- 0:01Florence Scoville Shen taught throughout
- 0:04the majority of her career and
- 0:06throughout the majority of her published
- 0:08work the value of repetition, consistent
- 0:11daily declaration, sustained gratitude
- 0:14practice, the patient repeated speaking
- 0:17of the same words morning after morning
- 0:20until they became genuinely
- 0:21internalized. This principle of
- 0:24repetition forms the foundation of
- 0:26nearly everything discussed throughout
- 0:28this channel. But she also identified in
- 0:31a small number of very specific
- 0:33circumstances an entirely different
- 0:36category of declaration, one that she
- 0:39taught should be spoken exactly once
- 0:41with complete and total conviction and
- 0:44never repeated again in the same form.
- 0:47She believed that repeating this
- 0:48particular category of declaration
- 0:51actually diminished its power rather
- 0:53than strengthening it. a principle that
- 0:55stood in direct and for many of her
- 0:58students quite confusing contrast to
- 1:00everything else she taught about the
- 1:02value of consistent repetition. Today I
- 1:06am going to give you her complete
- 1:07teaching on this specific category of
- 1:10single utterance declaration. Why she
- 1:13believed certain declarations lose power
- 1:15through repetition rather than gaining
- 1:17it. The exact conditions she required
- 1:20before a student was permitted to
- 1:22attempt this kind of declaration. the
- 1:24specific and in her own words
- 1:26occasionally frightening quality of
- 1:28anticipation that she said genuinely
- 1:31precedes the delivery this particular
- 1:33declaration sets in motion. an
- 1:35anticipation she distinguished quite
- 1:37carefully and quite deliberately from
- 1:40the blocking self-sabotaging fear
- 1:42discussed in earlier teaching and the
- 1:45real recorded cases illustrating both
- 1:48the successful use of this declaration
- 1:50and the specific mistakes Florence
- 1:52warned against. I want to be very clear
- 1:55from the outset about one thing because
- 1:57I do not want any confusion between this
- 2:00teaching and what has been discussed
- 2:02elsewhere on this channel. This is not
- 2:04the same as the sentence test and it is
- 2:07not the same as the daily declarations
- 2:09discussed extensively throughout
- 2:11Florence's broader teaching. This is a
- 2:14specific, narrow, and considerably more
- 2:17advanced practice reserved by Florence's
- 2:20own explicit instruction for a specific
- 2:22and quite limited circumstance. Listen
- 2:25carefully to exactly what that
- 2:27circumstance is before deciding whether
- 2:29this teaching applies to you today.
- 2:32Florence's theory regarding the single
- 2:35utterance declaration developed from her
- 2:37observation of a specific and in her
- 2:39assessment quite rare category of
- 2:42financial deliveries. Deliveries of a
- 2:44scale and a suddeness that exceeded even
- 2:47the extraordinary cases she documented
- 2:49elsewhere in her teaching on the
- 2:51billionaire shift and the preparation
- 2:54silence. She wrote, "I have documented
- 2:56across my career many cases of genuine
- 2:59and substantial financial transformation
- 3:02arrived at through the patient repeated
- 3:04practice I teach in the great majority
- 3:07of my work. But I have also documented a
- 3:10small number of cases, considerably
- 3:12fewer in number, but considerably more
- 3:14dramatic in scale, where the delivery
- 3:17arrived not through patient
- 3:18accumulation, but through what can only
- 3:21be described as a single decisive
- 3:23rupture in the previously established
- 3:25pattern of a person's financial life. A
- 3:28rupture that on careful examination
- 3:30traced back to one specific, unreped,
- 3:34and completely convicted utterance. She
- 3:36continued, "I want to explain why I
- 3:40believe repetition so essential to the
- 3:43ordinary practice of this law actually
- 3:46works against this particular and rare
- 3:48category of declaration.
- 3:51Repetition in the ordinary practice
- 3:54functions to gradually build conviction
- 3:56where conviction does not yet fully
- 3:59exist. Wearing a groove into the
- 4:02subconscious mind through consistent
- 4:04patient return to the same words. But
- 4:08there is a different and rarer state of
- 4:10consciousness. One in which complete
- 4:13conviction is already fully present in a
- 4:16single moment arrived at not gradually
- 4:19but suddenly often at the peak of an
- 4:22extended period of preparation,
- 4:24declaration and genuine consciousness
- 4:27work. When this state of complete
- 4:30already arrived conviction is met with
- 4:33the declaration, I have found that
- 4:35repeating this declaration afterward
- 4:38does not strengthen it. It actually
- 4:40introduces doubt because the act of
- 4:43repetition implicitly suggests that the
- 4:45first utterance was somehow
- 4:47insufficient, that it required
- 4:49reinforcement, an implicit suggestion
- 4:52the fully convicted single utterance
- 4:55never needed, and that repetition itself
- 4:58introduces where none previously
- 5:00existed.
