1:40that starts tomorrow kicks off tomorrow
1:41with the wower trial it's going to be
1:43amazing it's going to be awesome and uh
1:45that being said I have a cable that
1:46doesn't want to go where it wants to go
1:48I don't I don't need
1:50this I can go over there for now um
1:54let's see uh Monday morning hope you had
1:56a fabulous weekend welcome back it was
1:58uh it was a very restful week weekend
2:00for me I does it look like I just woke
2:03up no I'm just kidding I didn't I didn't
2:04I actually got up and I did uh shave and
2:06I took off about a millimeter of the
2:08outside of the goatee I can show you
2:10this the it's a it's a little bit
2:13narrower it's like one uh hair follicle
2:15narrower than it was before I'm slowly
2:17losing it um as I as every time I trim
2:20it it just gets a little bit smaller
2:21anyway uh it's still there because you
2:23guys have voted and it's still there
2:24although now that I've kept it for one
2:26more day like all bets are off it may it
2:28may go I'm starting to get a little
2:29bugged by it it like tickles my my lips
2:32in the corners all right um let's see
2:34what we have we have a couple things to
2:36do first thing in the morning of course
2:38that's not working because you know that
2:40would be too good let's

2:46super slow because at right now I'm not
2:50a cat it's not even working now oh

2:57actually rendering the video we're
2:58supposed to watch today and the video is
3:002 hours long I I realize that's 5
3:04minutes longer than the other complete
3:05video that's listed out on YouTube um so
3:08I don't know what five minutes they cut
3:10out but we have the whole thing with one
3:13exception um this video the the Sarah
3:16Boon video I've got here I actually
3:17received back from the Orange County
3:19Sheriff's Office finally finally last
3:21week I I can't even remember when I
3:24requested it it was months ago but I
3:26finally got the request back today they
3:28gave me both camera angles of the
3:30interrogation um if you've watched this
3:32online before you've seen that uh it's
3:34been edited and they've switched back
3:35and forth between the two well I wanted
3:37to see it differently I always wanted to
3:39see Sarah Boon's reaction her face her
3:41Expressions her body language throughout
3:43the interview and so I've edited this
3:45together so you basically have the Sarah
3:46cam with her up in the corner you can
3:48see her the whole time and the rest of
3:50the video see see both at the same time
3:52that's the that's the gist of what I did

5:13blur out on this copy the screen like
5:16the laptop computer screen when they're
5:19logging in when they're like oh you know
5:20the battery goes dead and they plug it
5:22in to log in um so they blurred that out
5:24that's redacted so we we can't
5:26accidentally see their password you know
5:28and that that's funny um and then
5:30there's like 26 seconds when they ask
5:34saroon what do
5:36you why don't you tell us what this
5:38video is all about we're listening and
5:40the next 26 seconds are redacted as far
5:42as audio we just get a beep which I've
5:44cut out cuz nobody likes to listen to a
5:46beep for 26 seconds so I've cut that
5:48part out but I did find that previous
5:51people who had requested this did not
5:52get the re redacted version so I have
5:54the the sound bite to play over that so
5:57basically we get the audio and the video
5:59so it's a complete thing I just have to
6:01sort of merge the two together as it
6:03happens um anyway um let's see Sheila

7:04to be the
7:06Thomas Thomas Randolph this is a retrial
7:09this is a murder um trial but it's
7:11actually previously he was convicted and
7:13sentenced to death row um then he
7:17appealed um because there was too much
7:19prior acts that were brought in and he
7:21won his appeal so now he gets a retrial
7:23which could result in putting him back
7:25on death row um so it's this is in the
7:28state of Nevada as well so that one
7:29starts
7:30tomorrow um let's see the goatee
7:33survived barely it was so close um had
7:36had I had the proper Hardware to remove
7:38it I think it would be gone so I need to
7:39go get a a nice good uh What do they
7:42call them now a safety razor like a a
7:44bick and just trim it I need to get nice
7:48and wet and lather it up and everything
7:49and then just it's so satisfying just to
7:52remove a goatee but then you sort of
7:53regret afterwards either also um let's
7:57see Estella so that's the trial tomorrow
7:59also known as the widower he uh of his
8:02last six wives four of them died under
8:04suspicious circumstances um some of them
8:06including um his
8:07fault stop trimming too much says Caper

8:19the edge and then the razor catches a
8:21little bit and it's like now I need to

9:29trial it's coming eventually probably as
9:33soon as uh BK goes to trial this is

