Secret Hack To Remove ALL Charge Offs From Your Credit Report FAST!! (Step-By-Step) — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00Welcome back to Success with Stephen. My
- 0:02name is Steven Smith. On this channel,
- 0:03we discuss all things financial
- 0:05literacy. Today, I'll be discussing how
- 0:07you can dispute a charge off from your
- 0:09credit report when one bureau already
- 0:11deleted it. If Experian, Equifax, or
- 0:14TransUnion removed the charged off
- 0:15account, the next question becomes very
- 0:17simple. Why is the same charge off still
- 0:20reporting on the other bureaus? In this
- 0:22video, I'm going to show you how to use
- 0:24one bureau's deletion as a strategy to
- 0:26challenge the remaining bureaus and to
- 0:28push the same charge off to be removed
- 0:30everywhere else. To do this, you need to
- 0:32understand why the account was deleted,
- 0:35what changed, and how the other bureaus
- 0:37are still reporting it, and how to build
- 0:39your dispute around the inconsistency.
- 0:41Because once one bureau deletes a charge
- 0:43off, it can create a major reporting
- 0:45problem for the other bureaus if they're
- 0:47still showing inaccurate, incomplete,
- 0:50outdated, or unverifiable information.
- 0:53I'll show you what to look for, how to
- 0:55compare all three reports, and how to
- 0:57structure your disputes. And if you have
- 0:59charge offs hurting your credit score
- 1:00right now, you really want to pay close
- 1:02attention because this could be the
- 1:04exact strategy that helps you finish the
- 1:06job. So, without further ado, let's get
- 1:08right into the video. To begin, the
- 1:10first thing I want you to do is go to
- 1:12www.successwithstephvensmith.com.
- 1:16The website has been revamped, so it may
- 1:18be a little different for you to find
- 1:20all of my products, but the first thing
- 1:22that we're going to do is land on this
- 1:24website. And then we're going to go to
- 1:26free products right here at the very
- 1:28top. And we're going to click on that.
- 1:29What I want you to do is scroll down to
- 1:31the very bottom and look for this exact
- 1:33guide. It's going to be called follow
- 1:36suit dispute letters guide. account
- 1:38deleted by other bureaus. You're going
- 1:39to click on that and then you're going
- 1:41to add that to cart. Once you add that
- 1:43to cart, all you have to do is check
- 1:45out. It is completely free. You'll not
- 1:47have to pay for this. Let's check out.
- 1:49You will be asked to fill out some
- 1:51details here, but the most important
- 1:52thing is to enter your email address.
- 1:54Once you do that and click on complete
- 1:56order, this will be sent to your email.
- 1:59You'll then get a confirmation order
- 2:00that looks like this. And then you
- 2:02should receive this at your email
- 2:04address that you put for the order. And
- 2:06then the download link will look like
- 2:08this. And then you'll see that you can
- 2:10click on it and the guide will be
- 2:12available to you. You can just click
- 2:13here on download now. All right. And
- 2:15this is what it's going to look like. So
- 2:17we're going to go through this step by
- 2:19step in order for you to delete those
- 2:21charge offs that have been deleted from
- 2:23one of the major three credit bureaus.
- 2:25And then it's very simple, guys. You use
- 2:27this template when one credit bureau
- 2:29deletes an account, but another bureau
- 2:31keeps reporting the same one as
- 2:33verified. So, if you have not had one
- 2:35account deleted, go look at my previous
- 2:38videos. There is a round one through
- 2:40three process that you want to start
- 2:42with the charge off before you'd
- 2:43actually get to this point. Now, if you
- 2:46follow that and you got it deleted,
- 2:48great. Let's go ahead and get this
- 2:50started. Now, I'm not going to go over
- 2:52everything in this guide. Again, it's
- 2:54for you. You guys have it already. But
- 2:56there are some things that I do want to
- 2:58point out. Like number one, this is very
- 3:00important. A deletion from one bureau
- 3:02does not automatically force every other
- 3:05bureau to delete. What I mean by that is
- 3:07you can't just simply say, "Hey,
- 3:09Experian, TransUnion deleted this
- 3:11account, so you should do the exact same
- 3:12thing." That is not going to work. What
- 3:14it does do is create a strong reason to
- 3:17ask the reporting bureau for the exact
- 3:19verification procedure and furnish your
- 3:22contact details and documents used to
- 3:24keep the account on your report. Okay?