- 5:02This distinction between building
- 5:04conviction through repetition and
- 5:07expressing already complete conviction
- 5:10through a single unreped utterance was
- 5:13central to everything else Florence
- 5:15taught about this specific practice.
- 5:18I want to be extremely direct about the
- 5:21specific and in Florence's own words
- 5:24quite strict conditions she required
- 5:27before a student was permitted to
- 5:29attempt this single utterance
- 5:31declaration because I believe the
- 5:33majority of the confusion and the
- 5:35majority of the disappointment connected
- 5:37to this teaching arises from attempting
- 5:40it before these conditions have
- 5:42genuinely been met. She identified three
- 5:46specific and sequential conditions, all
- 5:49of which she required to be genuinely
- 5:51and honestly present before this
- 5:54practice would in her assessment
- 5:56actually function as intended.
- 5:59The first condition was what she called
- 6:02complete foundational mastery. Meaning
- 6:05the student had already engaged in
- 6:07extended sincere and demonstrably
- 6:10effective practice with the fuller
- 6:12declarations, the identity renewal work,
- 6:15and the other foundational elements
- 6:17discussed throughout the majority of her
- 6:19teaching for a period of no less than
- 6:22one full year with genuine and
- 6:25verifiable evidence of at least moderate
- 6:27financial improvement already having
- 6:30occurred through this foundational work.
- 6:33She wrote, "I want to be unmistakably
- 6:36clear that this single utterance
- 6:39declaration is not a shortcut around the
- 6:42foundational work. It is available only
- 6:45to those who have already done that
- 6:47foundational work thoroughly and who
- 6:49have already begun to see its genuine
- 6:52fruit. A student who has not yet built
- 6:54this foundation attempting this single
- 6:57utterance declaration in the hope of
- 6:59skipping directly to a dramatic result
- 7:02will find in my extensive experience
- 7:05that the declaration produces nothing at
- 7:07all. Precisely because the state of
- 7:10complete already arrived conviction this
- 7:13practice requires simply cannot exist in
- 7:16a consciousness that has not yet done
- 7:18the patient work required to build it.
- 7:21The second condition Florence identified
- 7:24was what she called the moment of
- 7:26unmistakable readiness. A specific and
- 7:29by her own account quite distincted
- 7:31internal experience that she said
- 7:33arrives for the small number of students
- 7:36for whom this practice is genuinely
- 7:38appropriate without being deliberately
- 7:40sought or deliberately manufactured. She
- 7:43described this moment as a sudden,
- 7:45complete, and entirely embodied
- 7:48certainty arising typically after an
- 7:50extended period of foundational practice
- 7:53in which the student simply knows with a
- 7:56clarity that requires no further
- 7:57examination or further building exactly
- 8:00what they are declaring and exactly why
- 8:03it is already true. She wrote, "I cannot
- 8:07teach a student how to manufacture this
- 8:09moment. I can only teach them to
- 8:11recognize it when it genuinely arise and
- 8:14to distinguish it clearly from the more
- 8:16common experience of simply wanting very
- 8:19badly for a declaration to be true,
- 8:22which is not the same thing at all. The
- 8:24moment of unmistakable readiness carries
- 8:27a specific quality of calm, settled
- 8:30certainty, entirely different from the
- 8:32effortful, hopeful quality of an
- 8:34ordinary declaration spoken before
- 8:37genuine conviction has been fully built.
