- 0:00Well, I'm really sorry about making you
- 0:02to wait. Actually, today was a really
- 0:03busy day for me. So, that's the reason I
- 0:05couldn't join on time. Really sorry
- 0:07about that.
- 0:09>> I completely understand because I also
- 0:11face such problems. So, I can understand
- 0:14your problem as well.
- 0:16>> So, let's start without further ado.
- 0:18>> Uh first of all, I would love to know
- 0:21about your day a little bit.
- 0:24or today today was actually a quite a
- 0:27busy day for me from morning 9 to till
- 0:31now I was outside I was into various
- 0:33stuff so that's why I couldn't make any
- 0:36conversation today so that's why I kept
- 0:39rescheduling our call so initially we
- 0:41planned to do it at 2:00 and then 3:00
- 0:43now it's almost 4
- 0:46>> yes it's completely fine I think no
- 0:48problem I can understand
- 0:52>> so how was your Like how did you
- 0:54celebrate Independence Day? May I know a
- 0:57little
- 0:59>> Independence Day? How did I celebrate?
- 1:01Well, if I'm going to school, obviously
- 1:04I would celebrate. They would hoist a
- 1:06flag. But here, nobody hoist any flag.
- 1:09So, I just watch TV and I updated some
- 1:12status on WhatsApp. And I watched some
- 1:15patriotic movies like the normal people.
- 1:18That's what they do, right?
- 1:19>> Yeah. And yeah, I wish some of my
- 1:21friends happy independence day.
- 1:24>> It's nice. Amazing. So, did you first
- 1:28time? Yes,
- 1:30>> I celebrated. I just made some wheels I
- 1:34can say.
- 1:35>> Okay, that's cool.
- 1:38>> So, we are not meeting very first time
- 1:40but still I want you to introduce
- 1:42yourself.
- 1:44>> Sure, definitely. Yeah, obviously you
- 1:46know my name. My name is Ram
- 1:48Ramachandran. I'm from Tamil Ladu. I
- 1:50used to work in the software industry.
- 1:52Now I have become a full-time YouTuber.
- 1:54I make conversational videos and I
- 1:57upload them on my YouTube channel.
- 1:59That's what about me.
- 2:00>> I watch your videos. You're doing great.
- 2:03>> But you are interested a little bit.
- 2:06Why?
- 2:07>> Oh yeah. It's because of various other
- 2:10work that I have. I'm into lot of stuff
- 2:12at the same time. So that's why I'm not
- 2:14able to concentrate on YouTube. But now
- 2:16I have fixed my mind. Okay. We should
- 2:18focus on YouTube. Try to upload one
- 2:20video every two days. So that's the
- 2:22point
- 2:22>> because your audience love you, right?
- 2:25They support you as well. So you should
- 2:27also do something for them, right? You
- 2:30should keep uploading the videos.
- 2:33>> Sure. Sure. Definitely I'll do that.
- 2:34Yeah. Last month, well, this month I
- 2:37didn't upload much videos. I uploaded
- 2:39only two videos, I think. So yeah, I'm
- 2:42planning to start from tomorrow. So from
- 2:44tomorrow onwards, I'll make videos and I
- 2:46upload them.
- 2:48So, how about you? How is your channel
- 2:50going?
- 2:51>> Yeah, it's going great. If I talk about
- 2:53my first channel, I was inconsistent.
- 2:56So, I'm not um it's not active. My first
- 2:58channel isn't active. So, I've started
- 3:01seeking channels. So, now I'm um quite
- 3:04consistent I can say and yes I'm seeing
- 3:08the progress as well. It's slow progress
- 3:10but still I think I am improving and
- 3:14enjoying as well. Yeah, I can see that
- 3:17you've improved a lot comparing to our
- 3:18last call. You have improved a lot. You
- 3:21speak wonderful English now.
- 3:23>> Thank you so much.
- 3:25>> No problem.
- 3:26>> Okay.
- 3:27>> So, how was your day today? What did you
- 3:28do today?
- 3:29>> Nothing special. I just uh made a solo
- 3:33video before joining this organization.
- 3:36[snorts] I was planning to make
- 3:39early in the morning because I couldn't
- 3:42wake up early. I thought to shoot a vlog
- 3:44but then I got I woke up very late
- 3:48that's why I just um made a video on
- 3:52books.
- 3:53>> So how do I read books and how I learn
- 3:56words? So I made the video on this.
- 3:58Yeah.
- 3:59>> Sorry I just want to know I totally
- 4:00forgot where exactly are you from? Are
- 4:02you from UP?
- 4:04>> Yes I'm from
- 4:06>> Oh right. Yeah. Yeah. Now I remember. So
- 4:10I mean uh do you have places to shoot
- 4:12vlogging style videos?
