  2. 0:02your solar plexus chakra so you actually
  3. 0:03can breathe slow and deep into your
  4. 0:05entire diaphragm which essentially helps
  5. 0:08you release even more emotions and feel
  6. 0:10more connected to yourself. Okay. So
  7. 0:12very very simple use your right hand.
  8. 0:14The index finger goes right here like
  9. 0:17palm facing upwards. Go right underneath
  10. 0:19your center bone. Press in and rotate
  11. 0:22gently up. Okay? Like this. Now you just
  12. 0:25stay. Relax your left arm. Close your
  13. 0:27eyes. Breathe in through the nose.
  14. 0:28Breathe into your solar plexus. Breathe
  15. 0:30in.
  16. 0:33Exhale.
  17. 0:36Keep rotating a little bit more. Push
  18. 0:37in. Inhale.
  19. 0:44Inhale.
  20. 0:49Repeat after me. Say, "I no longer have
  21. 0:51to run away from my emotions.
  22. 0:55I'm ready to accept and feel them now.
  23. 0:59Breathe in.
  24. 1:05Inhale.
  25. 1:07[Music]
  26. 1:10One more. Inhale.
  27. 1:17Slow. Release your hands. Gently open
  28. 1:20your eyes and look around. See how that
  29. 1:22feels. Potentially colors change a
  30. 1:24little bit. If this was sore, it's very
  31. 1:27normal. Do this multiple times a day.
  32. 1:29Feel your body unwinding. Feel your
  33. 1:31breath is able to travel further down.
  34. 1:34And you're connected to yourself. Thank
  35. 1:36you.