- 3:26That's exactly what we're going to be
- 3:28doing here. Now, of course, if you've
- 3:30already been disputing charge offs, I
- 3:32expect you already know this, but you
- 3:34should actually have a copy of your
- 3:36current report, which I recommend that
- 3:38you get from annualcreditreport.com.
- 3:40Okay, that is going to be the most
- 3:42accurate report that you can get. You
- 3:44can download that once a week completely
- 3:47free at the time of recording this
- 3:48video. You want to, of course, have your
- 3:50governmentissued ID, any prior dispute
- 3:53letters or templates. You want to have
- 3:55the deletion results from the other
- 3:56bureaus. You want to also have your
- 3:58proof of residency and then you also
- 4:00want to have your identification
- 4:02documents like your social and anything
- 4:05else that you may be using. Now there
- 4:06are two ways that you can send this
- 4:08dispute. You can do option number one
- 4:10which would be certified mail. You can
- 4:12print this letter, you can sign it, you
- 4:14can attach your supporting documentation
- 4:17and you would send this directly to the
- 4:19credit bureau that it corresponds to.
- 4:21Option number two is to go to rising.com
- 4:23which I will show you later in this
- 4:25video. When you sign up for Rising,
- 4:27you'll be able to actually send this
- 4:29through the custom dispute template. You
- 4:31can paste the letter in there and then
- 4:33you can upload your documentation and
- 4:35then you can send this certified mail.
- 4:37Now, there's no option that's
- 4:38necessarily better than the other.
- 4:40Certified mail is always strong for
- 4:42paper trails. Rising is just better when
- 4:44you want a cleaner workflow. Okay? It
- 4:46makes everything a lot easier for you to
- 4:48keep track of all of this. All right,
- 4:49now let's move on. Now, this will also
- 4:52have the bureau addresses, but you can
- 4:54like Google this. I'm sure if you've
- 4:55been doing this by now, you probably
- 4:57already have this information. If you
- 4:59send this through Rising, you won't
- 5:00actually need this. And then we're going
- 5:02to talk about the strategy going
- 5:04forward. Now, because everyone's charge
- 5:06offs will be different. Okay? I need you
- 5:08to actually pay attention to this part.
- 5:10You want to compare all three reports,
- 5:13right? Even the previous one from the
- 5:15deleted account. You want to take a look
- 5:17at what was on that account before it
- 5:19got deleted. Look at the account name,
- 5:21account number, the balance, the dates,
- 5:23any remarks, the payment history. You
- 5:25want to actually highlight whatever it's
- 5:28showing on there and actually match that
- 5:30with the current account. So, if they
- 5:32have the exact same like reporting
- 5:34information, you definitely want to
- 5:36highlight that to show, hey, this
- 5:37account was deleted, it was inaccurate,
- 5:39and you're reporting the exact same
- 5:41information. How is that? So, all right.
- 5:43And you want to again reference that
- 5:45deletion. You can ask for their
- 5:47verification method as well. and then
- 5:49demand the deletion of the account. So,
- 5:52here is going to be your easy copy and
- 5:55paste template. So, again, after this,
- 5:57we'll go to rising.com. I'm going to
- 5:59show you how you can just paste this in
- 6:01and actually send it or you can just
- 6:03fill this out and you can download it
- 6:05and you can send this as a letter
- 6:07certified mail. This also you can take
- 6:09out, but it's just the name that I put
- 6:11for follow suit, dispute, account
- 6:13deleted by other bureaus. That's just
- 6:15what I titled it, but you can take this
- 6:16out. So to whom it may concern, I am
- 6:19disputing the accuracy of the following
- 6:21account. You would then put the account
- 6:22name, the account number. This account
- 6:24has already been deleted by other
- 6:26reporting agencies after they determine
- 6:29it could not be properly verified.
