5:38painting and playing in the backyard
5:42like she's talking about kids but this

11:22did everything for him because I'm
11:23trying to help him because I have I had

12:31drinking so it's like oh man

12:39something else where I don't want to
12:40drink
12:41I don't want to drink well you don't
12:43want to drink wine
12:45whatever or if it's a weekend
12:47that's when you you have a good time you
12:50don't have to wake up the next day I
12:52have to wake up the next day and do
12:54things I have to tend to Lucas I have to
12:55take him to school I have all this stuff
12:57to do
12:58he doesn't know how to
13:01she don't have a job apparently she
13:03didn't list her job so her job is to
13:06take Lucas to school once you take him
13:08to school what now is your job like if
13:11you
13:12what what is your job because the way
13:14y'all act in your house I don't get the
13:16feeling that it's probably like the most
13:18kept house uh I can't imagine y'all
13:20being in a super functional kept house
13:22so what is it that you do while Lucas is
13:24at school
13:27I guess maintain himself where
13:31I can do 50 things at once and still
13:34know the 50 things more previously prior
13:37that I need to get done he can't process
13:39like that he didn't process like that so
13:41it he would literally not literally but
13:43had smoke coming out of his ears so the
13:45next thing you know he doesn't want to
13:47deal with it
13:48I'm gonna go get something to drink so
13:50the majority of the time I would hang
13:52out outside or do something else because
13:55I don't want to drink
13:57every time every time his job broke his
14:02heart and it made me sad because he had
14:04so much pride in this job
14:06that he took care of so much
14:12broke his heart because his hips don't
14:15work and effort into Sarah cut it out
14:17you broke his heart when you pushed him
14:19down the stairs okay cut it out it his
14:21heart broke in that suitcase tumbling
14:23down them stairs like the neighbors
14:24heard fixing it up and his manager was
14:29awful
14:30and basically gave up on all of the
14:32employees so I think that had a huge
14:36bearing on why he would drink so much
14:39his ex-wife oh she definitely drinks
14:41when when the police came to her house
14:43and they were trying to ask her
14:45questions the way she was asking for
14:46water this [ __ ] had the most
14:48cottonmouth that anyone has ever had
14:51she's like
14:52she's gonna burn over I need some water
14:54I need some water she was yes definitely
14:57hungover
14:59for sure life is Bonkers she was all
15:03over him all the time
15:05send me money send me money send me

