 17:02connect into one whole.
- 17:06Into such a picture of misery and
- 17:08despair.
- 17:12Now you know, now you know why they
- 17:14attacked the Constitutional Tribunal
- 17:16with such fury and such neurosis, and
- 17:18why at the same time they tried to treat
- 17:20President Karol Nawrocki in such an ugly
- 17:22way.
- 17:30Because they knew perfectly well that
- 17:32when they push through this draft 3000,
- 17:34sorry, 3, the only wall that will stand
- 17:36in their way, which will be able to
- 17:37protect our property, will be the
- 17:39President, a presidential veto, or an
- 17:41independent Constitutional Tribunal.
- 17:47And what? Answer for yourselves what has
- 17:49happened now, what is happening.
- 17:55We cannot allow them to take away our
- 17:57basic, fundamental civil rights in this
- 17:59way, under media cover, under media
- 18:01silence, while they’ve staged some kind
- 18:03of spectacle for us; no, we cannot allow
- 18:05this.
- 18:10Do you know what will happen now?
- 18:12Now it will go to the Senate, they’ll
- 18:14rubber-stamp it in the Senate, then it
- 18:16goes to the president, and everything
- 18:17will be in the president's hands.
- 18:20And that’s all on this topic. Thank you
- 18:21all very much. Write comments on what
- 18:23you think about this. I am very grateful
- 18:25to you.
- 18:27You can share this or boost it if you
- 18:29have an unused limit, because I think
- 18:31there are some limits on boosting.
- 18:33Thank you, have a great weekend. I’m
- 18:35sorry for this kind of news, but what
- 18:37can I do? I waited until the very last
- 18:39moment.
- 18:40I didn't want to make this video before
- 18:41the vote, but I ended up catching the
- 18:43vote.
- 18:44Thank you. Talk to you later. Bye.