- 4:15>> No, I just try to do that.
- 4:19>> There is no such place but I try to go
- 4:22outside to shoot a video. Sometimes it's
- 4:24very difficult but I am trying gradually
- 4:27I'm trying.
- 4:29>> Oh that's cool.
- 4:30>> Yes. What about you? Have you ever
- 4:33thought of vlogging something?
- 4:36Yo, I thought of doing it and also I
- 4:38tried one video long time ago, probably
- 4:40one and a half years ago. Uh, yeah, I
- 4:43still do that. I mean, I still do have
- 4:45that thing in my mind. Probably I will
- 4:46try sometime later. First, I have to be
- 4:48consistent with my conversational videos
- 4:50and my English related videos.
- 4:53>> Uh, then I will think about it.
- 4:56>> Yes.
- 4:57>> Right. But I have watched your some of
- 4:59your videos um shorts videos that you
- 5:03make um while walking in the morning
- 5:06right? Uh peacock videos something I
- 5:10watch that it was amazing.
- 5:14>> Thank you so much. Yes.
- 5:16>> Uh sometimes you know if I see a peacock
- 5:19or if it's really looking beautiful then
- 5:21I try to shoot a video and I upload them
- 5:24on my Insta.
- 5:27That's great. So, are you not uploading
- 5:30uh conversational videos or solo videos
- 5:33on Insta?
- 5:35>> Oh, Insta I'm not I never thought about
- 5:39it because Insta is more like personal
- 5:42to me. I don't want to make it into an
- 5:45English content account. So, it's more
- 5:48like my personal account. I just share
- 5:49things that I like. That's
- 5:53>> yeah probably. Yeah, I still do have
- 5:56that in my mind. One of my friends, he
- 5:58also suggested me everybody's using
- 6:00Insta these days. The genzies are using
- 6:02Insta. So why don't you just switch to
- 6:05Insta? Like you can make uh 30 minute I
- 6:08mean 30 seconds or 1 minute video. You
- 6:10can explain something about English some
- 6:12interesting stuff. Well, I have that in
- 6:15my mind. Probably I'll try in future. I
- 6:17mean still not confirmed yet.
- 6:20Yes, you should try to attract more
- 6:23audience. You can get more audience
- 6:25through Instagram because there are
- 6:27there are many people who use Instagram.
- 6:30That's why I asked you.
- 6:33>> Yeah, that's right actually. That's
- 6:35true.
- 6:36>> Yeah.
- 6:37>> Okay. So, uh how's it feel when you take
- 6:41the break from YouTube? I just want to
- 6:44know.
- 6:45Sorry,
- 6:46>> I I said how does it feel when you take
- 6:49the break from YouTube?
- 6:52>> Uh when I take the break, I really do
- 6:53miss YouTube a lot. Like uh I missed it
- 6:56a lot. And uh yeah, because of various
- 6:59reasons because of my father's health
- 7:01issue and all those stuff, I couldn't
- 7:03make videos. But I like making videos.
- 7:06Yeah. So I was just supposed to ask you
- 7:08like do you think that you have more
- 7:10responsibilities?
- 7:13>> Uh towards what?
- 7:16>> Uh like u related to personal and
- 7:19professional related personal life and
- 7:22professional
- 7:25>> uh yes uh responsibilities are always
- 7:28there.
- 7:29Uh still I'm not able to quite
- 7:31understand the question. Personal
- 7:33responsibility means taking care of the
- 7:35family. Your father was sick that's why
- 7:38right you mentioned reason so I want to
- 7:40ask you others as well may I know a
- 7:42little
- 7:44>> that so yeah I do I do have a sister
- 7:46actually but she settled in a different
- 7:48city and uh yeah I don't have anyone
- 7:51else I have my mother and my father so
- 7:53I'm the one who is taking care of them I
- 7:54mean taking care of them in the sense
- 7:56they are taking care of themselves
- 7:57>> single boy like I can say
- 8:00>> yeah I mean my sister is in different
- 8:02city she's married and she settled in a
- 8:04different city M
- 8:05>> so
- 8:06>> it means like you have that
- 8:07responsibility to take care of your
- 8:09parents right
- 8:10>> so it's something like that
- 8:13>> yeah that's
- 8:14>> uh do you think about your future
- 8:16something and have you figured out now
- 8:20>> it future
- 8:23um I can say nobody can figure out their
- 8:26future future cannot be it cannot go as
- 8:30planned you know you can do whatever
- 8:32plan you want but future is something
- 8:34different. It always surprises you. We
- 8:36don't know what will happen after one
- 8:37year or after two years.
