1:27mouth was a little I
1:31okay I also too I he fell off my son's
1:34bike okay so I don't know and he's
1:37notorious for running into the wall or
1:39the hall tree so why okay what what

1:53like the back of his neck like kind of
1:55like going but it's like going straight

3:14having wine and smok on a couple of
3:16cigarettes and then decided to go inside
3:18and literally paint do puzzles and play
3:22and listen to music that's
3:24why nobody got out of ss this is what
3:29mind blowing me like I don't I have no
3:32clue nobody laid a hand on anybody he
3:35also had um like on the left side of his
3:39forehead he had basically
3:42bruising um and um on like his head and
3:47skull I have no idea as if something hit
3:50him I consider touch traa I have not
3:55touched him I have not touched him how
3:58would you get those in tell me will both
4:00know I have not touched him yesterday
4:05when we took photographs of your overall
4:07body um and they did the bule swabs did
4:10they go under your fingernails no okay

4:53like physical altercation between the
4:55two of you um a month ago you hit you
4:59with a curtain yeah that's why I can't
5:01believe you guys didn't take that
5:05either like we've been good I don't know
5:08like it's since the last time he got out
5:10of jail like we've been good he's been
5:13having his classes and his seeing his
5:15probation officer who's amazing so what
5:19do you mean by good what's your
5:20definition of good the probation officer

5:28think you all understand he kind comes
5:29at me all the time he comes at me so
5:33it's either I flee or try to go upstairs
5:37and go to sleep that's usually what it
5:39is I don't know if you talk to Brian
5:40about any of that but most of the time
5:42when I flee I go over there
5:45so right but you're saying that you guys
5:47have been good and when I asked you
5:49yesterday there has the last incident
5:51that you could remember was the curtain
5:53R inent which you said was a month ago
5:55so give her T right so what do you mean
5:57by he comes after you like he
6:00gets belligerant drunk like I don't know
6:04if you all have looked through my phone
6:05yet and too many of the pictures and the
6:07videos that I have taken and the at one
6:11point I started documenting everything

6:18bloody fingers split foreheads he split
6:21my nose I've got this right I don't know
6:24Brian told you about it where I had to
6:26have almost what I had one really bad
6:28surgery but then it got really really
6:30really really bad where I had to go like
6:32four or five more times afterwards and
6:33then attend to it and then put me in the
6:35back of the leg right so it's and why
6:39are you still with him everybody ask me
6:41that when I tell you guys
6:45this I really love him like I do and I
6:49feel like I can help him like I feel
6:51like I could help him which I did
6:53because he's come a really he came a
6:55really long way from where he was in
6:58Philadelphia to moving back here and to
7:00deal with everything else that he's been
7:01dealing with I've really helped him I've
7:04bailed him out of jail what three times
7:07I've gone to every single Hearing in
7:09every single arraignment everything that
7:10I did for him gone to see all his public
7:13defenders go to the state I've gone to
7:15the state I I did everything for him
7:17because I'm trying to help him because I
7:18had I had hope in him and he was
7:23trying really trying just and then he
7:26starts to think about things and it just
7:28I think he gets so overwhelmed and then
7:30it's like next thing I know is drinking
7:32so it's like oh man I know where this is
7:35going to go so I'm going to go upstairs
7:37read a book or I'm going to go for a
7:39bike ride or I'm going to do something
7:40else or I don't want to drink I don't
7:43want to drink the occasional wine
7:46whatever or if it's a weekend that's
7:49when you you have a good time you don't
7:52have to wake up the next day I have to
7:54wake up the next day and do things I
7:55have to attend to Lucas I have to take
7:57him to school I have all this stuff to
7:58do
7:59he doesn't know how
8:02to I guess maintain himself where I can
8:07do 50 things at once and still know the
8:0950 things more previously prior that I
8:12need to get done he can't process like
8:15that he didn't process like that so it
8:16he would literally not literally but had
8:18SM coming out of his ears so the next
8:20thing you know he doesn't want to deal
8:22with it I'm going to go get something to
8:24drink so the majority of the time I
8:27would hang out outside or do something
8:29because I don't want to
8:31drink and every time every time his job
8:36broke his heart and it made me sad
8:38because he had so much pride in his job
8:41and the store that he took care of so
8:44much totally went downhill and that
8:48broke his heart because he had put so
8:50much work and effort into fixing it up
8:52and his manager was
8:56awful and basically gave up on all of
