  15. 0:30lawsuit was the first one uh this
  16. 0:32lawsuit today is just another iteration
  17. 0:34of the the case that was filed by uh
  18. 0:36that group crew um filed actually by the
  19. 0:39same lawyers so it's not hard to
  20. 0:41conclude that partisan politics may be
  21. 0:42one of the motivations behind the seat
  22. 0:44uh the suit was filed by two Democratic
  23. 0:46attorney generals the lawyers driving
  24. 0:48the suit are an advocacy group with
  25. 0:50partisan ties it actually started with a
  26. 0:52press conference as opposed to filing it
  27. 0:54which is interesting and the suit
  28. 0:56challenges the sort of business
  29. 0:57transaction that everyone from uh Penny
  30. 1:00pritsker who served in the last
  31. 1:02Administration and others have engaged
  32. 1:03in well office so I think we'll continue
  33. 1:05to move to dismiss this case in in um in
  34. 1:07the normal course of business