- 8:39>> So that's why I'm saying
- 8:41>> smart. [laughter] I can say you're very
- 8:44smart. So I have another question for
- 8:47you like I have I have watched your many
- 8:50videos other channels on other channels
- 8:52as well with Vinnie as well right
- 8:56>> and uh there is something that something
- 9:00that I wanted to ask if you don't mind.
- 9:03Sure.
- 9:04>> It's something that I heard that you
- 9:06[clears throat] don't like girl. Why is
- 9:07so I just wanted to know that
- 9:10>> because I have watched that video with
- 9:12Vinnie. So I wanted to highlight that.
- 9:15>> Okay. It's not like I don't like girls.
- 9:18I I would suggest I would try to I would
- 9:21rephrase it into it's better to stay
- 9:24away from girls.
- 9:27>> Why? I just wanted to know.
- 9:31>> Yeah. It's always disappointment. That's
- 9:33all because whatever you think
- 9:37initially
- 9:38initially whatever you think about them
- 9:40it's not true these are all the things
- 9:43that don't make up in your mind this is
- 9:45the game of expectations it's not about
- 9:48girl I think it's not only about girls
- 9:51it's aboutation
- 9:54>> so what I'm saying is it's not it's it's
- 9:58part of your expectation as well but
- 9:59your mind makes that expectation but in
- 10:02In a relationship, if you don't expect
- 10:04anything, then what's the point of
- 10:05having a relationship? If you are with
- 10:07someone, then if you're not expecting
- 10:09anything, then why do we need them?
- 10:12>> Obviously, relationship you have to
- 10:14expect something, right? You have to
- 10:16expect them to love you back. You have
- 10:18to expect them to be loyal with you,
- 10:20right?
- 10:21>> So, if it's not expectation, then what's
- 10:24the point of having relationship? You
- 10:25can be alone,
- 10:27>> right? So, that's what I'm saying. So
- 10:31the thing why I said that was it's
- 10:34because of most of the things um in
- 10:38relationship or love most of the things
- 10:40those are all your imaginations those
- 10:41are all not true but when you get to
- 10:43know the person in real they'll be
- 10:45totally different person
- 10:46>> yes
- 10:47>> I have also experienced this
- 10:49>> it's all about like we learn from our
- 10:51experience then we don't make the same
- 10:54mistakes right then we get mature then
- 10:57we don't make and we start to understand
- 10:59the people as well because we live in
- 11:02dulu. What is the word like we live in
- 11:05something I I heard from Instagram as
- 11:08well? Delusion
- 11:10>> delusion and people say in short way as
- 11:13well this word in another way I forgot
- 11:16that
- 11:17>> yes delusion so we shouldn't believe in
- 11:20this when it comes to approaching people
- 11:22right
- 11:23>> okay
- 11:25>> yeah I mean uh it's we shouldn't but it
- 11:29happens naturally so when you're meeting
- 11:32someone when you're talking with someone
- 11:33for hours obviously you can you imagine
- 11:37that's how the human brain works It's
- 11:39not about only us. It's about everyone.
- 11:41So we we normally imagine things. We
- 11:43imagine being with them. But when when
- 11:47you get to know them fully, well, that's
- 11:49not the person that I was expecting. So
- 11:52it actually breaks. It hurts. That's
- 11:54all.
- 11:55>> Yes.
- 11:56>> Yeah.
- 11:57>> So you mentioned about expectation.
- 11:59Let's talk about expectation because I
- 12:01think that I shouldn't keep expectation
- 12:03from people. I should have zero
- 12:05expectation. I should expect myself if I
- 12:08want something. So do what do you think
- 12:10about it?
- 12:12>> Well, we cannot completely get rid of
- 12:15our expectation from this world.
- 12:18Expectation is part of our you know
- 12:21that's that's how we think. We expect
- 12:23things. If we are not expecting anything
- 12:25in return then we are machines. Only
- 12:27machines don't expect anything in
- 12:28return. They just do the things what
- 12:30they are supposed to do. But we humans
- 12:32when we do something we expect something
- 12:34in return. So that's uh that's natural
- 12:36for us. Well, we can control the
- 12:38expectation, but especially when you're
- 12:40>> hurts a lot, right? Don't you think that
- 12:42it hurts when we don't get back?
- 12:44>> Yeah. That's where that's where you have
- 12:47to learn how to be composed like how to
- 12:51stay in control when it hurts, how you
- 12:54react when it hurts. That's the thing
- 12:55that we have to learn. We cannot learn
- 12:57to not expect anything from anyone. We
- 12:59can only learn to control ourself when
- 13:02the expectation is not fulfilled.
- 13:06Yeah,
- 13:06>> exactly.
- 13:08>> Because when you don't expect anything,
- 13:10you're not uh how do I say you're not
- 13:13very serious and you're just time
- 13:15passing if you're not expecting anything
- 13:17in return. And if you're time passing,
- 13:19obviously they will know that you're
- 13:20time passing.