15:08how can I send you money when I don't
15:10have a job and he's still trying to take
15:13care of me and Lucas by paying a bill
15:16here or there getting some groceries
15:18so he always had something on his mind
15:21which is why again I got the puzzle it
15:25was wicked because he was trying to pay
15:28a bill for here and there oh my God like
15:31if you weren't working he was just
15:33paying a bill here and there
15:36who's oh that's right ex-husband I
15:39forgot oh never mind ex-husband was
15:40paying for everything
15:44and she wanted him to come and be an
15:46accomplice
15:47oh God you guys you guys I gotta tell
15:50you this
15:51so what she done was like after she says
15:54she discovered the body she first person
15:58she calls is her ex-husband her baby
16:00daddy her ex-husband right
16:02didn't call the ambulance didn't call
16:04the police nothing
16:06calls him still doesn't call anybody
16:09he gets there to the house
16:11and then she says
16:14then he said he said you need to call
16:17somebody for this
16:18and then she calls I tell you I bid you
16:22that I say my theory is okay
16:26she was hoping that ex-husband was gonna
16:29come to that house and help her get rid
16:32of that body
16:33here's the evidence I have of this
16:36she says that she started doing
16:39um
16:41um like trying to resuscitate him or
16:43whatever you know like doing the uh CPR
16:46she said she started doing CPR but she
16:48said she started doing CPR when the
16:50person on the phone when she called
16:52Emergency Services they helped her
16:53through it but that also happened after
16:56the husband got there and told her to
16:59then call the ambulance
17:01so when the husband got there that body
17:03was still in that suitcase I bet at most
17:08hanging out because the husband said the
17:11ex-husband said he could see feet
17:13foreign
17:15but that's as far in the house as he got
17:17I bet she was hoping he was going to
17:19help her get rid of that suitcase
17:22but instead he was like yeah you got the
17:24wrong ex-husband baby
17:29so we don't have a drink or he doesn't
17:32have a drink
17:33so when you all see my phone you can see
17:36all of the damage he has done to me and
17:39the videos of him smashing my television
17:41because he's belligerently drunk
17:45where most of the time I just don't want
17:47to be there and I try to help them I try
17:49to calm them down
17:51eventually he just passes out
17:54well yesterday I made it sound like you
17:57guys were just drinking like a glass or
17:58two right yeah you obviously had the
18:01bottle but you I mean you told me on the
18:03yeah but you told me on recording like
18:05that you were not drunk he was not drunk
18:07you guys were having a good time right I
18:09don't get I can't get drunk number one I
18:13do not want to get drunk
18:15like being a non-competent is Sarah you
18:18sound drunk right now just point it out
18:20like having my wits about myself I know
18:23I'm feeling out of control
18:26so I'm just saying you're you're making
18:29it sound like yeah yeah Sarah you're
18:31saying something different from what you
18:32said before you said that you guys only
18:35had a little bit of wine
18:37and now you're saying he was drunk and
18:39you were not which one is it that's what
18:41she's asking like he's a raging
18:42alcoholic today and yesterday I was kind
18:45of asking you those questions and you're
18:47like a little defensive like no we're
18:49not alcoholics me or not you know I'm
18:53not but you guys are both sober on
18:56Sunday to your knowledge because when I
18:57said you went and passed out you were
18:59like no I didn't pass out I just fell
19:01asleep so now it's kind of like what is
19:04it is it were you guys drinking and it
19:06got out of hand and it got physical no
19:09or is it
19:11Sunday was one of the better days that
19:13we have had in quite some time
19:15he's dancing with my dog you can see
19:18that too on the pictures him loving the
19:21dog he loves the dog and dancing around
19:24having a good time and just
19:27just being happy
19:28kind of thing
19:31he doesn't I would say the problem with
19:33this whole thing is that if this whole
19:36thing is an accident and it just
19:38happened this one day where they were
19:39just playing around neither of them was
19:42drunk I know she says he used to be
19:43drunk he would get drunk sometimes he
19:45gets drunk drunk drunk drunk but in this
19:49case he was not according to Sarah
19:51so why are we talking about how he
19:54usually is drunk
19:56right it's like if you're just walking
19:58across a bridge sober as a [ __ ]
20:00and you accidentally fall off and you
20:02die if that happens and the police come
20:05to investigate is it does it matter that
20:08people are pointing out that that
20:10usually you like to go out to a pub and
20:12get plastered if you were walking across
20:15the thing and you were sober when that
20:16happened that stuff around you has no
20:19bearing on what we're talking about so
20:21why does she keep going into these
20:22stories trying to make him look shitty
20:24that's why when he don't really need no
20:27help with that because y'all see this
20:31he looks pretty crazy I
20:35I mean I can get like
20:38maybe two or three glasses of wine and
20:40I'll be fine but I have to have my wits
20:42about myself because I don't know what
20:43to expect well let's talk about Sunday

20:50the bottle was gone I mean I don't know

20:55previous you said that there was a half
20:58bottle left over Christmas

21:05even know how the wine how did you guys
21:06get the wine for Sunday I'm guessing he
21:10went to Publix does he do the does he
21:13like leave the house and you stay home
21:15or do you go to Publix
21:19so most of the time what happens is
21:22because what happens convenience store
21:24where we get cigarettes here and then
21:26Publix literally it's cattywampus to it
21:28okay so what he'll do is he'll start go
21:31by Publix and then on the way back catch
21:34convenience store okay so is that what
21:36he did Sunday I I'm guessing that's what
21:38he did because next thing I know he's
21:39walking in one bottle okay so that's
21:43him trying to be nice so I don't have to
21:45go out and do it plus there's stuff that
21:47I ran the house that I had to take care
21:48of that's usually what will happen
21:51do whatever
21:54was it the laundry you took out of the
21:55suitcase
21:59so where were you going on
22:05um drunkenness not drunkenness on Sunday
22:09are you told us you weren't drunk no I
22:11was not drunk I was not drunk

