  1. 0:00Welcome your honors one more time,
  2. 0:02we are going to complete the definitions concerning scientific business research.
  3. 0:06We discussed the words systematic, data-based, analyzing, and synthesizing.
  4. 0:12Now we are going to discuss a little bit the word organized. What is meant by organized?
  5. 0:17But let’s recall part similar to the one we explained the last episode of the definitions.
  6. 0:22And here we talk about linking the concepts analyzing and synthesizing
  7. 0:26to scientific research method or approach that is called deductive which produces applied research.
  8. 0:33As if we are talking again about blood picture analysis, and we start by defining.
  9. 0:38In defining, we define this drop of blood, subject or this blood picture belongs to whom or to what subject.
  10. 0:46We start by definition that is for us problem definition,
  11. 0:49where we determine in it the minor as well as the major questions. We will discuss those details latter.
  12. 0:54Then we start reading literature, or the science that contains models, methods, theories, variables, as well as different concepts,
  13. 1:07and how it could help and support me in solving this problem which is answering this question.
  14. 1:12Literature here gives me a standard of this drop of blood which is the example we are using to define the problem.
  15. 1:20Those components are, as a breakdown, R G Y W and H for example.
  16. 1:28The concept, model, theory will provide me with the names of the components
  17. 1:33and the relationship between them that is relations.
  18. 1:35They will provide also weights or quantities that we call weight and direction
  19. 1:43as well as the significance of each component of this blood component.
  20. 1:46When we collect real data using a specific research design
  21. 1:52so we will make a research design linked to this science.
  22. 1:55This research design again contains, approximately half of any book that tackles the scientific research,
  23. 2:02discusses many details, that we will study in details together.
  24. 2:06The research design will direct the researcher on how to collect data so the researcher collected data in blue.
  25. 2:12This data indicates that this results in front of us, the problem that data collected is about almost R G
  26. 2:21and their quantities, are very suitable to the standard you chose as a scientific researcher.
  27. 2:27But Y W as an example of the blood drop components, no they have some difference, shortage.
  28. 2:33What are we going to do? We will make synthesizing,
  29. 2:35we will sum up as researchers because this summing up will indicate the final solution.
  30. 2:40Here is the solution that can be simple or as we call it linear.
  31. 2:47Because we will complete this shortage, minus 10 and minus 20 or will say no you will take a vacation.
  32. 2:54As if we can say that there is a relationship or there is not of the hypothetical statement.
  33. 2:58Or we will say another piece of advice totally different related to the hypothetical statement and the results.
  34. 3:04This conclusion also related to the literature. Here.
  35. 3:07We will be back again to compare this result with the literature
  36. 3:10And we will discuss that with details as we talk about the analysis and the conclusion.
  37. 3:14By this, we will have covered the six steps concerning the deductive, problem definition, literature review
  38. 3:19research design, data collection, and analysis as well as the conclusion
  39. 3:23Using this simple example of analyzing blood picture and writing the result
  40. 3:29So most of us can look at the blood picture analysis report, and say yes we know where we have the gap
  41. 3:36However, can we determine the treatment? No
  42. 3:38it needs the researcher, the physician in this case to complete the process that is the synthesizing
  43. 3:44to accomplish integration between the components of the concepts of scientific research.
  44. 3:49And told us according to the literature that you do 1 2 3 4 5
  45. 3:54Here if we come back to the definition and its relationship with the concept of organized
  46. 4:02Organized means being in order, we are systematic input, output, proceeding feedback encoding,
  47. 4:09decoding, and management of the noise
  48. 4:12So where is organized here?
  49. 4:14Organized here means, about the field of business that your honors remember what organization is
  50. 4:22And make a difference between organization, organized, and organizational structure
  51. 4:27I am going to show you now the meaning of the organization
  52. 4:30We should have studied it in management books
  53. 4:35or any specialty related to the science of business and management
  54. 4:40This is for us all the components.
  55. 4:41If I displayed it one by one, we will be talking about the organization is a legal form.
  56. 4:48It does not mean that you are organized
  57. 4:52It does not mean organized steps and procedures
  58. 4:56It means specific steps and definitions. What is that specific definition?
  59. 5:00Organization means legal form, legal entity, this legal form can result in having many forms
  60. 5:08Legal form or entity means a legal person, what does it mean?
  61. 5:13Every person is considered a normal person
  62. 5:15But when a person makes a business that is meant for making benefit
  63. 5:20or not, more specifically practicing a business that has good or a service meant for the public. It is what we call legal entity
  64. 5:28And in each country, some rules organize, administrate, and manage and account the rights, duties, and the properties or the normal people of the legal ones
  65. 5:39Sometime when we are joking we say abnormal people to mean an entity that means a legal form
  66. 5:46What are the legal forms? It is either profit or non-profit
  67. 5:49So what is the meaning of profit?
  68. 5:51It means to gain. But we want to know the meaning of profit technical.