12:24going to watch Sarah Boon during her
12:25interview which we haven't been able to
12:27see before I haven't seen anyone else
12:28that's had this footage from this angle
12:30um that's shared it that way so so we're
12:33going to get that ready but it's still
12:34rendering just hold tight hold tight
12:36it's
12:38uh I will tell you this is about the
12:40seventh time I've tried to render this
12:42and it keeps finding dropped frames in
12:44the original footage because the footage
12:46is like um it's only a couple years old
12:48but the camera was sort of crappy that
12:50recorded it and so occasionally it has a
12:52drop frame in there and it's it's a
12:55little iffy that way but if there's
12:58another drop frame I'm just going to to
12:59play it straight from my editor which we
13:01can do but I'd rather have it finish
13:04have it finish and be a completed
13:10file so I did uh tell you this this is
13:13what exciting something that might
13:14preserve the life of my laptop just a
13:16little bit longer over the weekend I
13:17discovered that I had about 271 gabt of
13:20space that was taken up by something
13:22known as Windows on my Mac um I never
13:25used dual boot I never used Windows on
13:27my Mac so I went ahead and removed that
13:29and so I've got like 25% free space on
13:32my on my hard drive all of a sudden
13:33where I used to be like fighting for
13:35every
13:36gigabyte Rebecca good morning to you as
13:39well we're we're stalling just briefly
13:42as the as the file is exported
13:44successfully so
13:45far Thomas Randolph has a hearing this
13:47morning jury selection
13:53tomorrow the hearings usually go really
13:55fast and I'm not sure if it's going to
13:56be covered um I have some paperwork
13:59still sorted with the court we're trying
14:00to get all the the t's crossed and the
14:03eyes
14:06dotted okay interrogation C cameras are
14:10still crappy in 2023 KT the the problem
14:13is they they try to make the cameras
14:14look like they're just regular security
14:16cameras and they are they need they need
14:20high quality cameras and especially
14:23especially high quality audio systems
14:25and that starts with changing the room
14:28itself
14:29and that can be a little a bit of a
14:31problem because it becomes less secure
14:32if you have a a padded wall literally a
14:35an item like a a needle or a sharp
14:38dagger type thing that's narrow could be
14:40hidden in that soft foam of the wall but
14:42it would sound great so instead police
14:46departments tend to go with cinder block
14:47which is very hard it's very the echoey
14:49it's very a flat sort of sound that's
14:51not very
14:53good um woohoo love anything to do with
14:56SB what what a Nutter watch your
14:57interrogation hundreds sad I know we're
15:00going to watch that same interrogation
15:01but with both angles so you're going to
15:03be able to see her from the top down as
15:05well as her face at all times um almost
15:08all times occasionally somebody stands
15:09in front of the camera but Adam
15:13Montgomery sentencing this today for
15:14weapons
15:19charges let's
15:23see my ring camera does better audio and
15:26video the technology is there it really
15:28is I I I don't know why it hasn't uh
15:30filtered down it's it's that and Bank
15:32security cameras why is it that the
15:34banks that we trust with all of our
15:35money our life savings you know we end
15:37up putting in the bank you know all our
15:39earnings go through the bank and we
15:41trust them to take care of that when
15:42they they can't even buy a a camera
15:45that's better than the one we can pick
15:46up at best bu on sale for 25 bucks
15:50and it just it it blows my mind we need
15:53we need high resolution 4K I want like
15:55six different angles of any robbery in a
15:57bank you know a Flor camera like we
16:00could mount a camera on the floor as
16:01he's running and jumping out the door we
16:03could get like still shots of that the
16:05technology is there and it really should
16:06be implemented maybe I need to start a
16:08business to do that Anna says hey I

20:29they have a lot of evidence to go
20:30through they have a lot of things to
20:32match up and if they go speedy trial and
20:35it actually you know goes to trial here
20:37in another you know month or two um that
20:41they won't be able to get the
20:42presentation and the preparation they
20:44want done um that may help BK but at the
20:48same time he is limited in his defense
20:51similarly because he doesn't know he
20:54hasn't gone through everything his
20:55lawyers there's no way they've gone
20:56through everything yet and they'll sort
20:58of be shooting from the hip on the
20:59defense so it hurts him and it helps him
21:01I'm not sure which way he's going to end
21:02up I think when it comes to it he'll
21:04probably push it out and if he does push
21:06it out it could go years
21:09out the the one thing I don't want is
21:12him to push it out after I fly out to
21:13Idaho and and then we just get a you
21:16know maybe we'll go to Yellowstone
21:18together and check out the G the
21:20geysers okay um sbon is obsessed with
21:23her letters and fan mail still has no
21:24clue that her Reckless drunken Behavior
21:25led to someone's death so sad she uh the
21:29the part that gets me in here is uh is
21:32you'll you'll hear it when she says
21:34nevertheless
21:35nevertheless uh listen to what she says
21:37when she says nevertheless I'm like oh
21:39my goodness she just does not get it um
21:42weat PA is going to get
21:45shmammered uh it's like getting hammered

21:55that's where I am so maybe we'll have a

22:06close to being

22:18a lot of mail now quite a bit
22:29is it crazy that I get all my news and
22:30weather forecasts on the recovery addict

22:42content Types on the channel but uh I'm
22:45glad that we can get you what you
22:52need uh the who's the one who sees says
22:56I think the evidence against BK is so
22:57strong that it don't matter rather he
22:59has fast or later he's never getting out
23:02um I I know I I see that right there's
23:05there's a lot of evidence DNA there may
23:07be multiple DNA points okay the way
23:10things are written it's possible there's
23:11there's more evidence of his DNA in
23:13there or more evidence has been
23:15discovered since we've heard about the
23:17the evidence on the knife sheath
23:20um there's a lot that way but they are
23:24they're looking for the problem they're
23:26looking for the flaw they're looking for
23:27where the court something wrong or the
23:29prosecution did something wrong or the
23:31police did something wrong to exclude
23:33evidence and once if they find if they
23:35find things where the police made an
23:37error where there was a you know a a
23:40gross oversight in a in a search warrant
23:42or something that was executed and
23:44suddenly all the evidence they collect
23:46under that search warrant gets excluded
23:48that's where things can change that's
23:50where it can make a huge difference and
23:51they have you know he has a lawyer that
23:54is very good at finding those sort of
23:56things and they're they're digging
23:57through with the fine tooth comb trying
23:58to find anything that could possibly
24:00help him okay this fly is taunting me
24:02it's uh I need that uh what's it called
24:06The Bug Assault I need to get one of
24:07those I keep looking at the store I'm
24:09thinking I need to just grab one
24:15um Caper says if I were to write to
24:17sarbon which one that were happen she
24:18will clearly see I'm not a fan then she
24:20she might not read your letter you know

24:54there's a lot to pull out of here she

24:57whole case she could be tried entirely
24:59on just things she says in this case and
25:02I I'll have a question for you legal
25:03Minds as well um there's something that
25:06the the lawyer the sorry the
25:08investigators forgot to do until the
25:10very end and I'm wondering if it has the

25:16efficacy as uh as if they had done it at
25:19the beginning and I want you to watch
25:21for that and listen to that the fly
25:23assault gun works best if you wait until
25:24the fly lands that's when I get
25:26them do you have the a laser pointer on

25:41exactly what she thinks is happening and
25:42when she notices things are not going