8:59the employ way so I think that had a
9:02huge bearing on why he would drink so
9:05much his ex-wife is Bunker she was all
9:09over him all the time send me money send
9:12me money send me
9:14money how can I send you money when I
9:16don't have a job and he's still trying
9:19to take care of me and lugas by paying a
9:22bill here or there getting some
9:24groceries so he always had something on
9:26his mind which is why again
9:30I got the pudles and the bank just try
9:32to get him off of it so we don't have a
9:34dream or he doesn't have a dram so when
9:37you all see my phone you can see all of
9:40the damage he has done to me and the
9:43videos of him smashing my television
9:45because he's belligerant
9:48dropped where most of the time I just
9:50don't want to beat him and I try to help
9:52him I try to come him
9:54down eventually he just passed
9:57out well yesterday it sound like you
10:00guys were just drinking like a glass or
10:02two like yeah you obviously had the
10:04bottle but you I mean you told me on the
10:07yeah but you told me on recording like
10:09that you were not drunk he was not drunk
10:10you guys were having a good time I don't
10:13get I can't get drunk number one I do
10:16not want to get drunk I don't like being
10:20non- complimented having my wit about
10:22myself I don't like feeling out of
10:24control
10:25mhm so I'm just saying you're you're
10:29making it sound like like he's a raging
10:31alcoholic today and yesterday I was kind
10:33of asking you those questions and you're
10:35like a little defensive like no we're
10:37not alcoholics he we are not you know
10:41but you guys are both sobered on Sunday
10:44from your knowledge because when I said
10:46you went and passed out you were like no
10:48I didn't pass out I just fell asleep so
10:50now it's kind of like what is it is were
10:53you guys drinking and it got out of hand
10:55and it got physical or is it
10:59Sunday was one of the better days that
11:01we have had in quite some time he's
11:04dancing with my dog you can see that too
11:07on the pictures him loving the dog he
11:10loves the dog and dancing around having
11:13a good time and
11:14just just being happy kind of
11:19thing he doesn't know I can't I mean I
11:23can get like maybe two three glasses of
11:26wine and I'll be fine but I have to have
11:29my about myself because I don't know
11:30what to expect well let's talk about
11:32Sunday what was Sunday how were you like
11:34how many glasses of wine did you have
11:36how many glasses of wine did he have the
11:38bottle was gone I mean I don't know if
11:40you pour it any out yes no that was from
11:43previous you said that there was a half
11:45bottle left over mhm and then um that
11:50you had W well I don't even know how the
11:53wine how' you guys get the wine for
11:55Sunday I'm guessing he went to public he
11:59this does he do the does he like leave
12:01the house and you stay home or do you go
12:03to public like go okay did you go with
12:06him Sunday to public so most of the time
12:08what happens is because the convenience
12:11store where we get cigarettes is here
12:13and then public literally is CAD W do it
12:16okay so what he'll do is he'll start go
12:18by public and then on the way back catch
12:21the convenience store okay so you did
12:23Sunday I'm guessing that's what he did
12:25because next thing I know he's walking
12:27in with L okay so that's
12:30it's him trying to be nice so I don't
12:32have to go out and do it plus there's
12:34stuff that around the house that I had
12:35to take care of so that's usually what
12:36will happen or I'm folding laundry and
12:38he'll go run out and do
12:41whatever so where were you guys are
12:45on on drunkenness not drunkenness on
12:50Sunday I told us you weren't drunk no I
12:53was not Dr I was not Dr so with him I
12:57don't know
13:00I I know when it's like okay man where I
13:03have told him slow down it's starting to
13:06catch up with you slow down slow down
13:09bless you and another thing too is I
13:11don't like listening to music with him
13:13because he gets too involved in the
13:15music and the music that he listen to is
13:19little rust around the edges and like
13:21just it makes me frous listening to his
13:24music so I kept asking him let's not
13:27let's just you and me talk you and me
13:29will just be the ones that are talking
13:31which was fine because I mean we were
13:33playing with a dog whatever and then
13:34it's like okay Mall let do the painting
13:37we just did the puzzle took a break now
13:39let's do this sure enough sat down we're
13:43sitting in there talking laughing
13:44talking about new movies we're watching
13:46movie
13:48trailers while we're doing painting and
13:50all that other stuff so it's still
13:51background noise to him because I think
13:53that's what he's used to is having
13:55background noise for me I can sit in
13:57here all day with not a p
13:59but he always has to have some kind of