- 13:23>> Exactly.
- 13:23>> And that's not going to be a healthy
- 13:25relationship.
- 13:26>> Yes. It's not only about relationship.
- 13:29It's uh like if I talk about
- 13:30relationship we can come to like we can
- 13:33also talk about our parents as well.
- 13:35they have also expectation from us and
- 13:37we also have that expectation from our
- 13:40parents as well but sometimes um it
- 13:43doesn't fulfill right they don't fulfill
- 13:46and something then it hurts right and I
- 13:50feel sometimes I think that I should I I
- 13:54don't have any expectation because
- 13:56earlier I met some friends and now they
- 14:00are they don't talk to me I don't have
- 14:02any contact with them earlier Here I
- 14:05made some friends just because of
- 14:07practicing English to practice
- 14:10>> but after sometimes now they are it they
- 14:13were online friends okay now they don't
- 14:16talk to me and I also don't reach out to
- 14:18them but I had some expectation yes I
- 14:22had some expectation that they will uh
- 14:25talk to me in return again but they
- 14:28didn't now it hurts a [laughter] lot
- 14:32>> now I completely feel I feel that I
- 14:35shouldn't keep expectation even from my
- 14:37parents as well because some fair or the
- 14:40other like sometimes they also hurt me
- 14:42they don't understand me my point of
- 14:44view and always think about society and
- 14:48they they have expectations if I don't
- 14:52fulfill then they don't love me love me
- 14:55and if I'm able to fulfill then they
- 14:57love me so it is not it's not a
- 15:01unconditional love I think they Love is
- 15:04also not unconditional love. It's like
- 15:07based on condition.
- 15:10>> Yeah, that kind of makes sense actually.
- 15:13Parents love well after a certain age
- 15:16when the kid is grown, they do expect a
- 15:19lot from us because uh that's what
- 15:22they've been
- 15:24uh doing from the beginning. Like when
- 15:26you are a child, they tell you all these
- 15:28stuff, you know, you have to become an
- 15:30engineer, you have to become a lawyer.
- 15:32Why they are saying all these things?
- 15:33Because they expect something from you.
- 15:35Okay. If you become a lawyer, if you
- 15:37become a doctor, you know, obviously
- 15:38you'll be in a very good position. So
- 15:40they expect that prestige or wealth or
- 15:43whatever it is, they expect all these
- 15:45things from you because they couldn't do
- 15:47it. So they are um using all their
- 15:50energy to make you to to happen. But if
- 15:53you are not able to fulfill that, they
- 15:55are disappointed.
- 15:56>> Earlier I would think that girl girls
- 15:58life is difficult. But I think boys life
- 16:01is also difficult when they start to
- 16:03earn. So parents have that expectation
- 16:06that my my boys will get married and
- 16:10then their wife will work right and they
- 16:13will also earn then they will spend on
- 16:16their parents. So they have also lots of
- 16:19responsibility. Now I think this because
- 16:21I think parents expectation is not for
- 16:24only girls. Uh their expectation for
- 16:27boys as well. I think they have
- 16:29expectations of their boys.
- 16:32>> Yeah. Everyone's life is terrible.
- 16:34Everyone's life is very difficult. It's
- 16:35not about just boys and girls. All of
- 16:38them. They all have some sort of
- 16:40problems in their life. It depends on
- 16:42how they are showing it, how they are
- 16:45reacting towards it. Girls have some set
- 16:47of problems. Similarly, boys have some
- 16:49sort of problems. Mostly I think girls
- 16:51the problems have they have is the
- 16:53restrictions. you know they are they are
- 16:55being restricted in most of the things
- 16:57they cannot do the things that boys do
- 17:00but the problems with boys is they do
- 17:03have access to do everything whatever
- 17:05they want in their life but their
- 17:07responsibility is so huge so that's why
- 17:09they can't do it they they will feel
- 17:11overwhelmed so for example a girl might
- 17:13think uh if I'm a if I were a boy I can
- 17:16just go out and I can just relax and
- 17:19nobody can call me you know nobody can
- 17:21be worried about me but if If you're a
- 17:24boy, you I don't think very rarely boys
- 17:27go just out and relax. They always think
- 17:29about how to make money, how to become
- 17:32successful in their life. So even if
- 17:33they are out, even if they are still
- 17:35doing the things that girls thought that
- 17:38they are enjoying, still their mind
- 17:40would be somewhere else. They would be
- 17:41thinking about how to become successful
- 17:43in this world. Everybody's racing
- 17:44towards something. So how to get
- 17:46whatever they wanted. So that's what
- 17:48makes them worried and they feel
- 17:50depressed. So everyone has their own
- 17:52problems.