26:17down says I don't recall him saying
26:18anything like that um so we haven't and
26:21because of the gag order we really
26:22haven't had a confirmation one way or
26:23another I don't think anyone filmed it
26:25that was outside the you know the circle
26:28people who can't release that
26:29information so I'm not sure if that that
26:31actually happened if that was just a
26:33rumor there's a lot to unpack here oh

33:41doesn't even appear in the rest of the
33:43PSI I was trying to figure out exactly
33:45what you did even though I remember
33:47reading the uh the police report because
33:49I think this was a no contest B
33:53yeah so the court is quite concerned for
33:57the health and safety of young kids who
34:00who probably think it's pretty cool to
34:02use marijuana one of the problems with
34:04our the the marijuana statute is of
34:07course for young
34:08kids it's a civil infraction I don't
34:12understand that but oh
34:14well
34:17um so
34:21anyways the sentence of the court is as
34:23follows
34:40then is placed upon a period of
34:41probation for 12 months the court will
34:44communicate to the defendant terms or
34:46conditions that it finds while suited
34:48for this particular case and situation
34:51the defendant will order that the
34:52defendant cooperate with Subs abuse
34:55treatment evaluation with his probation
34:57officer
34:58he's not to use any intoxicants or
35:00controlled substances that will include
35:02recreational
35:03marijuana uh the court will order that
35:05he be subject to testing and cooperate
35:08with any mental health counseling is
35:09directed by his probation officer and
35:12other terms or conditions that will be
35:13communicated the defendant in a separate
35:15writing from this an order from this
35:17court the court sentences the defendant
35:20to a six no I'm sorry $50 State minimum
35:23fee $75 crime victim's right fund fee a
35:27a $150 court cost a $200 fine a
35:33$150 attorney fee supervision fees of
35:37$30 a month or $60 a month of his
35:39electronic monitoring I must inform you
35:42Mr Hitman you have the right to be
35:43considered for early release from
35:45probation if at halftime you've
35:47completed all the terms or conditions
35:48successfully so thus in 12 in 6 months
35:51if you complete your programming
35:53successfully uh you'll have the right to
35:54be considered for early release from
35:56that probation
35:58the court sentences an offended to two
36:00days of jail two
36:02days Mr hitzman just don't test positive

39:45facility had also reached out and tried
39:47to get him arraigned on these warrants I
39:49don't know the exact dates that they had
39:51reached out um but these have been
39:53sitting out there unfortunately while he
39:55was incarcerated so I just wanted to
39:57make note of that um he just most
40:00recently the transition um from his
40:02incarceration he just completed a
40:04treatment facility uh for moral and
40:06cognitive uh thinking skills he just I
40:09believe that was a 90-day program
40:10correct sir uh yes that was after the
40:13year incarceration okay um he just
40:16completed that he is going to be
40:17supervised on release status in Ohio so
40:20he plans on living at the Ohio address
40:23while he's being supervised this they
40:25have soundboards on the walls to make it
40:27sound he has regained his sobriety he's
40:29very proud of that at this time he's 42
40:31years old um I would ask the court given
40:35the nature of these uh allegations they
40:38date back to last year he's already
40:39served a lengthy sentence in
40:41rehabilitative program I would ask the
40:43court to Grant him release on a personal
40:45Bond um my understanding is that he can
40:47leave um if he is granted a bond here he
40:50can leave directly uh from the Oakland
40:53County Jail to then start his
40:55supervision with Ohio
40:58I do have a good contact number and I'm
40:59G to send that to the court I'm going to
41:00message that to the court as well we
41:02have an address among womens that is not
41:05accurate he's going to be living in
41:06Toledo okay if you would chat that
41:09address too absolutely now it appears
41:11that he has a number of warrants does he
41:13have any schedule today yes so he is
41:16scheduled to see um Madison Heights as
41:19well as 48th District Court the 48
41:22District Court he has um similar uh
41:25there's also a possession of amphetamine
41:28out of um 48th District
41:32Court is he better served by a very low
41:35cash shity B so I would say no because
41:39my understanding is that if he well I
41:41understand what the Court's saying in
41:42the event that he does get a bond out of
41:44that Court um right now I don't know his
41:47financial ability to post any sort of
41:49significant Bond so if I could ask Mr
41:51Collins if the court were to entertain a
41:54low bond is that something that you
41:55think you could post
41:57um we I spent most of our money because
42:01I've been gone for over a year and we
42:03have a newborn um I also had to pay for
42:05my ankle monitor that's going to be put
42:07on in Ohio when I leave here um I I
42:11don't want to lie and say I can pay it I
42:13don't have any money my fiance has been
42:15raising our daughter by herself and
42:18working three days a week just to pay
42:20the rent you know at the house um Mr
42:23Collins what the what the Court's
42:24getting at is if you do receive a bond
42:26out the other courts um the and then if
42:30you receive a personal Bond here if the
42:32court were to Grant it then you're not
42:33going to earn credit on this case um but
42:37you know if the court will if you would
42:39still like a personal Bond obviously um
42:42we're still going to ask the court for
42:43that today okay would be helpful I

52:54watching the interrogation room that's
52:56where it's going to happen um sbon is
52:58actually being held by the Florida
53:00Department of Corrections and I think
53:01it's actually in a prison but it's like
53:04on an exchange thing so she's in
53:05physically in a prison but it's treated
53:07like a jail um so there's a little cross
53:09over there does that I'm not sure having
53:11never served in either one I have zero

53:15explain it a little bit prison is for
53:17misdemeanor less than year anything more
53:19than 365 is prison here so it's time
53:22based basically so Sarah's been in for
53:25three years
53:28only less than a year if you're not in