22:51playing with the dog whatever and then
22:52it's like okay now let's do the painting
22:55we just did the puzzle took a break now

23:19movies we're watching movie trailers
23:22while we're doing painting and all that
23:25other stuff so it's still background

23:28he's used to with having background
23:29noise where me I can sit in here all day
23:31with not a peep but he always has to
23:34have some kind of background noise which
23:35I didn't mind because the trailers were
23:37cool and he was interested in showing
23:39them to me getting excited about movies
23:41that were out or upcoming okay so in
23:45your laptop and I mean
23:48and then it's we it was you said it was
23:51a good day like you guys didn't have any
23:53have any uh conversations about your
23:55relationship you guys didn't go down
23:57like the rabbit hole like had too many
23:59to drink and you guys start getting nope
24:01when I tell you this uh-huh it made me
24:04so happy that he actually listened to
24:06what I I had to say was just we'll get
24:10through it you know why he was listening
24:12to you because he was trapped in a
24:15suitcase
24:17he couldn't leave
24:19that was the trick to make him stay this
24:23poor man was stuck in a suit I'm so

24:27this man was stuck in a suitcase and

24:32video of her taunting him as he begs for
24:35her to let him out

25:12in his classes is to communicate which
25:15is a huge thing in a relationship where
25:17he has been practicing communication so
25:20he actually talks to me about things and

25:47else he wants to do so then he starts
25:49doing whatever it is we're doing
25:51together
25:52in the living room
25:54and then starts talking because I think
25:56he gets comfortable with okay you know
25:59what we're here it is yeah the hide and
26:01seek Theory Alpo is hilarious uh just
26:04clearly based on the rules of hide and
26:06seek um
26:07you hide and then the person has to find
26:10you so if the person puts you in the
26:12hiding spot she surely they're gonna
26:14know where you are which is then gonna
26:17make the whole game null
26:19and void okay so that was the craziest
26:23thing she ever thought of
26:25we were playing hide and seek so I'll

28:34him out of jail right but because he had
28:37violated the pre-trial diversion
28:39they this time it's probation so you
28:42don't have a choice in it you have to go
28:44to see your probation officer you have
28:46to go to these classes it's court
28:48ordered where it's a moment to get used
28:51to it and understand they're not missing
28:53around
28:54I even went down and met his uh
28:56probation officer I know Max I'm just I
28:58can't wait to like the look on her face
29:00when the video starts playing is
29:02absolutely freaking hilarious like like
29:06whose video was that like she don't even
29:09remember doing it she I mean I think
29:11she'll remember it when she sees the
29:14video but she doesn't like they're gonna
29:15ask her about a video her doing a video
29:18when she was you know but she's she
29:20really did seem like she didn't remember
29:22it and she didn't remember doing it
29:24which I say I she she's wonderful that's
29:27one of my questions do I need to talk to
29:28you about
29:29hugged me and said how much she knows
29:33that I take care of him she called me
29:34personally one time when George was at
29:36work when he was working 42 minute phone
29:39call she and I just saying how grateful
29:42she is that George has me and she knows
29:45how hard I'm working to help him just as
29:48she is and just as the classes will so
29:51once he started actually going on a
29:53regular basis to the probation officer
29:55and then to his
29:57substance abuse class and his I don't
30:00know what VIP stands for matters
30:02intervention programs
30:03and actually listening to what it is
30:05everyone had to say he changed like I
30:08could I could see a change in him or
30:10before lashing out he would think about
30:12it
30:14and would always come home and show me
30:15his paper and we would look over his
30:17papers together where it's like wow you
30:20actually are learning this in class and