- 17:53Exactly. That's so true.
- 17:56>> It's something everyone's life is very
- 17:59difficult. I can say that.
- 18:01>> Yeah. Life itself is a difficult thing.
- 18:04>> Exactly.
- 18:05>> Yeah. For all the creatures.
- 18:08>> So when are you planning for getting
- 18:11married?
- 18:12>> Getting married. Okay. I I don't know. I
- 18:14keep getting this question again and
- 18:16again from many YouTubers. Not now.
- 18:18Probably in future.
- 18:21>> Okay.
- 18:22Yeah,
- 18:22>> because it's your I think right age to
- 18:26get married then you will it's something
- 18:29that then it will get very late I think
- 18:32right
- 18:34>> well it doesn't matter
- 18:36it's a choice the times have changed we
- 18:39are not living in 1980s or 1990s
- 18:42>> you know we are in the 21st century it
- 18:44doesn't matter there are lots of people
- 18:46who are living their life happily and
- 18:48freely with successful life at the age
- 18:5140. They get married at the age of 40 or
- 18:5435. So it depends on their life and
- 18:57their
- 18:58>> you know on the on their expectations.
- 19:02>> Yeah. So when are you going to get
- 19:04married?
- 19:06>> Not now. First of all I want to make my
- 19:09career. I want to become independent.
- 19:11Then I'll think about it.
- 19:14>> Okay. Independent means what do you
- 19:16mean? You mean financially independent?
- 19:18>> Yes. Financially independent. Yes.
- 19:21>> Okay.
- 19:22>> It's some.
- 19:22>> So are you teaching English?
- 19:24>> Yes, I give classes, spoken classes
- 19:28>> and I'm also preparing for competitive
- 19:30exam. So
- 19:32>> Oh, what sort of competitive exam?
- 19:35>> It's related to teaching teaching
- 19:38teaching
- 19:39>> BA I'm preparing for B
- 19:43>> exam. Yes,
- 19:44>> that's good to hear. Yeah, you will get
- 19:46it definitely.
- 19:48All the best. Yes, I'm working hard and
- 19:50let's see like it's like there are a lot
- 19:52of competition but still I think that I
- 19:55need to keep doing it because I have
- 19:58seen some people on internet as well
- 20:00only one person I saw a person who have
- 20:04like who has
- 20:06um five six job government job just he
- 20:10she tries uh uh she kept trying she kept
- 20:14giving exams and she got uh five six
- 20:18jobs government jobs. So I think
- 20:20>> okay she cleared five jobs.
- 20:22>> Yes. Now
- 20:25it's about like keep doing it because uh
- 20:28we think that there are lots of
- 20:30competition and we shouldn't do it. How
- 20:33can we get succeed right? But it's all
- 20:35about our mindset I think.
- 20:37>> Yeah. Well that is kind of true. Yeah.
- 20:41If you try something again and again
- 20:45definitely you will get it one day.
- 20:47>> Yes.
- 20:47>> Yeah. But also you have to be very
- 20:49careful with the time that is being
- 20:51wasted. If you're if you're getting it
- 20:54then that's fine you're successful. But
- 20:56if you're not getting at the end of the
- 20:57day then it's a total time waste.
- 21:00>> Yes. I've also seen some people they
- 21:02were just going to get succeed right.
- 21:06They were like they just uh how can I
- 21:10say that they are not able to pass just
- 21:14because of one number. Okay. one number
- 21:17two number they are they are not able to
- 21:20pass but they still
- 21:22>> try they still try they don't give up so
- 21:24I get encouragement from them those
- 21:27people
- 21:29>> I get inspiration yes
- 21:33>> yeah that's true actually that's true I
- 21:35mean if you if you really want if that
- 21:37is your destiny if you really want it
- 21:39you can definitely get it whatever you
- 21:40try you will definitely get it if you
- 21:42try harder and also for those people who
- 21:45are not really that serious who don't
- 21:47know what they want in their life. If
- 21:49they are just simply passing their time
- 21:52on prepare preparing for government
- 21:54exams, I would suggest them to do some
- 21:56other things because government exams
- 21:58will really drain your energy and your
- 22:00time
- 22:01>> because that's what happened to me
- 22:02because I spent around two years on
- 22:04civil services preparation. I kind of if
- 22:07I had tried one more time probably I
- 22:09would have gotten it but uh yeah because
- 22:11of my time I was in a bad time that day.
- 22:15So I mean that time it didn't happen. So
- 22:18when I look back now those two three
- 22:20years actually I wasted
- 22:22>> I would have done something else if I
- 22:24hadn't waste the time.
- 22:27>> Yeah. And I think that when we prepare
- 22:30some exams when we if I talk about
- 22:33preparation so we learn as well right we
- 22:36get knowledge so we don't waste of our
- 22:38time we do something in our free time.