53:32there are a lot of people in jail for
53:33over a year waiting arraignment I I hate
53:36that Edy I really do I it it should you
53:40should not be sitting there waiting to
53:42be charged Wai need to be arraigned uh
53:44for for that long I think the process
53:46needs to be faster and if we can't get
53:47it done faster we need to let them out
53:49um incentivize it you know if if the
53:52people object to to all the the people
53:54who've been arrested uh being let out of
53:56jail maybe they'll they'll pay more in
53:58taxes to to pay more for more judges or
54:00or or more police or whatever they need
54:02to do to speed up that process but I
54:04hate people sitting in jail with with no
54:06court date no

1:01:45in all honesty all honesty we have not
1:01:47gotten into it okay that's why like the
1:01:51only thing I thought you guys were going
1:01:52to ask me about which I was going to be
1:01:53honest with you anyway I just scratched
1:01:55marks when his back mhm everything else
1:01:57I have no idea what it is no idea what
1:02:01it is nonetheless I've had my son over
1:02:03at the house too so nonetheless well
1:02:05your son was there when when was he last
1:02:08there oh gosh for my understanding he
1:02:11was there like last Tuesday last I don't
1:02:13know if it was
1:02:15Tuesday but yes he was there last week
1:02:17so well we're talking about Sunday yeah
1:02:20we're we're just talking about what
1:02:21occurred Sunday cuz like I said the
1:02:23injuries
1:02:24are they occurred within that time
1:02:27period so you're talking about day
1:02:28before yesterday Sunday leading into
1:02:32Monday at 1 so but the incident you guys
1:02:35were painting and stuff the night prior
1:02:37correct so we're talking about Sunday
1:02:40and thoroughly confused because we had a
1:02:44good time sitting on the back porch
1:02:47having wine and smoking a couple of
1:02:49cigarettes and then decided to go inside
1:02:50and literally paint do puzzles and play
1:02:55and listen to music that's
1:02:57why nobody got out of source that this
1:03:00is what's mindblowing to me like I don't
1:03:04I have no clue nobody laid a hand on
1:03:06anybody he also had um like on the left
1:03:11side of his forehead he had basically
1:03:14bruising um and um on like his head in
1:03:19his skull I have no idea as if something
1:03:22hit him consider touched him
1:03:27I have not touched him I have not
1:03:29touched him then how would he get those
1:03:31injured tell me and we'll both
1:03:33know I have not touched him yesterday
1:03:37when we took photographs of your overall
1:03:40body um and they did the bule swabs did
1:03:42they go under your fingernails no okay
1:03:45are you willing to let us absolutely
1:03:47swab underneath your fingernails go for
1:03:50it okay I have no idea and I don't want
1:03:54to seem out of sorts but
1:03:56I have no idea we had a good day MH it
1:04:00was a good day we've had good days
1:04:03lately even considering everything
1:04:04that's going on with our jobs and life
1:04:06in general and Ex-Wives and everything
1:04:09it's been good like I don't even know
1:04:11where this is coming
1:04:13from yeah the last physical was probably
1:04:16you said I think what a month ago where
1:04:19you got the injury right you said that
1:04:22was a few weeks give or take yeah a few
1:04:25weeks that was the last like physical
1:04:26altercation between the two of you um he
1:04:30said a month ago he hit you with a
1:04:31curtain rod yeah with a curtain rod
1:04:33that's why I can't believe you guys
1:04:34didn't take that
1:04:37either like we've been good I don't know
1:04:40if like since the last time he got out
1:04:42of jail like we've been good and he's
1:04:45been having his classes and his seeing
1:04:48his probation officer who's amazing so
1:04:51what do you mean by good what's your
1:04:53definition of good the sir oh no you
1:04:56said you guys have been good what's your
1:04:58definition I've been good I don't think
1:05:00you all understand he comes at me all
1:05:02the time he comes at me so it's either I
1:05:07flee or try to go upstairs and go to
1:05:09sleep that's usually what it is and I
1:05:11don't know if you talk to Brian about
1:05:13any of that but most of the time when I
1:05:14flee I go over there so Brian's the
1:05:19right but you're saying that you guys
1:05:19have been good and when I asked you
1:05:21yesterday there hasn't the last incident
1:05:24that you could remember was the curtain
1:05:25ride incident which he said was a month
1:05:27ago so give or take right so what do you
1:05:30mean by he comes after you like he
1:05:33gets belligerently drunk like I don't
1:05:36know if you all have looked through my
1:05:37phone yet and seen any of the pictures
1:05:39and the videos that I have taken and
1:05:42that'll come back L at one point I
1:05:45started documenting everything okay so
1:05:47you all will see in my
1:05:49pictures bloody fingers split foreheads
1:05:53he split my nose I've got about this
1:05:56right I don't know Brian told you about
1:05:58it where I had to have almost what I had
1:06:00one really bad surgery but then it got
1:06:02really really really really bad where I
1:06:03had to go like four or five more times
1:06:05afterwards for them to tend to it from
1:06:07him poking me in the back of the leg
1:06:09right so it's then why are you still
1:06:12with him everybody asks me that when I
1:06:14tell you guys
1:06:17this I really love him like I do and I
1:06:21feel like I can help him like I feel
1:06:24like I could help him which did because
1:06:26he's come a really he came a really long
1:06:28way from where he was in Philadelphia to
1:06:31moving back to here to dealing with
1:06:33everything else that he's been dealing
1:06:34with MH I've really helped him I bailed
1:06:37him out of jail what three times I've go
1:06:40to every single hearing and every single
1:06:42arraignment everything that I did for
1:06:43him gone to see all his public defenders
1:06:46go to the state I've gone to the state I
1:06:48I did everything for him because I'm
1:06:50trying to help him because I have I had
1:06:52hope in him and he was trying he was
1:06:56really
1:06:57trying just and then he starts to think
1:06:59about things and it just I think he gets
1:07:01overwhelmed and then it's like the next
1:07:03thing I know he's drinking so it's like
1:07:05oh man I know where this is going to go
1:07:08so I'm going to go upstairs and read a
1:07:10book or I'm going to go for a bike ride
1:07:12or I'm going to do something else where
1:07:13I don't want to drink I don't want to
1:07:16drink the occasional wine whatever or if
1:07:20it's a weekend that's when you you have
1:07:23a good time you don't have to wake up
1:07:25the next day
1:07:26I have to wake up the next day and do
1:07:27things I have to tend to Lucas I have to
1:07:29take him to school I have all this stuff
1:07:30to do he doesn't know how
1:07:34to I guess maintain himself where I can
1:07:39do 50 things at once and still know the
1:07:4250 things more previously prior that I
1:07:45need to get done he can't process like
1:07:47that he didn't process like that so it
1:07:49he would literally not literally but had
1:07:51smoke coming out of his ears so the next
1:07:53thing you know he doesn't want to deal
1:07:54with it
1:07:56I'm going to go get something to drink
1:07:57so the majority of the time I would hang
1:07:59out outside or do something else because
1:08:02I don't want to
1:08:04drink and every time every time his job
1:08:09broke his heart and it made me sad
1:08:11because he had so much pride in his job
1:08:14and the store that he took care of so
1:08:16much totally went downhill and that took
1:08:20care of it heart because he had put so
1:08:23much work and effort into fixing it up
1:08:25and his manager was
1:08:29awful and basically gave up on all of
1:08:31the employees so I think that had a huge
1:08:35bearing on why he would drink so much
1:08:38his ex-wife is Bonkers she was all over
1:08:42him all the time send me money send me
1:08:45money send me
1:08:47money how can I send you money when I
1:08:49don't have a job and he's still trying
1:08:51to take care of me and Lucas by paying a
1:08:54bill here there getting some groceries
1:08:57so he always had something on his mind
1:09:00which is why again I got the buttles and
1:09:03the Bain to try to get him off of it so
1:09:06we don't have a drink or he doesn't have
1:09:08a drink so when you all see my phone you
1:09:11can see all of the damage he has done to
1:09:14me and the videos of him smashing my
1:09:17television because he's belligerently
1:09:20drunk well most of the time I just don't
1:09:22want to be there and I try to help him I
1:09:25try to calm him
1:09:26down eventually he just passes
1:09:30out well yesterday it made it sound like
1:09:32you guys were just drinking like a glass
1:09:34or two like yeah you obviously had the
1:09:37bottle but you I mean you told me on the
1:09:40yeah but you told me on recording like
1:09:41that you were not drunk he was not drunk