14:01background noise which I didn't mind
14:02because the trailers were cool and he
14:04was interested in showing them to me
14:06getting excited about movies that were
14:08out or upcoming okay so in your laptop
14:11you're talking about and I mean and then
14:14we it was you said it was a good day
14:17like you guys didn't have any have any
14:20uh conversations about your relationship
14:22you guys didn't go down like the rabbit
14:24hole like had too many to drink and you
14:26guys start getting no when I tell you
14:28this it made me so happy that he
14:31actually listened to what I I had to say
14:34was just we'll get through it this will
14:37be fine it's just it's it's a small
14:40hurdle that you and I together will get
14:42through because turn about the money
14:47jobs yes nothing relationship wise
14:50though like no issues relation like did
14:52you guys have a conversation about your
14:53relationship or was it just about just
14:56what's going on right now got it I tried
14:59to evoke it from him
15:01so he gets it off his chest because I
15:04call him the volcano where eventually
15:06he's going to erup right and what he has
15:09learned in his classes is to communicate
15:12which is a huge thing in a relationship
15:14where he has been practicing
15:16communication so he actually talks to me
15:19about things and unburdens himself put
15:22it on me I'll sit there and try and
15:24figure it out for you like I have almost
15:26everything not a worry just tell me get
15:29it out of you but it was when I tell you
15:33I was so happy like it was such a good
15:36day I kid you not the weather was
15:38beautiful outside I'm the one that had
15:40him go inside so we can do puzzles and
15:43painting listen to music or whatever
15:44else he wants to do so then he starts
15:47doing whatever it is we're doing
15:48together in the living room and then
15:52starts talking because I think he gets
15:54comfortable with okay you know what
15:56we're here it is a good day let me go
15:59ahead and explain myself so I know
16:02nobody else knows but I
16:03know nobody knew George better than I
16:06did I say that I need George better than
16:10himself and I tried in every way shape
16:14and form as
16:16everyone I helped him I took care of
16:22him I missed him a lot and I didn't even
16:25sleep last
16:27night I miss him a
16:30lot I mean is there any chance it got to
16:32be too much for you and you couldn't
16:33handle taking care of him and I never
16:36sto them I never
16:39stopped that's what I'm here
16:42for I never stopped I'm here now CU I'm
16:46still trying to help it yeah we just
16:50don't I mean it's unexplainable how you
16:52got these injuries and I had no idea you
16:55were the only one with him 100% right
16:59hand to God I have no idea how he got
17:02them nobody touched anybody nobody
17:07touched
17:10anybody um you had mentioned that you
17:13take uh you would take photos videos
17:17kind of like a proof and just in general
17:19yeah I hearded documenting at one point
17:20but that
17:21was that was way before I think the last
17:25time that he got arrested where he was
17:27flying off the dend
17:30but then I had him bailed out I got him
17:33out of jail right but because he had
17:36violated the pre-trial
17:38diversion they this time it's probation
17:40so you don't have a choice in it you
17:42have to go see your probation officer
17:45you have to go to these classes it's
17:47court ordered where it took them a while
17:49to get used to it and understand they're
17:52not missing around I even went down and
17:54met his uh probation officer which I say
17:57I she's she's wonderful that's one of my
17:59questions to need to talk to about
18:01hugged me and said how much she knows
18:04that I take care of him she called me
18:06personally one time when George is at
18:08work when he was working 42-minute phone
18:11call she and I just saying how grateful
18:14she is that George has me and she knows
18:17how hard I'm working to help him just as
18:20she is and just as the classes will so
18:23once he started actually going on a
18:25regular basis to the probation officer
18:27and then to his
18:29sub C's class and his I don't know what
18:32VIP stands for B Intervention Program
18:35and actually listening to what it is
18:37everyone had to say he changed like I
18:40could I could see a change in him where
18:42before lashing out he would think about
18:45it and would always come home and show
18:47me his paper and we would look over his
18:49papers together it's like wow you
18:51actually are learning this in class and
18:54some of the stuff that they would show
18:55them like videos he would come home and
18:58be like St off so sorry for what I've
18:59done to you because for a video that he
19:03watches to make him feel that way where
19:07it's like oh
19:09man I have done her
19:12wrong but he's changed he
19:15changed and that's why you're still with
19:17him even though he's done all these