- 6:31However, and insert the bureau that
- 6:33you're talking to right now, Experian,
- 6:35Equifax, or TransUnion, you continue to
- 6:37report the account as verified. This
- 6:40inconsistency raises questions about the
- 6:42accuracy of your reinvestigation
- 6:44process. under the Fair Credit Reporting
- 6:46Act, FC. That's 15 USC subsection 611.
- 6:51And again, you guys can just copy this.
- 6:52You don't have to exactly know that. I
- 6:54do have an option for you to download
- 6:56the FC, the brand new revised version on
- 6:59successwithstephvensmith.com
- 7:01if you want that, but you don't have to
- 7:03actually know this to heart.
- 7:04Essentially, what this is saying is that
- 7:06they are required to conduct a
- 7:08reasonable investigation. And since
- 7:10another bureau already did the exact
- 7:12same thing, but their conclusion was to
- 7:14delete the account. However, this one is
- 7:16to the contrary, now we have to question
- 7:18whether or not their investigation was
- 7:20conducted reasonably. You also have 15
- 7:22USC subsection 611 A6B and it requires
- 7:26you to provide the description of the
- 7:28procedure used to verify the accuracy
- 7:31including the names, address, telephone
- 7:33number and the information for the
- 7:36furniture who was contacted as well as
- 7:38prohibits furnishers from reporting
- 7:40information they know should not be
- 7:42reported because it is inaccurate. So
- 7:45all we're doing is basically poking
- 7:47holes in what they say that they already
- 7:49did. That does not mean that this will
- 7:50for sure turn out to be a deletion, but
- 7:53it definitely will create a very strong
- 7:55case. So, what we're doing is requesting
- 7:57that they provide the documentation used
- 7:59to verify this account along with the
- 8:02furnishers's full contact details. And
- 8:04if such documentation cannot be
- 8:06produced, the account must be deleted
- 8:09from your credit report immediately. And
- 8:11of course, in the continued section, you
- 8:13want to have a copy of driver's license,
- 8:15proof of address, your uh social
- 8:18security card. You also want to have a
- 8:20copy of the previous investigation that
- 8:22was conducted where they did not delete
- 8:24this, but also have a picture or a
- 8:26screenshot of the account being deleted
- 8:28by the other credit bureau. Now, I'm
- 8:30going to show you how to submit this
- 8:32through Rising on the desktop. But
- 8:34before we do that, if they delete it,
- 8:36you want to save the deletion results.
- 8:38You want to download your report and you
- 8:41want to repeat this process for the very
- 8:44last bureau. Okay? Show them not only
- 8:46that it was deleted from let's say
- 8:48Experian and TransUnion. Now Equifax,
- 8:51everybody else came to the same
- 8:53conclusion except you. That looks very
- 8:55funny. All right. However, if they
- 8:57verify it again, compare the response to
- 9:00what you requested. If they did not
- 9:02provide meaningful verification, then
- 9:04you want to actually escalate this. You
- 9:06want to say, "Hey, you actually did not
- 9:08give me the information that was
- 9:10requested in my previous dispute. I
- 9:12previously asked you for," and you can
- 9:14just um go back and reference what we
- 9:16talked about in that template and say,
- 9:18"I did not get that in 15 days. If you
- 9:21do not provide me with this, I will
- 9:23escalate this up to," and at that point,
- 9:25like, you can only really go so many
- 9:27places. You can either look at filing
- 9:28suit or you can also look at like the
- 9:30CFPB. that's another option for you. Or
- 9:33you can look at the Better Business
- 9:34Bureau or your uh attorney general,
- 9:37anything like that. Those are all some
- 9:38options that you can choose from. Now,
- 9:40depending on how well this works, I'll
- 9:42let you guys put in the comments if you
- 9:44want me to make the next step above this
- 9:47one. I can always update this guide and
- 9:49I can make an additional video. Let me
- 9:51know in the comments below. So,
- 9:53currently we are on rising.com. If you
- 9:56do not have an account, you'll want to
- 9:57click on get started here. You'll then
- 9:59be asked to enter your first name, last
- 10:01name, your email address. You will
- 10:03create a password, and then you want to
- 10:05enter your current address or the
- 10:08address that you have been at for the
- 10:09last 6 months. If you don't do that, it
- 10:11will be hard for them to identify you.