1:09:43you guys were having a good time I don't
1:09:45get I can't get drunk number one I do
1:09:49not want to get drunk I don't like being
1:09:53non-c complish menst having my wits
1:09:54about my I don't like feeling out of
1:09:56control
1:09:58mhm so I'm just saying you're you're
1:10:01making it sound like like he's aaging
1:10:03alcoholic today and yesterday I was kind
1:10:06of asking you those questions and you're
1:10:07like a little defensive like no we're
1:10:10not alcoholics the he we are not you
1:10:13know but you guys were both sober on
1:10:16Sunday to your knowledge because when I
1:10:18said you went and passed out you were
1:10:20like no I didn't pass out I just fell
1:10:22asleep so now it's kind of like what is
1:10:25it is were you guys drinking and it got
1:10:27out of hand and no it got physical or is
1:10:31it Sunday was one of the better days
1:10:34that we have had in quite some time he's
1:10:37dancing with my dog you can see that too
1:10:39on the pictures him loving the dog he
1:10:42loves the dog and dancing around having
1:10:45a good time and
1:10:47just just being happy kind of
1:10:51thing he doesn't know I can't I mean I
1:10:56can get like maybe two three glasses of
1:10:59wine and I'll be fine but I have to have
1:11:01my wits about myself because I don't
1:11:03know what to expect well let's talk
1:11:04about Sunday what was Sunday how were
1:11:06you like how many glasses of wine did
1:11:08you have how many glasses of wine did he
1:11:09have the bottle was gone I mean I don't
1:11:12know if you poured any out yes no that
1:11:14was from previous you said that there
1:11:17was a half bottle left over mhm and then
1:11:21um that you had went well I don't even
1:11:24know how the wine how' you guys get the
1:11:26wine for Sunday I'm guessing he went to
1:11:30Publix he's does he do the does he like
1:11:33leave the house and you stay home or do
1:11:35you go to Publix like CU sometimes I'll
1:11:37go with him okay did you go with him
1:11:38Sunday to Publix so most of the time
1:11:41what happens is because the convenience
1:11:44store where we get cigarettes is here
1:11:45and then Public's literally is catting
1:11:47walk is to it okay so what he'll do is
1:11:49he'll start go by Publix and then on the
1:11:51way back catch the convenience store mhm
1:11:55is that what he did Sunday I'm guessing
1:11:57that's what he did because the next
1:11:58thing I know he's walking in with a
1:11:59bottle okay so
1:12:02that's it's him trying to be nice so I
1:12:04don't have to go out and do it plus
1:12:06there's stuff that I around the house
1:12:07that I had to take care of so that's
1:12:09usually what will happen or I'm folding
1:12:10laundry and he'll go run out and do
1:12:12whatever okay so wher were you guys are
1:12:18on on drunkenness not drunkenness on
1:12:23Sunday you told us weren't drunk no I
1:12:26was not drunk I was not drunk so with
1:12:29him I don't
1:12:31know I I know when it's like okay man
1:12:35where I have told him slow down it's
1:12:38starting to catch up with you slow down
1:12:41slow down and another thing too is I
1:12:43don't like listening to music with him
1:12:46because he gets too involved in the
1:12:48music and the music that he listens to
1:12:50is a little rust on the edges and like
1:12:53just it makes me fractious listening to
1:12:56his music so I kept asking them let's
1:12:59not let's just you and me talk you and
1:13:02me will just be the ones that are
1:13:03talking which was fine cuz I mean he we
1:13:05were playing with a dog whatever and
1:13:06then it's like okay now let's do the
1:13:09painting we just did the puzzle took a
1:13:11break now let's do this sure enough sat
1:13:14down we're sitting in there talking
1:13:16laughing talking about new movies we're
1:13:18watching movie
1:13:20trailers while we're doing painting and
1:13:23all that other stuff so it's still
1:13:24background noise to him because I think
1:13:26that's what he's used to is having
1:13:27background noise where me I can sit in
1:13:29here all day with not a peep but he
1:13:32always has to have some kind of
1:13:33background noise which I didn't mind
1:13:34because the trailers were cool and he
1:13:36was interested in showing them to me
1:13:38getting excited about movies that were
1:13:40out or upcoming okay on your laptop
1:13:44you're talking about okay and I mean and
1:13:46then it we it was you said it was a good
1:13:49day like you guys didn't have any have
1:13:52any uh conversations about your
1:13:53relationship you guys didn't go down
1:13:55like the rabbit hole like had too many
1:13:57to drink and you guys start getting no
1:14:00when I tell you this it made me so happy
1:14:03that he actually listened to what I I
1:14:05had to say with just we'll get through
1:14:09it this will be fine it's just it's it's
1:14:12a small hurdle that you and I together
1:14:14will get through because I'm talking
1:14:17about the money
1:14:19jobs yes nothing relationship wise
1:14:22though like no issues relation like did
1:14:25you guys have a conversation about your
1:14:26relationship or was it just about just
1:14:29what's going on right now I try to evoke
1:14:32it from him
1:14:33so he gets it off his chest because I
1:14:36call him the volcano where eventually
1:14:39he's going to erupt right and what he
1:14:41has learned in his classes is to
1:14:43communicate which is a huge thing in a
1:14:46relationship where he has been
1:14:48practicing communication so he actually
1:14:51talks to me about things and unburdens
1:14:53himself put it on me I'll sit there and
1:14:56try and figure it out for you like I
1:14:58have almost everything mhm not a worry
1:15:01just tell me get it out of you right but
1:15:04it was when I tell you I was so happy
1:15:07like it was such a good day I kid you
1:15:09not the weather was beautiful outside
1:15:12I'm the one that had him go inside so we
1:15:14can do puzzles and painting listen to
1:15:16music or whatever else he wants to do so
1:15:19then he starts doing whatever it is
1:15:20we're doing together in the living room
1:15:24and then start talking because I think
1:15:26he gets comfortable with okay you know
1:15:29what we're here it is a good day let me
1:15:31go ahead and explain myself so I know
1:15:34nobody else knows but I
1:15:36know nobody knew George better than I
1:15:39did I say that I knew George better than
1:15:42himself and I tried in every way shape
1:15:46and form ask
1:15:49everyone I helped him I took care of him
1:15:56I miss him a lot and I didn't even sleep
1:15:58last
1:16:00night I miss him a
1:16:02lot I mean is there any chance it got to
1:16:04be too much for you and you couldn't
1:16:06handle taking care of him and I never
1:16:09stopped trying to I never
1:16:12stopped that's what I'm here
1:16:15for I never stopped I'm here now again
1:16:19I'm still trying to help him yeah we
1:16:22just don't I mean it's unexplainable how
1:16:25he got these injuries and I have no idea
1:16:28you were the only one with him 100%
1:16:31right hand to God I have no idea how he
1:16:34got them nobody touched anybody nobody
1:16:39touched
1:16:41anybody okay um you had mentioned that
1:16:45you take uh you would take photos videos
1:16:49just kind of like a proof and just in
1:16:51general yeah I started documenting at
1:16:52one point but that was
1:16:55that was way before I think the last
1:16:58time that he got arrested where he was
1:17:00flying off the deep end okay but then I
1:17:04had him bailed out I got him out of jail
1:17:06right but because he had violated the
1:17:09pre-trial
1:17:10diversion they this time it's probation
1:17:13so you don't have a choice in it you
1:17:15have to go to see your probation officer
1:17:17you have to go to these classes it's
1:17:19court ordered MH where it took him a
1:17:21while to get used to it and understand
1:17:25not Ming around I even went down and met
1:17:27his uh probation officer which I say I
1:17:30she's she's wonderful that's one of my
1:17:32questions to any to talk to about hugged
1:17:34me and said how much she knows that I
1:17:37take care of him she called me
1:17:38personally one time when George was at
1:17:40work when he was working 42 minute phone
1:17:43call she and I just saying how grateful
1:17:46she is that George has me and she knows
1:17:49how hard I'm working to help him just as
1:17:52she is and just as the classes will
1:17:56once he started actually going on a
1:17:57regular basis to the probation officer
1:18:00and then to his sub to's class and his I
1:18:04don't know what VIP stands for betters
1:18:06Intervention Program and actually
1:18:08listening to what it is everyone had to
1:18:10say he changed like I could I could see
1:18:13a change in him where before lashing out
1:18:16he would think about
1:18:17it and would always come home and show
1:18:20me his papers and we would look over his
1:18:21papers together or it's like wow you
1:18:24actually learning this in class and some
1:18:26of the stuff that they would show them