- 8:40The third condition, and the one
- 8:42Florence considered most essential, was
- 8:44what she called the willingness to
- 8:46release completely. An internal state in
- 8:49which the student having spoken the
- 8:51single declaration genuinely and
- 8:54completely lets go of any further
- 8:56attention to it, any further discussion
- 8:58of it, any further checking or
- 9:00monitoring of whether it appears to be
- 9:02working for a period of no less than
- 9:05several weeks following the utterance. I
- 9:08want to give you the specific and in
- 9:10Florence's own account unusual quality
- 9:13of experience she said genuinely tends
- 9:15to precede the delivery this practice
- 9:18sets in motion because this is the
- 9:20element of today's teaching that
- 9:21connects directly to the specific
- 9:23promise in this video's title. She
- 9:26wrote, "I have observed in the small
- 9:29number of cases where this single
- 9:31utterance declaration was spoken under
- 9:33the genuine conditions I have described
- 9:35a specific and quite consistent
- 9:37experience in the days and weeks that
- 9:40follow." An experience students have
- 9:42described to me independently and
- 9:44without prompting using remarkably
- 9:46similar language. They describe a
- 9:49growing sense difficult to fully
- 9:51articulate that something of
- 9:53considerable and even overwhelming scale
- 9:55is approaching. A sense that carries
- 9:58with it not the anxious blocking quality
- 10:00of the success fear I have discussed
- 10:02elsewhere, but a different and more
- 10:04awefilled quality closer to the
- 10:07sensation of standing at the edge of
- 10:09something genuinely vast. she continued.
- 10:12Several of my students have used the
- 10:14specific word afraid to describe this
- 10:17sensation, and I want to address this
- 10:19word directly because I do not want it
- 10:22confused with the fear that blocks and
- 10:24undermines genuine abundance discussed
- 10:26at length in other portions of my
- 10:28teaching. This is not the fear of a
- 10:31threat to be avoided. It is closer to
- 10:33what a person might feel standing at the
- 10:35edge of a genuinely vast landscape. A
- 10:38feeling that combines awe, a sense of
- 10:41one's own smallalness before something
- 10:43larger, and a specific embodied
- 10:46recognition that what is approaching
- 10:48exceeds the scale of what one had
- 10:50previously, even in their most ambitious
- 10:52declarations, fully imagined for
- 10:54themselves. She was careful and specific
- 10:57about the distinction between this
- 10:59allquality anticipation and the blocking
- 11:02success fear discussed in earlier
- 11:04teaching. She wrote, "The blocking fear
- 11:07I described elsewhere produces
- 11:09avoidance, a pulling back from the very
- 11:12success being consciously declared,
- 11:15expressed through self-sabotaging
- 11:17decisions and circumstances. This
- 11:19different quality of anticipation, the
- 11:22one I am describing today, produces the
- 11:24opposite. It produces a kind of settled,
- 11:27if aruck, readiness. A willingness to
- 11:30simply continue forward undisturbed into
- 11:33whatever is approaching without any
- 11:35accompanying impulse to retreat or to
- 11:38undermine. If you find yourself
- 11:40experiencing genuine anticipatory awe
- 11:43following a genuinely convicted single
- 11:46utterance without any corresponding
- 11:48impulse toward avoidance or
- 11:50self-sabotage, I would encourage you to
- 11:53trust this feeling as a sign of genuine
- 11:56scale approaching rather than mistaking
- 11:58it for the blocking pattern discussed
- 12:00elsewhere.
- 12:02I want to give you a complete case from
- 12:04Florence's records illustrating this
- 12:06practice from beginning to end because I
- 12:09believe the specific arc of this case
- 12:11demonstrates both the genuine conditions
- 12:14required and the genuine experience that
- 12:17followed. She described a woman who had
- 12:19engaged in sincere and consistent
- 12:22foundational practice with Florence's
- 12:24broader teaching for slightly over 18
- 12:27months, showing across this period
- 12:29genuine and verifiable improvement in
- 12:32her business circumstances. Improvement
- 12:35Florence considered clear evidence of
- 12:37the first condition, foundational
- 12:39mastery, having been genuinely met. This
- 12:43woman reported to Florence during a
- 12:44session following approximately a year
- 12:47and a half of this foundational work. A
- 12:49specific and unprompted experience she
- 12:52struggled to fully describe. A sudden,
- 12:55complete and entirely embodied certainty
- 12:58arising during a period of quiet
- 13:00reflection unconnected to any specific
- 13:03practice session that a specific and
- 13:05quite considerable expansion of her
- 13:08business was not merely possible. but
- 13:10already in some sense she could not
- 13:12fully articulate decided and complete
- 13:16awaiting only its visible expression in
- 13:18the physical world. Florence recognizing
- 13:21in this description the specific quality
- 13:24of the moment of unmistakable readiness
- 13:26guided this woman through the single
- 13:28utterance practice. The woman spoke once
- 13:32with what Florence recorded as complete
- 13:34and unmistakable conviction, a specific
- 13:37declaration naming the exact scale of
- 13:40expansion she had suddenly and
- 13:42completely come to know as already true,
- 13:45and then following Florence's explicit
- 13:47instruction, did not speak this
- 13:50declaration again, did not discuss it
- 13:52further, even with Florence herself, and
- 13:55returned to her ordinary daily practice
- 13:57and her ordinary daily life.