- 10:14Now, once that is done and you click
- 10:16agree, it's a $1 trial for 7 days. After
- 10:19that, it goes to the regular price of
- 10:21$39.99.
- 10:23But once you click agree and continue,
- 10:26you will then be brought to a page where
- 10:27they may ask you some verification
- 10:29questions. Once you do that, you will be
- 10:31able to log into your account and your
- 10:33login will be your email address and the
- 10:36password that you created here. Now, you
- 10:38can go back to the website and you can
- 10:40click on login or you can actually go to
- 10:42the mobile app either on the um Apple
- 10:45App Store or Google Play Store,
- 10:46whichever you prefer. But we're going to
- 10:48click on login here. Now, once you get
- 10:50to the member login, again, email,
- 10:52password, you'll log in, and then we'll
- 10:55go to the dispute hub. Now,
- 10:56unfortunately, I don't really have an
- 10:58account that I can use, but I'll
- 10:59demonstrate exactly how you would submit
- 11:01this step by step. Okay? So, the first
- 11:03thing you would do is go to the dispute
- 11:06hub or you would go to credit report
- 11:08review cuz more than likely you'd want
- 11:09to find the account. So, let's actually
- 11:11start there and let's find an account
- 11:13that I can use for an example. Now, I
- 11:16just picked a random account that I had
- 11:17that was closed. Now, of course, it says
- 11:19here, "We didn't detect any issue with
- 11:21this account." So, of course, it won't,
- 11:23you know, just let me know that it's
- 11:25negative. But you can click on start
- 11:27your dispute. And then when you click on
- 11:29start your dispute, you can actually
- 11:30enter um the number of times that you
- 11:32have previously disputed this account in
- 11:34the past. I'm just going to click on
- 11:36zero for this example. And then we'll
- 11:37click on next. And then it'll ask you,
- 11:39is the account not mine? Is the account
- 11:41inaccurate? We're going to click on
- 11:43inaccurate. And then we'll click on next
- 11:45here. And then for the recommended
- 11:47reason, let's click on other reason,
- 11:49right? And let's uncheck this one cuz we
- 11:51don't really need it. We want to put
- 11:52something custom. We're going to scroll
- 11:54down here. And then we're going to look
- 11:55at custom to provide specific details.
- 11:58And that's when we'll paste in the body
- 12:00of our letter. Now, please rewrite the
- 12:03letter slightly. Just change it. I don't
- 12:05You could throw it in the chat, GPT, and
- 12:06say, "Can you rewrite this in my own
- 12:08words?" Something like that. But don't
- 12:10use the exact same words verbatim.
- 12:12Change it up a little bit. All right.
- 12:14Then we're going to click on next.
- 12:16You'll be able to go in there and see
- 12:18all the information. Make sure that your
- 12:20account details have actually been put
- 12:22in. For me, again, an example. I did not
- 12:24add it in here. For you, you definitely
- 12:26want to do that. All right. So, the
- 12:28dispute has been added to my drafts. I'm
- 12:30then going to click on draft disputes.