1:18:28like videos he would come home and be
1:18:30like Sarah I'm so sorry for what I've
1:18:32done to you because or a video that he
1:18:35watches to make him feel that way where
1:18:39it's like oh
1:18:41man I have done her
1:18:44wrong but he's changed he
1:18:48changed and that's why you're still with
1:18:50him even though he's done all these
1:18:51things to you and when I tell you I love
1:18:54him I love
1:18:57them even when you have when you love
1:19:00somebody you have limits everybody tells
1:19:03me that all my neighbors don't tell me
1:19:05that the office property
1:19:07manager at some point
1:19:10somebody gets enough then they have to
1:19:12to do something to defend
1:19:14themselves I would just flee and I don't
1:19:17know if you would like to see on my
1:19:20phone or I think it's I think it's
1:19:21actually on a laptop I actually because
1:19:24and you have to understand too I have
1:19:27like prior to classes in
1:19:30po Ked him out how many times I had him
1:19:34arrested how many times but you also
1:19:36went down and bailed I know the next day
1:19:40I know what's on your
1:19:42laptop um what was I going to tell
1:19:45you oh what's on your laptop previously
1:19:48mhm change subjects I actually looked up
1:19:51how to file a restraining order oh okay
1:19:54because I Tak him out his parents
1:19:56because of them constantly having to
1:19:59take him back in his bags of clothes all
1:20:03his stuff the one time the last time the
1:20:06father came out and I rate and just not
1:20:10even I think I don't even know if he
1:20:11knew Lucas was in the car just opened
1:20:14the back of my car and just started
1:20:15throwing all his crap and just throwing
1:20:16it like throwing it like the car would J
1:20:19he was throwing all this stuff at that
1:20:21point because I continually did it not
1:20:24continually I think I maybe did it three
1:20:25times and he has nowhere else to go they
1:20:28got fed up and said nope either you're
1:20:31staying there or you're staying here but
1:20:32if you're staying here at their place
1:20:35it's permanent you're not going back
1:20:37over there anymore so what happens is he
1:20:40pursues me so I don't know if you all
1:20:43know where Katy way Trail is okay so we
1:20:46it's literally right right there from
1:20:49our apartment mhm would ride his bike to
1:20:53work but before he would leave extra
1:20:55early and come up to the wall stand on
1:20:57top of his bike and poke his head over
1:20:59cuz he would know that I would be
1:21:00outside having my morning cigarette and
1:21:03cup of coffee where and I would also
1:21:06know too what time he would get off of
1:21:07work where I would know come getting off
1:21:10of work he's going to do the same thing
1:21:12so it's not like I ever got like a break
1:21:15from him where I told you all yesterday
1:21:17or whenever it was I started to feel
1:21:19that it was too much togetherness and
1:21:22when you have too much togetherness
1:21:24friction happens so I'm going to go ride
1:21:27my bike I'm going to go upstairs and
1:21:28read a book but what he every what does
1:21:31he say every waking moment he wants to
1:21:33be with me so and mind you our town home
1:21:37is either upstairs or downstairs so it's
1:21:40like if you would like to sit downstairs
1:21:42and watch a movie or play on the laptop
1:21:45look up some jobs you're more than
1:21:46welcome to I'm just going to be upstairs
1:21:48maybe watching one of my shows or maybe
1:21:50reading the book so and then when that
1:21:52would happen
1:21:56we really needed that so what's for
1:21:57dinner and then we would cook together
1:22:00and eat dinner and then crawl on the bed
1:22:02and watch the
1:22:03movie you're talking about this is like
1:22:05recent I you kind of like lost me like
1:22:07when what you it was a while like a
1:22:09little while ago but now you're talking
1:22:10about now you're talking about tension
1:22:12building up and that you need space so
1:22:15have you been feeling that way lately or
1:22:17no okay
1:22:20no okay my thing is too so you all know
1:22:23oh I hate you can't talk to her but um
1:22:27the his ex-wife when I say a monster
1:22:30she's a monster like it does she
1:22:32withholds her their children from
1:22:35speaking to him so he gets upset about
1:22:39that and then she like completely Beres
1:22:41him about money about the father that he
1:22:44is what he did to her all this other
1:22:46stuff it doesn't matter I mean mind you
1:22:49this has not like been recent but which
1:22:52is why he doesn't even bother calling
1:22:53anymore because he knows if she's going
1:22:55to answer and he's going to have to talk
1:22:56to her so therefore he can't talk to his
1:22:58daughter the other time he talked to her
1:23:01M made her talk to cookie that's on my
1:23:04cell phone too so you can see it okay it
1:23:07doesn't matter like it doesn't
1:23:11matter what does she have to do though
1:23:13with anything about what happened Sunday
1:23:15and into Monday like no I'm just saying
1:23:17like previously why the incident what
1:23:21happen is she plays a big part in it
1:23:24okay
1:23:25job and money and groceries and all that
1:23:28okay Sunday I when I tell you this I
1:23:32have no idea I have no idea is there
1:23:36anybody else at the house just me and
1:23:40him
1:23:42um since talking yesterday do you
1:23:45remember any like time timelines better
1:23:48like what
1:23:49time uh you guys were playing what time
1:23:51you he was zipped up in the L AG what
1:23:55time you went upstairs we started
1:23:57because we had we cleaned the house a
1:23:59little bit did some laundry you started
1:24:01the activities around four you said yes
1:24:03around 4 4:30ish and then you just said
1:24:06that it was dark when you were playing
1:24:07hide and seek and I'm just curious if
1:24:09you remember but when we were outside
1:24:11that's where we would start and talk
1:24:13about things and then eventually I was
1:24:15the one that had him come inside so we
1:24:17could what time do you remember what
1:24:19time that was is what she's
1:24:22asking I just said went up you went up
1:24:25to bed around midnight Midnight fell
1:24:27asleep around
1:24:2912:30ish but those are the only times I
1:24:31have so I have four and I have midnight
1:24:33so there's a big gap so I'm just curious
1:24:36like if you recall when you went
1:24:38upstairs to hide in the shower or like
1:24:41when we started to play hide and seek
1:24:44yeah well we went inside probably about
1:24:49I had to gu we w we weren't out there
1:24:50too long maybe about 6ish
1:24:54then J up from hang out outside and like
1:24:57okay well we have two beach chairs that
1:24:59are out there right just enjoy the
1:25:01weather gotta plus it started to get
1:25:03dark and mats and mosquitoes yeah so
1:25:07let's go inside I don't want to be out
1:25:08here anymore okay all right let's go so
1:25:11we're doing whatever we did it for a
1:25:12while because that puzzle I don't know
1:25:14if they took it or they saw it um worked
1:25:17on the puzzle again finished it started
1:25:20to paint well started listen to music
1:25:22for a little bit started to paint uh can
1:25:26we turn the music off no problem started
1:25:28to talk paint
1:25:31whatever
1:25:35maybe gosh that puzzle we were till not
1:25:37for probably a good hour and a half so
1:25:418:00ish is when you went to hide
1:25:44upstairs originally no that's when we
1:25:46were like painting so then it's like
1:25:48okay well I we can't I don't want to
1:25:50paint anymore let's just come on okay
1:25:53you want to play see what he does is
1:25:56okay tag you're it which it's like okay
1:25:57we know okay take off mhm that's what we
1:26:01did and then you went upstairs and then
1:26:03he didn't come up and you came down and
1:26:06the suitcase was there originally
1:26:07because you guys were planning to do
1:26:09donations it was already there um have
1:26:12you guys ever played the you said you
1:26:14played hide-and-seek like probably three
1:26:16times in your relationship when you have
1:26:18played have you ever zipped him up in a
1:26:20suitcase prior no okay just kind of like
1:26:24that prop was there and it was there and
1:26:27it was in Play Because Why do you say it
1:26:29like that though I would never do that
1:26:33you would never zip them up in a
1:26:35suitcase wellan I mean we were playing
1:26:38that time but I'm saying well I'm
1:26:40talking about hide and seek which is a
1:26:41game so the suitcase originally is in
1:26:45our closet buried all the way to the
1:26:47back if you I don't I know the CSI
1:26:51people saw our closet our closet needs
1:26:53to be cleaned out
1:26:55really bad my son's clothes need to be
1:26:57cleaned out really bad because they
1:26:59don't fit him anymore and I'm tired of
1:27:00looking at them so he took it upon
1:27:02himself including that suitcase to take
1:27:06it downstairs so we can get all of our
1:27:08clothes our donations and everything and
1:27:09just leave the whole thing by the