- 14:00Over the following three weeks, this
- 14:02woman reported to Florence the specific
- 14:04quality of awefilled anticipation
- 14:06described above, a growing and, in her
- 14:09own words, almost overwhelming sense
- 14:12that something of considerable scale was
- 14:14approaching, a sensation she described
- 14:17as simultaneously thrilling and in the
- 14:20specific and non-blocking sense Florence
- 14:22had described, genuinely a little
- 14:24frightening, given how far it exceeded
- 14:27what she had previously, even in her
- 14:29most ambitious ordinary declarations
- 14:32allowed herself to imagine. In the
- 14:34fourth week following the single
- 14:36utterance, this woman received an
- 14:38unexpected approach from a considerably
- 14:41larger company interested in a specific
- 14:43partnership or acquisition arrangement.
- 14:46an opportunity that upon negotiation
- 14:49over the following months resulted in a
- 14:51transformation of her business
- 14:53considerably exceeding in scale anything
- 14:56her prior more incremental foundational
- 14:59practice had produced. Florence wrote of
- 15:02this case, "I want to note specifically
- 15:05that this woman did nothing in the weeks
- 15:07following her single utterance beyond
- 15:09her ordinary foundational practice. She
- 15:12did not repeat the declaration. She did
- 15:15not discuss it. She did not monitor for
- 15:17evidence of its progress with any
- 15:19unusual intensity beyond her ordinary
- 15:22practice of noticing genuine signs
- 15:25discussed elsewhere in my teaching. She
- 15:27spoke it once with complete conviction
- 15:30and then genuinely released it. And I
- 15:33believe this genuine release,
- 15:35considerably more difficult to achieve
- 15:37than it may sound, was as essential to
- 15:39the outcome as the conviction of the
- 15:41original utterance itself.
- 15:44I want to address directly and with
- 15:46considerable care a specific mistake
- 15:49Florence warned against repeatedly
- 15:51because I believe this is the single
- 15:53most common way this teaching is
- 15:55misapplied by students who have not
- 15:58genuinely met the three conditions
- 16:00discussed above. She wrote, "I have
- 16:03observed students upon learning of this
- 16:05single utterance practice attempt to
- 16:07manufacture the moment of unmistakable
- 16:10readiness through sheer effort or sheer
- 16:12desire. Speaking a dramatic single
- 16:15declaration before the genuine
- 16:17foundational work has been done and
- 16:20before genuine embodied conviction has
- 16:22actually arrived. hoping that the mere
- 16:25form of the practice, a single utterance
- 16:27rather than repeated declaration, will
- 16:30itself produce the dramatic result they
- 16:32are seeking. She continued, "This
- 16:35attempt virtually always fails. And I
- 16:38want to explain specifically why the
- 16:40power of this practice does not lie in
- 16:43its single unreped form considered in
- 16:45isolation. It lies in what that single
- 16:48unreped form expresses. A state of
- 16:51complete and already arrived conviction
- 16:54that can only exist after genuine
- 16:56foundational work has been done. A
- 16:59single utterance spoken from a state of
- 17:01hopeful desire rather than genuine
- 17:03embodied certainty is not a more
- 17:06powerful version of an ordinary
- 17:08declaration. It is simply an ordinary
- 17:10declaration spoken once instead of
- 17:13repeatedly and therefore if anything
- 17:15considerably less effective than the
- 17:17ordinary repeated practice would have
- 17:19been since the repetition that would
- 17:22ordinarily have gradually built genuine
- 17:24conviction has been deliberately
- 17:26withheld. She offered a specific and I
- 17:30believe genuinely useful test for
- 17:32distinguishing genuine readiness from
- 17:34premature manufactured desire to attempt
- 17:37this practice. She wrote, "Ask yourself
- 17:40honestly whether the specific certainty
- 17:43you are experiencing arrived unbidden,
- 17:46unprompted by any specific desire to
- 17:48attempt this particular practice, or
- 17:50whether it arose specifically because
- 17:52you learned of this teaching and began
- 17:55hoping to experience the readiness it
- 17:57requires." Genuine readiness in my
- 18:00extensive observation arrives on its own
- 18:02timeline entirely independent of a
- 18:05students awareness that this specific
- 18:07practice exists. If your sense of
- 18:09readiness arose only after and
- 18:12specifically because you learned of this
- 18:14teaching, I would encourage you to treat
- 18:16this with considerable honest suspicion
- 18:19and to return without any sense of
- 18:21impatience or failure to the
- 18:23foundational practice that remains for
- 18:25the great majority of students across
- 18:27the great majority of circumstances the
- 18:30genuine and reliable path toward the
- 18:32abundance you are seeking. I want to
- 18:35give you a second case from Florence's
- 18:37records because it addresses an
- 18:39important variation. A student for whom
- 18:41the single utterance practice was
- 18:43attempted prematurely, illustrating
- 18:46exactly the mistake Florence warns
- 18:48against and showing what she recommended
- 18:50once this mistake had already occurred.