19:19things to you and when I tell you I love
19:21him I love
19:25him and when you have when you love
19:28somebody you have
19:29everybody tells me that oh my NE you're
19:32tell me that the office property manager
19:36at some point
19:37somebody gets enough then they have to
19:40to do something to defend
19:42themselves I would just flee and I don't
19:45know if you would like to see on my
19:47phone or I think it's I think it's
19:49actually on a laptop I actually because
19:52and you just to understand too I have
19:55like prior to classes in po
19:59kicked him out how many times I had him
20:01arrested how many times but you also
20:04went down and bail I know the next day I
20:08know what's on your
20:09laptop um what I tell
20:13you oh previously
20:17M I actually looked up how to file a
20:19restraining order okay because I would
20:22take him out his parents because of them
20:26constantly having to take him back in
20:28his bags of clothes all his stuff the
20:32one time the last time the father came
20:34out and I rate and just not even I think
20:38I don't even know if he knew Lucas was
20:39in the car just opened the back of my
20:42car and started throwing all his trrap
20:43and throwing it like throwing it like
20:45the car would J throwing all this stuff
20:48at that point because I continually did
20:50it not continually I think I may did it
20:53three times and he has nowhere else to
20:55go they got fed up and said nope either
20:58you're staying there or you're staying
20:59here but you're staying here at their
21:01place it's permanent you're not going
21:04back over there anymore so what happen
21:07is he pursues me so I don't know if you
21:10all know where Katy way tril is okay so
21:13we it's literally right right there from
21:16our
21:18apartment would ride his bike to work
21:21but before he would leave extra early
21:23and come up to the wall stand on top of
21:25his bike and poke his head over because
21:27he would know that I would be outside
21:28having my morning cigarette and cup of
21:31coffee where and I would also know too
21:34what time he would get off of work where
21:36I would know come getting all the work
21:38you can do the same thing so it's not
21:40like I ever got like a break from him
21:43where I told you all yesterday or
21:45whenever it was I started to feel that
21:47it was too much togetherness and when
21:49you have too much togetherness friction
21:52happens so I'm going to go ride my bik
21:55I'm going to go upstairs and read a book
21:57but what he every what does he say every
22:00waking moment he wants to be with me so
22:03and mind you our town home is either
22:05upstairs or downstairs so it's like if
22:08you would like to sit downstairs and
22:10watch a movie or play on the laptop look
22:12up some jobs you're more than welcome to
22:15I'm just going to be upstairs maybe
22:16watching one of my shows or maybe
22:17reading a book so and then when that
22:20would
22:22happen we really needed that so what's
22:24for dinner and then we would cook
22:27together and E
22:29and then crawl on the bed and watch a
22:31movie you're talking about this is like
22:33recent I you kind of like blost me like
22:35what it's like a little while ago now
22:38you're talking about now you're talking
22:39about tension building up and that you
22:40need space so have you been feeling that
22:43way lately or no okay
22:47no okay my thing is too so you all know
22:50oh I hate that you can't talk to her but
22:54um D his ex-wife when I say a monster
22:57she's a monster like it does she
23:00withholds her their children from
23:02speaking to him so he gets upset about
23:06that and then she like completely Beres
23:08him about money about father that he is
23:12what he did to her all this other stuff
23:14it doesn't matter I mean mind you this
23:17is not like good Recon but which is why
23:19he doesn't even bother calling anymore
23:21because he knows that he's she's going
23:22to answer he's going to have to talk to
23:23her so therefore he can't talk to his
23:25daughter the other time he talked to her
23:28made made her talk to cookie that's on
23:31my cell phone too so you can see it it
23:34doesn't matter like it doesn't
23:38matter what does she have to do though
23:40with anything about what happen Sunday
23:43into Monday like no I'm just saying like
23:45previously why the incidents would
23:48happen is she plays a big part in it
23:51okay onp job and money and groceries and
23:55all that okay Sunday I when I tell you
23:59this I have no idea I have no idea is
24:03there anybody else at the house no it's
24:05just me and
24:08him
24:10um since talking yesterday do you
24:12remember any like time timelines better
24:15like what
24:16time uh you guys were playing what time
24:19you he was zipped up in the luggage what
24:22time you upstairs we started because we
24:25had we cleaned the house a little bit
24:27did some laundry you started the
24:29activities around 4 you said yes around