3:53:08is still proceeding the way it's
3:53:10supposed to
3:53:12proceed so we'll put October
3:53:172nd and that's not the day you will have
3:53:19your sentencing according to your plea
3:53:21bargain agreement with the state your
3:53:23sentencing will take place after the
3:53:25defendants the codefendants jury trial
3:53:27do you understand yes ma'am so we're
3:53:29going to bring you back we can go off
3:53:30the Record we're going to bring you back
3:53:31on October 2 testify against him uh
3:53:33probation on meno PSI
3:53:38done uh we're going to bring her back on
3:53:40October 2nd but the actual sentencing is
3:53:45not going to take place until after the
3:53:47codefendants jury trial all right so
3:53:50we'll bring you back on October 2nd to
3:53:51see where we are with the jury trial but
3:53:54the jury trial should be proceeding on
3:53:56October 3rd and one final
3:53:59thing so uh you could see that Miss
3:54:02Mendoza's status right now because she's
3:54:05dressed in red is pretty much what what
3:54:07they call isolation yes she's isolated
3:54:10she only gets one hour the outside of
3:54:13that isolation
3:54:14we would ask the board respectfully that
3:54:17the court would review her
3:54:19status uh if she is classified as
3:54:23protective custody status she gets a few
3:54:26more hours out of
3:54:29isolation uh and I know the court knows
3:54:31this but she also could participate in
3:54:34classes and things like that so our plea
3:54:37would be to ask the court to review her
3:54:40status of the jail and we would
3:54:43respectfully ask
3:54:44to classify her as protected custody
3:54:49rather than the isolation I don't think
3:54:51he'll change that before well what I can
3:54:53tell you is we've had situations of this
3:54:55nature
3:54:56before it would be best so that I won't
3:55:00have any responsibility if something
3:55:02were to go a I'm not saying it would but
3:55:05if you will reach out to the
3:55:07sheriff or to classifications and let
3:55:10them know you would appreciate her being
3:55:12Rec classified
3:55:15they will usually do that but they're
3:55:17going to want it in the form of a letter
3:55:19from you signed by your
3:55:22client okay so you think a letter to the
3:55:26Sheriff's classification requesting
3:55:28protected custody might do it yes and
3:55:30then if that doesn't happen we can
3:55:32always come back and have a hearing on
3:55:34it you understand Miss mza yes thank you