- 22:42That knowledge is helpful only when you
- 22:45use it.
- 22:46>> If you are using it. Okay. So I learned
- 22:49geography when I was preparing for civil
- 22:51services. That was my maj main subject.
- 22:54Well I I I studied geography like hell.
- 22:57Like I had the knowledge of the the guys
- 23:00who do who were doing geography for
- 23:02masters. So I had that level knowledge
- 23:04in geography. So what's the point of
- 23:06having that knowledge now? Okay. If a if
- 23:08a man's moon comes I know I can
- 23:10understand how this process works. If
- 23:12there is an ocean current Elino know
- 23:13happens in the Atlantic Ocean I know how
- 23:16it happens. But what's the point of
- 23:17having that knowledge? So acquiring
- 23:20the knowledge we have to make use of it.
- 23:23If you are not able to make use of it
- 23:25then that knowledge goes wasted.
- 23:28>> Exactly. So true.
- 23:31But it's something that it's it's still
- 23:34better like waste of time, right?
- 23:38>> We shouldn't waste our time.
- 23:40>> Your 20ies,
- 23:42you know, from 20 years old to 30 years,
- 23:44that's the golden time you have.
- 23:47>> That's the time whatever you do in that
- 23:50time that will stay with you forever in
- 23:52your life. If you waste those 10 years
- 23:55from 20 to 30, if you waste that 10
- 23:58years, that's all. after 30 it's very
- 24:00difficult for anyone to do to learn
- 24:03something new and to achieve something
- 24:05that's very difficult I am trying to do
- 24:07that because I wasted my 20s and for
- 24:11many of the boys especially after 30s
- 24:13their mind will become so blunt they
- 24:16won't be able to learn something new and
- 24:18if you're reaching after 40 then that's
- 24:20all very rarely around 5 percentage or
- 24:2310 percentage people they become
- 24:24successful after they try something at
- 24:26the age of 40 so the 20s are very
- 24:29important. So you have to really make
- 24:31use of it. You should know what you're
- 24:33doing, where this path goes to. Yeah.
- 24:36Only then, you know, it should be a
- 24:38calculated success. I can say
- 24:42>> exactly. You're right. So that's not
- 24:45waste time.
- 24:46>> I also don't want to waste my time
- 24:48because I'm also in my 20. I am 24 years
- 24:52old. But still I think that I have some
- 24:55time and uh yeah I I
- 24:57>> I think you are already in the right
- 24:59path.
- 24:59>> Yes,
- 25:00>> you're on the right path. You're
- 25:02learning English at the age of 24. You
- 25:04know you have already learned it. You
- 25:06are doing YouTube. So at this age yeah
- 25:09you're on the right path. You have
- 25:10another six years. You know in just
- 25:12another one or two years you can be very
- 25:14successful in whatever you wished for.
- 25:16>> I just need to make most out of it.
- 25:18Right.
- 25:20>> Yeah.
- 25:21>> Right. That's good. Yes, I'm working
- 25:23hard earlier. I also wasted of my time
- 25:25just because of my friends. Friends are
- 25:28something that
- 25:29>> like I I was not fond of making friends
- 25:33earlier like uh but now I think that
- 25:36it's completely waste of time. If it
- 25:39should be like like you should make a
- 25:40balance if you're completely
- 25:43into friendship and all then you waste
- 25:46of your time.
- 25:48I think
- 25:49>> that's true actually. Um I will tell you
- 25:52most of the people what they do is they
- 25:54spend their life their golden years on
- 25:58helping someone else's life like
- 26:03probably you know for example in a
- 26:04relationship they spend their whole
- 26:07energy and time for someone else and
- 26:09after some time they will leave you so
- 26:12what's happening so you don't have
- 26:13anything in return I mean they have
- 26:15taken your time they have taken your
- 26:16energy and
- 26:17>> everything happens just because of some
- 26:19reasons everything happens because it
- 26:22comes the problems uh come to teach us
- 26:25something right so I've also learned so
- 26:28many things from my mistakes that I made
- 26:32and from people as well that I chose
- 26:36but I think that it's all about your
- 26:38learning right in 20ies or uh you also
- 26:42learn so many things
- 26:45>> well we cannot experience all the life
- 26:48problems
- 26:49We don't have that much time. So you
- 26:52have to learn from others mistakes as
- 26:54well. You have to learns from others
- 26:56mistakes. You have to read books and
- 26:58read the history. What are the mistakes
- 27:00done in the history and how it's
- 27:03affecting people personally. So that's
- 27:06how you have to learn. If you if you
- 27:08think you can experience all the life
- 27:09problems and then you will become
- 27:11successful, by the time you experience
- 27:13all the life problems, you'll be 70
- 27:14years old. So you'll keep learning. So
- 27:17you have to learn smartly.