24:314 4:30ish and then you just said that it
24:33was dark when you were playing hi and
24:35seek and I'm just curious if you
24:36remember but when we were outside that's
24:38where we would start and talk about
24:41things then eventually I was the one
24:43that had him come inside so what time
24:46you remember what time that was is what
24:47she's
24:50asking said you want to you went up to
24:53bed around midnight Midnight fell as
24:55asleep around
24:5612:30ish but those were the only I have
24:59so I have four and I have midnight so
25:01there's a big gap so I'm just curious
25:03like if you recall when you went
25:05upstairs to hide in the shower or like
25:09when we started to play hide and seek
25:11yeah well we went inside probably about
25:16but had to death we we were out there
25:18too long maybe about
25:216ish then talking about from hanging out
25:23outside and like M okay well we have two
25:26beach chairs that are out there right
25:27just enjoy the weather plus it's started
25:30to get dark and Nats mosquitoes yeah so
25:34let's go inside I don't want to be out
25:36here anymore all right let's go so we're
25:38doing whatever we did it for a while
25:40because that puzzle I don't know if they
25:42took it or they saw it um worked on the
25:45puzzle again finished it started to
25:48paint well started to listen to music
25:50for a little bit started to paint uh can
25:53we turn the music off no problem started
25:56to talk paint whatever
26:02maybe gosh that puzzle M probably good
26:06hour a half so
26:088:00ish is when went to hide
26:11upstairs originally no that's when we
26:14were like painting so then it's like
26:16okay well I we can't I don't want to
26:17paint anymore let's just come on okay
26:21you want to play hide and seat what he
26:22does is okay T your it which like okay
26:25we know okay take off mhm that's what we
26:28did and then you went upstairs and then
26:31he didn't come up and you came down and
26:33the suitcase was there originally
26:35because you guys were planing to do
26:37donations was already there um have you
26:40guys ever played the you said you played
26:42hide-and-seek like probably three times
26:44in your relationship when you have
26:46played have you ever zipped him up in a
26:48suitcase prior no okay so it was just
26:51kind of like that prop was there and it
26:53was there and it was in Play Because Why
26:56do you say it like that though
26:58I would never do that you would never
27:01zip them up in a
27:03suitcase I mean we were playing but I'm
27:06saying well I'm talking about hide and
27:08seek which is a game so the suitcase
27:11originally is in our closet buried all
27:14the way to the back if you I don't I
27:17know the CSI people so our closet our
27:20closet needs to be cleaned out really
27:22bad my son's clothes need to be cleaned
27:25out really bad because they don't fit in
27:27anymore and I'm tired of looking at
27:28so he took it upon himself including
27:31that suitcase to take it downstairs so
27:34we can get all of our clothes our
27:35donations and everything and just lead
27:37the whole thing by the clothing and
27:40shoothing at my son school no we're just
27:44I'm just asking out of the in the past
27:46like have have you ever zipped him up in
27:49anything jokingly or not but obviously I
27:53understand you know you're claiming that
27:55Sunday it was a joking matter you realiz
27:58was laughing but what I'm just asking is
28:00in the past like is it's something that
28:01you guys normally do absolutely not
28:06okay um we were actually this last game
28:09running out of places too high because
28:11we have a town home where it's upstairs
28:13or downstairs
28:15so um okay so do you remember making any
28:20videos or maybe having any cover
28:23anything any photos videos that you
28:26remember doing on your your phone on
28:31Sunday no I think I took a picture of a
28:35dog okay but your phone is password
28:38protected you have the password he has
28:40the facial recognition so it's not like
28:42someone else could be on your phone no I
28:44have both but you have the face and the
28:47password yeah but he only has the face
28:49correct no to be able to get onto your
28:52phone you told me that he looks at the
28:54phone oh I misunderstood I thought you
28:55were asking if I did yes it's me okay
28:58does he have access to your phone cuz
28:59you said it's phone okay how does he
29:01have access can I your phone yes it's
29:04right there on the kitchen counter okay
29:05but how did give ITW He he'll come and
29:08give it to me I'll just do the face
29:09thing where sometimes too like look
29:12he'll judge with me and say okay I need
29:13to borrow your phone he'll hold it while
29:15I'm cooking you're do something do the

29:19know the password and he doesn't have
29:20the facial recognition he is the only
29:23other person that would use your phone

29:27Lucas wasn't there so

29:43Tess and the dogs and George and have