3:56:16Randolph um he was on death row and he
3:56:19won an appeal because in his last case
3:56:22where he was sentenced to death uh they
3:56:24they revealed a little too much about
3:56:25his prior past what involved uning
3:56:28previous wives and this case
3:56:30specifically is about uning one of his
3:56:32wives six you know number six I
3:56:35think so I think we are going to sign
3:56:38off for the day cuz I have a lot of
3:56:39homework to do um as far as as prepping
3:56:41stuff same time tomorrow 9:00 a.m. yes
3:56:43that'll give be a little bit early the
3:56:45the case is actually out of um Nevada
3:56:48it's out of uh Las Vegas Nevada Clark
3:56:50County Nevada so it's going to be a
3:56:52little bit later in the day a late start
3:56:53but we'll have a morning uh get together
3:56:55and uh tomorrow we're probably going to
3:56:57be talking about if if we don't get a
3:56:59feed from the courtroom as far as jury
3:57:01selection goes we're going to be talking
3:57:02about the case just getting up to speed
3:57:03on who the players are what the the
3:57:05facts are what we know what the previous
3:57:07trial how that went down um we'll do
3:57:09that and then we'll be ready to uh to
3:57:11participate in the uh the actual
3:57:15trial that starts uh the next day on
3:57:18Wednesday
3:57:19so yeah she she'll be sorry she gets out
3:57:21of isolation I don't think that's in her
3:57:23best interest right
3:57:25now uh Tish says on my time zone finally
3:57:29Tish we'll we'll do it on your time zone
3:57:30it's the rest of us suffer but I'm glad
3:57:32it's it's good for

3:58:06in and so I'm ended up applying to
3:58:08courts so we never even watch and
3:58:11uh it's just how the system works thank