- 27:19Yes. So it's not about like we always
- 27:23every time makes mistakes. It's
- 27:25something that there are some mistakes
- 27:27that is those are very important and if
- 27:30we don't make them I think we can learn
- 27:34good
- 27:35>> some mistakes are not avoidable. It
- 27:37happens anyways.
- 27:39>> It's uh you can say unavoidable. It's
- 27:42something that
- 27:43>> Yeah. unavoidable. That's true.
- 27:46>> It's something.
- 27:47>> Cool. And I want to know about like your
- 27:50exercise that how are you doing? Did you
- 27:53join gym or what?
- 27:55>> Oh no I'm not I haven't joined gym yet.
- 27:57I will probably join in another one
- 28:01month. Well I'm doing running actually
- 28:03every day. I run and I have some
- 28:06exercise equipments in my house. So I
- 28:09lift them.
- 28:10>> That's
- 28:11>> and I have a punching bag. I do some
- 28:13punching. That's all pro every day
- 28:15around 1 2 and a half hours I'm doing.
- 28:17>> What about diet? What are you taking in
- 28:20your breakfast and lunch?
- 28:23>> Okay. For breakfast I have an egg
- 28:26omelette like two eggs whole two whole
- 28:29eggs omelette. That's the breakfast. And
- 28:33the lunch I have rice. I cannot live
- 28:35without rice. So lunch I have rice and
- 28:37vegetables. And for dinner
- 28:41uh sometimes chicken I eat sometimes
- 28:45you know uh two dosas or two roties you
- 28:48know whatever it is it's just two if
- 28:50it's going to be idli it's going to be
- 28:52two if it's going to be dosa it's going
- 28:53to be two whatever it is I just eat only
- 28:55two that's all
- 28:57>> so I'm taking a balanced diet I'm not
- 28:59completely
- 29:01leaving all the carbohydrates I'm just
- 29:03taking a balance I'm not in a rush to
- 29:05get in shape I can slowly do this but
- 29:08I'm seeing drastic change in the last
- 29:10two months
- 29:11>> is because I think I quit my job and now
- 29:14I'm not sitting anywhere. I'm always
- 29:17running here and there I'm just going
- 29:19and coming. I used to when I was working
- 29:22I used to sit on a chair for a long time
- 29:25like for longer hours 8 to 10 hours I
- 29:28sit in a date that's why my health
- 29:31>> you quit your job just because of for uh
- 29:35like working on your health or there are
- 29:38any reasons
- 29:40>> yeah many reasons health is one of the
- 29:41reason there are many reasons the second
- 29:44thing is I was not really interested in
- 29:45the doing the same job the IT job it was
- 29:47paying well but uh I thought I should
- 29:50try something different in life. Yeah.
- 29:53Because I thought about myself doing the
- 29:56same job probably with little bit of one
- 29:59or two promotions at the age of 40. What
- 30:02I would be doing with this job you know
- 30:05I would be like totally wasted. So I
- 30:09thought okay this is not the right thing
- 30:10to do for a long time. So we have
- 30:12already tried enough we have already
- 30:14done enough job. So let's quit this job
- 30:16and try doing something else. So now I'm
- 30:19not doing anything actually. I'm just
- 30:21doing only YouTube.
- 30:24I'm just thinking what to do. So it's
- 30:26been just 6 months, right? So I'm just
- 30:28still figuring out I'll do something in
- 30:30my life.
- 30:32>> That's great. I want to also mention
- 30:34like I'm also thinking also focusing on
- 30:37my health, my mental and physical
- 30:39health. I was not quite focusing on this
- 30:43because I was very busy, super busy in
- 30:46giving classes, spoking classes and in
- 30:49YouTube so on YouTube. But now I think
- 30:52uh I'm focusing just because of my
- 30:54mental uh because I feel very stressed.
- 30:57I overthink. I think negative just
- 31:00because I don't move my body. I don't
- 31:02know what's the reason and I have a uh I
- 31:04have a little bit health issue as well.
- 31:07So I think that I should exercise. So
- 31:10I'm focusing and trying to walk every
- 31:13day for 30 minutes at least evening
- 31:16every day.
- 31:16>> Exactly. You should do that. Uh you know
- 31:19what I started doing my exercise
- 31:22initially I started with walking. I was
- 31:24not jogging at all. I didn't run.
- 31:26>> I was just walking. I walked for 40
- 31:28minutes to 1 hour every day. So that's
- 31:31what I did and slowly I
- 31:33>> do this thing walking because it's easy
- 31:35to do.