  69. 5:57Profit means that I have a revenue I exclude the costs at all levels, be it the gross or whatsoever, till I have the net
  70. 6:06If the net was positive we call it profit and when it is negative we call it losses
  71. 6:12Profit here means the accounting is correct and here means that the accounting
  72. 6:18However, there is another addition to this meaning
  73. 6:20That is not only accounting meaning the profit here could be related to the fact that I am targeting making profit or not
  74. 6:29So what are you doing? I will have revenue to spend it on the purpose that it was established for, and achieved the purpose but I have 0 or also negative and I will look for finance
  75. 6:41What are the forms of profit? The simple forms that exist, here I am talking about most countries not only Egypt
  76. 6:47It is either people who collaborate in that business to make profit or money, either capitals
  77. 6:55The simple forms of the first category are people. They can be either one individual or two
  78. 7:02So what are the reasons for an individual to make a company
  79. 7:05and we most of the time call it a sole proprietorship or sole company
  80. 7:09because I am the only one who benefits from the profit
  81. 7:10As a consequence, you will suffer from the loss alone, so what is the problem ?
  82. 7:16We are telling you if there will be a loss you will pay for it from the company’s money
  83. 7:21and if it is not enough we will take your property and the property of your wife or husband or your children.
  84. 7:33If we did not find money we say that you are individually responsible
  85. 7:40You have to go to jail until we take the money of those who owe the company
  86. 7:46If you are afraid of that you say somebody to collaborate with me
  87. 7:50Here we will be two, three, or more collaborating which means partnership, I am stating the forms and names existing in most of the country
  88. 7:58What is partnership? it means they share the profit and the loss in relative to their shares percentages
  89. 8:04If we are afraid of the loss and its consequences, then you can collaborate with money
  90. 8:13It is called limited liability company or LTD or GMBH it depends on the country you are in or the language you speak or the laws you follow.
  91. 8:27But these are the common names LLC, LTD, and GMBH it depends on which region if it is part of the UK
  92. 8:33and GMBH for those who speak German, Dutch and the like of languages.
  93. 8:44If the limited responsibility is not enough
  94. 8:46Because it is limited due to small budget, specific procedures and obligates those who run it to document that
  95. 8:54So we are obliged to opt for the corporate company
  96. 8:58The responsibility of the limited liability company is limited
  97. 9:05unlike this one
  98. 9:07Here its responsibility is slightly wider this one is like the bank
  99. 9:11The bank is a corporate company, I take from you money and give it back with interests for diversified practices
  100. 9:17The money companies provide only the money
  101. 9:22if we do not want to make individual profits, losses, or make profits for others.
  102. 9:27if we want to make something for the common good, we have in the non-profit two kinds
  103. 9:32Governmental or nongovernmental organization
  104. 9:40This one the government founds it to support certain practices be it industrial or commercial or the development authority of this .. or this ..
  105. 9:49In this one there are only individuals
  106. 9:52This can be divided ( I am talking about the general terms ) into major categories of association and foundation
  107. 10:06this one is meant for bigger practices.
  108. 10:10The example we have here, we are an association or a foundation so what is the difference ?
  109. 10:19Most of the time association is built by associates who provide services
  110. 10:24Foundation is founded by several board trustees who entrust themselves as well as by the state and laws to run this foundation and they receive donations
  111. 10:36There is a difference in the form of organization from one country to another
  112. 10:44But this is the general form of organization as a legal entity or legal form
  113. 10:51But why are we mentioning this?
  114. 10:53Because when you want to bring science from literature there will be a difference
  115. 10:58Is it profit or nonprofit, profit is it people and those people are they sole proprietorship or partnership
  116. 11:04Is there a different science for each one of these ?
  117. 11:07Yes, sure.
  118. 11:08The science differs according to different countries and the industries
  119. 11:14Do you remember the six components that we put in the title we will need them here
  120. 11:18In the literature section we will need to determine if I am working on Limited Liability Company
  121. 11:23or non profit N.G.O association, such a an association of .. or a union of ..
  122. 11:29In this case I have to carefully determine in the problem definition and if possibly also in the title
  123. 11:35Because this will be reflected on my review of the literature, that should be prevailing, much focused and relevant to the problem.
  124. 11:45So here we have slightly defined the term organized that is different from organization as well as organizational structure
  125. 11:56What we tackle from this part is organization
  126. 11:59This marks the end of the episode
  127. 12:02and this is considered the second episode that explains the definitions
  128. 12:05There will be another episode after this which tackles the difference between organized and organization
  129. 12:11We should not forget what the meaning of business and management is
  130. 12:15We are here doing master in business or business administration
  131. 12:19So what is the difference between business, administration, management, and organizing, organized and organizational structure ?
  132. 12:27In the next episode we will tackle this and the definition concerning scientific business research
  133. 12:35Thank you so much. Goodbye
