1. 0:00and on the 25th of February was Mr
2. 0:03torres's autopsy done at that time yes
3. 0:07it was were you present during the
4. 0:10autopsy yes I was okay and did you
5. 0:14communicate with the medical examiner at
6. 0:16that time yes I did okay uh doing the
7. 0:20during the course of things uh is that
8. 0:24where you uh found out through the
9. 0:27medical examination examin at the
10. 0:30autopsy that there was um blun for
11. 0:34trauma injuries yes that is where I
12. 0:37learned about more about his
13. 0:42injuries now initially when you were on
14. 0:44the when you were on the scene on the
15. 0:4824th uh did you view Mr torres's body
16. 0:52yes I did did you notice in and of
17. 0:55yourself on your own something that
18. 0:57caused you concerned that there might be
19. 0:59forc TR
20. 1:02yes I noticed injuries to him
21. 1:11yes okay so after uh the autopsy you had
22. 1:17additional information is that correct
23. 1:19yes I did okay
24. 1:22now there was an interview well I don't
25. 1:26know if it was an interview there was a
26. 1:28meeting set up for
27. 1:30for uh Sarah Boon is that correct yes on
28. 1:34the 25th is that correct yes can you
29. 1:38tell me how that meeting was arranged or
30. 1:41how that meeting was set up please so
31. 1:43either before I left the scene um the
32. 1:47night of the incident I obviously met
33. 1:49with Sarah and told her that we were
34. 1:50leaving um we had to go make next of kid
35. 1:54notification and um I would have either
36. 1:58at that time said I would like to meet
37. 2:00tomorrow um and arranged it then um at
38. 2:04least to like let her know that I would
39. 2:05like to meet after the autopsy and then
40. 2:10um obviously from watching the video
41. 2:12towards the end she said um something
42. 2:14about like recalling a conversation that
43. 2:17we had like calling me um so there may
44. 2:20have been a phone conversation that
45. 2:22occurred later that evening um where I
46. 2:26either would have confirmed the time or
47. 2:28told her the time then I just don't have
48. 2:31that like on an audio um but I know it
49. 2:34either took place before I left the
50. 2:36scene because I obviously would have you
51. 2:37know said my goodbyes and told her hey
52. 2:39we're leaving we're going to make next
53. 2:40of kid notification she was very
54. 2:42concerned about that so I would want her
55. 2:43to know um that we were doing that um so
56. 2:47it either took place then or it took
57. 2:49place on that phone conversation that we
58. 2:51had