- 18:54She described a man who had been engaged
- 18:56in foundational practice for
- 18:58approximately 8 months, a period of
- 19:00genuine sincerity, but considerably
- 19:03short of the full year Florence
- 19:05typically required before considering
- 19:07this advanced practice appropriate. This
- 19:10man had however heard of the single
- 19:13utterance declaration through another
- 19:14student and had on his own initiative
- 19:17and without first consulting Florence
- 19:20attempted it, speaking a single dramatic
- 19:22declaration about a specific and quite
- 19:25considerable financial outcome he hoped
- 19:28to see arrive. He reported to Florence
- 19:30several weeks later that nothing had
- 19:33happened. No delivery, no awefilled
- 19:35anticipation, simply the ordinary
- 19:38continuation of his existing financial
- 19:40circumstances, a result that left him
- 19:43confused and somewhat discouraged given
- 19:45what he had heard about the practic's
- 19:47power in other cases. Florence,
- 19:50examining this man's specific
- 19:52experience, identified immediately what
- 19:54had occurred. She wrote, "This is a
- 19:57textbook instance of the premature
- 19:59attempt I warn against. He had not yet
- 20:02completed his foundational period I
- 20:04consider necessary. His declaration,
- 20:06however sincerely intended, was spoken
- 20:09from hopeful desire rather than genuine
- 20:12already arrived conviction, and the
- 20:14absence of any subsequent anticipatory
- 20:17experience, the awe, the growing sense
- 20:20of approaching scale, confirmed clearly
- 20:22that the state of consciousness this
- 20:24practice requires had simply not yet
- 20:27been present at the moment of his
- 20:28utterance. Her guidance for this man was
- 20:31direct and I believe genuinely important
- 20:34for anyone who recognizes themsself in
- 20:36this specific case. She did not tell him
- 20:39the law had failed him. And she did not
- 20:41tell him to attempt the single utterance
- 20:43declaration immediately in hopes of
- 20:46correcting the earlier attempt. She told
- 20:48him instead to return fully to his
- 20:51foundational practice, continuing his
- 20:53ordinary repeated declarations exactly
- 20:56as before and to set aside entirely for
- 20:59the remainder of his required
- 21:01foundational period any further thought
- 21:03of the single utterance practice. She
- 21:06wrote, "I told him plainly that the
- 21:08single unreped utterance he had already
- 21:11spoken was not in itself harmful and did
- 21:14not need to be undone or corrected
- 21:16through any additional ritual. It simply
- 21:19had not been spoken from the state of
- 21:21consciousness required for it to
- 21:23function as intended, and therefore it
- 21:25had produced quite reasonably no
- 21:27particular effect in either direction.
- 21:30His task now was not to fix this
- 21:32specific utterance, but to continue the
- 21:35patient, ordinary work that would in its
- 21:37own time produce the genuine readiness
- 21:40this advanced practice actually
- 21:42requires. This man returned to his
- 21:45foundational practice. And Florence
- 21:47recorded that he continued this
- 21:48ordinary, sincere work for a further 11
- 21:52months before reporting unprompted the
- 21:54genuine and unmistakable quality of
- 21:57readiness Florence's teaching describes,
- 22:00at which point she guided him through
- 22:01the practice again, this time under
- 22:04genuinely met conditions with results
- 22:06she recorded as consistent with the
- 22:08pattern described in the first case
- 22:10discussed today. She wrote of this
- 22:12second case. I include this example
- 22:15specifically because I want any student
- 22:18who has already attempted this practice
- 22:20prematurely as this man did to
- 22:23understand clearly that this earlier
- 22:26attempt is not a permanent obstacle or a
- 22:28spoiled opportunity. It simply was not
- 22:31yet the right moment. The right moment
- 22:34when it genuinely arrives is not
- 22:37diminished or blocked by an earlier
- 22:39premature attempt. It arrives on its own
- 22:42timeline available to you exactly as it
- 22:46would have been had you never attempted
- 22:48the practice too soon. I want to address
- 22:51one final and I believe genuinely
- 22:54important dimension of this teaching.
