Sending Targeted Campaigns — Transcript

- 0:00In this video, we're going to cover one
- 0:01of the most powerful features of Agent
- 0:04CRM, which is the campaigns or
- 0:07workflows. We're going to cover how you
- 0:09can blast a large list or a segment of
- 0:12your list with emails and texts that
- 0:15correspond with a specific type of
- 0:17campaign, for example, a new lead
- 0:20campaign.
- 0:22We want to be able to send these
- 0:23messages on autopilot, almost like
- 0:26casting a net. We're throwing that net
- 0:29out there and seeing what we can scoop
- 0:31up. Yes, we still want to make outbound
- 0:33phone calls. Set aside that time for
- 0:36those dialing sessions.
- 0:38Those who call leads will get the best
- 0:40results. Don't forget that. But we also
- 0:44want to take advantage of tools like
- 0:46this so that we can cast a larger net
- 0:49and maybe scoop up some opportunities,
- 0:52whether it's new leads, referrals, or
- 0:54more that we don't know we have in our
- 0:57list. The amount of time that we can
- 0:59save and more. So, let's go in here to
- 1:01an actual example of a new lead campaign
- 1:04and then we'll zoom a little bit further
- 1:05back and then we'll actually go into
- 1:08launching together inside of a workflow.
- 1:11So, let's go back for a second to show
- 1:13where I'm looking. On the left hand
- 1:15side, you're going to see automations.
- 1:19Automations and workflows. Same thing.
- 1:22They're synonymous. Inside of your
- 1:24branding bundle, you'll have a whole
- 1:26bunch of different folders.
- 1:29You can see for Medicare, lead
- 1:30generation, new lead. Some of these are
- 1:33just administrative like appointment
- 1:35scheduled. It's just what happens when
- 1:38someone books a call. Appointment
- 1:40completed. You get the idea. But other
- 1:42ones like new lead, maybe there's some
- 1:46spec specific ones per u vertical. Maybe
- 1:50Medicare, they have some unique ones
- 1:52like T65 and a OEP.
- 1:56These are campaigns, lead nurture, where
- 1:58you can target a segment, maybe aged
- 2:00leads, maybe even clients, and you can
- 2:02send a mass campaign.
- 2:06So, take some time and and you've likely
- 2:08already reviewed the messaging for many
- 2:10of these, but what we're going to go
- 2:11into as an example is referral request.
- 2:17We can go inside and and notice the
- 2:18numbering and coloring. Again, each one
- 2:20is organized so that you can find your
- 2:23way around.
- 2:24Workflows or automations, campaigns,
- 2:27they have to be triggered by something.
- 2:30And we're going to use this trigger in
- 2:33launching a targeted campaign. Notice
- 2:36that there's multiple triggers. You can
- 2:38use that disposition dropdown that
- 2:40you've seen in other trainings.
- 2:42Sometimes they get triggered
- 2:43automatically if they're working through
- 2:46the system elsewhere. But if we want to
- 2:48have some quick wins, what we can do is
- 2:51just learn and recognize the tags.
- 2:54If the tag is added, it will set off a
- 2:58chain of events.
- 3:01trigger added. We can move to the stage,
- 3:04update the the disposition as well.
- 3:08Spanish check and all that. We're going
- 3:10to send an email. We're going to send a
- 3:12text message. We're going to wait 6
- 3:14months. We're going to send another
- 3:15email. We're going to send another text
- 3:17message.
- 3:20So, let's go back together and we'll
- 3:22show one more example.
- 3:24The new lead campaign. Maybe you've just
- 3:27purchased some leads and you want to
- 3:29make sure that these leads get
- 3:32communication.
- 3:33So, we go into the workflow. We're going
- 3:35to look at the 2.0 new lead campaign.
- 3:39And notice again that there is a trigger
- 3:42and it's a tag. Adding the tag sets off
- 3:45all of these actions. Some of these
- 3:48actions are administrative. And then
- 3:49there's the messages themselves. Text
- 3:52email wait. Text email wait. Imagine
- 3:56dozens of your contacts just getting
- 3:58nurtured and taken care of, giving them
- 4:01a call to action without you having to
- 4:03manually follow up with as many people.
- 4:06You're casting your net. So to launch
- 4:10these campaigns themselves, we're going
- 4:11to go into the contact view.