- 31:36If I talk about other things uh like
- 31:39when we say like rope jumping what do we
- 31:42call that? So I
- 31:43>> those things are not really helpful
- 31:45>> but it's uh I think that it's bit
- 31:48difficult for me
- 31:49>> but walking is super easy. Walking is
- 31:52actually the best exercise for our you
- 31:56know for humans. Walking we have to do
- 31:58at least 40 minutes of walking every
- 32:00day. Just in the morning or in the
- 32:01evening whenever you're free just go for
- 32:03a walk.
- 32:04>> You know you don't have to a lot of
- 32:05people say you have to walk very faster
- 32:08or you know you don't have to do that.
- 32:10Just walk normally you will get the
- 32:13interest when you do walking. If you go
- 32:14for walking one week you will be able to
- 32:16see changes in your body. You will be
- 32:18more active. You'll be more stronger.
- 32:21Yeah,
- 32:21>> because what happens when you do walking
- 32:23your blood actually pumps gets uh your
- 32:26blood gets pumped everywhere. You know
- 32:28your your heart pumps your blood very
- 32:30faster. So the blood circulation is you
- 32:33know it goes through all over the body.
- 32:35So you you can really feel energetic
- 32:37when you walk.
- 32:40>> Exactly. And also it's also good for our
- 32:43mental health as well. We feel lighter
- 32:46mentally. Right. And uh I also able to
- 32:50focus more on my study because when I
- 32:53walk I feel very good inside that yes I
- 32:56did something for myself
- 32:58>> and it's kind of very new feeling
- 33:02>> yeah that's true I get clarity when I
- 33:05walk when I'm into some you know some
- 33:08confusion some problems when I walk I
- 33:11take a walk so when I walk I get the
- 33:13clarity my mind will be very clear after
- 33:16finishing the walk I will I will have
- 33:19decided something in my mind already so
- 33:21while finishing the walk so I can say
- 33:23yeah walking really helps in giving you
- 33:26mental clarity
- 33:27>> yes exactly
- 33:30it's something it's especially for
- 33:31worker who work who have 9 to 5 job who
- 33:36doesn't know themsel right I think so
- 33:39it's very important for them to move
- 33:41their body at least they should work
- 33:44every day for 30 minutes Yes. Every day
- 33:47it should be there.
- 33:49>> Yes. Exactly.
- 33:50>> You will enjoy it if you start doing it.
- 33:53>> Are you have you already started or
- 33:54you're just going to start?
- 33:56>> Yes, I've started this.
- 33:58>> It has been only 3 days. In between I've
- 34:02stopped just because I was just
- 34:03procrastinating just because of lo.
- 34:05>> So what time are you going for a walk?
- 34:08>> I don't go anywhere. I do at home.
- 34:12>> Okay. What time? I mean are you doing it
- 34:13in the morning or in the evening? Two
- 34:16times evening and night.
- 34:17>> Two times.
- 34:18>> Yes.
- 34:19>> Okay. Well, um you can do one thing.
- 34:23There is something called step counter
- 34:26in there is an application called step
- 34:28counter in our mobile phones or else you
- 34:30can uh get this uh fit band watch you
- 34:36know health band watch where it it
- 34:38counts your steps how many steps you
- 34:40walk. So you can set the steps as 6,000
- 34:43steps or 10,000 steps depending on you
- 34:47know how much you can walk. So if you
- 34:49have that you can you can track your
- 34:52progress like how much you have walked
- 34:54and how much calories you have burnt.
- 34:57>> You know it will track you. So it's very
- 34:58helpful. I've been using that but
- 35:00nowadays I'm not using it because I'm so
- 35:01used to it. Like if I I I will know if I
- 35:04walked 10,000 steps how much calories I
- 35:06would have burnt. You know what would be
- 35:08my heart rate. I know it already by
- 35:10heart. So I don't need that watch but I
- 35:12used to wear that watch. So it's very
- 35:14helpful. You can try.
- 35:15>> Yes, of course. I'll give it a shot.
- 35:18>> Sure.
- 35:19>> Thank you [clears throat] so much.
- 35:21>> So now we are running out of time as
- 35:22well. It's going to be 40 minutes. So
- 35:26thank you so much for joining. It was
- 35:27very nice talking to you
- 35:29>> though I've been trying to meeting you
- 35:31for a long time. But now I've just uh I
- 35:35have conversed with you and I'm super
- 35:37happy that yes, you gave me this chance.
- 35:39Thank you so much.
- 35:41>> You're welcome, Matasha. Thank you so
- 35:42much for inviting me to your channel. I
- 35:45really enjoyed this conversation and
- 35:47thank you all the best.
- 35:48>> Thank you.
- 35:50>> Yeah. Bye.
- 35:51>> Have a great day. Bye.
- 35:53>> Have a good day. Bye.
