  44. 1:38is to disarm iraq since the inspectors
  45. 1:41are charged only with if the inspectors
  46. 1:43go back now there is very little human
  47. 1:45intelligence that will help them locate
  48. 1:47the new weapon sites
  49. 1:49spread widely among the government
  50. 1:51infrastructure and smaller heart to
  51. 1:53detect units the inspectors will have a
  52. 1:55hard time locating all the programs
  53. 1:57components a recent defector with a
  54. 1:59credible information asserted that all
  55. 2:02units are built with a backup very often
  56. 2:05we confuse the ability to proliferate
  57. 2:08with warfighting effects
  58. 2:11i would make one point that i think
  59. 2:13needs to be made very clearly
  60. 2:16iraq might be a far easier opponent than
  61. 2:20its four strikes indicate
  62. 2:24but it also is potentially a very
  63. 2:27serious military opponent indeed
  64. 2:32and to be perfectly blunt i think only
  65. 2:35fools would bet the lives
  66. 2:38of other men sons and daughters
  67. 2:41on their own arrogance
  68. 2:43and call this force a cake walk or a
  69. 2:46speed bump or something that you can
  70. 2:49dismiss
  71. 2:51of the american people
  72. 2:53and so just as we've done important
  73. 2:55junctures in our history the foreign
  74. 2:57relations