- 12:33We'll find the account here. And then
- 12:35you can click on generate dispute
- 12:37letters, right? Or you can just click on
- 12:38the account here. So that way you can
- 12:40actually like see the actual template
- 12:42between all three of the bureaus. Now,
- 12:45if this is not going to all three, then
- 12:47you definitely want to go back and you
- 12:49want to change it. Like you can change
- 12:50whether it's going to TransUnion,
- 12:52Experian, and Equifax. Um, if you just
- 12:54wanted to go to, let's say, just the two
- 12:56bureaus, but it'll automatically default
- 12:58to all three. So if you need to change
- 13:00it, go ahead and make those changes.
- 13:02Now, I went ahead and clicked on
- 13:04generate letters, and then you can click
- 13:05on continue. Now, if you wanted to
- 13:07actually view these letters from all
- 13:09three bureaus, you could. And then
- 13:11notice it'll have our TransUnion, that
- 13:14PO box, dear TransUnion, and then it's
- 13:16going to have the account information
- 13:18here. And then it's going to have the
- 13:20verbiage that we put in. All right. So,
- 13:21that is perfect. We are all set to go.
- 13:24Now, we're going to click on continue
- 13:26here. And then, it's going to ask us how
- 13:27we would like to send this. So, I prefer
- 13:30certify, but it's up to you. You can
- 13:32pick the option that is best, or you can
- 13:34say, I'll mail it myself. That is going
- 13:36to be free at no cost to you. And then
- 13:38you'll click on continue. Now, this is
- 13:40where you'll want to upload your photo
- 13:42ID, your proof of address, your social,
- 13:45your supporting evidence, right? And
- 13:47your resolution attempts. I like that
- 13:49one, too, because if you actually put
- 13:51the attempts, you'll show all the
- 13:52previous ones, right? Where I already
- 13:54sent this. You can download the previous
- 13:56ones from Rising that shows, hey, I sent
- 13:59this and this is what happened. Crazy.
- 14:02Okay. Um, and any any supporting
- 14:03evidence like the deletion of the
- 14:05previous accounts, you'll put that here.
- 14:07Now, this should be fixed, but I did
- 14:09have an option with supporting evidence
- 14:11and resolution attempts, right? I I had
- 14:14a little error right here. You may want
- 14:15to actually save it as a JPEG file if it
- 14:18has issues saving it as a PDF. All
- 14:21right? If that does happen, use the
- 14:23supporting evidence as a JPEG or PNG or
- 14:25like a photo file and not a PDF if that
- 14:28is not fixed already. And then you'll
- 14:30click on continue after adding all those
- 14:32documents. And then this information
- 14:34will be blurred out because it's the
- 14:36billing address and the card number, but
- 14:38it'll have your payment information. You
- 14:40can then check the box, agree, and check
- 14:42out. And from there, you will actually
- 14:45be able to see the tracking information
- 14:47for this dispute. And then you will wait
- 14:49for your bureau response. I want to
- 14:51thank you guys so much for watching this
- 14:52video. Hopefully this did help you. Let
- 14:55me know in the comments below. And if
- 14:57you do, I mean, I expect it to be like
- 14:59at least like I would say like a week or
- 15:01two. If you just like let me know like
- 15:03two days from now, I'm going to know
- 15:04obviously you didn't really do it. So,
- 15:06let me really know how this worked out
- 15:08for you because I can always like
- 15:10improve the verbiage or go back and
- 15:13maybe alter it or add that next step if
- 15:15I see a lot of accounts are getting
- 15:17verified. However, if a lot of accounts
- 15:19are getting deleted, that is awesome.
- 15:21Maybe I'll make this into like a round
- 15:22four thing where I continuously talk
- 15:24about it and something that we can use
- 15:26as a step to delete charge offs once
- 15:29they have been deleted from one bureau.
- 15:31I would like to get more information.
- 15:32That way I would know how well this is
- 15:35actually working. Please like the video,
- 15:37subscribe to the channel, and share this
- 15:39with anybody who you think might need
- 15:41this information. That really does help
- 15:43the channel grow, and I truly appreciate
- 15:45it. And as always, thank you so much for
- 15:47watching and you guys have a wonderful
- 15:50day.