- 22:56The specific question of what exactly
- 22:59should be included in the single
- 23:00utterance itself. Since Florence was
- 23:03notably less prescriptive about the
- 23:05precise wording of this declaration than
- 23:08she was about her more standard
- 23:09foundational declarations discussed
- 23:12throughout the rest of her teaching, she
- 23:14wrote, "Unlike the foundational
- 23:17declarations, which I have deliberately
- 23:19and carefully worded for broad and
- 23:21general use, I do not believe the single
- 23:24utterance declaration should be scripted
- 23:27in advance or borrowed from any fixed
- 23:29formula, including my own. Its power
- 23:33depends substantially on it arising
- 23:35directly from the specific embodied
- 23:38certainty of the moment itself expressed
- 23:40in whatever words genuinely and
- 23:43naturally carry that certainty for the
- 23:45specific student in the specific moment
- 23:48it arrives. She offered only general
- 23:51guidance regarding its construction,
- 23:53recommending that it be stated in the
- 23:55present tense as an already completed
- 23:58fact rather than a future hope. that it
- 24:01named the specific scale or specific
- 24:03nature of what has become certain with
- 24:06as much honest precision as the students
- 24:08own embodied knowing actually contains
- 24:12and that it avoid any hedging or
- 24:14qualifying language of the kind
- 24:16discussed extensively in her broader
- 24:18teaching on forbidden phrases. She
- 24:21wrote, "Beyond these general principles,
- 24:25I trust the genuinely prepared student
- 24:27to find in the moment their readiness
- 24:30arrives the exact words that moment
- 24:32requires. I have found without exception
- 24:36that students who have genuinely met the
- 24:38conditions I have described today have
- 24:41never struggled to find these words when
- 24:43the moment actually arrived. The
- 24:45struggle to find the right words is
- 24:48itself frequently a sign that the moment
- 24:50has not yet genuinely arrived since
- 24:53genuine embodied certainty tends to
- 24:56produce its own clear and immediate
- 24:58language rather than requiring effortful
- 25:01construction.
- 25:02This offered with the same care and the
- 25:05same important qualification she herself
- 25:08brought to this rare and advanced
- 25:10practice. She wrote, "This single
- 25:13utterance declaration is not for
- 25:15everyone, and it is not for most
- 25:17students at most points in their journey
- 25:19with this law. It is reserved for the
- 25:22rare and specific moment when genuine
- 25:25extended foundational work has already
- 25:28produced genuine embodied conviction of
- 25:31a scale and a completeness that
- 25:33repetition would only diminish rather
- 25:36than strengthen. If this moment has not
- 25:38yet arrived for you, and for the great
- 25:41majority of you watching today, it
- 25:43likely has not yet arrived, continue
- 25:46your foundational practice with patience
- 25:48and with genuine sincerity, trusting
- 25:51that the moment of unmistakable
- 25:53readiness, if it is meant to arrive for
- 25:55you, will arrive on its own timeline, in
- 25:58its own form, entirely independent of
- 26:01your seeking it. And if this moment does
- 26:04genuinely arrive, if you experience
- 26:08unbidden and unprompted the complete and
- 26:11embodied certainty Florence describes,
- 26:14speak your declaration once with your
- 26:17entire conviction and then release it
- 26:21completely. Do not repeat it. Do not
- 26:24discuss it. Return to your ordinary
- 26:27practice and your ordinary life and
- 26:30allow whatever awe, however large,
- 26:33however genuinely a little frightening
- 26:35in its scale to simply unfold in its own
- 26:39perfect timing. You are a beloved child
- 26:42of the universe and the universe has at
- 26:45certain rare moments in a genuinely
- 26:48prepared consciousness no need of your
- 26:51repetition to hear you clearly the very
- 26:54first time. Subscribe to this channel.
- 26:57come back every day because Florence
- 27:00left behind teaching precise enough to
- 27:02know the difference between the patient
- 27:04repetition most of us need and the rare
- 27:08single moment when repetition itself
- 27:11would only get in the way.
