5. 0:07successfully launch your next 12 weeks.

9. 0:13This week is all about building your
10. 0:14foundation. You will meet your track
11. 0:16lead, connect with your peers to build a
12. 0:18strong community, [music] and align on
13. 0:20expectations to set yourself up for a
14. 0:22transformational experience.
15. 0:24Our digital campus requires you to
16. 0:25complete three steps.

18. 0:27>> Finish your onboarding by August 5th,
19. 0:29host your track kickoff, and the
20. 0:31mandatory orientation session [music] on
21. 0:33Friday, August 7th. Don't forget to
22. 0:34register for the orientation via Luma.
23. 0:37Step one [music] is getting connected.
24. 0:39Use Slack threads to schedule a
25. 0:4060-minute meeting with your group before
26. 0:42the Friday orientation. [music] Our
27. 0:44primary platform for communication is
28. 0:46Slack, so get comfortable navigating it
29. 0:48now.
30. 0:49Step two [music] is your kickoff agenda.
31. 0:51You will participate in warm
32. 0:52introductions, including an icebreaker
33. 0:54activity, confirm everyone has completed
34. 0:56their onboarding, and work together to
35. 0:58establish your team charter.
36. 1:00Prepare for our show-and-tell [music]
37. 1:01icebreaker. During your call, be ready
38. 1:04to share an item that represents a
39. 1:05positive [music] childhood memory, an
40. 1:07item related to your future career or
41. 1:09goals, and something you recently
42. 1:10received as a gift.
43. 1:12You will also build your team charter
44. 1:14using our alignment matrix. You'll
45. 1:15discuss five key pillars: program
46. 1:18completion, engagement, accountability,
47. 1:21expectations for the program, and how
48. 1:23you plan [music] to pay it forward after
49. 1:25the journey concludes.
50. 1:27For your final post-meeting step, track
51. 1:29leads should summarize the key [music]
52. 1:30takeaways and notes from your team
53. 1:31charter discussion. Post this summary in
54. 1:34your group's main track channel on
55. 1:35[music] Slack.