- 4:15Now, it's important that we're
- 4:17understanding who are we sending to. Do
- 4:20we have a clean list? Do we have an
- 4:22organized list? Do you know who are your
- 4:25clients and leads? The smart list
- 4:27training will cover more of that in
- 4:29detail, but in this example, I've
- 4:31already done that setup. I know that
- 4:35I've got a client list. So, I'm going to
- 4:37look at that list right now and I've
- 4:40only got in total I've got eight
- 4:42contacts, but I'm trying to get some
- 4:45quick wins. So, what I'm going to do is
- 4:49I'm going to add the tag. Remember the
- 4:52tag triggers the automation.
- 4:56So adding the tag, we're going to add an
- 4:58action name. And this is simply for
- 5:02it's simply for administrative purposes.
- 5:06So we're just going to send referral
- 5:10requests.
- 5:12And then we can type in or select the
- 5:15actual tag. Most of these are named
- 5:18fairly straightforward. Maybe you
- 5:20remember the numbers. You're going to
- 5:21start to learn and recognize those
- 5:23colors and numbers. Or maybe you simply
- 5:26type in refer.
- 5:29Oh, at the top refer.
- 5:33And there we go. Referral request.
- 5:37So, we did, I believe, a Medicare
- 5:40referral request. So, we're just going
- 5:42to select that one.
- 5:45And we've already chosen all contacts.
- 5:47Notice how they're blue check box. You
- 5:50can check or select or add all. We're
- 5:53going to add the tag to all of these
- 5:55contacts.
- 5:58You can check the progress. I usually
- 6:00just hit submit and dismiss. And then
- 6:03we're going to notice any second now
- 6:06just to to validate that we've done
- 6:08this.
- 6:10You should see last activity start or if
- 6:12you hit reset.
- 6:18Let's go into an actual example here
- 6:19together.
- 6:30All right. Notice the tag has been
- 6:31applied. It's behind me here. So, that
- 6:33means it's working. And then this is a
- 6:36test account. So, I hope that I set it
- 6:38up well enough to show off.
- 6:41But all of a sudden, you're going to
- 6:42start to see last activity right now.
- 6:45There you go. This one right now is
- 6:46starting to fire off. Last activity and
- 6:49we can see that it's working. Hi Tammy,
- 6:52hope you're happy with your Medicare
- 6:53plan. If you know anyone else who could
- 6:55use my help, I'd love a referral. And
- 6:57then an email will come shortly after as
- 7:01well. A great way to test this before
- 7:03you proceed with a larger list is simply
- 7:06adding this tag to your own contact.
- 7:09Create your own contact with your email
- 7:10and your phone number. Try it out on
- 7:12yourself. see how you experience and
- 7:15receive that text message and email.
- 7:18Make sure it's working and then proceed
- 7:20to do what I just did with a larger list
- 7:24as well.
- 7:26Now, one asterisk or note about this is
- 7:28that you may want to do what's called a
- 7:33drip,
- 7:36especially if you are a a newer user.
- 7:43You don't want to send everything at
- 7:46once
- 7:47because what can happen is you can blow
- 7:50your reputation for A2P. You can get
- 7:52your phone number shut down temporarily.
- 7:54Other sorts of issues like the ramp up
- 7:57period when you're new user, you can't
- 7:59send a thousand text messages all at
- 8:01once. You got to work up the reputation.
- 8:04If that's the case, if you're just
- 8:06triing or getting used to it, one other
- 8:09way to do this would be to send in
- 8:12instead of the tag, you can also trigger
- 8:15the automation and this drip mode here.
- 8:18We're just going to try this one more
- 8:19time.
- 8:21Automation type workflow uh refer
- 8:26referral request Medicare. We can do it
- 8:28this way as well. If we're using the add
- 8:31to automation, then this gives us a
- 8:33little bit more control um send in a
- 8:36drip mode. And this,
- 8:38you know, not just for protecting A2P.
- 8:40You don't want to ruin your phone
- 8:42reputation or you're warming up your
- 8:45sending. Maybe you just can't handle
- 8:48that much demand. You're blasting a list
- 8:50of warm leads and and you're getting too
- 8:51many booked appointments. So, you want
- 8:53to drip it in a a batch, you know, 50
- 8:57repeat after every day. So there's ways
- 8:59that you can use and trigger the system,
- 9:01but both with adding the tags or just
- 9:04forcing them into the automation through
- 9:06that trigger automation is a great way
- 9:09to initiate. Again, this is one of the
- 9:12most powerful tools of agent CRM because
- 9:14of your ability to multiply your impact,
- 9:17send more messages to a larger and
- 9:20segmented list as well. So check out
- 9:22some of the automations, learn what the
- 9:24triggers are, set up those smart lists,
- 9:27and start sending some of those quick
- 9:29win campaigns so that you can optimize
- 9:31your lead flow and make the most of the
- 9:33contacts in your system.
